Speaker 1 (00:03):
All right, man, welcome to episode one of the Real
Tune TV podcast. My name is Tune aka, the founder
of Real Tune TV, and I'm gonna make this an
audio exclusive, right.
Speaker 2 (00:17):
I'm wanna see who listening to me? Who out there
fucking with me? For real?
Speaker 1 (00:21):
Like you know what I'm saying that the me for me,
the behind the camera, the what don't get? You know
what I'm saying that what you don't get to seize
the clubhouse real tune. So a lot's transpired. I think
that has been very internal, like internal Texas type. So
(00:42):
I'll get right into it.
Speaker 2 (00:43):
Man.
Speaker 1 (00:44):
This is go YAlO thing right just because him, you know,
liking his booty hole to be played with, like in
his salad to get tossed, liking to get a out.
I think he played a song which I thought was
very brilliant about the man and I'm gonna get him
too that in the second it's brilliant. But he played
(01:05):
a song by Nicki Mina's fandom, by the leader somebody
they play me to that best? Tell me niggas gave
me rain because I know and he ain't got that
And I am a dash and in the Islands of
Waikiki because I ain't gonna lie she ran this song.
(01:29):
You know what I'm saying, big Nikki fan, you know
what I'm saying. If a dude saying he not a
NIGGI fan, he don't know real music, He not real
hip hop, He's not you know what I'm saying of
the culture, because Nikki at the end of the day,
where people like it or not, like hip hop, the
women who succeed, who have a lot of success, most
of them have bars. Meghan a Stallion bars, Nicki Minaj
(01:50):
bars straight up like straight up against any man, you
know what I mean, especially of her generation. With that
being said, With that being said, go yay yo. Sexual
identity is his sexual identity.
Speaker 2 (02:08):
You know.
Speaker 1 (02:08):
I think it's popular these days for men to get
their booty hole height, you know what I'm saying. And
so I don't think that makes him less of a man.
It makes some freaky for sure, you know. And I mean,
if it did come out there, he swung the other
way maybe once, maybe twice, maybe doubled, maybe doubled.
Speaker 2 (02:30):
I don't think he should be ashamed. I don't. You know.
That's not my lane.
Speaker 1 (02:34):
So everybody trying to pit me and ya Yo against
each other, trying to make it like we got beef
when we don't got no beef.
Speaker 2 (02:40):
You know what I mean.
Speaker 1 (02:41):
Yayo came out and said, ask real tune, like he
pull up on niggas he against. He gonna do what
he gotta do, ask real tune in the way he said,
ask real tune with all of that anger and aggression.
You know, I damn never had to ask real tune
because I was like, damn, what do you do to tune?
Speaker 2 (02:59):
I happy?
Speaker 1 (03:00):
People call me very like worry, you know what I'm saying,
like worry, Like what did he do? When did this happen?
What happened? Like talk to me, bro, like, well, what's
going on? Like I had to calm some people down
because I didn't think it was that serious.
Speaker 2 (03:16):
But you know, the.
Speaker 1 (03:17):
Internet is the Internet, and the Internet is undefeated, and
he's one of the kings of the Internet, you know
what I mean, he used to be king of the streets.
I wonder how the streets gonna feel after the booty
whole thing came out, you know what I mean. I
hate to even be having that type of conversation, the
whole conversation, but it's like bro Wood was caught in
four K spreading his cheeks and he did admit to
(03:37):
it by saying what him and his whole due him
and his whole duke, you know what I'm saying. And
he's standing on that, on whatever him and his whole
got going on. So I don't think that's a that's
a I don't think that's a pun to him, but
I do know he's very sensitive, Like he's one of
the most sensitive rappers that I've ever come across in
(03:58):
my lifetime. Go ya Yo is a crash dummy. He's
a want to be crashed out. He's a crash dummy,
but he's a want to be crashed out. And I
want to explain exactly what I meant by that, right,
So he was saying that he's gonna be tripping when
he sees people who've been talking about him on the internet,
and he may be telling the truth, he may be lying.
