(00:00):
Welcome back to the Relentless Podcast with Kyle Becker, where we're relentlessly pursuing the

(00:04):
truth about America's biggest stories. The Department of Justice is no longer about justice.
Merrick Garland exposed that for the whole world to see on Wednesday.
Now, the Attorney General, America's highest law enforcement official, testified before Congress.
Republican lawmakers grilled Garland on numerous topics, such as the Hunter Biden investigation.

(00:29):
Garland immediately showed himself as an untrustworthy witness when he was asked about his
contacts with the FBI about the Hunter Biden case. Have you had personal contact with anyone
at FBI headquarters about the Hunter Biden investigation?
I don't recollect the answer to that question, but the FBI works for the Justice Department.

(00:53):
It's sorry, I'm sorry, you don't recollect whether you've talked with anybody at FBI
headquarters about an investigation of the president's son.
I don't believe that I did. Jim Jordan also gave Merrick Garland a verbal beatdown
over his fraudulent appointment of a special counsel in the Hunter Biden case.
He'll expect Chair of the directorize himself.

(01:13):
Quote, Mr. Weiss has full authority to bring cases and other jurisdictions if he feels it's necessary.
That was your response, Attorney General, to Senator Grassley's question on March 1, 2023.
Just reference it when Mr. Bishop was quescing you. Only problem is he'd already been turned down by
the US attorney in the District of Columbia, Mr. Graves. So he didn't have full authority, did he?

(01:35):
I had an extended conversation with Senator Grassley at the time. We briefly touched on the section
515 question and how that process went. I've never been suggested.
My point's real simple, Mr. Garland. You said he had complete authority, but he'd already been turned
down. He can't bring an action in the District of Columbia and the US attorney there said no,

(01:55):
you can't. And then you go tell the United States Senate under oath that he has complete authority.
I'm going to say again that no one had the authority to turn him down. They could refuse
to partner with him. They could not use whatever language refuse to partner is turning down.
Garland was also berated about why he shouldn't be held in contempt of Congress in a fiery exchange.

(02:17):
And so I'm not going to violate this norm of law and a comment on investigation that's ongoing.
Peter Navarro was indicted for contempt of Congress. Aren't you, in fact,
in contempt of Congress when you give us this answer? This is an answer that's appropriate at

(02:38):
a press conference. It's not an answer that's appropriate. When we are asking questions, we are the
committee that is responsible for your creation, for your existence, of your department.
You cannot continue to give us these answers. Aren't you, in fact, in contempt of Congress,
when you refuse to answer? No, in that video, that was your answer to a question to me two years ago.

(03:02):
When I said how many agents or assets of the government were present on January 5th and
January 6th and agitating in the crowd to go into the Capitol and how many went into the Capitol,
can you answer that now? I don't know the answer to that question. Oh, last time, you don't know how many
there were or there were none. I don't know the answer to either of those questions. If there were any,

(03:23):
I don't know how many. You've had no whether there are any. I think you may have just purged yourself
that you don't know that there were any. You want to say that again? Did you don't know that there were any?
No personal knowledge of this matter. I think what I said the last time. You've had two years to
find out. And the day, by the way, that was in reference to Ray Epps and yesterday you indicted him.

(03:45):
Isn't that a wonderful coincidence on a misdemeanor? But all of this is just words.
What are the Republicans going to take action in impeached Mayor Garland? He is undoubtedly weaponizing
the Justice Department and engaging in election interference with all of these political prosecutions
against Joe Biden's chief rival in the 2024 election. Garland was also asked about the

(04:11):
purported insurrection on January 6. Congressman Thomas Massey showed Merrick Garland a video today
on Ray Epps's role clearly foaming the January 6 riots.
And back tomorrow, I don't even like to say because I'll be arrested. We need to go. I'll say it.

(04:32):
We need to go in to the Capitol. Let's go. I'm going to put it out there. I'm probably going to go to jail for a 10
or a 10 tomorrow. We need to go into the Capitol. Into the Capitol.
Seekoirs!!!

