in. I've got some awesome thingsI want to share with you, so
let's walk together for a few minutes. Come on, let's go. Hello,
ladies and gentlemen. Hey, thanksfor joining us. Thank you for
tuning in to another real Me podcast. I'm your host, Winfred Duffy.

Glad you could join us tonight.Listen, we got some wonderful things we
want to share with you. Wewant to first give honor to God,
who is the head of our livesand for his purpose and his plan and
our lives continuing. And we justgive honor to him because he's the reason
we live and move and we haveour being. So we're glad to be
here tonight with you sharing with you. Got some interesting things we want to

(00:49):
share with you tonight. We wantto ask you a couple of questions.
I want to get right into it. First question we want to ask you
is who am I? Who areyou? There's a question that many of
us go through live through our lives, and we sometimes we just kind of

(01:10):
wonder, you know, man,who are we? You know, we're
just going through life and like,man, why are we here. Second
one. The second one is whyam I here? Who am I?
And why am I here? Haveyou ever asked yourself that those questions?
I know I have, And I'mgonna tell you something, It takes somebody

(01:30):
who made us really to answer thosequestions. You know, everybody else can
ask the same question, because guesswhat, who are they and why are
they here? So everybody else canask the same question, but ask you
that question. Those questions are personalto us, you know, in realizing

(01:51):
who we are and why we exist, and so tonight we want to just
share with you maybe and maybe justkind of give you some insight. I
can't tell you exactly who you are. I can tell you who created you,
but you have to go to him, the person who created you,
the designer of your life, theone who intended for you to be here

(02:13):
in the first place, and thenask him why you're here, Why are
you here? And what is hispurpose? What is his plan for your
life? You got to go tohim because I really can't tell you.
And so I'm going to maybe justgive you a few steps on how to
do that, you know, tonight, but let's just got to delve into
that. You know, who amI. You know? In Genesis,

(02:38):
the first chapter and the twenty sixthverse, it says this. It says
God said it. He says,let us make man in our image and
in our likeness, and let himhave dominion over all of the things that
we've created, over the fish,the cattle, let him have dominion over

(02:59):
the earth. And so we werecreated. Who you are can be answered
in this question. Really, You'remade in God's image and in his likeness.
He made you just like him,and so in other words, you
look like your daddy, you looklike God who made you. Yeah,

(03:20):
and so yeah, when you cameforth out of your mother's womb, you
really didn't have any idea who youwere. You didn't have any idea where
you were. You didn't have anyany choice in who you would be,
what you would be, you know, where you would be when you would
be. But God had a planfor your life. He actually pulled you

(03:43):
out of eternity, pulled you outof eternity and put you here in the
earth for such a time as this. You could have lived a hundred years
before now or one hundred years later, you know, But guess what here
you are smack dab in the middleof twenty twenty. For right here,
you're living, you're breathing, andyou're listening to me. And it might

(04:05):
be you know, a few yearslater before you listen to this podcast.
I don't know. But you're hearingmy voice and you exist, you live.
There's a reason why you're listening tome. There's a reason why,
out of all the things that youcould be doing right now, you pause
long enough just to hear my voiceand just to listen to me. And

(04:27):
I believe, my friend is becauseGod has a word for you. He
wants you to recognize why you arehere. He wants to wants you to
recognize who you are. First ofall, Yes, you exist, and
it's no accident, no mistake.You're here, you live, you breathe,
so it's no mistake. And hereyou are. And he wants to

(04:50):
know why you're here, and thatHe actually puts something on the inside of
you that out of eight billion people, nobody else can do. You yourself
are unique. You're a masterpiece.You are intentional. You have been intended
to be here. You are purpose. There's this time and a season for

(05:10):
you to exist and a time foryou to be fruitful and to multiply.
It's your season, my friend,it's your season. It's your season,
it's my season. We live,Yes, so we live to be fruitful
and to multiply. Yeah. Sowho are we? We're God's we belong