(04:20):
So go Yayo pulled up to my studio. Let's start there.
So Beato, who is a close affiliate of Go Yo
Yo at the time, was not per se a hot artist,
but he's always had a name in the streets.
Speaker 2 (04:39):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (04:39):
So on the rap side, it was like he rapped
and he's like, you know, he's doing his thing, But
he's just one of those dudes doing his thing, you
know what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (04:47):
But he really like a street guy on street guy.
Speaker 1 (04:51):
And the fact that as a street guy you able
to do your thing is kind of a big deal
because it's not easy when you not just want of
them young turned why who just turning all the way?
You know what I'm saying, And when you compete against them,
which he was right, ninnisile stretch gang, the younger generation
of his hood pleasant growth.
Speaker 2 (05:09):
So I have friends from Prensville.
Speaker 1 (05:12):
And my friends are fans of be though like they
they they messed with Bea though they feel like Beato
or you know, stand up God. They don't like number seven,
you know what I'm saying. But it's I guess it's
an age thing, a generation thing where.
Speaker 2 (05:24):
You know he has pool in that sense.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
Well, anyways, he was invited to do an interview at
Real Tune TV and he brought Go Yayo with him. Now,
I don't know, I didn't know that Yayo was coming.
I didn't even know we had issue you know, I'm
always weary with rappers because you never know who you.
Speaker 2 (05:49):
May have offended by something you said.
Speaker 1 (05:51):
But I don't think that I've gone too far to
where I think Yayo will be offended.
Speaker 2 (05:58):
Now Here's that's where I ticked yo. Right, So.
Speaker 1 (06:05):
This all transpired after I just want to put y'all
in context.
Speaker 2 (06:10):
Right, So, at this time.
Speaker 1 (06:13):
In Texas hip hop history, real life street stars wasn't
doing nothing, Say Cheese wasn't doing nothing, Like the world
was just stopped.
Speaker 2 (06:21):
It's COVID, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (06:23):
And a real tune is kind of turning up, and
it's like, for a second, a small second, everybody stopped
to pay attention to fort Worth.
Speaker 2 (06:32):
Right.
Speaker 1 (06:32):
This is after Channel five Jada was killed. So a
lot of blogs popped out around this time. It wasn't
just me. I just happened to be the one to
kind of take off with it. I couldn't tell you
who else it was, because there was a lot that
came after me, you know what I mean, and then
a lot that you know, they're just coming out, you
know what I mean. So I feel like I'm one
(06:53):
of the leaders of this generation, you know what I'm saying,
and I passed a lot of people.
Speaker 2 (06:58):
That's just what it is. You know.
Speaker 1 (07:00):
So Real Tune was popping in for worth, but not
popping enough for Yale's acknowledgement.
Speaker 2 (07:06):
Ya Yo, ain't never just been like man, Real Tune,
Real Tune, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (07:09):
Because he's always been too big to do that up
until he came out of jail. So he comes out
of jail, he does an interview with Say.
Speaker 2 (07:17):
Cheese and.
Speaker 1 (07:22):
Ask Real Tune what I did to him at the studio.
So this particular day, I remember Beto pulls up and
then I see go ya yo. So when I see
ya Yo, I'm outside of the studio. Right, nice facility
are Peopo.
Speaker 2 (07:39):
He was the.
Speaker 1 (07:41):
I guess CEO First and Third Entertainment at the studio.
Within the studio, you had maybe two or three hair salons,
including a barber, and then you had a studio and
then you had my office.
Speaker 2 (07:57):
Okay, so that was the makeup of First and Third.
Speaker 1 (08:01):
Now, First and Third was like and there was a
content room and then there was like.
Speaker 2 (08:07):
A pool room.
Speaker 1 (08:09):
Right, this was a live situation that we had ourselves in.
Like I think I'm very ungrateful for what we had.
