This is amazing media production. Hello, most awesome one. I am a

(00:22):
Yanna Angel and welcome to the QuickPlaying Small podcast. That's what you're listening
to. And this is your homefor inspired thinking. It's your home for
an honest moment, it's your homefor feel good motivation, it's your home
for getting real. Today we're gonnareally get real and talk about where your

(00:45):
strength lies. You'll be surprised becauseyour strength lies in places that you may
not have even thought of. Whenwe hear the words strength, we automatically
usually think of physical strength physical capacity, but mental strength is just as important.

(01:07):
So your strength lies in your resilience, in your discipline, and in
your will. These are three powerfulwords that are best adopted as descriptive traits
when you're developing yourself into your best. The three words, again are resilience,

(01:30):
discipline, and will. So I'llbreak down what each term represents when
you decide to quit playing small.Resilience Resilience is returning to form after you've
been pushed, pulled, or bentin different directions that were intended to break

(01:53):
you. Let that's again, we'veall been pushed in different directions, We've
all been pulled one way or anotherthat we didn't necessarily want to go in.
We've all been pushed past where wethought we could go, past our
boundaries, and maybe there was anintention to break us. Maybe there was

(02:17):
no intention to break us. Butthat situation would normally break somebody else.
But your resilience is the thing thatkeeps you. Your resilience is the thing
that increases your strength. Now let'sjump into discipline. Discipline is your ability

(02:37):
to stick to a routine or aregiment that develops or improves a skill or
outcome. I cannot say enough aboutdiscipline throughout the years. I've just realized
the role that it truly plays inmy life and in other's lives. Discipline

(02:58):
is a lot of times difference betweensuccess and failure. Discipline is also the
difference between winning and losing. Disciplineis the difference between mediocrity and greatness.
Discipline really sets you up for successif you can do things even when you

(03:23):
don't want to do them because youknow there for your betterment. That is
you executing out of discipline. I'mgonna leave it there, because there's just
there's discipline. It's just a standoutstar when you have it. Okay,
will. Will is your drive tokeep going, the control that your mind

(03:47):
has over its actions. That's whatyour will is. Now we don't hear
will talked about that much, butit is an important element because it's sort
of like a foundation piece. Willyou or won't you? It's that mind

(04:08):
control piece. It's you being ina situation but saying I am going to
keep going. I am going tokeep doing because I have decided to do
so. So it is a strengthin its own. All of these strengths,
resilience, discipline, and will areequally important. Some talked about more

(04:32):
than others. Though. When you'retrying to grow to the next level in
your life, life will test you. It will require you to tap into
some aspects of your person that youmay not have explored yet. You may
not have explored some of these areaswe just talked about, but this is

(04:54):
my invitation to you to start exploringthem. The traits that we talked about,
Whether you utilize them alone or together, they will help you to become
a better person. Tap into everyasset in your personal arsenal. These that

(05:15):
we've talked about today, as wellas any additional that you know will serve
you because you will need them allto be your best. Thank you so
much for spending time with me today. I hope this gave you a little
motivation, a little something to workwith, maybe something to focus on in
the days and weeks to come thatyou can really work toward getting better with

(05:43):
or being more mindful about, sothat you can make it work for you.
As always, I appreciate you listening, I appreciate you sharing. I
hope you have a great rest ofyour day. Sending you positive love and
light and be well. This podcastis produced by Maiziemedia. Maziemedia as a
