An well, we have crazy drama and the hero stuff.
We have six faiths until humanity is gone. We got
some projects, we got some fun stuff. All theten for
I'm Matt. You're coast to Adahesha and the joy me
the Hoshi of hosts you have assume in a while,
but he's here of us to grace us with his

(01:49):
presence today. Sean ROCKU starman Rico star, whatever you want
to call her.

Speaker 3 (01:55):
How you doing okay, I'll her Vartum was loud on
the Oky doing well. I'm doing very well.

Speaker 6 (02:05):
Life is good. I have zero complaints, like zero zero.
Everything is good. Yeah, I'm joining the season and been
busy doing some of everything. But everything's working good, so
I'm satisfied.

Speaker 5 (02:19):
I'm happy to have you here. Chris is fatly the
other day off, and if it is not here once again,
hopefully he'll be here next week, who knows, but we're
happy to have you here as always. Yeah, we have
not heard from here, So tell us what have you
been up to?

Speaker 3 (02:38):
Man?

Speaker 6 (02:40):
I've been trying my best to like stay current on
my shows, like like this is like this has been
the one season in a while where I just I
think it's like ever since I've been on the show. Sorry,
I think like ever since I've been on the show.
I think this is like the first time I've I've
really been like, Okay, I've been managing the low of
what I've been watching so I can stay current. I

(03:03):
fell back into like this is when I knew I
was behind when I wasn't even I was watching callouon
Generic Romance all the way up until like like just
just sub that I didn't even know it was a dub.
And yesterday I went to catch up with some episodes
and I had two dubs to watch, and I was like, oh, yeah,
i know I'm behind. If like the Duves then caught

(03:23):
up with me and I got two in the pockets.
So but aside from that, what I've been doing is, Man,
I've been you know, record I record music. I'm an
artists UHC star, I make you know, I make music.
But this time I decided to do some a little
different challenge myself and.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
I wrote a book. I wrote a book.

Speaker 6 (03:42):
So a lot of my spare time between trying to
keep up with these shows is let me write. So
I've been taking time and just writing, getting ideas down
on paper. I scripted out a whole novel, light novel.
I was inspired by like light novel, since that's the
little hot.

Speaker 5 (04:00):
Just happened to have it here today.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
The viewers reco star in the Curse of the Khaki
Colored Kid.

Speaker 5 (04:11):
So what made you want to write this go around?
So I don't I know you've done music, so I
don't care what what inspired to do a light novel?
Writing for this one?

Speaker 6 (04:24):
Man, I think the truth about it is, I've been
wanting to write for a while. But I think we're
in the age now where we have, like, we have
AI tools that can really help when it comes to
like if you second grammar, if you just want to
get all your thoughts out there and you can.

Speaker 3 (04:40):
Really use like editing is so much easier now.

Speaker 6 (04:43):
So now that I can, like so now it's like
it's really nothing holding me back, but just really sitting
down having an idea. It's like, dude, you don't even
really have to worry about punctual weight. You still gotta
like use all your grammar tools. But I mean, yeah,
if you if you with.

Speaker 5 (05:01):
My articles, yeah, I use grammarly to help me out
with or bro.

Speaker 6 (05:06):
It's like I'll write a whole bunch of stuff and
then when I paste it in my Google Drive like grammarly,
it's like, yeah, man, you have one hundred and thirty
six eras and all I have to do is just
hover over them and hit click click suggestion. Yeah, just
and just come through it then read it again and
you know, want enough. I want to keep it in out.
So it's like, what Wally made me want to write

(05:27):
something this time around is I wanted to challenge myself
with the music.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
I wanted to.

Speaker 6 (05:33):
Create a parable or allegory to the music to like
the verses and songs themselves. I'll tell anybody it's meant
for you to This book is meant for you to, like,
you listen to the music, and then when you read it,
you'll notice, wait a minute, oh, some of the quotes
from some of the quotes that the characters are saying
are actually song lyrics.

Speaker 3 (05:54):
Many of them are song lyrics.

Speaker 6 (05:55):
Like so the because the songs in the verses came first,
and then I took that and each song I created
a chapter based on what that song was about, which
is really challenging because the music came first, which means
that when I made the album, the sequence, the sequencing
of the album mattered more than anything, because now if

(06:15):
I don't put these songs in the exact order, then
it's going to really dictate how the story comes out.
So I don't know, It's like I've been a fan
of anime, manga, fantasy for like my whole life sci fi,
and you know, I didn't have the tools or patients
or you know, I would love to draw this out
and just make a like a graphic novel, but it's like,

(06:38):
you know, I think it's much easier to just just
write it, just write the idea. I have a lot
of periods who are writing like children's books, and I
was like, I don't. I don't want to write a
children's book, like you know, I want to write something
a bit more challenging, something that can, like.

Speaker 3 (06:52):
People can relate to.

Speaker 6 (06:53):
So if the music is everybody's not in the hip
hop and you know, and just everything that comes with that,
So I think having something that's a little more palatable, uh,
you know, fiction and you can really relate to.

Speaker 3 (07:06):
It's really digestible.

Speaker 6 (07:07):
It's like you can you can strip every you can
strip everything down, like I can blur the lines of
culture when it comes to creating like a fantasy world.
So I feel like, let me create something in this
fantasy world that I enjoy watching so much. Let me
stop being a spectator and kind of like just write it.
So I planned out a book.

Speaker 2 (07:26):
Uh.

Speaker 3 (07:26):
The first one's out next month. Volume two comes out. Uh.
Volume two is called The Return of the Khaki Colored Kid.

Speaker 5 (07:33):
It's a four volume thing right right now it is four.

Speaker 3 (07:36):
I might keep going, but at this point I really.

Speaker 5 (07:39):
Story goes right.

Speaker 3 (07:41):
I planned out four books in total of this series.

Speaker 1 (07:43):
Uh.

Speaker 6 (07:43):
So it's the It's the Curse, the Return, the Fabric,
and the Imagination. So three, the third book has been written.
I finished writing out on like last week is when
I finished writing it editing it. The first one is published,
the second one is an the final stages of editing.
The third one's written, but it's not edited, and I
haven't started on the fourth and yet. I still got

(08:05):
a lot of music, but that's not scheduled to come
out to September. So I got like a good three
months to really. Yeah, I got like two solid months
to really. I got over sixty days to come up
with beats music ideas and get that down. So I'm
not really worried, but I don't know summer's coming around.
I kind of want to finish the fourth book before

(08:26):
before Caju Number eight comes out, like you know, summer,
because summer it's so many shows I want to watch
and it's gonna be passed. And I think that's really
what I'm doing. Taking advantage of spring is better than
the winter season as far as the quality of shows,
and I didn't take on more than fifteen shows, so
it's like, Okay, I'm back at fifteen and I'm enjoying

(08:48):
everything I'm watching. It's not like it last season where
everything was work. Most things work. This season, like everything
i'm watching it's like, okay, okay, I'm enjoying it, and
it's still a couple that I plan on binging, Like
at some point I plan on binging and catching all
the way up on Popacarry Diaries and just catching that
up so when the finale comes, I can still jump

(09:10):
into the conversation so finely.

Speaker 5 (09:13):
Weekend.

Speaker 6 (09:14):
Yeah, so I feel like, maybe not this weekend, but
the weekend after this one is probably gonna I'm gonna
give myself an anime bench weekend, whether that's all I
do for the whole weekend.

Speaker 3 (09:24):
It's just I haven't had.

Speaker 6 (09:26):
One of those, you know, stop watching anime at eight
o'clock at night and don't finish the four in the morning.

Speaker 3 (09:30):
I haven't had a day like that in a minute.

Speaker 5 (09:33):
Yeah, I haven't had that. It's either it's pretty much
I'll watch one before work, then I'll watch one on
the way home and just whatever, a little bit here
and there.

Speaker 3 (09:44):
I after work, same.

Speaker 6 (09:47):
Yeah, I do one in the morning, one at lunch,
one at night. So like I during the day, and
then on the weekends it's it's like really just going out,
you know, dancing, dating, doing all this other stuff. It's
like my weekends it's not as busiest Ethan's, but I
still I still make sure I make time. Like if
I'm i might be laying up in the bed with
my lady and I'm like, he's sleep I'm about to watch,

(10:10):
I'm about to watch, about to watch something on my phone,
so I just pull out my phone and start watching, like.

Speaker 5 (10:15):
He might begins visit.

Speaker 2 (10:17):
I got.

Speaker 5 (10:17):
I got an opera Thursday, I got a open doneon Friday,
and I got a king Camp Saturday Opera and then
Southern right amount of Sunday.

Speaker 3 (10:30):
So culture, you're so cultured. I love that. Like this,
that's just like very rounded culturally.

Speaker 5 (10:36):
Yeah, that's this is what actually be my first opera.

Speaker 1 (10:39):
I go to it.

Speaker 5 (10:40):
I've always wanted to go to one. So I'm like,
all right, and we found that there is opera house
and let's do it. So the first all right I went.

Speaker 3 (10:49):
I went to the opera when I was a kid.
I don't I don't remember.

Speaker 6 (10:51):
My grandma took me and my sisters to the opera
and it was just like it was and the buzz
Bunny cartoons where they're just seeing these high pitched notes.

Speaker 3 (10:59):
I have no idea what was going on.

Speaker 6 (11:00):
I guess culture So we're sitting there and I'm like, yo,
I am not old enough to get this.

Speaker 3 (11:05):
I think I get it now. I'm old enough to get.

Speaker 6 (11:08):
It more seasoned culturally, but you know, never never take
eight year olds to no, like no, But we didn't
have this back then.

Speaker 3 (11:17):
So it's like, you better watch this. So that's it.
You're here enjoyed.

Speaker 5 (11:23):
But I'm excited.

Speaker 3 (11:23):
I'm excited to go awesome.

Speaker 5 (11:27):

to stick some news and then we'll get to some reviews.

Speaker 3 (13:38):
All right, all right.

Speaker 5 (13:39):
First up, TVA, anime adaptation of Let's Play. Webtoone, airs
in twenty twenty five. For this one, she's young, single
and about to cheaper dream of creating incredible video games.
But then life rowers are a one two punch if
the streamer gives her first name a scathing review, even
where she finds out that's Saint Trumpson critic is now

(14:01):
her new neighbor. Upon a sexy and all too real
story about game in memes and social anxiety. Come for
the plot, stay for the dog. O.

Speaker 2 (14:11):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (14:12):
The main girl here looks like freaking foods from Pursuit
of five, like glasses, hair, the headsets, I got.

Speaker 3 (14:20):
This webs is taken over.

Speaker 5 (14:24):
It is it is the web tune and going on.
Uh something happened to Renzall Gofred that I started laughing.
Do not looking up people. Yeah, the manga Wash It
All Away is getting a TV anime in six with
an endearing protagonist and luscious art. This seaside slice of

(14:46):
life story offers tranquility in the chaos of the Mada world.
For two years, Wakana Kinmey has run a laundry service
in the seaside resort of town resort town of Otto
Me where she built a fulfilled life make of friends
with the locals and visiting hotspruns. Although Wakanda has no
knowledge of her own past, her cleaning service and safeguard

(15:07):
memories imbued in customers precious items. It looks pretty just
looking at the poster. I don't know about watching it
quite yet. Maybe I'm probably wait for a trailer on
that one.

Speaker 3 (15:19):
What's it called, wash It All Away? Wash It All Away?

Speaker 5 (15:26):
Yeah, it's a size offied drama Laundry Island.

Speaker 3 (15:31):
Oh okay, so I don't know.

Speaker 5 (15:35):
Again, those could be the same, and who knows what
else we got here?

Speaker 6 (15:41):
Yah me she buy.