At the time, I didn't really know it was such
a jewel. You know what I mean again? R P
tm O man PMG came through and graced this WODI
two Live r P Wody two live. Man. Uh, I
want to say, Dougy p there six shots Jose reckless,
(08:33):
Uh Kenny b uh two g cash Louse. A lot
of people in their early time came through there, A
lot of Dallas people number seven. You know what I'm
saying before signing them three you know, first and third
business man. But anyways, Yayo pulls up. When I see Yo,
(08:54):
I run up to his car like I'll come to him.
You know what I'm saying. So when he when he says,
this is what me off. When he says, ask real
tone what I did. I came to him, okay, I
came to him. So when I come to him, he
gets out the car. As he's getting out the car,
he got the bazuka in his hand, not the thuka.
Speaker 2 (09:16):
He has the bazukah. He has a big gun in hand.
Speaker 1 (09:23):
It could have been an AK forty seven or something similar.
He had a semi automatic weapon. Now, when I saw it,
I froze for a second, not in a scary or
panicking way, but rather in an admonishing way, because now
I'm interesting. You don't pulled out a gun, you know
(09:46):
what I'm saying, A big gun at that. So you
didn't pull out something that you know you can just
point and you know do you can pull out something?
Speaker 2 (09:53):
You know what I'm saying, Like, you gave a little.
Speaker 1 (09:55):
Extra time because we close at this point, right, And
so I'm also interested because I had been studying for Worth. Right,
I had been doing this documentary called Murder Worth story
of how gangs came to Texas along Obam mcgrill when
he used to manage a yo. So Yaloe's name had
came up several times. So now I'm finally getting to
(10:16):
meet him. This my first time meeting them, you know
what I mean. Well, this is actually my second time
meeting him. I met him the day everything went bad
in his life, the day that he got arrested and
ended up having to do the time for those charges.
I was there that day. That day that was the
beginning of real Tune TV. Literally I made a reaction
video to that situation and it did like thirty k
(10:40):
and I was on from there everything else about hit,
you know what I'm saying. So Little Ronnie reached out
to me and asking me for the video that I
got or whatever it was from when that happened, so
that they can put it in the music video. That
video was shot on half Pint Films. I think it's
called three Day Years or so. I definitely deserve credit
(11:01):
for that, you know what I'm saying. RP Little Ronnie show.
You know what I'm saying. But you know those the facts.
So anyways, it's about fifteen people in that show. Yayo
had been falling off around this time, but it was
never you know, solidified. I don't think Yayo is over
with too. Let me say this. I think ya Yo
(11:21):
can be a mean blogger, like I feel like with Rap.
He's he's he has been a talented artist, but I
think he just outgrew the generation. You know what I'm saying,
Like he's too old now, like he already like got
the facial hair going on, like you know what I'm saying,
(11:43):
like kind of buck eyed Charleston white, look, you know
what I mean.
Speaker 2 (11:48):
But he's still on young brother type Tom.
Speaker 1 (11:52):
You know, at some point you're a better personality than
an artist, and me, as a former rapper, I have
to say that about myself, right, Like I'm probably a
better personality than I am an artist, and that's okay.
Speaker 2 (12:13):
Like I want to make it very clear that I'm
not tripping on n Nate Daniel or.
Speaker 1 (12:17):
Nothing like you know what I'm saying, Like like I'm cool,
I'm super cool on it, you know what I'm saying.
But you know, I found my way, I found my lane.
I realized that my gift wasn't the music. My gift
was the storytelling, you know what I'm saying. And so
with storytelling, when you realize how deep that is, then
(12:38):
you realize like like I'm me, I'm a historian, you
know what I'm saying. So I'm one of the ones
keeping up with the history archives and whether that's through writing, speaking, preaching, rapping,
whatever it is, blogging, you know what I mean. But
I don't really be doing it with my blogging. But
I need to start though. But documentaries for sure, like
(12:59):
just you know, the ability to tell stories and profit
from your digital art is like a beste you know
what I'm saying, And I think ya yo will be
great at it like I think there will be not
many who's as entertaining as him, and he's willing to
stand on business.
