Rimoldi spiega come questi percorsi post-diploma offrano una formazione pratica e teorica altamente specializzata, preparando i giovani a diventare tecnici qualificati per la gestione di cantieri e l'efficientamento energetico. Con una percentuale di assunzioni superiore all'85% entro sei mesi dal completamento dei corsi, gli ITS si dimostrano una valida alternativa al percorso universitario, garantendo opportunità concrete di lavoro in un settore in evoluzione.
