Speaker 2 (00:20):
Thanks for listening, Hey, Saul, what are you doing?
Speaker 1 (00:25):
Sh I'm trying to listen to see what's going on
in here? Did you bring the papers I asked for?
Speaker 3 (00:30):
Uh?
Speaker 4 (00:31):
Yeah, here they are.
Speaker 2 (00:32):
Why are you listening and not inside? You're there, like
legal representative.
Speaker 1 (00:37):
This is a delicate matter, you know. I think that
they were going to their certain death.
Speaker 5 (00:42):
And you're not in there.
Speaker 1 (00:44):
I mean no, I felt it was important for me
to stay out here because I'm kind of scared of combat.
Oh my god, what is going on? Have I been truthied? Oh?
Speaker 3 (00:54):
Is that?
Speaker 4 (00:54):
What's going on here?
Speaker 1 (00:56):
Yeah? Okay?
Speaker 6 (00:57):
How come I didn't get a raise.
Speaker 1 (00:59):
This year because I because I needed another cloak of invisibility? Okay,
like sue me.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
Right, I got it. They're really cool, but obviously, like
inflation is crazy, So I'm gonna need you to do better.
Speaker 5 (01:14):
As my boss.
Speaker 1 (01:15):
I probably won't, so.
Speaker 6 (01:17):
Philip, mean's what else is going on in there?
Speaker 1 (01:19):
Okay, So the doctor D guy showed up and I
think he is somehow uh you know, the buff girl Amy.
Speaker 4 (01:28):
Ann, I think she has muscles for days.
Speaker 1 (01:31):
Yeah, I think he's her uncle. It's really weird. I'm
not sure how that works. The one Crystal tripped the
fake Crystal. Oh, by the way, the other the Crystal
of the cult, is actually a changeling who's been impersonating
the other Crystal, even though she looked nothing like her.
It's a little actual, it's a little complicated, but she
just tripped her and jacked up her face for real.
Speaker 2 (01:54):
Oh god.
Speaker 1 (01:55):
And then it seems, of course, it seems like Bentley
cast his own a truth and there they're questioning him. God,
who does that? That's so it's just so wrong. It's
so invasive. But it is kind of weird that Amy
and girl keeps mentioning a license to kill. That's why
I have to worry about I found. Yeah, Yeah, was
there anything in the documents that you found that had
(02:17):
anything to do with a license to kill?
Speaker 6 (02:20):
I don't think that that exists.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
I didn't think so either, But you know, who am
I to know I'm not even a good lawyer.
Speaker 6 (02:27):
Well you are ago back a way back away.
Speaker 5 (02:30):
They're coming.
Speaker 1 (02:42):
Greetings everyone, I am Alex Capps, your DM or district manager.
And this is Overworked and Underplayed, a D and D
podcast for Young professionals by young professionals. Today's Icebreaker, What
do you like most about this world? What up?
Speaker 5 (03:00):
It's you boy? Marsa Hardy playing Richard Cox, the human
consultants turned halfling Bard who holy believes it's better to
be lucky than good, but it's best to be both.
And Richard's favorite thing about being in this world is
probably not having an alarm clock to go to work.
Speaker 2 (03:13):
Hello, my name is Annelin hard and I play Taylor Jacobs,
a centaur barbarian with the heart of gold, and her
favorite thing about this world is her coworkers, So same
answer for both.
Speaker 4 (03:25):
I felt.
Speaker 7 (03:30):
Hi everyone, I'm Katie, and I played Crystal the draw
Druid with her very own officially, Well, I guess we're
waiting on the paperwork to come through MLM Crystal Clarity,
and her favorite thing about this world is the fact
that she can maybe possibly kill her nemesis, actually kill.
Speaker 4 (03:51):
Them quickest Suita the top of that per mid.
Speaker 6 (03:57):
Hey, I'm Marjorie. I play Amy and Amanda, a ba
b Rough and tumble human fighter with the freshly minted
dentistry degree.
Speaker 1 (04:04):
Hmm.
Speaker 6 (04:05):
Her favorite thing aside from maybe a couple of episodes ago.
She would have said nothing at all. She wants to
go home immediately, but otherwise.
Speaker 1 (04:14):
Taylor, now get a room, you two, we have one already.
Speaker 3 (04:20):
H Tyler the I play the ic Paltta known as
Bentley and Bentley's. Everything about this world is there's very
limited end users. Unfortunately, the most problematic one is still here. Hi.
Speaker 1 (04:34):
I'm Alex Capture DM or District Manager and uh my
favorite part of this world. Ooh, this is a tough one.
I really really enjoy any of the scenes in the
UH in the corporate sector because it just feels just
feels very fun and tongue in cheek. But if I
had to pick just one, it was probably the day glow.
(04:57):
Fairies in the Tubes is like Neon signs.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
All right, so when we last left off, you guys
had managed to actually have a conversation without killing someone. Well, actually, no,
you didn't. Well I guess you almost had. You almost
killed someone, And you guys have tied up the changeling,
and we're going to take her and turn her in, right.
Speaker 3 (05:48):
Yeah, on that note, Bitlin's gonna lay on hands one
single HP that way they don't accidentally kill her while
herring her.
Speaker 1 (05:55):
She like kind of snaps too and was like, oh my.
Speaker 3 (05:57):
Head, yeah, shut up, just like carrying her tied up
over his shoulder.
Speaker 1 (06:04):
Hey, big fellah, you know if you let me down
and let me go, I could make it worth your while.
I have money, Okay, I.
Speaker 3 (06:12):
Wanted one thing today and you couldn't even do.
Speaker 1 (06:14):
That, right, What did you What did you want?
Speaker 3 (06:20):
Don't worry about it?
Speaker 1 (06:22):
God, do we know.
Speaker 6 (06:25):
That she is a known cast. If so, I'm gonna
shove a piece of like crumpled up paper into her
mouth so she can't talk.
Speaker 1 (06:34):
Okay, so you try to shove a crumpled up piece
of paper, make a make a deck saving throw.
Speaker 3 (06:44):
I feel like it's a dentist. She should be good
at not getting bitten by people.
Speaker 6 (06:47):
I would say, I would say that I would request
advantage on this because it's.
Speaker 1 (06:52):
You know what, here's here's the thing, here's the thing.
I will grant you advantage on this one because this
is about as close to applicable to a dentist as possible.
Speaker 6 (07:06):
Okay, you say, dex, Yeah, oh it's gonna be a lot,
well maybe not that much.
Speaker 1 (07:12):
Sixteen, So she got us sixteen, So you just pull
those fingers out in time. She tries to like tries
to bite you.