Speaker 2 (13:16):
So it's like, you know, I'm not.
Speaker 1 (13:19):
I want this to be documented that I was the
first to say he should start being an interview or
at least like an FYBJ main type, you know what
I'm saying. Like he's always been a good rapper, never
really made it, never really made it, never really.
Speaker 2 (13:38):
Made it without you.
Speaker 1 (13:45):
I whatever lost it though, But now I see.
Speaker 2 (13:51):
How you were that from me.
Speaker 1 (13:52):
So so ya Yo, watch this, y'all, I got I
got sidetracked.
Speaker 2 (13:55):
Watched this.
Speaker 1 (13:56):
Ya Yo pulls up, okay, and I'm trying to recall
something that happened five years ago. Ya Yo pulls up
and he has this big gun, and I'm like, okay,
what's wrong.
Speaker 2 (14:12):
And he's like, take that post down on me, take
that post down on me. So boom.
Speaker 1 (14:17):
That's when it hits me, like, okay, he's mad about
this post.
Speaker 2 (14:21):
Now.
Speaker 1 (14:21):
Around this time, ya Yo's jury had gotten He got
robbed at gunpoint, I believe, by some Hispanics in Los Angeles, California,
while shopping on Real Worlds with his baby mama. This
is a well documented situation. He was posted everywhere, and
I guess today he was gonna make an example out
of me. He was gonna show me what the fuck
(14:43):
was going on. He was gonna show me, Nigga that
I'm not nobody. Nigga, that nigga Real Tune bitch. You're
gonna take that bullshit down, Nigga right, motherfucking now, Nigga'm
gonna blow your motherfucking brains out with this motherfucking chopper.
Nigga be yayo before week Nigga murder gang shit, Nigga
fuck you saying nigga.
Speaker 2 (15:04):
Fuck niggle Real Tune TV.
Speaker 1 (15:12):
So I deleted the post. I never deleted the post.
Let me, let me, let me rewind a little bit, okay,
so boom. So after he pulls out the gun, he
gets explaining his issues with the post, like, man, y'all
post this about me. Man, y'all got me looking bad
out here. Take it down, Take it down, take it down.
So you know, my first thing is like, let's de
(15:35):
escalate the situation. We are on corporate property. This is
not regular property. I had a suite within a office
building at a building. You know what I'm saying, like
we ended up losing a building over smoking. We had
several violations, you know what I mean, and this was
(15:56):
for sure one of them. You know, we constantly getting
reported this camera is out, you know what I'm saying,
Security patrol, you know what I'm saying. This type of
situation and you have somebody being belligerent outside and they
came on my clock.
Speaker 2 (16:09):
So I'm the blame.
Speaker 1 (16:10):
Now, I'm the person who has to take the accountability
for the situation. Now, I'm the person responsible for the
situation now, and I have this belligerent rapper who's upset
about something that I posted that actually had another blogger's
watermark on it, a man whom y'all. It's crazy because,
like I say, I just feel like I was the
(16:32):
biggest at the time, so mom made the biggest impact,
and you know, unfortunately that's how that shit went so boom.
I'm telling yo, yo, my phone did right. I done
told him about two three times and he steadied, mind
you I peep because I'm looking in bro eyes whole time, Like.
Speaker 2 (16:53):
You know what I'm saying. That That's why like the
weird that's real tune what I did to.
Speaker 1 (16:59):
It, It was like it was like you didn't just come
over there and size me up or nothing like that,
like nigga, we I level.
Speaker 2 (17:05):
And I'm listening to you, I really am. You know
what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (17:08):
You're not chewing me out, You're not you know, you're
not doing anything too crazy. You are a little aggressive looking,
but you know, I'm actually impressed because you're a rapper,
you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (17:17):
Like, I'm like getting the experience. Go yay.
