(00:00):
Welcome back to the relentless podcast. I'm your host Kyle Becker. Let's get to it.
(00:05):
Former president Donald Trump, sock supporters and detractors alike by claiming he didn't
get enough credit for the COVID response and vaccines in a new interview with Megan Kelly.
But I have people on the other side. I don't know my side. Well, although probably they're
someone my side too, they said you saved a hundred million people because I got it done
in nine months as opposed to five years to 12 years. A lot of people sound of it. No,
(00:27):
I'm not proud of it. I'm saying what Democrats think Democrats. I get it. And I'm not
to know not somebody who denies some of the good of the vaccines. Did I live through that
too? But yeah, of course, a lot of people have been vaccine injured. And that's one of
the question. Those people are mad that they were rushed through and that they can't
sue. Well, I never gave mandates and people have to make up their own, you know, make
(00:48):
their own to see as far as I'm concerned. Now, some places had mandates are very strong
mandates, largely Democrat governance and probably some Republicans, et cetera, et cetera.
But there were Democrats that say, why aren't you talking about that? It's one of the, they
really believe strongly. One said you say, and this is very smart people. They said you
(01:09):
saved a hundred million people worldwide. We did a tremendous job. And it's never, you know,
they appreciated what I did with the economy. I got a lot of good marks on economy. I got
a lot of good marks on a lot of things. Rebuilding the military, getting rid of ISIS, the biggest
tax cuts in history. Supreme Court. I never got, I think the credit that I just have on
(01:31):
COVID. Make it Kelly push back against Trump's assertion by saying that he made Fauci a star.
For years, you've been saying that the reason you didn't fire Anthony Fauci was because
he'd been there for a long time that you would have taken heat that it would have created
a firestorm, quoting your words. Then for the first time in May, I also said, I don't
listen to him too much. I'm getting there. But then in May, you started saying, well,
(01:53):
he's a civil servant. So I couldn't technically. The truth is though, not only did you not
fire Fauci, who is loathed by many, many millions of Republicans in particular, but also some
Democrats. By the way, you made a mustar. You made a mustar. This is the criticism of you
that you made him the face of the White House coronavirus.
Do you think so? That he was added every pressur that he was running
heard for the administration on COVID and that you actually gave him a presidential
(02:17):
commendation before he left office. Wouldn't you like a do over on that? I don't know who gave him
the commendation. I really don't know who gave him the commendation.
There's a commendation. One went out from Mark II. Somebody probably chanted him a
commendation. He probably, but let me just tell you about Fauci. Fauci was very important
in the Biden administration, much less important. If you know, he didn't want to stop China. He
(02:39):
wanted to let everyone come in from China. I stopped it. I overwrote it. I overwrote many
of the things he did. He was much less important to me. Now, with that all being said, he's been
there for years. He was respected. He lost a lot of the respect because of COVID, but he
was respected. And on COVID, if you know what I did, I let the governors run their states.
(03:00):
Trump claimed that he couldn't fire Fauci, but in the statement in April 2020, he stated
his authority was total. Quote, "The president of the United States calls the shots. If we weren't
here for the states, you'd have the big problem in the country like you've never seen before,"
Trump said. "When somebody is the president of the United States, the authority is total,
(03:21):
and that's the way it's got to be. Total." The governors know that."
And indeed, Trump had bragged about firing former, quote, "nut job," James Comey in the
past. People were also quick to point out that he had given Fauci a presidential award
for Operation Warp Speed, the effort to develop a novel coronavirus vaccine.
(03:43):
A prison mitch on Twitter showed the goods.
And Trump also used Fauci in a campaign ad.
"President Trump is recovering from the coronavirus, and so is America. Together, we rose to meet
the challenge, protecting our seniors, getting them lifesaving drugs in record time, sparing
no expense. President Trump tackled the virus head on as leaders should."
(04:16):
But Fauci himself objected to being used in this ad.
But Dr. Fauci tells NBC News, "They did this without my permission and my comments were
taken out of context. In my five decades of public service, I have never publicly endorsed
nor do I now endorse any political candidates."
Now my view of it is that Trump's denial of the damage caused by the COVID pandemic continues
(04:40):
to haunt his presidential bid. However, there's no denying that the main problem with his
COVID response was that he leaned too much on experts. It didn't push back strongly enough
on measures like the mass mandates, vaccine mandates, and lockdowns on principle because
they violated people's civil rights. And they also turned out to be futile.
The Biden's presidency was much worse with the federal vaccine mandates.
(05:05):
Trump has people concerned that there won't be a full reckoning for the COVID experts who
misled America with fraudulent advocacy of the shots, which didn't stop the spread and
weren't necessary for young people, especially those with natural immunity. That's a major
concern because there needs to be full sweeping accountability for one of the most egregious
propaganda and censorship efforts in U.S. history. As well as people being stopped for
(05:30):
doing basic activities of daily life, like watching their loved ones in the hospital and holding
their hands as they died, going to church, attending funerals, operating their small businesses,
seeing their young children go to school, especially without the worthless cloth masks, and
generally wreaking havoc on society while doing tremendous damage to the economy, which
(05:52):
we are still suffering the effects from.
Trump has spoken out in opposition to the COVID mask and vaccine mandates, but it's clear
that he hasn't fully learned his lesson about just how scarring the COVID pandemic was for
millions of us. And the nation can't truly heal and get past it without recognition of how
destructive and traumatizing it was for America.

Is this the beginning of the end for the Hunter Biden saga?
Hunter Biden has finally been indicted on three felony gun charges.
Today, President Biden gave his first remarks since his son's indictment.
(08:03):
[Music]
[Applause]
As my mother and her striker just say, "Please excuse my back, I apologize."
