Ale przecież nie izolujemy się świadomie.
Po prostu uciekamy do zadań, rozrywek, umilaczy, zapychaczy czasu próbując koić nasze emocje. To jednak sprawia, że tak naprawdę oddalamy się od bliskiej nam osoby. A do trudnych emocji i doświadczeń dołącza się poczucie osamotnienia.