Speaker 5 (15:43):
Season fifteen announced for the summer twenty five. Man, I
am really behind on those I talked to like season.
It's like a horror short story. Fans like three minutes.
It's like weird drawn e's like ghost stories. Some of
them are good, it's ours. It depends on it depends
on the story. So those are yeah, I get They're

(16:07):
hip and a messer fun. Let's see Toy Animation launches
Eterner Animation brand for original productions. So I guess for
any original comment original anime content it will go to
the Eternal Animation brand. So let's see what Toe does
with that. We don't know what their official products are

(16:29):
quite yet. I'm sure we will find out in the
new future. For that one, Let's see High School Idol
Girl Club Free d anime movie announced. So yeah, that's
for the love life fans.

Speaker 2 (16:47):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (16:47):
I think Chris watches one of those. Let's see Let's
shin got not too many directs original movie Ghosts a
Mad House in twenty twenty seven. Everyone has a ghost
in their heart, feelings that are heard to express but
still real. The story follows Sneak, a brave and only

(17:10):
girl who stands up against the unfairness of the world
to protect the starry sky. Along the way, she begins
to change for the people she meets and the emotions
she discovers in herself. It's mad House. It's a movie,
so I'm probably never gonna watch it. Dang so I'm
always down for that. Don't Touch Kardasashi is official for

(17:34):
a fall twenty twenty five. What was this one again?
I was a sport at g school thing. Maybe we'll
say this novel The the Ogre's Bride is a getting
a TV adaptation. You're the Bride I've been searching for

(17:55):
all this time. The Ayakashi and humans co exist harmony.
The Ayakashi, having superior abilities and beautiful appearances, sometimes find
their partner among human women, making them their bride the
bride in exchange, we're bringing prosperity or sees absolute love
from the Ayakashi. Yuzu is constantly compared to his sister,

(18:18):
a bride of a demon fox, and resented by your
family every day. One day, when Usa just couldn't take
things anymore, a man appeared before her on the bridge.
Because Matt is the most beautiful man User has ever seen,
and he's calling her his wife. Just be quiet and
let me hold you. The most powerful, cold hearted Ayakashi
is pouring his heart out for you zu uh since

(18:41):
it's an ogre, is this Shrek tracking it out of it?

Speaker 3 (18:46):
Okay? I don't know.

Speaker 6 (18:48):
You know, ogres look like humans, you know, especially like
you watch which watch just like, yeah, ogres and human
at this point.

Speaker 5 (18:55):
Yeah, well he looks like a human in this.

Speaker 3 (18:58):
See, so there we got. I mean, it doesn't really do.

Speaker 6 (19:02):
It's like the only thing that works with that is like, uh,
something like Kimmy some a kiss where it's like he's
a fox or cat. It has the ears because somehow
those are always dreamy, you know, got the cat in
the ears, and it's like like the cat, the cat
or the fox boy is always gonna be like, you know,

(19:23):
the Inyosha effect is what I like to call it.
As he was, it's like, no man, people couldn't get
enough of, you know, dog boy, cat Boy, wolf Boy.

Speaker 5 (19:36):
Yeah. Yeah, I called it the Japanese Twilight and he's
probably like, oh my, yeah, you know Coca Jacob.

Speaker 6 (19:52):
I was explaining that to somebody that that just you know,
that's not explainingsha. Non Anime fans gotta be like one
of the most like it's it's like it's a soap opera.
That's how I sell I like, it's just a soap opera.
It's a shown in soap opera.

Speaker 3 (20:08):
You will like it.

Speaker 6 (20:09):
I tell every woman that, just especially black women's like
they very much gravitate to it.

Speaker 3 (20:16):
It's cultural at this point, it's like.

Speaker 5 (20:19):
It that's a I don't tell you, it's I don't know, man, it's.

Speaker 3 (20:23):
Just so cultural.

Speaker 6 (20:24):
It's like, oh, it's the official side. It's like about
a side ship. That's what makes it so crazy. Oh
that's who is my metal? Until you continue, just just
I don't know. It's just like but Karama, remember Karama.
You show he got his like human god form. Oh yeah, yeah, dreamy,

(20:46):
long hair, ears, slender body, like.

Speaker 5 (20:49):
You only see it like three times, right, I keep.

Speaker 3 (20:53):
I keep saying with I'm gonna try to pull off
that college play. I think I can do it.

Speaker 5 (20:58):
I have not seen anyone, dude or yeah, I have
not seen anyone do a Karma play.

Speaker 3 (21:05):
It's been years since I've seen like you're not gonna
see like.

Speaker 5 (21:08):
I see them like I see the Koop Bar a
couple of times.

Speaker 6 (21:11):
That's it and those are always dope because of the hair.
But I think, like, yeah, that would be I haven't
seen the dope. I've seen several dopes of show Marus
and Astas. I have not seen a good.

Speaker 5 (21:22):
I actually have not seen a good.

Speaker 3 (21:26):
I mean, i've seen a few come through Atlanta. I'm
not even gonna lie.

Speaker 5 (21:28):
I've seen the like in person, Like I'm sure there's
some somewhere every time I go to person I had
not seen weeks.

Speaker 6 (21:35):
Weeks have gotten so much better, Like because now you
can just buy them. You can just buy them pre
made back before someone put out their work into it,
you had to respect the effort even though it didn't
quite come out the way they wanted it to, but
you kind of just I saw me and this girl.
She was dressed, this girl was dressed as Emma Frost,
and she was like, yeah, when you spent the whole
day of the gun and they keep calling.

Speaker 5 (21:56):
You storm, Actually but some wig back there or actually custom.

Speaker 6 (22:01):
Makes no And I'm saying, like, I think the custom
wig things is like people got techniques and things down better.
So it's like nowadays it's like everybody's always you know,
I heard it saying like the person the first person
to go over the hill takes all the arrows, So
I think all the arrows have been shot, someone has
been did that trial arror to come back and say, look,

(22:22):
you can go on tiktoking and make bomb bomb wig
like yeah, but that.

Speaker 5 (22:29):
Is it for the news. So Sean, tell us what
you're watching by yourself?

Speaker 2 (22:36):
All right?

Speaker 3 (22:37):
When am I watching body myself? Okay? I know we're
collectively watching h.

Speaker 5 (22:44):
Are you watching? We're watching Ladies modesty? What were we asking?

Speaker 3 (22:49):
Wind Breaker?

Speaker 6 (22:50):
I do watch that, Okay, okay, yeah, put one of
my friends on wind Breaker finally started watching it.

Speaker 5 (22:58):
Are you watching Hily No?

Speaker 3 (23:01):
I am not.

Speaker 6 (23:02):
I honestly, that was just when I had to leave
to the wayside. It's it's I was just like, you
know what, instance family, I'm gonna just let I'm gonna
let the guys have it. I kind of reached my
queue and I was like I was stacking them all up,
and I was like, yeah, I'm gonna leave this.

Speaker 3 (23:16):
One where it's at. Let me see. Uh, I'm watching
Lose the Rangers. Uh, let me see what else?

Speaker 2 (23:25):
What?

Speaker 3 (23:25):
What what am I watching? That's just me? You're watching
Anne Shirley. I'm watching Anne Shirley.

Speaker 5 (23:31):
Because I can't talk about this week's episode.

Speaker 3 (23:35):
Well, and Shirley is is oh yeah, my bad man.
So bro.

Speaker 6 (23:39):
It is so like the same thing I like about
Spice and Wolf is what they do, like they don't
even say about they say.

Speaker 3 (23:45):
A boot, like the way that the duty so Canadians.

Speaker 6 (23:51):
Yeah, they do these soda Canadian acts, you know, because
Anne was born in Nova Scotia. I was telling someone
about it. They was like, are you talking about Annie
the Orphan? I'm like, which she and the Orphan?

Speaker 5 (24:02):
And she was like, yeah, yeah, it's a popular novel.

Speaker 3 (24:05):
And I was like, it's any to play based on this?

Speaker 5 (24:11):
And yeah, it's a novel adam in the seventies. There's
been a live action show it has.

Speaker 3 (24:18):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (24:19):
Yeah, that's something that that kind of I ain't gonna
say blew my mind, but it's one of those things
where I.

Speaker 5 (24:23):
Was like, oh, yeah, they always call it and of
the green Gables and the green Gables?

Speaker 3 (24:28):
So what am I watching?

Speaker 7 (24:29):
Uh?

Speaker 3 (24:30):
Which Watch? I think that's one my solos. Maybe you're
watching which watch?

Speaker 5 (24:34):
I am not watching? Which? End of the year?

Speaker 3 (24:37):
Yeah? Which Watch?

Speaker 6 (24:39):
It's twenty four episodes, so's it's not gonna even count
for this season.

Speaker 3 (24:42):
But it's an enjoyable show. It's really fun. I'm glad.
I saw Eatan on it.

Speaker 5 (24:47):
Yeah, if it was a twelve episode thing, I would
have picked it up.

Speaker 3 (24:51):
And I dropped, like, three, are you watching Gundam?

Speaker 5 (24:54):
I'm watching. Yeah, we can talk about Gundam. We got
s of the Demon Hunter.

Speaker 3 (25:02):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (25:02):
I don't think I'm watching anything that you're I think
I think anything that I am watching. Unfortunately, Uh, that's
not like dual dubbed. Uh, you know, simply dubbed is.
You know, I kind of got behind got behind on it,
and that's just because you know, I just hey, that's
just how it happens.

Speaker 3 (25:21):
Sometimes. It wasn't a plan.

Speaker 6 (25:23):
It's just you know, Uh, that's how I like fire Force.
But you know, most of everything else is dual. I'm
not waiting on it. Uh, Old Country Bumpkins, Master Swordsman.
I wanted more.

Speaker 3 (25:36):
From this show. I will say this is one of
those shows I kind of wanted more. They could. They
could absolutely go into like Rudy is like it has
this edge, but it's just that.

Speaker 5 (25:53):
That's all it is.

Speaker 6 (25:54):
It's just like, so Paul got reincarnated as a teacher
and all of and I just think it's weird.

Speaker 3 (26:02):
Dude.

Speaker 6 (26:02):
It's like none of y'all got a paternal like relationship
with this man. None of none of these girls look
at him like a second mad an uncle, a big brother.
It's like they all got trained under It's like accidental grooming.
It's like it's like it's incidental grooming.

Speaker 3 (26:22):
That's all.

Speaker 6 (26:22):
It is, just and one thing I do like though
he doesn't cross the line. He's like, look, man, I
knew you when you was a child. I taught you
how to do the sowre. I'm not feeling you that way.

Speaker 3 (26:34):
We're good.

Speaker 6 (26:35):
Just let's we can fight together, we can hang out out,
we can have this whole professional relationship. But shouted, little girl,
I knew you when you was it. I knew you
when you was twelve. Ten years later, now you twenty two,
and you're trying to you're trying to come at me.

Speaker 3 (26:48):
But it's a no. It's a no.

Speaker 6 (26:50):
And it's one of those anime. I was like, man,
where's where are the moms? I know there's a hot
mom somewhere, Like.

Speaker 3 (26:56):
Come on this dude. But I thought he was thirty.
So this dude's like forty five, forty eight, so he's
pretty up there.

Speaker 6 (27:02):
So it's like, but he's just so humble. You know,
no one believes he is who he says he is,
and that's what's frustrated. It's like, yeah, man, I want
you to battle to such and such, and it's just like, bro,
everybody that he trains, the people y'all want him to
like fight, and it's like, I don't know, this anime
has so much potential and it's just wasted because all

(27:24):
it is is just his former student's fun and over
him and him best in everybody with technique. And I'm like,
y'all could y'all could really make this a super like
fun adventure anime with action and high stakes.

Speaker 3 (27:38):
But they just won't. They just won't. I'm disappointed. They
just won't do it.

Speaker 5 (27:47):
All right, But I definitely have some that you are
not watching.

Speaker 3 (27:53):
Put me on game, tell me about.

