Speaker 1 (00:01):
Here's your host, Alex Garrett. All right, Well, it's been
a crazy few days here personally jumping from the Piscobo
Show to working an Arthur Idalla remote in Times Square,
so then going back on the Piscobo Show the next day.
That we're trying to just recalibrate today on Tuesday, September ninth.

(00:24):
But there's so much I want to get to because
the whole weekend was dominated by Karen, you know, the
baseball snatcher Karen whatever they're calling her, And that was
parallel with that horrible stabbing on video in Charlotte of

(00:47):
a twenty three year old Ukrainian refugee female by a
you know, I don't even want to call this monster
a career criminal. He's just pure evil. See, by calling
this guy that's been out on Cash's bail and other times,
fourteen times in and out of jail a career criminal

(01:09):
makes him sound like, you know, it's a career criminal. Now,
this guy's a monster. Too. Cold bloodedly stab anyone to
death that way in front of people on a light

(01:29):
rail or any kind of public transportation should make everybody
on edge. But what the Trump, FBI and DOJ did
today by taking control and federally charging this monster overruling

(01:52):
any jurisdiction of Charlotte is a good precedent. You could
say what you about the National Guard going in. Remember
Trump was about to call the National Guard into New
York City in twenty twenty, which made Cuomo step up
and actually quell the riots. But this feels different. This

(02:16):
kind of federal involvement feels justified, feels needed because if
local jurisdictions are not going to do the right thing
and put these monsters in jail after one or two arrests,
I can't believe I'm saying fifteenth time. I don't want

(02:40):
to say it was the charm because it's awful, but
it took fifteen times for this monster to be charged federally.
And I hope this president continues here on won look
at BALX news. I hope the FEDS get involved more
in local situations. And why did it take carl and

(03:01):
others a month for the because this happened in August
for them to release the footage. Why wasn't that outright
taking care of him in jail, him prosecuted. Why did
take xers, you know, people on X to post this

(03:24):
out consistently to make noise. Why is the Charlotte Mayer
only calling this a tragedy and nothing more like, I
didn't hear her say anything about, you know, resolutions. I
just heard her say, oh, it's a tragedy. Yes, they

(03:45):
got her quoted as oh, well, this guy was had
mental illness and all that. At that point, I don't
want to hear it. I don't want to hear it.
And here's the other thing about the left's lack of
outrage toward this. This is the same left that is
telling us I should not be rounding up people. It's

(04:07):
the same left that is protesting every ice ray possible
and don't crack down on immigration. Basically, well, you just
had a refugee immigrant from Ukraine killed in cold blood,
and you're not making us think about it. Now. I

(04:29):
don't care and say I don't care about the color
of the skin in this point. My point is the
double standard. If a white person stabbed this woman to
death or whatever else, the left may not even recognize that,

(04:57):
which is a shame because they're the same people that
are talking about that, are talking about Trump's crackdown on
illegal immigration and complaining about it, protesting it. Well, here's
a refugee who flew war torn fled war torn Ukraine

(05:18):
to make a better life here, only to be stabbed
in cold blood brazenly on the Charlotte transit system. And
you know what's wild, This guy's also a fair beater.

(05:39):
I saw the other day someone just jump right over
the turnstile, and the stupid guards that have been put
in there and get paid hundred dollars an hour did
nothing at forty secondary. They just looked at the guy
and did nothing. Why are we outsourcing Charlotte's security? Why

(06:03):
are we outsourcing New York security? If all these bums
that stand there and just tell disable people not to
use the door. But let all these other fair beaters in,
what are we paying them for? What are we paying
them for, Mayor Adams, What are we paying them for,

(06:25):
Mayor Lyles? To just sit on their asses and watch
this fair beating. And I've told you this before. When
they are caught, some of these fair beaters have weapons
on them. And here's the other point. I also made
this on Joe Piscobo Show earlier yesterday. This is coming

(06:51):
at a time where mom Donnie has vocalized he would
love to make all the subways used space to house
the homeless. The guy, the monster, the evil scum that
stabbed this twenty three year old homeless. This moment should

