(00:00):
I pleasure lit Welcome to this very pleasure lit episode, a
very dreamy episode or sleepy episode.
We're going to talk about dream orgasms or sleep orgasms.
So orgasms that you can have in your sleep.
And before you're thinking like, are these actually real?

(00:20):
Like what is she talking about? Yes, they are because I have
experienced them not just once, multiple times.
And just recently I had one couple days ago or a few days
ago on the first night that I moved into my new place here at
the Sunshine Coast. Yes, I've moved place places.

(00:42):
So when you're watching a video recording of this, you will see
a different background. So exciting living at the beach
now here in Australia, it was always a dream and dream.
Here we are being attended and it was just amazing to have this
experience on the first night ofbeing at the new place.

(01:07):
I don't know if that's a German thing, but I got told when I was
younger when you're moving places and the first night that
you are staying at a new place, what you dream will come true.
Maybe it's because I'm not sure.Maybe my parents made that up
because we moved quite a lot andI told them my kids not so the
first night, what you're dreaming at a new place like

(01:27):
this will come true. And I must have had some.
Oh, I actually received some really amazing news just before
falling asleep. I mean, we were so exhausted.
It was super, super late by the last piece that we got unloaded
from the truck because the movers got so late to us and we
just said something to eat for dinner, whatever I could manage

(01:51):
to do. And then we had to bed and
because I went through my messages having a look of like,
oh, is there anything important?Just to like have a quick scan
of what I need to get back to. Otherwise can all wait till
tomorrow. And there was one e-mail that
really made my, my night. Then it was the best news of my
challenge that I had thrown my way got resolved, which is

(02:12):
something I'm going to talk about on the track as well.
Going to be an extra episode because that's something that I
need to talk about. We need to raise awareness about
that. So that got resolved.
So I was very happy, very in that pleasurable state, falling
asleep and then I had this really intense experience of
waking up to an orgasm, then falling back to sleep, getting

(02:37):
up in the morning, rushed drove up to the old place to get that
cleaned up. So I totally forgot about it in
the morning until I was actuallydriving and had a tangle in my
pussy and I was just like, hang on a second.
There was something and I had a flashback.
So this was such an amazing intense experience.

(03:00):
Every time it happens, it's justlike super intense.
And the next day I'm just, I glow differently.
It's just really, and it takes me a little bit out of order as
well because I had this intense feeling and then sometimes I
would do wake up. I'm like, did that just really
happen? Did that really happen?
And it did, It does, and it carries over through the whole

(03:23):
day. So this is just such a beautiful
experience and I thought, why not actually have that chat
about sleep orgasms, dream orgasms, which are also called
nocturnal orgasms or wet dreams as you might know them,
especially from men or younger men who might say they had wet

(03:45):
dreams. So they can happen for women and
men for anybody really. But yeah, before I get into it,
just in case you're new here. Hi, I'm Patricia, your pleasure
lead at Muse. This is something that I came up
with recently at Muse. It's like a mix of educator and
Muse and pleasure lead because pleasure lead is what I'm

(04:09):
standing for. And through the pleasured way I
awaken your unapologetic confidence, irresistible
mechanism and deep self love so you feel deliciously turned on
to life, to yourself and every pleasure in between.

(04:32):
So welcome to this little episode.
So these orgasms in your sleep or dream or orgasms, I call them
dream orgasms because they're like dreaming, they happen
during or most of the time during the R.E.M. phase.
So if you've got a little bit ofknowledge around the sleep

(04:52):
cycles, there are different stages of cycle like light sleep
and R.E.M. phase and so forth. And the R.E.M.
Phase is usually the one where our vivid dreams happen and your
brain is then usually incrediblyactive, creating dreams and your
body can become physically aroused.

