(00:01):
I was listening to the story aboutIt was the story of a family in
Washington and the little boy called thebig Foot the cowboy man, and he
had apparently it had made an effortto steal this kid. And it hit
me. My children were in thatplay. Him behind me, Well,
nothing but a mosquito net over them. It could have crept up behind me
(00:25):
and taken both of my children, and I wouldn't know. His father just
got like a mustang or something.Whyoming Okay, he had it out in
the corral because he couldn't put itin the barn with the in the stalls,
with the other horses that would kickand made all the other oneses nervous.
At a seminal Indian working the horsetrying to break it every day they
(00:48):
had it out in the carrawl. This skunk game snuck up behind his horse
and grabbed it bonnets, hind quarters. This particular horse kicks out, jumps
over the corral, runs into thepair, you know, to get away.
At this point, the ranchers outthere just blessed at a leaf the
thirty thirty stunt gave lens. Itsaid the swamp I went up there one
(01:11):
day after that or two days afterthat, I went up there and sat
in the silence up there, andI'm telling you, man, it was
free. It was crazy, youknow it was. There was a crazy
vibe up there. Still. Idid what I could to kind of get
things under control. But I toldher, I said, you didn't even
get off this problem. I feellike, no matter how strong you are,
it's almost like standing in the ocean. You can't stand still without moving
(01:34):
your feet. You're gonna get knockedover eventually. No matter how strong,
whatever, you can't withstand a barrageof a weird spiritual energy. H Familiar

(02:38):
This is a Sasquatch habituation story.Hardy was so upside down with everything.
He didn't know what was real andwhat was only a trick. He even
(03:01):
considered turning back around and going home. It was obviously just the she devil
messing with him, or was it. He decided after a bit to just
keep going. If he went home, he would just be driving himself crazy
trying to figure out if Imagine wasreally okay. If he called her,
(03:22):
the legitimacy of the call would stillfall into question. He knew without a
doubt, however, that laying hiseyes on her couldn't be mistaken. He
hoped. His phone continued to vibratein his pocket as he made his way
to Emma Jean's. He didn't eventake it out to look and see who
it was. In his mind,it wasn't real anyway. He wanted to
(03:44):
take it out and pulling it intothe woods, but he thought better of
it. Once he arrived, hefound Immajen rocking in her rocking chair on
the front deck. She was absolutelyfine, not a thing wrong with her.
He felt so much better about thatand was glad that he had decided
to come over here. She noticedhim and gave him a big smile and
(04:05):
waved. After talking with her alittle bit, he felt confident that it
was really her and not some shapeshifter. Emma Jean, I don't know
what's real and what isn't anymore,Hearty began. It was your voice.
I would have bet my life onit, but in reality it wasn't.
This thing is very tricky and Ican almost guarantee that the farmer who fell
(04:29):
victim to it was tricked in thesame way. I was even mistaken about
the littles. I was determined itwas a toddler bigfoot who was merely shy.
I was wrong. They almost hadme just that easy. I'm glad
that Utana stepped out and stopped mefrom falling prey to it. I was
so embarrassed. But it wasn't untilthen that I knew how devious they could
(04:51):
be. Then, when they pretendedto be you made it even worse.
He saw Emma Jean soften her gazeat him. He really didn't want her
to feel bad for him. Hewasn't looking for pity but clarity. He
knew that the attacks were strengthening andwould only grow stronger from this point on.
(05:12):
He needed the book to tell himwhat to do. The unfortunate part,
however, is that something bad orstrange had to happen for it to
reveal its secrets. Maybe a newcreature would emerge. He was kind of
surprised that when all of what happenedwith what he could only believe to be
Lamash Too, didn't prompt the bookto open. It didn't even bludge.
(05:34):
He was afraid to even think ofwhat could be coming. After ensuring Emma
Jean was safe and talking to herfor some time, he stood up to
go. They had agreed that theyneeded a secret way to communicate. That
way, he wouldn't know if itwas truly her. She would call once,
hang up, and then wait fiveminutes before calling back. That would
(05:57):
at least solidify that he was actuallytalking to her. He agreed to do
the same if he called her.So many thoughts circled in his head.