(07:15):
be an eye opener to what that kind of policy
Mom Donnie wants to do here in New York could
lead to. And I will tell you this, I just
don't see myself wearing headphones as much in the subways anymore.
I mean, this happened at a moment where she was

(07:39):
instantly sitting there, and it gives you this feeling God forbid,
it could happen to anyone. And that's also the scary part.
That's why the Feds had to step in. I don't
care about the Epstein fils right now. I'm glad the

(07:59):
Bond and Patel and Sean Duffy's Treasures Department of Transportation
secretary all collaborated to get this investigation going. An overall
a do nothing jurisdiction in Charlotte, Well, how can do
their do nothing because they let the guy out fifteen

(08:21):
fourteen other times? And I could say this becomes a
do nothing jurisdiction when we don't have federal judges like
the one I mentioned the other day about the MS
thirteen gang. When we don't have those federal judges who
are actually throwing the book at these criminals and these monsters,

(08:45):
the local jurisdiction has to be overruled. I don't know
if I told you this story, but I was listening
to the radio and here in Nasa County, I heard
that some guy was let out and then cut his ankle. Monitor.
These are real things happening. So if I see more

(09:05):
federal involvement, I will welcome that, and to a point,
I could conceivably welcome that with the National Guard too,
But the overruling of the jurisdictions like we just saw
with Cash Pattel and Pam BONDI chart this is a

(09:31):
local transportation crime. Local crimes should be handled properly by
the local authorities and the local courts, and usually a
federal crime as if you commit something on federal property
or I guess if you do have possession of weaponry

(09:56):
and all that. This is a first. I've never seen
a local transit issue become a federal issue, but it's
much needed. It's a it's a moment where we're gonna
say no, you will not be let out for that
fifteenth time, you will be throwing the book at and
if it takes the fence to do it, God bless it.

(10:17):
We're gonna keep it that way. We're gonna keep it
that way. And then I don't know if Gaby heard
this story or if I ever said this. I was
going on the subway months ago last year, and I
asked someone, why is everybody fleeing the car? There was

(10:39):
a full on knife fight on the sixth train with
you and everybody was clearing the cars. And I said, boy,
a knife fight on the subway. That's what we've become here.
So just always be aware of your surroundings, because I
think it's pretty evan. And we have people roaming the

(11:02):
streets that have been let out once, twice, three times,
hall even ten times, And it makes you wonder why.
I understand there's a period of grace or whatnot, but
not fourteen times. That's just too politically correct, too catering

(11:30):
to the activists that say, uh, we don't want jails
to be filled, that complain about recidivism rates, Well, you
know what, they have jails for a reason. I could
care less about residiviian rates. It's going to keep another
person alive, and for the left to not speak out

(11:51):
after months of complaining and protesting and gathering and sometimes
rightfully so about the ice raids, for them to completely
blow by the fact that this woman was a refugee
who came here from a war torn country to make

(12:12):
go fundmes for the killer. I think we've just seen
the official sickness of the left in play, just by
the fact that people decided to form a go fund
me for this killer's legal defense. As my friend Ryan says,

(12:34):
make it make sense, and as I'd say, what is
wrong with people sympathizing for this killer. It's a double
standard firstly, but also it's a sickness. This go fundme
opening is a sickness because when you're going to that

(12:58):
length to protect a killer who killed in cold blood,
you're sick in the head, in the soul, and maybe
in the body too. And then the other thing I
was going to talk about before that stabbing actually happened
was something I read about a few days ago. If

(13:20):
you remember, a few weeks back, I mentioned that Christinome
was complaining Secretary christin Home was complaining that CBS did
another edit job, this time with Faced the Nation, and
it got so many people up in arms. Though we

(13:41):
may have seen on the front pages that CBS has
decided for face the nation, they will not edit interviews. Now,
that is journalism because we don't need christin Home's reference
to MS. Thirteen and kilmar Abrego Garcia's affiliation to them

(14:03):
edited out. That has to be shown to the public.
The power of letting these words air is immense. Uh
is bigger than I can even think about right now.