Speaker 1 (17:20):
I've heard so much about you since I've been studying you,
and here you come. I'm putting on this persona for me,
like like you came to show out for me, you
know what I mean. But I didn't see anything harmful
in his eyes, you know what I mean? Like as
it was like an autistic kid having an episode. I
don't know if you've ever dealt with children with autism,
but they will have these episodes. I've dealt with Job
(17:43):
who had it's called as Berger's. It's a form of
autism where his name's he in a form of autism
shout out my boy, where.
Speaker 2 (17:52):
If they're highly functioning, meaning that.
Speaker 1 (17:55):
They're smarter than the rest of the bunch, but it's
something off right and I remember one day I cut
all the way up, just didn't want to do nothing.
Just you know what I mean, this is crazy work
right here, this ya Yo story, so boom, I goes.
Speaker 2 (18:13):
Into an outburst.
Speaker 1 (18:14):
Ian, I'm gonna call your mama, oh Ian when Toleraine
none of that he didne flipped over the desk.
Speaker 2 (18:20):
Everybody have to evacuate. It was bad, right.
Speaker 1 (18:22):
So that story of En, that's also the story of
ya Yo. Ya Yo had an episode. He had an
episode where he you know, just like basically crashed out.
He basically crashed out, man shout out, go yeah yo man.
(18:44):
I'm peeping the episode. Though I'm peeping it, I can
I can spot it, you know what I mean, I
can spot the intellectual disability.
Speaker 2 (18:51):
You can kind of see it.
Speaker 1 (18:52):
You know, you got a lisp and then like in
his eyes it's like, you know, his face kind of
but he's highly functioning. He's not I'm not saying that
he's autistic or no shit like that, like you know,
but the truth is something's off about him. You know,
he was in alternative school as a kid. You know,
I'm sure most of it was because of behavioral issues,
but I think there was something deeper there, and so
(19:13):
I saw this when he came and so as I'm
seeing this, just like with En, I had to learn
that in those situations, you know, calling the parent might
have been an escalation, like in this situation, you want
to de escalate the situation. So I had to calm
ya yo down. Okay, you know I listened to you,
I heard you out, you know what I mean. But
my phone's there right now. Maybe I can put it
on the charger, you know what I'm saying. You got
(19:34):
this big ass gun right now, maybe you should put
it up, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 2 (19:37):
So boom, my phone started ringing.
Speaker 1 (19:43):
So after my phone started ringing, you know what I'm saying,
bro kind of turned up a notch.
Speaker 2 (19:48):
And then what was crazy. It was my other phone.
Speaker 1 (19:50):
So I'm really having two phones at the time, and
both of them own, like none of them, did, you
know what I'm saying, So boom.
Speaker 2 (19:56):
Ya yo, man, I put these guns up.
Speaker 1 (19:59):
So ya yo pushed the gun up, comes back and
like this, this old guy coming out the studio. And
as the guy's coming out the studio, ya yo. At
this point, we've moved toward the inside of the studio
right because I was kind of you know, scrolling all
my tomueline to see after I got caught, to see
what posts made he had been talking about and so on,
(20:19):
and I couldn't find the post. I just never could
really find them. And so Yayo comes back and boom,
he kind of pushes the old guy. So the old
guy's coming out the studio. And there's several people from
Lord Dallas who can vouch for what I'm saying. I
can't even think of bro y'all know, bro light Skin
got the chain, sell the gas. We ain't got to
(20:41):
say the name. You know what I'm saying, flattop, you
know what I'm saying, real North Dallas member, you know
what I'm saying. Like old guy coming out, and as
he was coming out, ya Yo would like push the
doe on, like the doe was pushing coming towards Yayo,
so Yo Yo pushing it. It kind of hit the
old guy. Ain't gonna lie, you know what I'm saying.
So anyways with me and Yayo, so he came back,
(21:04):
you know, take the post down, and my thing is
now some reason like when street dudes get loud, I
kind of start like being smart, Alec, because I know
that a street guy hates nothing.
