Speaker 1 (00:08):
Start spreading the new, new, new New. We interrupt our
program to bring you this important message New York. I
love you, I love you. Oh, it's trying to get

(00:37):
out the fires away. It's over the way at the
other dollar a curry back, take a dollar up the
laft Oh fuck by James Lebron. James with the rejection.
It just puts up the prey long go please our
backs back had to l his ret. What's going on? People?

(01:03):
Welcome back to another episode of the Off Football Podcast
with me or Hopes, Chris Lebron and guess what day
it is? It is NBA Draft Day night one night. Well, remember,
I know there's some people that still forget it's a
two day draft. So we got round one today. Round

(01:24):
two will happen tomorrow. But an exciting time for a
lot of teams, a lot of teams, a lot of
fan bases. This is the moment where do you feel
like your team can change for the better. There's going
to be a lot of action, a lot of moves.
We're gonna see trade. I mean we've already seen some
trades happened in the last few days, you know, so

(01:47):
it is an exciting time. Draft Day my New York
Knicks don't have a first round pick. They only have
the fiftieth pick. They would have had another second but
lost it in the Jalen runs and tampering stuff, which
kind of sucks as for not that just for the Knicks,

(02:09):
but as a potential draft pick. To know that you
know there's going to be one lass name called that
kind I think that's kind of laying. They should have
done something with that. Give it away, you know, to
a team who I don't know, you know, the best record,
I don't know, reward someone with the pick, like there
should have been a better solution to that. But nonetheless,
there's only fifty nine picks just in this draft. But

(02:33):
like I said, exciting time. You know, the MAVs are
officially on the clock. Who will they take? Will they take?
Obviously the consensus is Cooper Flag and that's most we
don't know, it's the it's the it's the MAVs. You know,
they they've they've they've done some stuff previously. I don't

(02:55):
know if you know, they've they traded a certain player
out of the blue, so you know, you never know
with the mask, but it's probably going to be Cooper Flag.
And I would say confidently that Cooper Flag will be
the number one pick in the draft. But I posted
a lot of my thoughts on the draft. It's on

(03:18):
my sub stack. You can check it out. It's pinned
on top of my X page. You can follow me
at Off the Ballpod. I will be on Knicks Fan
TV tonight doing coverage of the NBA Draft, followed by
I will be talking about the draft the first round

(03:39):
of the NBA Draft with my guy Josh Rodriguez. After
after the first round is concluded, will hop on his
pod and we will be talking more about the draft
and Night one and whatever whatever happen, whether there's trades

(04:01):
or you know, just to get more familiarized with some
of the draft picks, we'll talk them on his podcast
at Dome, So check that out too. But yeah, MAVs
around the clock with the number one pick. Obviously, I
think the first two picks are going to be as
a chalk as chalk. I think the first two picks
will be coop of Flag, followed by Dan Harper. Then

(04:24):
it gets interesting at three with the Philadelphia seventy six
ers because I think there's a scenario where they trade down,
you know, They're in a kind of a weird spot
because a lot of the guys potentially that they can target,
they already have guys there, you know obviously, you know

(04:46):
Jared McCain, Maxie. You know, do you need another guard,
you know, like a you know, like a Trey Johnson
or a Jeremiah Fears. Do you need something like that?
You know? Do you you know you draft you know,
a come on malaw watch, you know, at three, when
you already have Joel Embiid, even though I mean that's

(05:07):
not actually a bad idea to have, because now you're
gonna have someone solid in case, you know, not in
case when Joel Embiid you know, misses time, you know,
but do you take a backup? You know, at three?
So I think they're in a position where I think
there's a trade back. Obviously, you know, we know that

(05:27):
Brooklyn added another first round pick, so they got five altogether.
Brooklyn they traded with Atlanta to get another first sold
right now they at five. There's no way that Brooklyn's
going to trade five. I see a scenario where Brooklyn's
going to try to trade up to try to potentially

