all right. So we were going to kind of discuss,
you know, the paranormal, and we went on a little
adventure last weekend.

We went to the eighteen fifty eight Garnet House Hotel
Listen in Garnet, Kansas. This was April's first time there. April,
what were your thoughts on Garnet.

I loved it. It is creepy. I want to go back.

But when it's warmer, Yeah, yeah, exactly about that.

Yeah, you know, you know we rented this place and
you know the last time I went there, it was
it was went out.

You know, he said there's an air you don't which
vine they have fans completely.
Speaker 6 (03:12):
Comfortable when we went in wet July last year, completely fine,
like it wasn't too hot. I wore TikTok in jeans
like I was comfortable. Well, you know, when you roll
up up into a location and you know you're not
sure who's gonna let you in and then you know,
an officer also gonna by the way, I don't if
you listen to our thing.

pargets we passed along.

The way that we could have stopped and stocked up. Uh, yeah, cold.

I know, it was very chilly. I mean it was
a good time, no, I apply.

I mean, you know, every time you go to a location,
you don't always get the same thing. So like the
first time we were there, yeah, we had stuff flying
around and all this craziness. This time, maybe we did
have stuff happening. We were just too cold to really care.
I mean, we had stuff, We had some interesting things.

Happen, Yeah, but who knows what was happening while we're
in the car trying to warm up.

I know, I haven't I haven't gotten to that part
of my recorder yet. I've only gotten through the first
thirty minutes. And then at thirty minutes we got footsteps.

We have a gig, and we have like a noise
that sounds like a spring or something.

Because it's like weird, where did that come?

You know, I thought that I couldn't.

Have no idea because we had Oh it was, yeah,

I have no idea. And sitting in the same room, Yeah.

the gig right, and I made the comment I think I.

Yeah, see, so I heard I heard that sounded kind
of like a little laugh. And then about two minutes later,
Kime's like, well, I just heard a giggle and there's
something in the distance of like a like at Whether
it was somebody outside or in the house, I don't know,
but there's definitely something there that I I have no
idea because I know I heard people out the side,

but it was.

It was very I don't know. It's almost like it
came from downstairs.

Well, I never saw anybody outside.

You know, I was gonna say if people were outside,
they were not outside for a long No.

We saw that one gal out there, like taking a
pillow in her house. And I don't remember if that
was in the morning. I think that was in the
morning when we were packing maybe, or like the last
time we got.

In the car.

It was the last time I got in the car.
She was bringing a pillow and they were like petable.
Speaker 4 (06:00):
Yeah, it was just her and dog. But I don't know.

Other than that, I didn't really hear anything unless Apertim
Miller was out there giggling like a little school girl. Well,
you know, he did put on a stocking cap when
he was out there talking to somebody.

I saw him out there.

But yeah, if he hadn't been on duty, I'm pretty
sure would have gone and investigated with us.
Speaker 10 (06:22):
Yeah, because he was sitting there investigating the night before.

I mean, at least you got somebody you can trust
to let some people in.

Yes, oh, absolutely, Well, yeah, on the under of her locations, Like, yeah,
I have one of the neighbors come let even. It
turned out to be, you know, a fully uniform police
office and about.

Because because I'm like, I saw him, you know, in
the parking lot JA sent from us and he's just
sitting there and we're sitting in our car, and like,
you know, he's gonna come over here.
Speaker 4 (06:51):
I bet you he's gonna come over here and see
what we're doing. I just know he's going to my
bags up.
Speaker 6 (06:55):
Punds around goes and they slowly stops in the back up.

And then here he comes out. I was walking up
to my window.

I'm all ready to show him the email that I'm
supposed to be here.

You know, I'm supposed to tell you you're supposed to
check your email.

And I was like, okay, it's like, oh my gosh,
but yeah, I'm like, oh, so you're the one who
was supposed to be letting us in.

Yeah, I was like yeah, and we're all just like

I thought you were gonna leave up, okay.

the law on investigation. I've never had that before. I
know our friends from the UK have.

pulled over one time. Oh my gosh, that was a

What did you have any kind of feelings or sensations
while you were there, or any personal experiences.

Well, first of all, there's nothing in that house that
is level, square or plump.

There's no son have fun.

Yeah, you get that funhouse effect. And then the.

