The Warning in the North: Is Minnesota Showing America What Comes Next?

#GoRight with Peter Boykin #GoRightNews
Minnesota is at the center of a major political and social storm. A massive food aid fraud scandal, rising crime in St. Paul, political blame games, and growing tensions around refugee communities have created one of the most important warning signs in the country. What is happening in Minnesota is not a local issue. It is a nationwide lesson about corruption, accountability, and public trust inside a Constitutional Republic.

In this #GoRight with Peter Boykin podcast, we break down how billions in aid meant for children were allegedly stolen, how state oversight failed, and why trust in leadership continues to collapse. We talk about the dangers of blaming entire communities for individual crimes, the responsibility government has to protect citizens, and why Minnesota may be showing America what happens when leaders ignore their first duty.

Plus, hear the original Suno song β€œThe Warning in the North,” written exclusively for this episode.

If you want truth without fear and commentary rooted in liberty, justice, and accountability, this episode is for you.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
The snow has started following across Minnesota, covering the cracks,
covering the broken promises, and covering the truth that is
now finally rising to the surface. Billions meant for children
were taken, fraud warnings and saw the state government were ignored,

(00:33):
and now families in Saint Paul are waking up the sirens,
rising violence and a feeling that something has slipped out
of control. Today we look at what is happening in
the north because Minnesota is not just another state with
another scandal. Minnesota is a signal, a warning flare, a

(00:58):
mirror showing America what happens when government forgets its first
duty to protect its people, safeguard public trust, and defend
the values that hold a constitutional republic together. This is
not politics as usual. This is not a local problem.
This is the truth every American deserves to hear.

Speaker 2 (01:35):

Speaker 3 (01:47):

the other side of the time.

Peter Barking, and where the truth goes to the nose
we live in.

Speaker 2 (02:16):
Welcome the God with Peter.

Speaker 1 (02:19):
Barking, Welcome back to hashtag go right with Peter Boycott.
Today we're diving into one of the most important stories
breaking across America. It starts in Minnesota, but the warning

(02:40):
it carries is national. It is about corruption, immigration, accountability,
and the simple truth that a constitutional republic cannot survive
if its government forgets its first responsibility. This episode will
break it all down, So let us begin. Minnesota is

(03:01):
at the center of what may be one of the
largest welfare fraud operations in American history. The nonprofit Feeding
Our Future was supposed to provide food for children across
the state during the pandemic. Instead, investigators say billions of
dollars were shipped or siphoned into fake meal claims, shell companies,

(03:25):
luxury items, and in some cases, oversea networks. Dozens have
been convicted, dozens more face charges, and the biggest question remains,
how did this happen? Whistleblowers inside Minnesota's Department of Education

(03:46):
say they raised the alarm early. They say warnings were ignored.
They say leadership failed to act, and now government tim
Governor Tim Waltz think that that tampon. Timmy is face
intense pressure as federal agencies, including the United States Treasury Department,
review how his administration handled the crisis. This is not

(04:10):
a paperwork era. This is a collapse of oversight. A
government that cannot safeguard public funds cannot safeguard public trust.
The scandal has triggered a wave of argument surrounding Minnesota's
Somali refugee community. Some national voices and political figures have

(04:30):
used this moment to paint entire groups as responsible. Now
that's not justice, that's not true, and that is not American.
Criminals who participated in fraud must be prosecuted. Communities that
had nothing to do with it must not be punished
for the actions of individuals. Things could be said for
a lot of other things that people escapegoat others into,

(04:55):
But here is the reality. Political leaders refuse to acknowledge
when government oversight collapses, when warnings are dismissed, and when
criminals exploit the system Suspicion grows, distrust growth and division growth,
And once again Minnesota's leaders refuse to confront real problems directly.

(05:18):
Their political defensiveness only fuels the fire. This is a
failure of governments, not a failure of a community. While
corruption dominates the headlines, Minnesota faces a separate crisis. Crime
is rising. Fresh shootings in Saint Paul have shaken families

(05:39):
once again. Citizens are noticing something their leaders will not say.
Their communities do not feel safe. Government has a basic
duty and a constitutional republic. That's protecting light, protecting liberty,
protecting property. That is the foundation. The streets are not safe.

