Speaker 2 (01:19):
Hey, everyone, welcome to Radiant Spirits Rising with Heather Lena.
How are you guys today? I don't know about you,
but the wind is blowing like one hundred miles an
hour here in Winslow, Arizona, and I am not wanting
to go outside. So I'm so happy you guys are
joining me for my podcast today. I have a special
guest with me, but I'm gonna wait a minute or
so before I introduce her. I really want to set
(01:41):
our intention for this podcast first, and then we'll dive
into the bio and speak to our guest. So, as
per usual, I want everybody to shut their eyes for me.
Take a deep breath in and out, and I want
(02:01):
you to picture your heart chakra and focus on it,
lighting it up as we go.
Speaker 3 (02:18):
Energy.
Speaker 2 (02:19):
Okay, So as your heart chakra is lit, I'm going
to set the intention of us knowing, feeling, and understanding
and being downloaded with the knowledge of how to truly
love ourselves unconditionally, unconditionally and being able to view ourselves
(02:39):
as gods source creator, Universe does with all the light
and love that they send to us, wanting us to
love ourselves and accept it. Take a deep breath in
and out, and then you're going to take that energy
from your heart chakra and you're going to move it
(03:01):
to your right into your chakras along your spinal area.
So we're gonna move it into the heart chakra first,
lighting it up, and then we're gonna send it upward
into our throat chakra, our third eye, and our crown,
then sending it down to the solar plexus, sacral and root.
(03:33):
And then once you get them all there, take another
deep breath and when you're ready, open your eyes for me.
All right, so let's get started. So with me today
I have don Marie. I am so excited Don Marie
is my healer and my mentor. She's the one that's
(03:53):
been guiding me through my process and she agreed to
come today and I'm so excited. So Don is a
quantum He either a physical, spiritual, and emotional body. She
is a channel of all that is light, bringing the
highest truth of communication with your higher self, soul, sole family, ancestors,
your physical body, angels and animals, Acaciak records, and the
(04:16):
laws of creation. You will feel the power of your
own healing in your presence and I can guarantee you do.
She was actually born in the Midwest, She's not from Arizona,
and after years in the corporate world, decided to own
and operate a day care facility. Working with children inspired
her to continue education in the human journey and how
(04:36):
we evolve and experience life. She continues to be dedicated
to guiding and empowering others to find their own path,
purpose and connection to their soul. Don believes that it
is everyone's birthright to have access to their own divine
power and wisdom to create and navigate for life through life.
(04:57):
Everybody welcome Don Marie. Give her a big round of
a claus I'm so happy to have you here today.
Speaker 3 (05:04):
I'm sorry, so wonderful to be here. So Heather, thank you.
Speaker 2 (05:10):
And So we talked last week and I had given
you some information about what we were going to do
on this podcast, and then just before we started, I
broke the news to you that I had received messages
that we were going to change up a little bit
what we were doing today. So you're going to be
as shocked about this podcast as everybody else.
Speaker 3 (05:30):
Well, we'll see what we channel in today and talk
about with your with the what subject, whatever subject we're
meant to do.
Speaker 2 (05:39):
So the theme of today is self love and relationships.
And so as we go into Valentine's Day, which honestly
is one of my least favorite days of the year.
It really always has been, and I should say it
probably always will be, even though that's work that I
probably need to do around that we need to.
Speaker 3 (06:02):
Work on that, we need to work on that.
Speaker 2 (06:07):
But honestly, I am not the only one that really
just has issues with Valentine's Day, right, And so when
we look at self love and Valentine's Day for me,
Valentine's Day now, to me is just a marketing ploy. Okay,
(06:29):
as I've moved through my healing process. I mean in
college and in college, in junior high, high school, I
never really had a boyfriend significant others, so it was
always a hard day for me. And then moving forward,
you know, two broken relationships later, a lot of dating fiascos,
it hasn't changed much for me. But really, when we
(06:55):
look at self love and how it affects us, my
healing journey really didn't start until I found my twin flame.
I think you would agree with me on that. And
so we're first going to talk a little bit about
twin flames and soulmates what they really are, all right.
