These federal judges have to step in because where Casule's
Bail is letting these criminals out on the streets, these
judges can do better by locking them up for good
and not listening to the Capsule's Bail activists crazies. By
the judges doing their job. And I want to share
some examples with you right here in New York City,

because I'm thirteen is unfortunately back in the headlines. If
you remember this story in twenty eighteen, when Juan Amaya Ramirez,
along with others, beat, stabbed, and choked seventeen year old
Andy Peralta in a casino park in Flushing, misanely thinking

he was.

A rival gang and that killing.

Him would earn them a spot in MS thirteen ranks. Remember,
back in the day MS thirteen was white hot. They
were horrible, and they still are, but they were really
on the rise, and we couldn't seem to contain them,
or control them or wipe them out. Well, the killer.

And in a New York City courtroom was sending forty
five years for killing this team.

I want to applaud Brooklyn Federal Court Judge Lashanne Darcy
Hall for standing up for the victims and not going
along with the activists that think these people, these monsters,
are good people. I believe judges feel pressured to give

are just good people of society. Well they're not. They
are absolutely not. So I think every judge in New York,
especially since this Castle's bail is still an issue, needs to.

Lashan Darcy Hall sentence this a hole, this killer to
forty five years. She then called out the attorney saying
it's mind blowing to this court that you could argue
that Amyra Martinez Ramirez was the least cupable of his codependence.

We need more judge WHI like that, to stand up
for the victims and the victims families and the rule
of law. We can't let activists pressure judges and let
judges that are activists in themselves run these court systems,

this judge will Shan DRC Hall for this sentencing, for
this public shaming, and for most importantly standing up for
the rule of law. No crazy leftists. These MS thirteen
members are not good people. And now I read Christy

Nome is criticizing the CBS of doing another editing job
on her when she said Garcia, this break of Garcia
was member of MS thirteen. They white watched that part
of the interview. She says, so CBS might find themselves
in more hot water. But I think the playbook here

where this judge actually does the rule of law and
not caves to the freaking activists who think these ms
R team members.

Amaya thirty seven, two men who prosecutors say sit at
La Mesa or the table, which is the group of
senior gang leaders responsible for overseeing MS thirteen's operations in
the US. If this other federal judge can do what

Judge Lashan Darcy did, and by the way, she will
be on trial, she will be the judge here as well,
then we should have other federal court judges.

Follow her lead.

As I've said before, it's insane that when an activist
judge steps in and sends playing means back from Al Salvador.
That's the rule of land, that's the four of the
Kings when those decisions are made, because those judges aren't
upholding a rule of law in a sense, they're upholding
a rule of anti trump, a rule of Hey, here's

what I think, and I'm gonna make it a federal
law now. But let's all see judges follow the way
of Judge Lashan DRC Hall, because if she can sentence
one of these ass hats murderers to forty five years,
she can do the same for five other defendants.

And you could tell me about this. The prison systems
all filled up. Yeah, we'll filling up more because we
don't need these murderers wandering our streets, do we. We

gang members are not good as the people and they

as the cold blooded murderers that they are. Prosecutors have

it is unnerving that MS thirteen still prowls around Queens
and Long Island and other parts of the country. And
this wouldn't have been taken care of under Biden.

We've got to pray that this judge continues on that
path of consequences, accountability and throwing them in.

thirteen is and can get and if they're not held
to any standards, and if their cash's bail is always granted,

and send these other national MS thirteen leaders to where

then other judges should follow her playbook and her rule