Speaker 5 (07:23):
It's like you're trying to give her medicine.
Speaker 6 (07:25):
Yeah, not my first rodeo, dear, and you hear she
aren't knock her out again.
Speaker 5 (07:33):
I wish that amyen Ha got like a net twenty
or something, and then she like pulled Crystal's tongue as
she was she accidentally bit her own tongue.
Speaker 1 (07:41):
Jesus Christ, you guys are up.
Speaker 3 (07:46):
We hate her sort of the questionable. They're not saying out.
Speaker 5 (07:52):
I just said it would have been.
Speaker 6 (07:57):
They don't give that the good days usually.
Speaker 5 (08:01):
So her thinking back is like, so we got the paper,
we thought it was from the Lord Protector and somehow
actually it was from this evil crystal thing. So like,
how do we know that the Lord We should probably
ask him make sure that the Lord Protector is not compromised.
Speaker 3 (08:15):
Wait what are you talking?
Speaker 5 (08:17):
So you know, the whole reason we came over here
is we got a paper from the Lord Protector or
saying hey, this is the meeting thing or whatever. And
then it was like, there's like a trap. I'm not
saying that the Lord Protector is a bad guy or
anything like that, but like, how did she notice set
this trap?
Speaker 6 (08:34):
That's a good point. That's a good point, Richard.
Speaker 7 (08:36):
I mean the Lord Protector could have been replaced because
now change lines exist.
Speaker 5 (08:43):
Say, and that's the beauty of Dappelgangers can trust no one.
Speaker 2 (08:46):
We didn't set a code word with him, no, not
that we would remember it anyway, some.
Speaker 5 (08:53):
Of us and then allowed to the.
Speaker 3 (08:56):
Enemy it's okay, we're going going there, and then onwards.
Bentley starts walking towards the war Protector's place. We're hearing
the changeling.
Speaker 5 (09:05):
M hmm.
Speaker 6 (09:05):
Okay, so doctor Uhde, I guess we'll just see a
later or are you coming with us?
Speaker 1 (09:11):
Oh he already left?
Speaker 6 (09:12):
Oh okay with Christmas.
Speaker 5 (09:14):
With Well, Fizzle Bank is not going to be happy
about that.
Speaker 7 (09:21):
I wonder if we just tell Fizzle Bang that apparently
we met one of his friends to Tarrian, I'm.
Speaker 2 (09:27):
Not following a doctor anymore, Adrian, Yeah, yeah, we can't
leave a Fizzle Bang alone anymore.
Speaker 5 (09:35):
So Richard is going to ask Amy AND's like, so,
how'd you guys like know to come in so quickly?
Like you know, it was very like you guys went
and talked to Fizzle Bang and then I fell asleep
for some reason, and all of a sudden, you guys
are in, Like there's blood on the ground and people
are dying. Yeah.
Speaker 6 (09:52):
So we were at Bentley and I were at Fizzle
Bangs and then a saw bust in and said, hey,
come follow follow me to the location because it's a trap.
So Sauw somehow found out because he checked the location
against some records somewhere. Hey where is he anyway?
Speaker 5 (10:11):
I say? And then he just didn't help us.
Speaker 3 (10:13):
No, he's out in the Toyota Takoma.
Speaker 6 (10:15):
Oh okay, so except the.
Speaker 3 (10:17):
Tota Takoma is gone?
Speaker 6 (10:19):
Now where'd it go?
Speaker 3 (10:22):
I cancel the spell. But let's go outside and look, Bentley.
We opened the door and look around where the Toyota
Tacoma was, to see if Saul is still around. Saul,
where's the truck here?
Speaker 1 (10:37):
Saul left? He's like, nope, that's disappointing.
Speaker 5 (10:45):
Put it out on his performance.
Speaker 3 (10:47):
Bentley casts some of the truck again.
Speaker 1 (10:50):
All right, you get the truck.
Speaker 3 (10:52):
All right, I'm just gonna throw the changing into the
bed of the truck.
Speaker 6 (10:56):
Okay, I'll get in there in the in the bed
as well, she can't get out.
Speaker 4 (11:09):
I also imagine that this truck now looks like it's
been squatted.
Speaker 6 (11:13):
Like yes, absolutely, course magical.
Speaker 3 (11:18):
It doesn't look like that.
Speaker 1 (11:21):
No, it's magical. It always looks like that Cali. He's
got the Cali squad.
Speaker 3 (11:28):
Oh God, I will never cast a spell again if you.
Speaker 1 (11:32):
I'm not I'm not all right? So you're able to
all get loaded up in the truck. Where are you
going to?
Speaker 3 (11:37):
The word Protector's place? Well, the song I Kissed a
Girl and I liked it. Plays on the radio's.
Speaker 1 (11:45):
Over here trying to be a wingman.
Speaker 3 (11:50):
Talking to me.
Speaker 4 (11:51):
Then last time.
Speaker 5 (11:52):
Here, Richard's gonna like kind of give Bentley the side
out a little bit. It's like, oh so it does
have other songs, right, it.
Speaker 3 (12:06):
Goes immediately goes back to the und miles.
Speaker 1 (12:13):
Oh god, I don't know.
Speaker 3 (12:14):
It's weird.
Speaker 5 (12:18):
Just a playlist with that song on there, four hundred
and ninety nine times, and song that is a kissed
the Carl and I liked that.
Speaker 3 (12:26):
Oh no, there's there's two. There's one more song in there,
but fun.
Speaker 1 (12:29):
So the Toyota Tacoma is semi sentient and it detects,
like what what song it needs to play at any
given moment.
Speaker 4 (12:38):
Okay, so that's what's playing through Bentley's head whatever.
Speaker 1 (12:41):
Her Yeah, every time he gets in the car, that
songs what's playing through his head. That's his that's Bentley's
inner monologue.
Speaker 3 (12:49):
That's that's his comfort song. That's pretty fun them all right.
Speaker 1 (13:01):
All right, So you guys make it to Adnes Hull
and unload from the Toyota Tacoma and make your way inside.
The guards see you coming and immediately part ways. They're like,
make way, make way, make way?
Speaker 3 (13:18):
Who's carrying the changeling?
Speaker 6 (13:20):
You? Are you?
Speaker 3 (13:21):
I was just making sure that I didn't leave it
for someone who I.
Speaker 6 (13:25):
Can if you want me to.
Speaker 1 (13:29):
Okay, all right, so you carry her into the Lord
Protector's office. What do you do? Bentley?
Speaker 3 (13:36):
How big is the office?