(05:30):
to him. We are God's sons, we are God's daughter. We belong
to him. And listen, there'sso many things that I could tell you
tonight. Really, you know,you were created, Yes, we were
created. In Genesis. We werecreated, and as the Book of Genesis
tells us. But there and youremember in the garden of Eden, you

(05:53):
know when the Adam and Eve wereactually tempted by the devil, by the
serpent, and which was Satan,and so he came in the form of
a serpent, and so he actuallybeguilled them and stole their identity, and
they disobeyed God's order, his commandin saying, out of all the trees

(06:15):
in the garden, you can eatfruit from, but this one tree,
don't touch it. Don't eat it, because in the day that you eat
it, you're gonna surely die.And guess what. The devil tempted them
and made it look so good andso appealing that Eve, first of all,
partook of it and ate it,and then it was so good to
her she gave it to her husband, Adam. And you know the story.

(06:40):
As a result, Man, thewhole creation was distorted. The whole
creation suffered because of one man's disobedience, because of Adam's disobedience. Not so
much Eve, but because of Adam'sdisobedience, because Adam disobeyed God. This
obeyed a direct order command from God. And when he did that, he

(07:04):
suffered. Not only him suffered theconsequences, but all of creation. And
so from that point on, manbegan to die. And so man,
man's identity was stolen from Satan anduh. And so you know what happened.
People began to die, Animals beganto eat each other, just the

(07:26):
whole nine yards. So but soall of that happened at the beginning.
But let's fast forward to you today. So here you are. And so
every actually after after everyone, Adamand Eve started having children. And then
from there, every child that theyhad, every child that was born was
born with their nature, was bornwith a sin nature. And God had

(07:53):
a plan from the beginning. Godeven said it right after they sinned.
He said, yes, he toldhe told Eve that you would. Well.
Actually he told the devil, hetold the serpent. He said that
Eve was going to bruise the headof the serpent, and the serpent was

(08:16):
going to bite the heel of herseed. And that and that right there
was talking about Jesus Christ. SoJesus Christ was actually prepared and prophesied and
spoken of at the beginning. Afterman fell, God had a plan to
redeem man back to him. Andso so that spoke of Jesus dying on

(08:37):
the cross. Yes, he wasbitten by the devil with death, but
Jesus rose again. He crushed thedevil's head by rising again. And now
he rose in victory and in power. He's ascended into heaven, and he
made he redeemed us back to God. And so we had rights standing with

(08:58):
God when we receive him, whenwe receive Jesus Christ as our savior.
Without Jesus Christ, we can't getback to God. We are not redeemed
without Jesus Christ. Jesus himself said, I am the way, the Truth
and the life. No man cancome to the Father. But by me

(09:18):
I am the way, the truthand the life. Jesus said it,
no man can come to the Fatherexcept by me. So when we receive
Jesus Christ as our savior, that'swhen we are redeemed back to God.
We are bought with the Christ theprice of Jesus's blood. And so and
really, you know the story onthat is John three point sixteen. It

(09:39):
says, for God so loved theworld, he didn't want to get rid
of us through us away. Hewanted to save us and redeem us.
He said, for God so lovedthe world that he gave his only begotten
son, that whosoever should believe inhim should not perish, but haveever last

(10:00):
life. And so, yes,man was in sin. We were in
sin. But if we receive JesusChrist as our savior, we are born
again. We are born again.Yes, And so we receive a new
identity. We receive a new DNA. And that DNA is from heaven.
And it's because of the blood ofJesus Christ that gives us that blood line,

(10:20):
that pure blood line. Jesus's bloodwas sinless. The scripture tells us
that he did always those things,was pleased the Father, and so he
was sinless. And so Jesus himselfredeemed us. He made us clean he
watched us from our sins. Heis the lamb of God that takes away
the sins of the world. Andso now when we receive him. Because