(07:19):
You know, people have this perspective that, oh, I'm gonna
find my soulmate and it's going to be a wonderful
relationship and I'm going to be like this princess and
we're gonna live happily ever after. But really a soulmate
is it doesn't just bring you a happy life, right,
They bring out the shadow portion of yourself. Correct?
Speaker 3 (07:40):
Yeah, so I mean your whole life. You're born with
light and dark. You're born with the shadow self as
well as the light within you. Just as you walk
outside and you have a shadow when you're in the sun.
So we always have that spectrum ourselves and I think
(08:01):
that's what's unique to us in this existence, and a
lot of people veer from it, try to ignore it
or think it's horrible, but it's really not. It's just
what brings us into balance. And so as we're growing
and evolving, just like we are physically, we are mentally
(08:22):
and emotionally as well. When we meet a soulmate, a
karma soulmate, a divine partner, a twin flame, whomever, they're
on that same journey as well, So we're going to
bring out the positive and the negative in them as well.
So not any relationship is going to be smooth sailing.
(08:45):
They all have their special dynamics and I think different
levels of growth and of shadow work.
Speaker 2 (08:57):
Now I know with my twin flame, by the way,
we are not together. Let me just throw that out
for the record right now, right and he is not
who I'm supposed to be with right now. So if
people have the belief system that you have to be
with your twin flame, would you say that that is
(09:19):
not necessarily true?
Speaker 3 (09:22):
One hundred percent? One hundred percent. So I think one
thing that's unique to humans is that we like to
label everything, and we like to have a label and
then buy those labels. We can gauge what we want,
what we don't want, what's better, what's worse, And specifically
in relationships, I think it's good to have reference points
(09:44):
as to what the dynamics of different relationships are. But
I think the worst thing you can do is hold
out for a twin flame, a soulmate, a divine partner,
and be open to what your life plan is. Trust
in your soul and trust who is going to come
into your life that will lift you up and accentuate
(10:09):
you and amplify your experiences in this existence and make
you happy, and that you do the same for effortlessly
and freely. And so that's not always a twin flame,
it's not always a divine life partner. It's not always
a soulmate or you know, it speaks for itself, karmic soulmates.
We have those too. So I think it's important to just,
(10:34):
you know, show up every day being your authentic self
and looking forth for information or experiences to even elevate
who you are and expand on your own wisdom and knowledge,
and you will naturally have people like minded flow into
your life, and that's where you're going to find who
(10:57):
you're meant to be connected to in this life life.
So I don't I think the twin flame community can
be very toxic. I do believe in twin flames. There's
some things I believe in in some things I don't,
and that's just from personal experience. I actually am with
my twin flame, but I think a lot of people
(11:21):
in the community of twin flames, they use it to
not be in love, or to be victimized, or to
make an excuse that there's no way they could have
any other relationship other than with their twin flame. So
if you're looking at twin flame information, when you get
on those communities, just kind of be discerning on what
(11:43):
feels like it's truth and what doesn't, because you are
ultimately the one that knows the highest truth within yourself.
Speaker 2 (11:53):
And giving labels. So there are many people who believe
that we only have one soulmate in our lifetime, which
actually isn't true. We have multiple soulmates in our lifetimes.
Isn't that correct?
Speaker 3 (12:06):
Yes, we're all reflections of creation. We're all different reflections
and fragments of God. We're birthed from God, So we
have multiple soulmates. There are many other souls in this
existence that are in alignment with us, that are like us,
no matter how weird or different we feel. So there
are multiple soulmates. And if you're in a relationship and
(12:30):
it's not working out for you and you feel like
you need to move on, it's not the end of
the world. There are other people that will come into
your life that will be even better than the relationship
that you're in if it's not feeling right. So it's
really important to flow with the energy of creation and
(12:52):
just like you would flow in life and trust in God,
to just trust in yourself and God and just do
what feels right for you.
Speaker 2 (13:00):
Yeah, I totally agree with that. So we're going to
be going into a commercial break really quick, but when
we come back, we're going to discuss my issues with
relationships and dive deeper into that when we come back.