Speaker 1 (13:38):
I mean it's a pretty big office.
Speaker 3 (13:40):
Is like a long walkway with pillars leading up to
the Lord protector. Sure, okay, that's how I'm just going
to slide her along the floor.
Speaker 5 (13:54):
As we go by.
Speaker 1 (13:55):
Are you what do you mean by like? Are you?
Do you have a hold of like like.
Speaker 3 (14:00):
Like you know how kind of like you? Uh, what's
that game where you put down?
Speaker 1 (14:08):
Are you talking about curling?
Speaker 5 (14:09):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (14:09):
Yeah, I'm going to do like curling.
Speaker 1 (14:11):
So you're going to try to like slide her down
the okay Bentley with.
Speaker 6 (14:17):
Her bloody face mirroring down.
Speaker 3 (14:19):
Bentley, make me I stopped the bleeding.
Speaker 1 (14:22):
Bentley, Bentley, make me a dexterity based attack role because
you're sliding her. Okay, you got to aim her and
slide her.
Speaker 3 (14:32):
That is a nineteen plus number, So seventeen.
Speaker 1 (14:38):
Well, all right, you know what I was gonna say?
She like slams right into one of the pillars and
starts bleeding again. But with that, like Bentley channels his
team USA and sends her right down the middle of
the hall and like Richard's behind her like with a
scrubbing with a broom, like the Bloods. But the changeling
(14:59):
comes to a stop about ten feet from the Lord
Protector's chair. He looks and he goes, thank you. What
is this that you've brought before me?
Speaker 3 (15:10):
This is the leader of that cult is a fake crystal.
She was a changeling.
Speaker 1 (15:17):
A changeling that's very dangerous. We have to cut its
head off and burn the body. I'm joking, I'm joking,
he says. Interesting, a changeling. Do you know its name?
Speaker 3 (15:32):
Ball?
Speaker 6 (15:35):
Malia Ball, Melia.
Speaker 1 (15:37):
Ball, Melia Ball, he says. He says, yes, I've heard
of this Milia Ball. She can be very shifty. We
will place her in our most secured dungeon. You have
(15:59):
done a great service to this great kingdom. I believe
that this will solve our employment crisis we are currently undergoing.
Since now people will have to actually get real jobs
and not sink money into this farce of a religion. Now,
I would love for you all to be my guests
of honor at dinner tonight for solving this kingdom's greatest concern.
Speaker 4 (16:23):
Can I have my name back?
Speaker 1 (16:25):
Oh? Yes, so she was a changeling, so she registered
your name. Correct, that that's what happened. That's what occurred. Yes, okay, well,
given the right, the fact that changelings have no right
to register names of people who they are doppel ganging,
then I so declare, and he gets ascribed to write
(16:48):
out an official document. Here you are, this is your
identity back. You may go to Bluegle and with this
document they will change your name back to Crystal perfect.
Thank you.
Speaker 4 (17:04):
So turns away and she's like in her head, she's like,
I'm so gonna start up another I'm so going to
do this again.
Speaker 1 (17:12):
So he he claps and rubs his hands together like
I just did. Uh. So, I personally request you all
to get some rest. Some of you look a little weary,
and this evening we will dine like kings.
Speaker 3 (17:27):
Another long chef feast.
Speaker 1 (17:30):
Yes, lots of meats and gravies.
Speaker 4 (17:36):
No, I just like, can you guys.
Speaker 1 (17:48):
Please, he says, please you rest up. My doctors will
be there to assist you. If you have any wounds,
and we will dine like king this evening.
Speaker 2 (18:03):
Amazing as a long chef sausage, right, Alex. Wouldn't it
be so awesome if, like after Crystal's name change, she
turned back into herself.
Speaker 1 (18:19):
Let's not get ahead of ourselves, then we.
Speaker 4 (18:22):
Would all figure out things fun quests.
Speaker 1 (18:26):
Any So, anyways, do you guys, is there anything you're
going to try to do before you rest for dinner?
This is gonna so I'm gonna consider this a long
rest even though you're not technically gonna wake up the
next day. You're gonna wake up some time.
Speaker 4 (18:40):
Later longer than four hours.
Speaker 1 (18:47):
Yeah, no, you guys, it's gonna count as a long rest.
But you guys are basically going to be pampered by
the by the Royal assistance.
Speaker 3 (18:55):
I like it.
Speaker 1 (18:58):
Oh, they will most suddenly be bubble bets massages. Fis
you see the goblins coming in with their hammers? Yes,
massages are in order.
Speaker 7 (19:10):
Actually, let's alphaz on that one.
Speaker 6 (19:16):
We need to talk to a thistle bank. Oh yeah,
or should we do that tomorrow?
Speaker 2 (19:22):
We should probably probably out okay, two different.
Speaker 3 (19:28):
We could always just bring him to the dinner.
Speaker 6 (19:30):
Yeah, but isn't he in hiding? We don't want to
make him be exposed?
Speaker 5 (19:37):
Oh good, point, is really hiding?
Speaker 3 (19:38):
If you just where everyone seems to.
Speaker 2 (19:40):
Know worry is at Guys, what do you think about
having one of those robot.
Speaker 6 (19:46):
Dudes be his like guard or whatever.
Speaker 2 (19:50):
Like his security, and then they could like alert us
if something I don't know.
Speaker 6 (19:59):
Sending Yeah, No, that's a great idea.
Speaker 3 (20:03):
No, they're pretty weak. I don't think that's a very
good idea.
Speaker 1 (20:06):
You see, as the Lord Protector says, would you like
for me to send for your friend to join us
for dinner?
Speaker 6 (20:14):
We could probably get him.
Speaker 2 (20:15):
He might be tweaking.
Speaker 4 (20:19):
It might not be the best introduction they've ever he said.
Speaker 1 (20:22):
The Lord protectors like, well, we're cool here, Okay.
Speaker 6 (20:27):
I'm just nervous because he knew Saul like Saul was
his friend, he said, So that's why he knew he
was there. I don't know. I don't know if the
Lord Protector is I don't know. It just seems like
maybe not the best to just bring him out of
his hiding. When dere Terran specifically told us that he's
probably the only good one, yeah, implying that everybody else
(20:50):
is bad including the Lord Protector.
Speaker 4 (20:53):
Wow, you're so insightful.
Speaker 6 (20:56):
Sorry, this is Marjorie talking Amy and would not any idea.
Speaker 1 (21:01):
Amy and still hung up on the Are you sure
we don't need to decapitate and burn the body?
Speaker 8 (21:06):
Like?
