“Tivemos durante muito tempo no Brasil impeditivos burocráticos para grupos minoritários como indígenas e quilombolas, com regras como domicílio eleitoral. A partir desse ano, também não vai ser mais cobrado deles”, afirmou.
Nailah diz acreditar que quantidade de indígenas e quilombolas votando só aumentou com a mudança de posicionamento do TSE (Tribunal Superior Eleitoral), que diminuiu exigências para participação eleitoral destes grupos. Declarações foram dadas em entrevista ao PoderDataCast.