Fact that there's colored light bulbs most of the rooms that.

Does for sure percent. What about when you and I
were upstairs.

Oh that that was very interesting because I've never had,
first of all, a music box do that, like like
just have enough of a jiggle and the floor or
whatever it was, right, just start playing. But then after
a solid I don't know if it was five menes
or whatnot, jumping around and banging on things, then.

To just have it start playing that I can't explain.

I felt pretty good and confident explaining when we were
getting through to three little notes at a.

Time, but not when yeah, I went through the full song.

Because you know those have you know, the little thing
in the fact that you have to wind up, Yes,
and I wish.

And none of us touched those all night because I
didn't even know there were music bosses.

five hours from the last time to go through.

their hoods up and we're like literally right underneath every
single blanket we owned exactly.

But when I stood up on that chair, there was
not one but two that played songs, but I wasn't
sure which one it was that was actually doing it because.

Yes, why does the head move because that's the kind
of but it has anything there that would make it
do that. That's it's just so weird.

When I was little, I had a little elephant music
box that moved its head what it played it. So
I really wasn't like super Jopson to be tad because
that was kind of the same age.

I went up the next morning and I did a
walk through and I sat there, I squatted down, I
stopped my feet, tried the same board that you did,
and I got nothing, but we moved off. It wasn't
sitting in the same spoty through.

I didn't move it a little bit.

Good point, so it might not head off because we
moved it through original spot.

I don't know. But anyways, who wants musical freaking clowns
in their place? I know you, I know you have
one hundred and two dollars and then you got all
those damn clowns.

Got four dolls coming lord, I.

Mean I had dolls sitting behind me. But at least
then where these bells came from. They're not hunted. They're
literally family.

Actually, I got two hundred and four because.

Oh yeah, so I got the two mounts.

Oh my gosh, you have two hundred and four dolls.

Are counting the dolls. I had over one hundred dollars
when I was a kid, and Mom save all of them.
They're in closets in the house.

That's not all the Barbie dolls and stuff that I have.

Oh yeah, I mean I have a ship to Barbie dolls,
but not freaking porcelain clowns and dolls.

And all that. They're going to kick up and march across.
They're gonna kill you to find the.

One doll I had when I was a kid. You
raise its arm.

And giggles in the head moves Oh no, no, no,

Yeah, my mom had this one all and it's like
mouth would move and everything, and like one time it
was sink in my closet and my cousin was over,
I must touch it. We're on my bed and it
started talking in its mouths moving in my up in
my closet. So we took that doll. We sprayed it
down with hair spray, and we threw it a trunk
and never let it back out.

in this you know, feel you know, like to kind

did broke through. Absolutely, It's like why do you do
what they tell you not.

Somebody fell through the wall at Melbourne going through those
tunnels that you're not supposed to go through.

And and for our remember we went into the liner
room area and they let us in a few times
for small group things.

But then after that you could go in there because
somebody crawled up in that little space and a freaking hole.

And it's like people respect the this that you're going
to amen, it's like good freaking grief.

You make it bad for the people that are actually
there trying to find out information, not to make a
quick fuck off.

We were sitting at a coffin.

the little plastic on the window, but these were actually
floorboard creaking.

We're sitting still in that room and we're saying, hey,
do you guys hear that? You can hear it like
it's legit, awesome, good.

That's the kind of evidence. And then all of a sudden,
boom boom boom or whatever.

Well and I'm just thrilled at like, at least this
time it seems like we got things actually recorded.

during the night when we were all chattering our teeth

Last time I slept maybe forty minutes. This time, I
mean it wasn't a deep.

trying to I was literally in my little cocoon.

It was a great investigation at a great location with the.

Kim and I have.

Slept at Edinburgh and it was really cool, and she
slept on on table and I make two.

Chairs with like five hundred plankets and a but.

We had a little heat of it before we did it.

Wasn't it was a lot. I was so cool, but
still it was a little bit of heat, A little bit.

Well always left to Cambriy she she brought up here
had no heat at.

Zero zero, like you're trying to cheat doors and be like,
maybe we can consider somebody heat like on every channel,
so that if any location owner is listening to this,
either you know, in the future or you know even
far in the future.

It's okay if you don't have heat, just that's fine.
We prepare for it. Coach all the layers and the
handwarmers and all the stuff.

