Speaker 1 (00:00):
I have to start with off the top with arguably
the best team in the division. The best team in
the division in my opinion, is the Washington Commanders, and
I feel like they're one of the most slept on
teams in the entire NFL heading into the twenty twenty
five NFL season. And I'm telling you right now, guys,
this current is going to continue to turn heads. Last
(00:20):
year was no fluke. Last year was their foundation being built.
And they are going to the moon baby puts some
respect on their name, guys. Jayden Daniels is entering in
his second year. Brian Robertson is running with the purpose,
and that defense gets meaner and meaner each and every week,
each and every practice. And do not forget that Dan
(00:42):
Quinn is in his second year as a head coach,
and this team is no longer in rebuild, guys. They
are complete and they are ready to make a Super
Bowl run. With that being said, guys, let's go week
by week and breaking it down. How I see the
Washington Banders navigating through the twenty twenty five INFL schedule.
Now this one through three, guys, Weeks one, two, and three.
(01:03):
I think they're gonna start fast, and I think they're
gonna start furious right because Week one they're at home
taking on Division fow the New York Giants do not
be sleeping on the New York Giants. I just want
to put that out the right there. The Giants are
gonna turn some heads, but not week one, because the
Washington Commanders open up that season strong. At home. Jaydon
Daniels starts hot, that defense flies around and they handle
(01:24):
the Giants with ease. Do not get it twisted. The
Giants are still good, but the Commanders are just that
much better Week one, giving them the win over the
New York Football Giants. But Week two, this one stings.
This one things a little bit. It's a tough game
on the road when they travel to gree Me to
take on the Green Bay Packers, and they come up
(01:45):
just a wee bit short. A few missed opportunities in
a couple of rookie second year of mistakes for Jayden
Daniels equals a loss. And do the Green Bay Packers
do start hot, but the Commanders do start the season
off one to one. Give us a back at home.
Week three, they get back in rhythm and they take
on the Las Vegas Raiders. Guys, the Raiders defense has
(02:06):
no answer Jade and Daniels flashes those elite trace yet again,
and he continues to ascend to be a top five quarterback,
if not a top three quarterback in the NFL, giving
them a two and one start in the first quarter
of the season. So, guys, weeks one through three, I
have him at a two in one start. Solid opening stretch. Right.
(02:27):
They did drop a top one at Lambeau, but otherwise,
Jade Daniels looks composed, The offense looks battles, and the
defense is swarming. Everything is on schedule. But then weeks
four through seven, weeks four foot seven put a stamp
on the Washington Commanders name because this is a statement stretch.
This is where they become the best team in the NFC.
(02:48):
This is where they become the Super Bowl favors. This
is where they become the hunted no longer the hunt
her Right, week number four, they travel down to Atlanta
to take on the Falcons. This a win. They go
on the road and they dominate the Atlanta Falcons. Jade
Daniels continues to grow and the running game is starting
to click as well. The Commanders are looking like a
(03:11):
very very good team, carrying it a two week five
back on the road when they traveled to LA to
take on the Chargers. This is yet another huge road win.
The Commander's defense rattles, Justin Herbert and Jaydon Daniels out
shines in back and forth shootout, but they get another win.
In week six, they're back at home. Do you guys
(03:32):
remember Week six? Week seven? Last year? Hail Mary to
the Chicago Bears. Right, the Chicago Bears were at Washington,
DC or hanover of Maryland and Hail Mary whatever you
gotta gotta gotta Well, guess what. That doesn't happen again.
The Bears come out flat. The Washington Commanders step on
the throats early and as a total team win. This
(03:53):
game is over by mid second quarter. It is a
dominating win and they continue under. Week seven, they're back
on the road yet again. But this is where the
NFL starts to take notice. This is where the NFL
is like, oh shit, Washington Commanders, we see you, because
they travel to Dallas and they get the road win
in Dallas. Another divisional win on the road for the
(04:16):
Washington Commanders. Jane Dails outplays the Cowboys and the Commanders
are starting to turn the heads, sitting at six to
one after the first seven and we's guys. They have
won four straight, including three road games in a massive
win with against the Dallas Cowboys. The defense is top ten,
the offense is top ten. Jade Damas is playing like
a veteran even though it's a rookie year. He is
(04:38):
the top five quarterback. This team is for real. But
then the real test began weeks eight, nine, ten, eleven.
They have tough stretches and it starts at Arrowhead Stadium
at week eight when they travel to Kansas City to
take on the Kansaate Chiefs. Arrowhead is unforgivable, but Holmes
puts on a cliss rolling yet again. Week number ten,
(05:01):
they're back at home, taken on arguably another top team
in the NFC in the Detroit Lions. The Lions come
in with that gritty Dan Cambele mindset and punch to
Washington Commanders in the mouth. They want that revenge from
playoffs from last season. This one could have gone either way,
but I think the Detroit Lions win it in the
trenches given the Commanders a loss. And then week number eleven,
(05:25):
this international trap game BS right Commanders travel over the
pond to Spain to take on the Miami Dolphins. But however,
I think it's an international game. I think there's a
veteran team. I think it is no problem. Washington travel
is better than Miami and handles business and get backs
on track. So, guys, right now, they're eight and three
(05:45):
heading into the bye week. They have faced top two,
they have faced the top teams in the NFL, and
they've held their own right versus the Dallas Cowboys, versus
Detroit Lions, versus the Kanca Chiefs. They're very very well
battled tested at Daniel and a Jaydon Daniels keeps growing
and this defense keeps making time he plays. They're just
(06:05):
not playoff bound. They're poising for a deep, deep run.