Speaker 6 (21:06):
Yeah, next character, I roll up what's Amy and dies?
Once she dies, I'll roll up a higher wisdom character,
an intelligence character.
Speaker 4 (21:25):
Oh, thank you, Crystal.
Speaker 2 (21:28):
Can't die.
Speaker 5 (21:32):
Well, Lord Longshaft Harry, if you will. I think you
don't necessarily to send from him, but if you could
just like send a message to him, that'd be swell.
Speaker 1 (21:40):
Oh, we can most certainly oblige. Now all of you
have earned your rest, So please, if there's anything that
will assist you and your relaxation for your excellent job
done for our kingdom, please let me know.
Speaker 2 (21:55):
Okay, thank you?
Speaker 1 (21:57):
All right, now we cut to the montage as as possible.
She's got she's got a pre game for the for
the feast. Now the obligatory SpongeBob eight hours later, how
do you come out of your chambers to come to
(22:19):
the feast? Describe what your characters are wearing the same
thing I always wear. So the Royal tailors came to
you and say, is there anything you would like for
us to prepare you for the evening, And so I'm
giving you all the chance to explain how you show
up to the royal feast. Who wants to go first?
Or should we roll roll initiative? Yeah, there we go,
(22:43):
that'll be fun.
Speaker 3 (22:45):
I rolled a negative one.
Speaker 1 (22:48):
So Bentley's showing up fashionably late.
Speaker 5 (22:52):
Amy Richard got a twenty two.
Speaker 1 (22:55):
All right, so Rich's first. Oh, Crystal is apparently riding
the high from the fact her name is now Crystal again,
what did Taylor Jacobs get at nineteen a nineteen? And
Bentley got a negative one, which is amazing.
Speaker 3 (23:15):
Like I I believe that dexterity?
Speaker 1 (23:18):
So all right, So rich or Crystal? Which one of
y'all is going first? Or do y'all like do that
awkward thing where you both walk out of your rooms
into a narrow hallway at the same time and just
run into each other.
Speaker 4 (23:30):
Shoulders as you're about to walk down.
Speaker 1 (23:32):
You're trying to go through the doorway.
Speaker 4 (23:34):
And models who end up on stage together. Yeah, one
wants the attention to the other once more.
Speaker 1 (23:41):
All right, So rich did you come out of your room?
How are you dressed for the evening?
Speaker 5 (23:45):
So Richard is dressed in his top hat and monocle,
and now he's like asked for a like a black
tied tuxedo to kind of go with the looks. So
now he looks even more monopoly Man.
Speaker 1 (23:56):
Does he have a cane to he does?
Speaker 5 (23:58):
It's his sword, go.
Speaker 8 (24:00):
Okay, nice, his sword, it's a sheath. It's so he's
full on he's full on monopoly Man in it?
Speaker 1 (24:12):
All right, Crystal? What about you?
Speaker 8 (24:15):
So?
Speaker 7 (24:15):
I think Crystal is going to go with her most
instagrammiest fashion nova est style, Like she's gonna have a
high pony and like her eyebrows are done perfect, and
her dress is like the most nondescript yet expensive looking
hot girl dress.
Speaker 4 (24:37):
Okay, you can picture.
Speaker 2 (24:39):
It's a kind of natural.
Speaker 7 (24:42):
Yeah, it's like a neutrally but it's like chic and
she can wear it multiple times, Like you know she
won't she could.
Speaker 1 (24:51):
So we cut to Taylor Jacob's room, in which two
people showed up. There was the you know, the normal tailor,
but there was also the is it fair?
Speaker 8 (25:00):
Here?
Speaker 1 (25:00):
Is the is the person?
Speaker 3 (25:02):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (25:02):
And he's like he's like the Lord Protector wasn't sure
what you were going for this? Evening, so he sent
both of us, Uh, I'm not in. The Ferrier's like,
I'm not really sure why I'm here. I think the
tailor has this under control. But what can we do
for you, miss Jacobs?
Speaker 2 (25:18):
Okay, So Taylor, first of all, I had this image
of my head and maybe this is done, but I
was imagining like during their relaxation spa time. So like
Taylor's in like the sauna, so it's like steamy and
she's got like sweat on her muscles and she's like
(25:39):
listening and it's real hot. Okay, So then that's done.
And so she's talking to the tails the tailor and
the ferrier, and she's like, could we make some kind
of dress with a train that would like cover my
horse's ass? But then when I went back into a person,
it's just like a regular train.
Speaker 1 (25:57):
The Taylor thinks about it for a second. He goes,
I think I have just the material for this. So
he gives you whatever the Hulks shorts are made out of.
He gives you like that material, but it's addressed.
Speaker 4 (26:10):
So like and it's like big fluffy and like it
like you know, like foops up.
Speaker 3 (26:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (26:14):
When he turned back and when you turn into a horse.
I don't know, I'm on this.
Speaker 2 (26:19):
It doesn't No, we're horse girling.
Speaker 4 (26:23):
Over this, and I'm.
Speaker 5 (26:25):
All right.
Speaker 1 (26:26):
So there's Taylor. So you guys all make it down
to dinner and you see that no one's appeared yet.
Cocktail hour, Yeah, the royal workers are busy setting the
table and h there are beverages being poured and it's
about that time, Amy, and you make your appearance.
Speaker 6 (26:45):
Okay, when the Taylor first came to the room, I
want to say, say, well, what do people usually wear
to these things?
Speaker 1 (26:55):
It's entirely up to personal preference. Uh, But traditionally someone
like you would wear some sort of fancy evening gown. Hmmm.
Speaker 6 (27:07):
Is it like frowned upon to wear something else? Like
I just don't want to be awkward, you know what
I mean?
Speaker 1 (27:13):
Yeah, I mean people have won all sorts of things
to these kind of affairs. That's just what's typical. But
you can wear whatever makes you feel comfortable.
Speaker 6 (27:23):
Can I just wear what I have on?
Speaker 1 (27:26):
Let me try something and they basically make a fancy
version of what you're wearing.
Speaker 6 (27:33):
Okay, I'll put it on.
Speaker 1 (27:34):
And so you make your way down to the party
and about the time you get there. That is when
the Lord Protector and his wife make their appearance in
their fancy court dress and they say, good good, we're
all here. Is everyone ready to begin a fancy feast?
Speaker 6 (27:55):
Yeah?
Speaker 4 (27:58):
Is he going to turn into a cat?
Speaker 1 (27:59):
No? No, no, no, I I realized as soon as
I stated I was like, they're going to make a
cat food joke. And he looks around and he's like, no,
need to take this offline. Overworked and underplayed. We'll circle
back after these messages are right. Are we missing someone?