Speaker 5 (27:55):
It, all right. The first one on the Evil Lord
of an Intergalactic Empire basically premise was Liam. In his
past life, his wife cheated on him with his boss.
His boss brained him to get him fired, and he
did not have the will to live. So his evil
spirit says, oh, I can make them suffer, like you know,

(28:15):
because I feed off negative energy. But for you I'll
help you out. I'll let you get reincarnate into any
world you want. So he picks the sci fi world
with like Mex and all this. So he's born into
his noble family and he gets a robot made for
his birthday and Mauki who is excellent and basically the

(28:37):
family's in depth. And that was actually the guy's plan
because basically he sent him to that world so he
could suffer there and feed off his negative energy. But
it just keeps on backfiring, like he gave the worst
mentor like all this, like but Lian keeps doing stuff
to make his planet thrive, and he'd get really pissed

(28:59):
off about it, like you even got pirates involved, like try,
and every time Liam tries to be evil, it just
does not work for him being evil because even though
it's his face like I want to be the bad
guy that I want to be this evil.

Speaker 3 (29:11):
Man, I want to horrorm, I want this, nothing works.

Speaker 5 (29:16):
Yeah, it's like I want I wanna I want a
tub full of full of socket and they're like, oh cool,
yeah you can have that, but you're not gonna drink
out of there, like they because have me, Like what
would put a purifier. Well then the alcohol is gone,
it's just water. Well, I want a whole room, followed
me like you want cooked like smoke, it's raw, Like

(29:38):
it's gonna who's gonna clean that up? If I forget that?
I want a ham? Okay, how many women do you want?
A hundred? One hundred? You got a thousand here? That's normal.
So that's too much.

Speaker 3 (29:55):
But he's evil lord.

Speaker 5 (29:57):
Yeah, and he's like and h He's also voiced by
Venitas and the Subversion but likes but uh yeah. This
episode was basically the Pirates are gonna go after Liam's
crew and all this and the guide he kind of
midtiplates like, hey, you couldtally beat these guy's even though

(30:19):
the chances to win it like three percent, Like, oh yeah,
I set all this up for you so you could win.
You could definitely win, even though it was like, yeah,
you're not gonna win this. All your people are gonna
die and then I'm gonna feed off that negative energy.
It's gonna be tasty. But but no, Liam has been
making a comeback and there's reinforcements with Christiana, who he saves,

(30:41):
and a few episodes ago from being like jenetican mutated
by the pirates and like that's reinforces type of thing,
and she's like she wants to see these these pirates suffer.
So it's like you won't get to live all the
type of effects, like you know what, get revenged because
they also blew up her planet. So it's not my favorite.

(31:01):
It's just it's just it's like it's like an entertaining
type of thing.

Speaker 3 (31:05):
I mean, it sounds pretty funny though it is.

Speaker 5 (31:08):
It's definitely it's definitely one of the funnier ones. Summer Pockets.
I don't even hates this one, especially that one girl Somemoogie.

Speaker 6 (31:17):
I was talking about Summer Pactice. I was I never
heard of Summer practice until y'all started talking about it.

Speaker 3 (31:22):
On the part, it's the.

Speaker 5 (31:25):
Same person that made up Clennad Angel Beats. Yeah, became
a god. Oh so it's like, all right, he does
all these drivers. Okay, I'm pretty sure it's gonna happen here.
So far it's been happening.

Speaker 2 (31:38):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (31:38):
But the latest character, Smoogie, I think none of us
are really crazy about her. I know Ethan hated it,
like you don't jump off the bridge type of thing, but.

Speaker 3 (31:49):
At least.

Speaker 5 (31:51):
Yeah, like, but it's for me and christ Man being
a joke. For the hell of boss, it's ghost fuckers.
Because he's kissing these ghosts. He's not gonna be.

Speaker 3 (31:58):
Talking about that. I had no clue. I was like, Yo,
what in the world are they talking about in the group.
He's not.

Speaker 5 (32:03):
He ain't gonna beat these allegations kissing these girls that
are essentially ghosts from like past lives or something. So
that happened with come Ome, which is our favorite one,
and then this happened with Samoogie. Yeah, but Hiriy wants

(32:24):
to give some moogie like this best summer. She has
like a week left before she disappears again. And so
their plan was basically, let's enjoy the whole year within
seven days, like this day, we'll have New Year, this
one valance, I say, like all those yearly events. They're
gonna do it in that week the way she can

(32:45):
actually enjoy it, and it'll end with like her birthday. Yeah,
and yeah, they they had hire some we talk about
like how much and love each other. So Boogie did
a song. I know even hated it. It was like,
you know, you know, if it's her character, I can
see why it's annoying, Like she does she does nice lyrics,

(33:06):
but in between them she does her mooku mooku mog
you like, all over and over, that type of faith.
I'm like, it's her, but stop, don't do it.

Speaker 6 (33:16):
I just looked it up and I see absolutely see
Ethan's appeal with it.

Speaker 3 (33:22):
I'm like, oh, swing the damn shows? Who does this show.

Speaker 5 (33:27):
Studio?

Speaker 2 (33:27):
Feel?

Speaker 5 (33:30):
Yeah, it's a visual novel.

Speaker 3 (33:32):
Some pock pockets.

Speaker 5 (33:34):
Yeah yeah, and like you know, like when you're talking
these girls like they eventually vanished at their at certain events,
they go back to I guess the spare world wherever
they call it. Uh So I'm like, hey, like, just
stop sucking ghosts, stop kissing these ghosts. Yo.

Speaker 3 (33:54):
This studio has done some heavy hitters though, So I'm like, okay, it.

Speaker 5 (33:58):
Ain't a bad show. I will I will say that.
That's why I'm still keeping this.

Speaker 3 (34:07):
Do you watch Uma Gray?

Speaker 5 (34:10):
Which one was that?

Speaker 3 (34:11):
What's it called? It's called Huma Uma Gray, Cinderella Gray.

Speaker 2 (34:16):
I do not.

Speaker 6 (34:18):
I was scamming m a al right, just trying to
like make sure I can remember the names from all
the shows on.

Speaker 3 (34:23):
Washing the characters.

Speaker 6 (34:27):
I just saw that I'm like, wait a minute, this
is the only show that's non continuous that's ranked above eight.

Speaker 5 (34:32):
There is I know it's connected to like that half
girl horse racing type of thing. It's a derby.

Speaker 6 (34:43):
Yeah, it's a spin off of whatever it's spin off of.
I haven't seen, but yeah, I'm looking at it and
it's like eight. You know, it's above eight. There's nothing
this season that is above an eight that is a
new show, which is highly shocking. I'm shocked at I'm
shop that gun dam it is not even that high
and it's gundam.

Speaker 5 (35:03):
It's like right, and I'm just like, if I do
about the pretty Derby series, I probably would have checked
that out.

Speaker 6 (35:12):
Vigilantes just like even wind Breaker. Wind Breakers season two
is better than season one, and it was eight for.

Speaker 5 (35:19):
A while for a while, and then they lost you
Baka and they downloaded it like what yeah I was.

Speaker 6 (35:25):
I'm like, and then even fire Force is like like
even fire Force, I've been keeping up with fire Forces,
like Bro Tommacky ain't even been like Lecturist Lucky Naked Half.

Speaker 3 (35:36):
They like she's done that.

Speaker 6 (35:38):
She's done that thing once, like once, and I'm like,
y'all and that dropped from an eight to seven. Lazarus
is freaking born, but we'll get to that later.

Speaker 5 (35:48):
Yeah, we'll get to that.

Speaker 3 (35:50):
Man.

Speaker 5 (35:51):
Uh, demon Hunter, I'm mixed.

Speaker 6 (35:55):
Demon Hunter did not turn out to be If you
watch episode one, it was the best frem like episode
when I thought this show is going a completely different direction.
But I did not know it was just gonna turn
into a drama, you know, like mystery. A mystery drama.

Speaker 3 (36:12):
That's all it is. It's just a mystery drama. It's nothing.

Speaker 5 (36:17):
You know.

Speaker 6 (36:17):
They keep teasing you with the time skilled and I
think that kind of cheapens it because you're like, oh,
he's a mortal.

Speaker 3 (36:21):
He's then they last.

Speaker 6 (36:22):
Week's episode they go all the way to the future
and we see him in present modern times. And then
this week's episode we go back into the feudal and
I'm like, okay, bro, are you gonna fight the sister?
You're gonna kill the demon girl?

Speaker 5 (36:36):
We saw we saw the sister or a glibse. Yeah,
well we'll get to that. It's oh hard. Season two.
I've been enjoying this one a lot right out with
my favorite couple so far.

Speaker 3 (36:53):
I haven't even thought about my favorite.

Speaker 5 (36:56):
Yeah, but for this one hord A brother like he's
practicing singing, Soharan does it and they like it, like
you're singing boys. So it's like, I'm gonna practice that
for the day. Because she goes to her boyfriend singing
good morning all this, so ry I was like, oh shit,
we're doing the musical now, all right, I can do
this for you, and he starts singing before with her.

(37:16):
It's like like okay, cool, cool, and uh they've been
singing for a while, like even their friends got involved,
and I forgot what triggered it to make it like, oh,
like they're now gonna be like this noble family type
of thing. So now they just their pearents changed, like
facial like shaded. I'm like, what the fuck is happening,
Like they're like addresses royalty and it's all stopped. When

(37:38):
our rido got home, he was doing this act in
front of his sister and this is like, what the
fuck you doing? Why are you talking old English? Why
are you singing? This is weird? Stop He's like okay,
so yeah, yeah, this this has had a little sister yell.

Speaker 3 (37:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (37:56):
But they're getting ready for college exams, so they're just
the third year of high school, and obviously I hired
to write it. Are going to like go go to
different schools, but they are gonna, let's not gonna sit together,
even if the distance is temporarily uh SHRUGI family children.

(38:17):
Uh So I made a move on old Arata.

Speaker 6 (38:21):
It's just about the money, because I did get it
the first three episode. Like, look, I just didn't go
further than the first three episodes. I did give it
the first three. Honestly, it's one of them shows that
they would have dubbed it. I probably would have stuck
with it. It's just like, bro, I know it is dumb.

Speaker 5 (38:35):
It's not a single dub.

Speaker 3 (38:36):
Oh okay, okay, I guess when I started it yet
that wasn't out yet.

Speaker 5 (38:40):
Yeah, yeah, now it is. Yeah Arata Okau matthes. She's
fraight of leg She's about why she wanted to go there.
She wanted to visit where their mom and dad met basically.

Speaker 3 (38:55):
I mean adopted. I mean, it's it's not technically wrong
that I just kind of feel like, how.

Speaker 6 (39:02):
Y'all raised brother and sister and then y'all just cut
that thing off and just be like, yeah, we gonna.

Speaker 5 (39:06):
I can say yeah, you can't just switch like that.

Speaker 6 (39:09):
Like I can see if the plot was like that,
the dad was like, look, I'm leaving him all my
money and if you want the money, you're gonna have
to marry him. That'd been a nice, little, interesting little
twist on the way. It's like, yeah, you got to
marry your step brother and he gotta like your back
if you want to get the inherent you want to
get the money.

Speaker 3 (39:29):
Because he's leaving.

Speaker 6 (39:29):
It might have been the little crazy you know, guys
like y'all, I'm rich all, y'all adopted, y'all two twins
and yeah uh and and then he's the only boy.
He's not even the only boy, but he's the only
boy everybody seems to want.

Speaker 3 (39:43):
And it's just it's.

Speaker 5 (39:45):
Already has a golf Friday's popular already.

Speaker 6 (39:48):
Yeah, so it's it's it's and I wouldn't even go
to school and brags about that. It's just like, dude,
we knew your sisters. Now you It's like, bro, like,
no one can know this. Can we move to Kowloon
and do this? Can we move the Hong Kong? Can
we like we can't do this in Tokyo. Everybody knows
and it's prefix.