(10:43):
in John the third chapter, thefirst couple verses, it says, it
says you must be born again.Jesus was telling Nicodemus that you must be
born again in order for you tosee the Kingdom of God. And later
on it says, must be bornagain in order for you to enter into
the Kingdom of God. What isthe Kingdom of God? The Kingdom of

(11:07):
God is the place where the Familyof God resides, the place where the
Family of God lives and exists andoperates from. Yes, the family of
God. We are the sons ofGod. And it's because of Jesus Christ
giving his life, and when webelieve in him, we have everlasting life

(11:30):
through his precious blood. God madehim to be sin. God made Jesus
to be sin, and he tookon the sins of the whole world so
that through him we might be maderighteous the righteousness of God in him.
Aren't you glad about it? Iknow I am man hallelujs. I gave
my life to the Lord when Iwas twelve years old. I'm saved by

(11:54):
his grace. Amen. He filledme with his spirit. Amen. And
I've been living for him ever since. Not that I've been perfect, but
his blood washes me and cleanses mefrom all of my sin. And now
that I'm sin less. But guesswhat, Because of him, I sin
less and less and less and less. I want to be like him.
I want to be conformed into hisimage, back into his image. He

(12:18):
created me into his image and inhis likeness. I want to be just
like him. Amen. When Igrow up, hallelujah. Is because of
the blood of Jesus. So whoam i? I am a son of
God. When I give my lifeto Jesus Christ and ask him to come
into my heart and be lord ofmy life, Jesus Christ, you are

(12:39):
Lord. When I tell him thatman, we become his sons, his
daughters, God's sons, God's daughter. Amen. And Jesus lives on the
inside of us. Amen. Andso now we're the sons of God.
Hallelujah. I'm glad about that.So that's who I am. I am
the son of God. I ama son of God. Yes I am.

(13:03):
And when you receive Jesus Christ asyour savior. You are too a
son of God. Yes, you'rea son of God. So who are
you? Rather than saying who amI? You can say, just like
God said, I am that Iam. I am that I am because

(13:26):
I am I am. I'm here? Why am I here? Why am
I here? Why are you here? My friends? God didn't just drop
you here on the earth, putyou here on this earth and just have
you to walk around meandering all aroundwithout a purpose, without a destiny,

(13:54):
without a plan, without a reasonfor your existence. He doesn't do that.
God doesn't make jump I tell peoplethat all the time. He doesn't
make junk man. He makes thingsfor a purpose. He made him for
his purpose. He created all thingsfor his pleasure, and for his pleasure
are all things created? So whyare you here? Don't ask me?

(14:18):
Ask him. He's the one thathad the reason and the plan for your
life. You are not an accident, my friend. You are not an
accident, and you're very purpose foryour very intentional to be here. God
intended for you to be here.He planned you. Your parents might have
done everything that they do as humanbeings, you know, as far as

(14:41):
mating and all that, But guesswhat man. You are not an accident.
You came right on time, righton time, and we're grateful for
it. So when you came forthin the earth, the earth made room
for you for your existence. Inother words, that was already oxygen prepared
for you to live and breathe andexist. There was enough water, enough

(15:07):
food on the earth for you,all of your provision, everything that you
needed to accomplish your mission, yourassignment, your task, the scripture tells
us in the Book of Peter,it says, it says, God has
given us all things that pertain tolife and godliness. All the things that

(15:30):
you need to carry out your assignmentin the earth has been given to you.
So you have a gift. There'sno excuse why that gift is not
being used right now. You canmake excuses, but you can't tell God
that when you stand before him,to have to so when you give account

(15:52):
for the gift that He's put onthe inside of you, my friend,
there's a gift that you have.A talent, is skill set, something
about your character, something about yourmakeup. Nobody else in this world can
do but you. We need youto live, We need for you to
exist, We need for you touse your gift, the talent, the

