Speaker 1 (00:00):
Do you live in Henderson, Nevada? Are you looking for
a really hot sports bar. It's called Johnny Max. Johnny
Mack raised the bar on chicken wings fresh every day,
fried in no trans fat, rice oil. Serve the old
fashioned buffaloway as hot as you can stand it. Three
to four alarm fire or four famous sauces. Also the
(00:24):
magic vibe that's free with every order. Make new friends
over a brew. J Max on Butter Highway and Henderson
now is on Water Street in Old Henderson.
Speaker 2 (00:38):
The number one, the number one internet shock.
Speaker 3 (00:41):
Radio network, got behavior Renegade tok Radio.
Speaker 4 (00:48):
I see you have a shirt here that says, whom
shall I send here? I am right, which I love.
That is the Hebrew word heynani, which appears many times
about the scriptures, when Abraham, the binding of Isaac, Moses
at the burning bush, the call of Isaiah, the call
of Samuel. Every believer here in the audience, by the way,
the most important thing is to bring Jesus into your life.
(01:08):
Let me just make sure I say that most important thing.
It's way more important than politics. It's the most important thing.
Speaker 5 (01:17):
I love you.
Speaker 6 (01:18):
I love you too.
Speaker 4 (01:26):
Don't just get to get everything you want Okay, well,
you have to be on very good behavior to get
such a thing like this.
Speaker 7 (01:35):
I'm lucky to have found the love of my life. However,
she's not where I am in my journey with Christ,
and I want to have a marriage centered around Christ.
And I want to know what are some of the
best ways I can help guide her towards our Lord
and Savior, Jesus Christ, so that we can share a
happy future together.
Speaker 4 (01:48):
So phenomenal question. What is her objection as to why
she will not follow Jesus.
Speaker 7 (01:52):
She doesn't really know how there can be a higher
power when there's so much evil in the world.
Speaker 4 (01:57):
So here's what you should say. Their evil can not
exist if there is no standard of good. She only
knows something is evil because she believes there's a transcendent good.
Evil does not exist. Evil is just an opinion if
there is no God. Murder is not wrong if there
is no God. Stealing is not wrong if there is
no God. So the way to convince her of that
is that you're not the first person to wrestle with
(02:18):
the question of evil. The more important question is is
it actually evil or is it just an opinion? And
we believe it, we know as believers, that there's an
absolute standard above us that we appeal to. The Bible
tells us two things. God will use all things for
good for those who love in Romans twelve two. So,
first of all, remember that we were a collection of
states and colonies, and you need to read the state
(02:40):
constitutions or anything else. Thirteen on thirteen required a declaration
of faith. In almost every single one of the original
state constitutions, they had I profess Lord in Jesus Christ
as my Lord and Savior. Secondly, fifty five fifty six
of the original signers of the declaration or Bible believing
Church of Penny Christians.
Speaker 3 (02:56):
That's about common law.
Speaker 4 (02:56):
Let's go to three principles of common law, presumption of medicense,
due process, and drew of your peers, all three of
biblical principles. So and all wrap into the ultimate Biblical
principle that you shall not favor justice if you are
richer report, which is in Leviticus nineteen, which is the
idea of blind justice, which is incorporated also in the
New Testament ideal. Neither slave nor Greek nor jew, You're
(03:17):
all one in Jesus Christ. As you've got ady of
human equality these are all biblical ideas. But more importantly
than that, they say that God was only mentioned four
times in the Declaration of Independence. Well, that's a big deal.
John Adams seemlessly said the Constitution was only written for
a moral, religious people. It was wholly inadequate for the
people of any other. The body politic of America was
so Christian that our form and structure of government was
(03:37):
built for the people.
Speaker 8 (03:39):
That believed in Christ, our Lord.
Speaker 4 (03:40):
One of the reasons we're living through a constitutional crisis
is that we no longer have a Christian nation, but
we have a Christian form of government, and they're incompatible.
So you cannot have liberty if you do not have
a Christian population.
Speaker 3 (03:53):
Everybody should remember this moment. Look, I'm gonna echo Charlie fearlier.
Speaker 9 (03:58):
Remember where you were when this happen.
Speaker 2 (04:01):
It's battlessspe and jok.
Speaker 10 (04:06):
No. That is well.
Speaker 4 (04:07):
And I can tell you I'm super blessed. I have
the best wife in the world. We have an amazing life.
Building a family is the coolest thing ever. And I
my prayer for all of you is that you one
day can do that. It's it's it's honestly the most
joyful thing. And I you know, I've had some pretty
amazing experiences. I've been very very blessed. Very lucky, you
could say, but very blessed is the word I would use.
And the greatest joy I've ever had is coming home
(04:28):
to my little daughter running up to my leg. There's
nothing that even comes close to it. Not flying an
air force one, not meeting with presidents. That's all that
pales in comparison to your little girl coming up and
squeezing your leg.
Speaker 8 (05:28):
How do you want to be remembered?
Speaker 3 (05:29):
If I die, everything just goes away.
Speaker 11 (05:31):
How would you if you could be associated with one thing,
how would you want to be remembered.
Speaker 4 (05:36):
I want to be I want to be remembered for
courage from my faith. That would be the most important thing.
The most important thing is my faith in my life.
Speaker 3 (06:00):
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to the war room. Today is
September eleventh, and normally we would be probably playing clips
and showing people who have never seen it before. Shots
of Building seven, shots of police and firemen saying they
(06:20):
blew the buildings up, countdowns, Larry Silverstein admitting they pulled
the building, which is a demolition term, but no today
we're going to be mostly talking about Charlie Kirk who
left us yesterday at around well, the President said he
died at three forty. He probably died a little earlier
(06:43):
from the looks of it, from what people are saying.
When he was hit, he wasn't long for this world.
That was a great promo that Rob Aguero's just put together,
just because I said, hey, let's put some stuff of
Charlie and the advice he's given people. And you know,
(07:03):
at the end, what does he want to be remembered
for his faith? His faith? And you can watch, you know,
you've seen some of the close ups at the end
there he's talking and he closes his eyes right before
he's shy. See him close his eyes, and you know,
and then the lights go out. And but he's got
(07:25):
a body of work that we can use and repurpose
and educate more people with. And that I think the
Left just made one hundred thousand new Charlie Kirks. So
I do want to pay a little bit of attention
(07:45):
to this. This was put out by Jezebel and then
they quickly hit it or changed the headlines to it.
But you could find that we found it on the
Wayback Machine. We paid some Etsy wishes witches to curse
Charlie Kirk and that went out on the eighth and
then he's shot and killed on the tenth. There it
is right there. You can see the headline. You got
(08:06):
to go to the wayback machine and also keep the
camera there. I'll let people know there's a candlelight vigil
at the University of I believe this is Oregon u
OFO at Alton Baker Park at six pm on nine thirteen.
Candlelight vigil, Pray for America. It's for Charlie Kirk, Alton
(08:31):
Baker Park. So people are putting things together. Oh, Newsweek
actually out of them. But then we go to Blue
Sky and I can't believe some of the stuff they
are putting out Blue Sky, as we call it, blue Cry,
you know, rest and piss, go get Trump next? Headed
for Trump next, Let's hope. I wonder how many people
(08:54):
are waking up and thinking, oh, it wasn't a dream.
Now do Trump next? Maybe Elon should be next, asking
for half the country, Elon next, please. And then it's
got a list here, Derek, Darren and Darryl. But a
list of names has Charlie Kirks crossed out, praying Elon
(09:17):
is next. Do Libs of TikTok next? Do Elon Musk.
I'm surprised nobody put a poll. Who should we do next?
You know it's probably out there. It's probably out there.
Do Matt Walsh next? A lot of Matt Walsh votes
Trump next. That's what the That's what these people want.
(09:40):
More death. And I think it was such a long week,
even though we're only on Thursday. We had jaydern Was
that Tuesday or Monday? I forget, but Jay Dyer was
talking about the Jacobins and their French Revolution. I think
(10:01):
it was Monday, and how they emptied out the prisons.
They first emptied out the prisons, which is what we
see here. We see the prisons getting emptied out through
a different version, not just opening the doors and letting
them out. It's oh, we're not going to put them
in prison for what they do. We're just gonna let
them run the streets. And here's one I hope they do,
(10:27):
Joe Rogan next. But back to the Jacobin Revolution, so,
which was the French Revolution, but it was run by
the Jacobins, and they emptied the prisons, and then they
just let them go crazy, and they ended up killing
most of the middle class and putting everybody under I
ran of terror. Anybody who had property or money or
anything was targeted by the poor people, the people who
(10:51):
didn't want to work or couldn't work, or whatever reason,
and they were wound up. But then they went after
the aristocracy. But the people that didn't go after were
the bankers. The bankers always seem to be able to
dust themselves off. Ben Shapiro looks like he got a
couple of votes. Jk Rowling, she's got a couple any
of that. I mean, these people want blood, and you're
(11:16):
seeing this is sort of a modern day French revolution
that they're trying to kick off with the death of
Charlie Kirk. And in fact, we have a compilation that
we played on the Alex Jones Show today that I
put together this morning. And this is what's funny is
as I was putting this together, Darren McBreen's finding more
(11:36):
clips and at one point I had to go, no,
I can't do this anymore. There's other I have to
get ready for a three hour show. I can't just
keep finding more clips on the internet of these people
celebrating in a man's death, of a family man's death,
a father's death, a husband's death. So let's go to that.
I don't even see my clip list here, but it's that. Okay,
(12:03):
you didn't pull it in. Okay, it's it's the four
minute long one. So let me know when you have it.
But let's let's look at this. They were looking at
a person of interest and this is no longer happened.
This guy here, I think has been cleared, but the
there's that FBI looking for a personal interest. Brionna Morello
sent us this this morning and they're offering one hundred
(12:24):
thousand dollars reward for the information leading to the identify, identification,
and arrest of the Charlie Kirk assassin. And it's been
confirmed that this area is where he shot from. They
made cast of these elbow prints. Usually on these flat
buildings they have they'll have like tar and then they'll
put like a rock on top of it, loose rock.
(12:46):
And you could see same spot here where people were saying, pull, guys,
let's pull this up on. Just keep it here. So
I'll just move it around and you leave the camera there.
You can see that's where a close up, a zoomed
in version you see where about two hundred yards there's
a POV of what the shooter was looking at. I mean,
(13:08):
you know, as they said in JFK, it was a
Turkey shoot. Although JFK, if you go to the grassy
knoll right behind the picket fence and you look at
where the car was, you could have thrown a pie
and hit Kennedy in the face. This was a little
more a little farther away two hundred yards are saying,
(13:30):
and they made some FBI was able to pull four
arm imprints from here for analysis. Nick Sorder put that
out this morning. Here's a breaking article from Yeah, there's
the point of view shot. This was came out this morning,
(13:54):
but ATF provides Stephen Crowder internal messages describing transgender and
anti fascist messages ingrained on bullets found in a weapon
located near scene of Charlie kirk murder. So the Ladder
with Crowder put that out. Alex Jones tweeted this this morning.
(14:21):
ATF is now reporting the Cole Bloody a killer. Charlie
Kirk is another psychotic transactivist. The rifle and ammunition found
on the rooftop where the assassin took their shots are
inscribed with radical trans language, similar to the killer in
Minnesota two weeks ago, and that was the Minnesota school
shooter breaking. FBI just corroborated multiple details included in this memo.
