Me refiero a la utilización de BIM para arquitectos técnicos, para la fase de ejecución de obras, o mejor dicho, a la utilización de los modelos generados por los proyectistas más allá de la visualización de los mismos.
Para hablar del tema tengo el privilegio de contar por segunda ocasión en el podcast con Miguel Morea, Arquitecto, Arquitecto Técnico fundador y formador, junto con José Manuel Zaragoza, de la plataforma BIM Learning en la que, además de enseñar el manejo de Autodesk Revit como herramienta de modelado BIM, enseñan también a utilizarlo como herramienta de gestión.
Es en ese aspecto en el que profundizamos en este programa, el uso de BIM para Arquitectos Técnicos.

En el programa tratamos muchos temas relacionados con BIM, salvo la parte de modelado (de esa se habla en todas partes), sobretodo aquellos aspectos que están relacionados con el uso de BIM para Arquitectos Técnicos, como no podía ser menos con el título del programa.
Hemos querido dividir el programa en los aspectos que consideramos más importantes de la función del Arquitecto Técnico, tratando de explicar como realizar cada una de esas funciones con la ayuda de BIM.

The Burden
The Burden is a documentary series that takes listeners into the hidden places where justice is done (and undone). It dives deep into the lives of heroes and villains. And it focuses a spotlight on those who triumph even when the odds are against them. Season 5 - The Burden: Death & Deceit in Alliance On April Fools Day 1999, 26-year-old Yvonne Layne was found murdered in her Alliance, Ohio home. David Thorne, her ex-boyfriend and father of one of her children, was instantly a suspect. Another young man admitted to the murder, and David breathed a sigh of relief, until the confessed murderer fingered David; “He paid me to do it.” David was sentenced to life without parole.
