Liliana Flórez es la madre de Michel Andrea Agudelo, una joven de 22 años que, en junio de 2024, emprendió un viaje desde Medellín hacia México con la esperanza de cruzar la frontera y alcanzar Estados Unidos. Michelle salió de su casa motivada por el anhelo de mejorar su situación económica y alentada por el relato de conocidos que habían realizado esa misma travesía con éxito. Sin embargo, casi 1 mes después de su partida, y varios días sin noticias de su paradero, sus primas encuentran imágenes en Google que confirman su fallecimiento. Desde entonces, Liliana y toda su familia han atravesado un proceso muy doloroso para entender las causas de su muerte, repatriar su cuerpo a Colombia y sobrellevar su ausencia.