Speaker 5 (40:04):
What's funny the one with the most falls out of
the girls as the younger one. She's like, you know,
I was kind of glad we're all related that way
I can go after him.

Speaker 6 (40:12):
No, because of the episode one, he's like washing her
back in the tub and I'm like, yo, this is
like on all levels or what's up?

Speaker 3 (40:20):
What's up? Like like you that's your little sister. You
were watching her back and I was like, you're gonna
come on, like come on, it's it's I don't know.

Speaker 5 (40:31):
Go after the hot college one, the bawbary go at
the boundary.

Speaker 6 (40:34):
I cannot suspend my disbelief enough to even laugh at
it because I was like, no, bro, this ain't it now.

Speaker 3 (40:40):
I'm not in the move. I just that one just
kind of hit me.

Speaker 5 (40:44):
I feel like when they got back had the fever,
when Oka went to go check out him, he actually
talked to while he's unconscious, basically with the fever, how
she actually loves it and she actually kissed him but
no one saw it. Now she gave him that cast
and as she left, you see around the space like
what what what?

Speaker 3 (41:05):
Why is she do?

Speaker 2 (41:06):
Like what?

Speaker 5 (41:08):
Like I was sleeping and that I wake up, I
feel lips on my It's like what because he's trying
to not think about it, Like I just want to
be siblings, Like I just want to treat them like siblings.

Speaker 3 (41:20):
No you don't.

Speaker 6 (41:21):
This is like I promise you, if I do watch this,
I could one to one name all the tropes that
I saw in quin Tuplets that they're probably using.

Speaker 3 (41:30):
And that's one that you just name one. I was like, yeah,
that happened.

Speaker 5 (41:33):
That's the same person that writes friends and girlfriends, right
and girlfriend Yeah, yes.

Speaker 3 (41:39):
Same author, the same author. Okay, he got it tight,
all right.

Speaker 5 (41:43):
He got a type. Uh that's a popecary diar raise.
I love seeing two a lot more than season one. Well,
obviously my mouth kidnapped and uh, basically one of the
guards like, oh, like she trying to escape. No, we'll
try to escape, but she kind of took the blame
to not let the little kid get punished. They're gonna

(42:06):
be up the little kid or the guard that was
watching her. So mad Mouth burned on his breath to
the antagonist old Hag and she's like, all right, we're
gonna how about we kill you? And then uh, fucking
lou hads like, no, let's give her, Let's give her
this old punishment. And it's a snake pit. It's a

(42:29):
snake pit. And as she opens that, madmos just like
chop sticks head of dinner.

Speaker 8 (42:35):
And she cooked, she cooked the she cooked the stakes,
like we went to go check on her, just if
she has a kebabs for the snakes.

Speaker 5 (42:47):
Yeah, it's good, it's good.

Speaker 2 (42:49):
How you doing?

Speaker 5 (42:52):
But uh gen Chi's a army is going to the
attack to go into this fortress to get mad Mouth
back and basically defeat the trayers. Louland gets mad amounts
of safety. But as they go to this hitting room,
they see, they see, they see. If the kids are
who are hiding, they're asleep on the bed, they're dead.

(43:15):
Louland poisoned them because she's like the woman and children
are gonna get murdered anyway if we lose. So I
gave him mercy, but no as a clifficker. When man,
I asked her, like, what do you want because you're
not the choker, not the puncher.

Speaker 3 (43:38):
I think you know when she gets serious is here
when she gets serious?

Speaker 5 (43:45):
Yeah, so I'm like Jesus Christ. But I was like
and the little boy that drank it is just like
he looked at it like he knew he was gonna die,
but he's still drinking of a smile, like, you know,
it's fine.

Speaker 3 (43:57):
A man not steady allogy.

Speaker 1 (44:04):
You know.

Speaker 5 (44:04):
I don't want to get I don't want to get tortured.
I don't want to feel.

Speaker 3 (44:09):
I'm out like I'm good that anyways, I'm by terms one.

Speaker 5 (44:17):
More to be hero X. This one I love. It's
really good. It's mixed with the boys, okay, like not
not the boys, like the heroes are evil Like it's
just like there's an agency that helps out for the
heroes type of thing. And powers are based on trust value.

(44:38):
The more that people trust on you, like they root
for you all that, the more power you get. But
if people lose faith in you, you lose power.

Speaker 6 (44:47):
I am glad that it's not the power scaling in
this world, Lawyer have mercy. We would have too many problems.

Speaker 5 (44:56):
Uh, it's all about like who's gonna be hero X?
We don't see we don't see X yet. But we
had two first we had two stories, one involved in
a hero ning nice and then the second one, which
is el which is probably every one so far and
they all and then just crazy cliffhangers and it's like,
what a major thing happens after Nice's arc, It's like

(45:18):
what happens next? No, they go to the next hero
I love that one and you get this big fight
with the OLDI Soul the new Easseul and it's just
who won that fight because there's just one of them now,
it's like which one died? They don't tell you, and
you find out it was the uncle of the new
Easel who set organized all that basically made his friend die,
made him lose. In the example, who's gonna be the

(45:40):
next apprentice for the East Soul? Like his uncle does?
Organs all those ship and it's like it's like why,
and then we find out like there's no real winner,
like is it the new one or is it the
veteran one? And they don't tell you, but it's like, oh,
like the trust value is combined to one, like it's
like it's just one person, but don't tell you who was.

(46:02):
And for Lucky Siam, she's an idol girl and her
thing is like she's very lucky, like good luck type
of thing, and she befriended someone who had bad luck
but and they were in the Orphanage and people kept
abusing her good luck for like for their fortune. Eventually

(46:23):
she left and I hear I just picked her ups,
like you know what, like you're not gonna be like
a church thing, and I Madeen'll make you an idol
if you like, We'll even have you trained, like she
has like arrows that I shoot, like good luck type
of thing. So that is nice. But there was a
scandal going on with the Orphanage, saying like, hey, lucky

(46:45):
Sia was on that plane crash fall. Everyone died except
for her, so why why was she the lucky one? Then?
So it's all the fans, all the people were like
what the fuck, like like you just let all the
people die? Why why are you a live Like you know,
my my mom died in that plane or my parents
are gone, like why weren't like were why weren't you

(47:05):
dead with them? But they're like, but we find out
like what actually happened basically basically the people on that
plane they were like, we're saying, like you know, like
they they gave her luck like so it's like you know,
like hey, like like basically that final mess that hey,

(47:28):
can you tell my daughter this, or tell my husband this,
like like they won't like she's alive to give those
people like that last message of closure, and like she
was like she was she was fighting like the old priest.
That was because he had so much negative energy, like
like going back like a getting that passed behind her.

(47:49):
She was able to save the guy with the bad
luck because his name was Lou, Like I saved him
like because he was going a little crazy too, because
the freeze was like feeded him lies to like you know,
to making mag it bad luck go out of control. Well,

(48:09):
I also like about this in general, like there's a
mix of two D and three D and it's always
but with the Lucky Sian arc, it's all two D.
With the nice and easel, you gotta mix the two
D and three D and it just what I do
with this work. I did post a clip on the
Facebook groups. You can look it up. You'll see you'll
see what I'm talking about. Okay, uh, it's really good.

(48:32):
It's a it's a it's a single dub. Yeah, sub
dub Chinese is all that twenty four episode. Yeah, this one.
I really liked the mount of Sprite file probably, but
I can't grant it for springs.

Speaker 3 (48:47):
Oh it doesn't end in time, Yeah, it ends, and.

Speaker 5 (48:50):
It ends in ends after summer since the twenty four episodes,
well that as a production for like almost two years
or souf because that is they've been hype us up
for a while and it's it's a spin off series,
like because there's been like too like to be hero
and to be heroin. Okay, yeah, but but you don't

(49:13):
have to watch us to follow this. That's the good
part of it. Okay, it's always different characters. So yeah, definitely,
if I had to recon recommend one theater, this would
be it.

Speaker 3 (49:25):
All right, two four?

Speaker 5 (49:26):
All right, all right, now we can get something together.
Let us where do you wherever was like to go?
Let's go with the jew Quocks. How you feel about
je Quocks? Man?

Speaker 6 (49:42):
I love this series like it's it's honestly like I'm
I've always been on the fence about UC Gundam series
right because they're just like they over hype them and
they just there's this legacy that's attached that people just
the nostalgia hits and and and people are just they.

Speaker 3 (50:03):
Just love it.

Speaker 6 (50:04):
So after I think after I seen Unicorn, and a
couple of other ones that just kind of was like yo,
I'm like, oh.

Speaker 3 (50:12):
They're okay.

Speaker 6 (50:14):
I was like the creator fully Coolie was like, yo,
I'm doing the Gundom series. Fully COOLi same guy I
used to work for. Guys like yeah, I'm doing the
Gundom series.

Speaker 5 (50:23):
One that's doing this mm hm.

Speaker 3 (50:27):
He's like the only he's.

Speaker 6 (50:28):
Like the only one from that studio who didn't join
Trigger who just was like noah, man, I'm doing my
own thing, which you Trigger affiliated like you You can
look at the animation and it was like, man, this
probably would be a Trigger anime, you know.

Speaker 5 (50:40):
But Hello Max, Welcome, welcome you.

Speaker 6 (50:44):
So I love how it's you know, I love how
when they showed the classic Gundam characters like shar and
everybody they last week, they look like they look so good,
like they they mix the animation, they keep those characters
once one. But then when you see uh you see Hira,

(51:06):
uh you how you He's like, oh, she's definitely a
unique character. Like between her and Naya, I mean two
episodes ago, it was like climax, like straight up climax,
Like girl double crossed her on the mouth.

Speaker 3 (51:22):
She's like, yo, you saw the key ke like you
like you like shooting.

Speaker 5 (51:27):
I like shooting you like like like like.

Speaker 6 (51:30):
Shorty, you don't got next for Shuji on the gun.
I'm putting your titties on the gun. I'm like, oh's
coach cold?

Speaker 3 (51:35):
And I'm like.

Speaker 5 (51:38):
Yeah, like it's a rule sixty three with uh Mahu
is a yes sorry She Diane's.

Speaker 6 (51:52):
Shoogie has the personality of a rock bro bro. It's
just not home. He's just not not even a person.

Speaker 3 (51:57):
I don't know what he is. He's just in they're just.

Speaker 2 (52:05):
Now.

Speaker 3 (52:05):
What I say is there's a plot. There's a plot
to kill.

Speaker 6 (52:10):
Like yeah, Casilla, there's a plot to kill her because
there was like, yo, we don't trust up with the Empire.
We got to find a red comment sar. I just
like I like the whole twist of what if Shar
got the Gundam instead Amo and the war went a
different way? He painted it red. He's disappeared there trying

(52:30):
to find him. But now uh naion she she's she
she got Lady Cacilia drafted her. Was like, hey you
can pilot this Gundam. I'm gonna get you. You find
out last week that usually Harrow was like, wait a minute,
you've been killing all the pilots this whole time. That's

(52:51):
why none of these policivived. So she exposed that, and
then she ends up going to Earth finds La la
la la, like, yo, I was in love. I was
in love with there you find out. It's like, yeah,
so now we got to find the blue rolls or whatever,

(53:13):
and it's like she's in it.

Speaker 3 (53:16):
They find it. It's like, oh, yeah, we find the roads.
We found the roads. Y'all find the roads, Like, yeah,
where is it. It's in the sea, there's somebody in it.

Speaker 5 (53:25):
It's yeah, in that parallel world after where she does die.