(14:44):
Weapon was a high powered bolt action rifle. Weapon was
found in a wooded area. FBI is conducting a forensic
investigation on the weapon. If there's a serial number, they
can track where it was sold and who was sold to.
Steven Crowder put all that out this morning. So as usual,
(15:06):
the Internet is on the case. But let's go back
to and if you want to see all these Oh,
look at that people are scared to death. Members of
Congress fear for their safety after Charlie Kirk assassination. Yeah,
the ones that we showed you calling for calling for death,
calling to attack. If you see him in the streets,
(15:29):
you tell him you're not wanted here. This is part two.
So there's a part one article, Part two. Twisted liberals
celebrate Charlie Kirk assassination. And it's tweet after tweet after
tweet after tweet. We've put it together in an easy
to digest and very nauseous compilation that you can find
(15:51):
on Alex Jones's ex account, and here it is. Please
let the rumors be true, let the gossip be reac
Please so on behalf of everybody else.
Speaker 2 (16:04):
I got this ship.
Speaker 6 (16:06):
Stoked right now.
Speaker 7 (16:07):
You wonder why I'm so stoked, Go ahead and google
Charlie Kirk.
Speaker 12 (16:13):
Charlie Kirk was a Nazi.
Speaker 5 (16:15):
He was a fing Nazi.
Speaker 3 (16:16):
And you know what kind of Nazi is the best Nazi?
A dead one.
Speaker 2 (16:30):
I'm not saying she deserves it, but I'm saying God's
timing is always right.
Speaker 3 (16:39):
You support Charlie Kirk, shooter favorite? Would you shoot somebody
like Charlie Kirk?
Speaker 4 (16:46):
Conservatives have been disgusting for years, which is why I
don't give a about anybody that winds up at any
of these rallies and gets shot or whatever.
Speaker 13 (16:52):
The Charlie Kirk he wants to be pew pewed.
Speaker 3 (16:56):
That's why he fights so hard that I just watched
the close up video of Charlie Kirk getting the neck.
Speaker 13 (17:15):
They got him in the net, they got him in
the next whip a sum rock though, oh he was shot.
Speaker 14 (17:27):
Because our coworkers of color are being incarcerated and sent
back to their country for no reason.
Speaker 15 (17:32):
Why decide a video Charlie Kirk getting his box boomed,
I mean boomed.
Speaker 2 (17:36):
Bitch like gone. I have no issue with it.
Speaker 13 (17:40):
Uh, you know, Charlie Kirk just got shot.
Speaker 12 (17:44):
Maybe there are good guys with guns out there.
Speaker 13 (17:46):
Who he probably made, Like thousands of trans kids killed themselves.
Speaker 3 (17:51):
Yeah, they got Charlie Kirk. Bro I've never been happier.
Speaker 13 (17:55):
Yes, he deserves tonight, and I hope he brings a hell.
Speaker 2 (17:59):
Empathy.
Speaker 13 (18:00):
He is is dangerous to society, so no one should
give a fuck that he's dead.
Speaker 16 (18:09):
Seem somebody just took a shot at one of the
phantom fascist favorite five mile wide mouthpieces, Charles Chuckle Kirk.
Speaker 11 (18:18):
Gather around, bitches, let's all join hands and bow our
heads in thoughts and prayers for Charlie Kirk.
Speaker 3 (18:26):
You don't have to sweeten my delivery to make it work.
Speaker 2 (18:29):
For Todd, thoughts and prayers, Thoughts and prayers he was shot.
Speaker 6 (18:38):
But because we don't have our cap I would say
poor one out for Kirky boy.
Speaker 4 (18:42):
But I don't always good beer on little bitches.
Speaker 15 (18:53):
Charlie Kirk just got putting down like a fa dog
in Utah, and I could not be happier.
Speaker 9 (18:58):
Guys, it happened.
Speaker 13 (19:02):
He got to pronounce dead.
Speaker 10 (19:03):
Oh this is like, this is literally like I swear
to God the equipped like the big beautiful obituary, like.
Speaker 3 (19:12):
You see the demonic spirit in those faces. Put them
up next to me and you can try to remember
where you're at and we'll run back to it. But
look at the faces of these people. I mean, they
are gleefully happy that Charlie Kirk was murdered because they
knew how effective he was. They could see it. He
(19:33):
was their enemy because he was effective and he was
turning people like them and to people starting to use
logic and appreciate normalcy and family. Yeah, look at that
Charlie Kirk shot. Hell yeah, I mean these people and
(19:55):
it's not that they had these thoughts. It's that they
had the audacity to grab their phone, record it, add
captions and then put it up. It took a little
bit of effort. Now this guy was just out recording.
He didn't he didn't. You know, he's asked a question,
that's one thing, and there's Destiny who's not. He's just
(20:19):
talking about how he hates conservatives in general. And if
we go to events we should be killed. So but
you look at that demonic spirit. They're so happy that
a husband and a father was shot in the neck
at an event where he was just talking to people.
He wasn't trying to rile people up. He was trying
(20:40):
to give them logic, give them tools that they could
go out in the world in and say, hey, guys,
we don't have to think like the left just because
television and the movies tell us we should act a
certain way. We don't have to do that. We can
carry ourselves with pride and be productive citizens and help
make the country better by doing that, not trying to
(21:01):
tear it down and get free stuff. All right, bring
it back to the spot if you can. It was
after the girl doing the peekaboo face.
Speaker 4 (21:12):
Someone shot Charlie Kirk.
Speaker 9 (21:16):
Dang it.
Speaker 15 (21:19):
Shocks by Charlie Kirk, Like you said, people getting shot
in cold for the Second Amendment is so worthy. He
did say that gun deaths weren't acceptable, side effect up
gun rights.
Speaker 9 (21:36):
Whoever did it, whoever did it, I just want to say,
thank you so much, ding.
Speaker 4 (21:42):
Dong the witches did.
Speaker 10 (21:45):
That.
Speaker 4 (21:45):
Everyone's saying that it was such a senseless, violent act.
Speaker 10 (21:50):
I want you to remind yourself that it was God's plan.
Speaker 3 (21:56):
So there's different versions out there, but you can find
compilations and the individual clips, and I encourage you to
make your own compilations. We even put on the one
we put up. We did the hashtag rip bozo because
that's what the Left is trying to use to make
fun of Charlie Kirk and his death and the trauma
(22:17):
his family's going through, and they're trying to make make
that a trending hashtag. And so it's our job. Even
though I think Elon said hashtag shouldn't exist anymore, but
it is good too. When people use that, trying to
use it for purposes of evil, we come back and go, no,
we're going to celebrate Charlie and in fact, we're going
to show you how you're acting. Here's a mirror holding
(22:39):
it up so the whole world can see. Let's go
to this report. This is a bound report. When the
segment with this Charlie Kirk Warrior of Liberty here, it
is maybe not are we frozens? Now that's too late,
(23:09):
we'll play. We'll play in the next segment. I was
looking at the time, I was trying to hit the time, right,
so we could just go to breaking but you know
that's the way things happened. I will open up the
phone lines probably starting in the second half of the
second hour. We're gonna have a guest. Let me tell
you who we have coming on today, Charles Key and
(23:31):
I thought we had Christy Lee coming in the third hour.
Maybe we don't if she's not on the list. I
thought she was coming in. But let me tell you,
things have been so wild here at in terms of
working on other things, and then this Charlie Kirk assassination
on top of it. It has really got the Info
(23:52):
War working on all cylinders redlining. So there's there's missions
going on right now. Well there's a projects. It's just
it's going to be crazy. So Charles Key's going to
come on. He's got a book he just put out,
Why your state Representative cannot represent you and how to
(24:13):
Reclaim your voice. He's a former state rep in Oklahoma.
He's an Oklahoma City bombing truther, and I wanted to
get him on, and we actually booked him before, obviously
before the Charlie Kirk things. So we're gonna do half
an hour with him and basically tell people because people
want to know what they can do, and I think
this is a good thing to kind of direct your
(24:33):
efforts on. These are the five or six things you
could do to improve things in your area, because sometimes
it's hard to improve things on the national level. You know,
Charlie Kirk was a national level guy. He was going
around to all these campuses and that's why he had
a target on his back. And we had some guests
(24:53):
in today saying, well, it looks like it, you know it,
possibly it could be Israel. But then we look at
the gun and the stuff on the bullets. But here,
here's the Internet questions whether Charlie Kirk assassinated by Israeli intelligence.
And some of that stems off of a post that
Harrison Smith put up about a month ago. Following Kirk's
(25:18):
gruesome public execution. While speaking at Utah Valley University, many
highlighted the Christian conservative icon who had long been an
ally of Israel but had recently began highlighting israel influence
in American politics. Yeah, you can find clips of him
talking about Apak. You can find clips of him talking
about Epstein as a massad agent. Suspicions were amplified after
(25:39):
ex users found a post by Info Wars American journal
host Harrison Smith where you noted he was told by
someone close to Charlie Kirk that Charlie thinks Israel will
kill him if he turns against turns against them. So
that's what he was told at an event. Chase guys
Are wrote it out. In one instance, Charlie Kirk suggested
(26:04):
there was growing evidence showing Jeffrey Epstein as part of
a black mail operation, possibly created by Israeli intelligence that
would be Masad. Here's a quote from Charlie Kirk from
Red Pill USA said Charlie Kirk was starting to notice
and this is no longer just speculation. First of all,
the evidence shows that Epstein was a creation of either Masad,
(26:25):
Israeli intelligence, or American intelligence. Everything is connected. Back in July,
at Turning Point USA event in Tampa, Florida, Kirk called
for the Trump administration to release the Epstein files. And
that's what kind of they were reaching their peak a
few days ago. The dj should release all the Epstein files.
(26:45):
Today Charlie Kirk was assassinated, and another appearance with Magan Kelly,
Kirk argued that he was being labeled an anti Semite
for criticizing Israeli influence in American politics despite learning Hebrew
and writing books about the Jewish Sabbath the Shabbat. An
interview with Ben Shapiro on Tuesday, discussing is Israel's recent
(27:05):
strike on Hamas and Katar, Kirk touched on a ant
on pervasive anti Semitism on the right, saying, I have
one or two questions on Israel. I think it's very
important for our audience to hear this though there is
an incessant campaign and one thing a friend said to
me interestingly, which is okay, Charlie, we pushed back against
the media on COVID, on lockdowns and on Ukraine and
(27:25):
on the border. We should also ask the question, is
the media totally presenting the truth when it comes to Israel?
That was with I would say Israeli mouthpiece been Shapiro.
Here's another quote, literally forty eight hours before Charlie Kirk
asked the question, just a question. You know that maybe
(27:47):
we shouldn't believe everything the media says, because I've been
conditioned to ask a lot more critical questions over the
last couple of years, Kirk told Shapiro. Kirk also question
whether Israeli military order to stand down during the attacks
of October seventh. Some we even haven't. We haven't gotten
the investigation from as a homus incursion, which has been
(28:10):
used as a pretext to justify the ethnic cleansing and gaza.
