inspired thinking. It's your home forhaving those honest moments with yourself and obviously

(00:45):
feel good motivation. We aim toplease. So today we're gonna talk about
your season of expecting to go intoa new place, but think getting that
you can bring some of your oldhabits with you. We already know the

(01:07):
fast answer to that is that youcan't. You can't go into a new
season expecting to bring the old withyou and win. But don't be intimidated
about where you're going or ashamed aboutthe aspirations that you have or where you
want to go. Know that youcan go these places, and you can

(01:29):
evolve into a new version of yourselfand you can win. You don't have
to remain where you have been before. Be brave in your declarations for yourself.
Let go of those old habits,of the old ways of thinking,
of the old rules that you're accustomedto, of the old expectations of you

(01:53):
by you let go of the oldmindsets in anything else that does not fit
the winning ways of your new expectedseason. And let's get real, if
you've been preparing for your winning season, you knew that this time was going
to come when there would be somethings that you would have to let go.

(02:16):
You knew that there would come atime where you'd have to let go,
maybe some tangible things like people,or intangible things like some of the
practices, habits, actions that youmay regularly take. Letting go of what
is familiar in what you know.It can feel like a huge undertaking and

(02:38):
a big challenge for you. Butthe way that I choose to look at
it is as an invitation to dobetter and hopefully you'll be able to do
the same. Invite yourself to dobetter, Invite yourself to win, Invite
yourself to have an expectation of greatnessfrom you. Invite yourself to be open

(03:04):
to the possibility of reinventing yourself onsome level. Be done with the old
you, be done with the oldways that no longer serve you. All
Right, That's all I have foryou today, just some quick thoughts.
I hope that you will take sometime and let them sink in. I
hope that you take the stock ofwhere you are and where you want to

(03:29):
be and the difference between those twoexistences, so maybe you can see a
little bit more clarity in terms ofwhat you may need to let go starting
immediately. All right, thank youso much for spending time with me today,