(08:26):
Wow, those are some strong Hillary vibes there.
[Music]
Now, this is very serious for the Biden administration. As you can see from this ABC News clip, that he
gave striking terms about what this means for him and his presidency.
(08:49):
Now, we have just learned and we just got the paperwork that Hunter Biden, the President's
son, has been indicted for lying when buying a gun. I want to bring an NBC's Garrett,
what can you tell us?
Well, Chris, this indictment just unsealed in Delaware charges Hunter Biden with three counts
all related to that gun purchase. It describes two counts of knowingly making a false or fictitious
(09:12):
statement when purchasing a gun, basically accusing him of lying about being addicted to
drugs at the time he was purchasing this weapon pistol in October of 2018.
And the third count is that he did no-only possess that same firearm while being addicted to
a controlled substance. These are counts that were all thought to have been dealt with in
(09:36):
that plea deal that fell apart a couple of months ago, kicking things back to the US Attorney
now special counsel, vice handling this in Delaware former US Attorney in the District
of Delaware. Again, this indictment on field, dealing only with the gun and drug charges.
I think it's reasonable to presume we have not heard the last of charges against the President's
(09:56):
son given the scope of what was originally in front of the US Attorney and then kind of
fallen apart back to the drawing board to bring forward these counts now.
Now these are the charges, three counts relating to false certifications in a gun purchase
or possession that he was not an unlawful user of narcotics or controlled substances
(10:16):
as pointed out by the legal analyst TechnoFog.
Mike Davis of the Article 3 Project accused the prosecutors of being yet part of another
cover-up and had scathing commentary.
Don't be fooled. Today's indictment of Hunter Biden for gun felonies is just more cover-up
by Delaware US Attorney David Weiss, who has protected the Biden's for years. Weiss,
(10:38):
handpicked by both Democrat home state senators in Delaware, let the statute of limitations
expire on serious tax charges, buried evidence deemed credible by the Pittsburgh US Attorney
of the Biden's alleged foreign bribery schemes and attempted to give Hunter a sweetheart
deal with secret, broad immunity that protected President Biden.
(11:00):
President Biden knows he cannot pardon Hunter right now. That would lead to politically
and legally disastrous consequences before November 5, 2024. If pardon, Hunter can no longer
plead the Fifth Amendment and refuse to testify before Congress.
Writers' Fifth Amendment protections also disappear if Weiss gives Hunter a plea agreement with
(11:23):
a prosecution waiver or some other immunity deal that shields him from criminal charges.
Weiss' charges today continue his deceptive pattern four years of protecting Hunter.
More troubling Weiss' protecting President Biden, indeed where are Hunter's charges
related to foreign corruption, acting as an unregistered foreign agent. Tax evasion,
(11:47):
wire fraud, and other criminal charges that could implicate President Biden.
President Biden and Weiss will rescue Hunter after the 2024 election. Weiss will give Hunter
another sweetheart deal. President Biden will pardon Hunter and maybe even himself. Hunter
will not spend a day in jail. Most troubling, there are credible allegations with corroborating
(12:10):
evidence that President of the United States may be compromised by foreign bribes and other
corruption. The Biden Justice Department will now point to Hunter's indictment, pretend
there's an ongoing investigation and prosecution, and refuse to produce any records to or
answer any questions from Congress, the press, or the public.
(12:31):
The House may consider granting Hunter immunity now. The Biden Justice Department will never
seriously prosecute Hunter anyway. The House should force Hunter to testify, knowing
whether the President is compromised is much more consequential than a no jail time felony
conviction for a crackhead with a gun. If Hunter obstructs or lies, the Trump Justice
(12:53):
Department will prosecute him after January 20, 2025.
Wow, you can't lay it out any better than that. If you take this with recent news that Joe
Biden has now fallen behind former President Donald Trump in the polls, according to the
real clear politics average, and Deep State connected Washington Post columnist David Ignatius'
(13:14):
recent call for Joe Biden to step down for the good of the party and the country has been
a very bad day for the Biden regime.
Now I will add that Hunter Biden does theoretically face up to 25 years behind bars for these three
charges. And the Hunter Biden defense team has already come out and said that these charges
(13:35):
are not permissible under the agreement that was standing in court. But that all said and
done, this definitely ratchets up the heat on the Biden administration and makes them
look really bad ahead of next week's Attorney General, Mayor Garland Testimony before Congress.
Donald Trump's legal team is celebrating a tremendous court victory in its Trump recochase.
(13:59):
And Fulton County DA Fanny Willis must be throwing things against the wall according to ABC
News. That's because Judge Scott McAfee ruled
as several of the cases of Trump's recode defendants, Kenneth Chesbro and Sidney Powell,
meaning they can't be tried with Trump.
In the Georgia election interference case against former President Trump and 18 others,
the judge has severed the cases of two of those defendants who will now be tried separately
(14:22):
from the former president and the rest of the group.
Prosecutors say they'll also hand over the names of 30 unindicted co-conspirators to defense
counsel for all 19 co-defendants. I want to bring in ABC News editorial producer John
Santucci and ABC News Legal contributor Brian Buckmeyer for more.
John, as you were watching, you were saying this is not a good day for the Fulton County DA.
>> Bad, I mean Fanny Willis wasn't there, but you got to imagine Diane, she's throwing
(14:46):
things against the wall based on this hearing. So let's start where you just began.
So first, the team for the federal prosecutor, the prosecutors down there, had been arguing
keep everybody together. Keep all 19 because really what we learned today, we're going to
have a show this fall and then we're going to have a repeat performance next spring, which
makes it incredibly difficult for prosecutors. A great win for Donald Trump and others that
(15:09):
did not want to be part of this beaty trial case. I can tell you sitting here with you, just
texting with some of the attorneys involved in the other defendants, celebrating. Yay,
victory. This is everything they wanted was to take more time and slow this down.