He sat on the gifting stump tothink. He half heartedly wanted everything to
happen now, just to get itover with. He wanted so desperately to
just have a normal life here.He knew that with everything gone, he
(06:18):
would be able to have that.Everything festered in him in that moment he
began feeling more confidence than he everhad growing inside of him. He stood
on the stump and yelled through thetrees, show yourselves all who inhabit this
place? You want a piece ofme here? I am I am so
(06:40):
sick of you toying with me.Let's get this over with. I am
ready to be done with all ofyou. Heard to yell the woods were
silent as a small wisp of windscircled around him. No voices, no
noises, and no evil came toconfront him. He was disheartened by that
they were all powerful, but ontheir terms only, but he knew they
(07:03):
wouldn't dare do anything to him aslong as he had the book with him.
He hopped down from the stump andwalked back to his cabin. He
sat down once again to read thebook and hopes that it would tell him
something anything. After hours of scouringthrough the book, he felt sure that
he had read enough about these entitiesto have something come for him. He
(07:25):
wanted this to be over, andhe knew exactly when he generally read of
something, it came to pass,so he did his part to be sure
they all came. He read aboutskinwalkers, dog men, the Faye,
the puckwadgies he had experienced earlier, and several other not so nice beings.
(07:46):
He even read of the apparitions hesaw on his troll camera that were set
in the book to be the soulsof all who lived on that land.
He was just waiting for something tohappen. Now. He didn't know when
or what, but he knew somethingeventually would. Several hours passed and nothing
had taken place. He checked outhis windows a few times, but didn't
(08:09):
see or hear anything out of theordinary. Hearty decided to make dinner,
shower, and just turn in early. It was so frustrating to wait for
the inevitable to happen, in noway to speed it up, even when
he tried. He was growing restless. At this point, a scream echoed,
nearly shaking the windows out of Hearty'scabin. Hearty woke with a jolt,
(08:31):
instantly panicked by how loud it wasand how close it sounded to be.
He read about the shrill, soulshattering scream in the book earlier it
could only be attributed to the Bansheeof the woods. He didn't really understand
why there would be a banshee inthese woods there of Irish folklore, but
(08:52):
nonetheless, it was here from anotherdimension, and it had definitely let its
presence be known. Hearty thought,as he sat in his bed, afraid
to move, that maybe the reasonthey hadn't come when he called them out
was because they had left the areaand went back through an open portal.
Maybe there were always different creatures andbeings here. Perhaps it wasn't all the
(09:13):
same that would explain the fuck watchingthe Banshee along with the faery. Prior
to them, it had only beenthings that were said to be normal for
that region, bigfoot, dog men, skinwalkers, other shape shifters. But
now there were others, others thathe thought didn't really belong in these mountains.
(09:35):
Maybe they're only portal jumpers going fromone dimension to the next, breaking
havoc and all that they enter into. Either way, they were here even
on occasion, and they too wouldhave to be eradicated. All the same,
it would be in their favor toventure into a different dimension before it's
too late for them. Hardy Coockglimpses of shadows through his curtains moving around
(10:01):
stay tuned for more paranormal odyssey.Anxiety overtook him and he was even more
afraid to come off the bed. Then he saw the glow from flashlights moving.
Were they truly flashlights or were theyorbs glowing and only appearing to look
(10:24):
like flashlights through the cover of hiscurtains. He didn't know, He thought
his intuition to stay in the bed. He had to know if someone were
on his property. He slowly swunghis shaking legs over the edge of his
bed and carefully slid on his houseshoes. He tiptoed quietly to the window.
He was thankful he had gone withthe sheer curtains. He wouldn't have
(10:46):
to open them to see out. There were shadows. This was not warps,
he was seeing. These were people. He walked and grabbed his rifle.
Fear now gone. He was notgoing to have any any person on
his property. He threw open thedoor and held up his rifle. You
freeze right there, don't take onemore step, Hardy said, as he
(11:09):
pointed his gun at them. Whoare you and why are you on my
property in the middle of the night. His adrenaline was high, and he
was angry. He had enough onhis property without throwing trespassers into the mix.
We're sorry, mister, one ofthe young men spoke up. We
weren't going to mess anything up.We were just scared. Our campsite is
(11:31):
about two miles back, and weheard strange sounds all around us and saw
a tall, dark figure. Weran until we came up on your camp.
