Welcome to Relentless with Kyle Becker,
where we're relentlessly pursuing the truth
about America's biggest stories.
And we have a lot of big stories today,
and we'll start off with the good news.
That's Trump trouncing Biden in battleground states.
And we also have Biden getting busted big time.
(00:24):
House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer
reveals the stunning origins of the $40,000 check
that was paid to Joe Biden.
Now, against the media didn't tell you,
there was a mini insurrection at the White House this weekend.
We'll give you the details on that.
And I'll also give you my police state review
from my time in Mar-a-Lago,
where I had a chance to catch up and interview
(00:46):
the director, Dinesh D'Souza.
So you won't want to miss that.
But first, let's get to that Trump poll.
A New York Times Ciena poll has Democrats flipping out.
Trump is ahead in five swing states
and on track to earn more than 300 electoral votes.
Now, Trump holds a lead in Michigan, Nevada, Georgia,
Pennsylvania, and Arizona,
(01:08):
all of which we were told went to Biden in 2020.
Now, Biden is ahead in Wisconsin,
but he's trailing by five in Arizona,
six in Georgia, five in Michigan,
and a whopping 10 in Nevada.
Now, voters in swing states are 22 percentage points
more likely to trust Trump than Biden regarding the economy,
(01:28):
and that's 59 to 37 percent, so much for Bidenomics.
And in contrast to 2020,
Trump and Biden are virtually tied among voters under 30.
It will be fascinating to see if Joe Biden
even makes it to the 2024 election ballot,
or if the Democrats will agree that it's time
to put Grandpa Biden out to pasture,
or remove him during an impeachment trial.
(01:50):
At the end of the day, the Democrats want to win
by any means possible.
We've already seen what they've done
with the Trump political prosecutions,
all of this hullabaloo about the J6 trials.
They're willing to pull out all the stops.
Even if that means getting rid of a president
who is tanking their 2024 election chances,
provided there is a free and fair election that takes place.
(02:12):
Speaking of which, there have been four recent elections
that debunk the media myth that Democrats
virtually never cheat at the ballot box.
We were told it was a conspiracy theory
in the 2020 election, but it turns out
that it's conspiracy reality in 2023,
in terms of our recent discovery that Democrats
(02:33):
have been very naughty and cheating in our elections.
Who would have thought it?
Now, Democratic candidates in Connecticut, Massachusetts,
and New Jersey are now confronted
with election fraud allegations.
And Bridgeport Connecticut, a judge vacated the outcomes
of a Democratic mayoral primary,
and mandated a new election.
(02:55):
An online video, purportedly showed an advocate
of incumbent Democratic mayor, Joe Gannum,
stuffing bundles of papers into a drop box.
That sure looks a lot like ballot stuffing
and quite a bit like one of those mules
that we saw in the 2000 mules video.
Now, the judge, whose name is Judge Clark,
(03:17):
said that the videos are shocking to the court
and should be shocking to all parties, unquote, no kidding.
Meanwhile, a dem mayoral candidate
is accused of bribing Massachusetts residents
to cast their ballots.
Election officials for the city of Springfield
said they observed electors being escorted to city hall
(03:37):
for early voting, and some of them expected to receive cash
after supporting Democratic candidate Justin Hurst.
Video footage also surfaced
depicting an individual affiliated with Hurst campaign
distributing cash to voters.
Hurst refuted every allegation prior to his election day.
He also commented on the video evidence, quote,
(03:58):
"That gentleman has volunteered on many campaigns.
That particular gentleman has spent more times in prison
than he has spent out, but he is a good man.
And he's the individual I'm fighting for
in the city of Springfield.
We're running an election that is inclusive," unquote.
"Inclusive of voter fraud."
(04:19):
It looks like.
Now, no charges have been filed in Massachusetts as of yet.
However, New Jersey has announced charges against two
Democrats for election fraud.
Attorney General Matthew Plattkin
revealed charges of election fraud pertaining to mail-in ballots
and voter registrations for the 2020 and 2021 elections
(04:42):
and two separate cities.