(05:48):
move up to three and get like an ace daily.
You know, I could see ace or a scenario where
they just trade down just to get more of a
better value and just rack up on picks. I could
see either scenario happening, because you know, you can never
have enough picks, you know. But it's crazy Brooklyn that's

(06:09):
five first round picks. Like I said, they're not going
to use all five, but they're they're, uh they But
Brooklyn is also in a spot where they need one
of those picks to hit. Like let's say hypothetically they
use all five. One of them got to hit. That's
all you need is one. You just need one to hit.
You know, they're obviously you know they got, they've they're

(06:31):
they're a vastly different team than when they were just
a few years ago. But you know, five cracks that
trying to find one guy that can potentially be it.
That's why I think they're a scenario where they talk
to Philly and to move up the three. It's all
depending on Philly. I don't know if Philly is is

(06:53):
co is all in on a certain player. I don't
think they want to drop too far down for me out,
But I could see a scenario where Brooklyn offers maybe
a couple more extra picks to entice Philly to trade
to three to eight, and so they can Brooklyn can
potentially get Ace Bailey. I think he provides the highest

(07:16):
upside maybe in the whole draft, like he gives you
the highest up side, but he has the potential to
be like Josh Jackson, where he's out of the league
at four years. It's a risk that if you're Sean
markson company that you really have to analysize. Now analyze
that's always a tough word to say. Analyze and see

(07:37):
if it's worth it. When you have five for our
first round picks, I think you got to take a
shot where if you could trade a couple of those
and try to get up to three, I would definitely
take the chance and try to see, you know, take
a Ace Bailey and see if he becomes this guy

(07:58):
that potentially people were saying he could be. He could
do this Tracy McGrady, Paul George's little type of player.
I think it might be worth it. It might be
worth it for Brooklyn because you need to you need
to find something out of this draft. Something has to hit,
or if Sean mark is out of a job, let's
just keep it a book. If Sean Marks doesn't find

(08:18):
at least at least one like legit guy, he might
be out of a job. So I think it's very important,
you know, to find that player or his VJ Edge.
Common think VJ or Ace have some of the highest
ceilings in this draft. You know. But to me, Ace,

(08:39):
he if he if he figures it out. And I
kind of like what Brooklyn is doing as far as
a player development. I think it's I think I think
they got a good thing going on there in Brooklyn.
But you know, you gotta gotta hit. You gotta hit
on one Scott Talk Spoils definitely think have nothing to

(09:01):
lose by trying to swing for a home run. Yeah, yeah,
I agree, man, I think you gotta you gotta shoot
for the fences, shoot for the stars. I think it's
worth it. Uh, you have all these pick you know,
Like I said, this could be it for Sean Marks.
Go big and go home. Man. I would definitely be

(09:23):
be in that type of mode. So if you can
do it, do it. I definitely would would try to
do it. So they're in a good they're in a
they're in a position where they can really shake things up.
In this draft, and I think there's gonna be a
lot of shaking things up, so interesting, interesting, interesting, interesting

(09:46):
potential that could happen. Uh with Brooklyn and three, that's
where the draft starts. I don't think anyone's trading up
to two. I think spurs are locked in. I know
Idal the fit isn't perfect with Harper, It's not like
a like a massive need, but Harper's going to Harper's

(10:11):
going to uh I Cooper Flag, Harper, those are the
big at three is where it starts. I think that's
where it starts. I'll give you a quick recap of
my big board. H Cooper flag number one. Dylan Harper
is the number two prospect. VJ. Edge Comes my three.
I love you. I've been writing about VJ. Edge Comes

(10:33):
since he was like a junior at Long Island Lutheran.
He's just someone that I've been super intrigued, even before
he was even thought about. I remember writing him for
for for a public I forgot where I was writing for,
but I wrote about him. I didn't get to see
him live, but I remember some people talking about him,

(10:56):
and then I just started watching some of the stuff
online when his games were he played and it was
he could watch it online. And I remember watching him like, oh,
this kid's good. And I think at the time he
was probably like a he wasn't really talked about a lot.
Maybe talked about maybe locally in New York, but he
wasn't talked about nationally. And man, he he rose. And

(11:19):
I wrote about in a few times like this kid's
getting better, he's getting better. He has he has a
he's a NBA frame even as a junior and stuff.
So and then to see him rise. You know, he
had a tough start at Baylor, and like I said,
overall wasn't perfect, but you know, you know, there was
some weird stuff going on with Jeremy Roach having the ball.