We were looking for something to protectourselves with Hardy and must felt bad
having pulled his gun on them. Now they were clearly shaken up. Our
mom is still at camp. Wejust need something to take back with us
to protect her, the other youngman said. They didn't appear to be
(11:54):
any older than sixteen. Cardy walkedoff his deck to meet the voice or.
They stood by the picnic table. When his flashlight crusted their faces,
he saw it. Their eyes werecompletely black. These are black eyed children.
He thought to himself. Can wecome inside your cabin? Mister?
We won't stay long. We're justscared, the first young man said.
(12:18):
Hardy had already started walking slowly backwardsaway from them. Having learned who they
actually were, he knew that theycouldn't come in without permission. No,
you do not have permission to comeinto my cabin. You do, however,
have my permission to get the heckout of here, Hardy said,
as he once again pointed his rifleat them. What's wrong, Hardy?
(12:41):
Don't you want to play with us? They both asked, in unison and
an evil, demonic tone. Itwas then that Hardy realized he didn't have
the book with him. It wason the table in the kitchen. He
wasn't protected. He had to getback inside and quick. He watched their
faces morph and to hit as creatures, and their eyes grew wide, Still
(13:03):
completely pitch black, they gave chaseand nearly had him. He slammed the
door in their faces and locked itFor safe measure, He pulled the couch
with all his might and put itin front of the door. They pounded
on the door for a while.Hardy had contemplating shooting them through the door,
but he didn't figure it would harmthem and it would only ruin his
(13:24):
front door in the process. Heeventually fell asleep on the couch after the
banging finally stopped. He woke asthe dawn's light came streaming through the curtains,
hitting him in the face. Helooked around, taken off guard that
he wasn't in his bed, andhe haphazardly rolled off of the couch.
He stood up, peeked out hiswindow but saw nothing, and then went
(13:48):
to the kitchen. After he hadall of his morning's amenities, he sat
down. He glanced over to theside of the table and realized his book
was open. Hadn't been that waynight? Or was it like that when
he ran on the door and justdidn't realize it. He pulled the book
over to him gently by its opencover and read what the words said sproat
(14:09):
across its open pages. They comeat night to seek your help and sweet
voices, they proclaim, only thento swindle you to enter your domain.
They are not those whom they betray. Their evil lies within. With dark
black eyes, they beckon you andhopes that they will win. Don't be
(14:33):
fooled or find compassion for these wickedsouls. Once aloud in the place you
dwell, they'll surely swallow you whole. Hardy had read about the black eyed
children in the book. He alsoread where they don't only show up as
children, but adults as well. The main form they take as children.
However, seeing how most people willhave a soft spot for kids more so
(14:58):
than adults, they will be morelikely to offer help or allow them to
come in where they are and feelsafe. It only took Hardy seeing their
eyes to know what the teenagers actuallywere. He wouldn't be swindled. The
ego of their evil voices still rangthrough his ears. They knew him,
they set his name. He thoughtback to everything he had read and could
(15:22):
only wait for whatever would come next. Hardy knew, though, that he
would have to be more vigilant. That's the second time he has been tricked
to come away from the protection thatthe book holds for him, first with
the Puckwaggie and now the black Eyedkids. Utana would surely string him up.
If the reason that everything willed failedwould be because of his own carelessness,
(15:46):
he was the chosen one, theone to put an end to it
all. Hardy sat on his deck, just eyeing his property, with a
book securely on his lap. Thisthing wasn't going to be away from him
at all from now on. Hewould even take it with him to the
bathroom at this point. Just then, Utana walked out from the side of
the house and got Hearty's attention bygiving a slight whistle. He stood up
(16:10):
and walked down into the bushes tomeet him. Utanah had him follow him
to the tree where Hardy met allof the big Foot family. Luna was
there and ushered Hardy to sit down. He was confused, what could this
be about. Did Utana know aboutlast night and the black eyed teens that
came, Did he know about himleaving the book inside. When he walked
(16:30):
outside, a little came up andclimbed on his lap. Hardy enjoyed the
fact that they were so taken byhim. They had such a big heart
for him. Luna carried purple flowersover to Hardy along with a pestle and
mortar dish. He saw something whitealready in the bottom of the vessel,
but wasn't sure what it was.She carefully put the purple flowers in and
(16:55):
started using the pestle to crush theflowers into some kind of concoction. Once
it was all combined, she tooksmall leaves from a tree and began putting
it all over Hearty's face. Heinstinctually lurched backwards when she came over for
the first application, but heard avoice in his head telling him that it's
okay. This is an added sourceof protection and to trust them. As
(17:18):
the concoction was applied, the skiesgrumbled, almost in displeasure. The wind
picked up, and the little heldon tighter to Hearty and fear He wrapped
his arms around the little, ensuringthat all was fine. While Luna was
putting this on his face, neckand then hands. Hearty was almost transported
back to a time in his ownchildhood. He was a young boy playing
(17:42):
on his grandparents' farm. The windwas light and the sun was warm.
