Timothy Jeffries joins Ryan to talk about the murder of his brother and his struggle with anger, and forgiveness. Tim is the owner and CEO of ChemResearch Company, Inc., a leading metal finishing and integrated services provider for the aerospace and defense industry. He has a background in high technology and has made significant contributions to various businesses in the US and internationally over three decades. Jeffries is also the Executive Chairman and CEO of The Halcyon Movement, a digital activism non-profit focused on combating the Seven Deadly Sins online. He actively participates in charitable organizations such as the Holy Family Hospital of Bethlehem Foundation and Child Help Arizona. Jeffries previously served in the Arizona government and played a pivotal role in transforming the Arizona Department of Economic Security. He is an advocate for crime victims' rights and has been involved in national campaigns to deny parole to convicted murderers. Jeffries holds a Bachelor's degree in political science from Santa Clara University and an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business. He is currently pursuing additional degrees in Theology and Leadership for the New Evangelization. Jeffries and his wife, Mary Frances, reside in Scottsdale, Arizona, and are members of the Order of Malta. They have two daughters and two grandchildren.