(11:42):
You know, it just wasn't ideal to circumstances. But played
better as the season go on, tailed off a little
bit down the stretch. But I I think he's ah
if he can get everything, you know he's defensively, I
think he's gonna be fine. I know the handle needs
some work, I know I know the shot is not perfect,

(12:05):
but I think it's all fixable. I think it's all
stuff that can be fixed. So I'm not really I'm
not really too worried, like too worried about like his
his his potential, Like I think he's gonna be a
really good player. I think he's gonna be a really
good player. Let me see Greenie Green. If Ace don't

(12:27):
become a star, could be a grade three in D.
I can see that the defense still needs I think
he just just I think the defense is just a
matter of him putting a little bit more emphasis on it.
I think the defense tools are there is not consistent.
But he was also relying to take a lot of
the load up because Harper did miss times, missed some

(12:48):
time too at Rutgers, so he had to take a
lot of load and he's a he's a score h so,
you know, but there is potential for some three that
he has the size, he has the length to be
a three and D guy. But there's I know, there's
a lot of people that are scared that it could
be Josh Jackson two point zero and he's out of
the league in a few years. So if he wants

(13:09):
to stay in the league and be a ten year pro,
the defense needs to be a priority to with him.
You know, obviously he's you're gonna draft him to be
an offensive force, but I think you need the defense
to at least be stall if he wants to be
in the league for a while. And VJ was talking
about VJ right now Greeney and uh, I think he

(13:31):
has tremendous I mean he has probably as you know him,
Cooper Ace, you know, Dylan. I mean, no, that's that's
why they're going to top five because their ceiling is
absolutely insane. They figure it out. So yeah, I think
his ceiling is very high. I think he has potential

(13:52):
to be a really good player. I've been high on
him for a long time, so I'm excited about this
to see him at the next level if he right now.
In my latest mock that I did, I have him
going to the Jazz you know, maybe not the most
ideal spot, but uh, but I think, you know, they

(14:20):
need they need to find a guy that that could
be the guy. Like they have a bunch of good players,
you know, but they don't have a guy that they
get there that can be a franchise guy. And I
think J VJ can be that for for Utah for sure.
So's pull up. That's from VJ. Yeah, I like VJ

(14:45):
a lot, Like I've been been high on him for
a couple of years now, since twenty twenty, twenty twenty three,
you know, beginning of that year, you know, I've been
I wrote about him a bunch for some publications. So
I think he's someone that I'm really excited to see

(15:05):
at the next level and think could be a really
good pro. I know some people are questionable with him,
you know, he has his doubters too, but uh, definitely
definitely worthy of being a top three to five pick,
which I think he'll definitely be going tonight. So followed

(15:25):
by that VJ. On my big board, I have Trey
Johnson at four. I think Trey Johnson is just an
absolute bucket. Great handle, can score, can shoot the ball,
one of the better shooters in this draft. I love VJ.
I mean, I love Trey Johnson. He's an absolute bucket.

(15:46):
Followed by Ace at five. I know, like I said,
a lot of aces, We've heard a lot of stuff
with a's and a lot of negativity, but I still
think he's top five talent becauspires Jackie Onas at six.
I know people question some of it. Can he take
all guys off the dribble? But I believe that h
once he gives a better and standing. Uh oh, just

(16:09):
just a rumor here by Brett Siegel, NBA. The Jazz
made an aggressive push the last couple of days to
try to acquire Jalen Brown, which makes sense with Danny
Ainge drafting Jalen Brown when he was in Boston, so
that kind of makes some sense. Like go saying, we
might see some stuff happen tonight. We might see some

(16:29):
stuff happen tonight. And I've been saying, Uh, I've said,
if if I had Jason Tatum not gotten hurt, I
think there's a world where j Jalen Brown is on
the table for sure. Like I said, we just saw
them Chardy, Drew Holliday and KP and we've known that

(16:50):
they wanted to a new ownership, They want to cut salary,
they just don't want to pay that tax. So it
looks like, uh, we might have seen the last iteration
of the Boston Celtics. You know, who would have thought
that once Tatum got hurt that it would be maybe
the end, which is kind of crazy, Maybe the end.