(16:15):
gifting that God put on the insideof you, and he put it on
the inside of you and blessed youto be fruitful and to multiply. So
there's no excuse for you to notuse that gift. You can say circumstances
prevented you. You can say youdidn't have enough money, you can say
you didn't come up in the rightatmosphere. People hated you, people don't

(16:38):
like you. Somebody bullied you.You know you're a product of a rape.
You can say all kinds of things. My parents abandoned me, my
father I never knew, my father, never knew my mother. You can
say all kinds of things. Mysiblings ganged up on me and despise me.
I'm the black sheep of the family. You can say all kinds of

(16:59):
things. Use those as excuses andcrutches. But guess what you got to
stand before God who gave you thatgift, and tell him. Try to
tell him all of that. AndI'm gonna tell you, my friend,
he's not gonna have it. You'regoing to be required to give him a
good answer. That gift is goingto be required of you. So I'm

(17:22):
here to tell you today why areyou here? Because look at all the
problems in the earth. Now youare the answer to some problem. You
are the answer to a question.You are the solution to a situation.
You are the peace to a chaoticto a chaotic situation. My friend,

(17:45):
you are You have the goods tochange the way things are. One person
can make a difference. You mighthave an invention on the inside of you.
Crisis is the is the birthplace ofinventtion. Crisis is crisis is the
mother of invention. So you mighthave a an invention on the inside of

(18:08):
you, an idea that can changethe way we do things. You might
have an idea the way that weabsorb that the way we absorb food.
You might have an idea of howyou know, how we consume food as
far as uh and even planning itand preserving it or whatever. You might
have a plan you You might havean idea how to access get access to

(18:33):
the moon, or you might havea plan to get you know, anything
to get us from the East coastto the West coast in an instant.
You might have that idea. Somebodyout there does, and it might be
me who knows, but there's Godput something on the inside of each one

(18:53):
of us that that will make adifference in the world. One person can
make a difference. You are thatperson. You're here for a reason.
That's why you're here. You don'tjust exist. My friend, I want

(19:15):
to encourage you to not live yourlife out of a liquor bottle and being
drunk all the time. Because allthe past failures and all the past situations
that's happened into your life. Iwant to encourage you to get off the
needle, get off of drugs.Man, You're You're real, You're You're
a person that's very necessary in thisworld. Man, we need you,

(19:41):
We need you. It doesn't matterwhat color you are, what gender you
are, what race you are,doesn't matter any of that. Whether you
have a little disability or what itdoesn't matter. You are precious and you're
very needful in the earth. Weneed what's on the inside of you.
God put a gift on the insideof you that we the world need,

(20:04):
and my friends, I would toencourage you to start using that gift for
the glory of God. And theonly way you're going to know who you
are and why you're here is toaccess and to access the Father himself,
the person who put you here onthis earth. He had the idea to

(20:26):
he had the need for you.He didn't just make you for nothing.
Come on, live and get up, Get up from that dark place that
you're in. Stop complaining about everything, man, and start making things happen.
You have creative power on the insideof you, man. Stop using

(20:48):
everything as an excuse. Stop blamingeverybody for your problems. Man, No,
you are the change agent. Youare the person to make the difference.
Don't blame everybody else. Don't waitfor the government to help you.
No, Man, make things happen, change something. You are the change
agent. You have the power.You've been given dominion and authority by God

(21:15):
himself. He's given you permission tobreathe on this earth. He's given you
permission to live, and he's providedfood and shelter and everything. And guess
what, Yes, even if youdon't have shelter, don't blame God,
don't blame the system, don't blamethis or that. No. God has
given you intelligence. You're smart.You're a waymaker. Man. God's put

(21:42):
somebody in your life that can helpchange your situation. Yes, ten people
may say no, but the eleventhperson is ready standing, ready to say
yes and waiting for you, waitingfor an opportunity to be a blessing and
to sty what's on the inside ofyou. It doesn't matter if a hundred