See you in Amenic.

Speaker 2 (15:21):
Welcome back to Radiant Spirits Rising with Heather Leina. Today
we have our guest don Marie with us. Don Marie
is my mentor and healer, and I'm so excited to
have her here today. Before the break we were we
had started our conversation about twin flames and soulmates, and
so I want to continue on a little bit more
(15:41):
and I want to talk about my journey with my
twin flame and my soul, my soul moving forward to
finding a good relationship. So being twice divorced probably karmic ones.
Let's just throw that out for the record. We cleared
(16:03):
all of that through energy healing. But once I hit
my twin flame, I started getting all of these triggers right.
And Don Marie and I worked endlessly on these triggers
that I had, and one of the root beliefs that
we worked on was that my self worth, my self love,
and my self esteem were based on if I had
(16:24):
a partner in my life, whether I actually had someone
next to me. And this is how I based my
self worth on was if I was single ninety nine
percent of the time, then I wasn't worthwhile. And when
I was with my twin flame, he was triggering me
with all of these actions, and I was like, and
(16:45):
it made us dig into what the real belief systems
were and what it really was happening.
Speaker 4 (16:53):
Right.
Speaker 2 (16:53):
Do you see that a lot in your healing, don Marie,
because I know when I work with clients, I see
that a lot too.
Speaker 3 (17:00):
Yes. So when I work with clients, first of all,
they'll ask me if it's their twin flame, and most
of the time I get I'm not supposed to tell
them it's their journey. They're supposed to discover it themselves.
So I usually don't do you know, is this my
twin flame? What do you think? Blah blah blah, because
they really need to feel it from within their own truth.
(17:23):
They don't need to look outside them themselves to find it.
Second of all, a twin flame is it's a twin spark.
It's a mirror image in many ways of the soul
design in that time and moment. So usually when you
awaken to your twin that's when your most similar to
(17:48):
each other. And from that discovery, sometimes that brings in
the triggers of things that you don't like about yourself
or inner wounds. They get triggered by the actions of
your So for instance, if there's cheating history there and
you have a habit of cheating, then it's going to
(18:13):
be reflected in your twin flame. If you have never cheated,
but it is something that is in your DNA, or
it's something that runs deep in your family, or you've
been cheated on before and you haven't healed from it,
then your twin flame is going to make some kind
of action to bring that up to trigger you. So
sometimes you know, when we say mirror image, people think
(18:36):
that your twin flame has to exactly act like you,
but it's it's more than that. There's more of a
dynamic in that. So when people meet their twin flames,
first of all, it's like an explosion of feeling this
unconditional love that is non existent in this world or
that they haven't felt before. That's really unexplainable. But after
(19:01):
the napalm bomb kind of settles down, that's when there's
a lot of triggering. After the newness and the self discovery,
that's when triggering starts. And a lot of times when
you discover your twin flame, you're not in entirely the
best situation. So a lot of times there's a huge aid.
(19:25):
There can be a huge age difference, and that's again
it's depending on what your sole growth is. There can
be that you're both married, or one of you are married.
It could be that you live in different countries. A
lot of times there's blocks and you're really not even
looking for your twin flame when they show up. And
I'm sure that's probably something you discovered yourself, did you
(19:48):
Were you looking for your twin flame?
Speaker 2 (19:50):
Heather, No, No, because I didn't even know what a
twin flame was. So with mine not to give a
whole lot of information. But I I'd known him for
a long, long, long, long, long, long, long long time.
And while intuitively I felt there was something, I didn't
know what it was. Does that make sense?
Speaker 3 (20:12):
So you've got to read that's how it happened until.
Speaker 2 (20:16):
Actually, until I started my healing journey, I didn't even
realize what that what that even couldn't tell because I
had all of this information just thrown at me when
I started my healing journey, right when my when Joan
just came to me and said, surprise, yeah, you can
hear me, and we're gonna go through this. We're gonna
(20:37):
start this process because you're ignoring everybody else, so let
me help you along with this, right, which is basically
what happened, because I'd been ignoring my grandmother. I'd been
ignoring my mother, and so Joan was like, nope, now
it's my turn.