In an interview about a year ago with Patrick bad
David Kirk specifically caught out Israeli Prime Minster Benja nt
Yahoo for basically read defining the Israeli constitution. So there's
a lot of information going out. We still don't have
the assassin. They were able to catch the assassins, or
(28:34):
suppose that assassins really quickly MLK and JFK and RFK.
But here no so begs the questions. You're right back.

America's heart was ripped open at Utah Valley University, where
Charlie Kirk, the thirty one year old firebrand of Turning Point, USA,
was gunned down in a cold blooded sniper attack at
twelve to twenty pm mountain time. A single high powered
rifle shot tore through Kirk's neck from roughly one hundred
and fifty yards from what appears to be a shooter
(30:43):
of the Lossy Center buildings.
Speaker 5 (30:44):
Are there somebody on the roof right there, just sam
He just ran from all over my finger from over there,
ran in as we are there.
Speaker 16 (30:57):
A husband and father of two who deeply loved a
country that had rewarded him the providence his work deserved
was pronounced dead. There are reports that he died almost
immediately after being shot. As the nation grieved, the Democrats
feasted on the tragedy like a pack of hyenas.
Speaker 15 (31:17):
Political violence, unfortunately, has been ratcheting up in this country,
and I think there are people who are fomenting it
in this country.
Speaker 2 (31:25):
I think the President's rhetoric often foments it.
Speaker 18 (31:27):
The Chair would ask that all members President in the
chamber and those in the gallery please rise for a
moment of prayer for Charlie Kirk and is maam, let's
let's let's see wait a minute, wait a minute, the
House of be an order. The House will be an order.
Speaker 16 (31:43):
While many Americans immediately confronted the elephant in the room
and pointed a finger at cowardly color revolution, radicalization, mind
control operations like MSNBC, who before we even knew if
Charlie had survived, painted Charlie as an existential threat, gas
lighting the country into believing Kirk's rhetoric was responsible for
(32:07):
his own death, when in fact, it was their own
rhetoric that got us here. A clear display of broadcasted
domestic terrorism, which is defined as violent criminal acts committed
by individuals and or groups to further ideological goals stemming
from domestic influences, such as those of a political, religious, social, racial,
(32:30):
or environmental nature.
Speaker 3 (32:32):
He's been one of the most divisive, especially devisive younger
figures in this who is constantly sort of pushing this.
Speaker 12 (32:39):
Sort of hate speech or sort of aimed at certain groups.
Speaker 19 (32:43):
And I always go back to hateful thoughts lead to
hateful words, which then lead to hateful actions.
Speaker 3 (32:52):
And I know it's hard to predict the future, Mark,
but you can imagine the administration using this as a
justification for something.
Speaker 20 (33:00):
Obviously, there's a lot of rhetoric that is problematic. A
lot of it is coming from one particular side and
from one particular building. But what can be done? I
fear when this is an escalation.
Speaker 15 (33:13):
Already in less than twenty four hours of.
Speaker 21 (33:15):
This shooting, speaking of this tragedy, is this a moment
for your party to reflect on political violence. Is it
a moment for us to think about the responsibility of
our political leaders in their voices and what it does
to the masses as they get lost in misinformation, disinformation
that turns in and spills into political viright.
Speaker 13 (33:37):
I say both parties.
Speaker 14 (33:38):
Only Republicans, only people inclined to consume conservative media are now.
I think award of fifty percent say that if necessary
violence is okay, you've only got the conduct on one
of the two sides.
Speaker 16 (33:51):
The solution, mister President, reinstate the Smith Money Act and
enforce it. Obama's army of propagandists will fall. The shooter
still remains at large after the initial suspect, who bizarrely
declared shooting, was released, although authorities claim to have held
another suspect. Were they just decoys to allow the real
(34:13):
shooter to flee? And who is this person being arrested
wearing black pants while a rifle is clearly confiscated. Stephen
Crowder received an email from an ATF officer detailing a
recovered older imported Mauser thirty yadd six bolt action rifle
wrapped in a towel in a nearby wooded area along
the suspect's escape route, containing a spent cartridge and three
(34:37):
unspent rounds engraved with transgender and anti fascist messages. Kirk
had reportedly been talking about transgender issues right before he
was shot.
Speaker 15 (34:49):
This morning, I can tell you that we have recovered
what we believe is the weapon to be that was
used in yesterday's shooting. It is a high powered bolt
action rifle. That rifle was recovered in a wooded area
where the shooter had fled.
Speaker 16 (35:04):
Was this a solo fanatic radicalized by years of media
fueled hatred or did Kirk's words rattle the agents of
foreign and or domestic terror?
Speaker 4 (35:14):
Net Yahoo now has an emergency government and a mandate
to leader. I'm not willing to say to go so
far that saying that net Yahoo knew or there was
intelligence here, but I think some questions need to be asked.
Was there a stand down order?
Speaker 16 (35:27):
The stench of evil is thick. Kirk's death isn't just
a tragedy. It's a warning shot to a nation fighting
to reclaim its soul. Know this liberty will never die,
and the spirit of Charlie Kirk will now rise within
millions of young Americans who will never forget the example
he left to us all John Bound reporting for Info Wars.
Speaker 3 (35:51):
So we all are kind of reeling with what's going on.
We're reeling with the reaction from the left, which is
just utter glee. I mean, it is just it is
celebration because these people don't know what life is. They
think life is a video game. They think you come back.
(36:12):
I guess you have ultimate many lives and you pop
back up and no big deal. I just want to
go back to a couple tweets on Israel, and then
we're actually gonna play the clip. I want to play
the clip that we were talking about in the Break
of Charlie Kirk with Ben Shapiro, because I think this
stuff needs to be said, because.
Speaker 10 (36:33):
We know.
Speaker 3 (36:36):
Some of these online troll farms and incubation sites are
run by the Israelis, so they could have wound up
a insane transperson and oh, we have the perfect doupe
to pull off this attack. I'm not saying that's what happened.
I'm saying that is something that could happen, and it's
something we should look at, especially in light of the
(36:56):
things Charlie was saying right up up until he was assassinated.
Benjamin Yaho tweeted at four to twent Charlie Kirk was
murdered for speaking the truth and defending freedom. A lionhearted
friend of Israel, he fought the lies and stood tall
for Gudeo Christian civilization. I spoke with him only two
(37:18):
weeks ago and invited him to Israel. Sadly that visit
will not take place. We lost, say we lost an
incredible human being, his boundless pride in America, his vioant
belief and free speech, will leave a lasting impact. Rest
in peace, Charlie, your and on central probably Democrat Party representatives,
(37:43):
said Donald Trump and net Yah, who coordinated their messaging
post to match during the Charlie Kirk assassination. Both ties,
both leaders have ties to the individuals and the Epstein files,
and it would benefit the case from being buried away
and then legitimate targets posted breaking Nana, who personally requested
(38:04):
Charlie visit Israel two weeks before his assassination. Kirk was
rumored to have denied the request. Speculation over Israeli involvement
in Kirk's assassination comes as the FBI has released photos
of a person of interest with reports claiming Amo Kart
which is found by the ATF, were engraved with wording
(38:24):
on them expressing tarransgender and anti fascist ideology. So we
have a clip, it's about a three minute clip of
Charlie Kirk with Ben Shapiro and this was, you know,
discussing basically the same thing. And you know, Ben Shapiro
is a staunch defender of Israel, and.
Speaker 4 (38:45):
So here it is some people would accuse Israel of
wanting to ethnically cleanse. Some people in the Israeli government
are saying, again, it's all over the place, right, you
have opinions all over. In your opinion, what would a
good outcome five years from and how does one respond
to the claims of ethnic cleansing.
Speaker 11 (39:04):
So ethnic cleansing the idea presumably that population movement is
equivalent to ethnic cleansing. I think ethnic cleansing is a
term that's been fairly recently coined to describe population movement
during war and the realities that's been ongoing for literally
all of human history. The idea that Israel is quote
unquote forcing people out of the gaza strip, that is
not the stated policy of the Israeli government. The idea
(39:26):
is if people want to leave, they can, but they're
not being forced to leave again. Moving people out of
heavily urbanized areas that are honeycombed with terrorists, booby traps
pretty much everywhere is not the same thing as quote
unquote ethnic cleansing, and I think that ethnic cleansing is
very often used as sort of a softer form of
the genocide attack, the idea being that Israel is trying
to kill everyone, which of course is not true. As
(39:46):
far as your earlier question about what we believe from
the media, one of the things that I find kind
of astonishing in some of the folks on the right
who are highly critical of Israel is actually the lack
of credible the lack of skepticism when it comes to
legacy media. Legacy media I radically anti Israel overall. The
New York Times can can certainly not be accused of
being a pro Israel outlet. Be very difficult to make
the accusation that the Associated Press, which has working in
(40:09):
glove with Comas for years, or Reuters, that these are
these are wildly pro Israel outlets. And yet when it
comes to the reporting, it seems to be sort of
the opposite. So the conception of the legacy media is
like owned by the Jews.
Speaker 4 (40:21):
You Jews own the media, Ben, So I mean, come on,
as you can tell by all the wonderful headlines.
Speaker 3 (40:26):
You guys get well.
Speaker 11 (40:27):
I mean, dude, the accusation that that we own the
media has not prevented, you know, the Daily Wire, from
from employing people who radically disagree with me on all
of these matters. I mean, I don't agree with Matt
Walsh on foreign policy. Matt, obviously it's a major host
over at Daily Wire, and that's just my shop when
I'm overtly pro Israel, right, and I'm not making any
bones about this. I'm made you and I'm a Zionist.
(40:48):
I'm not going to pretend that. To say otherwise would
be absolutely silly to suggest that that a some sort
of atheistic Jewish person by birth who does not care
about Judaism more Israel owning the New York Times means
The New York Times is pro Israel is to ignore
literally every bit of coverage they have ever done for
my entire lifetime.
Speaker 4 (41:07):
Were running out of time here, but just last question
on this, Ben, I know this might be a tougher question,
but BB said, quote, I didn't like what you said this.
Speaker 13 (41:16):
I'll be honest.
Speaker 4 (41:17):
You can't be maga if your anti israel I don't
like it. For a couple of reasons. How did you
analyze that statement from BB?
Speaker 11 (41:24):
I mean, I think that there is the un generous
way of interpreting that, and then the generous way of
interpreting that. So the un generous way is to suggest
that you have to hold a particular position on every
Israeli governmental activity in order to in order to be maga,
which of course is not true. I mean, you can
disagree from the right or from the left with BB's
policies and you can still be plenty maga. I think
the idea that that BB is putting out there is
(41:45):
that if you are taking Commaci's side against Israel in
a conflict, it is very difficult to align that with
the stated positions of the Trump administration or what President
Trump himself is doing right now, and that much I
certainly you cannot.
Speaker 4 (41:57):
Look, I think you can have disagreements on Israel and
still be maga. Obviously you should be America first, but
if you're pro Hamas, you're something.
Speaker 3 (42:03):
Darker, well, I definitely agree. If you're pro Hamas, you
definitely have a problem. But we know that Israel had
a hand in creating Hamas, and so you create a
rabid type of dog that then can attack you, and
then you have reasons to go out and attack them.