(28:20):
Where's the where's the night?
Speaker 6 (28:23):
Oh, he's probably sleeping in cuts.
Speaker 1 (28:25):
To Bentley's room and you just hear like snoring coming
from outside the door. Somebody knocks on the door. Up,
so Bentley, So Bentley, the dinner party is uh is
preparing to be seated?
Speaker 3 (28:39):
Oh okay, yeah, let me just get ready.
Speaker 1 (28:45):
So so, as Bentley wakes up, he finds that his
armor has been fully polished and a brand new taburn
depicting his dragon of choice has been prepared for him
to wear over his armor.
Speaker 3 (28:58):
Cool, but specifically in the colors of that dragon used
to be like a brassy color.
Speaker 1 (29:04):
Yeah. See, you all make it to dinner, and the
Lord Protector says, okay, so what's next for you? Motley
crue of problem solve us.
Speaker 2 (29:17):
I don't feel like we're very motley, but I think,
you know, we got some adventure to do.
Speaker 1 (29:28):
I must say, the day to day here at Adnes
Hall and watching over the city does gets a bit boring.
Tell me of your adventures. Tell me, you know, how
how did you come to this place?
Speaker 4 (29:46):
Yeah, we fell here.
Speaker 1 (29:49):
I love the idea that you all basically interrupted each
other with different stories. Like he just kinda so he
looks and you can tell he's trying to infer like
why you all have different stories, and he's like, but
you can tell he uh, he's like, he's like whatever,
(30:09):
Like he doesn't really care, He's he's just interested in
hearing stories. And uh, he said, so, how did you
do it? How did you capture the changeling? They can
be quite shifty and deceptive. How did you lure it
into giving up its name or figure out it's uh,
its charade?
Speaker 8 (30:30):
You know?
Speaker 2 (30:30):
She fell down?
Speaker 4 (30:33):
Yeah, she was such a kalutz.
Speaker 2 (30:37):
She actually made our job really easy.
Speaker 1 (30:40):
She she tripped.
Speaker 2 (30:43):
Yeah, I can't imagine how embarrassing that must speak.
Speaker 5 (30:50):
You had her ordered and she thought she was going
to run away, and then she kind of just I
don't know if she stepped on her own shoelace or
what happened. I was I was so bored from the
meeting we were in. I dozed off a little bit
but woke up to see her just face plant.
Speaker 1 (31:05):
You didn't you didn't trick her with some kind of logic.
You just she just tripped on a stone and you
managed to capture her.
Speaker 7 (31:14):
I liked.
Speaker 6 (31:15):
I mean, I'm not to say anything, but I punched
her a bunch of times, like I really I did. Oh,
I guess you were asleep for that, Richard. Yeah, I
willed on her like four times. That was pretty good.
Speaker 1 (31:26):
And what have you brave? So night? What did you
do in this epic encounter?
Speaker 3 (31:33):
Sleeping? Mostly?
Speaker 6 (31:36):
I think he has a thyroid problem.
Speaker 3 (31:41):
Yeah, Bentley is a narkhilepsy.
Speaker 5 (31:46):
And we got the sand drive.
Speaker 3 (31:53):
Also, he's a palatine a night not too.
Speaker 1 (31:55):
No, I know he's uh, he's as well.
Speaker 5 (32:00):
But a really interesting story you should hear about the
time we destroyed the spider Monster. That one is a
really good story.
Speaker 1 (32:07):
You see is as Lord long Chef grips his chair
and leans in. He says, the spider monster. You say, yes,
I would very much like to hear of this tale
of old Yeah.
Speaker 5 (32:18):
So we were like, we infiltrated this evil cult, and
we were very tricky and we like he had us
at a dinner very similar to this one, and we
pretended to fall asleep, and then so one.
Speaker 2 (32:33):
Saying oh no it is.
Speaker 1 (32:40):
He says, you you lot have a thing for colts,
don't you.
Speaker 5 (32:44):
Yeah, we're the cult busters.
Speaker 9 (32:48):
Oh god, it's a station wagon instead.
Speaker 2 (32:58):
Of we all have vacuum strapped to us.
Speaker 1 (33:06):
You changed just enough notes in the song to get
away with it without it being copyright. Uh. He says, wow,
so you've you've eliminated a spider monster before. That is
very impressive. It must have been dark.
Speaker 5 (33:19):
We tricked them and everything. Bentley's sword caught on fire.
Speaker 1 (33:25):
You your sword was a blaze much the entire.
Speaker 4 (33:28):
Time until one time, like one did one thing and
it was one thing.
Speaker 1 (33:33):
Well it sounds like he only needed one strike.
Speaker 3 (33:37):
Oh yeah, it was great. One hit. He just went down.
Speaker 6 (33:40):
Hum. Oh, don't leave that. The part where Richard was
so aerodynamic and we had to throw him up into
a tree.
Speaker 1 (33:47):
I was threw him into a tree.
Speaker 5 (33:49):
Yeah, it was like a flying squirrel.
Speaker 6 (33:52):
A little flying Richard.
Speaker 3 (33:54):
That's a squirrel in this universe.
Speaker 5 (33:58):
It's not important for our store.
Speaker 1 (34:04):
Do you sling? Oh God, do you sling? Dick often,
I was waiting.
Speaker 5 (34:16):
You can.
Speaker 1 (34:20):
This is fascinating, This is It reminds me of my youth,
he sees. He draws in a breath, almost like he's
getting ready to tell a story. You hear bells ringing
in the distance, and you see now you hear they
(34:41):
sound like almost like church bells. And you see as
he leaps from his seat and runs to the window,
and he said, this is.
Speaker 3 (34:50):
The part of the story where dragon attacks the city.
Speaker 1 (34:53):
More bells begin ringing across the city, and you see
as there appears to be a fire in the distance.
The guards bust into the dinner hall and say, Lord
long Chef, we must get you to safety. It appears
that we are under siege.
Speaker 3 (35:09):
How are they under siege? There's only one global power
in this continent.
Speaker 1 (35:14):
You just see him look out the window and he
just says pirates. As you look towards the window, you
see what appears to be several ships attacking the Seafarers District.
Speaker 5 (35:28):
Is that.
Speaker 3 (35:30):
Look at Crystal?
Speaker 5 (35:31):
Yes, okay, you say, Teller is.
Speaker 3 (35:36):
Gonna look at Crystal. Why he's been the pirates?
Speaker 6 (35:45):
What are pirates not their pirates?
Speaker 5 (35:48):
Oh don't know, there's a difference.
