Speaker 11 (05:47):
Today's scripture reading is Psalm one thirty nine. Oh Lord,
you have searched me and known me. You know when
I sit down and when I rise up. You understand
my thought from afar. You scrutinize my path and my
lying down, and are intimately acquainted with all my ways,
(06:07):
even before there is a word on my tongue. Behold,
o Lord, you know it all. You have enclosed me
behind and before, and laid your hand upon me. Such
knowledge is too wonderful for me. It is too high.
I cannot attain to it. Where can I go from
your spirit? Or where can I flee from your presence?
(06:29):
If I ascend to heaven, you are there. If I
make my bed and sheel, behold, you are there. If
I take the wings of the dawn, if I dwelt
in the remotest part of the sea, even there, your
hand will lead me, and your right hand will lay
hold of me. If I say surely, the darkness will
(06:50):
overwhelm me, and the light around me will be night.
Even the darkness is not dark to you, and the
night is as bright as the day. Darkness and light
are alike to you, for you formed my inward parts.
You wove me in my mother's womb. I will give
thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made.
(07:12):
Wonderful are your works, and my soul knows it very well.
My frame was not hidden from you when I was
made in secret and skillfully wrought in the depths of
the earth. Your eyes have seen my unformed substance, And
in your book were all written the days that were
ordained for me, when as yet there was not one
(07:33):
of them. How precious also are your thoughts to me,
O God, How vast is the sum of them? If
I should count them, they would outnumber the sand. When
I awake, I am still with you, Oh, that you
would slay the wicked, O God, Depart from me therefore,
men of bloodshed, for they speak against you wickedly, and
(07:55):
your enemies take your name in vain. Do I not
hate those who hate you, Lord? And do I not
loathe those who rise up against you? I hate them
with the utmost hatred. They have become my enemies. Search me,
O God, and know my heart. Try me and know
my anxious thoughts, and see if there be any hurtful
(08:18):
way in me, and lead me in the everlasting way.
Speaker 12 (08:23):
God, the creator of the universe, has chosen to love us,
and his purpose in offering to save us isn't simply
to keep us from eternity in hell. His love goes
beyond that. He wants an intimate relationship with each person
who receives his gift of forgiveness, becoming one of his children.
Building this intimacy in those of us who are believers
(08:44):
requires commitment. God showed his commitment by rescuing us from
sin through his son Jesus, sending the Holy Spirit to
live within us, and promising us eternal life. A reasonable
response is our pledge to obedience in both inner attitude
and outward action, not to earn our salvation, but out
of gratitude clear communication to develop a close bond. Two
(09:10):
people will express deep thoughts and feelings, and they'll also
listen carefully to one another's words. We need to actively
listen to God as he speaks to us through scripture
about himself and his plans, and we can be confident
that He listens to us as we pray in faith openness.
God speaks honestly about our nature, the condition of the world,
(09:33):
and the only solution Jesus Christ. He willingly tells us
the difficult truths about ourselves, but also encourages and affirms
us in our efforts to follow him. Our part consists
of being honest with Him about our thoughts, actions and emotions.
Salvation is only the first step of the believer's life
in Christ. Have you accepted the invitation to intimacy with God.
Speaker 13 (10:07):

Speaker 4 (40:02):
My sls.
Speaker 22 (40:08):
Let's give a problem to Jesus right now. Take that
problem and just mentally place it in your hands. Maybe
you can reduce it down to a phrase or two.
If it matters to you, it matters to God. You're
(40:29):
his child. So here we go.
Speaker 9 (40:37):
Father, you are good.
Speaker 4 (40:43):
We need help.
Speaker 22 (40:48):
Now let's lift these up. Okay, let them go, lower
your hands. You don't face that problem by yourself anymore.
You're not alone with that problem. It's not just up
(41:12):
to you. That burden is not on your shoulders. You
have given that burden to the burden bearer, Jesus Christ.
Something supernatural just happened.
Speaker 29 (41:31):
It did?
Speaker 22 (41:35):
You brought the burden to him, and you left it
with him. Every time you have a problem this week,
would you do what you just did every time, whether
great or small, would you take that problem and would
you give it to Christ?
Speaker 24 (41:54):
Would you.
Speaker 22 (41:59):
Just say, Father, your good.
Speaker 9 (42:04):
I need help.
Speaker 22 (42:07):
He is a good God. If he doesn't respond as
quickly and dramatically as you want, that's okay. It's up
to him.
Speaker 1 (42:19):
Now.