(42:25):
And you know he's saying, uh, there's Israel. PM vows
there will be no Palestinian state. Is that a written policy.
I don't know if that's a written policy, but he
just said it, so it seems to be a goal.
And the Ben Shapiro said their policy was not to
move people out of the the region, but they're dropping
(42:46):
leaflets saying move, we're about the bomb. And you know,
from a from a battlefield standpoint, I can understand not
wanting to go into an area where there's tunnels and
booby traps and all kinds of ambush points set up.
Believe me, I can understand not one to go in
there and do that.
Speaker 2 (43:06):
But what.
Speaker 3 (43:08):
Well, you know, the Israelis and the Palestinians don't look
like they're ever going to get along, So people can
sit there and debate that till the cows come home.
They're not interested in getting along either side. I don't
think let's go to this. This is a one of
one of our opinion pieces by Brandon Smith from Altmarket
dot Us. He Brandon Smith was a guest on this
(43:32):
show over I don't know, back in twenty twelve, I
think is when I first met him, maybe even twenty ten.
He's been around for a long time. He's one of
these guys that was working and doing things here. And
then I think at one point he said, I'm moving
out to the sticks, and so he just comments from afar,
men of the West, we are at war. And I
(43:53):
just want to read the first couple paragraphs of this
because it's very it's very poignant. It's a strange thing.
I was writing today about the tests of brutality we
endure in the Western world in modern times, trying to
explain why things cannot continue the way they have been
for much longer. When the news hit the feeds on
the assassination of Charlie Kirk, I forced myself to watch
(44:15):
the video, just as I forced myself to watch the
recent murder of the Ukrainian refugee Ernaz Artutska by a
black man on a train who then bragged how he
got that white girl. I witnessed leftist journalists try to
hide the event and bury the story until it blew
up on social media and they had no choice but
to cover it. And when they did, they complain more
about the online treatment of the killer than they complained
(44:36):
about the murder itself. That's something you see on the left.
I watched thousands of leftists across the web cheer for
the death of an innocent girl, and I've watched hundreds
of thousands of them cheer for a transmass shooter after
they killed Christian kids, just as now they cheer for
the death of Charlie Kirk. They can barely contain their glee.
They bade Kirk and his beliefs as the catalyst, as
(44:58):
if he's being punished for a crime. They say people
are fed up with right wing violence, But where is
this violence? It doesn't exist. The claim is gas lighting
on an epic level. The only violence we've seen in
the past decade is from the political left. Normally this
behavior would be called terrorism, riots in the streets, innocent people, assaulted,
Christian events, attacked, multiple assassination attempts, and slew of mass shootings,
(45:21):
all from politically motivated leftists. The only thing they could
come up with is January sixth, a short lived riot
which was caused by Capitol police shooting peaceful protesters with
rubber bullets and tear gas. And what was Charlie Kirk's
real crime? He committed the most egregious sin that there
is when it comes to the political left. He told
(45:41):
the truth without shame, and for this he was murdered.
It's a great article. You should read it, you should
spread it. And people need to start putting themselves in
not just an info war mindset, but a physical war mindset.
(46:03):
And if it comes, what are you going to do?
What are you going to do out there? Are you
going to be like a lamb? And I'm not saying
go out and attack anybody, but we must be vigilant
and we must be practicing self defense. And I think
if you're not carrying at this point, you're stupid. Had
(46:24):
a couple friends text me, I hope you're carrying. Hope
you're carrying not for offense, but for defense. Patrick Bette
David warns if a leftist is assassinated in the coming days,
it would prove an outside country is trying to spark
an American civil war. Oh huh, who would be trying
(46:47):
to do that? Oh, well, we know who they have.
Blant Rush is trying to start an outside civil war.
Appearing on Fox News Wednesday night, the conservative podcast host
Patrick Bette David set in an event similar to the
Arlie Kirk assassination happens to a popular left wing individual
I don't know who kind of popular left wing individuals
(47:08):
are there in the coming days, it would likely mean
a foreign nation is trying to stir civil unrest in
the US. So in the next forty eight hours the
next week, he said, think about it. I mean, I
don't know who the equivalent of a Charlie Kirk would be.
On the other side, I don't know who's going to
campuses to talk about issues with kids other than you
(47:30):
know how to go kill your baby, you know, after
a one night's stand. So he said, I won't give
names because I don't want to put those names out there.
And that's true. You don't want to put those names
out there. We're not making lists. That's not what we do.
(47:51):
We don't make lists. President Trump posthumously awarded Charlie Kirk
the Presidential Medal of Freedom. So somewhere on a mantle
in the Kirk household if he's cremated next to his
ashes and a picture will probably hang a presidential Medal
(48:14):
of Freedom. And I tweeted something last night. I was
thinking about his kids, and they're going to grow up
and they'll probably have a great life, but they are
going to be missing that piece of their life of
having a father. And they're gonna have a lot of
(48:35):
people come up to him and say, I knew your dad.
He was such a great man. He was a great man,
he was a great leader. And they're gonna hear this
over and over again. But they're not going to have
a context at which to base that because they're so
young right now. And so that, if any any part
of it is sad, is these two young children that
(48:57):
are going to grow up without a father who brought
them into this world. So we should think about that
as we see leftists, you know, post gleefully that they're
glad that this person died. There's enough single parent households
in this country. We don't need more. We need more
(49:19):
families and more children being raised by two parents. And
if you don't see the problems around you that are
being caused by single parent households. You should clean your glasses,
rub your eyes and take another look, because that is
one of the main problems here in this country is
(49:42):
that children are growing up with half a family and
it needs to change. There are were a couple of
conspiracy type theories running around in the after. This is
from the Daily Mail. Wild conspiracy theories around Charlie Kirk's
(50:04):
assassination from killers escape jet to duo's secret hand signals
before the shooting. I don't know if you guys have
the hand signals video, but if y all want to
play it. While I'm reading this, over the there's two
guys behind Charlie Kirk. One of them touches his hat,
which if you wear a cap, you're always adjusting it
and readjusting it. And then another guy starts making these
(50:26):
weird hand signals behind him, And you know, who are
those guys. It's kind of hard to tell if they're
right behind. I think they're off to the side a
little bit, both standing behind him. So stellar man put
out a private jet with a tail number, and we've
blurted out left Provo Airport an hour after the shooting.
(50:48):
Suspiciously thirty minutes into the flight, it drops off ADSB
illegally and reappears headed back to Provo approximately an hour later.
Why did the plane turn off it's radar? Where is
the shooter?
Speaker 10 (51:01):
Like?
Speaker 3 (51:01):
Well, we don't know if the shooter was in there,
but a user took to x it is just to
suggest the plane allegedly dropped off the radar may have
been involved in the attack. While many people debunked the theory,
others went on as tagging the FBI to look into
the claim. They said, I may not have been a sniper,
(51:26):
but it may have been a radar technician in the
Air Force, and I have extensive experience in the airspace
around Utah. Just because the plane dropped off radar doesn't
necessarily mean anything. There are quite a few mountain ranges
in the western and southern Utah that block radar. A
plane dropping off its ADS dash B is not uncommon.
Looking for a flight, padded path appears to me it
descended for a landing in page Arizona, mani Utah's vacation
(51:48):
in Lake Powell, and then reappeared after taking back off
from the same airport. And then another video. Why are
these two guys giving hand signals immediately before the shot.
They're standing perfectly to the side of the bullet track.
And I don't know if you guys found that video.
(52:12):
And one clip the man can be seen standing behind
Kirk and one appears to be adjusting his hat while
holding a phone. The other moves his arms and glances around,
and there's the other guy doing his looks like his
To me, it looks like baseball, you know, your third
base on your third base coach giving you signs to
(52:34):
steal or or stay. Is what the other guy looks
like he's doing. So who knows. Investigators have not converted
any connection, and neither man has been named by authorities
of having any involvement in the shooting. So of course
there's going to be a lot of conspiracy theories out there,
and it's going to continue until they find somebody who
(52:55):
they have evidence to tie to that gun that they found.
And people are are not going to have much patience.
You know, it's one hundred thousand dollars reward. Should it
be five million dollars? Should it be ten million dollars?
I mean, we put what a twenty million dollar bounty
on Osama bin Laden's head. Put that back up. So
(53:22):
community notes pointed out one of the guys. One of
the guys in there, his name is Frank Turik, is
one of Charlie's closest friends. So I doubt those guys had.
Like I said, people people wearing baseball caps are always
adjusting them, and guys who are standing for a long time,
or you know, especially guys that are built up or
(53:44):
doing stuff like this. And I don't know if you
can read into that, but people are looking around for
clues because people want answers, and that's why you're seeing
conspiracy theories developed because people haven't been getting answers from
the government.
Speaker 11 (53:57):
So what do they do.
Speaker 3 (54:00):
They look and see what's out there, and somebody all
has somebody has to do is put something out on
the Internet and they go, oh, that must be it.
That sound that fills in this blank that I have.
Speaker 13 (54:11):
So JD.
Speaker 3 (54:11):

Welcome back to the war room. I'm your host, Rob Due.
My guest former Oklahoma State Representative Charles Key. He served
in the House of Representatives of Oklahoma from nineteen eighty
six to ninety eight and then two thousand and six
to twenty twelve. And I I guess what I'm going back.
(56:03):
When was the bombing in ninety four? Was that ninety five? Yeah? Yeah,
So you were right there in the middle of it,
and you've done you know this first five minutes. Not
a lot of it's not on all the stations, some
of them carry it. But look, and we'll get into
your book when we come back from that. But let's
(56:23):
talk a little bit about Oklahoma City. You've done a
lot of You've gone out on a limb. I think
it spoke out about how the investigation was carried out,
some of the prior knowledge and then some of the
aftermath with you know, police officers being killed mysteriously. We've
had we had the canine Don Browning I think was
his name on That's how old this is. I'm like,
(56:44):
this is years old of stuff coming back to me.
But you know, there was a bombing that took place
in Oklahoma City. They said it was a car bomb,
but witnesses saw sticks of butter. There's live television showing
the bomb squad going in and people saying they were
moved a second and third bomb. You know, So tell
us what are your thoughts when this happened and what
(57:04):
went wrong in the investigation?
Speaker 9 (57:06):
Well, thirty years. It's been thirty years, and so my
thoughts then are similar now, except that I feel more,
you know strongly now that it was I know for
a fact that it was a fake government sting operation.
The reason I know that is because government documents show that,
and we have those, and we've made those public as
(57:27):
much as we can. An FBI field document where an
agent is reporting back to higher ups and he says,
I've completed my investigation. Blah blah blah, a lot of reactions,
but he said this was a fake sting operation created
before the Oklahoma City bombing. I had a conversation with
Senator Enhoff, who was a congressman at the time, James Enhoff.
(57:49):
He's passed away in the last couple of years, but
a lot of people will remember him. The staffer. It's
a long story how I got to this staffer, But
he told me he had a conversation which he had
frequent conversations with people in government. This was two individuals
of assistant DOJ, an assistant ATF official. They were talking
(58:09):
about a lot of things and the bombing comes up
and they as they're talking about it, he's asking questions
and they tell him, well, the genesis of the bombing
was a fake sting operation that the ATF and DOJ
put together to make themselves look good after what happened
in Ruby Ridge and Waco, because you know, they almost
got axed from the federal tree. I got that from
(58:32):
a congressman staffer's mouth who told me in confidence about
the conversation he had. And there's much more that show that.
