(00:24):
Michelle. I am your cost AlieMichelle. We are going to jump right
into the mental health crisis that iserupting our country. So, as you
all may have heard the news aboutthe Nashville Coventry School shooting, I wanted

(00:44):
to touch base on my my opinionon it now as a mother of a
student who is in an elementary schoolin a relatively safe community, I still
firmly believe and still firmly want apersonnel that can tackle those situations and be

(01:11):
fully armed. And that I'm speakingwholeheartedly like I am I am. I
am a firm believer that we needarmed personnels in our school systems. It's
just becoming too too um and it'sjust becoming an everyday thing. Okay,
and we have we've had guns forhundreds of years now. It's not a

(01:37):
gun problem, it's a mental healthproblem. I have family members in my
family who are who have very badmental health issues. Are they going to
shoot up a school? No,but they're not taking care of themselves.
And the way that they need tomental health is such. It is an
epidemic in the United States. Itreally, really, really is. And

(01:57):
if you don't believe that, you'relying or you're just completely naive. Okay,
Now, why is it that ourgovernment buildings, our airplanes, are
everything is surrounded by armed guards.Airplanes have air marshals. Government buildings have
those armed guards surrounding the building. The president has so many, so many

(02:23):
people protecting him. Why are wenot protecting our most innocent people in our
community. It's disgusting and it's sickening. It's not a gun problem. Excuse
me, it's not a gun problem. It's a mental health problem. And
we want to ignore it. Thegovernment want to sit there and act like,
oh, it doesn't exist. There'san elephant in the room. They're

(02:44):
lying to push their own agenda. Now we're now, we're still so so
so stuck on these weird ideologies thatour kids need to be pumped with all
of these medications. That's not it, And we're still when we're in we're
in a society where we are pumpingthese weird ideologies and our children and we're

(03:05):
creating confusion. Now, this schoolshooter was a woman who identified as a
male. She was twenty eight yearsold, had no business going into a
school period she had there was Iheard reports that she was going to attempt
another place, but there was security. Oh don't you think by now in

(03:30):
this day and age. And it'ssad that we have to do this,
but it's important. Have signs blastedeverywhere, Trained professionals, trained armed professionals
on campus, on site, guaranteethey'll think twice. If it wasn't a
gun, if they didn't attack witha gun, they're gonna attack with their

(03:53):
car. They will use a knife, they will use a bomb, they
will do whatever it means necessary tocause harm because they're sick. But we
just want to ignore that. Wejust want to say it's guns, it's
guns. Oh well, isn't thatcrazy that what takes out these perpetrators with
people, good people, sanely, healthy people with guns, they take out

(04:17):
the perpetrator. But we don't wantto talk about that, and we definitely
don't want to talk about who didthat. We definitely don't want to push
that narrative that these this person wassick. We don't want to talk about
that, and we don't want totalk about that they were trans. I'm
not saying every trans person is badbecause they're not okay, but but this
is becoming a pattern. And itwas attack, and it was an attack

(04:43):
on a Christian based school. Thesekids don't deserve that, these families do
not do not deserve that. AndI'm so thankful for these police officers who
had the courage and they were sothere was a video that just came out.
There were so in sync and theyknew how to take down this person.

(05:09):
So the car I believe was atlike ten ten fourteen, they were
taken down it I believe it wasin like twelve minutes. Don't quote me
on the time, but I knowit is a very fast process. I
watched another video. I don't know, it was just it was just no,

(05:29):
yeah. I watched the video andit was Officer Rex. I can't
remember his last last name, buton his body camp there was sirens going
on and I just could not notcry, Like these kids were so brave
and to hear those sirens, it'sjust a terrible thing. Now, when
I went to school, we usedto have bomb threats. Somebody would threaten

(05:53):
the school with a bomb. Ithink that happened maybe two or three times.
Like I said, it's not agun problem, it's a mental health
problem. We are becoming so comfortablewith ignoring that and trying to please everybody
that we're just ignoring that people aresuffering. I don't want to hear.
Oh, other countries don't have gunbounds, No, but they do have

(06:15):
attacks and they're provided with healthcare. Now, I'm not for that universal healthcare
stuff. I have my own theoryon that, but we need to fix
this. These kids are suffering, the mentally ill and the mental and the
mentally sane. These kids don't deserveto be living in fear now. Like

(06:42):
I said, as a mother,I want my school that my son's in
to be fully equipped with personnels thatwill protect our kids who are armed.
We have, you know, metaldetectors and all that keeping these kids safe.
It's these little babies, these thisfamily, all these families that have

(07:03):
been hurt by this catastrophic event deservemore than to push a political agenda.
Period, absolutely, period. Weare we are going down a very slippery
slope with this politically driven ignoring thefacts slope. We are falling very quickly.