(17:12):
So yeah, that news just came across. Some more information
as we go on. Okay, See is looking to move
up from number fifteen. So the Oklahoma City Thunder they
have the fifteenth pick. Whatether they have the twenty fourth pick,

(17:37):
So they have two first and I'm trying to see
what else they have. But they have a forty fourth
pick and obviously some future picks. So I mean the
defending champs, not messing around, not messing around, trying to
add some more talent. Very interesting to see who would
they be looking at. But they have dannition to move up.

(18:01):
So they're a team that we can see make a
which I like that you just won the championship, but
you're not You're not. You're not just cool with that.
You want to continue to make strides to make sure
this is a sustained potential dynasty. So I like wil
Comas City is doing. Maybe like Kama Malo Watch, Comma

(18:29):
Malo Watch would be interesting there, you know, maybe that's
a tard I could see. May you get another dynamic score?
Would they get another like bolt back up? Because remember
they have who's the kid they took last year in
the first round. I'm trying to I gotta pull this up.

(18:52):
The flank guard he got hurt, he hurt his a
cl oh man. Why am I forgetting Excuse me, why
am I forgetting his name? I am? I really and

(19:13):
I was hiring him too, and I'm oh, yeah, Nicolotopa.
They took him in the top twelve, top twelve, you know,
despite the injury. So maybe looking for a dynamic gonna
the score because you know at times that it was
tough scoring, so you know, maybe like Jeremiah's fears, or

(19:38):
maybe they're trying to go all the way up. We'll see,
but that that's interesting. That's interesting to see that they can.
They're they're trying to make moves. They're trying to make moves.
All right, let's continue with my board. As far as

(20:01):
Jackie Arnis and Kanker Nipple at seven, you know what,
it's crazy me being a Duke fan early on high
before the process, you know, I liked him, but you know,
I didn't know if he was an NBA guy. Then
I was like, was it crazy a bottom? And then
as the season went on, when Cooper Flag got hurt,
he kind of he kind of grew on me a lot.

(20:22):
And I think he's a I think I think he's
gonna fit in wherever he goes. Good, good movement, shooter, strong,
sometimes could bully you, you know, off the dribble. Not
the greatest finisher or athlete, but I think at times sneaky, sneaky,

(20:43):
like I think you don't take it for granted at
times because sometimes he was he'll sneak up on you
and do some things athletically. So I think CON's gonna
be fitting. He could fit in posentially anywhere. Kamar Mala watch.
I know, especially in that Final four game versus Houston
where he got kind of bullied against bigger guys and

(21:05):
I even was I was so frustrated watching that game.
But I still think there's he's still young, you know,
he still has a lot of potential, and I think
he's one of the better interior bigs in this class.
Theret Queen Derrek Queen. I don't it's crazy because I

(21:25):
don't know if he's like he's a perfect fit in
the league. But I just watch him play. I'm like,
he's just a good basketball player, man, And it might
not work out. It might be like Thomas Robinson all
over again, but I don't know. I just think he's
one of the ten best players in his class. Like

(21:45):
he's just good. I know defensively, is not perfect, but
and the outside shooting might be not there yet. There's potential.
I think he shot like from three, but I think
there's potential to be a better three point shooter. But
I don't know. I think he's a good basketball I
just think he hoop so so I'm I think it's