And weeks twelve through eighteen, guys, they finished drong and
the NFC East, they make a statement. Like I said,
week twelve is their bye week. They might be a
little banged up, they need rest, jet lag, whatever, but
the final push is here because week thirteen they're back
at home take on the Denver Broncos, fresh off the
(06:25):
by playing at home, that is a dub baby washing.
Commanders on both sides of the ball, dominate the not
so good Denver Broncos. Let's just be honest about it.
Week fourteen, they're back on the road, take around another
NFC North team in the Minnesota Vikings. Tough environment, but
the Commanders go into Minnesota and they steal this one
clutch win that proves that they can win close games
(06:47):
out late and close out games late, I should say.
Week fifteen, this however, is a trap game. They travel
back to New York to take on the Giants. Trap game,
divisional goal, divisional game on the road. They're never easy
and the Giants make them pay for some sloppy plays early,
and the Giants take advantage by the being by the boom.
The Commanders finally get a loss of the season. However,
(07:10):
Week sixteen does them no favors. They're back at home
playing a physical playoff style type of fight versus the
Philadelphia Eagles, and the Eagles edges one out in the
fourth quarter. On the road. Washington plays hard but not
clean enough, giving them a straight second second loss in
a row. However, Week seventeen, they're back at home. Here
(07:31):
it is again the Dallas Cowboys. The sweep is on many.
Washington Commanders finishes the season over the Dallas Cowbys two
and zero and sweeping them and silence any critics that
they have left. They are the real deal. Put some
respect on their name, babait. And then week number eighteen,
they traveled to Philadelphia and the Philadelphias might be fighting
for their lives right now. This is going to be
(07:52):
a default nfcast championship game, I feel. But the Washington
Commanders close out the seasons strong, another road win in
the division to off in impressive year with the win
over the Philadelphia Eagles giving them a twelve and five
overall record, five and one in the NFC East. You
were heard your first first first year guys, they're sweeping
the Cowboys, they're split with the Eagles, and Washington finished
(08:14):
offs hot. Jade Daniels proves he is that guy. Jane
Dalis proves he's a top five quarterback in the in
the NFL. Guys, two months ago, I hadn't them pegg
him at a eleven win team, but after this, seeing
the full body of work OTAs training camp, whatever, YadA, YadA, YadA,
I'm calling it now. Twelve wins, five and one in
the NFC East. They are a real threat to win
(08:35):
a playoff game or two or three, if not potentially
floor right. However, the floor for this team is nine wins.
But if the team just pulls one of those upsets
versus the Packers, Chiefs or Lions, they're staring down a
thirteen to fourteen wins ceiling. That's how much upside this
roster has underneath Dan Quinn and Jane Daniels. James Daniels
(08:57):
is the real deal. But guys in the common it's
down below. Do you guys have the Washington Commanders hitting
twelve wins or he's even more upside for the season
or not so upset guys, subscribe hit the like. But
remember we're live Monday through Friday, nine pm East Coast
time right here at YouTube dot com. Force Last Man Hour.
Now this is a live interactive show, So comment down
(09:18):
below and let's get into your comments. Cushmaster is in
the show. He says, let's go Giants. Let's go slow
it down, baby Cush. The Giants are gonna be good.
They're gonna be slept on. I think they split with
the Washington cub Commanders. Alpha Rob says they'll be ten
and seven. They're not sneaking up on No. One one defense.
(09:42):
Sties still shakeley with von Miller. Listen, Alfa, Robb von
Miller does not make this defense better. You are a
one hundred percent correct. However, you know who does make
this defense better. It's the vetter leadership of Bobby Wagner.
It's the trade that they made last season for uh,
(10:02):
the Saints guy. Why is his name Stip in my
mind right right now? Is it? You? Guys know I'm
talk talk about Saty that was hurt for about three weeks,
played two games. Yeah, he is going to make a difference.
Dan Quinn is going to make a difference. As much
as I don't like dan Quinn as a head coach,
he is a hell of a defensive schemer. He's a
(10:22):
hell of a defensive coiner. He is going to rally
up that defense and play good football. Sadi joyce Lynn
is in the chat. What's up, Sadie. See she says,
I think the Chiefs will win the Super Bowl this season. Sadie,
I'm with you, baby, I'm with you baby with slowing down.
Slow it down, Baby, slow it down, Slow it down.
And she says Shakwon Barkley is probably the two or
(10:45):
the third best player in the entire NFL. Rights, now
we'll talk about Shakwon Barkley, and now for up, says PS. Guys, ps,
I still hate the name commanders. It's the commander Skins, right,
(11:07):
it's the Commander Skins. But Alfa rob has them going
ten and seven. Kushmashers say, let's go giants, Sadie, what
do you have? The Commander's going, Derek Brust, You people
out there, Jim John, what do you guys think? What
do you guys think? What are what are the Washington
Commanders gonna do in twenty twenty five? Gods, let's