Speaker 22 (42:19):
Whatever he says, that's what we want. Amen, So you
just leave that problem with him.
Speaker 4 (42:30):
I believe that.
Speaker 22 (42:30):
God is good. Isn't it great to be a Christian?
And what a great thing to think that we get
to talk to God about everything, in anything. And what
I've discovered is that there's really power in the simple prayer,
(42:58):
the heart felt prayer. And because you're my father and
because you're good, I can just say I need help.
You're never without hope because you always have his help.
(43:22):
I need help. And before I say amen, Lord, I
just want to say thank you.
Speaker 30 (43:30):
Thank you, thank you, thank you that my blessings truly
do outweigh my burdens.
Speaker 22 (43:42):
Thank you Lord, in Jesus's name, I say amen. He
has heard your prayer. He loves you, and you're not
in the battle alone. You're not carrying your burdens alone.
(44:04):
He cares deeply about you. You can cast all your
cares upon him. Because he cares about you. He will
do what is right, and he will do so in

Speaker 10 (47:04):
You call, You're not moulla otto hi you caye.
Speaker 1 (47:49):
Do you realize that there are two systems in the world.
There are two kingdoms. There's the Kingdom of darkness, and
there's the Kingdom of Light. Those of us who are
a part of the Kingdom of Light, those of us
who are a part of God's Kingdom, You are divinely protected.
God will protect you even in the midst of danger.
(48:11):
God will protect you even in the midst of chaos,
when things are falling apart all around you, when systems
are being shaken. If you live in the Kingdom of God,
if you walk by faith, you are divinely protected.
Speaker 31 (48:28):
So know this.
Speaker 1 (48:31):
Lough a thousand may fall at your side, in ten
thousand at your other side. It won't come near to you.
For greater is he that is in me than he
that is in the world. No weapon formed against me
shall prosper. Why because of the Blood of Jesus.
Speaker 32 (48:50):
One hundred and twenty first Psalm. The Lord is your keeper.
The Lord is your shade on your right hand. The
sun will not smite you by day, nor the moon
by night. The Lord will protect you from all evil.
He will keep your soul. The Lord will guard your
going out and your coming in from this time forth
and forever. The Lord is your keeper. The Lord is
(49:14):
your shade on your right hand.
Speaker 4 (49:16):
Now, what does he mean of that?
Speaker 32 (49:17):
Simply this, he's our protector, God's righteous right hand. That's
the hand of the sword, that's the hand of protection.
And so when he says that he's our shade on
our right side, he's simply saying this, God Jehovah, God
infinite in listen, infinite in wisdom, absolute in power, on
waiving his faithfulness, is standing by our side. When he
(49:40):
says he is your keeper, he's your shade on your
right hand.
Speaker 4 (49:43):
What is he saying that?
Speaker 32 (49:44):
God the Father listen, God the Father and the person
of the Holy Spirit is always by our side, living
on the inside of us. Yes, always by us side
as our protector, doing what always equipping us and making
us ready for any Satanic attack that comes out. Now,
Satan's attack comes in all forms, It comes in all directions.
(50:05):
Sometimes it comes from a friend, from an enemy, from
a family member, whatever it may be. But Satan is
always there to attack, even before we leave home. During
the day, wherever we are, Satan is always treacherously seeking
to devour the child of God, seeking to do anything
in his power he can to trip us up, to
(50:27):
cause us to hurt in some fashion, in some way,
and yet he says God is indeed our protector.
Speaker 18 (50:35):
But many Christians are living their life right now in
a state of fear. And Jesus is the Great Shepherd.
And one of the roles of a shepherd, especially the
Great Shepherd, is to calm the sheep. And I just
hear the voice of the Great Shepherd speaking through me
today to his flock for you to just relax. He's
(50:56):
in the driver's seat and he has got you protected.
You need to understand that you're under the protection of
Almighty God. And those that know their God, and those
that are righteous, and those that know that God hears
when they pray, realize this that around your life are
angels guarding and protecting you. There's a hedge of fire
(51:19):
around those that fear God. And we are not to
be afraid of the terror by day or the arrow
by night. We're not to be afraid. Though a thousand
fall at our side and ten thousand out our left,
it will not come near us. No plague will come
near our dwelling Psalm chapter ninety one. You need to
understand that God is going to protect you, and He
is protecting you and He has protected you. And I
(51:40):
feel God speaking through me to you right now, saying,
don't be afraid.
Speaker 32 (51:46):
I have you.