Speaker 6 (53:31):
Yeah, so's It's one of those things where it's such
an interesting series and I'm like, Okay, where are y'all
gonna go with this? There can't be twelve episodes. Y'all
gotta flesh this thing out. I feel like which from
Mercury is getting the hype that this one deserves, because
this one is more of a drama. This one is
really like, it's not they're not giving you a gun

(53:52):
to fight every episode.

Speaker 5 (53:53):
They're really like as political.

Speaker 3 (53:56):
Yeah, it's like this one is.

Speaker 6 (53:58):
It's really it's more about it. No politics, it's it's
it's like, it's just a different twist on it. So
I don't know if it's rubbing old Gundam fans the
wrong way and new fans are just like, yeah, I
didn't follow Gunum, so I don't know what's going on.

Speaker 3 (54:11):
I can't get into it. I'm shocked.

Speaker 6 (54:13):
This is seven point four m a L. But this
is right now my top five. It's one of my
favorite shows to watch.

Speaker 5 (54:20):
There's no episode count yet, so I don't even know
if we're gonna get to over now. Yes, yes, I
can't rank you because I don't have an up to account.

Speaker 3 (54:28):
Yeah, they don't have an episode count.

Speaker 6 (54:30):
So if usually when they don't have an episode count,
that typically means that it's gonna go longer than twelve.
I'm pretty sure at this point is probably gonna go
longer than twelve, just based off of the episode.

Speaker 3 (54:43):
It's just like they ended at twelve. I'm like, why,
why'd you? Why'd you do that?

Speaker 5 (54:48):
You have it? Yeah, you got you got Macho and
Nam conflict next episode, Yeah, show off.

Speaker 3 (54:59):
That's just the classic Gundam trope.

Speaker 6 (55:01):
We need these two former friends to go at it
in two different mobile suits. I know Nana's gonna get
a gundam and I know you know, she's gonna get
her gun, and they're just gonna have to duke it
out and the kid a kidder, and you know, because
they were never friends. That's one thing I like about it.
It's just like, you know what I thought you was
my friend. We was never friends. You was never friends.
You sold me out for that boy the second the

(55:22):
second he caught your attention and you you just and
now it feels kind of bad, but y'all got to
remember she's the orphan. She's the victim here, right. So
it's like it's there a house like shanty. You came
from a good home with a mama, with a daddy.
You just was on this rebel shit because that's just
who your personality is. But now yeah, she's like I

(55:43):
work to eat, like I don't have anything.

Speaker 5 (55:46):
It's just me.

Speaker 6 (55:48):
I'm It's like I'm surviving, right, So she's like, you know,
you know, you don't want to take care of her
and the other ones like they're on the same tide.

Speaker 3 (55:59):
But it's it turned the conflict is I just like it.
I just really enjoy uh gun kicks but.

Speaker 5 (56:06):
No, it's it's definitely fun. I actually talked to one
of the friends about it because my friend Andrew, who
he also loves Gundam, Like we we talked about gun
the one weekend. So yeah, he's just more not a
fan of Machu. But I get it. I get he
he's he has different tastes that that's that's still understandable.

(56:26):
But he's still he still watches, he still enjoys it.
He cares more about the sh stuff. Yeah, not the
Bachu stuff, which I got, I get it.

Speaker 3 (56:39):
I mean, Machu is is you know. I mean, I
like Manto.

Speaker 6 (56:42):
She's such an instant interesting character. And my favorite thing
about it overall is like, Okay, we're in this era
where it's it's female protagonists.

Speaker 5 (56:50):
It's like Mercury was our first one.

Speaker 6 (56:53):
Yeah, so it's like back to back. I'm like, okay,
I'm with it because I've seen what all the boys
can do. Let me see how crazy women not. And yeah,
it's just like yo, gentlemen, movsuits. Let them go crazy,
Like let's go like cause you know, neither of them,
none of them can fight. Like they're the worst Gundam
pilots I've ever seen. This is all up with them.

(57:14):
They can't fight, they don't know what they're doing. But
i' mean, but buttons, I feel like I feel like
Neon she's she's more of a natural pilot. I feel
like she had I feel like she's the better pilot
than Machu. But I think that's only because Machu is
not taking it seriously, is not taking I feel like

(57:34):
if Machu really like crashes out, and because that's the thing,
Machu is more tapped into her not by said coordinator.

Speaker 3 (57:42):
She's she's a.

Speaker 6 (57:43):
New generation new type. She's a real deal new type.
If she can really tap into her power, I think
she'll go. I think Neon is just a good pilot,
but I think she's the shar and I think uh,
I think Machu is like the armor.

Speaker 3 (58:00):
I think the red hair is a dead giveaway.

Speaker 5 (58:02):
Also, Yeah, so I'm so wait because I know it's
like a parable the world every thing, So like give
me my amre.

Speaker 3 (58:10):
Like simple as that. She's the omoral Yeah.

Speaker 5 (58:13):
And yeah that is. I guess there's gonna be that
level of quarrel fight for Shuji and his autistic riz.
But no, that's what we got.

Speaker 3 (58:25):
He got it, bro.

Speaker 5 (58:26):
They both fight for him. I don't know what it's
about him. Just talks to him, just talk to his back.

Speaker 3 (58:34):
Yeah, bringing them food.

Speaker 5 (58:37):
Exactly he can pay. Let's let's go Lazarus. Yeah, we
we find out more about Leland's going around. It's a
rich family. Sister hates him because you know, he only
comes by when he needs something. You weren't there when
I was trying to get married off the all one
and my money.

Speaker 3 (58:56):
No, she hates be because of the patriarchy. Let's call
it for what No, No, yeah, for real. So she's
just like, man, look, dad left everything to you. You
don't want it. I can tell I can do this,
but they won't let me do it because I'm a
woman and they didn't leave me nothing. So you got
to be the head of the family.

Speaker 5 (59:14):
These people they wanted to marry.

Speaker 6 (59:16):
They gave me the choice that if I want to
leave the family, I got to get married to somebody.

Speaker 3 (59:21):
She was like all of these guys suck. Like she
was like, I'm just done. And she, you know, like
Leland is like he left home a while ago. I'm
like Leland, like, how old are you? Ain't you like fifty?

Speaker 5 (59:36):
He's up forty, Like Doug.

Speaker 3 (59:40):
Like, like, all right, he called up for it. That
was funny, Doug and everyone. I was like, there's no
freaking way, no it was.

Speaker 6 (59:51):
It was yet again, it was another episode where like
nine happened right at the end of nine was probably
like the best scene.

Speaker 5 (01:00:02):
Her say, hey, guess what now was ten day's instead
of the fourteen or whatever.

Speaker 3 (01:00:07):
They keep doing this.

Speaker 6 (01:00:07):
Kip and I was talking to my friend yesterday shout
out shot at the CAP. I was talking to my
friend Cap yesterday and me and him was talking and
we came to the conclusion that the downfall of Lazaris
really resting the fact that Cicero went Tanabee has never
had to tell one of these stories in only twelve episodes.

(01:00:29):
He's always gotten twenty four to twenty six episodes to
tell a story. So for them trying to condense it
and maybe it's adult swimming budget, maybe twelve.

Speaker 3 (01:00:38):
Is all they had. I felt like they were trying.

Speaker 6 (01:00:40):
I feel like they I felt like with the Jazz
actually is just actually just Spike or moving whatever.

Speaker 3 (01:00:49):
He's just the same archetype wild child. But I mean
he's cool. But I feel like they I feel like
they tried too hard to make Absul cool like they tried.

Speaker 5 (01:00:59):
They tried, who are basically like doing this cool parkour,
this type of style with his fight and all how
we escapes they.

Speaker 6 (01:01:09):
Make him yeah, and then and then it's like it's
like Doug is a whole token black guy. It's just like, Bro,
it's like, so like Spike and Jet, we got the
black side kick. Is that that's really what we're doing here.

Speaker 5 (01:01:24):
We're just gonna get the best is.

Speaker 3 (01:01:28):
Yeah, she's a smart tech girl.

Speaker 6 (01:01:30):
And then you got Christine who is Fay who is
the hot girl with the past, mysterious past, you know.

Speaker 3 (01:01:39):
Bro.

Speaker 6 (01:01:39):
So I'm just looking at this whole thing like, dude,
like y'all took y'all just like I'm like, did you
this is I'm not gonna shoot on what time of
these works? I respect the man too much, but I
really just feel like like I don't know what what
was the pitch?

Speaker 3 (01:01:56):
What was the pitch?

Speaker 6 (01:01:57):
Someone showed up with five million dollars to say, hey,
let's make a cowboy Bebop. And then it's like the
fact that the soundtrack is still jazz. It's a dope soundtrack,
but it's like like, dude, like you made shampoo. You
helped with Carolyn Tuesday. You've done all of these shows.
Space Dandy was unlike anything I've ever seen, So I guess,

(01:02:17):
like Getting Lazarus, we get these twelve episodes, they got
to track thirteen episodes, they got a track down the
guy and a lot of people on line don't like
the fact that it's too much caught up in Western politics.

Speaker 3 (01:02:28):
They feel like, oh no, y'all just took COVID and yeah,
climate change, climate change in COVID and mixed it in
the pot and just threw it in there.

Speaker 5 (01:02:37):
And it's like, I guess the climate change, Like why
are you just like you know, human software to start
over that part?

Speaker 6 (01:02:42):
I got covidin yeah, Like yeah, everybody took the shot
and now you're gonna die.

Speaker 3 (01:02:48):
It's like, dangn that's the.

Speaker 5 (01:02:49):
Episode to these drugs that make you hi, they help
you function in a certain way.

Speaker 6 (01:02:54):
Yeah, it's I don't know, it's the theme that just
gets me watching it. It's like they got unlimited money.
They just every episode they try something either works or
it doesn't. You get a little bit. You're getting just
enough backstore, and everybody except Doug don't I still don't
know what his story is.

Speaker 5 (01:03:10):
Yeah, we got three episodes Last we have six days.

Speaker 3 (01:03:13):
Yeah, so I mean clock keeps ticking, clock keeps.

Speaker 5 (01:03:17):
Episode eleven probably be more about actual Skinner thirteen.

Speaker 6 (01:03:23):
Yeah, now we got that that scene at the end
with the wires and the guns and that. I felt like,
I'm like, dude, lead with that next time. Just make
the whole show that he should have been your main character.
He should have been your main character, like been part
of the team, party team. It should have been just
like this show should have been. If y'all wanted to

(01:03:46):
be that bad ass, y'all should have just went straight hardcore.
Like I felt like Last Risk. If I would have
made Last, it would have just been John. It's just
been a breakdancing John week of five minutes. It's like
ans and kill you, Like it just would have been, like, Yo,
this is just does not give joy. I said, Yeah,
but it's badass, you know, it's it's the world and

(01:04:08):
the world was solo leveling.

Speaker 3 (01:04:09):
It's called the best anime. Last ain't gonna cut it,
rid of the World. I can't last, Ris ain't gonna
cut it, my guy. I felt like they tried too
hard to make it relatable for Western audiences, and I
think that lost a lot of the magic. It's something
to watch.

Speaker 5 (01:04:26):
Yeah, they're they're trying to make it Cowboy Bob with
a different premise.

Speaker 6 (01:04:31):
Yeah, And I felt like, man, y'all, y'all really didn't
have to do that because you didn't have to try
to make nobody cool. They were just cool, like Spike
dance around Kundo, like Bruce Lee, it's cool, this guy
doing parkour and break dance. And just like I said,
I felt like, actually, they just tried too hard to
make them cool, like they just he's cool, but it's

(01:04:51):
I feel like it's just too hard. Like I knew
Force when he went to the basketball court and was
just like it's just balling. And I'm like, yo, this
man went to the court and just and one, Just like,
y'all make this man too cool. There's that nothing he
can't do. Now I'm gonna see this assassin is gonna
try to kill him on this uh on the street,

(01:05:11):
Like okay.