He walked with his own grandpa, picking vegetables and learning everything he had to
teach him. Then he was sittingat the table eating dinner with him.
A tear rolled down his cheek, missed them immensely. It was so real
(18:03):
he could almost smell the large amountof food that sat on his plate in
front of him. The piece thatcame over was almost too much for him
to bear. A loud crack ofthunder brought him back to reality. Luna
had walked over with a vessel madeof wood that was undoubtedly carved by Kaya.
For this occasion, Luna depped asmall limb of leaves into what he
(18:25):
could only assume to be water andsprinkled it onto his head hard. He
didn't understand how any of this wouldwork to protect him, but he was
thankful for it all the same.He would take all they could give him.
Off to the side, he sawanother juvenile about Kaya's age rubbing sticks
together to make a fire. Hewas impressed. They really do know how
(18:45):
to make fire. That explains howthey stay warm in the winter. Then
if they also go into caves andmake fires, they'll be even warmer.
Utana walked over to the big bookcarrying something that looked like a plane stick.
He lit the end and walked toHearty. Utona then went along the
outline of Party's body, letting thesmoke envelop him. But this didn't smell
(19:10):
like just smoke, though it hadto have been some sort of incense.
Smell was light, like a softvanilla, but it was pleasant. As
he hovered it around him, Utanasounded like he was saying a prayer.
He couldn't understand what he was saying, but it carried a most rhythmic flow.
Afterwards, much to Hearty's surprise,Utana leaned down and hugged him.
(19:34):
Hearty didn't take a breath, Hejust wrapped his arms around him as much
as he could and returned the embrace. When Utana stood back up, Hearty
could see a tear in his eye. People really don't understand these creatures.
He couldn't lie. He didn't either, but he could verify now that they
weren't too different other than humans. He was sure that there were bad ones
(19:56):
out there, but there's also badhumans out there as well. Stay tuned
for more paranormal odyssey. These bigFoot were now Hardy's family. After what
Hardy could only assume to be aprotection ceremony was over, Luna two hugged
(20:21):
Hardy. She was large, butshe still had the fragile frame of a
typical human female. The little hoppeddown after it was over and ran over
to the other littles and started playingagain. Hardy smiled as he watched them
all. Utana had him stand up. All of the other big Foot encircled
him, except for the littles. They all joined hands. The skies roared
(20:45):
with thunder and lightning streaked across thesky. Just then above their heads,
a small shimmering portal opened. It'stime, Hardy. We've done all for
you that we can. The restis now up to you. Utana said,
what if I messed up, thenwe're all doomed. Hardy said,
(21:07):
as his self doubt crept back inLuna's sighed. The book will tell you
what to do, Hearty chuckled. With all due respect, Luna, I
hardly think that while I'm being attackedthat I'll have time to stop and read
the pages of that book. Thebook will tell you, Utana repeated.
Hardy conceded he certainly wasn't going tostand and argue his point with them.
(21:32):
He assumed he would just wing itif necessary. As he walked back to
his cabin, he took note thatthe portal had disappeared. His next question
was what came through that portal whenit opened? The winds were ferociously blowing.
By the time he made it backhome. The air had a different
feel to it, a much adifferent smell to it as well. He
(21:53):
laid the book on the table andit instantly opened after he laid it down.
That time is now. You haveall you need. It's time to
heal this land. We plead you'reour hope to end this fight, and
said, all that's wrong once again. Right. They'll comfort you, but
do not fear you won't be alone. I'll be here. That was the
(22:18):
second time Hardy was told that whatdoes this book and Luna think he is
going to be able to do.It's not like I can just throw my
hands in the air and ask theevil creatures for time out so I can
read this book, he laughed.Just then the book began to violently shake.