>> This will significantly slow down Fanny Willis's case. And Trump won't be facing trial
in this case in October as originally planned. Now it is more likely to be December.
(15:34):
The judge's decision came after the defense team laid out damning information that the
Fulton County prosecutors were likely hiding expulpatory evidence in the case. Defense
attorney Brian Rafferty thus accuses Fulton County's lawyers of withholding documentation
that the coffee county voting machine data search was indeed authorized.
>> I think this case probably for a month. And on August 30th, shortly after I got into
(16:00):
this case, I sent a very detailed Brady request to the government. Those Brady obligations,
as the Your Honor knows, are independent of their discovery obligations as it relates
to this hard drive. They have a due process obligation to turn over to me, favorable information.
And I didn't send them some blanket requests saying, give me everything under the sun. It
was a very, very pointed request on August 30th that addressed two critical issues from
(16:24):
Ms. Powell. That is, number one, that she wasn't behind this incident in coffee county,
which forms the basis of her inclusion in this indictment. And number two, that whatever
happened in coffee county, there's ample evidence out there that it was authorized. Okay?
So I've asked for that very specific evidence. In response to my letter on August 30th, I heard
nothing from the state. And so this week, I sent a even more tailored request, a copy
(16:49):
of which I can provide to Your Honor, asking for very specific information, because I've
spent the past month or so trying to figure out what happened and have gathered ample
evidence showing those two things that Ms. Powell was not behind all of this, and that
it was authorized. I filed a motion last night that sets out all the evidence that I've
been able to find on my own, which I hope the state has. Okay? But the most important thing
(17:14):
that I found, Your Honor, is a report by CNN, which I've been able to confirm that there
is a letter, a letter of invitation from coffee county on January 1st of 2021. That was
sent. And it was sent not to Ms. Powell. It was sent to another lawyer inviting folks
(17:35):
to come down to coffee county and do whatever it is that they did. What does that establish,
Your Honor? Two things. One, what I've been saying since last week in my severance
motion, what I said in my motion last night, would all keep banging the drum on, which is,
this was not Ms. Powell. That's number one. But number two, that this was authorized. It
(17:55):
was authorized. And I have asked for that. I have not asked for eight terabytes of
risk of discovery. This is a handful of documents. We've got eight lawyers sitting on this side.
I'm pretty sure they know how to attach a document to an email. But in response to that
email that I sent this week, like my letter I sent last in August 30th, I heard squat
from the state. So they sit here and say, Your Honor, that they are open and they're going
(18:20):
to turn stuff over. I have been as clear as day about specifically what I'm entitled
to under the Constitution due process, Brady versus Maryland, independent of any discovery
obligations they have. That is exculpatory information that establishes that Ms. Powell
should not be in this case. They have it, Your Honor. I have a reason to believe they have
(18:41):
it. And they don't even respond. I have a motion. I'm going to file it. I'm going to ask
for this relief. But I shouldn't have to file it. If this were in federal court, rule
five, Your Honor would issue an order upon a raiment ordering them to turn that material
over because they have to. They don't have a choice. And they haven't done it here. I'm
(19:03):
concerned. I practice mostly in federal court with federal prosecutors who know that.
I have concerns that Mr. Wade and the other folks on this side don't appreciate their
Brady obligation. So I'm asking the court to order them to produce Brady material immediately
because they're required to. This could prove to be a fatal blow to Fanny Willis' case.
(19:26):
It is one of the three legs of the coffee table that is holding up her already thin Trump
Rico case. If the coffee county data search was authorized, there goes one criminal activity
that Willis could cite to hold together her case. Willis also has a sculpatory evidence
in her possession that the so-called fake electors case is bogus because the defendant's
(19:46):
David Schaefer and Sean Still and potentially Kathy Latham are all in the clear. That's
because the record clearly shows they were not attempting to become official electors,
but merely submitting statements as potential Trump electors on a slate of alternate electors.
Willis may be guilty of making a false statement to the court herself by knowingly misrepresenting
(20:09):
the electors claims. Remember Brad Raffin's burger's testimony does not support Willis'
claim that Trump had suggested anything illegal when he asked him to find votes. Instead,
he wanted Raffin's burger to remove allegedly illegal votes that weren't contentioned in
Fulton County. Therefore, everything that Donald Trump wanted to do in Georgia during
(20:31):
the 2020 election was perfectly legal and Fanny Willis knows it. This case should be immediately
dismissed.
The biggest story in the country right now is the Biden Corruption scandal. The writing
is on the wall. Even the corrupt state-run media sees it. And they have begun to turn on
the president and influential Washington Post journalists is calling for Biden to step
(20:53):
aside because he can't stop Trump. And CNN gave a list of some of Biden's lies, as
you can see here. I don't discuss business with my son. I didn't know that was the case
in it. And when it went in fact, I found out the fact. And because I don't discuss things
with my son or my family because I don't want to have any knowledge of any, I don't want
(21:15):
to be accused of what you talk with your sony to talk with your whomever.
You liar! Look, my son statements speaks for itself. I did my job. I never discussed
a single thing with my son about anything having to do with Ukraine. No one is indicated
I have. We've always kept everything separate, even when my son was the Attorney General of
the State of Delaware. We've never discussed anything. So there'd be no potential conflict.
(21:38):
You said on a throne of lies.
Excuse me. There's a photo of you, a bulping with your son, Hunter, and his business partner,
Devon Archer. Do you stand by your statement that you do not discuss any of your sons
overseas business? Yes, I stand by that statement. No, no, no, no, no, no, I don't. And because
(21:59):
I never discussed with my son anything having to do with what was going on in Ukraine. That's
a fact. Yeah, that's it. Take it.