(22:06):
worthy of taking him top ten. Cedric Coward, He's someone
that he's just he's really good man. He's really really good.
You know, just a few games he played this year
at Washington State. But in those few games, he showed out.
Think he averaged like eighteen points a game. Splits are
really good. Committed to Duke. But the process is so
good that he turned down Duke. You don't see a

(22:27):
lot of people turned down Duke. You know, you you
know your draft stocks going really well when you turn
down Duke. So he's in a good spot to go
really high. I think he's someone that cann't go higher.
Even he can go top eight, I could see that happening.
Maxine Ronald his his ranges kind of wife. I've seen

(22:49):
some people have him in the thirties. I have him
here eleven. He's just I think he's another guy, just
a good basketball player. So you know it's in the
acc seem a lot, you know, So I just think
he's a a big that can fit, could shoot. I
like him a lot of Thomas Sorbert, you know, had
the foot injury, but another big that I just like.

(23:09):
He's not as tall as what you want is in
the big but man, he has a seven foot six
Winks fan, so you know he's He's someone that I
think can go higher to then do THEO. I'm hiring
them the most, think consensus. I know some people have
him late. I know the Knicks worked him out. Nicks
have the fiftieth pick. I can see you can see

(23:30):
the Knicks maybe trading up for him. He's someone that
I think they should target if he drops into the twenties,
which he probably would be. But I'm just higher than
the most. I just think he's just as good as,
like I said, Ric Coward. Maybe not the shooter a
sex Cedric, but to me, he's just he's in that
same same realm Jeremiah Fears. I love the ball handling,

(23:52):
I love the I love the bitch, big shot making,
tough shot making. I just think it's what is his
role when he's not in that mode? Can he be
a good off ballplayer. I tend I question that a
little bit. So that's why I have him lower than
a lot of people. A lot of people have him
in that top ten, but I have him a little

(24:13):
and I still have him a lottery pick. But I
still there's there's some word we're shere Fleming for some reason,
you're hearing that he's he could drop into the second
I think that's kind of crazy. I think maybe maybe
he's not a top fifteen pick, but he's a first
round pick for sure. Like I think when every time
I see Rashia Fleming playing, I think Nasri would better

(24:36):
on ball defense. That's what I think. Noah side, he's
probably gonna go higher than sixteen. I think he's going
in the top ten for sure. That's just my opinion.
I think, yes, crazy, crazy tools and do a little
bit of everything. So I like that. Jase Richardson, he's
one that he's one that has a very high UH.

(25:03):
A lot of people have mentioned that he can fall
maybe out the first round. I think that's insane. If
you do that, don't do that. Take him in the
first round. I understand he's an under he's an undersize
point guard, but uh, he's a lot more athletic. He's
not his dad astheticism, which you know not a lot
of people are. That's like, but still a great athlete

(25:27):
can shoot, can shoot the lights out of the ball. Like.
I don't like due comparisons, but there's some, there's some.
There's some brunching in there. There's some brunching in there.
That's what makes me have him that as high. Carter
Bryant at eighteen, Igor dem at nineteen, Danie Wolf but twenty,
Columber boils At at twenty one. He's another one where

(25:52):
I've seen people as highest have him as high as too.
I saw someone have him too. I don't think I
go that high. I don't know if the shooting will
ever be there, but I think he'll be a good piece.
But I have three is that was three or two?
It was insane. Nie Clifford, Joan Beringer also Nowell. I

(26:13):
probably have him lower than most. I just I don't
know if he's a perfect fit. He'd had to go
to a specific team to maximize his potential. Will Riley
Liam McNeely at twenty six, Nolan Trejor at twenty seven,
Walk to Clayton Junior at twenty nine, Elijah Martin at
twenty at I mean Clayon Walter Clayton twenty eight, Elijah
Martin at twenty nine, Ryan Culchbrenner at thirty, Elijah Martin.