You know, there's the information was what came out Back then.
There were several news reports about McVeigh telling Jennifer and
other family members he hadn't really left the government. He
went from military service into some kind of covert military
(58:57):
government operation. Well to back that up, and I always
suspected that was the case. When we knew that, I thought, well,
that explains a lot. But after the trials, the federal
trials were over Stephen Jones, the attorney that represented McVeigh,
put all the defense documents down in Austin at the
University of Texas. People have gone down there and they
(59:17):
can research those. Woman named Wendy Painting wrote a real
thick book on the bombing, and in there she included
documents from the very early couple of days of when
McVeigh was taken into custody and what he told the
first attorneys that were assigned to him, which later changed,
and he told him directly. He goes, look, I'm working
(59:38):
for you know, to words to affect some government military,
covert group. Blah blah blah.
Speaker 3 (59:45):
And there's footage of him that a director took unknowingly
shooting a guy that looks exactly like Timothy mcveay and
who kind of freaks out when he realized he's being
on film. And this was after he's spothly left military life.
Speaker 9 (59:58):
Yeah, there's even more. There's much more, you know. The
thing is, rob we don't want to believe things will
happen that we've been able to see not just back
in ninety five, but now thirty years later, and in
the last five and ten years, we've seen a lot
of this stuff that doesn't add up, and people are
waking up and understanding there's something really rotten behind the
(01:00:20):
scenes and it needs to be called out. And that's
why we're doing what we're doing in Oklahoma right now.
Speaker 3 (01:00:25):
Well, and we're going to get into your book right
after the break Stolen Government, Why You're Representative?
Speaker 17 (01:00:37):
Your host Rob Too really ties the Warroom together.
Speaker 3 (01:00:45):
All right. Second Hour of Warroom has commenced. My guest
Oklahoma City State Representative Charles Keith. It was a Rep
in the nineties and coming back in in the two thousands,
from two thousand and six to twenty twelve, a long
time ago. We were doing a big states rights initiative
and we had him on to talk about states rights
(01:01:06):
and then I think, all of a sudden, he starts
talking about Oklahoma City, and Alix was like, Oh, yeah,
that's right, you're big on Oklahoma City and what was
going on you were actually in office at that time,
and there's all kinds of stuff that we got into
in the last segment. We only got one more segment
with him, So I want to get into his book
because you know, we can talk about the past for years,
but I want to talk about what we can do
(01:01:27):
forward going into the future. You know, in the light
of the Charlie Kirk assassination, people are looking for things
that they can do to be constructive, because we don't
want to be destructive. We don't want to go turn
this into a civil war. But there are things we
can do now to basically take back our government. And
it starts at the state level. And I feel Charles
Key's got it right. They're having an event tomorrow, They're
(01:01:49):
launching the Open Government Initiative is going to have a
big press conference tomorrow at the Oklahoma State Capital on Friday,
September twelfth at eleven am. So you have some aims
down here, and let's get into those. But before we
get into those, let's get into the philosophy of why
it's important that we have strong state governments and how
(01:02:11):
you know, the left will sometimes you see in Texas
like we have these coalitions, but there's just enough influence
from the Democrats to just keep things getting to keep
things from getting done like lowering taxes or anything. It's
just they are able to snake just enough of these
Republicans that are rhinos to you know, fudge the vote.
So what are you guys doing in Oklahoma that's so
(01:02:31):
different than the rest of the country.
Speaker 9 (01:02:34):
Well, we're fortunate in Oklahoma to have a constitutional amendment.
There are a few states that have a law like this,
but we have a constitutional amendment that allows the people
to circulate a petition statewide or at the county level
to force either a grain jury to being paneled or
a state question to be put on the ballot. And
so there's people that don't like that, and they're not
Democrats or liberals. There's some Republicans and conservatives that don't
(01:02:56):
like that law because they What I learned when I
was up there is there's a lot of people that
go up there and they like the power, they like
the prestige, the money that could come with it, and
they want that and they don't want to be held accountable.
So they promote and accept the system as it is.
The problem the system, and most people don't understand this.
They know government's broken, it doesn't work. It's a lot
(01:03:20):
of things, but this book is about one thing that
really focuses on the nerve of the leadership's power in
a legislative body in every state and even at the
federal level. It's even worse, and that is this assumed power.
It's assumed that the Speaker has all the power and
the pro tem and the Senate. Then they appoint all
(01:03:40):
the members to committees, they assign all the bills, they
decide who's a chairman and who's a vice chairman, and
they have the power. It's been assumed, not given to them.
It's assumed that they can decide what bills get heard
and don't get heard. And that's what this book is about.
It's about creating a law to stop that practice that
when we elect somebody as a representative or a senator,
(01:04:03):
they can go straight up there and actually represent us.
Right now, it's not like that, and people know that.
They don't fully understand why. They think maybe people fall
to the power or the money behind the scenes. Those
are all big factors and they play into this whole
role of when you put the power to the top
to a few people like a speaker and some committee chairman,
(01:04:24):
then they can decide not to even hear your bill.
Pick any issue that one wants to think about or
talk about, and let's say it's a real important reform issue,
but it doesn't even get a chance to be talked
about in the public realm in a legislative body, much
less a vote taken, and then you know there's a
(01:04:45):
record when there's a vote taken. And that's what they're
trying to avoid, is going on a record on issues
that will make them real uncomfortable that special interest groups
and large donors are pulling the strings behind the scenes.
That's who's talking to the leadership behind the scenes. It's
special interest groups that give a lot of money to
(01:05:05):
the speaker and to other people like that. They divvy
it out and they keep everybody on their team. And
they even used threats. We've heard about all this kind
of stuff. They use threats, They give them money to
run their campaigns if they go along with their way
of doing things, etc.
Speaker 2 (01:05:20):
Etc.
Speaker 9 (01:05:21):
So when I first got elected, I was elected those
first twelve years you just mentioned the times I served,
and the Democrats were in the majority here in Oklahoma.
When I came back that second time, I didn't really
plan on running. That's another longer story. But the Republicans
had taken over and I knew after those twelve years,
and after going through the bombing experience, I knew very
(01:05:42):
clearly that this was not going to change with Republicans
in office. I knew it was going to stay the same.
Speaker 2 (01:05:48):
I had to say it.
Speaker 9 (01:05:49):
But as a matter of fact, it's a little worse.
I think it is because primarily we had been in
power for so long, and once you get there, a
lot of those people want to hold on to it
and weld it against the opponents that did it to
you while you were there, while they were in power.
But it's really gotten so bad that members are really
afraid to even challenge the leadership because they have such
(01:06:10):
a grip on the power.
Speaker 3 (01:06:12):
Well, I want to look. Tell me about chapter three,
how good legislators go bad because people go in with
promises and all these things they're going to do, and
then all of a sudden, is it just money that
corrupts these people? I mean, how are they getting corrupted
into just going, oh, I'm just going to keep the
system going as status quo. I don't want to rock
the boat.
Speaker 9 (01:06:30):
Well, so it'll say for the good guys, the people
that are on that side, we'd call them the good
guys with good intentions, et cetera, et cetera. They get
up there and they find out that they have to
go along to some degree, or they won't have a
bill heard, they won't get credit for doing what they're
they'd like to get done, and they'll be marginalized, and
they'll be maybe even called names like too conservative and
(01:06:53):
extreme and stuff like that. And they won't get money
from those leadership members who are able to get a
large amounts in a variety of political action committees and
then divvy it back out to the members to buy
their support. They know they won't get that, and they
also are told when they get there, if you don't
go along with the leadership, it won't be a fun,
(01:07:15):
fun road to hold up here. The one time we
were able to bring this one issue that the book
is about on the floor, it was in the first
day of session in February of twenty eleven. We had
it won when it got to the final vote and
it was fifty three to forty six. The vote is open,
and there are rules say they don't even follow their
(01:07:36):
own rules. They break them when they need to. There's
a rule that says you can't leave the vote open indefinitely.
There's a certain time limit you got to call the vote. Well,
we had the vote, and we're watching them and we
knew exactly what they were going to do that run
the clock essentially, Well, if the first they sent whips
down the aisle to get some of the newly elected
freshmen to change their votes. The way they did that,
(01:07:56):
they said, look, you need to get on the side
of leadership here or you're not going to get anything
done for the next two years. So boom, boom boom,
those votes flipped over. It got went over to their side,
and they slammed the hammer down and locked the vote.
Just one of many examples of things that they will do.
And back to how do good people go bad they
end up It's kind of like a lot of things
(01:08:17):
that you could say in life analogies where you could say,
you know, once you once you say yes to something
or you get involved in it, it's not so hard
to just keep going that direction. So once you go
along with the leadership and you do it over a
period of time, you might even start taking up for
the system as it is and say, well, it's the
best system we've got, We've got to just stick with it.
Speaker 2 (01:08:38):
And it's a shame.
Speaker 3 (01:08:39):
So it could work. The government could work way better,
It could work for the people more. It seems to
just be co opted on every level by you know,
special interests or you know, at the end of the
day money you know, and which is I guess sent
by special interests and we never get to see you know,
many laws that benefit actual people at the end of
the day.
Speaker 9 (01:09:00):
Well, you know, when I got elected, I was very
fortunate in my life that I've been well educated, had
a lot of opportunities to learn the constitution, the history
of our country. I went into the legislature with a
lot more knowledge than most people probably have, just because
I desired to have that and I was taught that
at a young age. But I did not know about
the rules of a legislative body or deliberate bodies. And
(01:09:23):
so my first term when I had a committee chairman
tell me no, I'm not going to hear your bill,
and committee just arbitrarily it's not going to do it,
it kind of shocked me. I thought, what how can
that be? And the real issue here gets down to
it's not that they won't hear my bill. I'm the representative.
I should be able to be heard. It really gets
(01:09:45):
down to the thirty some odd thousand people in every
house district in Oklahoma, or a Senate district. Pick any state,
they send us up there to represent them, and then
we cannot do it. They're denying those constituents the free
speech rights and the right to redress government. You cannot
have free speech and redress government if you get elected
(01:10:09):
and you go up there, and then they will not
let you be heard. They won't take a vote on
your issues. And it's not just from the one district
like the one I came from. The People all over
the state don't get the opportunity to hear from multiple
representatives from other districts and their solutions to problems, et cetera,
et cetera. And so it's a cascading effect of denial
(01:10:30):
of government by of and for the people and our
specific constitutional rights of free speech and redressing government, not
to mention a few others, being that what's being destroyed here.
And that's what I think. You know, we can say
it a lot of different ways. We've got a lot
of problems in this country, but that's the problem. We're
not following the constitutional model. I like Thomas Jefferson's quote
(01:10:54):
where he said, in matters of power, let no more
be heard of confidence in men, but buying him down
by the chains of the Constitution. The concept is we
can't just elect people because he's a good man. Maybe
he's the preacher at our church. Maybe he's a good businessman,
he's grew up in the community.
Speaker 2 (01:11:13):
Blah blah blah.
Speaker 9 (01:11:15):
If you don't follow the rules and the law, you
shouldn't be there and you shouldn't be able to come back.
