Speaker 1 (00:01):
Here's your host, Alex Garrett. Well, I hope your Labor
Day weekend was special, and again thank you for tuning
in to my Labor Day special yesterday, and of course
a shout out to lim Kin Foundation over the weekend.
But now I want to talk on one leg up
Alex News. That's one leg up Alex News because as
(00:24):
I was called screaming for Mike Gallagher today, someone brought
up the point and Mike did as well, Hey, how
about these judges step in and do their job?
Speaker 2 (00:36):
And I grew a Mike.
Speaker 1 (00:38):
These federal judges have to step in because where Casule's
Bail is letting these criminals out on the streets, these
judges can do better by locking them up for good
and not listening to the Capsule's Bail activists crazies. By
the judges doing their job. And I want to share
some examples with you right here in New York City,
(00:59):
because I'm thirteen is unfortunately back in the headlines. If
you remember this story in twenty eighteen, when Juan Amaya Ramirez,
along with others, beat, stabbed, and choked seventeen year old
Andy Peralta in a casino park in Flushing, misanely thinking
(01:22):
he was.
Speaker 2 (01:22):
A rival gang and that killing.
Speaker 1 (01:24):
Him would earn them a spot in MS thirteen ranks. Remember,
back in the day MS thirteen was white hot. They
were horrible, and they still are, but they were really
on the rise, and we couldn't seem to contain them,
or control them or wipe them out. Well, the killer.
Speaker 2 (01:42):
Faced reality.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
And in a New York City courtroom was sending forty
five years for killing this team.
Speaker 2 (01:54):
And you know, I want to plod in this situation.
Speaker 1 (01:57):
I want to applaud Brooklyn Federal Court Judge Lashanne Darcy
Hall for standing up for the victims and not going
along with the activists that think these people, these monsters,
are good people. I believe judges feel pressured to give
(02:18):
into the activists who say these ms R team members
are just good people of society. Well they're not. They
are absolutely not. So I think every judge in New York,
especially since this Castle's bail is still an issue, needs to.
Speaker 2 (02:34):
Follow this playbook where not only the judge.
Speaker 1 (02:36):
Lashan Darcy Hall sentence this a hole, this killer to
forty five years. She then called out the attorney saying
it's mind blowing to this court that you could argue
that Amyra Martinez Ramirez was the least cupable of his codependence.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
She called out the attorney.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
We need more judge WHI like that, to stand up
for the victims and the victims families and the rule
of law. We can't let activists pressure judges and let
judges that are activists in themselves run these court systems,
or we're gonna have lawlessness forever. And so I applaud
(03:24):
this judge will Shan DRC Hall for this sentencing, for
this public shaming, and for most importantly standing up for
the rule of law. No crazy leftists. These MS thirteen
members are not good people. And now I read Christy
(03:46):
Nome is criticizing the CBS of doing another editing job
on her when she said Garcia, this break of Garcia
was member of MS thirteen. They white watched that part
of the interview. She says, so CBS might find themselves
in more hot water. But I think the playbook here
(04:10):
where this judge actually does the rule of law and
not caves to the freaking activists who think these ms
R team members.
Speaker 2 (04:19):
Are innocent people of society.
Speaker 1 (04:21):
They're not. More judges need to copy your playbook and
that way when Trump, when our citizens see that the
judges are actually following the law and not some activist
boat crab, then we don't.
Speaker 2 (04:37):
Need the federal troops. But until that.
Speaker 1 (04:39):
Day where more judges are like Federal Court Judge Lashane
Darcy Hall in Brooklyn, until that day, I still believe
there needs to be extra help when the cashles bail
is still not working, when it's failing in New York
State because it's letting people, letting criminals, hardened criminals back
(05:03):
out again, maybe this ruling by Brooklyn Court Judge of
Shan Darcy Hall, and maybe reporting on it on one
leg up Alex News could change the tide that more
judges could be more judges, that more judges can judge
by the rule of law, not by the rule of
(05:24):
some activist bult crap.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
But it's not over yet. It's not over yet because
in October.
