Speaker 1 (00:12):
The X Zone Night before Christmas by Rob McConnell. Twas
the night before Christmas in the galaxies midst not a
planet was stirring, no life forms to enlist. The space
suits were hung by the airlock with care, in hopes
that galactic Saint Nick would be there. The aliens nestled
snug in their pods, dreaming of star clusters and avoiding

all odds. When out in the cosmos there arose such
a clutter, The X Zone tunes buzzed. What was the matter?
A signal from deep space beamed through the night. Ghostly
apparitions danced in spectral light. Listeners of X Zone, wide
eyed and in awe, heard the eerie broadcast from Galaxies far.

(00:55):
Rob McConnell, the host, with his voice full of cheer,
guided through ten aales both troubling and queer, from alien
santas in UFOs so spry to phantom wise men that
shimmered and sighed. When what to their listening ears did
transmit but a spaceship drawn by eight spectral comets with
another worldly driver so lively and slick they knew in

(01:18):
a moment it must be street neck faster than a meteor.
The aliens came. They whirred and hovered as he called
them by name, Nouza blacks now Glaupan now Vindrax and
zep onzyla onzorgan on Rectu and gleep as particles that
travel through intense cosmic rays when they meet with an

asteroid cascade in bright blaze. So through the wormhole the spacecraft.
It flew with gear full of gifts and Christmas spirit too.
And then like a twinkle, they heard from Afar the
laughter of Nick from his gleaming star car. As hosts
on Exilon spun tails, strange and grand, Nick delivered presence

(02:00):
to each alien land. His presence was ethereal, a mystical being,
his essence woven in dimensions unseen. He spoke not a word,
but spread joy wide and free, filling each heart with festivity.
With a dimension bending wave, he took to the skies,
vanishing through stardust, a thought in disguise, But they heard

(02:22):
him exclaim as he drifted from sight, Merry Christmas to all,
and to all a weird night