Speaker 3 (20:54):
Let me help you move forward.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
Right. But but it was interesting that looking back at
it now, I always felt like there was something there
but had no idea what it was. And now I'm like, oh, well,
you know that entirely makes sense. But again, we are
(21:15):
not in a place where we would be good to
be together at this point. And I get that, and
I think some of the message for people out there
listening is it's okay to say we aren't supposed to
be together right now. There is somebody else out there
(21:36):
for me, because we are not good together right now.
Speaker 3 (21:42):
Absolutely. And you know, there are several different types of soulmates,
because you know, we're all different souls, we're all different
reflections of light, and so there's plenty of soulmates out there.
There's plenty of Some people think there's only one divine
life partner. I'm not going to say there's a ton
(22:03):
of them out there for you, but there can be.
It's possible to be more than one. And then I've
had people ask me does it have to be the
same sex and all that other kind of stuff, and no,
it doesn't have to be there. There's no there's similarities
in the relationships, but there's no like checklist. You have
(22:23):
to know what it is from within. You have to
feel it from within.
Speaker 2 (22:29):
Right, you know, And so I tell people all the time,
you know, write out what it is you want, What
is it that you want, whether you're manifesting a relationship,
whether you're manifesting a truck like I did. Whether you're manifesting,
you know your new best friend, no matter what it is,
you have to know what it is that you want,
(22:50):
what it is that you are looking for, and then
moving forward and not being afraid to say, yeah that
one doesn't meet it, Yeah, that one doesn't meet it either,
which go right? Because no, talking from my experience, that
is what I would do. And I don't know if
you remember the session that we did when we were
(23:11):
when I was dealing with being like divorced twice and
all these crazy relationships and what a failure I thought
I was. And you gave me a scenario about Disneyland.
Do you remember that?
Speaker 3 (23:23):
My chance? No? Okay, so I was in channels.
Speaker 2 (23:30):
So basically what don Ree tells me is she's like Heather,
she said, what you're doing is you're going into Disneyland
in these relationships. And you're like, okay, you want to
pick like the ride and you said Space Mountain. I'm like, okay,
we'll take Matti Horn because I don't like Space Mountain,
so we'll take Mata Horn. And you were like, so
what you do is you want to ride the Matter
Horn and Matti Horn would be your pick of the
(23:51):
person for you and your life, and you said, but
then as you get into Disneyland, you're like, oh, look
there's the Cherry Ride. So you veer off and go.
Speaker 3 (24:00):
On the Cherry ride.
Speaker 1 (24:01):
Right.
Speaker 2 (24:02):
So you've got this one or two year relationship and
then you're you get off of that and you think, well,
that was pretty stupid. So then you start moving forward again,
and then you're like, oh, look it's you know, Pirates
of the Caribbean. So you go over and you take
that ride. Right.
Speaker 3 (24:15):
That's a really good example exactly. And you know, the
more impatient you are, the more rides you go on
and not on the Mati Horn.
Speaker 2 (24:27):
Yes, and it stops you. It stops your time from
progressing forward to get to the Matal Horn, right. And
so I lived with that. So it's like I've been like, Yep, nope,
I'm not taking that right. Yep, nope, I'm not taking
that right either.
Speaker 3 (24:40):
I'm just.
Speaker 2 (24:45):
Because patience has never been a strong click as never,
patience is not one of my strong suits. But I
am having to learn it based off of this, right.
But how many times have you seen because I've seen
it too, where people are like, I'm just so devastated
that this relationship did not work out. I'm divorced. The
(25:06):
collective conscious says that divorce is bad. You know, you're
supposed to be married and stay married forever, And I
tell people that's not true. That's just a belief. But
do you see that in your clients as well?