Speaker 2 (21:20):
More than to feel dumb, you know what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (21:23):
Like, for whatever reason, they feel like their brute strength
or wit, A lot of them feel like they can
outwit you, you.
Speaker 2 (21:31):
Know what I mean. And a lot of them are
the con artists. You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (21:33):
Convicts become con artists and you don't know who you're
dealing with. So let's mind fuck real quick, you know
what I'm saying. So I'm just you know, just shooting shit,
you know, kind of trying to piss them off and
agitate them. And eventually I end up, you know, archiving
the post and Yyo ends up coming inside. But after
we came inside out and wrote up a skim blunt, Yo,
(21:55):
ya Yo sits down. He sits down, crisscross apple sauce.
And as I'm rolling my blunt, you know what I mean,
I done sparked it. We don't put it in rotation again,
you know, rpt on my bad man.
Speaker 2 (22:10):
I'm part of the problem.
Speaker 1 (22:11):
Right So, because there was a serious situation, right so
now we gotta calm the situation down. It's time to
be able to rapport, you know what I mean. So
I passed the blunt to my partner who was on
my right.
Speaker 2 (22:24):
I believe either that or go ya yo.
Speaker 1 (22:27):
I may have passed it to ya y'all first, or
it maybe it got around to ya yo. Ya y'all
hit the blunt dop, you know what I'm saying. So
it was all good, but I still felt played just
because like, you didn't hit the old dude, bro, and
I'm gonna be responsible for it, just like how you
calling me out on the internet like you did me
something when really there was an old guy who you hit.
Speaker 2 (22:47):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (22:48):
It's like, bro, like you know, like, what's crazy is
I never spoke on this. I'm gonna tell you the reason.
I truly felt like ya Yo fell off and he
needed some kind of clout to save his career, and
I didn't want to be a part of that, you
know what I'm saying at all. I felt like I
was doing him a favor. I felt like a lot
of stuff I don't have to indulge in. I'm not
(23:08):
looking at it like oh he's big and you're big.
I'm looking at it like you know, we regardless of
how you feel have somewhat of a steady trajectory and
we're continuously going up. He's up and down, you know
what I'm saying, But he's really falling off, you know
what I'm saying. And I feel like with music, it's
one of those things where you're one hit away from
(23:30):
being where you want to be.
Speaker 2 (23:31):
So I'll never count yo yo.
Speaker 1 (23:33):
I don't think he's the type you can just count out,
you know what I'm saying. But I think he'll go
faster if he was a blogger. You know what I'm saying.
I ain't saying that shit over with but you know,
you done burnt a lot of bridges, buddy, And there's
a lot of people who really don't mess with you,
not interested in you. And it's crazy. You know that
cartel Bow will make a song with you. You know
(23:54):
I messed with cartel Bow. But you know, like cartel
Bowl can't make you good in Houston, bro, Like people
aren't gonna like you because cartel Bow likes you. There's
people who like you regardless out here, Like I didn't
heard maybe one person Jammings a week, you know what
I'm saying, Like, since everything happened, you know what I mean,
(24:15):
and that's what I'm saying, like the brand brand stuff.
Speaker 2 (24:18):
I was close to that situation on both sides. Bro.
It was one of the scariest times of my life.
Speaker 1 (24:23):
Like, but that's a whole nother story like that, I'll
bust down, you know what I mean. But back to
the yo yo script. So I basically shut down the interview, like, man,
I'm cool on it. You know, I just felt uneasy
for like, you know, dude came up here with all
this robber name quiet in my office, Like, ain't nothing
just happened?
Speaker 2 (24:38):
You know what I'm saying. You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (24:40):
I'm feeling played basically like you know, I done got hold.
You know what I'm saying, Oh God, done got putting.
You know what I'm saying, Dude prolled up to the
studio with a big gun.