Speaker 18 (51:48):
And so when you pray, it's powerful. We need to
start crying out to God for protection over our life
and my family. Guys, this is not something I would
preach and not practice. I pray for God's protection over
my wife. I pray for it over my kids. I say,
God guard all that is mine. God is able to
protect you. And when the world around you is going crazy,
(52:08):
you are under the shadow of his ways.
Speaker 9 (52:10):
God promises to protect his people. God promises to protect
his people, and specifically, he says, I will guard you
along the way. I was interested in that phrase because
a lot of times God is guarding you from things
in your life that you don't even know you need
to be guarded from. God will guard you along the way,
(52:32):
but you will only see it looking back. That's how
life works. I can look back on several phases of
my life where God was protecting me with what I
thought was a problem. Later you will see that if
I had gotten what I wanted when I wanted it,
it wouldn't have been a blessing because I wasn't ready.
Sometimes we don't see all the things that he's kept
(52:55):
us from and brought us to.
Speaker 2 (52:58):
I can't even imagine how many things God protects us
from that we don't even know. Come on, I mean,
how many things does God save us from that we
don't even know he saved us from.
Speaker 29 (53:12):
Another way God uses detours is to protect us from danger.
The road you're on, it seems like the best one,
and then you get put on a detour and it
feels like it's taking you out of the way. But
what you don't know is that maybe there's an accident ahead.
What you don't know is maybe the road is flooded
out in front of you, and so you're on a detour.
Speaker 4 (53:33):
It feels like you're.
Speaker 29 (53:34):
Taking a long way around, but in reality, you're being protected.
And what I would just say, so we talk about
God's sovereign will, is that I believe that this happens
for us to a degree much greater than we will
ever realize. You know, on this side of eternity that
there are ways God is protecting us that we don't
get to see or recognize. And so you feel like
(53:55):
you're on this detour where your your singleness just feels
like this intolerant burden, like that wasn't the path, It
wasn't the plan. You were supposed to by this time,
at this point in your life, you thought you would
be this far along and you're on this detour, but
you don't know what God's protected you from. You don't
know what God's protected you from. Or it feels like
(54:16):
you've just been praying for a long time that you'd
find a right house and this just doesn't seem to happen,
and everything seems to always fall through, and you've been
working at it and working at it, and it's frustrating,
Like you understand in the scheme of things, okay, but
it's frustrating and you're tired and worn out. But you
don't you don't know what God's protecting you from. You
(54:37):
can't you can't see that. Some of us who've been
around for a while, we recognize the reality of these
detours because we can see in hindsight that God protected
us from things that we prayed for. We asked for
certain things God said no. At the time, we were
frustrated because it felt like a detour. What we understand
now is that He was protecting us from things that
we just didn't realize in the moment.
Speaker 22 (54:59):
That wouldn't God closes the door. It's not because he
doesn't love us, just the opposite. Sometimes, because He does
love us, he closes the door.
Speaker 23 (55:10):
Sometimes God shuts a door for my protection. And you
think it's a bad thing that you lost your job
or something went sideways. It doesn't feel good, but it's
for your protection. You might have gotten fired, but you
don't know why you got fired, and it doesn't even
(55:32):
makes sense. But God had a bigger plan. Sometimes God
removes a harmful person from your life for your protection.
But God knows how to shut doors to protect you,
and God knows how to open doors to bless you.
Speaker 4 (56:09):
I will give faiths to the.
Speaker 15 (56:14):
Oh Lord, among the peoples. I will say praises to
the among the nation, for thy staff fust love is great,

Speaker 29 (59:11):

Speaker 5 (59:33):
Just believe.
Speaker 11 (59:36):
Look Chapter eight, verse fifty.
Speaker 13 (59:38):
Hearing this, Jesus said to Jyrus, don't be afraid, just believe,
and she will be healed.
Speaker 11 (59:48):
Today, let's talk about faith.
Speaker 5 (59:52):
Sometimes life throws challenges our way that seem impossible to overcome, but.
Speaker 11 (01:00:00):
Jesus reminds us that all we need is faith.
Speaker 5 (01:00:05):
Just like Jirus, we may feel fear, doubt, and uncertainty,
but Jesus calls us to trust him completely.
Speaker 11 (01:00:17):
So when you face difficulties, remember this. Don't let fear
control you.
Speaker 19 (01:00:24):
Instead, chose to believe in Jesus and his power to
bring healing and restoration.
Speaker 5 (01:00:31):
Let's hold onto our faith knowing that with Jesus all
things are possible. So whatever you're going through today, just
believe and watch how God works wonders in your life.