(07:34):
It is becoming muddier, muddier, muddier. We're slipping very very very
fast. We want to sit thereand be like we are. We are
promoting mental illness in the name ofinclusivity for kids. I don't care if

(07:56):
you're an adult and you want tostart pumping your body with all of these
things and mutilating your body. Ido not care what you do as an
adult. But leave the kids thef alone. Leave them alone. They
are so innocent. You look ata kid, and your whole everything,

(08:18):
everything that mattered before that does notmatter when you look in the eyes of
an innocent child who just wants happiness, who just wants a freaking candy bar
or an ice cream come from theice cream chuck. But to sit there
and allow these doctors and these parentsto push this narrative that you don't matter,

(08:48):
because you don't matter, period. That's what you're doing, because you're
just you're failing. You're becoming lazyas parents. You're becoming lazy as primary
physicians to allow your child to sitthere and just hurt by thinking they are

(09:09):
another gender and maybe they are, maybe maybe they think that, but for
you to just jump to pumping themwith hormones and cutting off their private parts
is disgusting. It's disgusting, andshame on you now for the school systems
that people want to yell at me. And you know, people have really

(09:33):
dug into me about wanting armed personnelsthat would create so many jobs for these
veterans that can't get a job. That nobody wants to hire a veteran because
they're broken or whatever the freaking excuses. They served our country and you're not
gonna hire them. There is noreason that we need veterans to be homeless

(09:54):
in our country where they serve sowe can live freely. Period. Things
need to change, and I keepseeing all these celebrities jumping on the bandwagon.
Ban the assault weapons. Ban theassault weapons. You can make a
bomb out of like three things.I think you want to ban all those

(10:16):
ingredients. Are you gonna ban everysingle what's your knife? Are you gonna
ban every single car? No,Stop talking about that and start talking about
what it really is, and that'smental health. Start using your platform for
good. Stop following the stupid narrativethat you have fallen victim of, because

(10:39):
more people are going to continue toget hurt by pushing these nasty ideologies that
ultimately end in a catastrophic event. You think you think we live in a
world where where we where we can't, we should not be protecting ourselves.
Have you read a history read book? Do you understand why we need to

(11:03):
protect ourselves. These adults could havetruly handled this if there was a even
just one trained personnel who could takedown that person one. It just takes
one. Now, when my soncomes home, I have to explain to
him and really sit down and talkto him about mental health. And I

(11:26):
always teach my kid to be kindand I always tell him do your best,
be your best. If he cameto me and he was like,
Mom, I don't feel like I'ma boy. Well we're going to see
a therapist. And that's just it, because I'm not lazy. I'm not

(11:48):
gonna be like, Okay, let'sgo cut off your private part and you're
going to be a girl now.No, And a lot of people might
hate me for saying that. AndI'm not attacking the LGBTQ plus whatever community.
I'm not. I'm attacking the peoplethat are being so naive to the
situation to push their own bull crapagenda. Kids deserve better. Our most

(12:16):
innocent deserve better. It's not agun problem. A gun didn't walk up
in that school, a purse,a sick individual did. Bottom Line,
mental health is a problem. It'sbigger than COVID, It's bigger than whatever

(12:39):
else do you guys want to starttalking about. But mental health is a
huge epidemic, especially you know, one in four people suffer from mental illness
in the United States. One andfour. That's a lot. So for
you to sit there and say it'sa gun issue, that is absolutely ridiculous

(13:01):
and a huge slap in the faceto the words that suffer the highest I
believe the highest suicide suicide rate isthe LGBTQ community. Why is that?
Is it they don't feel accepted oris it because there's some mental illness that

(13:22):
has not been diagnosed yet. Iam your ally. If you need to
reach out to talk to me,I am more than willing to listen to
you, more than willing to helpyou find the resources that you need.
But stop pushing this ideology on ourkids. They've they have gone through enough

(13:46):
in the last three years. Theydon't need more of your weird, sick
thought process. And all of theseexperimental us and mutilation from these physicians.
They should be absolutely fired. Theyshould be held accountable for not a lot

(14:09):
not providing them with the proper mentalhealth. And I understand when you're transitioning,
you have to go through mental health. I understand that there needs to
be a more extensive program for thesechildren. And I'm not asking the government
to do that. I'm telling youas a parent to do that. I

(14:30):
don't want to rely on the governmentfor anything, period. All I'm telling
all I'm demanding from the government isto you know, then this could be
local. Protect our children at allcosts. We pay you to do your

(14:54):
job. Parents, If you're gonnas there and ignore your child, shame
the f on you. I'm livid. I couldn't imagine kiss kissing my son
goodbye in the morning and not seeinghim because parents neglected their children, Physicians

(15:16):
neglected children, society neglected children, period. And with that, I really
hope we start figuring this dying thingout before more death starts pouring in our

(15:37):
classrooms. And with that, I'mgoing to close out. I am your