That's a little bit late by my, I mean,
I don't have my calendar here,
but that seems to be years later.
Now, Alex Mendes, a Democrat and president of the Patterson
City Council, is reportedly confronted with further accusations
in a case involving election fraud in 2020.
Mendes was previously charged in June 2020
(05:03):
and in February 2021.
The AG says Mendes' team unlawfully collected
a large number of mail-in ballots.
Although a bearer is authorizing New Jersey law
to return a voter's completed ballot,
candidates are not permitted to collect a return ballots
for voters in the district of which they are competing.
As per the statement from AG's office,
(05:25):
Mendes' campaign purportedly gathered unsigned ballots.
Just to do diligence here, Mendes said in response,
quote, "This is unjust."
Unquote.
A month ago, an additional Democratic candidate in New Jersey
was accused of election fraud.
The Attorney General charged Dr. Henry Lynn Ibizim,
a 2021 candidate for mayor,
(05:46):
Plentfield, with election fraud and other crimes.
The AG further asserts that Ibizim instructed his associates
to complete and deliver to a post office, approximately 1,000
blank voter registration applications.
Ibizim was defeated in the June 2021 primary
by three other candidates,
but he did run for mayor in 2017.
(06:08):
Now, one of my favorite cases from the wayback machine
was going to 2021, right after the disputed 2020 election,
that's when Democrat power attorney Mark Elias
of Perkins Kui in Femi claimed voting machine irregularities
in a New York election.
The incumbent Democrat rep Ted Brindesy
(06:29):
brought a lawsuit claiming fraud against Republican
challenger Claudia Tenney.
Now, Elias claimed the voting machines may have undercounted
up to 2,599 votes for Brindesy throughout the district.
Brindesy, trail Republican challenger Claudia Tenney
by a razor thin 122 votes.
The lawsuit was ultimately unable to overturn
(06:51):
the election results.
Now, despite the clear evidence of voting fraud
in recent elections, the mainstream media
has continued to push the narrative
that it virtually never happens.
This is particularly the case in regards to the 2020 election.
When the Trump campaign and its backers
brought forth numerous election challenges,
contrary to the narrative that the courts found
(07:11):
no grounds for these lawsuits, the overwhelming majority
were dismissed on procedural grounds.
Those that were adjudicated went primarily
for the litigants in terms of hearing out the cases.
And this is according to an election integrity review
that was conducted on the 92 court challenges
that were filed over the 2020 election.
It found that a clear majority of the cases decided
(07:33):
on the merits were ruled favorably for the plaintiffs,
particularly the Republican Party and the Trump campaign.
Now, it is debatable whether the affirmative rulings
in all of these cases would have been sufficient
to lead to Donald Trump being elected in South Joe
Biden.
However, the pivotal lawsuit may have been the Texas case
brought by Attorney General Ken Paxton of Texas,
contending that a number of swing states
(07:55):
made unconstitutional election challenges
because they did not go through the state legislatures.
This case was denied by the Supreme Court
despite the constitution stipulating
the original jurisdiction of the states.
Furthermore, dozens of states have since decided
that 2020 election practices, such as the inclusion
of privately funded Zucker boxes,
(08:16):
were either illegal or were subsequently outlawed.
The sum of these lawsuits paint the picture
that the fortified 2020 election was highly flawed
and on democratic since it did not abide
by fundamental practices of election integrity.
Thus debunks a widespread narrative,
Trump's legal challenges to the 2020 election
(08:36):
were all baseless.
And there is virtually no way Biden can make it
to the 2024 election, not just because of the polling,
but because of the creating defense that there is nothing
to the claims that the Biden family is corrupt
and thoroughly compromised by foreign powers.
House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer,
a Republican from Kentucky,
revealed a new crime to add to the growing laundry list
(09:00):
of a listed activity allegedly committed by the Biden family
during an exclusive interview with Maria Bartoromo on Sunday.
Now, Comer had earlier released the check showing
that James Biden paid his brother $40,000,
which the Biden's claim was a loan.
The Oversight Committee Chair explained
the stunning origins of the payment,
which bank records show can be traced back
(09:22):
to Hunter Biden's infamous threat
against a Chinese businessman
with his father purportedly in the room.