Speaker 2 (24:49):
Mind you, I did the right thing. You know what
I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (24:52):
At this time, I'm working as an educator, you know
what I'm saying. So I'm not it's not that anti confrontation,
but I'm able to look at the bigger picture, which
is not right here. This is the wrong place. You
know what I'm saying. It's too much going on. Mind,
(25:14):
you were in Richardson, Texas. You know what I'm saying.
We not him in Dallas. Like if y'all know about
the laws in Richardson, you know, you know what I'm saying.
And we had this building, we multiple reports. I'm trying
to de escalate the situation. It was never a time
there where he holed me, punk me or called me
out through the fade like man do, but on principle,
(25:35):
on some man principle, like yeah, you could say I
could have crashed out, you know what I mean, Like,
given the right circumstances, I could have crashed out. But
I also wanted to see how far he would go,
you know, even though I agitated him and pushed him,
I wanted to see and I got a great glimpse.
I'm gonna say what his goals were. And this was
very similar to the trade of truth situation on south
(25:57):
By Southwest. So no Yale's goals or simply to show
me he wanted me to know that he's a crash out, like.
Speaker 2 (26:09):
He didn't want to do me anything.
Speaker 1 (26:11):
It was it was like weird because it was like
it's like I don't sense no harm in you like,
I don't.
Speaker 2 (26:17):
I don't.
Speaker 1 (26:18):
I don't feel like you're gonna do nothing. But it
was like you want me to know that you will
do something. You know what I'm saying. It's like he
was like he was crying on the inside. Trip To
be honest, man, I felt bad. I wanted to hug Yayo.
I wanted to hug him. He gave me Jada vibes
game and I wish I could have hugged him, bro,
(26:39):
real talk. You know, I interviewed Jada up on his birthday,
So it's something special when you died two weeks after
and you're seventeen years old at the time.
Speaker 2 (26:47):
He just turned seventeen.
Speaker 1 (26:49):
You know what I'm saying, special year for any man,
especially in Texas, you become a a dog. You know
what I'm saying. At least you were able to do
adult tom. But I saw that in Yo. And you know,
Jade Up is I wouldn't call him autistic, but he's
he's special, bro. He's on some kind of spectrum, like
(27:10):
you know what I'm saying, whether it's behavioral like you know,
a lot of us, man, we be highly functioning, like
we just had that spirit of the runaway slave in us.
You know what I'm saying. You know, I'm like that
too from time to time. I can control it, though
you know some people can't. But however it is to
the best of my ability. But however it is, I
felt like that was the right thing to do at
(27:31):
that time. But did I want to continue with the
interview now?
Speaker 2 (27:34):
No?
Speaker 1 (27:35):
So ya Yo kind of felt that energy and he
was like, man, I'm just gonna leave, you know what
I'm saying, and let y'all do what y'all do. Man,
I apologize, you know what I'm saying. And so after
Yayoe apologizes, you know, he goes outside and you know,
I guess Timo pull up with Drake, you know what
I mean, having a conversation with him.
Speaker 2 (27:53):
You know what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (27:54):
So then I go out there, you know, to have
a conversation with him, and you know, I basically invite
them back inside for an epic interview.
Speaker 2 (28:03):
You know, I ain't gonna lie.
Speaker 1 (28:04):
That was one of the best, one of my better
interviews for sure. On some Dallas history, six y five history,
Pleasant Grove history, Like you know what I'm saying, the real.
Speaker 2 (28:15):
Dallas drill scene history.
Speaker 1 (28:17):
You know what I'm saying, Like this new Drelus drill
is like they like Dallas drill, they like they champion
and something that's been going on like with four three,
you know what I'm saying. And Yellow you know what
I'm saying, Like I'm talking Stretch Gang and BFG. You
know what I'm saying, Like this is been going on,
like this is not a new phenomenon in Dallas, Like
this is Dallas thing, like real, like you know what
(28:40):
I'm saying. And it was influenced by the drill scene
of Chicago like everything else in the world, but this
is the original Texas drill scene in my opinion, you
know what I'm saying, Like Houston had his own wave
and you gotta give Houston that. You gotta give maxe.