I've never discussed my business or their business, my sons or daughters, and I've never
discussed them because they know where I have to do my job and that's it. And they have
to make their own judgments. Do you understand people say Joe Biden? He's an experienced
(22:22):
politician. Statesman knows these issues of Ukraine. Why didn't he just say to his son,
this is one to take a pass on it, may not look good.
He was already on the board and he's a grown man. And it turns out he did not do a single
thing wrong as everybody's investigated.
You are a bold face liar. It's not appropriate if you were to become the nominee or the President
(22:44):
of the United States, rather. Why was it appropriate when you were the vice president for him to
have foreign investments?
Well, the fact is I was unaware of his investments until it occurred. And I've never discussed
what my son's business with him because I didn't want any conflict, including my deceased
son, Bo, the attorney general, was suing banks, eternally, you know, as during the recession
(23:09):
when we weren't, et cetera. So we just kept everything. We've kept everything separate.
The president has said that he never spoke to his son about his overseas business dealings.
Is that still the case?
Yes.
That's a lot.
There's this testimony now where one of your sons from our business associates is claiming
(23:30):
that you were on speaker phone a lot with them talking business. Is that what?
Never told business that. I know you'd have a lousy question.
Well, why is that a lousy question?
Because it's not true.
Thank you, Mr. President.
There's no corruption here at all. This is totally normal. Joe Biden had no role whatsoever
(23:53):
in his son's business or knowledge of it.
Right.
How would, I mean, that seems false.
Yeah, I think that, yeah, that's categorically false. I think that what the, he was aware of
Hunter's business. He met with Hunter's business partners. I mean, you found a letter that,
that illustrates that he knew me.
(24:13):
And he's thanking you.
He's thanking you for his effort.
So I think that was, yeah, I think your effort.
Yeah.
Yeah, I think that a, let's say, you know, that's, that's not factually right.
But they forgot to include Biden's biggest lie of all. He had nothing to do with his son's
dirty foreign business dealings.
Now the Biden-Crying family gained an estimated $20 million from corrupt foreign actors.
(24:36):
So much for the myth of middle-class Joe. So as Biden's numbers sink below Trump's and
national polling, even CNN polling shows that a majority of Americans believe the president
is compromised in his corruption scandal.
But we still have a desperate last ditch effort to protect the president, denying that there
is any evidence in the corruption scandal that happened in heated backlash to Speaker
(24:59):
Kevin McCarthy's announcement that the Biden impeachment inquiry had finally begun.
Democrats flocked to the microphones in fake outrage to protest that a congressional investigation
would actually be turned against one of their own.
Former Trump impeachment manager Hakeem Jeffries was emblematic of this phony effort to pretend
that the Biden impeachment investigation is much ado about nothing.
(25:23):
Many mega-republicans have launched an illegitimate impeachment inquiry that is a kangaroo court,
fishing exposition and conspiracy theater rolled into one.
There is not a shred of evidence that President Joe Biden has engaged in wrongdoing.
(25:44):
There is not a shred of evidence that President Joe Biden has committed an impeachable offense.
There is not a shred of evidence that President Joe Biden has committed a crime.
This is an illegitimate impeachment inquiry.
Period full stop.
(26:06):
The Democrats further protested by claiming that McCarthy's impeachment inquiry had been
undertaken without a House vote.
And that the Speaker had somehow broken his promise.
However, how soon the Democrats forget that this is precisely what Nancy Pelosi had done
when she had the gavel.
Today, I'm announcing the House of Representatives moving forward with an official impeachment inquiry.
(26:30):
I'm directing our six committees to proceed with their investigations under that umbrella
of impeachment inquiry.
The President must be held accountable.
No one is above the law.
Now all of this was over a phone call as it tested by a so-called whistleblower who had secondhand
information about it.
It turns out that Trump's phone call to then-Ukrainian President was perfectly justified
(26:53):
as the President was merely following his duty to find out what the Biden's were up to
in Ukraine.
And what dirt the Ukrainian President might have on Biden.
That's highly relevant now because Zelensky is on his way to Washington and to the UN
to make his pitch for a 46th aid package.
The United States unconstitutional and reckless proxy war with a nuclear power in a conflict
(27:16):
that is now a stalemate as I predicted would happen over a year ago.
So Trump's first impeachment was a complete sham.
It has been memory-hold by the media because it is so embarrassing to the Democrats in hindsight.
And the second impeachment not only was Donald Trump acquitted by the Senate, even with
seven never-trumpers throwing a lot with the Democrats, good riddance mittens, by the way.
(27:40):
But the Democrats weren't entirely unethical in their attempt to twist or write by unarmed
protesters who killed nobody into a purported attempt to overthrow the U.S. government.
And then connived to take a peaceful commonplace speech by a President, exercising his right
to voice disagreement with elections, just as numerous Democrats had done countless
(28:01):
times before.
A student endorsement of a political coup.
What a farce.
But the corrupt state-run media got into the action by claiming that there is no evidence
that justifies a Biden impeachment inquiry.
Again, this is an effort to shut down an investigation.
That's after the Democrats have done nothing but investigate for seven years now to sabotage
(28:25):
a campaign, undermine a presidency, and gaslight America.
And believing their political opposition is an existential threat to the Republic.
That's the playbook that Joe Biden will go to in a few weeks when he will once again demonize
his opponents because they are merely looking into his obvious conflicts of interest and
the damning evidence that he's compromised by foreign powers.