House Republicans who are spearheading
the impeachment inquiry against Biden
are closely examining these financial transactions
between Joe Biden and his brother James Biden.
Now, this scrutiny is part of a wider investigation
into the commercial dealings of the Biden family
(09:43):
with a specific focus on determining
if the president had derived personal benefits
from political influence peddling,
which has potentially compromised his administration.
The financial records, which were subpoenaed
by the Republican staff of the House Oversight Committee,
revealed that Joe Biden got money directly
from his brother James in two instances
during the period between his vice presidency and his presidency.
(10:06):
Biden's backers claim it was a loan,
but Comer explained that this is common practice
for those facing money laundering charges.
One payment originated from James Biden's commercial involvement
with a health care company established in the United States,
while the other payment was associated with a Chinese business
that both James Biden and Hunter Biden,
the president's son, were affiliated with CEFC.
(10:31):
The Republicans have yet to conclusively demonstrate
that Joe Biden had knowledge of the origin of the cash.
However, Joe Biden's office
and disputed Lee coordinated with his son Hunter Biden
in his business associates in a number of ways.
He met with Hunter's business associates dozens of times.
He spoke with them on the phone at least 20 times.
(10:53):
He forwarded over 1,000 official government emails
to Hunter Biden.
He brought him on board Air Force 2 to attend meetings
at least 15 times.
He arranged travel for him and his business associates,
and he even assured he had special attention
on his influence peddling trips such as to China.
Now whether or not Joe Biden knew of the source
(11:14):
of the payments is irrelevant.
If he unknowingly aided and abetted his son's
a list of influence peddling schemes,
then he's too incompetent to be present.
If he knowingly aided and abetted it,
then he is too corrupt to be president.
Either way, Joe Biden is compromised
and should not be allowed to become president again in 2024.
(11:35):
Now this brings us to yet another segment,
and you might not have seen this in the media.
That is the mini-insurrection
that took place this weekend at the White House.
The White House had some unexpected visitors
on Saturday night, as dozens, if not hundreds,
of pro-Hamas demonstrators,
surrounded the capital grounds
and staged what I call a mini-insurrection.
(11:55):
The protesters screamed vocal support for Palestine
at the Secret Service,
and even defied orders to stop hanging a flag
and on signs on the fence.
The Secret Service attempted to take down a stop attack
on Gaza banner that was hanging up on the White House gates,
but the protesters then put it back up.
According to New York Post reporter Stephen Nelson,
(12:17):
the White House's Northwest entrance
was smeared with red paint and protesters were pushing on the gate. Nelson also reported
the chance of Alawoo Akbar adding that he heard this was also chanted at multiple points
along the fence. And then he also show chanting of F. Joe Biden outside the White House.
Joe Biden! Joe Biden! Joe Biden! Joe Biden! Joe Biden!
(12:48):
Oh, Akbar! Oh, Akbar! Oh, Akbar! Oh, Akbar! Oh, Akbar!
Now last week pro-Palestine protesters laid siege to Grand Central Station in the heart of New York City.
(13:15):
Chanting slogans like "from the river to the sea" Palestine will be free, meaning free from the
existence of Israel. The chant is reflective of the origin statement of Hamas, the terrorist organization
that runs the Gaza Strip, in which undertook the savage attack on Israeli civilians on October 7th.
One of the backers of these protests, both at the Grand Central Station, also at the canon building,
(13:40):
was Jewish Voice for Peace, a radical group that the anti-definition leak has called "anti-Israel"
put together the protest, which happened at the same time that Israel stepped up its military
actions in Gaza. JVP is the same group that staged what critics derisively referred to as an
"insurrection" at the Capitol on October 18th. The canon building, one of the buildings of
the Capitol Complex, was taken over, leading to a disruption of official proceedings.
(14:05):

Let it go, let it turn it. Let it turn on the branch.
Okay, let me just turn it in, don't let it rush you.