(26:41):
I think of Elijah Martin if deucebrig Bride was joked
up even you know what. That's what Elijah Martin is.
He's a bulldog. I think he might be the best
all ball the perimeter defender in this class. He's just
an absolute bull. You see watches some of his tape
against Auburn in the Final four and then that whole

(27:02):
run he was locking up dudes, he was locking up
to Hot Betiford. You know when they played Alabama. I
think in the what's the das is He tournament? That
could be wrong, but there was a game I'll watched
where he put he put series an absolute bleunder thirty one.

(27:22):
Janna Cooney, Niederhauser, Noel Penda thirty three, Ryan Nemhart thirty
No appended till thirty two, Men heard thirty three, Hugo
Gonzalez thirty four, chas La Near michaeh pv Caam Jones,
Ben Sarah Jamir Watkins, Kobe Breh I hope he's there
at fifty. I hope he's there at fifty. Hunter Sallas,

(27:42):
Eric Dixon, Tamar Bates, Drake Powell, R J. Lewis, Kobe Sanders,
Amari Williams, Sion Chains, Alex Twey, Bojelev Markovic at fifty,
Johnny Broom at fifty one, Rocos Zakarski at fifty two.
He's a monster man. Arthur Kalooma, I've been on him
for like three years. I have to keep him in
my top sixty doing card well at Auburn, Vlad gold

(28:04):
Golden Hanson, Yang Kadari Richmond, I like, I think he's
gonna be a good pro man. I just think he's
think be a good pro Tiresh Proctor, Javon Small and
inn Ding, Pat Bowels caps off my top sixty. So
that's my big board. Just trying to whatever else we're

(28:26):
hearing with this draft. Man, it's an exciting time. Exciting time.
Are we hearing something that's posted good? Right? Bill? I

(29:07):
got my mock draft on my on my substances to
check that out too. Just some draft superlatives that I like.
I think the best shooter, the best. I'll go and
order having on my sub stick. The best scorer I
think is Ace Bailey. I think he's the best scorer
in the draft. The best passer, Ryan Nemhard, best ball
handed with Jeremiah Fears. Best shooter Kobe Bred. Best shot

(29:33):
blocker to me is Ryan colkbrand At the best perimeter defender,
like I mentioned before, is Elijah Martin. Best athlete is
j He's just an elite, elite level athlete. Some bold
predictions before we uh, before we head out, I think
the Mets the Nets move up to three and take
Ace Bailey. I think Thomas Sober gets picked ahead of

(29:56):
Derek Queen. I think Nolan Treo slides to the second round.
I think Florida gets two guys drafted in the first
and Elijah Martin the warld to Clayton Junior. And I
think only freshmen go in the lottery. That's that's a
bell of prediction. That's my bullet prediction. I don't know.

(30:17):
It just feels like I think all freshmen are going
to be the top fourteen. It feels like it's that way.
Some interesting things the Knicks have the fifty pick A
couple of things things I wrote some potential guys who
I think could be there at fifty. There's guys I want,
like Kobe Brai, Elijah Martin, like, there's guys that I

(30:38):
would love to take if if they're there, But realistically,
these are the guys I think that will be there
at fifty for the Knicks. And I think Amari Williams
even though I've seen some and I just did a
community mock draft which I'm hopeful to post. I assume

(31:01):
this POD's over, we're going to post that those those results.
I think Amari Williams could be there. He's a monster,
monster of a man, six foot ten, two hundred sixty
pounds to fifty five and that range average ten and eight,
almost two blocks a game. You know at at Florida,

(31:22):
massive wingspan at seven foot six, doesn't get not going
to give you much offensively, but uh, I think he's
just a terror around the rim. Another guy, Eric Dixon.
He's an older guy. And both these guys a Mari's
twenty three, Dixon's twenty four. But you know, Nick serving
winning now mode and if they can get anyone that
can help them now, even though we don't have a

(31:44):
coach yet. But I think these guys can potentially help
them if needed with depth. Eric Dixon led the country
in points absolute bucket, can score at all three levels,
shot from three, has range. He's just a hooper man.
He's a very good free throw shooter. Shot shooting over eighty.
I believe every year of his collegiing career on the

