Speaker 1 (00:00):
The Great Easter Egg Rescue in the cheerful town of Willowville.
Everyone loved Easter Flowers, bloomed birds, chirped, and colorful decorations
brightened every street. But the most magical part of Easter
was the delivery of the Easter eggs, sparkly, rainbow colored
(00:22):
eggs filled with surprises, delivered by the Easter Bunny himself.
This year, it was Benny Bunny's very first time helping
with Easter egg deliveries. Benny had been practicing for weeks
with his best friend, Chirpy the Chick. They had made
a map, polished the eggs, and even practiced hopping quietly.
(00:46):
On the night before Easter, Benny and Chirpy were loading
the glittering eggs onto Benny's big carrot shaped cart. Everything's ready,
Benny said, his nose twitching with excitement. But just as
they were about to begin the deliveries, a strong gust
of wind blew through Willowville. Whoosh, the eggs flew up
(01:10):
into the air, scattering in all directions. Oh no, Chirp, Chirpy,
the wind took the eggs. Benny's ears drooped. We have
to get them back. Easter can't be easter without the eggs.
Without wasting a second, Benny and Chirpy raced through town,
following a trail of sparkles left by the flying eggs.
(01:32):
Clue number one the library. Their first stop was the
town library. A shiny egg was peeking out from behind
a stack of books. Found one, said Chirpy, flapping his
tiny wings, But when Benny tried to grab it, the
egg rolled away deeper into the bookshelves. Wait, Benny giggled,
(01:55):
chasing it. Finally he caught it under the bunny tails.
That's one down. Let's keep going, Benny said, placing the
egg safely in his basket. Clue number two the tree house.
As they looked up, Chirpy spotted something glowing in the
tall oak tree near the park. There's one in the treehouse,
(02:19):
he chirped. Benny gulped. But I'm not good at climbing,
I am, said Chirpy. He flew up, grabbed the egg
with his little claws, and carefully glided down. You're amazing,
Benny cheered. That's two eggs. Let's hop to the next one.
Clue number three, farmer Tilly's barn. Next, they saw sparkles
(02:43):
coming from the barn. Inside, a group of curious goats
had found an egg and were gently poking at it.
Excuse me, mister goats, Benny said politely, that egg is
for Easter. The goats bleated happily and backed away. Benny
picked up the egg and gave the goats a carrot
each to say, thank you. That's three eggs. Back, said chirpy,
(03:08):
we're doing great. Clue number four the bird's nest. Suddenly
they heard tweeting from a tree branch above. A robin
had taken an egg to her nest, thinking it was
one of her own. Oh dear, said Benny. We can't
take a mamma's egg. But then the robin chirped, this
(03:30):
one doesn't hatch. It's shiny and sweet smelling. She gently
pushed the egg toward Benny. Thank you so much, miss Robin,
Benny said, adding the egg to their basket. Clue number
five the zoo surprise. As they neared the Willowville Zoo,
something colorful bounced past them that looked like an Easter egg.
(03:55):
Yelled Chirpy. They followed it inside and found the last
egg in the kangaroo's pouch. Excuse me, Benny, said, hopping
up politely, that egg belongs to Easter. The kangaroo smiled
and carefully handed it back. Thanks miss Rue, Benny said. Now,
(04:16):
with all the eggs found, Benny and Chirpy hurried back
to the cart. We did it, Benny grinned, but it's
almost mourning. Together they raced through town quietly, placing an
egg on every doorstep. When the first sunbeam peeked over
the hills, every egg had been delivered just in time.
(04:39):
As Benny looked at the happy faces of the children
waking up to find their eggs, he felt warm and proud.
I thought Easter was just about delivering eggs, he said
to Chirpy, But I learned it's about kindness, teamwork, and
sharing joy. Chirpy chirped, and MA be a little adventure.
(05:02):
The townspeople cheered for Benny and Chirpee that morning, and
from that day on, Benny Bunny was known as one
of the best Easter helpers Willowville had ever seen. The end.
