Process of Honoring Spirit Guided by Patrice Gallwey Grant Wisdom

In this episode, I sit with Patrice Gallwey Grant. My mom, a woman that has played many roles for many people. As an intrinsic Artist, it only made sense that her career path was that of an Art Therapist. To use Art to create space for individuals to express their thoughts and feelings is true to our family’s foundation.

We recorded this three years ago during the pandemic when I was first conceptualizing this show. As the foundation of our family, she shares her perspective on what's necessary for creating a safe and loving household, cultivating healthy humans, and the importance of finding ways to feed your Spirit.

I value our conversation together as my mother's perspective of life isn’t the norm but more of a refreshing empowering way of navigating these stars. Though taught with a different philosophy it’s rooted in love and has been a North Star for moving through the ebbs and flows of life.