Speaker 5 (01:05:13):
Yeah, we got he got set up. Okay, he used
to die because he's been experiment that no one can
know about it.

Speaker 3 (01:05:19):
Yeah, I gotta get rid of him. So I got
to see how he gets out of this one?

Speaker 5 (01:05:23):
Yeah, and how was Hirst gonna explain to That's like,
oh sorry, I didn't mean to have you get killed,
but uh.

Speaker 6 (01:05:28):
Yeah, I mean I show like this, you gotta a
goma could kill this thing. Bro, Like you gotta start
off with six of these guys and when we get
the episode ten, bro, I gotta be four left.

Speaker 5 (01:05:38):
It's like, broime we have so we have three left?

Speaker 3 (01:05:42):
Yeah, three that's what I'm saying.

Speaker 6 (01:05:43):
But I'm saying with three left, it's just like, bro,
this seems to have this the her should have been
getting thinned.

Speaker 5 (01:05:49):
Yeah, and we got and Skinner's gotta show up like
in front of them.

Speaker 6 (01:05:54):
It's it's the highest the stakes should feel. I feel
like there are no stakes. The stakes couldn't be higher,
but they just don't feel as high as they actually are.

Speaker 1 (01:06:03):
That's up.

Speaker 5 (01:06:03):
When a medics were talking about this like a few
weeks ago, I was like, yeah, yeah, even if they
fight them done, they still have to do the cure,
and they still would have to make their cure and
that will probably take you know, baby, ten days. So
it was like take time. They're not gonna do this
in like an hour. The whole world A cure.

Speaker 3 (01:06:24):
I haven't saved in vault. Get it.

Speaker 5 (01:06:28):
Here's here's the Hindenberg. You just put it in there
and it'll spread around like a like snow or something.
They'll go in there, lugs and it's over. They'll be
You'll be cured.

Speaker 3 (01:06:41):
Yeah, A simple as that.

Speaker 5 (01:06:42):
Like, yeah, I don't know, man, there's something I like.
At the same time, it's like there's no progress.

Speaker 6 (01:06:52):
It's just every episode feels the same. They're different events,
but it's just like something's missing and I can't put
my finger on it.

Speaker 5 (01:07:03):
Well speak of something that's not messing.

Speaker 3 (01:07:12):
I am. I am enjoying this.

Speaker 6 (01:07:14):
The last episode I caught was when Raco. Uh, when
Raco found out that she can't leave because she's not
real and Yo May went to Hong Kong to find
that if Cologne.

Speaker 3 (01:07:28):
Was a real place.

Speaker 6 (01:07:29):
So uh no no, yeah, yeah no no, Like I
think I was about to start watching nine because this
episode focused on Tao and Miyuki. Miyuki is talking to
his dad and Tow is like, you know, Too really
wants Miyuki real bag, But I think Miyuki died, so
Miyuki is not even real. He's the second version of

(01:07:52):
himself too, at least that's what they lead me to believe.

Speaker 5 (01:07:57):
Maybe we know Raco was the as they're talking about,
and you know, Generous can't exist there, They cannot exist sad,
So so I guess I think how to save could
you rye? But I also like Almeg? Thank you man?

(01:08:18):
But yes, but since you to watch the current episode,
I won't. I won't talk about it. I won't talk
about the spoilers. But that nice little what they have
to do and could write talk with Kudo. Definitely definitely
look up for that. But we were going further. But
I enjoyed it. I'm joining the twice. I like the characters.

(01:08:39):
I like the NAIs aspenic of it.

Speaker 3 (01:08:41):
I love it. I love I love how it looks.
I love how it looks like more than anything, how
it looks is really just like, oh no, this is yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:08:49):
So now that that one, that one's definitely fun. Uh
all right, a sort of the Demon Hunter. So yeah,
we are now current. I mean that that current and
I'm sorry.

Speaker 3 (01:09:00):
We're back in the past, in the past, Jack.

Speaker 5 (01:09:06):
To the past yep, so because you know, we had
high school for like an episode and a half and.

Speaker 3 (01:09:12):
Now watch the play about his life.

Speaker 5 (01:09:15):
Yeah, so I didn't like it. How do you know?
You weren't there?

Speaker 4 (01:09:22):
Ha ha.

Speaker 5 (01:09:26):
But Genia is talking to Ofi, but there's a guy.
I'm like, hey, have this new sake. Come joining it.
It's really good. You'll make you'll make it, beat your wife,
It'll make you not go to work, you'll feel alive,
you'll just want to drink.

Speaker 2 (01:09:42):
No.

Speaker 3 (01:09:42):
See.

Speaker 6 (01:09:43):
The first thing I noticed about the sake was depending
on who drink it, it hit different. First guy drinking
and he was like, yo, this stuff is too strong.
Second guy hit and he was like, this stuff is nasty.
Then Genia, Egenia hit it, Jenja hit it, and it's
like but this is weak, and it's like this.

Speaker 3 (01:10:01):
I'm like, all right, hold on, hold on, hold on.
It tastes different depending on who drinking it. You can't.
You can't convince me that's not the case. Now, Yeah,
I thought.

Speaker 6 (01:10:10):
They we're gonna go with that is like you know,
spirits have spirits in them. So I'm like, okay, so
this is what kind of demon pissed y'all drinking?

Speaker 3 (01:10:19):
Like, where's where's this?

Speaker 5 (01:10:20):
That's why I thought they were gonna do it until
we saw what happened at the end, but.

Speaker 3 (01:10:25):
I mean that's where it really like it was going.

Speaker 6 (01:10:27):
It was just like don't don't drink it, like it's
demon pissed. Like that's what I'm assuming.

Speaker 5 (01:10:32):
But either way, the people that do like it, all
they want to do is drink it. Like the guy
doesn't want to go go to his job. The other guy,
his neighbor was yelling at his wife, get me more drinks.

Speaker 6 (01:10:44):
Went from yelling at his wife to beating his wife
like over. But I mean it's one of those things
where it's like, bro, this is alcoholics.

Speaker 5 (01:10:53):
Like it's like that's like, come on, come on.

Speaker 3 (01:11:01):
The whole episode is about malt liquor. Dog Like.

Speaker 5 (01:11:05):
Yeah, that old head. That's all it is.

Speaker 6 (01:11:10):
It's just like, oh so so so my liquor, Like
that's it, Like like my liquor, Like what like what
what sack bombs?

Speaker 3 (01:11:19):
Like I don't care what kind of sockey. This is
just like y'all got MD twenty twenty.

Speaker 5 (01:11:23):
Like you know, honestly, I would love to make talks.
I just gotta figure out how to.

Speaker 3 (01:11:27):
Do it like that.

Speaker 5 (01:11:31):
I do.

Speaker 3 (01:11:31):
Like at the end, there was you know, a little
bit of action. He gets the.

Speaker 6 (01:11:38):
Help helps out, No, because old dude, you know, cussing
old you know me, lady, he was kissing her butt
like oh funny, you can pour me a shot. And
now he strung out on this stuff. And it's like
here in his saki den just drunk, laid out and
I'm like.

Speaker 5 (01:11:53):
Oh right, yeah's like oh yeah, I got promoted. I
don't want to go. You're you lady, You're an old tah.

Speaker 3 (01:12:00):
Just like dude, you better go to stop playing.

Speaker 5 (01:12:03):
And then yeah, then you gets knocked out and the
dad's like you have one.

Speaker 6 (01:12:07):
More He's like, bro, I'm gonna give you one more chance.
I heard about the situation. I'm gonna give you one
more chance.

Speaker 4 (01:12:13):
But do.

Speaker 5 (01:12:15):
Not because he will he will throw and he was
about to. He was reverdy. I saw that death class. Yeah,
he was about the murder. If his daughter wasn't there
like watching it, like you're lucky my daughter.

Speaker 3 (01:12:30):
Like yeah, you know, what's up? Like dude, like no,
you know that's that. That's that you know.

Speaker 6 (01:12:35):
Culturally, it's like, you know, when somebody messes up and
they really care about their in debt, they're gonna go
out their way to fix it, right, But.

Speaker 5 (01:12:45):
You know, it's a nice action with Genya Knakishu to
try and figure out like the source of this jeny
I got this uneasy feeling and we go to the
next section and we see a bla there and who
really know that is? That's obviously gonna be the sisters
for their ultimate for this first half, You're gonna have

(01:13:06):
a nice family re union, right, so I can't wait
for that.

Speaker 6 (01:13:12):
Yeah, wa to see if it came in hard. Let's see,
let's see, you know, let's see how it goes.

Speaker 5 (01:13:18):
Out, because this is also a twenty four Yeah, so it's.

Speaker 3 (01:13:22):
Like it's the midway point, so let's let's see, let's
see what they do with it.

Speaker 5 (01:13:26):
Yeah, Like, will you also be an hour for the finalsis?

Speaker 3 (01:13:30):
Oh, then the problem will be good? That's the case
if it.

Speaker 5 (01:13:33):
Is, I hope. So yeah, this is actually yeah, it's
actually absolute love.

Speaker 2 (01:13:36):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:13:37):
The next one will be at the end of the
halfway so.

Speaker 1 (01:13:41):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (01:13:41):
I again, I love the premise. I think the prayer
was my favorites. It's just the stuff in between some
of the episode just hitting miss Yeah. I like the
one with the the one nice Steve is like he
was trying to find the person that killed his wife
or break his wife. It turns out of his wife
that they'd kill him. It was the guards that basically

(01:14:03):
they it wasn't a demon that raped the wife. It
was just the people of the village and.

Speaker 3 (01:14:08):
That that ship was all funked up like that probably
one of the best episodes.

Speaker 5 (01:14:11):
So like like, yeah, what they deserve to die? So
Gi just killed like good good?

Speaker 3 (01:14:19):
Yeah that was tragic.

Speaker 5 (01:14:20):
Yeah, I felt so bad, like like wow, So I
mean for demons done in a good way, like done rights.

Speaker 3 (01:14:30):
I was like, don't let free room.

Speaker 5 (01:14:31):
Though, sho'll even.

Speaker 3 (01:14:35):
But no one's keep.

Speaker 5 (01:14:40):
I do like the how demons are made in this
world though, like they got a motion.

Speaker 3 (01:14:46):
Or yeah, they just manifest from negative negative stuff.

Speaker 5 (01:14:50):
You know, some could be born that way, so just
created over time or like that you.

Speaker 3 (01:14:55):
Can get corrupted, possessed and turn the one.

Speaker 5 (01:14:57):
Yeah so that Hey is that? I like that? And
we'll find out episode twelve on Monday.

Speaker 8 (01:15:04):
Uh.

Speaker 5 (01:15:05):
Next up, we have Rockets the Ladies Modesty by the Bands.
Band's ended, our our band our bandmates lost.

Speaker 3 (01:15:19):
Oh that's what happens.

Speaker 5 (01:15:21):
Yeah, and uh, you know the other team was like bragging,
but you see Lizisa going to and of course they're
cursing each other outs while everyone was looking at each
other shot especially share Aya, what is this why you
like her? This why my ex girlfriend likes shuits? Like
they're all yelled that they go the other band like

(01:15:41):
you your song suck. You're just coasting with feeling like
you're loving ds now you suck and you bassis. You
are trying to cut us off, So just yelling all around,
and the other band mans are like, you know what,
we we can't, we can't, we can't take we can't
take her. No, no, we don't either. Actually I was like,

(01:16:05):
if you can, you can stay with them, like you know,
and maybe keep telling her like you're better at the
base and you had a guitar for oh.

Speaker 6 (01:16:18):
Oh yeah, because the last episode I saw was when
she was just like no you you you played the guitar.

Speaker 3 (01:16:23):
I want to see how batter you can get newbie oh.