In an instant, it flew offthe table and hit the wall,
(22:38):
falling with a hard thud to thefloor. The letter the farmer left in
the back of the book floated throughthe air. The book fell open perfectly
to the middle pages, and abright light emerged straight from its center.
Party had seen a lot of thingsin his life. He had seen a
lot more since moving here. Butthis, this would be what takes the
(23:00):
cake. It was a glowing light, unlike anything he had seen before,
was white with a blue tint toit. Suddenly, something began to form
above the light. It appeared tobe human in form and stature. That
was impossible. What wasn't impossible waswhat he heard. Party, I'm here
(23:22):
to help you fight this battle. We're all depending on you. Ceremony is
complete, and the portal is openingin various places throughout this wood, spitting
out evil beings. The one inwhich you have to fight is lurking somewhere
in between. Her voice was melodic, soothing, amost he no longer felt
alone with another person with him.Well, what could he only deem to
(23:47):
be human in his mind, eventhough he knew that wasn't the case.
You're the voice the book party questioned, the glowing female entity smiled that I
him, and I am glad thatyou have counted yourself all worthy enough to
see me as well as hear me. Many have tried, and many have
failed, But you, Hardy, are the purest in spirit. Utana was
(24:11):
right to have chosen you. Heartywished he felt the same as everyone else.
He was growing more uncertain of himselfand his abilities. The ceremony conducted
by the Bigfoot did help him, though, but Hardy didn't have time to
think or doubt himself any longer. When the sounds of the winds picked up
and thunder roared overhead, It's time, the sparkling entity said quietly as she
(24:33):
looked out the window. It's here, it's here. What's here? Hardy
said out loud. The door swungopen by the force of the wind,
as if it were going to showHearty exactly what was outside. He glanced
at the book and walked over topick it up. He was terrified to
walk out of the front door, but with a small prompt from the hovering
(24:55):
entity from the book, he conceded. But he was not prepared for what
he saw when he stepped onto hisdeck. Many dark figures were flying through
the air, cackling that hideous laughter, almost mockingly the apparitions he had seen
on his tail. Crammer was hoveringa few feet above the ground, still
holding the same oblivious stare. Loudgrows could be heard just in the distance,
(25:22):
and he saw more rangers. Heknew they were shape shifters. They
had all come out of the portalthat was in the sky, still opened.
Hardy wondered if there was a wayto close it so no more evil
could fall from the sky. Thebig Foot kept telling me that you would
tell me what to do. Iwould say, it's high time you get
to talking, ma'am, Hardy saidto the book entity as he continuously looked
(25:45):
around in their own dimension, theirown skies. They did sore, but
now they're looking for a place onearth, a new place to explore.
You must cast them out with thewords I say, and do not show
your fear. Once they're gone,Before you know it, more will simply
appear. Continue saying the words asspeak to fight the evil souls. But
(26:07):
one false word or one fear shown, and they will swallow you whole.
Great Hearty thought, no pressure Hewaited until the words he was supposed to
say materialized onto the pages. Onceabove that now below. It's time for
you all to go from beasts toghosts, and when creatures that fly,
(26:32):
your actions no more will be justified. This is my home and forever I
dwell. So I cast you nowback into the depths of hell. With
the mere utterance of those words,a large flaming portal opened up into the
ground. Horror finding screams echoed aroundthem as he repeatedly said those words.
(26:52):
The book entity was right. Assoon as each evil soul was soaked into
the portal in the ground, morewould appear. The wind began screaming again,
so much so that the screams ofthe damned souls were almost drowned out.
A loud yell began echoing through theforest from a distance. Imagine,
Hearty yelled, I need to go. Get imagine. If you're going to
(27:17):
go, take me with you andrepeat these words all the way, the
book entity said. Hardy ran withall of his might, still yelling the
spell that he had now memorized.I have to keep you safe, he
said to the book I don't wantto drop you, but holding you all
running is hindering me. I'm goingto close the book, but I will
(27:37):
still be repeating this spell. Hardyclosed the book, folding the entity up
inside, and slid it into thewaistline of his pants and pulled his shirt
down over top of it. Heran until he thought his chest was going
to explode. He spotted Imagine's cabinand caught his second wind. Imagine,
Hardy yelled, before he even gotto her cabin, Image, where are
(28:00):
you? He spotted her just thencoming out of her door and being blown
around by the wind so hard thatshe could barely stand up the storm shelter.