(14:24):
But I agree that these interviews should not be edited.
That is journalism integrity to leave it as is. You
know why we've gotten to fifty thousand downloads. I'm not
really edited anybody's words on here. I've let them talk.
That's the point. You want to be reputable, you let
these people talk. I don't care what position of leadership

(14:47):
they're in. You let them talk. I would have this
Charlotte Mayer and say, hey, you know, I know you've
had issues with ice. Well, this is a refugee that
you just got killed in your city. Where's the outru
from you besides tragedy and how awful it was. I'd
let her talk because even on that side, when you

(15:09):
see the lefts insanity in some of these respects. It
gives the bigger picture, so good on Face the Nation.
I don't I have to look up and see if
CBS's sixty Minutes is on that same policy too, because
remember they had to settle with Trump on the Kabbala

(15:32):
editing and it was edited. Her words were edited heavily.
And I hope that if they can do it for
Face the Nation, CBS can have the balls to do
it on sixty Minutes, which, oh, by the way, is
one of the biggest prime time shows that these politicians
come on. Even Trump has been on there. Obviously the

(15:59):
editing has to start set That is a former censorship
that is not for his speech, and it's not journalistic integrity.
And I'll give you the answer on that sixty minutes
if they're editing him or not. Still after that disaster,
and Colbert is not being fired for Trump uh settling

(16:21):
with paramount. It's because he was a loudmouth and had
to complain about his parent company. You don't complain about
your parent company settling with the president in the ways
he has. I mean, he's lashed out of them every night.
It's no one do they want to get rid of him.
I don't believe it's in the dude Trump. I think
it's the way he reacted to the settlement between Paramount

(16:43):
and Trump, because unfortunately Colbert, though he has been funny
at times when it comes to Trump, turns out to
be a whiny little loser. Yeah you heard that right,
a whiny little loser. But one final thing, and I

(17:03):
mentioned why these things should be shown. I was grabbing
lunch and whatnot, and I had seen, as always this
Mitzvah tank where Jewish people can literally go midday and
pray and do their Mitzvah of the day. And my

(17:24):
rallies say they go to the mitphah or Mitzvah truck,
innocent Jewish people who don't have any control over what
that yaod does. We're talking about innocent Jewish people and
these pro Palestine vultures here I'll say it here, vultures

(17:47):
were circling the truck, yelling at the truck. This is
a mental illness, that is derangement, that is targeting of
Jewish people. When you are going to take the innocent
Jewish people that want to simply go and do their
prayer of the day or however, what happened to that

(18:09):
Mitzva truck and start circling them, intimidating them, yelling at them.
It had to be documented. And you know what's great,
These same people that want Ice to be unmasked anti
Semitic shit through their masks their mask too. So hey,

(18:35):
if you want ICE to be unmasked, then slur your vile, vitriolic,
anti Semitic hate without a mask on, and you'll be
fired from your job. But at least be a man
or a woman about it. At least be a man
or a woman about it that, yes, you view things
in this way, view the Jewish people in this way.

(18:58):
You want to scream it at a Mitzva truck, own
up to it then and unmask yourselves, you pussies. And
maybe it's lack of sleep that's got me started up,
but I was on the phone with Gabby. I said, look,
they're circling the truck. I have to get the pictures, like,
don't stay too long. Well, I wanted to. I had
a document. This is how far the Free Palestine, which

(19:22):
is really target Jews movement, has gone. They're innocent, They're
circling and innocent mitz for truck which parks there every day.
And that's okay. And that's okay. And and you know
when Trump bombed the Narco terrorists last week, the life

(19:48):
was up and on. He's got them defending cartels. He's
got them defending illegals that are here, uh some violent
breaking out of law. He's got the left now defending
now outright support showing support for targeting and Jewish people.