(14:27):

So, who is behind the massive protest in DC this weekend? We're an estimated 100,000 pro-Palestinian
marchers showed up. Now, it isn't 100% clear, but a watchtitting examiner investigation found two
(14:49):
groups in the largest Democratic-tied dark money network in the United States,
how subsequently parted ways with a progressive charity. New venture fund and Woodward fund,
two charities managed by liberal consultancy, Airebela Advisers, steered $473,000 between 2020 and 2021
(15:09):
to Alliance for Global Justice, according to tax forms. This Alliance for Global Justice group
is suspected of funding Palestinian terror through the popular front for the liberation of Palestine
terror group. However, the funds are announcing that they will not be handing out grants anymore
to the Arizona nonprofit group, which four payment processors have dropped this year over reported
(15:33):
links. So, when we see all these Palestinian flags everywhere, we can bet that much of this has
been astroturfed if not pre-planned ahead of time. So, just to recap, this weekend there were reports
of pro-Hamas and Palestinian first protesters climbing the White House gates, smashing windows,
shouting and throwing things at secret service agents, and also defacing public monuments. Much like
(15:57):
the BLM riots at the White House, there was no major investigation announced into this mini-insurrection.
Now, the important thing here is if Maga or America first supporters had pulled such protests at the
nation's capital, they would already be in a DC-Goolog awaiting trial for an insurrection.
Don't forget now, those J-6 trials are even for peaceful protesters who did not assault anyone.
(16:22):
It did not destroy anything. They are truly political prisoners. And that brings us to
Dinesh D'Souza's new film, "Plee State." I got a chance to interview him when I was in attendance
for the new premiere in Mar-a-Lago. Hi, this is Kyle Beckham here with Dinesh D'Souza, the director
of "Volise State." We're here at the premiere in the Trump Mar-a-Lago Club, and I wanted to ask him,
(16:45):
what was the impetus that made you feel that you had to make this film now? Was there a tipping
right in your mind or something that came up in general? I think it just occurred to me that the
defining ingredients of police states are all showing up now in America. Mass surveillance of
citizens, systematic censorship, ideological indoctrination, the schools and the media.
(17:09):
Police states tend to be one-party states to try to shut down and lock up opposition leaders,
to criminalize dissent, to shut down religious liberty, they are political prisoners.
So, you know, go down to checklist. You'll see that one degree or another, a lot of this is now
right here in America. So what would you say to people who are necessarily on the political right?
(17:30):
About how the mentality of political correctness, wokeness, how does this feed the building of the
police state? People who think that they have good intentions, who just want to help people.
They maybe they don't pay attention to what's going on and they think this is just a bunch of
sensationalism on the right. I mean, what like few things could you tell them to open their minds?
(17:51):
Our police state is very cunning. It is a police state that marches behind the banner of saving
democracy, upholding the rule of law, protecting truth against misinformation and disinformation,
even affirming freedom. So what the movie does is it pulls away the veil. It exposes the naked
(18:14):
brutality of the police state, and I think that's what will fire people up and they realize, no,
this is actually a very bad situation. All right, thank you today for your time.
You look at it from here and I'm sure everybody will love it. Thank you. I found police state to be
a very gripping and well done film, but I think the most powerful part of it was the personal
human testimonials that were put forth by victims of the police state. The mother who lost her son
(18:41):
to suicide, the man who had his door broken down just for showing up on January 6th outside the
Capitol building, an old man and his mother's apartment that was apart from him and even elderly
mother was on the verge of death also had her apartment broken into and ransacked into filed.
And the man left the apartment just like it was as a reminder of being so thoroughly violated
(19:07):
and desecrated and defiled by a police state with no conscience and apparently no control.
And this was a real wake up call for people. I just hope that people who aren't on the right
get a chance to see this or get exposed to it. It's been blacked out on a lot of social media
platforms unsurprisingly, a lot of FBI and CIA agents work in these social media platforms for
(19:30):
a reason that doesn't appear to me be to be legitimate at all. It's just a censor and thought police
Americans and keep them from sharing information like what that was in the police state film.
So if you get a chance go out and see that it's available online you can find it at policestatefilm.com.