Speaker 3 (25:19):
Yeah? Absolutely. I mean, divorce isn't as much of a
social faux pas as it used to be, but still
people look at it as a failure. And if you're
not coming out of it balanced and you're like it's
all his fault or it's all her fault, or it's
(25:39):
all my fault, then you're coming out of it with
a lot of work to do and a lot of
baggage with you that you're going to bring into the
next relationship. So it's really important to see both the
light in the dark in the person that you're divorcing
as well as the light and dark in your and
(26:01):
figure out what went right, because there were some things
that went right, that's why you were married as long
as you were and you made that commitment, as well
as what went wrong, and just kind of figure out,
this is what I want and this is what I
don't want, and you know, we're told to use the
monkey mind to do that and write all this down
and stuff, and that's really important, but I think there's
(26:24):
also a natural healing and a natural draw to up.
I don't want to do that again. I don't want
a partner that you know likes this or does that,
and you just by by knowing that, naturally repel yourself
from going back into those situations. So I think there's
(26:46):
a balance too of just recognizing what a powerful being
you are and that you can naturally heal yourself. And
then you do need to sit down and you do
need to go what right and wrong and think about
it in your conscious mind and write it down and
then work on not allowing all of those things that
(27:08):
went wrong to trigger you, like really just letting go
of those and letting go of taking them personally and
just moving forward. And that's how you kind of clean
your palate for the next person in your life, you know,
That's how you kind of it's like the sorbet in between,
you know, the appetizer and the meal and so on
(27:31):
and so forth. You really need to do that and
bring yourself into balance so that you can bring a
positive person that really matches your vibration in.
Speaker 2 (27:41):
Okay, So when we come back from the break, we're
going to start our discussion about how we change our
vibration in order to bring the positive person in be
right back.

Welcome back to Radiance Spirits Rising with Fatherlina. Today. Hey,
we are speaking with Don Marie, my mentor and healer,
and we are discussing self love and relationships. So if
you're just tuning. In the first half of the show,
we talked about twin flames soulmates and a little bit
about you know, looking at yourself and looking for a
partner whoever that is in a different light. So on break,
(30:20):
we were talking. Don Marie and I were talking and
I made some kind of a comment and she says, well,
there's a lot of people that suffer from phoba fob
A and I was like, phoba. She goes, yeah, fear
of being alone. And you know what, that just literally
struck a chord with me because that is me. Uncle
Contley Eats was right. So when I first started my
(30:43):
healing journey, I hated to be alone. And you guys
know I don't normally use that word a whole lot,
but it was a struggle for me. It was a
struggle for me to be a third wheel. It was
a struggle for me to go eat at a restaurant
by myself, or to go watch a movie by my myself. Literally,
it was a fear of being alone. And I've worked
(31:05):
with clients that have that same phobia of phoba and
it's hard because what I find most of the time,
especially with me, it was past life issues. Donrie, do
you find that past life issues can cause that to occur?
Speaker 3 (31:22):
Sure, we bring in things from our past life. So
we are in a past life and then we move
on into the light and transition, and we make contracts
to bring certain things in from that past life into
this life. So, for instance, if you were a witch
(31:44):
and you were killed at the stake, then when you
would come into this life, you would say, I'm making
an oath bound commitment never to use my intuition or
my healing skills because I was burned at the steak
for that. I don't want to go through that again.
So you make that commitment, and then you come in
to this life and you're born, say in the eighties
(32:06):
or the nineties, and you know, it's it's cool, like
everybody's into intuition. They don't throw you in a looney
bin anymore because you're talking to spirits or people not
of this world and they're actually wanting this type of work.
And so now you're you're at odds with yourself because
(32:28):
you made this oath found and commitment and you've shut
yourself off from your intuition and your healing abilities. And
now it can show up in different ways. It can
show up as a kind of fight, having a fight
within yourself, like an inner turmoil and so on and
so forth, depending on your genetics and the situations that
(32:48):
you put yourself in in this life and your agreements.
So past life can definitely affect you. If if you
lost your family in a past life, then you know,
you would be afraid, possibly be afraid to be alone
in this life and go above and beyond to ensure
that you're not alone whatever it takes, which can be
(33:10):
distructive as well.