(22:03):
people tell you know or reject you. You may have just come out of
prison and seem like jobs are justrejecting you because you because you're a felon,
or you know, because you haven'tyou know, because you disobeyed or
whatever and you had to serve sometime. Man, that's not the end

(22:26):
of your life. Come on,man, you're better than that. Stop
feeling sorry for yourself, not woeas me. Stop feeling sorry for yourself.
You are more than a conqueror.You ask the Lord. The Lord
has a plan for your life.You speak to him, no, and
I mean develop a relationship with him. Don't just don't just pray nonchalantly like

(22:52):
he's not really there, and justsay some pretty words out of your mouth.
No, you talk to him likeyou're talking to a person, because
he is a person. He's theperson that actually put you here. He's
more real than you are, andhe had a plan and a purpose for
your life. He has a planand a purpose for your life. So
stop using the fact that you gota record and all of that. Man,

(23:17):
I know many people who served timeand feelings and all that, and
man came out to be wonderful businessmenlegally become great people in the earth,
life changers, people who would helpthe change and mentor other people's lives.
So, man, just because you'vebeen through all of that, listen,

(23:40):
all of that was really just apreparation. It was a set up,
not a set back. It wasa set up for you so that you
can help somebody else. And man, so that first of all, you
can be great yourself. Be greatyourself because you're built for greatness. You're
made for greatness is on the insideof you, not woe is me.

(24:06):
Come on, lift up your head, man, lift up your head.
Woman. Come on, man,you're better than that. You're better than
that. Change yourself, change lives, change the way that you think.
And guess what Jesus's first message whenhe preached, he preached just like John

(24:29):
the Baptist did. He said,repent for the Kingdom of Heaven is at
hand. He said, repent.You know what repent means. Repent means
not so much. Look good.I'm so sorry. I'm so sorry.
No, but repent means, hey, change your way of thinking, be
open to something, to another wayof thinking. Because the way that you've

(24:49):
been thinking is wrong. There's abetter way, there's a more excellent way
to get more mileage out of yourlife. My friend, be fruitful and
multiplied. That came out of God'smouth concerning you. Be fruitful and multiplied,

(25:11):
and have dominion over all the creationof my hands, says the Lord.
Hey, man, he's given uspower. He's given you power,
my friend, And listen if youdon't know exactly how to do all that,
and it doesn't have to be anythingreal fatcy, listen, just talk
to the Lord. Listen, Let'sjust have a conversation with him. Repeat
these words after me. Come on, just repeat these words after me.

(25:33):
It's real simple, Dear Heavenly Father, I come to you right now.
You made me, and you createdme in your image and in your likeness.
You're great, So that means I'mgreat. I don't know it yet,

(25:59):
but help me to know. Iwant to be like you. Your
word says that you gave Jesus Christto the world to save the world and
to save me. I received JesusChrist as my savior right now. I

(26:21):
believe he lived and died, andhe rose again on the third day.
I believe that. I've heard itso many times, but I actually believe
it today. I choose to believeit. And it is so whether I
believe it or not, but Ichoose to believe it. I received Jesus

(26:45):
in my heart today, be Lordof my life, and I'll live for
you for the rest of my lifein Jesus' name, Amen, my friend,
Because you have done that, becauseyou believed it in your heart.

(27:07):
Yes, and it's just as simpleas the words of your mouth. Because
you believed it in your heart,it changed your whole destiny. It changed
your destiny from damnation to life.It changed your destiny from darkness to light.
My friend, today is the firstday of the rest of your life,
and I want to encourage you todayto live and listen to the Lord.

(27:32):
Five things, real real, realquick, real quick, real quick.
Five things. Listen to this andtake this in sequence. Hear him,
know him, listen to him,obey him, and follow him.

(27:52):
And I'm talking about Jesus. Hearhim, know him, to him,
because he's speaking to you. Obeyhim and follow him, and your life