(04:59):
Okay, first, press the word.
As soon as the front desk gets speaking, we go to the Capitol.
The Capitol is this direction.
There's no speaking.
We are going to the Capitol.
We're off the scar.
It's death-or-righteous.
We spread the word.
[Crying]

(05:40):
The Attorney General had nothing to say about Epsin encouraging protesters to go into the Capitol on multiple occasions.
But this video, Barry's claims about the supposed Eps conspiracy theory.
It tells you everything you need to know about why Eps was scrubbed from the FBI's most wanted list.
It got one lousy misdemeanor charge instead of the DOJ throwing the book at him.

(06:04):
But Garland denied that Eps worked for the FBI or wasn't informed.
Meanwhile, you're sending grandma's to prison.
You're putting people away for 20 years for merely filming.
Some people weren't even there yet. You've got the guy on video.
He's saying go into the Capitol. He's directing people to the Capitol before the speech ends.
He's at the site of the first breach.

(06:25):
You've got all the goods on him.
Ten videos and it's an indictment for a misdemeanor.
The American public isn't buying it.
I yield the balance of my time to Chairman George.
I answer the question.
I'm going to ask you one now.
Let's...we'll let the gentleman...
Go ahead.
But in discovery, in the cases that were filed with respect to January 6th,

(06:52):
the just department prosecutors provided whatever information they had about the question that you're asking.
With respect to Mr. Eps, the FBI has said that he was not an employee or informant of the FBI.
Mr. Eps has been charged and there's a proceeding, I believe, going on today on that subject.

(07:15):
The charge is a joke. I yield the Chairman.
Julie Kelly of American greatness made several great points in an ex-post about how the FBI's informant program is just a shady and trapping scheme.
She notes that in a scathing closing argument during the Whitmer kidnapping trial,
the attorney Christopher Gibbons to announce the FBI's conduct as "unacceptable in America."

(07:39):
That's not how it works. They don't make terrorists so we can arrest them.
Now, Kelly notes, "Unfortunately, that is precisely what's happening in America and it's beyond unacceptable.
It threatens national security as the FBI ignores legitimate dangers and destroys innocent lives."
Further, the definition of domestic terrorism is statutorily vague so it can apply to minor infractions in the Capitol protest.

(08:07):
Even for those who had no intentions or knowledge that they were committing a crime, she adds.
Observed charges such as obstruction, conspiracy, and parading in the Capitol,
a petty offense are the equivalent of blowing up a jetliner or a federal office building according to the Biden regime she argues.

(08:28):
And propping up the phony narrative requires the use of sketchy informants, often working at the direction of equally sketchy FBI handlers,
forcing the government to tell the whole truth in court about the CHS program, she adds, "will undoubtedly expose another crisis level scandal
at the irredeemably corrupt federal bureau of investigation."

(08:52):
So we don't know Epps' relationship with the Feds.
An unproven accusation about him or just that, accusations.
That doesn't make them true, but it also doesn't make them conspiracy theories.
But state-run media are played defense for Epps by continuously implying that proven facts about Ray Epps are part of a conspiracy theory.

(09:15):
NBC referred to this so-called conspiracy theory right after Epps was charged.
MSNBC also trumpeted the indictment for disorderly conduct as debunking a conspiracy theory.
And the mainstream media has long held up Epps as some kind of victim, despite being a self-described Trump supporter and a supposed J6 insurrectionist.

(09:38):
It doesn't add up.
But the DOJ's own statement of facts debunks this myth and shows clearly that Epps is being grossly under charge compared with many J6 defendants.
In addition to what we saw in the video above, Epps played a role rounding up Trump supporters and telling them to go to the Capitol.
Epps was there, whispering in Ryan Samson's ear, just moments before he first breached the barricades around the Capitol grounds.

(10:07):
Epps joined the flood of writers going onto the Capitol grounds.
He continued with his mob that was going in and toppling barricades.
He went into a restricted area on the Capitol grounds and he remained there.
Epps was among writers that were confronted by police and told the turn back.
He joined in with protesters dangerously wielding a metal Trump sign towards a line of police officers.

(10:31):
Epps was there when the sign was pushed into police officers, which is a form of assaulting the police.
Epps said by text message he "orchestrated" the January 6 riots.
Epps appeared on an FBI wanted flyer poster that was put online, but then he was later mysteriously scrubbed without any note that he had been apprehended.