Speaker 4 (35:51):
Are they my pirates? Are they what?
Speaker 1 (35:53):
I know pirates talk about the same She Yeah, Well
you've been the sailors have been have been becoming part
of your downline, haven't they? So they haven't, so they
potentially haven't been doing what they normally would be doing.
He says, I don't understand our navy should have seen
(36:14):
this coming. Where could they be.
Speaker 2 (36:17):
Weird?
Speaker 6 (36:22):
Hey, guys, maybe we should leave.
Speaker 5 (36:28):
Yeah, I should probably check out on Montiac.
Speaker 1 (36:30):
You see, as more fires begin to spring up across
the city, and he says, lock down all the gates.
It appears that they have breached the Seafares District into
the city.
Speaker 3 (36:41):
All right, Well, Bentley is like, well here, if I
go help with the.
Speaker 1 (36:45):
Defense, we will take all the help we can get.
If the rest of you want to join him, we
would be greatly appreciated.
Speaker 5 (36:54):
We need Yeah, we probably should. Like I think I
heard Taylor mentioned fizzle bangs.
Speaker 4 (36:58):
I mean, why do we need to.
Speaker 3 (36:59):
Get hold, are you getting involved in anything that doesn't
involve you?
Speaker 2 (37:06):
Split the party?
Speaker 5 (37:09):
Split the party?
Speaker 2 (37:12):
Probably one tank to go with the squishies to fizzle
Bang and then the other if the other tanks want
to go fight.
Speaker 3 (37:20):
They can.
Speaker 6 (37:21):
Yeah, I'll go with fizzle Bang. I'll go get fizzle Bang.
Speaker 2 (37:24):
All right, Bentley, you wanted to go do this?
Speaker 3 (37:28):
But yeah, Bentley's already like got got his weapons and lately.
Speaker 1 (37:31):
Okay, So who's going? Where Taylor's going with Ben?
Speaker 5 (37:35):
Richard's going to fizzle Bang?
Speaker 6 (37:37):
Amiens with fizzle Bang?
Speaker 1 (37:39):
Okay, So Amyan and Richard are going to Fizzle Bang
and Crystal, Taylor and Bentley. Where are y'all going?
Speaker 4 (37:45):
I'm going to fizzle Bang? Yeah, I'm not going towards conflict.
Speaker 1 (37:48):
Okay, So everyone's going to fizzle Bang? Or is Taylor
and Bentley gonna go like Rambo Modey's.
Speaker 3 (37:58):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (37:59):
Okay, Hey, well this will be fun. So Amy and
Richard and Crystal are heading to go check on Fizzlebang,
Taylor and Bentley specifically, where are y'all wanting to go
and try to defend the city.
Speaker 3 (38:13):
Wherever the guards say the uh do the guard just
happen to know where? Like maybe the leader of the
raiding party.
Speaker 1 (38:20):
Is they do not. They are are frantically trying to
figure out where all the pirates are and how they
got this far into the city.
Speaker 2 (38:29):
Gotcha, they get closer than where.
Speaker 1 (38:33):
Yes they are. I mean they've made it past the
Seafares District into the Merchant District. So I'm going to say,
Taylor and Bentley, you guys make it to the Grand
Bazaar and the way. Oh God, if you're into Tacoba
and you're just going to try to like you don't
care about running people over, tell me exactly what it
(38:56):
is you're wanting to do.
Speaker 3 (38:58):
I I was thinking of just plowing through enemies. I
don't want to run over our people. Of course.
Speaker 1 (39:04):
Well I'm just saying there's people fighting in the streets,
and it's also night time. So all right, So you
make it to the Merchant district, so we'll come back
to you, guys, Amy and Richard and Crystal. You guys
are running through the streets and you get close to
the alleyway where you know Fizzle Bang's office is at
(39:27):
the front of that alleyway. You see two guys kind
of standing there looking like looking around, like almost like
their lookouts. What do you do?
Speaker 5 (39:35):
Do they look like pirates or do they look like civilians?
Speaker 1 (39:38):
What does a pirate look like?
Speaker 5 (39:40):
I would imagine if you imagine Captain Jack Sparrow, the
Captain Morgan logo. Guy, I don't know people who looked
like they were on the water.
Speaker 6 (39:49):
Yeah they.
Speaker 5 (39:51):
Do.
Speaker 6 (39:51):
They look a lot older than they actually are.
Speaker 1 (39:56):
Sure, we'll go with it. And they're both the see
they're both appear to be carrying axes and have strange
other strange weapons in their belt.
Speaker 6 (40:07):
Okay, and it's just who It's just who is it?
Speaker 4 (40:10):
I want to cast? I just immediately, I cast past
without trace for us.
Speaker 1 (40:16):
Okay, okay, all right, So that gives y'all a plus
ten to your stealth. So you're gonna try to sneak
past them?
Speaker 3 (40:23):
I don't know.
Speaker 4 (40:24):
I just panicked.
Speaker 1 (40:27):
So she casts pass without trace. And you guys, notice
as you're running that your footsteps get lighter and quieter.
What do you do?
Speaker 5 (40:34):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (40:35):
What did you do?
Speaker 6 (40:36):
What happened?
Speaker 5 (40:37):
I just, oh, yeah, you weren't there for that. This
is something that she can do. When that's how we
hid when you went to go talk to Deterrian that
one time.
Speaker 6 (40:44):
Oh, making footsteps quieter.
Speaker 5 (40:47):
It's like somehow we're invisible without actually being invisible, Is
that right, Crystal?
Speaker 4 (40:51):
Okay, are trying to think? Yeah, I don't know. I
just thought maybe it would be good for them to
not see us because they look really scary.
Speaker 6 (41:00):
Couldn't we just kill them?
Speaker 1 (41:01):
Yeah? I'm going to give you that. I think are
we bad guys? So I'm going to give you all
the option because what you have passed without trace up
and these guys do not have very good perception, Like
their passive perception is equal to the bonus for pass
without trace. So I'm going to say you guys have
(41:24):
the option to either try to sneak past them, which
will require role, or you can have advantage on a
sneak attack if you choose to do that. If but
that is if you believe these are pirates and not
potentially people in the city guard.
Speaker 7 (41:42):
Okay, Yeah, that's what I Mean's.
Speaker 1 (41:49):
Okay, I need all three of you to roll me
a stealth check.
Speaker 6 (41:52):
Okay, so eighteen Okay.
Speaker 5 (41:56):
Richard got a thirty two.
Speaker 6 (42:01):
Stealthy af You.
Speaker 5 (42:02):
Guys lose Richard for a second.