(05:14):
And if the right situation arises, your body can climax,
can have an orgasms, orgasm in your sleep and any person as
I've mentioned can experience that.
So no matter if you're man or woman or any gender and it
doesn't matter your ages as well, relationship status,
background, life faces, they're different situations that they

(05:38):
can happen. I'm going to talk talk about the
women party first, because you might have already known about
the way dreams for men, but you might have not known that this
can happen for women, for femalebody people as well.
And usually they can happen in different situations stages.
So that could be hormone or peaks like ovulation, pregnancy,

(06:01):
or certain points in your menstrual cycle that they are
more likely to happen, or periods of sexual exploration.
So when you're thinking a bit more about pleasure or engaging
in erotic content, deep stages of relaxation or releases.
So like after a massage, deep breath work or meditation before
bed, which really calms and relaxes your nervous system,

(06:24):
which opens you up to more pleasure, periods of sexual
frustration or abstinence. So the body is sometimes taking
matters into his own hands, justwithout the hands.
So there's no single recipe, butI can let you know what can

(06:45):
happen behind the scenes when this happens.
So they can be dream triggered arousal.
So your dreams can be erotic or sensual or really, really
pleasurable and sometimes so also obviously sexual and
sometimes just very emotionally intense or physically intense in
a way that your body interprets it as very pleasurable.

(07:09):
And then it triggers that orgasm.
It can be that brain body connection.
So your brain sends signatures to increase your blood flow to
your genitals, to your, the clitoris swells, the lubrication
in your pussy is going to increase, the arousal is going
to build up. Just like when you have an

(07:30):
orgasm while you're awake, the pelvic floor gets activated.
So when the arousal peaks, involuntary contractions in your
pelvic floor muscles can happen and which is basically your
orgasm reflex kicking in and no hands required.
So all of this can happen without direct touch.

(07:53):
That's how powerful the mind is.And this is exactly what has
been happening in my experiences.
Without touching myself. I can orgasm while I'm asleep or
in that phase while I dream. So no physical touch.

(08:14):
It got to the point that when I was in my DV relationship
connection, I experienced a few of them as well.
And I could always tell the nextday when he was a bit shitty
with me about that. So I would wake up and I'm like,

(08:34):
why are you so shitty? Like, what has happened?
You had one of your orgasms in your dreams again last night.
Got really shitty with me about that.
I was like, OK, yeah, not even like, you were just like, you
know, making all the sounds and the intense.
And I'm just like, oh, yeah, actually, I can remember that
now. And then it just gave me the
flashback. So I'm like, oh, oh, yeah.

(08:56):
And because he obviously wasn't part of it, so he got quite
jealous of my dream orgasms. But that's thinking.
So it got to the point where he just could not believe that that
was happening without me even touching myself first.
He thought, I'm, I'm pranking him like, what's going on?

(09:19):
Like is she really asleep? She's not even touching herself,
Like what's going on? And he had some questions.
And then we've, you know, got tothe point.
I'm like, no, I have these. I can't experience these without
touching myself. This just shows the power of the
body connection that we have andthe power that we actually have
that we can experience that without the physical touch.

(09:43):
Mind blowing, isn't that? Now let's talk about for about
the guys for a moment as well. So that can happen for men as
well. And as I've already mentioned,
they are more casually called wet dreams than or nocturnal
emissions. But here's also the interesting
part that can happen with or without the ejaculation.

(10:05):
Ejaculation, that word, I've always struggled with that word
in English pronunciation, but I'm actually getting quite
better with that. So just like women, they can be
triggered in that, uh, REM sleepphase.
When pleasure dreams activate the arousal, the penis can
become erect. The blood flows going in there

(10:28):
and it can build up that arousal, that pleasure
experience and it can, and it can result into an orgasm.
Sometimes it is linked to like hormones changes especially in
younger men or sexual development, but even adult men
later on in life can experience them.
However, sometimes it seems to be less because men are starting

(10:51):
to take more control of their body and on their orgasms rather
than surrendering to the experience.
Because the orgasm in your sleepand your dreams, they're more
about rendering to the experience rather than
controlling the situation as to compare like when you're awake.
So just giving you like a few tips.