(10:54):
The US Attorney Matthew Graves submitted just one charge for disorderly conduct regarding the Epps case.
On the other hand, Epps would seemingly qualify for a slew of charges according to the way the DOJ has charged other J6 defendants.
Such charges could include seditious conspiracy, obstructing an official proceeding, assaulting a police officer, parading or picketing without a permit, and trespassing and remaining on restricted Capitol grounds.

(11:24):
Instead, all Epps was charged with was disorderly conduct. Why?
This doesn't dispel presumptions that Reyeps was somehow working with the Feds, but rather just works to fuel the fire that many believe his actions somehow helped the Democrats frame Trump and his supporters for the Capitol riots.
The biggest question of them all, why is the state-run media protecting Reyeps?

(11:49):
He is a Trump supporter, according to his own description, and he was caught on video clearly inciting an insurrection.
Did I miss something? Is Reyeps the only Trump supporter in the world the state-run media like?
Thousands of illegal migrants a day are pouring across the border into the United States.

(12:13):
According to Border Patrol, as reported by Bill Malookein, they apprehended over 8,000 illegal immigrants in the last 24 hours. The highest-day on record was 10,000+ in May.
This is all about overwhelming the system. The Department of Homeland Security is not securing the homeland.

(12:34):
Here is an obvious migrant of Middle Eastern descent being told he is free to do whatever he wants in the United States.
(Casting)
Because you were just looking at a Mexican train carrying migrants toward the southern border of the U.S.
It's getting a lot of attention tonight.
It comes as border agents report a record number of illegal crossings over the past few days, Natalie, back with a stunning scene in San Diego.

(12:59):
And the Biden administration and Border Patrol agents have resorted to releasing asylum seekers on California and Arizona streets,
because there is simply no more shelter space. And this is what played out over the weekend in San Diego.
(Casting)
And here are Chinese men being apprehended at the border.

(13:28):

(13:49):

(Casting)
The Biden administration is allowing the U.S. to be invaded.
One major invasion point is Eagle Pass, Texas, where the major international shipping route has essentially been shut down due to the heavy influx of migrants.

(14:16):
This is pure chaos.
The federal government recently told Texas that it wasn't allowed to put river boys in the water to stop migrants from coming in.
A federal appeals court recently lifted a state to stop Texas from protecting its own border, but the matter is still very much up in the air.
Then there are the floodgates that are literally being thrown open to allow anyone to come in.

(14:43):
The federal government is failing at its one real job, and that is to provide security for the United States of America.
Here, Joe Biden explains the meaning behind the manufactured crisis and why he won't defend America's southern borders.
An unrelenting stream of immigration.
Non-stop.

(15:04):
Non-stop.
Folks like me who are Caucasian of European descent for the first time in 2017 will be in an absolute minority in the United States of America.
Absolute minority.
Fewer than 50 percent of the people in America from then and on will be white European stock.

(15:27):
That's not a bad thing. That's a source of our strength.
We're together with China on issues where progress hinges on our common efforts.
Nowhere is that more critical than accelerating the climate crisis than the accelerating climate crisis?
That was Joe Biden at the United Nations announcing his intentions to "accelerate the climate crisis".

(15:57):
After all, the existential threat of climate change is the centerpiece of Joe's foreign policy and diplomatic relations as he made clear during his UN speech.
Then Biden talked about how much this pipe dream project to fight climate change is going to cost you the taxpayer.
Together, these snapshots tell the urgent story of what awaits us if we fail to reduce our dependence on fossil fuels and begin to climate-proof the world.

(16:29):
For one day, for one day, my administration, the United States, has treated this crisis as an existential threat from the moment we took office.
Not only for us, but for all of humanity.
Last year, I signed in the law in the United States the largest investment ever anywhere in the history of the world to combat the climate crisis and help move the global economy toward a clean energy future.

(16:58):
We're also working with the Congress to quadruple our climate financing, to help developing countries reach their climate goals and adapt to climate impact.
And this year, the world's on track to meet the climate finance pledge that made under the Paris Agreement $100 billion to raise collectively.

(17:22):
We need more investment from public and private sector alike, especially in places that have contributed so little to the global emissions, but face some of the worst effects of climate change.
But Joe Biden's own climate envoy, John Kerry, admitted in January 2021 that we could go to net zero tomorrow, and it still wouldn't make a bit of difference.