Then we wouldn't I'm cold, Let's go sit in the car.

We would have our hand warmers and stuff and we would.

We went to the eighteen fifty eight Garnet House Hotel
Listen in Garnet, Kansas. This was April's first time there. April,

I loved it. It is creepy. I want to go back.

But when it's warmer, Yeah, yeah, exactly about that.

Yeah, you know, you know we rented this place and
you know the last time I went there, it was
it was went out.

You know, he said there's an air you don't which
vine they have fans completely.

Comfortable when we went in wet July last year, completely fine,
like it wasn't too hot. I wore TikTok in jeans
like I was comfortable. Well, you know, when you roll
up up into a location and you know you're not
sure who's gonna let you in and then you know,
an officer also gonna by the way, I don't if
you listen to our thing.

first time we were there, yeah, we had stuff flying
around and all this craziness. This time, maybe we did
have stuff happening. We were just too cold to really care.
I mean, we had stuff, We had some interesting things.

Happen, Yeah, but who knows what was happening while we're
in the car trying to warm up.

I know, I haven't I haven't gotten to that part
of my recorder yet. I've only gotten through the first
thirty minutes. And then at thirty minutes we got footsteps.

We have a gig, and we have like a noise
that sounds like a spring or something.

Because it's like weird, where did that come?

You know, I thought that I couldn't.

Have no idea because we had Oh it was, yeah,

of like a little laugh. And then about two minutes later,
Kime's like, well, I just heard a giggle and there's
something in the distance of like a like at Whether
it was somebody outside or in the house, I don't know,
but there's definitely something there that I I have no
idea because I know I heard people out the side,

It was very I don't know. It's almost like it
came from downstairs.

Well, I never saw anybody outside.

You know, I was gonna say if people were outside,
they were not outside for a long No.

We saw that one gal out there, like taking a
pillow in her house. And I don't remember if that
was in the morning. I think that was in the
morning when we were packing maybe, or like the last
time we got.

In the car.

It was the last time I got in the car.
She was bringing a pillow and they were like petable.

Yeah, it was just her and dog. But I don't know.

Other than that, I didn't really hear anything unless Apertim
Miller was out there giggling like a little school girl. Well,
you know, he did put on a stocking cap when
he was out there talking to somebody.

I saw him out there.

But yeah, if he hadn't been on duty, I'm pretty
sure would have gone and investigated with us.

Yeah, because he was sitting there investigating the night before.

turned out to be, you know, a fully uniform police
office and about.

Because because I'm like, I saw him, you know, in
the parking lot JA sent from us and he's just
sitting there and we're sitting in our car, and like,
you know, he's gonna come over here.

I bet you he's gonna come over here and see
what we're doing. I just know he's going to my
bags up.
Speaker 6 (06:55):
Punds around goes and they slowly stops in the back up.

And then here he comes out. I was walking up
to my window.

I'm all ready to show him the email that I'm

And I was like, okay, it's like, oh my gosh,

was supposed to be letting us in.

We did it, and we survived and we had good
time and we had a very interesting, eventful weekend.

Fans and we went checked down on the hotel and
Drench there are very good at Eldridge. I didn't feel
anything strange about it.

that older part, like it felt busy, you know, like
there's a lot of energy, like happy energy, like people.

That was a place to go. That's what I felt.

it was not busy, No, it was.

It wasn't like you know, the front desk or anything

I was just sitting there once somebody came out of
the restroom. But felt busy.

Yes, so yeah, nothing crazy, nothing scary, but not the
way I would be cooled to rent that room.

Yeah, apparently just picture when there's a wedding reception.

We stopped that a little arms store in Lamni, you know,
which was really cool.

Had some good jeesus. You know, we saw an army
truck that must have been an accident rolling up on
a trailer, which is kind of weird because it's almost
in that same year, the last year that we saw
on fire.
Speaker 4 (34:37):
It gotta be something, just be something that stretcher.

Very bizarre us, that's all I gotta say.
Speaker 4 (34:45):
Exactly. My car wasn't possessed, but even though it did.

You know, my car would go from I playing one
music app and I'll just switch it to another and
then swiot it back to the other.

I don't know why it does that. It doesn't every

maybe it's a Melbourne. I don't either.
