Markle are taking legal action against The Daily Mail following
explosive claims made in Andrew Lowney's new biography entitled The
Rise and Fall of the House of York. The book,

allocations of a twenty thirteen fistfight between Harry and Andrew
and claims that Andrew made disparaging remarks about Meghan. Although
the book's subject is Andrew, it's Harry and Meghan who
have mobilized their legal team. A spokesperson for The Sussex's

confirmed to Newsweek that a legal letter has been sent

over the weekend. Such are the gross inaccuracies, damaging and
defamatory remarks made in The Daily Mail's story. I can
confirm a legal letter from Prince Harry's council has been
sent to The Mail, they stated. The strongly worded rebuttal continues,

had a physical fight, nor did Prince Andrew ever make
the comments he is alleged to have made about the
Duchess of Sussex to Prince Harry. Lowney's book alleges that
during a twenty thirteen family gathering, Harry confronted Andrew over
remarks made behind his back, leading to a scuffle in
which Harry supposedly bloodied his uncle's nose. The book also

claims Andrew later said Megan was too old, an opportunist,
and that the marriage would not last more than a month.
In a tweet, Andrew Lowney wrote, I look forward to
doing battle and the disclosures which will emerge. Lowney's book,
compiled over four years of research in hundreds of interviews,
details how Andrew cultivated powerful connections across the Middle East,

Central Asia and beyond, often under the guise of official
royal or trade duties, yet reportedly using these roles to
further his own financial interests. Among the book's most jarring revelations,
despite no major career beyond the Royal Navy, a no
commercial business empire, Andrew enjoys multi million pound refurbishments at

Royal Lodge, drives at Bentley and Range Rover and travels
by a private jet. Is spending has long outpaced any
known sources of income, deals behind diplomatic curtains. In his
role as the UK's Trade envoy, Andrew allegedly mingled with oligarchs, dictators,
arms dealers and convicted criminals, acting as a fixer to

open doors for shady deals. One diplomat dubbed him his
buffoon Highness for repeatedly ignoring briefs and embarrassing British officials abroad.
The Kazakh connection. Andrew's sale of Sunning Hill Park to
the son in law of Kazakhstan's president raised eyebrows after
the property sold for three million pounds above asking price

despite no competing offers. The same Kazakh elite reportedly paid
Andrew millions and commissions for facilitating infrastructure deals, Libyan links
and diamond gifts. The prince also vacationed with convicted gun
smuggler Terrek Kaituni, who later attended Princess Beatrice's twenty first

birthday and gifted her a diamond necklace. Kaituni was said
to boast of influencing Andrew to back certain projects pitch
at Pallace profit or platform. What began as a royal
backed entrepreneurial forum morphed into an alleged money spinner, with
questionable figures like banker Solomon Turk funneling seven hundred and

fifty thousand pounds into Andrew's personal account purportedly a wedding
gift for Beatrice. Court paid was also show payments to
Sarah Ferguson and Princess Eugenie linked to the same network,
spy's seductions and the Eurasia Fund, a Chinese national close
to Andrew, since revealed as a Communist party operative, used

the Prince's trust to build an investment vehicle targeting cutting
edge UK startups. Intelligence officials worry Andrew, described in court
documents as desperate and vulnerable to influence, may have unknowingly
passed sensitive information to foreign powers. One alleged Russian agent
reportedly seduced him, gave him a bugged laptop, and paid

for a family holiday warnings from within at multiple points,
Prince Charles is said to have tried to block Andrew
from holding official roles, viewing his judgment as flawed and
his appetite for mixing business with royalty as dangerous, yet
Fuman government challenged him for fear of the optics. A

Perhaps most alarming are the implications of what Epstein may
have collected. Lowney quotes insiders who believe the disgraced financier
may have traded compromising material about Andrew, including potential video evidence,
with foreign governments like Russia. One source bluntly warned the

truth about Andrew would bury the royal family for good.
Whether that apocalyptic prediction ever comes to pass remains to
be seen, but what's already laid bare is enough to
shake confidence in Andrew's judgment, legacy, and if Lowley's account
is to be believed, the entire apparatus that allowed him
to operate unchecked for decades more palace. In just a moment,

Prince Andrew was seen in public for the first time
since the release of entitled The Rise and Fall of
the House of York, and according to body language expert
Judy James, he did not look like a man at ease.
The Duke of York was photographed driving a black Land
room of a Defender with his former wife, Sarah Ferguson,
and the passenger seat is the pair headed to Windsor Castle.

James told The Daily Mail his eyes have a weary
looking expression and his mouth has closed with her lips
pulled down at the corners. This doesn't look like someone
lost in thought. He's with his ex wife and driving
a situation where you'd expect more ease, not tension. As
for Sarah, James observed her brows are furrowed in a
deep frown and her eyes suggest sadness or pain. Her

chin is raised, perhaps showing resilience, but her lips are
pressed tightly together, as though she's suppressing emotion or attempting