Speaker 1 (42:05):
All right, So Crystal, what did you get?
Speaker 3 (42:08):
Team?
Speaker 1 (42:09):
Okay, so you guys go to sneak past them, and
as they're looking one way, you guys basically pop out
from behind some crates and move past them. Richard, you
make it through, no issue whatsoever. And as amy Anne
is going through, she steps on something that makes some noise,
like a piece of broken glass. And as they begin
(42:32):
to turn crystal seeing this, the way she slips past
them makes noise somewhere else and they think, oh, it
must be like a cat or something, and so they
do not notice you guys. So you make it past
the two that we're looking guard and you see Fizzlebang's
office door appears to have been kicked in.
Speaker 5 (42:54):
No, okay, so not so as we were sneaking past. Sorry,
just real quick, as we're sneaking past, can I get
like a good look at one of the guards that
we se pasture Okay, committed it to memory.
Speaker 1 (43:06):
Yeah, give me one second. I will actually give you
a picture because I have a picture. So this is
what Richard sees.
Speaker 2 (43:18):
He's got a gun.
Speaker 6 (43:21):
Okay, we could clearly argument he's got an eyepatch. I like,
I like, I was just like I don't know, you
can't it's like literally a byron.
Speaker 1 (43:41):
But like all he's missing is the hat at that point,
and so you find the door kicked in and we
will come back to that in just a second. So
Taylor Jacobs and Bentley, you guys make it to the
to the Grand Bazaar, and you see is there is
a melee of people fighting with says hooks, swords, and
(44:03):
every now and then you hear thunder and a cloud
of smoke as it appears that they have rudimentary muskets
as well. You guys charge in. What are you looking for?
Speaker 3 (44:14):
I want to try to find someone that looks like
they could be the leader.
Speaker 1 (44:18):
Okay, so make me a perception check, all right? That
is a okay, well a twenty two. We'll get to that.
What is Taylor Jacobs looking for or are you doing
the same thing?
Speaker 2 (44:32):
Yeah, Taylor's definitely going where Bentley goes. Also, she's going
to start looking for people that like look vulnerable, so
that will be where she goes to go protect those people.
Speaker 3 (44:41):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (44:42):
So as you're scanning Bentley, you see that there's only
one guy in this particular group who looks like he
has a hat on. Okay, and you see as.
Speaker 3 (44:52):
He has a hat means he's a captain.
Speaker 1 (44:54):
Yeah. You see as he has a what appears to
be a pistol and a sword, and surrounding him are
about five much smaller humanoids that appear to be holding
rudimentary rifles that they're currently in the act of reloading.
Speaker 3 (45:13):
All right, Is there is there any allies around? How
close are they?
Speaker 1 (45:17):
So they're gonna be about fifty feet away, and about
thirty to forty feet from them, you see several smaller
which you assume would be pirates fighting members of the
city guard. And you see as these riflemen appear to
be looking at those members of the city guard.
Speaker 3 (45:36):
All right, Can I move up to get roughly between
the two groups?
Speaker 1 (45:41):
Sure?
Speaker 3 (45:42):
And then I'm gonna like take note of the two groups,
and then I'm going to yell out fight some on
your own size. I'm gonna do Channel Divinity Champions challenge.
So I need everyone within thirty feet of me that
I can see needs to make a wisdom saving throw
DC fourteen. Anyone who fails cannot willingly move more than
(46:05):
thirty feet away from me.
Speaker 1 (46:07):
Oh my goodness, it compels them to do battle with me. Well, Bentley,
be careful what you ask for, because the four pirates
who are locked in melee with the city guard failed.
The five riflemen failed, and the and the pirate captain failed,
(46:28):
and Taylor failed.
Speaker 3 (46:31):
It's just enemies.
Speaker 1 (46:35):
Taylor just.
Speaker 5 (46:40):
Stands.
Speaker 3 (46:40):
I feel like this has happened before.
Speaker 1 (46:43):
So, Taylor, you see Bentley move into somewhat a defensive
posture and begin taunting all of the pirates, and you
see as they all begin refocusing their attention on him.
What do you do?
Speaker 2 (46:56):
Taylor's gonna get close ish to hopefully also intimidate and
draw attention away from the city guard. Yeah, and she
will have drawn her sword and all that.
Speaker 1 (47:07):
Okay, So go ahead and make me an intimidation roll,
but use your strength modifier instead of your charisma.
Speaker 3 (47:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (47:16):
Okay, so that's nineteen plus.
Speaker 1 (47:20):
So I'm just gonna tell you it probably doesn't matter
because they rolled to one because apparently all I can
roll today is twenty and one. Everyone like kinda looks
up and they're like, all right, we need to take
out the centaur and the paladin. As we cut back
to the other group.
Speaker 3 (47:41):
I was gonna say, can I do Do I have
time to do one more thing?
Speaker 5 (47:44):
What is it?
Speaker 3 (47:44):
Cast warding bond between Taylor and Bentley sure creature and
it creates a mystical connection between you love it. While
the target is within sixty feet, the target games plus
one to ace and saving throws and as resistance to
all damage.
Speaker 1 (48:02):
Well, we remember the last time you had a meaningful uh, Taylor, So.
Speaker 3 (48:09):
You shine, it takes damage. I also take the same
amount of damage.
Speaker 1 (48:15):
Y'all are y'all are battle bonded together? All right? So
we cut back to the other group and you guys
find Fizzle Bang's door but like kicked open. What do
you do?
Speaker 6 (48:28):
I mean, yeah, I mean.
Speaker 5 (48:32):
That works fine.
Speaker 1 (48:34):
So Richard, Richard, do you like you were first because
your your stealth roll was so high you kind of
you kind of are You're just you're like, oh, finally
my chance to shine. And you slip right in the
door and you see what appear to be three pirates
with cutlasses, rummaging through, rummaging through Fizzle Bangs stuff, and
(48:54):
then Amy Ann comes charging in yelling Fizzle Bang's name,
and they all turn and look at both of you. Crystal,
what do you do.
Speaker 4 (49:04):
I'm not gonna run in there. I don't think I
think I'm gonna like walk. I'm gonna see her run
in there, and then is there a window on the
other side of the door.
Speaker 1 (49:16):
No, Oh, he purposefully picked a place where he was
kind of hidden.
Speaker 4 (49:22):
Okay, that's fair. I mean if I follow her, then
I'm involved.
Speaker 5 (49:31):
There are two other guards who probably also heard her
bust into them.
Speaker 4 (49:34):
They're probably right behind me. So yeah, I guess that's fair.