Speaker 3 (01:11:20):
Right, and so we need to be setting the rules
and your bounty. The constitute power in our own hands,
right exactly. Let's look at some of the aims you
guys have for the open Government initiative. Guarantee every legislature
have at least three bills hurting committee annually. I mean
that right there. Let's solve some of the problems you
were just talking about. Will require floor votes for bills
(01:11:41):
that pass committee, so that means if it goes out
of committee, then you have to vote on it. There's
no there's no waiting around or punting or whatever. Penalized
violators with a ten thousand dollars civil fine for the
first offense that keeps people clean on the clean and
narrow you know, to me mandate expulsion from the legislature
for a second offense there's not even three strikes. It's
like two strikes and you're out. And then prob legislative
(01:12:04):
leadership from blocking bills without justification. So that seems to
create some very heavy chains for people that would want to,
you know, run the run it like it's a brothel
or something. The legislature.
Speaker 9 (01:12:18):
Well, you know, the thing is is we've got this
law in Oklahoma that allows us to do this, but
we have legislators who are Republicans who have been passing
laws the last two years to try to make it
difficult more difficult to circulate the petition and things related
to it. We could get into those details if you
want to. And the problem is they don't like this law.
(01:12:39):
They want the power to be left in the legislative
body and with them and people like them, and we've
already had that experience. It's not working very well in Oklahoma.
For example, if we didn't have this law, we wouldn't
have term limits. See the only way we got term
limits by passing the statewide petition and putting it on
the ballot. We have a limitation on taxation in Oklahoma.
(01:13:02):
You have to have seventy five percent of the legislature
vote for a tax increase before it can go into effect.
That was only done years ago with a statewide petition
that created a law that set that high standard of
seventy five percent in California.
Speaker 3 (01:13:18):
That's something only only Californians would do that. I mean,
vote seventy five percent. You could get them there like, yes,
we're in. We're eighty percent more tax you know. Yeah,
so that's good. Seventy five percent is a high margin
to meet. You know, you're not just going to get
everybody on board for that. So that's that's powerful.
Speaker 9 (01:13:36):
Well, some of these same legislators that haven't orb beside
their name, they've been saying lately with what we've been
bringing to the table this issue, they've known it for
about a year and some other things related to it,
they say, well, that's direct democracy. It's a bad law. Well,
we're getting ready to take them on on that issue
because it's not direct democracy. What it is is a
(01:13:58):
check in balance on them on the legislature and other
government at all levels. In Oklahoma, we're very fortunate we
have this and we need help. You know, the left
has lots of money, we don't, But in Oklahoma, we've
got a lot of people that think the same way
that we're talking about here, and they're going to help
us do this. But we still are at a real
(01:14:19):
disadvantage because we don't have the money and we need
thank you for having us on your program. We need
a lot of We need to spread the word out
as much as we can. But if people will go
to the website and help us, it's open government okay.
Like open government okay, like homahoma dot com.
Speaker 3 (01:14:39):
Yeah, and opengovernmentoka dot com right there, you could go
and learn more about it, you know. And that's I
like some of these changer're putting on. Here's the thing
I like about Oklahoma. Even though Texas Oklahoma have this
weird rivalry, Oklahoma's I think the only state that was
fully read both elections or I guess maybe even all
three elections for truck. So these are hardcore mag of
(01:15:02):
people who are you know, want limited government, want limited taxation,
want more freedom at the end of the day.
Speaker 9 (01:15:11):
Yeah, And I tell you what, Constitutional conservatives have taken
over the Republican Party in Oklahoma. In our last convention
just a few months ago, we elected all of the
major positions in our party, like chairman and vice chair
in the other positions by seventy five percent. It shocked
the leadership and the establishment, and so there's a real
(01:15:31):
groundswell of effort to try to take us back to
a constitutional form of government. But they've been playing a
lot of games against this law and what we're doing
and what some others are trying to do to reform
by claiming, you know, like I talked about, for one thing,
they say it's direct democracy, which is not. But they
also played some other little tricky games while the legislature
(01:15:53):
was in session. When they passed one of these bills
that I referred to to make it difficult to do
the state wide petition, they also included some new requirements
that put these long waiting periods on either side. They're
not waiting periods, they're challenge periods. They created ninety days
(01:16:15):
on the front end and ninety days on the back
end to challenge just the filing of a petition like this.
Speaker 3 (01:16:21):
They'll try and kill the momentum. If you kill the
momentum of it, you kill the grassroots push. You know, Oh,
we got to wait ninety days before we do anything,
and then we got to wait ninety days after Yeah,
and just.
Speaker 9 (01:16:33):
To sit around and see if somebody's going to challenge you,
and then you've got to got to go to court
to answer that. And again, you know, we're going to
get by somehow, but we could use all the help
that people will give us to be able to get
past all of this. But it's an amazing thing to
see the Republicans. The other thing I was going to
say is again a long story short. During the session,
(01:16:55):
while one of these bills was being promoted and just
as it got introduced at the MIDI level it was
a Senate bill. All of a sudden, one of the
big pro life groups, which frankly is not very well
respected anymore because they've become so political. They send out
an email to all the Republican senators and House members
and say vote for such and such bill. It's a
(01:17:16):
pro life bill. Of course, it had zero to do
with anything like pro life. It was all about this
petition law and making some changes to make it more difficult.
But it caused a lot of people that were pro
life to think, I got to get on board on that.
And you know how legislators and quote politicians are if
there's a perception they want to be on the right
(01:17:37):
side of it, whether they really are there where they
really believe in it or not. So you had a
bunch of conservative legislators get on board this bill. And
as we went around the state and have been talking
to all kinds of primarily GOP county groups and other groups,
we had a few people come up to us and say, oh,
(01:17:58):
I think that's a pro life bill. We would explain
to them, no, they're just using us to try to
get us to go along with mate, giving up our
power and making it more difficult to do this. And
it's it's really surprising and disheartening to see how people
are fooled so easily on a little tricks like that.
Speaker 3 (01:18:18):
Well, you know, that's that's what they do in the uh,
you know, the big, the big, beautiful bills. One thing
is basically just a giant spending bill. The Patriot Act
was it didn't have anything to do with patriotism, had
to do with, you know, creating systems where all these
law enforcement agencies could talk to each other. And then
it created the TSA on top of that, which is
basically violating everybody's Fourth Amendment. And so the government loves
(01:18:41):
to create these things to you know, give themselves more
power and to take away our freedoms. So what's your goal.
Do you have to get a certain number of signatures
on this petition? What what is your goal when you
guys kick this off.
Speaker 9 (01:18:55):
Well, we we had three choices. We could either do
a constitutional amendment or a statutey amendment, or some kind
of resolution to try to just encourage the legislature to
change their rules. We believe and know that they're never
going to change it by their own rules, and wouldn't
trust them if they did. There's been a couple of
times they did change some rules in the House because
(01:19:16):
of what I was doing, but they didn't change the rule.
They made some fake rules up to make it look
like they were doing some good reforms so the members
would settle down and not be so angry with them.
But we could go with a statute, but we have
the same problem. We don't trust them to come around
and change that statute in a very future year, very
soon in the future, after this would become law. So
(01:19:38):
we're pursuing a constitutional amendment, which makes it much more
difficult because the signatures that you have to have are
one hundred and seventy two thousand plus, so you need
about one hundred and ninety to two hundred thousand to
make sure you get the right number. So that's we're
seeking a very difficult is.
Speaker 3 (01:19:56):
It to go through the fine tooth comb. It's not
like when you vote in some states where it's just like, oh, hey,
you want to vote, here you go. They're actually going
to go through and make sure those are all actual people.
Speaker 9 (01:20:07):
And we've got to go the old way of doing it,
and it's still the way to do this is you've
got to go with a paper petition and go talk
to people and say would you sign this petition and
blah blah blah. Well it's still that way, but we've
created on our website and I wish people would go
there and go look at it a way to pledge
to sign the petition, and by doing that, they create
(01:20:29):
a presence there on the website in which we take
the data that we're already required to get on the
hard copy signature sheets. Data were required to get by
law first name, last name, some address, stuff like that,
and then it lets us make sure that all the
people that are pledging to sign are registered voters. We've
(01:20:49):
got their correct address and all of that, and we
know where they are, but you would know all of
that anyway if you're gathering by the hard copy. And
then what we will do is we will plan to
be in various cities and counties around the state in
that period of time in which we actually gather the signatures.
We'll be able to do it much more efficiently and quickly. Yeah,
(01:21:10):
that's exactly.
Speaker 3 (01:21:11):
Show that up on screen at opengovernmentok dot com. So
if you live in Oklahoma, or if you know somebody
that lives in Oklahoma and you want a more constitutional
form of government, get them to sign that petition, get
them to spread it around. And it's going to take
word of mouth. It's going to take sounds like guys
standing at guys and gals standing at the supermarket, standing
at places where people go, the state fair, these public events,
(01:21:34):
and get people a voting age obviously eighteen and up.
Is that the that's part of the requirements, right.
Speaker 9 (01:21:40):
Yes, And if you don't live in Oklahoma, or if
you do you live in Oklahoma, please go to our website,
please donate, please help us. If it's ten dollars, five dollars,
twenty dollars, twenty five hundred dollars, you know, please help us.
We need that. Because here's another thing, rob is when
they pass this statutory law, which is being challenged in
the court right now, and they put these two ninety
(01:22:01):
days on each end, what that's going to do. Even
though we're filing this tomorrow, we won't actually be able
to gather signatures until about December the fifteenth, So we'll
have ninety days from that point forward, and that's right
in the middle of winter, and so that's going to
make it extra difficult. I think they knew that they
knew what they were doing by creating this, because most
(01:22:25):
people and groups that would bring a state petition like
this would start about the first of the year, maybe
February or March. Well, they knew that they were going
to push that back a long ways and make it
really difficult to actually go through the process. So it's
going to be a tough road to hold the good news,
even though it could sound not too good for this
(01:22:47):
an effort like this, we've got over three hundred thousand
identified conservatives. We just have to have the ability to
get to them, and so we've been working at that.
With other people's help, we can get this done and
one other thing. We have created this organization called Open
Government for the purpose of not just for Oklahoma, but
to help other states find ways that they can do
(01:23:09):
similar things.
Speaker 3 (01:23:11):
Because that's the key is. You know, Oklahoma is one
of the fifty states. Everybody can do their part. So
check it out Opengovernmentoka dot com. Thanks for coming on,
Representative Charles Key.

but they're here, and Les, we be accused.
Speaker 6 (01:25:10):
I'm not hearing all voices.
Speaker 3 (01:25:11):
We cut you off a moment ago.
Speaker 12 (01:25:12):
This is Alex Jones from Austin, Texas, a radio talk
show Hope.
Speaker 20 (01:25:15):
Yes, sir, with nfowars dot com. Both candidates are cousins,
they're scull and bones. They're branding big government and tyranny.
The evidence is clear the military industrial complex was intimately
involved in nine to eleven. The Commission is a complete fraud.
We're losing our freedoms. Both parties are controlled, and if
we don't wait a cup and stand up and speak out,
this country's going to be destroyed.
Speaker 3 (01:25:34):
Giving up liberty only gives us tyranny.