Speaker 1 (05:37):
Two more MS thirteen leaders National leaders by the way,
will be in Brooklyn Federal Court to stand trial for
four brutal murders and several other violent crimes in the
New York City and Long Island area. On trial be
(06:01):
Edden Nilsen, Velasquez, laren At thirty six and Hugo diez
Amaya thirty seven, two men who prosecutors say sit at
La Mesa or the table, which is the group of
senior gang leaders responsible for overseeing MS thirteen's operations in
the US. If this other federal judge can do what
(06:30):
Judge Lashan Darcy did, and by the way, she will
be on trial, she will be the judge here as well,
then we should have other federal court judges.
Speaker 2 (06:51):
Follow her lead.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
As I've said before, it's insane that when an activist
judge steps in and sends playing means back from Al Salvador.
That's the rule of land, that's the four of the
Kings when those decisions are made, because those judges aren't
upholding a rule of law in a sense, they're upholding
a rule of anti trump, a rule of Hey, here's
(07:17):
what I think, and I'm gonna make it a federal
law now. But let's all see judges follow the way
of Judge Lashan DRC Hall, because if she can sentence
one of these ass hats murderers to forty five years,
she can do the same for five other defendants.
Speaker 2 (07:44):
And send them where they be long.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
And you could tell me about this. The prison systems
all filled up. Yeah, we'll filling up more because we
don't need these murderers wandering our streets, do we. We
don't need the federal troops here. If the judges can
(08:09):
get right and actually decide based on rule of law,
no CBS, no AOC, not even no mom Donnie. These
gang members are not good as the people and they
(08:33):
should not be treated as such. They should be treated
as the cold blooded murderers that they are. Prosecutors have
laid it out for the court, for the jury, and
(08:54):
it is unnerving that MS thirteen still prowls around Queens
and Long Island and other parts of the country. And
this wouldn't have been taken care of under Biden.
Speaker 2 (09:08):
But now we've gotta.
Speaker 1 (09:12):
We've got to pray that this judge continues on that
path of consequences, accountability and throwing them in.
Speaker 2 (09:25):
Jail because that's where they belong. MS thirteen.
Speaker 1 (09:36):
If your name is tied to MS thirteen, I just
don't see you as a good guy, a good person,
And I'm sorry if that's how it feels.
Speaker 2 (09:46):
But well, I'm not sorry if that's how it feels.
Speaker 1 (09:48):
That's how it feels, because we know how bad MS
thirteen is and can get and if they're not held
to any standards, and if their cash's bail is always granted,
(10:16):
they'll be back on the street comm any more murder.
And if Federal Court Judge Darcy Hall can once again
stand up for the victims and the rule of law
and send these other national MS thirteen leaders to where
(10:39):
they're supposed to be, to jail for a long time,
then other judges should follow her playbook and her rule
of law and her courtroom. Because as much as I
(11:01):
can stand that one ruling could be lay of the
land for a federal level, we need.
Speaker 2 (11:10):
Federal judges that are going to rule rightly.
Speaker 1 (11:13):
And for once, I can report here in New York City,
a judge has ruled rightly, and we pray and we
pray she continues to do so as she presides over
this next case, which isn't just one person according to
(11:34):
the Daily News. According to John A. Nice, four brutal
murders and several other violent crimes are involved with this.
There has to be accountability, there has to be consequences.
But if Federal Court Judge Hall can do it again
(12:00):
and can not back down to the activists that say
these MS thirteen game members are good people, but really
show them how bad a person they are, then she
will have one leg up in the courts and one
log up for the victims and one leg up for
the rule of law. Hell Shelby has that now, she
(12:20):
hadn't said a chance to double down on it in October, and.
Speaker 2 (12:25):
I really hope she does.
Speaker 1 (12:28):
Speaking of the courts, I have to say, we're going
to talk with Brett of the nine to eleven Justice
Families justp for a nine eleven Families organization once again,
and we're going to talk about what it means that
another judge ruled in favor of the famili's chance to
(12:51):
sue Saudi Arabia.
Speaker 2 (12:52):
Say to them for that this week on One Look
Up Alex News.
Speaker 1 (12:55):
But for now, a shout out to Brooklyn Federal Court
Judge Lashan DRC Hall, who's having one leg up for
the rule of law, the rule of civilization, and the
rule and one leg up for the victims and the
(13:16):
victims families of MS thirteen gang violence. We cannot let
them continue, and more judges have to be tougher on
one leg up Alex scare