Speaker 2 (33:12):
Right, So even in past life, if you had a
really positive relationship, like you know, true love, this you
And I'll use me as an example because in one
of our healing sessions, we got into how I had
had in one life the absolute best, truest love relationship
ever ever, right, And so my perspective always was, well,
(33:36):
I need that again, and nothing was meeting my expectations
for that, and because of that, I would go, you know,
I had all these bad relationships which ultimately affected my
self love and my self worth. And so do you
find that people have that same struggle that past life
issues affect their self love and their self worth and
(33:57):
how they view themselves.
Speaker 3 (33:59):
Yeah, they can as well, as if you're not aware
of past lives and you go to a psychic or
a past life person, and they tell you things about
past lives. Sometimes that can be as destructive as well.
So when I do past life regression, I take them
into a meditation, they go into their past life and
(34:20):
they tell me what's going on, and that brings up
whatever the best and highest is for whatever they need
in that moment. When I do a session with them
that's not past life regression, I will get messages about
their past life. But sometimes I don't share that with
them because sometimes it's just for my information for the healing.
They don't need to hear it. And I'll give you
an example. I had a client who went to go
(34:43):
see a psychic and told her that in a past
life she was deformed and so she was in a
cage at a circus for display, and so it gave
no value or merit to her. What it did is
it lowered her self esteem about herself, and it caused
a lot of conflict within her because now you've connected
(35:07):
her to identify with that person in that past life.
So but then there's also the aspect that you're talking
about people that don't do past life regressions don't know
haven't ever had a reading. They're unaware blissfully of their
past lives, but that trauma definitely can come into this
life for sure, which and that'll affect the relationships.
Speaker 2 (35:32):
Which is something that we both work on with clients,
which is, you know, working on these what's happening now,
which normally ends up being Okay, well, I see something
in a past life that is that is triggering you, right,
And many times what I do is I'll have them
shut their eyes and I'll give them a scenario. So
(35:52):
how does this resonate to you? If I say this
to you?
Speaker 1 (35:56):
Right?
Speaker 2 (35:56):
So you know, if I say to you you have
a hard time loving because you've been hurt before, that's
very generic. But and if they shut their eyes and
they say yes, then then we know where to start
with the energetic healing process, right in order to help
them start what I call digging up that root of
that tree that we're trying to chop down. Right, you know,
(36:19):
we have these trees that we're trying to get all
of this off and chop it down so that it
no longer hurts us or follows us in any way.
But really, our self worth is also based on not
only stuff that's happened in the past, but things that
are currently happening. And I talked in one podcast about
how our body is kind of like a computer, how
(36:41):
our DNA kind of like absorbs things that happen around
us and that can cause trauma and that and all
of that can can affect your self love as well. Correct.
Speaker 3 (36:52):
Yes, absolutely absolutely, we're such multi dimensional beings and anything
that comes out us, if we choose to absorb it
or identify with it, then it becomes a part of us.
So I got this download when I was remote viewing
(37:15):
one day, and it was that you matter, nothing else matters,
and that means everything matters. And so if you look
at it from a scientific perspective, we're made of matter,
and so that's us in our truest form. But if
we take on a belief, if we take on somebody
else's feelings and emotions, then their matter becomes our matter,
(37:40):
and then we can't discern between our matter and their matter.
We're all mixed up. But if we just simply show
up in our matter with the viewpoint that nothing else matters,
then we can see what's going on around us and
have discernment and objectivity and do But divinely is right
(38:02):
without taking their matter on as ours. And so when
we're in our truest matter, that's when everything matters and
you can address things as your authentic self because you're
not mixing your matter with somebody else's matter. And so
when we do that, we not only delude ourselves. It's
(38:23):
like putting water in soda, but then the other people
and nobody else can identify who we are because we're
mixed with that matter. So showing up in relationships and
taking on other matters, other atoms, other feelings, thoughts, emotions
from other experiences or things you've taken personally will affect
(38:45):
your relationship. They will show up in your relationship because honestly,
they're affecting you in your relationship with yourself, how you
treat yourself, and how you show up in your daily life.
So and part of what we do, the beauty of that,
is we return you back to your matter and release
all the matter that you've taken on that you think
(39:08):
is yours, but really isn't. It's just stuff you picked
up along the way from other people in situations.