Speaker 13 (01:25:36):
It does not give us security.
Speaker 2 (01:25:37):
And I hope that.
Speaker 20 (01:25:38):
Everybody out there wakes up to this and realizes that
America is America because we have the Bill of Rights
and constitution. Everybody should investigate nine to eleven and find
out who's really behind it. It's Bushes and the New
World Orders. Reichstag and his cousin Kerry isn't going to
save you either. Thank you prison planet dot com.
Speaker 3 (01:25:55):
And that's how you culture jam in the real world
on live TV, art with your website, say your piece
in with your website, and people go, oh, I'm going
to go check out one of those websites I just
heard because and can you imagine how many people watching
c SPAN at that moment were either like, get that
guy off the screen or they were like, oh my god,
(01:26:15):
I better look at this, or let's go to Info
Wars and see what's going on and then they would
have seen. You know, there was a whole nine to
eleven truth section. There was all kind of sections in
the older website of all these different false flag events
we were chronicling. So that was two thousand and four,
pretty crazy back then. Alex Jones culture jamming. So in
(01:26:37):
honor of the people who died on nine to eleven,
there was a man there who was trying to wake
people up. Clay Travis had a blunt response to Barack
Obama's claim that he doesn't know why the shooter went
after what motivated the person. Here's the tweet that Barack wrote,
we don't know yet or is one of his minions,
We don't know yet what motivated the person who shot
(01:26:58):
and killed Charlie Kirk. But this kind of just pickable
violence has no place in our democracy. Michael and I
will be praying for I'm sorry, Michelle, and I yeah, man,
Michael and I will be praying for Charlie's family tonight,
especially his wife, Erica and their two children. So here
is Clay Travis's response to that tweet.
Speaker 19 (01:27:18):
I am tired of hearing people say like Barack Obama did,
like Hillary Clinton did, Oh we condemn this violence.
Speaker 2 (01:27:28):
Guess what.
Speaker 19 (01:27:29):
You can't call the president of the United States for
ten years Adolf Hitler, and you can't say that he's
a fascist dictator. And you can't say that anyone who
voted for Trump or advocated for him, like you, me,
Riley and Charlie Kirk are Nazis. And then when someone
tries to kill us, you can't suddenly say, oh, we
(01:27:51):
condemned this violence.
Speaker 13 (01:27:53):
You caused it. Look at me right now.
Speaker 6 (01:27:56):
You caused this.
Speaker 19 (01:27:57):
When you tell people that someone is Hitler, you are
telling crazy people go kill them. And I am sick
of pretending that that is anything other than what they're doing.
That guy in West Palm Beach, what did he say?
He was killing Trump because he believed Trump was Hitler.
This is what they do, all right, this left wing violence.
(01:28:17):
It's out of control. And Charlie Kirk bore the brunt
of that left wing violence. And guess what, but for
the twist of his head at the last minute, Donald
Trump's head would have been blown off on live television.
Speaker 6 (01:28:32):
And that is intentional.
Speaker 19 (01:28:34):
They are lighting fires and then claiming, oh, what do
you know, there's a fire there. They're doing it on purpose.
Speaker 13 (01:28:39):
MSNBC. Sean, you watch this.
Speaker 19 (01:28:42):
They were live on the air saying one of their
guys said, they put out a pr statement. He said, well,
Charlie Kirk was riddled basically with hate. And when you
put Hayte out into the world, this kind of thing happens. Oh,
tough break, you get shot and killed, even though you're
completely innocent, and all you're doing is making arguments for
the betterment of the country. Tough break for your young daughter,
(01:29:04):
tough break for your son, for your lovely wife that
will never get the opportunity to see you grow old
with them. I am so angry, and I understand everybody
out there says, well, we have to tamp.
Speaker 10 (01:29:15):
Down the anger.
Speaker 19 (01:29:16):
I'm not willing to do that right now because I
get angrier the more they I think about this.
Speaker 13 (01:29:20):
Sean.
Speaker 6 (01:29:21):
They put the wheels of motion for this in order.
Speaker 9 (01:29:24):
They did it.
Speaker 2 (01:29:25):
Sean.
Speaker 3 (01:29:28):
That's a great rant right there. So when Barack Obama
says he has no idea what motivated the person, he
should look in the mirror. Michelle should look in the mirror.
I think we have a clip somewhere of Eric Holders,
and when they go low, we kick him. And the
year after it's the main started with the mainstream media,
probably working with the Democrat Party most likely. I mean,
(01:29:51):
you know it, you know it in your heart that
they were going, we're gonna call this guy a Nazi
because he left the Democrat plantation. I'm talking about Donald Trump.
Donald Trump used to be a Democrat, and if you
look at his policies, they're very middle of the road
compared to somebody like Barack Obama or even you know,
Joe Biden, which is I think even more left. But
(01:30:14):
it was the people following him, and so yeah, I
think Klay Travis hit the nail on the head. You
keep calling for violence, you keep calling these people Hitler,
you keep telling people Hitler's bad, Hitler should have been
killed and going back in a time machine. Well, that's
what people are gonna do. They're gonna be I'm gonna
be the one that kills Hitler. I'm gonna be the
one that kills Charlie Kirk. So let's put the caller
(01:30:38):
number up. We've got about an hour and twenty minutes
left in the show. So uh one eight seven seven
seven eight nine two five three nine eight seven seven
seven eight nine two five three nine I'm going to
end the show today at the end with a report
powerful report we shot last night here at this desk actually,
uh where Alex Jones kind of laid out out Charlie's
(01:31:02):
life and what he's going to do now in the
I guess in the aftermath of this, he's going to
take some leadership roles. He wants to start his own
college tour kind of pick up where Charlie left off.
He said he'd do it with TPUSA or whoever wanted
to do it, and start going to these colleges, because
that's really where the battle lines. These are the adults
(01:31:23):
coming out. You know, the Left is trying to take
over all the education avenues by going into elementary schools,
going into middle schools, high schools, and brainwashing kids and
by the time they get to college, they're ready to
get that last bit of hey, this is what you
have to go for. And if you look at the graphs,
there's a lot of socialists being stamped out of these.
(01:31:43):
If you look at like like the Wall music video,
the kids are coming out and they're being turned into
automatons and they're basically being told, you know, to follow
whatever daddy government and mommy government says, and if you don't,
you're a fascist. If you want, if you have anything
outside of that, at the outside of the mainstream, then
you have to be destroyed, deleted, or you know, shot
(01:32:05):
in the neck, like it was the case with Charlie Kirk.
And he was the guy that was pretty you know, overall,
pretty mainstream, pretty milk tos. He just had conservative biblical
views that he was sharing with people. So I want
to go to this report from Alex Jones talking about
the backlash that's happening, and then cover an article where
people are starting to you know, they're getting the message
(01:32:27):
that they have to be fearful and they have to
kick conservatives out of their events and out of their
places and not let them hold their events there because oh,
more violence might happen, which is exactly the opposite. We
need to stand up and we need to have more
events at this point. So here's Alex Jones breaking it
all down.
Speaker 2 (01:32:44):
All right, it's Wednesday night, It's almost midnight. I mean
it was just four am, but I had to shoot
one final report here to kind of recap what have
a day with the surreal murder of Charlie Kirk in Utah,
I got a call thirty minutes for Trump announced that
he was dead from people on the ground law enforcement.
They said, no, he died, like when they got there,
(01:33:06):
he was dead on the platform, on the stage. I mean,
Charlie back in twenty sixteen at the RNC, get these
dreams waking up young people and get them vote Republican
and be any communists. I mean it was amazing. He
hands down was instrumental to win the last election in
(01:33:30):
November last year. So he was being targeted by the
left as the number one enemy and totally demonized everywhere,
and then some lunatic goes out and kills him. Now
there's a man hunt going on. But talking to law
(01:33:50):
enforcement sources, they say, very professional head. We posted the
ac video. I hate to watch it, but the left
doesn't want you to see it, so you shouldn't watch it.
Big ass man, I mean we're talking at three thirty
eight lapua, three hundred win man. Whatever it was, it
was big because when the bullet goes in, it's tiny
and it blows out the back.
Speaker 9 (01:34:09):
Big.
Speaker 2 (01:34:09):
No, this was I mean it would it hits It's
a big hole, almost like a fifty cow. I mean
it is, it is crazy. The hole is just giant
and that blood just sprayed. And when I saw that,
I said he's dead. And I got a call from
one en Fortune and they said, yeah, why are you
reporting he's a critical condition, that's not true. I was like,
I was going with maintremedia. They said, no, he died
(01:34:31):
on the platform. He died on the platform. So this
is the guy was pro free speech for nine years,
went out to these campuses. They attacked him everything he
knew what.
Speaker 13 (01:34:44):
He was doing.
Speaker 2 (01:34:44):
Great courage. And then I've got clips I'll play at
tomorrow and the show. But eve all seen it MSNBC
lug oh looks like one of his fans had a
gun and shot him on accident. The scum baggery of
these people celebrating his death. They're all over X, They're
all over YouTube, It's everywhere. Oh great, he's dead. Yeah.
(01:35:08):
Those people couldn't wipe their ass with both hands. They
couldn't fight the way I have a web paperbag. But man,
they love death. They live in a free society that
men fought and who's just top voting free speech. But
here's what I really want to say. I know Trump's
(01:35:30):
got a bunch of grand jury spun up not like
eight years ago as rumors. They're officially there and I
know they're subpoena and people I know they about the
deep state. That's why the deep state. The Democrats are
gearing this up because they know Trump's coming. So Pambondi, Cash, Hotel,
Ed Martin, all of them have got to escalate and
(01:35:51):
accelerate the timetable here. This is do or die for
the country, and.
Speaker 16 (01:35:55):
I know they know that.
Speaker 2 (01:35:57):
But the Left has said Trump's gonna kill migrootes, He's
going to attack a protest. That's as they're getting ready
to do it out of the parking garage or from
a building just like this. And I believe they're going
to probably use this Kirk thing when there's a new
terror attack against the Left and a couple of hundred
leagual aliens that killed or something to say it was
because of a response to Kirk. I'm seeing this setup,
(01:36:17):
I'm seeing it happen. I know how to follow the
enemy's operations, and I'm really concerned about that. So Charlie
Kirk's assassination is a herald or a harbinger, a bellwether,
an indicator of the coming false flag that's in the
August twenty twenty Podesta plan for martial law Blue States
(01:36:41):
of sceating of Trump and one then and they said
last year of primplege, this time we go with the
Podesta Plan. That's why I've been harping on this because
it's so key. So we love you, Charlie, we love
your family. I'm glad Trump at a statement out tonight.
This is a big deal. Right to forget about the
woman killed in Charlott Old Caroll. I mean, this has
(01:37:01):
just left us killing us. It's open season the croptasys
to show it. It is so dangerous. So thanks for
keeping us on the air. God bless you, Charlie. God.
I talked to him a couple of times last month.
He's gonna kill on the shows and on his show.