(32:08):
high volume too. With his three point shooting. I think
he took like six threes a game, and which is
very just a very high efficient player, high efficiency player.
Not a great athlete defensively, but there's a reason. There's
a reason why he's going into trains the defense. There
could be some stuff potentially there like he could be

(32:30):
but that's not his strong so that's concerned. He's not
a great athlete. But if he learns how to use
his size, which at times he does he use his
size for defense, there's something there. But another guy, dink Pay,
I think just off the potential. I think he's worthy
of the fiftieth pick. Like like I talked about previous pods,

(32:52):
everyone's gonna go up like ding Pay probably is not
a guy that would get drafted if everyone had stayed
hearing a rumor here. According to Draft Express, Ace. Bailey's
camp has said they do not want him to be
drafted by the Hornets or the Jazz, which kind of

(33:13):
intensifies I think Brooklyn Uh well, I mean, I don't
blame him. They haven't shown those organizations haven't shown the
wild and state I want to win, especially the Hornets.
They haven't won him for ever. I get it, I
get it. I think Brooklyn's too. I think he's gonna
go to Brooklyn. I think it's Brooklyn back to dank Pate.

(33:35):
He's the numbers are gonna shoot show you that he's
incredibly inefficient. And it's true, he did get better last
year playing and I forgot what league play for. He
was in the G League at night and then they disbanded.
I forgot team uh but shot a lot better. I

(33:57):
think he was in the flow forties compared to are
in the thirties previously. For he shot from three. So,
like I said, there's a lot that needs to be
worked on. But I feel like if at fifty, if
all your guys would take the list of guys that
are worthy of getting drafted are just really low. If

(34:20):
he's there, he's worthy of being drafted, and then you
just you throw him in the G League for a
few years, just let him develop and then see if
you got something in a few years and if not.
But I think he's worthy of all pick at fifty.
Like I said, I don't know if it's going to translate,
but I think it's worth a shot. He has. The
talent is there. The talent is there. Just got to

(34:41):
figure out how to put all together. Because talent alone,
he's like a top twenty twenty five pick Kobe Brea
best shooting the class, best shooting the class. He's just
an absolute Like if he's there at fifty, I don't
think he's going to be there. I have he doubt
he's going to be there. But if he's there, take me,
take them simple, Take them is just that simple. He's
the best shooter. Like if all those if all these

(35:04):
guys are available at fifty, and I had to pick one,
it's Kobe Brer, It's Kobe Brer. I'm taking Kobe Brer.
He can shoot it, yes, defensively. I don't care what
he can't do defensively. I just think his shooting is
absolutely perfect. It's like Georgie kneeing is I think, but
just a better athlete oh Fred VanVleet It tends to

(35:29):
sign a two year extension with the Rockets, so he
will be your rocket for the next few years. They
obviously got Kevin Durant. That's some big news, but that's
all I got right now. Like I said, I'm going
to be posting my community mock as soon as the
last two picks come in, and then, like I said,

(35:51):
I will be on Knicks Fan TV tonight at eight
pm covering the draft, followed by going on the Dime
UH with my guy Josh Rodriguez, and we will be
talking about the first round the draft. So I appreciate

(36:11):
everyone that tuned in, please hit me up at Off
the Ballpod talk about the draft. Like I said, I'll
be I'll be talking about it, tweeting about it, on air,
talking about the NBA Draft, So the first rounds tonight,
being sure to uh tap in. All my links are
in the description, so on that note, you will be safe.

Are You A Charlotte?

In 1997, actress Kristin Davis’ life was forever changed when she took on the role of Charlotte York in Sex and the City. As we watched Carrie, Samantha, Miranda and Charlotte navigate relationships in NYC, the show helped push once unacceptable conversation topics out of the shadows and altered the narrative around women and sex. We all saw ourselves in them as they searched for fulfillment in life, sex and friendships. Now, Kristin Davis wants to connect with you, the fans, and share untold stories and all the behind the scenes. Together, with Kristin and special guests, what will begin with Sex and the City will evolve into talks about themes that are still so relevant today.