(28:47):
Kevin McCarthy was confronted on Capitol Hill by a reporter, and he bent over backwards
to try to deprogram her, explaining like one would do to a kindergartener.
Why in teaching the virus to do is to get answers to questions.
Are you concerned about all the stuff that was just recently learned?
Do you have any concern?
Have you asked the White House any questions?
(29:08):
Yes.
Okay.
Do you agree that do you believe the President lied to the American public when he said he'd
never talk to his son about business dealings?
Yes or no?
That's all right.
I didn't answer a lot.
You can't answer that.
Do you believe when they said the President went on conference calls, do you believe that
(29:29):
happened?
That's what the testimony said.
Do you believe the President went to Cafe Milano and had dinner with the clients of Hunter
Biden who believes he got those clients because he was selling the brand?
That's not the testimony.
Okay.
Do you believe Hunter Biden, who sold the video to him driving a Porsche, that he got $143,000
to buy that Porsche the next day?
(29:51):
Do you believe that $3 million from the Russian Oleg Ark that was transferred to the shell
companies that the Biden's controlled after the dinner from Cafe Milano took place?
So the testimony?
Okay.
Then I go back.
Do you think the President lied that he would--
But is that an impeachable is lying and impeachable?
What you want to know, I'm not saying impeachment.
All I'm saying is, I would like to know answer these questions.
(30:13):
The American public ought to know.
And that's what impeachment inquiry does.
But as diplomatic as McCarthy was with a reflexively hostile press corps, there is a much stronger case
to be had, that the Biden's are undoubtedly guilty of political activity involving foreign
actors.
That makes Joe Biden unsuitable to be President of the United States.
(30:36):
And indeed, if the press was not censored with the Hunter Biden Laptime story prior to the
2020 election, Joe Biden ever had been President.
Now let's pack all of the no evidence that the state-run media doesn't want you to see
that shows the Hunter Biden scandal is actually the Joe Biden scandal.
First of all, Hunter Biden's business partners and associates met in the White House over
(30:58):
80 times when Biden was Vice President.
Now is that a coincidence?
I think not.
Biden on the phone call with Hunter Biden's associates at least 20 times as Vice President.
And this is what Devon Archer, again, a Burisma board member who is a business partner of
Hunter Biden said in testimony under oath.
(31:22):
Question.
And during those 20 times did Hunter Biden ever place his dad on speaker phone?
Yes.
Third of all, Hunter trips to at least 15 countries when his dad was Vice President and subsequently
met with business associates on multiple occasions.
As he said, I can catch a ride with him.
And he met with business associates a number of times, including in China and in Ukraine.
(31:48):
Number four, Joe Biden met in person with Hunter Biden's business partners in a Moscow
Mayor's wife, Yelena Batarina, by the way, who subsequently wired $3.5 million to Hunter's
firm and then avoided Russian sanctions under Joe Biden's presidency.
Also there was a Hunter Biden associate named Eric Schwerin.
(32:11):
Fifth, Joe Biden met with Burisma executive Vadim Pajarovsky in 2015, which began Joe Biden's
turn against the Ukrainian prosecutor's office.
Sixth, Joe Biden was the brand behind Hunter's influence peddling operation, as came up in testimony
(32:34):
with Devon Archer.
Seventh, Hunter Biden cashed in on his father's name to the tune of millions of dollars.
It seems the Biden crime family got $20 million for what in return is the big question.
Number eight, Joe Biden used three different pseudonyms to exchange official government information
(32:59):
with Hunter Biden, Robert L. Peters, Robin Ware, and JRP Ware.
You see this in an email that's attached that came up during FOIA.
And here's one example, prep for call with President Poroshenko of Ukraine in May 27th of
2016, gives the travel information.
(33:23):
This is considered to be sensitive information on day of.
So yeah, Hunter Biden was being copied with his dad using fake names.
That seems totally legit, right?
Number nine, a trusted and reliable source in the FBI provided testimony that both Hunter
and Joe Biden participated in a legit $5 billion international bribery scheme.
(33:46):
This came up with the FD1023 document that's a FBI witness statement that was eventually
released in fairly unredacted form for the most part.
And it is attested to by a quote trusted, unquote, and reliable source that the FBI had turned
to before.
(34:07):
So no, it had nothing to do with Rudy Giuliani had nothing to do with his sources.
This was an informant who had talked to the FBI before and this informant whose identity
is protected was considered to be a reliable source by the FBI.
So again, nothing to do with Rudy Giuliani.
That's fake news.
Number 10, there are bank records and shell company statements showing multiple suspicious
(34:30):
transactions, amounting to over $20 million to the Biden's.
Here's an example from Robinson Walker, one of the companies that the Biden crime family
used to apparently filter their money through.
And you see the beneficiaries, including Halley Biden and a lot of these shell companies.
(34:51):
Again, this is not what legitimate companies do.
If you actually have a product to sell, you can just use your company and sell that product.
But since there's no product here, it says Biden's political influence.
Yeah, it makes sense to use shell companies, doesn't it?
Number 11, an email trail shows that Hunter Biden sought to have quote, 10 held by H for
(35:13):
the big guy, unquote, in an email.
And according to multiple witnesses, as we see in Tony Pawelinski for one, also the CEO
of Berezmah, Mikaly, Zlochemsky, also attested to this.
That the big guy certainly means Joe Biden.
Number 12, Hunter Biden described Joe Biden as an office made and then listed Chairman
(35:36):
Yee of C E F C as his partner.
So Hunter Biden was looking to do business with Dad in an office that appears that didn't
materialize.
But as far as Hunter was concerned, Pops was his business partner.
This looks like if you read this email.
All right.
Number 13, business associate Rob Walker told the FBI that Joe Biden met personally with
(36:01):
C E F C business members.
