Jest to bardzo istotne zagadnienie. Składanie wyjaśnień zaoferowanej ceny to przecież chleb powszedni wykonawców startujących w przetargach. Nic więc dziwnego, że chcieliby wiedzieć, czy jeżeli złożone przez nich wyjaśnienia okażą się niewystarczające, to czy otrzymają szanse na poprawę.
Temat ten nie jest jednak tak prosty, jak mógłby się wydawać.
Mam jednak nadzieję, że wyczerpująco wyjaśnię tę kwestię.