Speaker 2 (39:14):
And that is so true, especially when it comes to
like impaths, right, which I am. I believe you are too.
We have such we have such a way of being
able to feel people's emotions and feel like we have
to take them onto ourselves that many times we literally
are just download just bombarded with other people's stuff, right,
(39:36):
and so like the last year twenty twenty four energetically
for me was just a crazy year, partially because of
things that I decided to do as a growth opportunity
for myself, but also because the energy was just absolutely
insane insane last year, I mean just just insane, right,
(40:00):
And so can the energy around us also affect self?
Speaker 3 (40:05):
Love? What is your opinion? I think everything affects everything.
I mean, creation is everywhere. It's within us, it's outside
of us, it's around us. So you know, the short
answer would be yes. Depending on how balanced you are,
is dependent on how things affect you. You know, depending
(40:27):
on your genetics as well, where you are in your
journey of consciousness. All of that impacts it as well.
And sometimes you know, if the energies are crazy, you
can be like, is this me or is this the energies?
If it's the energy is okay. I know the energies
are wild today, so I'm not going to be wild.
Maybe I'll just kind of be a little bit more
(40:51):
reserve today, or just be more of an observer than
a person that interacts with that crazy energy. So I
think self awareness is also a big key to self love.
Speaker 2 (41:06):
I don't disagree, I don't disagree at all. And awareness,
so awareness of yourself. So that leads into the next
little bit we're going to talk about, which is loving
yourself for who you are and being able to tell
people who you are without fear. And actually I'm going
(41:29):
to segue into this with you, and then next week
I'm going to be continuing this conversation with my guest
next week who is a medium as well. And so
you know, for me, I was always feeling like I
had to pretend to be somebody else in order to
try to fit in, and that just didn't ever work
(41:53):
for me. It just attacked my self love, attacked my
self worth. And we have done a lot of belief
work and energy work on me around accepting myself for
who I am, accepting the fact that I am a psychic,
I am a medium, I am empathic. You know, I
have these abilities and it's okay to have them, and
(42:16):
I do work with clients a lot that have some
type of psychic ability that are struggling with with that
type of thing. And so we're going to take a
quick break and when we come back, I'm going to
finish that thought and then we'll finalize the podcast for
a day. Be right back.

Speaker 2 (44:42):
Welcome back to Radiant Spirits Rising with Heatherlina. This week
we have Don Marie with us and we are talking
all things about self love and relationships. Before the break,
I was speaking about how bringing self love to myself
after being able to tell people about who I really
was as far as psychic medium, has really helped build
(45:04):
up my self worth and self esteem as well as
building up my self love. Although I will say that
you know, self love for me is a work in
progress as it is for a lot of other people,
I'm sure and so, but I know energy healing has
done wonders for me. So can you in your own words?
Don tell us a little bit about how you do
(45:27):
self love healing with your clients.
Speaker 3 (45:32):
So I think the first thing is, no matter how
much you hate yourself, you love yourself. So it's scientifically
proven from birth that if you experience no love, you
will die as a baby like you will not be
able to thrive, and a lot of babies that have
that unable to thrive syndrome. It's a lack of love. So,
(45:58):
no matter who you are and how you feel about
yourself in this moment, you still love yourself to some level.
Second of all, once you kind of tell them that
there is love there, and there is I think value
is really important to work on value that they're good enough,
(46:19):
that they are enough, which is two different things, and
then also working with them as to what constitutes loving yourself.
So we all have different high water marks or benchmarks
of what constitutes loving yourself. We all have our own definition,
(46:42):
and so what is that definition to you? What are
those goals if you loved yourself? What would that look like?
How would you treat yourself? What would your house look like?
What would you get rid of? What would you keep?
What kind of car would you drive? What type of
friends would you have? You know, when we do these
visualizationations and meditations to bring in what they want, which
(47:05):
is a type of manifesting, and then asking them what
would be the worst thing about having all of that?