Now, these are Chinese officials connected to the CCP.
This is not what legitimate politicians do in the United States.
Like, I take unofficial visits with CCP connected politicians.
You don't do that if you're a legitimate political leader.
(36:23):
Number 14, CCP connected businessmen, including spies sent millions of dollars and even a diamond
to the Biden's as part as the influence peddling scheme.
Here you can see a graphic.
This comes from the House Oversight Committee, by the way, as a number of these graphics do.
You can see here Chairman Yee who was, you know, the business partner of Hunter talking
(36:46):
to Guangweng Dong.
You see all these little companies, Rob's and Walker.
We saw the money trail above for them.
You see, Halley Biden was one of the beneficiaries, James Biden, another beneficiary, Hunter Biden.
And is the question mark?
Is that the big guy?
You know, we'll have to see.
Don't forget that Joe Biden has had tax problems in the past and has not been able to account
(37:10):
for all his money.
But you know, must be difficult keeping track of all these transactions and cell companies.
That'll come out.
Now that this impeachment query is underway, there'll be more subpoena power to force these
banks to turn over all of the documents.
Number 15, the Biden set up elaborate methods of hiding these illicit Chinese payments.
(37:34):
You see step one, C E F C infrastructure, Guangweng Dong, step two, Hudson West V.
Guangweng Dong, step three, question mark, step four profit, essentially.
16, Hunter Business Associates implicated that Joe Biden was involved, but not to mention
it because they are paranoid.
(37:55):
Why would they be paranoid?
Everything they're doing is above board, right, Democrats?
There's no evidence.
There's nothing to see here.
Why would they be paranoid?
They're just, they're just good upstanding citizens doing their duty.
You know, representing the American people, right?
That's all they're doing here.
Why would they be paranoid?
(38:15):
I don't know.
Number 17, Joe Biden wrote a recommendation for the daughter of a Hunter Business Partner
to get into Georgetown.
Wow.
I mean, Joe is a really caring guy.
You know, just writes recommendation letters to get into colleges to everybody.
You know, there was no, no payoff here.
Now, she didn't get in to this Georgetown University.
(38:38):
I mean, maybe an advisor said, hey, this looks really bad.
Don't do this.
Maybe you found out who he was.
I don't know.
It's a good, but it's still, it's very interesting that he's writing recommendation letters
for Hunter's Business Partner.
So very strange.
Number 18, Joe Biden met with Hunter's Mexican Business Associates on Air Force 2.
(38:59):
I mean, this guy's got some kind of holidays.
And take that.
I mean, like, that's really in our faces right there.
I mean, Democrats are pretty bold, but like taking business partners on Air Force 2.
Billionaire business associate, this is a report daily mail.
At in 2014, he flew with his son and, uh, and entertained Hunter's Mexican billionaire
(39:24):
business associates.
Wow.
Number 19, let's get to the whistleblowers, right?
Democrats love whistleblowers.
They did in the first impeachment.
They were big fans of whistleblowers.
Man, got to protect the identity of the whistleblower, right?
You know, even if they're, you know, shady and, uh, you know, in contact with Adam Schiff's
(39:44):
office, we still got to protect their identity, right?
So all of a sudden, they don't seem to like whistleblowers so much and they just want to
attack them and retaliate them against like Hunter Biden's lawyers did recently.
So the IRS whistleblower Gary Shaply testified that the Biden appointed then district
uh, US attorney for DC Matthew Graves refused to charge Hunter Biden in his jurisdiction
(40:10):
allowed the statute of limitations to pass for specific tax charges.
You know, who knows if this recent indictment is also a foot dragging effort to get statute
of limitations and tax charges and, uh, Farah, you know, in other other, you know, other
crimes, apparent crimes, uh, you know, I mean, there's, or is it just to cover up, uh, so
(40:33):
they can't call Hunter Biden, uh, to the stand in the, in Congress and, you know, um, this
whistleblower who was on the IRS investigation, that was also dismissed, uh, when, uh, when
they seemed like they were drawing closer to getting evidence, you know, that, that somehow
related to Joe Biden, uh, it seems like, uh, it seems like they did, you know, they called
(40:56):
the dogs off, but, uh, you know, that, that brings us to IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler
who said that they were not allowed to follow evidence that could have led to Joe Biden.
I mean, Ken, this is perfectly normal stuff.
According to Democrats, there's nothing to see here.
There's no evidence.
Come on, people.
Why are we, why are you so curious about this?
(41:17):
Why do we have questions about any of this?
Why should there be an inquiry about this, you know, just because they had witch hunts for
seven years, spending millions and millions of taxpayer dollars wasting our time, keeping
it in the headlines constantly instead of allowing a president to implement his agenda, you
know, you know, we should, we shouldn't have any such inquiries now.
(41:39):
No, that's just beyond the pale.
That's just who are, how dare we, how dare we ask questions about Joe Biden and his corrupt
family?
I mean, and here we go.
2100 Biden limited to his daughter at a 2019 text message that he was giving Joe Biden
quote, half unquote his salary.
Here's what he said.
I hope you all can do what I did and pay for everything for the entire family for 30 years.
(42:05):
It's really hard.
But don't worry.
Unlike pop, I won't make you give me half your salary, unquote.
No questions.
I mean, this is a, this is a private aside he had with his daughter.
And, you know, why would he, do people just say that randomly?
Was this just like word salad that he just spontaneously erupted out of his crack head?
(42:29):
Like, just word vomited onto a text.
There's nothing there.
There's no, I mean, Hunter talked to Devon Archer about paying bills for Joe.
Like just random bills, like repair bills.
It's like, why would he do that?
Like, if your father, does your son pay just random bills for you?