(20:13):
And I'm maybe not Trumble himself, but the movements are
doing this to themselves. And I love what Steve Ebert
had to say. My friend Steve Ebert, who used to
be on the radio with us every Saturday, he said,
thank you for posting this May And I want to
get the quote exactly right from him because it just

(20:34):
struck a chord with me when I saw what he wrote.
He said, thank you for posting this. Let people never
say that they don't know what these protests are really about.
So when you support, when you support the pro Palestine
quote unquote free guys of movement, you're really supporting those

(20:58):
that go out and intimidate, sometimes spit at, sometimes well
heavily curse at innocent Jewish people just trying to live
their life in America. And that has to stop. That
has to be condemned. And if you're one of those

(21:20):
that support these people, you, in fact, I continue anti semitic,
I really would, because you're not dumb. You know what
you're supporting. You know when you criticize my post, what
you're doing, And it's just it's awful. But how did

(21:51):
we get here to wear an innocent Mitzvah truck has
to be circled by the pro power last time vultures.
That's not free speech, that's very much hate speech and intimidation.

(22:12):
But but I guess because they were peaceful, no one
got arrested. Well they should have been, because I'm now
getting tired of the Well they weren't violent, or they
were they're spewing hate speech at innocent Jewish people that
want to just simply go in and out of that
truck to do their prayer of the day. Actually, I

(22:38):
think it was with Gabby in All in October of
twenty twenty three, after October seventh, I did the UH
and I forget the name of it, but they do
a little ritual with you if you're Jewish, and I
felt so called to do it. They did a whole
prayer of me outside the Museum of the name of

(22:59):
the American Indian and it was really really special because
having bim bar mitzvah, having grown up in the synagogue,
and mostly having a connection to a bout the Old
and New Testament, as I feel I do. When I

(23:28):
saw October seventh, it hurt a lot. And when I
heard that people thought the photos were fake. I mean,
you're telling me a burn baby is fake. You're sick
too if you should think that. And now we're almost

(23:51):
and actually that picture was taken on the eighth, We're
almost a month away from the year to the day.
And these vultures have now gone from just from beyond
just taking the streets of any city to now a

(24:14):
simple mitzvah truck trying to do good for the Jewish people.
And that should be alarming, that should be pointed out.
And obviously if it was more heated, I normally would run,

(24:39):
but because they were right next to the truck with
the Palestine flag, I had to show it. I had
to show this is where the moment really lies. Their
heart is evil for targeting Jewish people, no other way
to say it. Well, that's a lot in the twenty

(25:04):
minute span, but that's kind of what I was thinking
about the whole weekend and the obsession with the Karen
ball Snatcher. I think it was stupid. I think it
was just dumb. I think she also is pretty pretty freaking.

(25:24):
That's not normal to go right to a father of
a kid at a baseball game and scream at them
unless you're Zac Campy. That's not nor ample. That's not normal.
And I wonder if she's ever gonna be found out.
You wonder because apparently there have been a lot of
faith things. But that story is like bottom of the

(25:46):
list for me, because I think the Charlotte issue, the
Charlotte killing, the pro Palace Stegin movements circling a Mitzvah
truck are telling of where the times are culture. Karen

(26:10):
boll Snatcher is great for the memes and all that,
but it's not what needs to be fixed right now.
One needs to be fixed. Are there fourteen or fifteen
reasons why this asshole, evil scum murderer was not on

(26:30):
the streets. How does cashless bail work every time? And
here in New York? How can Cuomo say his cashle's
bail efforts, you know, how can he backtrack on that

(26:53):
he can't. He's made crime pretty prevalent here too. I
mean we're seeing a safe August, yes, But overall since
twenty nineteen, there's been instances. There's been there's been a
lot of different instances. Things that Cash's ball, which he

(27:16):
was the architect of and now is mayor running from.
Everything's going to walk that back, Governor Cuomo. We never forget,
and I say that about a lot of things. We
never forget, especially after we're hitting twenty four years since

(27:44):
that perfect day of September eleventh. We must never forget
these tragedies. We must never forget the horrors because yeah,
it could be a microaggression against them, and it's of
a truck. But if one of those Jewish people I
walked down that truck got hurt, that's on the movement,

(28:09):
and that's why I say never forget. Here on one
leg up, Alex