You know, some people don't want to love themselves because
it's scary. They might feel like they'd be ostracized, or
they'd be egoic, or that they would be unrelatable to
(47:26):
other people. So I think really finding out what's wrong
with self love or what beliefs do you have around that,
and then just starting with the little things, because the
little things are the easiest. You know, if you do
something for yourself, give yourself gratitude. Another thing I like
to do. I do this exercise with some of my
(47:48):
clients is I have them find a picture of themselves
when they were a baby or a very young child,
and then I have them yeah, and I have them
put it on the mirror, and then every day I
want them to say to that picture, I love you.
And it's really hard. I've had clients cry over it.
(48:09):
But once they get past that, then we take the
picture off of the mirror and you look in the
mirror and say I love you. And at first it
might be hard to say. You might say it angrily,
you might say it and laugh your ass off, go yeah, right,
I love myself. But eventually you break those barriers because
(48:31):
it's a vibrational move to get you to a more
authentic space. Because loving yourself brings highest truth to you.
That's when you can really truly feel like yourself and
be yourself and then see the truth around you. Who's
good for you, who's not good for you, what you
want and what you don't want?
Speaker 2 (48:51):
Right, you know, and I tell clients all the time,
you know, every morning, get up, get ready, look at
yourself in the mirror and go, I love you, have
a good day. Right, And and there are days where
I look at myself in the mirror and go, I
love you, have a good day.
Speaker 3 (49:10):
I love myself.
Speaker 2 (49:12):
Yis I'm looking a little hard today, are a little
harsh today, right, Clare canceled? Delete that because you know
I haven't gotten enough sleep or I'm grumpy, whatever the
case may be. But you know, just allowing yourself to
know that you are beautiful the way you are, right,
And that's what we do is intuitive natural healers, is
we help you release post beliefs that are stopping you
(49:34):
from feeling like you're beautiful, feeling like you are important thing,
feeling like you know you are worthy here correct. Absolutely,
And so I find it interesting that we're having this
conversation today because number One, I don't when I figure
out what I'm going to be talking about, I don't
(49:56):
go through all the other podcasts that are happening. I
just figure it out and then but things always pop
up on my Facebook feed. So like there is another
podcast person that's doing another thing about self love today
and last week whatever I was talking about last week's day,
we're talking about.
Speaker 3 (50:11):
The same thing.
Speaker 2 (50:12):
So I'm like, obviously this is a resonating message that
is supposed to be happening. But my message for anybody
that really doesn't like Valentine's Day because they don't have
a significant other or it's not a good day, just
strictly you know what make the day about you? Go
enjoy something, Go watch a movie, Go buy yourself flowers.
(50:33):
Myer Lee Cyrus really did have something with her song
Flowers right where she could buy her self flowers instead
of the guy that had broken her heart. Whatever makes
you happy on that day, bring yourself some self love
and go do it. So that is what my recommendation
would be. So we're going to move into my affirmation
of the week, Caleb, if you'd put up the podcast,
(50:55):
I mean the PowerPoint please. So the card that I
actually pulled for the week is I am a vessel
of self love, nurturing my soul and embracing my authentic self.
And that just really hits with our theme this week, right,
which is nurturing your soul and embracing your authentic self.
(51:15):
Next slide. So the service that I'm going to talk
about quickly for the week is my relationship release where
this is a session that focuses on releasing energetic chords
that are attached to you. It can be based off
of a relationship, based off of a job, based off
of a death, whatever, right, but cut those chords. I
(51:36):
am a huge firm believer in cutting chords, and I
believe Don Marie would tell you the same thing. Cutting
chords is one of the best ways to start your
self love process getting rid of that old energy. Next slide, So,
my coupon for the week is two dollars off one
of my radiant spirits, Zendex, and that's a really good price.
(51:57):
They're normally twenty five, so they would be twenty three

one under the promo at checkout. You know what, guys,
I show these cards every week. They're a great way
to start your day or end your night, or just

(52:19):
the Transformational Community, the Elite group to assist your transformational
healing journey. Thirty dollars a month and there's only one
hundred members allowed in the group. You get a lot
of great benefits from this group, including which I forgot
to had which I forgot to put on here, two