Speaker 6 (01:16:28):
Cussed her out like dare you call me? And I
literally was watching that before. I was watching the part like, oh,
it's cool. I diligently was trying to like that's the one.
I was trying to like catch up. It's fastest. So
it's like considering I was on episode five yesterday and
I'm like on nine, you know what I mean, I'm
like what eight?

Speaker 3 (01:16:48):
Eight? Yeah? Eight or nine. So it's like, so I
got like four in like back to back to back
to back, like I was watching that like I had.

Speaker 6 (01:16:55):
No because I don't know how I even fell behind
on it, like I being like the four episodes. No,
I based the first five episodes and one day and
then I think life got in away and I was like, yeah, yeah, man,
you gotta keep going.

Speaker 5 (01:17:08):
And I'm like, but this one is definitely fun. This
is definitely fun show.

Speaker 3 (01:17:14):
I love the animation with this one too. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:17:17):
They do. They do cg well with the performances, yeah,
official expressions on top of that, especially if I lit
with their faces where as they're like strumming jamming out.

Speaker 3 (01:17:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:17:30):
Yeah, they do good animating like the finger movements of
the guitars and like playing the instruments.

Speaker 3 (01:17:34):
That works pretty well.

Speaker 5 (01:17:35):
And this is totally yours show. You can't convince me
other lines, especially if had the other classics like fangirls
over the mangas come on.

Speaker 3 (01:17:46):
Yeah. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:17:47):
So it was like you cannot be straight in this
academy if you are you're not Jodan's Yeah, at least
be By.

Speaker 6 (01:17:55):
But they haven't even drawn any male characters. I don't
think I've seen a male character.

Speaker 3 (01:17:58):
Yet they so the only one is to die that
he bounced, Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:18:03):
Because I was like, aside from the episode when they
played in that band and you know, turned out a
little local band, that was it.

Speaker 3 (01:18:11):
It was just like, oh, y'all, do have guys in here?

Speaker 5 (01:18:13):
Okay, they're aund somewhere, but that's a weinbreakers. I love
this and I agree with you. I don't see them
one beating Shabaki rights.

Speaker 3 (01:18:27):
No man, because Subaki is like.

Speaker 6 (01:18:32):
The thing is it's like just from the fight and
everything and not in the missions of Bakis doing all
this with heels on, Like that's just I think that's
the most important impressive part is it's like, yo, Solbaki
is out here like way farm heels hold on dragon
kicking y'all ass like bro, like finger I'm talking about

(01:18:53):
when he punched Selbaki in the face and like makeup
came off on his hand and he's licked it and
spits like bro, that's up gross, Like.

Speaker 5 (01:19:00):
Yeah, like like I feel stronger, yeah Saks, Like yeah.

Speaker 3 (01:19:06):
Man, I just I'm doing it.

Speaker 6 (01:19:08):
But I think that's why I liked the episode with
the old guys, with the old couple, because it kind
of was about building Sulbaki's character how Slovaki became Sbakia.
Like look, man, this is how I came. I love
myself except myself and and free and and then it's
not lost on it. It's just like, oh, just because
I dressed this way, don't mean I'm not gonna be

(01:19:32):
like that's the thing that like that really gets it.
Was just like, bro, it's like cause Slovakia is like
you can you know, like Okay, yeah, you'll talk trash
to Sebaki. You, you will try to talk ship you,
you will try to you know, be disrespectful. But like
it's just like, hey, man, I not you should have

(01:19:54):
been I'm gonna look at you should have been talking.

Speaker 5 (01:19:58):
Yeah, like clear path from me. It's like boys like yo.

Speaker 6 (01:20:03):
Yeah, I ain't gonna lie. The pole dancing threw me off,
Like all right, man, look for y'all grown watching his
high school and his pole. Why is y'all do money
at this high school and his poll? Y'all adults are wrong?

Speaker 5 (01:20:15):
Y'all drink support you if you're just dancing or not.
You're not just dancing, that's it.

Speaker 3 (01:20:22):
Stirred on on the pole, dancing, got off the pole.

Speaker 5 (01:20:27):
Just regular shorts.

Speaker 3 (01:20:28):
Shorts. Okay, sports those sports, those.

Speaker 5 (01:20:31):
Sports sports, there was sports, you know, and I guess
called the Big sister to uh what was her name?

Speaker 6 (01:20:40):
Yes, yes, uh soccer or hacker, whatever you want to
call him. He I like the fact that even though
he's the main character, they giving him the back seat
to really like grow and in depth.

Speaker 5 (01:20:53):
Like he's learning even just observing and from what here
and how they see fighting.

Speaker 6 (01:20:58):
Yeah, he's the leader, but he doesn't know how to
be a leader. He's just he's a street fighter.

Speaker 5 (01:21:02):
Yeah, he's all.

Speaker 4 (01:21:03):
He's all.

Speaker 5 (01:21:03):
He's usually alone. He never had like a team or
friends or anything.

Speaker 6 (01:21:07):
Like he's just straight up like he's you ski, you're
a messy without the cool factor. He's just like he's
straight green. So he really has to learn how to
become you know, to fight, because I would think Hyatold
would be the leader, but how told is.

Speaker 3 (01:21:24):
Like no man like.

Speaker 5 (01:21:27):
Background to the background.

Speaker 2 (01:21:29):
You know.

Speaker 6 (01:21:30):
Uh, he's learning to fight, So that's the cool thing
about it. And they're all underclassmen, so that's what makes
it so good. Like they got into this art they
be old, but it's so so. I could be old,
but it's so bad. Helped him up apologize like I'm sorry.

Speaker 5 (01:21:51):
He's like, hey, like look, I want to help you out,
like like what like like like you know, like yeah, yeah,
I could probably doc you. I was like, let me
help you, Like how could I help you?

Speaker 3 (01:22:01):
He told his backstory. He was just like, Bro, I'm
not a bad guy. I'm just poor. Bro, I'm broke.
I'm broke.

Speaker 5 (01:22:06):
This is like that's why I never consider the bills,
like trying to make me.

Speaker 6 (01:22:11):
Like that's like, bro, I'm just like, bro, I'm just
so personal. Yeah, this is not personal. I don't even
care about old girl.

Speaker 3 (01:22:20):
Bro, this is a job.

Speaker 5 (01:22:20):
Like I just.

Speaker 3 (01:22:23):
I just you know.

Speaker 6 (01:22:24):
He just on this like if I eat, you eat,
we y'all eat, which is pretty admirable. It's just like, bro,
you started a gang. Your gang is about survival and
y'all getting this money and y'all doing whatever you got
to do to get your money, even if.

Speaker 3 (01:22:39):
But y'all ain't no fighter.

Speaker 6 (01:22:41):
Y'all good with numbers, but y'all can't really fight because
when y'all to show up and fight real fighters.

Speaker 3 (01:22:46):
Y'all got knocked out, knocked out.

Speaker 5 (01:22:48):
It was so y'all and like, yeah, that one guy
was only one that a fight.

Speaker 3 (01:22:53):
Yeah, he was the only one.

Speaker 6 (01:22:54):
All is like, bro, y'all can't fight. Like y'all can't fight.
Y'all ran the free ring, ninth grade free room. I'm
talking about Freshman Freeman. Yeah, Freshman Freeman. Just just no,
like no, because after that, it's like I'm buying out, bro,
So Baki beats me up. Bro, It's like, Bro, you
ain't living that down. It's just like for the rest
of your life. It's like we ain't gonna talk about that.

(01:23:16):
We're not gonna talk about that.

Speaker 5 (01:23:17):
I got being by a cross, like with the.

Speaker 6 (01:23:21):
Heels, with the makeup, with the fingernails, like like just
straight out just just that man blurred the lines of
every freaking thing and just showed out and I was
just that was probably just my favorite moment because that
fight was like it was all kicks, so you got
to see you got to see the boky style. So
it's Bocky is just like like I can take a punch,

(01:23:41):
but I really can kick. So whole thing is like kicking, kicking.
When that backhill hit that face and his forehead hit
the ground.

Speaker 5 (01:23:48):
I was like, what's wropusion.

Speaker 3 (01:23:52):
He was like I can't. I can't get up.

Speaker 5 (01:23:54):
No, bro, your head is rocked like like you hear
the ring there is just stay.

Speaker 6 (01:23:59):
Down, just rocked like where you got hit in the
back of the head with them heels on and they
didn't break.

Speaker 3 (01:24:06):
Like oh but it's a rap, bro, do not get up.
Everybody looking around like.

Speaker 5 (01:24:12):
Yeah, but like the repunk were like, oh yeah, you
know we are hiring, like like you're like you know
what actually helps, like oh yeah, there are people here
with you some stuff.

Speaker 3 (01:24:23):
That's about money. Because he's just like, hey man, we
can get all y'all down here.

Speaker 5 (01:24:27):
But later I was like, we can't get all of you,
Like you can get some of you.

Speaker 6 (01:24:31):
It just no, some of y'all would disrespect for some
of y'all, like yeah, some of y'all, No, don't come back.
Don't come back. Y'all came in hand trust this whole thing,
trying to be bad ass. It's like, no, this ain't
tokyo miija. Y'all go somewhere with that stuff.

Speaker 5 (01:24:45):
Yeah, but they're like yea but yeah, but the leaders like, hey,
like some of us can work. He apologized to his
guys like, you know what, Okay, we'll figure it out.
But as long as like at least half of us
can to get a job, that's that's cool with us.

Speaker 6 (01:24:59):
Yeah, that's all was He just he didn't have he
had to lead, and he did with it best. He
didn't have nobody to mentor. And see that's the thing.
It's kind of like, you know, the parallel Tobaki is like,
man if I want to have the old couple to
like help me out, and really I don't. I don't
know where I would be. So it's just like I got,
I got love, I got accepted you. You were on

(01:25:20):
your own, so I kind of empathized with you. But
but my favorite thing in this episode is I cannot
remember her name, but Subaki went to what's the singing
girl's name?

Speaker 3 (01:25:32):
He went to Susuka and cussed her out, custed her out, was.

Speaker 6 (01:25:37):
Just like, never in your life, disrespect me, disrespect none
of us and what we got going on.

Speaker 3 (01:25:44):
Because we did all this for you, so for you
the off life. But like it wasn't buy, nothing was
gonna make all of this in vain, like.

Speaker 5 (01:25:52):
No, st up here with you.

Speaker 3 (01:25:54):
It's like, no, we in two d n we were bleeding.
It's a rap. It's a rap. You can't do that.

Speaker 5 (01:26:00):
So nope, and they're like, okay, well so we gonna
tell your boss like, oh, we don't know how to
get thrown. We get our we get our we get
our guy back. Yamato end though, the same guy we
saw with the killed crew who like took out that leader.
I got, like, and now he's here and the other
person that knows him is two bakis.

Speaker 3 (01:26:23):
I'm trying to see what's up with that relationship.

Speaker 5 (01:26:26):
So again, Yamato knows that crew, so I guess I
know if you speak, part of that crew. So yeah,
I guess it could be a former crew and member.

Speaker 3 (01:26:37):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (01:26:37):
I'm anxious to see how how this goes because we're
almost at the end.

Speaker 3 (01:26:41):
So it's like okay, so yeah, then the next person
actually yeah, so.

Speaker 6 (01:26:46):
It's like, oh, okay, so like Cliffhanger, like, is he
just gonna talk a bunch of smack and not do nothing?

Speaker 3 (01:26:52):
Like what happens?

Speaker 5 (01:26:53):
Is it gonna knock someone out with one punch?

Speaker 6 (01:26:56):
Like I feel like it's shown is like this somebody
got to get laid out, like that's what really makes
it good.

Speaker 5 (01:27:01):
Kind of like I think someone will get knocked out.

Speaker 3 (01:27:05):
No one has to.

Speaker 6 (01:27:06):
It's like like your solo level, Like someone has to
get bodied, like just like that. Someone gotta get like
not killed, like just that unconscious.