(17:46):
But we have a big agenda in front of us on a global basis. And President Biden is deeply committed, totally seized by this issue, as you can tell by this executive order.
And by the other, the initiative of getting back into Paris immediately, that's why he rejoined the Paris Agreement so quickly, because he knows it is urgent.

(18:08):
He also knows that Paris alone is not enough.
Not when almost 90% of all of the planet's emissions, global emissions come from outside of U.S. borders. We could go to zero tomorrow, and the problem isn't solved.
So that's why today, one week into the job, President Biden will sign this additional executive set of orders to help move us down the road ensuring that ambitious climate action is global in scope and scale, as well as the national here at home.

(18:46):
The massive industrial polluting elephant in the room is Communist China, which is profiting off of America's naive quest to stop the climate from changing.
Representative Michael McCall of Texas, in a confrontational hearing in July, took carried a task over China claiming to be a developing nation, and rigging the system for America and Europe to undermine their own economies and energy independence.

(19:14):
While while the Chinese dump more carbon emissions into the environment than any other nation, including the United States.
The country, the world's largest carbon emitter has argued that it is still developing economy and should not be held at the same standards as developed countries in reducing carbon emissions.

(19:39):
My question is very simple and very straightforward, and I hope you will give me a good answer to this one.
How in the world can the second largest economy maintain to you and the rest of the world with a straight face, that they are developing nation, giving them preferential treatment not only to fund their belt and road, but to get this special designation to not comply with an agreement we have to comply with sooner or later.

(20:08):
But in their interpretation, not until 2060, the American people understand fairness, and honestly sir, they do not see this as fair.
I can't disagree with that, they do not see it as fair.
But why should we be surprised that Biden is giving lame excuses for Communist China, which is reaping the rewards of the West's suicidal net zero crusade?

(20:37):
After all, the CCP effectively gave Joe Biden's son millions of dollars, and it exports solar panels, and electric car batteries, and rare earth minerals, all while the US sets impossible carbon emissions targets, and it hampers its oil and gas development, and it still is not aggressively pursuing carbon zero nuclear energy.

(21:00):
Carrie, after all, is no stranger to double standards, having written numerous times on private jets. He even snapped when confronted at a congressional hearing about flying on private jets in July.
And like many climate activists, he owns a million dollar beachfront property. This is from the Washington Examiner.
"From Bill and Melinda Gates to climate and void John Kerry, climate activists have sounded the alarm about how melting ice will soon raise the ocean to levels that swallow the world's beaches.

(21:35):
But some of the country's most vocal climate change activists have invested heavily in luxury ocean front property, along beaches they've claimed will be underwater one day due to rising sea levels.
Kerry has warned about rising sea levels in the past. He did so, for example, as Secretary of State, painting sea level rise in Virginia as a sign of the larger threat posed by climate change.

(22:02):
But Kerry's concerns did not prevent him from buying a considerable ocean front property worth $11.75 million in 2017.
The property includes more than 18 acres of land on which his seven bedroom home sits, overlooking the vineyard sound, the story notes.

(22:24):
And of course, President Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden, purchased a vacation home in Rehabeth Beach, Delaware, also in 2017.
Both long after radical Democrats started screaming about climate change in the early 1990s. This all adds up to the real climate crisis.
And that's the exploitation of a natural phenomenon that mankind cannot control that's been going on for thousands of years. And it has little to do with carbon dioxide.

(22:57):
The earth is at historical lows in terms of carbon dioxide in the big picture. And we are witnessing a period where mankind has benefited from industrialization and modern technology to protect them from the climate.
We are safer now than we ever have been before from the climate.
Deaths from natural disasters are down 99% in the last hundred years. The world population is living longer than ever. And the global population is higher than ever. We just hit 8 billion people.

(23:32):
If you think that fossil fuels are threatening mankind, wait till you see a world without fossil fuels.
These climate protesters in New York recently marched to stop the purported climate crisis. Blissfully ignorant that they are wearing plastic hoodies and rain slickers, all of it derived from petroleum products.
Modern society is built upon fossil fuels. And that's the real target of the climate hoax. Make America weaker and less energy independent while we are deluded into believing we're saving the planet.

(24:06):
plan it.