If you're like making 152 or 1000 a year as a politician, like your son just paying random
(42:55):
bills, there's nothing there, right?
And here's, here's Hunter saying that he paid for everything for his entire family for
30 years, everything.
Now, of course, I mean, he's drug-addled and everything and he's exaggerating to get a rise
and he's, but still, I mean, this can't be baseless, right?
(43:16):
Is this baseless?
Like there's nothing to this, right?
No questions.
I mean, this is a, this is a private aside he had with his daughter.
And you know, why would he do people just say that randomly?
Was this just like word salad that he just spontaneously erupted out of his crack head?
Like just word vomited onto a text.
(43:38):
There's nothing there.
There's no, I mean, Hunter talked to Devon Archer about paying bills for Joe.
Like just random bills, like repair bills.
Like why would he do that?
Like, if your father, does your son pay just random bills for you?
You're like making 150, 200,000 a year as a politician.
(43:59):
Like your son just paying random bills.
There's nothing there, right?
And here's Hunter saying that he paid for everything for his entire family for 30 years,
everything.
Now, of course, I mean, he's drug-addled and everything and he's exaggerating to get a rise and he's,
but still, I mean, this can't be baseless, right?
(44:21):
Is this baseless?
Like there's nothing to this, right?
22 emails between Hunter and his business partner Eric Square in detail bill payments for
JRB believe to be Joseph Robinette Biden.
Incidentally, one of Joe Biden's pseudonyms was JRB where.
And here's some stuff here like described how $2,600 was to be paid to a contractor for
(44:45):
a stone retaining wall at Joe's home.
Did Hunter get drunk and back his, you know, stingray, back, back Joe stingray.
And then he went to the garage where all the classified documents were in the back, by
the way.
He ran into the garage like, what happened?
What's the backstory?
And this kind of fascinating aside.
And then there was $1475 to be paid to a painter for the back wall and columns of the property
(45:10):
and $1239 to a builder who fixed the AC and he ran into the house of the secret service
for 22 dollars a month.
Well, what happened here?
There was a reason to call Hunter before Congress explained these bills that he paid,
like what's going on here?
Because that's not really considered to be normal by most people.
(45:31):
So again, this isn't even all the no evidence.
This is just the Cliff's notes version of just some basic evidence.
Like this doesn't get into Joe Biden's illicit affairs with Ukrainian Russian prostitutes.
Like if you ever read those exchanges that he had with Russian Pimp, apparently, to try
(45:53):
to get prostitutes.
And then like, so apparently there's some tax issues here with the whole, you know, contacting
Russian in Ukrainian prostitution ranks where there's probably human trafficking going on.
There's certainly many reasons to question this narrative.
And that's mostly examining the evidence on Ukraine.
(46:14):
That's not really getting too much into the CEFC contacts that Hunter Biden had with the
F.ing spy chief of China has receded a diamond.
You know, all of this is not activity that the America people want in their elected officials
at the highest branches of government.
Now, there's maybe the most damning thing of all.
(46:37):
We know that Hunter Biden was copied on thousands of emails.
Many of them with Joe Biden's pseudonyms, as we mentioned above.
But it appears that Hunter Biden was sharing a classified information-based email with his
fellow Burisma board member, Devon Archer.
And I'm just going to read from some of these poems now.
Now if you look at this, you know, examining what he's talking about.
(46:58):
It says in an email in 2014 in April, Robert Biden, which is Hunter.
I have to go to Houston with Bo D'Amara for MD Anderson check up as we know Bo was sick
and you know, I was you Hunter went on to do some, do some illicit activity with Bo's
widow.
I mean, what a stand up guy.
(47:21):
Some thoughts after doing some research and some further thoughts on the organization going
forward.
So I mean, just like father like son, he's plagiarizing here by the way.
We'll get into this.
But he's plagiarizing from an intelligence document.
Okay.
How classified this document is we don't know.
We have to get into the government and run this by some people who are like sources
(47:42):
in the government to determine if this was classified information on it.
It's not clear.
So let me just stay from now said, you know, fact hackers.
Okay, listen, listen to me very closely.
There is an intelligence document.
There is a briefing that matches this information.
We don't know if it's classified, but I can just say as an international relations analyst,
(48:05):
foreign affairs analyst, this is not Hunter Biden's thoughts and we'll have the document,
the intelligence document shown up later, which is where Hunter Biden plagiarized these
points again, like father like son.
So let's just go through this really quick.
Porzinco appears to be the likely next president.
He did become president.
Determining our team's relationship with him is important.
(48:26):
He is credible with the West and by all accounts of true reformer now.
You guys might remember Maidan revolution that like the orange, or like, you know, an off
sheet of the color revolution that happened prior.
The US basically arranged for Porzinco to go in and take over for Yennecovich, like the
(48:47):
State Department and OSE and all of this had activities to make sure that Porzinco was
the next president.
So we were interfering in Ukrainian domestic politics for a long time.
This next some sort of decentralization will occur in the east.
(49:09):
If it doesn't, the Russians will continue to escalate their destabilization campaign.
This is from the US and this is from an intelligence point of view.
This is not from Hunter's point of view.
I mean, I don't, I'm destabilization for Hunter is like when he's hitting a crack pipe
and he can't walk in his legs or shaky.
That's what destabilization is in Hunter's world.
(49:30):
It's not, it's not his lingo.
Okay, I'm sorry.
Distabilizatia.
Okay.
This is not, this is not Hunter.
Okay.
If it doesn't, the Russians will continue to escalate their destabilization campaign could
lead to a full scale takeover of the eastern region, most critically, Donetsk, the strategic
value for Russia, by the way, is to create a land bridge for RU to Crimea.