Hardy, we have to get tothe storm shelter, she yelled,
as she ran in that direction.Hardy thought then that she probably didn't understand
what was really going on. Thiswasn't just some horrific storm. This was
(28:22):
literal hell on earth that he wasfighting for. He worried about the Bigfoot
group, but knew they had alreadymade preparations to keep themselves safe. He
saw a cave when he went forwhat he found out to be the ceremony.
He knew they were there. Aloud, evil, demonic growl came
out of nowhere, bouncing off ofevery tree in the forest and right back
(28:45):
into Hearty space. Emma Jean frozenher tracks and stared at Hardy. Neither
of them had ever heard anything likethat coming out of the woods. He
knew that she knew then what wasreally happened. Still yelling the spell over
and over again, he ran asfast and as hard as he could.
(29:07):
He would explain everything to her oncethey were safely inside the shelter. Maybe
she could also say the spell andit would add a dose of extra firepower
to rid them of everything together.Party had almost made his way to imagine
by the storm shelter when a verylong, fur covered arm reached out and
sliced Hearty right at the stomach.Party was instantly dizzy and nauseated. He
(29:33):
tried to hide his fear as thebook ented, he said, but at
that point he couldn't the wind.If the damn wind would calm down,
this would be so much easier. He tried to rationalize what was happening.
His vision was beginning to go dark, and his stomach was almost vibrating where
the claws had been, but hecouldn't make sense of the fact that there
(29:55):
wasn't any pain. He stumbled toImagine's feet and fell on to the ground,
out cold. Hardy no Immajen kneltby his side, sobbing, you
bastards, Emma Jean yelled into thewoods. Suddenly the wind stopped blowing.
There seemed to have been a largehush that fell over the woods. Just
(30:18):
then. The Bigfoot family, ensuringeverything was safe, all walked out and
over to Immajeen and Hardy. Outana, please please do something, she pleaded
desperately. The littles ran over andthey each took his hands. Luna knelt
by Hardy's head and Utana at hisfeet. When Utana reached up with his
(30:41):
long arm to lay his hand onHearty's stomach, where this evil dog man
had tore into him, he stoppedand stared at Luna in amazement. Emma
Jean was confused. She was waitingfor Utana and Luna to heal him.
She couldn't hear them speaking, shedidn't have that ability. She knew,
however, that there had to havebeen a conversation going on between the two
(31:03):
of them. He's not dead,Luna, Utana said. Luna looked confused
because they had been watching to makesure he was safe. Even though they
couldn't interfere, She saw the longfur covered arm with razor sharp claws tear
into him. How was he notdead? Utana stood up and walked to
(31:25):
Hearty's mid section and raised his shirt. To his surprise, it wasn't Hearty's
stomach he saw. It was thebook, the book that Hardy had secured
him to the waist of his pants. As he ran. Emma Jean knelt
her head on Hearty's shoulders, stillsobbing, but this time for a different
reason. There was no blood spilledfrom Hearty at all. There were,
(31:45):
however, very large and very deepgashes in the book's cover. Luna ran
to get some large wet leaves tolay on his head. The littles snuggled
up to Hearty and laid their headon his chest. They smiled when they
heard the sound of his heart beating. The weight of the little's heads and
the cold water from the leaves onhis face from Luna began to bring him
(32:07):
around. They slowly got him tohis feet. Emma Jean wrapped her arms
around him and kissed him, butas their two lips met, the winds
held again the trees swayed back andforth ferociously, now more so than before.
Luna ushered the littles away from Hardyand Emma Jeen. The book that
(32:30):
was lying on the ground flew openwith loud pops and cracks from the cover
being shredded. The blue entity flutteredup from the pages. The dress she
had on was ripped right at hermidsection. The strength you found in each
other's love can heal the seams that'sbeen torn above. Repeat the spell with
(32:52):
all your might, but be readynow to win this fight. With that,
the entity dissolved into the pages ofthe book and disappeared. The book
closed with a loud thud. Imagineand Hearty joined hands and repeated every line