(11:15):
So if you curious of like, can Ireally orgasm in my dream, in my
sleep? Like what can I do to experience
that? So first of all, that the
possibility is there. I mean, if I can, you probably
can tell. So leaning into that, I would
probably say there are a few things that you can try out.

(11:38):
First of all, taking that goal, like never have that as a like
fixed goal because the more you focus on fixate and control it,
like I just said, the less it's going to happen.
Similar to like squirting and the splashing and any other
orgasm as well. Taking it more as an
exploration, as a journey, as anexperiment, just getting to know
your body and finding a deeper connection because for that to

(12:00):
happen, a deeper connection withyour body and self is super,
super helpful, beneficial, important, general.
Anyway, for all pleasure experiences.
What can help is like sensual mind priming.
So read erotic books before sleep or listen to central
audios or fantasize about pleasure before you fall asleep.

(12:24):
So your mind is already activated.
I love doing that anyway. So in my book Actually the
pleasure lit way you will read about that when I talk about
sleep, how to make your sleep more pleasure lit and how to
actually actually I talk about me having orgasms in my sleep
and dreams. How this can trigger it is by

(12:46):
making your sleep a pleasurable experience.
So you open yourself up to pleasure, the portals of
pleasure, deep relaxation ritual.
So like you could try breathwork, slow stretching,
self massage to calm your nervous system which will open

(13:07):
you up to more pleasure. It's a portal to pleasure, body
awareness practices. So notice the sensations in your
body during the day and the moreyou're tuned in while awake and
in touch with your body, more self aware and aligned with your
body, the more responsive you will be during sleep as well.

(13:29):
The pelvic floor connection. So you could do gentle kegels.
So activate them, that's like squeezing hold and let go the
kegels. Or you could breathe into your
yoni or lingam space. That can really help you awaken
the orgasmic muscles and make them more reactive because it

(13:50):
helps you also that connection, the sensation to focus on the
sleep quality. So good R.E.M. sleep is key.
So if your sleep is poor, less sleep, not good quality sleep,
fewer dreams, and you're less likely obviously to have an
orgasm in your sleeper dream. So these are some tips that you

(14:14):
can start to explore. And it's just so interesting
because all of these are really a part of the pleasure lit way
within my book, which will also come out as a online program
very soon. This is the next project on for
the rest of the year. I'm going to really create a

(14:38):
really in depth online program that will change your life.
But my book, the pleasure that why is your starting guide,
because that will give you the overview of all of the portals
of pleasure and how you can change your life today and have
it a more pleasurable one to be and live pleasurely.
And I talk about the exactly about the sleeping tips as well.

(15:04):
So this is my reminder that sleeping more like the dream
orgasms are a powerful reminder that pleasure is not limited to
planned moments and that your body is capable of pleasure in
so, so many ways. And sometimes all it needs is

(15:24):
for you to get out of the way and just really surrender to the
experience. And it's also about trust.
Trusting your own body, trustingyourself, trusting your pleasure
potential, letting your nervous system feel safe enough to open
up to the sensation even when you're not away awake, to direct

(15:47):
them and control them. And as I said in the Pleasure
Lit way, I teach exactly this, on how to awaken, deepen and
widen your pleasure potential. And the same principles that
allow for dream orgasms like relaxation, body connections,
sensual awareness, and nervous system regulation are the

(16:10):
foundation of this work, of thismethod, of this reclamation.
So when you live in your body with pleasure as your guide, as
your compass, you start to experience pleasure in ways
you've never imagined before. And not just in the bedroom, but
in your dreams, in your daily life, in every cell of your

(16:32):
being. So if you're curious about
exploring your body's full capacity for pleasure, the
Pleasure Lit Way will guide you. There you will learn all my
tools to connect with your body deeply and cultivate that
sensual pleasure lit energy and live a turned on life.

(16:56):
Your body is magic and when you treat it as such, the
possibilities are endless. Thank you so much for joining me
