Importance Of Children's Mental Health

This week I had the opportunity to chat with childrens mental health advocate Khia. This was such a great conversation because I think as parents sometimes we don't really realize children also face a lot of things when it comes to anxiety and their mental health. Remember it's okay to not be okay but always make sure that your little is comfortable coming to you for anything.