Kreame them that, you gotta give FDA b main trap
(29:00):
and rapping, stacking, you know what I'm saying, Like what
they were able to do and Houston was amazing, but
it was nothing like this here. You know what I'm saying,
because well, I mean it was something like it, but
it ain't going on right now.
Speaker 2 (29:13):
They's still got legs, right, so I mean it is,
but it come dag or corporatized.
Speaker 1 (29:20):
But however it is right. So I go get ya,
y'oll tell yo yo come back. You know, I conduct
the interview. After the interview, everybody leaves and goes their
separate ways. In two weeks past, real tune ain't dropped
the interview. At this time, I'm moving to Atlanta. I
just got too much going on and I ain't have
time for it, so I end up tabling it until
(29:42):
further notice.
Speaker 2 (29:42):
But once Bido came out.
Speaker 1 (29:44):
Now, Bido started beefing with me over the fact that
he thought I wasn't releasing his interview because of.
Speaker 2 (29:52):
What transpired at the studio.
Speaker 1 (29:53):
You know what I'm saying, So mind you, nobody's talking
about what transpired us. I think he just thought I
didn't mess with I didn't like him. I don't know
what he thought.
Speaker 2 (30:02):
But the truth of the matter is I just didn't
have time.
Speaker 1 (30:04):
I was over I was overwhelmed with everything else, and
then I got new stuff filing up, so it's like
that's taking precedence.
Speaker 2 (30:10):
So I just never really had time, man, And I
apologize to everybody like that.
Speaker 1 (30:15):
I know I got some people right now, wain't on me,
man to get some time free up and for whatever reason,
even when I don't got nothing to do, I just
don't like doing it. And that's why I don't like
accepting money for service. I like to get paid for
the art to do what I want.
Speaker 2 (30:28):
To do when I want to do it. You know
what I'm saying.
Speaker 1 (30:30):
I actually I didn't want to do this, but I
felt like I should do this. I just wanted to
see what the audio hit for. And if this audio
hits for something, I will be doing these more often.
I will be getting out there more with the audio part.
But that's basically the story man, and so I can
(30:54):
I can really flush it out in another sequence. But basically,
me and Beatot get the beefing while I'm in the A.
You know, I'm calling Beato out for the fade. At
this point, I'm playing tough guy, you know what I'm saying,
Like me and beat Up going hard. You know what
I'm saying, you know, And that's what it was, you
know what I'm saying. And that was kind of like
the end. Yayo didn't really pay it no mind, just
(31:15):
because Yayo was like too big to address real to
him publicly, and which I never understood I never understood that,
so it was it was just crazy to me that
he would like come out like that, you know what
I'm saying. I'm like, dang, did Bro really fall off?
(31:36):
Or am I really that? And then I didn't want
to give him no cloud. And then when I did
want to give him some cloud, I tried to go
on no Jumper No Jumper.
Speaker 2 (31:43):
Denie me basically was like.
Speaker 1 (31:45):
Man, I'm on work on weekends, get back during the week,
and I just happened to be in LA when it
came out, so I pulled up, or I was trying
to pull up. I had a YBG you know what
I'm saying, like trying to assist with setting up to play,
but for whatever reason, it didn't happen.
Speaker 2 (32:03):
So I wasn't able to just respond and I didn't.
Speaker 1 (32:06):
I really didn't feel like giving Yao clout though I didn't,
I didn't think his career was on the upward trajectory.
I feel like Yayo is one of those guys who
he just makes these big splashes and then like kind
of falls off, you know what I'm saying, Like, but
he never really falls off.
Speaker 2 (32:21):
He's just like not
Speaker 1 (32:24):
Available, you know what I'm saying he's not doing the
music thing at the time, but anyways, man real tune
money in the room, signing up