Obviously he's been on my show. I've been on the
show before. But it's just he's gone, but he lives
(01:37:23):
with us forever and the work he's done. So I'm
totally exhausted, but up since four am. I'm gonna try
to sleep six hours. I'm gonna get up tomorrow. Shows
on Acts Rumble, the Elk Shows Network, we'll be covering
all of it. They think they're gonna intimidate us. They
think killing him and killing others and shooting scale. He's
(01:37:43):
an attacking ran Ball and shooting Trump. Maage. That bullet
was an inch over. It had been the same thing,
the same thing he saw there with Charlie kirk Man.
This is time to pray, folks, But it was a
professional job. Got a man hut going. It's a chilling effect.
(01:38:10):
But more importantly, it's the precursor to a false flag
on illegalalien protest or a black church or something like that,
because they've been preprogramming Trump supporters are going to go
kill migrants. They're going to tack black churches because they're
winding up the groups to do it. False flag incoming,
(01:38:30):
False flag incoming, just like Ukraine with fake attacks on
Poland today. They got caught before November twenty two doing
the fake missile attacks. Look that up. Levels are losing
and they're not going to give up. That's the thing
you should know. All right. God bless you, Charlie, We
love you, glove us everybody out there.
Speaker 21 (01:38:52):
But.
Speaker 2 (01:38:56):
Keep your head on a swivel, get your spindy sense
up because this is a big one. Yeah, I bless you.
Speaker 3 (01:39:03):
All, all right, that was Alex Jones late night musings
about this. But he's been warning this for a while,
and it seems like the HBCUs are listening to at
least what's going on out there. They're fielding potential threats.
So multiple HBC whos closed campuses placed under lockdown amid
potential threats. So they include but this isn't all of them,
(01:39:25):
Alabama State University, Hampton University, Virginia State University, Clark Atlanta University,
Southern University, and an M College in Baton Rouge and
Butane Cookman University. So they were all getting these kinds
of warnings and they go, you know what, instead of
just like sloughing them off, well, let's just close for
the day and see what happens. And so they close
(01:39:48):
down campuses, keep people out out of the areas where
you know gun free zones. You have a gun free zone,
what's going to happen? Well, that's where the shooter is
going to go. And you know, in honor of Charlie Kirk,
we're actually we're selling a fundraiser shirt, but this fundraiser
isn't going to Info Wars. We're sending twenty five percent
of every shirt purchased is going to go to TPUSA.
(01:40:09):
So we have a we are all Charlie Kirk fundraiser shirt.
We have it in white or black. Pull up the
black one. I think that one actually looks a little
bit better and you know, shows you that we are
in a bit of morning. But it's got the American
flag graphics over top of the wording we are all
Charlie Kirk. And you know, Charlie Kirk wants us to
(01:40:29):
stand up. He doesn't want us to lay down. He
wants more events to happen. And so we're gonna see.
I've got a report here at the end of the
show with Alex Jones but talking about how he's he's
not gonna lay down, He's gonna have he wants to
have events on college campuses. But let's go to Robert
in Florida saying they already know who the shooter is.
Did this come out or are you just saying this facetiously?
Speaker 16 (01:40:53):
No.
Speaker 8 (01:40:53):
Project Echelon nineteen ninety four was the satellite program installed.
They can go back twenty four hours right now and
follow whoever got up on that roof, follow him back
to their car, follow him back to their house and
go forward and see where they went. They already know
who the shooter is. They are hiding the information. If
it got to the White House and the President already
(01:41:15):
did a press briefing on this, they already know who
did it. I doubt it was to who they were
saying it was, you know, the old man first, then
it was this other guy. Now it's this young guy.
And out to bring up Alex's point, A thirty eight lapoa,
a three thirty eight lapua that didn't do the damage.
The gun they show, not the weapon they used, and
how everything staged and propped up there like that. Like
(01:41:37):
I said, they already know. They're just not going to
release the evidence. I truly think this was probably a
state funded operation. They took him out. They're trying to
impose the civil war. They want us fighting. Like everyone says,
nobody needs to go crazy and do anything dangerous. Let
them come out and show their true colors. Out of
darkness comes the light. So I pray for his family.
(01:42:00):
I hope this really didn't happen. Maybe you know the
whole Q nonsense and all that crap that you see
on the internews. From what I saw him, there. He
was dead before he hit the ground.
Speaker 3 (01:42:10):
Yeah, and you can see it in his face. And
then when they're carrying him to the car, it doesn't
look like there's much if anything. It does take a
while if you don't have a headshot for the brain
to actually shut down, probably about you know, ten to
fifteen minutes for it to fully you know, I guess
it goes through a shutdown procedure as you start dying,
and incidentally, it releases dimethyl trip to mean into your
(01:42:34):
system and so which I think is going to is
basically opening up the dimensional gate for your soul to
move on to the next level, which is I'm sure
that's where Charlie went to the next level. He went
to heaven. He's probably hopefully he's up there now looking
down on us, hopefully using some of his influence to
influence certain events. But thank you for your call, Robert.
(01:42:58):
Very interesting. Let's go to Mitchell Oregon. Let's talk about
the Charlie Kirk shooting as well. Go ahead, Mitchell.
Speaker 8 (01:43:04):
Hey, nice to be here.
Speaker 12 (01:43:05):
Hey, So I wanted to say a few things about
this whole fiasco of him literally getting shot and killed.
And so, first of all, the because not everyone knows
what it was that killed him. It was a thirty
out six mauser bull action, and they The problem with
this whole situation is we know that it was a person.
(01:43:26):
They were on the roof, We know that they had
been up there literally waiting for a long time to
shoot the person. But I just want to give us
a prediction about where this is probably going to go.
With all the people out there that are literally on
social media delibrating the murder of an innocent human being
(01:43:46):
who was just speaking his mind. You know, I just
I'm just gonna say this, and I really hope that
if there's any people in a public office that'll take
this seriously. It is literally a crime to celebrate mur
and promote it publicly. It's not only called disorderly conduct,
it's called incitement of violence. If the President of the
(01:44:07):
United States really wanted to hit the pedal to the
metal and say, we cannot allow people in the thousands
to make these freak show videos whether out there literally
promoting Charlie Kirk, literally spewing his blood everywhere. You know,
I'm just thinking how it is. The FBI needs to
(01:44:28):
investigate these people, and we probably need to make a
mass incarceration, because you know, it's not the first time
that this type of stuff has happened. I think there's
been times in the past this has taken place. But
if you create and allow the conditions by which you
can have thousands and thousands of people celebrating, yeah, Charlie
(01:44:54):
Kirk got killed, and they're just totally demonic and just
given over to this type of thing. Look, I'm just saying,
how it is. Okay, there needs to be arrests for
the celebration of his murder. This is not what can
be allowed in a free country, a nation of law
and order. All right, There's a Bible verse, A wise
(01:45:14):
king scattereth the wicked, and bring us the wheel of
judgment over them Proverbs twenty twenty six, King James version.
And you know what's kind of strange about all of
this situation is what is going on in the mind
of these people, the trans people. And you really think
(01:45:35):
about it. You know, when you inject chemicals into your body, like,
oh my goodness, I'm gonna become transgender, I'm gonna become
a woman, what is that going to do to your brain?
Speaker 3 (01:45:49):
Yeah? I don't think people talk about that enough. What
these drugs do to the brain. And then most of
these kids are also depressed, so they're giving them antidepressants,
which is even worse.
Speaker 2 (01:45:58):
You know.
Speaker 3 (01:45:58):
I look at the a lot of these people and
they're fallen. That doesn't mean they're not redeemable, and it
is sad. I think they should be publicly I like
what's going on now where people are publicly outing them.
I don't wish any harm on any of these people.
They need to be not re educated, but shown the
light and shown you know, because a lot of these
people have been beaten down by the system themselves, and
(01:46:20):
they see because they've been told people like Charlie Kirk
are the reason they don't have free stuff, and so
they're taking their frustrations out on just the abysmal state
of our government, of our country, everything that's been going
on for the last fifty years. This is all culminating
into this and it's just a shame. Thanks for your call, Mitchell.
(01:46:44):
Pretty interesting points there. The guys just threw up a
tweet from zero Hedge. They seem to have a person
of interest that their name is the one up ten
minutes ago. If you guys can pull that back up
I'll read that to everybody out there, and why y'all
are doing that, I'll.
Speaker 18 (01:47:03):
Go to here.
Speaker 3 (01:47:04):
It is police believe a police believe identified name of
person of interests CBS. No arrest warrant has been issued
in the Kirk shooting CBS, so they have an issue.
But they have another person of interest, and I believe
this is different than the guy that had the clinched
hands with the long sleeved shirt on. It seems to
be that guy got cleared, but now there's another person
of interest. Our first caller said they could use the
(01:47:26):
echelon system and go back and watch an hour before
and an hour after see where this guy went, and
they could find him. Maybe they have that power. If
they do have that power, they're not using it or
they're not using it and telling us about it. Let's
go to We got about a minute thirty left. Let's
go to Tim in California wants to talk about the
Obama post where he doesn't know why anybody would do this.
(01:47:47):
So go ahead, Tim, Well.
Speaker 10 (01:47:50):
Since you brought up the Obama one, I wanted to
bring up the Kamala Harris one. Or let me be clear,
she says, like may be clear political violence has no
place in America, hec and we all must work together
to ensure this does not lead to more violence. The
reason why I'm bringing this up rop is because remember,
she's the one that years ago said they're not going
(01:48:11):
to stop. They're not This is a movement. I'm telling you,
they're not going to stop. And everyone beware because they're
not going to stop, and they shouldn't. If you can
find that clip, play that for everybody.
Speaker 3 (01:48:24):
How long ago was that what she That wasn't while
she was in office, though, was it?
Speaker 21 (01:48:28):
Is?
Speaker 10 (01:48:28):
In twenty twenty, twenty twenty.
Speaker 3 (01:48:30):
Okay, while she was running for president.
Speaker 10 (01:48:32):
Okay, exactly exactly, and they're having the Summer of Love
and all that now she said everyone beware, everyon't beware.
Speaker 3 (01:48:39):
Oh yeah, okay, I do remember that during the riots,
she was out there cheerleading. She was with one of
the groups getting bill money for these people. She was
helping raise bill money for these people who were burning
down cities, beating people up, killing policemen. Oh, here's the baill,
here's the bail.
Speaker 10 (01:48:57):
But today, we should all work together to ensure this
does not lead to more violence.
Speaker 3 (01:49:05):
Yeah, I agree, I totally agree that they've been cheerleading
this and now that it's happening, like, oh, we don't know,
why would people do this? We just caught a hitler
for ten years and anybody that works with it, we
have some.
Speaker 13 (01:49:17):
Very exciting news.
Speaker 2 (01:49:18):
Optimal Human is hands down the best green superfood supernutrient
concentrate I've ever had. The folks that Bigly have had
this out for years and it's their star product, and
it became a best seller very quickly because people when
they got it loved it so much. If I told
you everything that's sent it, how concentrated it is, it
would take an hour. This has the kitchen sink and
then some and if you're missing any of the trace
(01:49:40):
not just the stuff they say is essential, but all
the other trace elements and vitamins and prebiotic and probiotics,
it's got everything. And again these are all concentrated, and
it's got a bunch of stuff for healthy energy in
it too. So folks absolutely love Optimal Human and it
works synergistically with the shilogy, the r siemas the Ultimate
Tumeric and the metal Lean Blue. We've been sold out
(01:50:01):