(49:53):
That won't directly affect Burisma Holdings, but will limit future Ukrainian exploration
utilization of offshore opportunities in particular.
He goes on to talks about this and then critically number six, he brings up the IMF loan guarantees.
All right.
So, the loan guarantees is what Joe was blithering about like an idiot on video, the
(50:16):
quid pro quo for threatening the prosecutor.
And as we got, we talked about before, this was Joe's idea.
If you go back and look at the documents, like you look at John Kerry in the State Department,
he said months prior to it became apparently Joe's idea after meeting with Hunter Biden's
associates personally, like at Cafe Milano, for example, and subsequently with Burisma
(50:39):
associates also, that apparently Shokin, who was the Ukrainian prosecutor, was a reformer.
They had high praise for him.
You know, John Solomon at Just the News had provided a lot of this documentation and you
can go read it for yourself.
It just shows that the break in the policy happened about a month prior to the developing
(51:06):
calls for the IMF loan guarantee to be tied to getting rid of this prosecutor that was looking
into Burisma's foreign corruption.
So anyways, and that's like the, that's what that's the most important point.
He goes into talking about just strategy.
He talks about B.S.F.
(51:26):
This was the Clinton connected PR firm.
Now B.S.F. stands for Boys, Schiller, Flexner, L.O.P.
That's a Clinton connected PR firm.
And also of note here, they were buying burner phones from 7/11 or CBS apparently.
You know, this is shady business right here.
(51:48):
They also mentioned a boxer that apparently means Vitaly Kloetchko.
He was a professional boxer who still serves as the mayor of Kiev and he is a former leader
of the Petro Poroshenko block who he mentioned earlier and a former member of the Ukrainian
parliament.
So Poroshenko was against Yanukovych who he replaced and he was their main ally.
(52:13):
So now as we will see now, this email is similar to a document from an intelligence situational
awareness and intelligence firm called XRVision.
And as you can see from this document on the screen, that everything is pretty much ripped
(52:35):
from it's on this plagiarized assessment.
Of course, like Hunter knew nothing about Ukrainian politics, knew nothing about the gas industry.
So it kind of makes sense that he would just like grab a brief, you know, intelligence
briefing or analysis document and misrepresenting out of his own.
He learned that from his dad, you know, so you can you really blame him.
(52:59):
He doesn't have any expertise.
He's only hired to be the brand.
So that's all to say that the US media is suddenly disinterested in any impeachment inquiries.
That's after drumming up fake impeachments against a former president simply to undermine
his presidency and to also try to prevent him from running for reelection in 2024.
(53:20):
Again, there was no insurrection.
There was no coup attempt.
There was no try to overthrow the US government.
That is all completely unconvincing hogwash that never happened.
It was a riot.
There were Trump protesters there.
Yes.
Most of them were peaceful.
(53:40):
They're also far right and also just anarchist extremists who were there drumming up riots for
the sake of chaos.
So through all the smoke screen and the optics at the end of the day, the Trump impeachments
were complete shams and the Biden impeachment has very concrete and damning evidence.
(54:02):
So this is a real impeachment inquiry.
I would say that it's case closed.
There was a quid pro quo threat.
We have Biden on video.
We have a paper trail that shows Biden was implemental in the idea to fire the Ukrainian
prosecutor and he met with barisma executives not in the White House, mind you, at Cafe
(54:25):
Milano.
He also gave a quid pro quo favor to the Moscow mayor's wife at the time.
Now the widow who is one of the richest women in the world sent millions of dollars for
no discernible payoff except for just corruption.
In turns out she was left off of the Russian sanctions left under Joe Biden's presidency.
(54:49):
There were news articles written about this at the time questioning why she wasn't on the
list.
We know why she wasn't on the list because the Joe Biden's had goods that deliver and the
goods were political peddling and influence.
And that's what Joe Biden delivered in the communist Chinese.
Obviously, US foreign policy towards them, beginning with COVID, like the Wuhan lab,
(55:13):
foot dragging.
There's still no accountability over that.
The spy balloons, China building a spy base off our coast.
The electric vehicle push, which is going to benefit China because all the rare earth
minerals that are required for electric vehicles and they will profit from that as well.
There are just a number of questions with the Biden administration's policies towards China
(55:37):
in Ukraine.
And frankly, we shouldn't have to ask them.
We shouldn't have to ask if our president is compromised by foreign powers.
There are millions of dollars here going to this family.
There is nothing that this family is offering to these foreign actors.
There's no only thing that they can offer is that their father is in government.
Were they paying them just for fun?
Was it all just a smoke screen or was there something actually delivered?
(56:01):
And I think as I've laid out, there were things delivered, the Ukrainian prosecutor being
fired ultimately.
And that was after a raid on Zlochevsky, by the way, in February of 2016, there was a raid.
And that's when it, that was it.
And that's when Shokin was out.
And as we see, like, Batterina, she was left off the Russian sanctions list.
(56:25):
There are concrete things here to point to.
There isn't no evidence.
There isn't just questions.
There is no other explanation for the Biden administration making this move with the Russian
oligarchs, especially as belligerent as they have been against Russia.
If there were questions, she would have been immediately the advisors would have told
(56:47):
him to do it.
But he stuck by it and she's not on the Russian sanctions list.
So I think there's more than enough evidence here to show that Joe Biden is compromised.
He should not be in this race.
And as we saw at the top of the show, the corrupt media and the Democratic Party, as much as
they may protest, knows it.
(57:09):
And that's why they're going to such elaborate lengths to try to convince people there's
no evidence in this case.
But we know better.
We're informed.
So share this video with those of us who want to stay informed and stay in tune with
reality.
And as always, stay relentless about the truth and your freedom, America.
