El dr Frank Cure es médico  cirujano de la Universidad Libre de Colombia, con especialidad en Cirugía General y Laparoscopia en la Universidad de Costa Rica y estuvo al lado del Dr Rafael Capella, autoridad en cirugía bariátrica con quien hizo su entrenamiento en esta rama.