Speaker 5 (01:27:14):
So it could be too Baki could be high up though,
like someone big holy ship. This guy's right like that.

Speaker 6 (01:27:21):
That tone has to be set, like that tone has
to be set. They can't just be a bunch of
talking or you.

Speaker 5 (01:27:26):
Know, or hell, he knockout soccer.

Speaker 3 (01:27:32):
Somebody gonna get it.

Speaker 5 (01:27:33):
I just don't know who. And that should happen and
I cannot wait for that. Yeah, all right, And finally
my heroic nave me a vigilancees.

Speaker 3 (01:27:44):
All rights.

Speaker 5 (01:27:46):
Okay, yeah, we kind of got contacts. I knuckled up
their kind of like why he does this?

Speaker 3 (01:27:54):
Man, I did not know like this whole time. When
you it, you find out you know the link.

Speaker 5 (01:28:04):
Yeah, the our antagonists sir.

Speaker 3 (01:28:08):
Yeah, uh queen is h Yes, you find out she
is like his daughter.

Speaker 5 (01:28:16):
Yeah, and she is why her mom or his wife
is in the hospital.

Speaker 6 (01:28:22):
Yeah, essentially potentially, Like that's that's what they're leading us
to believe, and it's like, you know, you see the
little one I she got and then you see the
other she got one eye, and it's like a girl
like you a whole villain.

Speaker 3 (01:28:33):
But you know all for One is like in her
ear the whole time.

Speaker 6 (01:28:38):
Yeah, you know, he's like first couple of episodes offul
One is just giving her pointers. So it's like, oh,
you didn't already turn to the dark side dark? Yeah
you you you like the Grand Chancellor is already in
your ear, because I.

Speaker 5 (01:28:50):
Think this is before all might have the injury with
both for One.

Speaker 3 (01:28:53):
Yeah, it's it's it's definitely a couple of years before
that because uh is she got me? What's the same?

Speaker 2 (01:29:00):
Uh?

Speaker 6 (01:29:01):
His brother it's not even ingenium. Yeah, his brother is
like he's not even injured yet, Like he's in prime condition.

Speaker 5 (01:29:11):
I like how this was before.

Speaker 6 (01:29:15):
Yeah, that which was bad ass by the way, he
got his nose, but bro knuckle Duster broke his nose
so bad he cut it off.

Speaker 5 (01:29:24):
Yeah he's like, yeah, yeah, I said he could have Yeah, yeah, where's.

Speaker 3 (01:29:38):
Yeah man? Pop Step?

Speaker 6 (01:29:40):
This episode was about pop Step got invited to a
new opening of a shopping mall that's on the roof.
I want her to perform, and it's our first real
like major performance. And because it's the first major performance,
you know she you know, yeah right. She goes to

(01:30:00):
Kochi about, Hey, Kochi, I need you to give me
some advice.

Speaker 3 (01:30:04):
Should I do it? And he's like, I don't know,
but I know the perfect person to help cause my Koto.

Speaker 5 (01:30:12):
Yeah right.

Speaker 6 (01:30:13):
She feels hiself way about Koto. She was like, man,
I think Kooto she thinks he had she has like
a thing for which I don't think she did until
he saved her the week before, when he straight up
like just saved her. I think that's when it's like
there's more to this kid. Like he he's a real deal.

(01:30:35):
Like he's the real hero. He's a real deal. He
does the right thing because he wants to. I think
in her eyes, it's like, you know what, I could
probably mold him into one of the greatest heroes ever.

Speaker 5 (01:30:45):
I can probably get you like America or something like that.
But have a boyfriend, like she.

Speaker 3 (01:30:51):
Who she was living with with.

Speaker 6 (01:30:52):
The guy came in with the beer and they were
sitting down. She was writing the paper like isn't that
her boyfriend?

Speaker 5 (01:31:00):
Sure? What so I'm like person for for no for.

Speaker 3 (01:31:06):
Uh Makoto, Yeah, Macodo, you already got a man.

Speaker 5 (01:31:11):
No, I think she just manages the uh celebrity guy.

Speaker 6 (01:31:14):
It wasn't a celebrity guy. Remember remember the episode when
she took his hand and she got his kirk. She
was writing down the dude she came home.

Speaker 3 (01:31:23):
Dude came home. It's just like, are you okay? She's like,
I think I'm losing my touch. I don't know.

Speaker 5 (01:31:30):
Yeah, I know it was a roommate dad.

Speaker 6 (01:31:32):
I'm thinking, like bro, I mean they look grown like
I'm like, hold on, shoty, that's your that's your man.

Speaker 1 (01:31:38):
You like.

Speaker 5 (01:31:41):
Knuckle duster.

Speaker 3 (01:31:43):
Yeah, so I think I think, but pop stup.

Speaker 6 (01:31:46):
My favorite thing about pop stuff is pop stuff really
goes from girl next door to like glam just like that,
Like I really like, you know, it's the pink hair.
It's the pink hair for me. But no, I really do,
like I really do like pop stuff. Like I like
how you know, even with the mom, she was ready
to show up and be his his girlfriend promis too
like you know she uh, I just I love that

(01:32:07):
whole little things. I really hope that this it ain't
got to go nowhere. But I really hope something flourishes.
But I like how I'm interested to see next week
everything is gonna go crazy, Like everything is fun to
go crazy.

Speaker 3 (01:32:20):
We already know, like it's not fun to be just clean.
Something crazy is gonna go down.

Speaker 5 (01:32:24):
Oh I think the person that used to be a cop,
right is a detective. Yeah, that's that's your brother.

Speaker 3 (01:32:31):
That's a brother. Okay, brother popstep pop stuff on order
to tell you.

Speaker 5 (01:32:43):
Apparently apparently pops us good.

Speaker 7 (01:32:45):
But according to her articles, so pop still got a
nice but apparently I mean, yes, agreed, Yeah, I mean
gotta go a long way, but no, I like, Uh.

Speaker 6 (01:33:01):
The one thing I love about vigilancees that it does
is it really shows the need for the vigilantes. Because
you're watching Vigilan like this week's past episode, right when
all the bees started attacking, uh started attacking, you know
guy with the wolverine clause and you saw the fire.
First thing that went through my mind is, oh shit,
this endeavor.

Speaker 3 (01:33:18):
It wasn't. It was his friends.

Speaker 6 (01:33:19):
They were out there with like a blow torch and
like a spray can in a in a in a
lighter like that wasn't Endeavor. I'm like, yo, y'all main
heroes suck. Y'all ain't showed up for nothing, like like
eraised their heads. The only one who really just and
he was out shopping. He was off that day, Like,
ain't none of these heroes. I was like, what's up

(01:33:40):
with y'all? And Genium is doing this thing? But it's
like where y'all at, Like, y'all, y'all ain't doing nothing.
Y'all ain't downtown, y'all ain't taking care of nothing. It's
a giant got Zilla Marster walking through the city and
vigilances stopping them.

Speaker 3 (01:33:54):
Come on, man, where y'all at? Where y'all at?

Speaker 6 (01:33:57):
Man?

Speaker 3 (01:33:58):
Where y'all at?

Speaker 6 (01:33:59):
And then y'all got it's American hero They got sued
in America so many times.

Speaker 3 (01:34:03):
He had to like fly to Japan like you know
what this.

Speaker 5 (01:34:07):
Building him is there? Like let let before like before
like cool down here.

Speaker 3 (01:34:15):
Yeah, so he can Chris his name is Chris yep.

Speaker 5 (01:34:25):
But but for pop stuff, she she's gonna get a
baccado actually helps her out as the celebrity. Hey, so
do this for me or I won't tell what you did?

Speaker 3 (01:34:41):
Yeah, like the funk up.

Speaker 5 (01:34:44):
By by Color those people like, all right, you're you're
all set. It's gonna be a big thing for you. Yeah,
it's gonna be just junior high school students fling flirting
over you.

Speaker 6 (01:34:54):
No, I think next week it's gonna open it up
to Uh, it's it's it's a it's a fun show.
It's a fun show. It's it's I like, I like
how things are said in this world. It's it's really
I'm enjoying it. I'm really enjoying Vigilantes. I didn't know
nothing about it, but watching it's like, like, I guess

(01:35:15):
it's the climax approaches for the regular My Hero. I'm
kind of like on the verge of burnout. I really
need this to hurry up and wrap up because the
tension has just been so high.

Speaker 5 (01:35:25):
Yeah, well, we got the final season in October.

Speaker 3 (01:35:29):
That's what I'm saying. We got it's coming up.

Speaker 6 (01:35:31):
And the good thing is, I think because we got
this season the way it is, I don't I don't
see no reason why Country Road couldn't or wouldn't make
the final season of My Hero, not Assembly dub.

Speaker 3 (01:35:45):
Yeah that's that's yeah, that that will make sense. At
this point. It's like, yeah, it makes sense. It was
simbly dub Yeah.

Speaker 5 (01:35:53):
I think Part two for Visualized As will also be
October with this as well.

Speaker 3 (01:35:57):
So oh so we get a part too.

Speaker 5 (01:35:59):
Yeah, it's a split.

Speaker 3 (01:36:00):
Cor okay, awesome, awesome.

Speaker 5 (01:36:04):
So it was cool that I had part two Vigilantes
with the final season here at the same season essentially
if that turns of vilagier things, so that's good. Yeah, absolutely,
uh yeah, I'm excited right knock up there too. Maybe
he'll see his daughter in this one, because you know,
he found her, so maybe we'll see them in a.

Speaker 3 (01:36:23):
Rock Yeah, cheaping off the grid, but he found her.

Speaker 5 (01:36:27):
Yeah. Closing thoughts for the week before we get out
of here.

Speaker 6 (01:36:31):
Closing thoughts man, uh, I would say, since I uh,
since the Shaka this man lose range of season two,
I ain't gonna need to sit up and butcher at.
I'm really enjoying this if you if you're not watching it,
everybody who's checking it out, check it out. There are
a lot of big developments that happened this past week. Yeah,

(01:36:55):
Umico her secrets out. Like fighter, he is on the fence.
He doesn't know where he wants to stand morally, he
doesn't know he doesn't want to be a hero, but
he's done the hero thing so much. He kind of
he's fighting the heroes and the monsters at the same time.
You really realize he was like, no, us monsters. We
don't like the boss monsters. Boss monsters talk too much,

(01:37:16):
smack and getting away. He wants to do everything on
his own terms. But I think the secret is about
to be busted. The Greenkeeper got exposed. Greenkeepers like, look,
I'm not I understand how all this stuff works, but
I got something personal to protect. You find out that
the Yellow Keeper is like, oh yeah, I created some

(01:37:39):
of these boss monsters by the way, like yellow kids.

Speaker 3 (01:37:43):
He's like, he's evil. He's the one who keeps the loser.

Speaker 6 (01:37:46):
He keeps the rangers needed, he keeps the threat coming
in so the rangers would be like needed. So he's
the Eyes of Mundanes was this whole thing. And the
Red he's just evil like the Red, just like he's
just ruthless.

Speaker 3 (01:38:02):
He's evil. He gets the job done.

Speaker 6 (01:38:06):
All of this is coming full circle, especially after last
week when uh uh uh Usukubo, you know, you find
out she quit and they got the Monster Protection League
or whatever, and they really want which is Sakarama. They
want him to join, which they don't know it's actually
Fighter D. But now Soakarama's chopped in the room with

(01:38:30):
heathwy And and she's like, wait a minute, you're not
the same guy. Okay, what's going on. It's like all
this stuff is starting to catch up with season two,
but there's no there's no major headwear that's gonna happen
unless there's a big twist that comes in the last
two episodes. I feel like this one's gonna go into
season three territory real fast. But uh, yeah, that's one
of the best episodes I've seen this week. Absolutely so yeah,

(01:38:53):
I'm enjoying that.
