This is amazing media production. Hello, most awesome one. I'm a Yanna

(00:24):
thinking, encouragement and goodness. Ihope you are doing and feeling well today.
Let's get into our topic. Okay, So let's get real. Sometimes
you'll find yourself holding onto what's familiarbut no longer serving you because it's just
that it's familiar. Sound like somebodyyou know. You'll find yourself consistently staying

(00:50):
in a space that you know invitesaverage into your world. What does average
feel like? Average feels like you. Not going above average feels like you
knowing that you could have done more, given more, offer more, a
thought of more, extended yourself ina bigger way, but you didn't.

(01:11):
Is average working for you? Ordo you want more? You have to
know when to let go and openup yourself to the challenge. Yes,
I said, challenge of change andgreater possibilities. Now, a key indicator
that I've found is comfort. Whenyou feel too comfortable, you know that

(01:36):
you have not opened yourself up tochallenge, to change, to greater possibilities.
So I question you, do youwant to do the same thing daily
because you like it or because it'scomfortable. Let's go for what you like.
Let's go for what you enjoy andmaybe even what challenges you. I

(02:00):
hope this give you that extra littlepush to think about what you could be
doing, to give yourself more inyour life, to offer yourself more by
challenging yourself. It's okay to stepoutside that box, get outside of that
comfort zone, and do something thatfeels completely abnormal to you. Familiar.

(02:22):
We don't like it, not inall instances. Right, it can be
good sometimes, but for these purposesof growth and change and abundance and experiences,
we need to step away from familiar. So I challenge you to step
away from the familiar and seek abundance, seek the challenges, seek the change

(02:46):
that you're looking for, and seekthose greater possibilities. Thank you so much
for hanging out with me today.I hope that you have an amazing rest
of your day, rest of yourweek, rest of your life. Why
not add that in there too.I appreciate you for always showing up,
and thank you for allowing me tospend time with you. As always be

Ruthie's Table 4

Ruthie's Table 4

For more than 30 years The River Cafe in London, has been the home-from-home of artists, architects, designers, actors, collectors, writers, activists, and politicians. Michael Caine, Glenn Close, JJ Abrams, Steve McQueen, Victoria and David Beckham, and Lily Allen, are just some of the people who love to call The River Cafe home. On River Cafe Table 4, Rogers sits down with her customers—who have become friends—to talk about food memories. Table 4 explores how food impacts every aspect of our lives. “Foods is politics, food is cultural, food is how you express love, food is about your heritage, it defines who you and who you want to be,” says Rogers. Each week, Rogers invites her guest to reminisce about family suppers and first dates, what they cook, how they eat when performing, the restaurants they choose, and what food they seek when they need comfort. And to punctuate each episode of Table 4, guests such as Ralph Fiennes, Emily Blunt, and Alfonso Cuarón, read their favourite recipe from one of the best-selling River Cafe cookbooks. Table 4 itself, is situated near The River Cafe’s open kitchen, close to the bright pink wood-fired oven and next to the glossy yellow pass, where Ruthie oversees the restaurant. You are invited to take a seat at this intimate table and join the conversation.