(06:01):
If the government cannot secure neighborhoods, if citizens are left
wondering who is in control, then the social contract has
been broken. Minnesota is not facing one scandal, Soota is
facing a series of failures all at once, and the
rest of the country should be paying attention. We'll be

(06:25):
right back with my hashtag go right commentary. Thank you

Speaker 1 (09:29):
This is my commentary. So let us take a deep
breath and speak honestly about what is happening. Not the
filtered version, not the political version, the real version, because
that's what we're watching in Minnesota is not a simple
case of fraud, not a small policy failure, not just

(09:52):
another headline where we're watching as a test, a test
of whether America still remembers what it's go is actually
supposed to do. With billions of taxpayer dollars meant to
feed children can disappear into a network of criminals and
political insiders. That's not a mistake. That is a breach

(10:14):
of trust. Trust is the foundation of a constitutional or
a public and without it, laws become suggestions, institutions become illusions,
and citizens become hostages to the failures of the people
who claim to lead them. Minnesota is reminding us of
suffing powerful. Corruption does not begin with a stolen dollar.

(10:37):
Corruption begins with people and power choosing silence, choosing comfort,
choosing political convenience over truth. That is how a system collapses,
not a one dramatic moment, but slowly, quietly, through one
thousand ignored warnings. Think about the families who depended on

(10:59):
that food program. Think about the children who were supposed
to be fed. Think about the communities that trusted their leaders.
The money was supposed to provide relief. Instead it provided
wealth for the connected and suffering for the innocent. That
is not government service. That is government betrayal. And then

(11:22):
there is the second storm, the fight over immigration and
refugee communities. The fraud scandal has created a fog of
accusations and fear. Entire groups are being blamed for the
crimes of individuals. That is not justice. Justice demand's precision,
Justice demands accountability. Justice demand's truth without prejudice. But here's

(11:48):
the reality. People do not want to invent. When government
fails to enforce the law fairly, Suspicion grows when public
leaders deny obvious problems, distrust spreads, and when criminals exploit
AID programs. Because oversight has been dismantled, entire communities pay
the price, even when they did nothing wrong. Minnesota is

(12:13):
not showing us a division problem. Minnesota is showing us
a government problem. And then there's the violence. Streets in
Minnesota filled with shooting, disturbances and fear families in Saint
Paul or hearing sirens instead of safety. Citizens are often
asking the same question across the country. Why does it

(12:35):
feel like the people responsible for protecting the public are
more concerned with defending themselves than defending the communities they represent.
The answer is painful, because leadership has forgotten its first duty.
A constitutional republic cannot survive on intentions. It survives on action.

(12:57):
It survives on accountability, on leaders who are willing to
confront the hard troops rather than hide behind political talking points.
Public safety is not optional. Oversight is not optional. Protecting
taxpayer dollars is not optional. These are the basic responsibilities
of a government that claims legitimacy. Yet here we are

(13:21):
watching Minnesota crumble under the weight of ignored warnings and
political excuses, watching billions vanish while citizens are told everything
is fun watching communities tear at each other because leadership
refuses to confront the real causes of the problem, watching

(13:42):
crime rise while the government insists that the streets are safe.
I'm going to say this with clarity. Minnesota is not
the problem. Minnesota is the symptom. If corruption can happen there,
it can happen anywhere. Warnings can be ignored there, they
can be ignored everywhere. If citizens can be left unprotected there,

(14:07):
then citizens across this nation should be asking the same question,
how long has this been going on and how much
more has been buried? A free country does not remain
free by accident, and remains free through vigilance, through civic courage,
through the willingness of citizens to demand more from their

(14:30):
leaders than excuses, more than apologies, and more than investigations
that lead nowhere. America must confront the truth that Minnesota
is forcing into the open. Corruption must be punished, Fraud
must be exposed, Communities must be protected, government must be

(14:54):
held accountable, citizens must insist on transparency, and above all,
leaders must remember that their duty is not to political survival,
but to the people who trusted them in the first place.
So let Minnesota be a warning. Let it be a
turning point. Let it be the moment when Americans decide

(15:18):
that enough is enough. We can no longer afford leaders
who pretend to care about justice while ignoring injustice. We
can no longer accept the system where billions can vanish
without consequences. We can no longer pretend that safety is
guaranteed when the evidence shows otherwise. This is not just

(15:40):
about Minnesota. This is about every citizen who believes in liberty.
This is about every taxpayer who deserves honesty, and this
is about every family who wants safety. This is about
a constitutional republic that cannot stand of its guardians refuse
to guard anything at all. Time to restore trust. It

(16:02):
is time to restore accountability. It is time to restore
the meaning of public service. And most importantly, it is
time to say that the people say what the people
already know. This nation deserves better, and it will get
better only when we demand better. It is the duty

(16:23):
of every citizen who believes in the truth. That is
the duty of a free people, and that is the
duty of America. Right now. This has been hashtag go