I'm going. Yeah, I'll follow.
Speaker 7 (49:39):
I'm gonna walk a lot more slowly, though, I'm not
gonna run.
Speaker 1 (49:42):
I was just gonna say, this would be a really
funny time for her to get freaked out and accidentally
turn into a bear or something. But you know, I
guess all right, So you step in and the three
pirates turn up and look at Amyan and Richard. Hey,
you're not supposed to be here, neither are you get them,
(50:08):
and you hear the two pirates out in the alleyway
go what was that? Yeah, I'm gonna say, amy Ann,
because you charged in there, you're going to get to
act first, all right, So what do you do?
Speaker 4 (50:22):
Uh?
Speaker 6 (50:22):
So there were three of them and they were rummaging
through his stuff. Yeah, do I have any inclination what
they could be looking for?
Speaker 1 (50:30):
It looks like they're like, it looks like they've collected
some of his notes. Okay, so they're probably looking for anything.
I mean, there's probably something in particular they're looking for,
but they're they these guys don't strike you as scholarly. Yeah,
so they're probably just grabbing. They're probably just they're probably
(50:51):
just grabbing anything that looks relevant to make the captain happy.
So what do you do?
Speaker 6 (50:57):
Well, I put my brass knuckles on. I'm just gonna
go for the one that looks the most intimidating and
go to beat his ass.
Speaker 1 (51:06):
Okay, So go ahead and make me an attack roll
sixteen that'll.
Speaker 6 (51:11):
Hit, okay, eight points of damage okay. Initially, let me
do another punch okay, and that's gonna be seventeen to hit.
Speaker 1 (51:22):
That'll hit, And then it's.
Speaker 6 (51:23):
Gonna be six points of damage. I'm gonna take an
action surge and go to punch him again. So that
is fourteen to hit.
Speaker 1 (51:34):
That'll hit.
Speaker 6 (51:35):
Okay, Yeah, it's pretty good, roles. Okay, So then that's
eight points of damage.
Speaker 1 (51:40):
So how would you like to do this?
Speaker 3 (51:42):
Oh?
Speaker 6 (51:42):
Okay, what would a man do? She is gonna say,
you're not supposed to be here and punch right in
his face, punch to the side of his neck so
he like spits out a tooth, and then punch him
once more like uppercut, and then blood kind of sprits
out of his mouth onto her.
Speaker 1 (52:02):
Face, like yeah, hey, you definitely lifted him up off
the ground, and you have one more attack left.
Speaker 6 (52:08):
Oh I do, let me hit the other. And I
quickly look at one of the the other one that's
nearest to him.
Speaker 1 (52:15):
They both look very anxious.
Speaker 6 (52:17):
And I go after one of them.
Speaker 1 (52:19):
Too, okay, so roll attack and so.
Speaker 6 (52:23):
I don't think that one's gonna that's a.
Speaker 1 (52:24):
Twelve that is going to hit.
Speaker 6 (52:26):
That is their AC and then this is going to
be ten points of damage.
Speaker 1 (52:31):
Dang. So you you just go for a gut shot
and you see as he doubles over and is like wheezing.
So it is now their turn. And the one that
hasn't been hit yet freaks out and you see him
draw two pistols from his belt and he's going to
fire both of them, and Amy an okay, wow, I
(52:53):
cannot make this up. That is a critical and a one. Okay,
So one hits for critical damage and the other one misses.
So that is going to be let's see nineteen twenty
two points of piercing damage as he shoots you like
(53:15):
in the shoulder and the other one misses, and you
see both his hands are both of his hands are
shaking and crystal. You would hear the other two pirates going, oh,
Sultan's going on. We need to check it out, all right,
Richard is now your turn?
Speaker 5 (53:33):
How many people did she kill? Just she killed one
and just beat up another one.
Speaker 1 (53:36):
Yeah, she got a really good hit on another one.
Speaker 5 (53:39):
Okay, So Richard is going how close are the two
bad guys to each other?
Speaker 1 (53:45):
They're probably within ten feet of each other.
Speaker 5 (53:49):
Perfect, We're going back with the smoking if you got
him strategy, and so Richard is going to cast shatter
in between the two of them.
Speaker 1 (53:58):
Oh god, constitution saving throws, Oh god. Okay, so they're
both they both failed.
Speaker 5 (54:06):
Okay, so let me roll three D eight.
Speaker 6 (54:09):
Hell yeah, Richard, Hell yeah.
Speaker 1 (54:13):
And no one in this room is going to be
able to hear after this, like everyone's ears. Everyone's ears
are already ringing from the from the muskets going off.
Speaker 5 (54:25):
So that's fourteenth thunder damage.
Speaker 1 (54:29):
Okay, So how would you like to well that only
kills one of them that kills the one that was wounded.
Speaker 5 (54:34):
Okay, blood is just gonna pull out of his ears
and he's just.
Speaker 1 (54:37):
Yeah, so he collapses on like Amy a.
Speaker 5 (54:44):
And then with his bonus action, Richard's gonna be like,
you can use that bloodless now, Amy and just all
that energy that you didn't get to put out on
bad Crystal, you can put it on these guys.
Speaker 6 (54:58):
Thank you, Richard.
Speaker 1 (55:00):
I have bartic inspiration, all right, and Crystal, what are
you doing?
Speaker 4 (55:04):
So am? I kind of I guess I could maybe
hear what's going on. I know that it's like there's
people in there.
Speaker 1 (55:09):
Well you can't hear anything now, like after after a
gunfire and shatter.
Speaker 7 (55:14):
Yeah, So like anyway, so I turn around, I know
the in front of us.
Speaker 4 (55:20):
I turn around and I'm just going to cast wall
or wind wall at the.
Speaker 1 (55:24):
Ones two Okay, okay, so strength saving throw and they
both fail. Okay, I'm assuming your your spell save is
double digits. They both rolled a seven and a nine respectively.
Speaker 2 (55:41):
No, they would not not be able to do that, Okay,
So I'm just going to cast it out.
Speaker 4 (55:47):
It is three D eight.
Speaker 6 (55:50):
Y'all got some bad as. Yeah, this is great We've
gotten more action in this one episode. I feel like
this is great giant.
Speaker 4 (55:58):
They just take nine points of damage.
Speaker 1 (56:01):
Okay, so you yeat them out of the alleyway.
Speaker 7 (56:04):
I just kind of to get as far away from
me as I can possibly get them.
Speaker 1 (56:08):
Yeah, and so you're concentrating on that for about a
minute and you you basically sent them flying fifty feet
away from you.
Speaker 5 (56:38):
