A new member of Rip Paranormal, So please welcome Leslie.

Speaker 3 (02:17):
Leslie's been on before. Yeah, if you all haven't remembered.

Speaker 4 (02:21):
I'm sure you remember because we'll probably get down the
rabbit hole at some point.

Speaker 5 (02:25):
But professional and responsible episode we did. Yeah, just like, okay,
very professional.

Speaker 3 (02:40):
When are you perfessional?

Speaker 5 (02:45):
You sound like my bosh?

Speaker 3 (02:52):
Oh my lord. Okay, So Leslie, let's get a little
bit of background on you.

Speaker 4 (02:55):
What got you into the paranormal and why can't I
see you?

Speaker 6 (03:01):
Well?

Speaker 5 (03:05):
Back in nineteen ninety five, my grandma died and I
was in another country and I was very, very close
to her, so I was mad that she died while
I was out of the country. She couldn't wait until
I got back. But she came to me in a dream.
That night, I dreamt about her and we walked through

(03:26):
her old neighborhood. We held hands and walked, and of
course I was doing all the talking. She didn't say
a word. I guess it's time to say goodbye, and
we just turned and looked at each other and she
gave me a hug, and I was like, okay, so
maybe I'm losing my mind and saying that I believe

(03:47):
it was her, but it made me field.

Speaker 3 (03:50):
Also, what sound we lost her sound? She was talking?
Just lost her Oh hello, Leslie, are you there, I'm here.

Speaker 5 (04:02):
Can you hear me? Yeah?

Speaker 3 (04:03):
I can hear you.

Speaker 5 (04:04):
Yeah, I can hear you.

Speaker 3 (04:05):
Okay, maybe it's your headphones there.

Speaker 5 (04:09):
Just seeing Grandma and it made me feel better. And
then that's when I thought, you know what, maybe there's
something more out there because that was the first death
I've experienced, was my grandmother dying.

Speaker 3 (04:22):
Wow.

Speaker 5 (04:22):
So so after that, I started, you know, watching all
the TV shows, you know, the plumbers and the demon
lovers and all that. But I had children. I had
two little girls to raise, so I didn't get to
go ghost honting. But when they were old enough, I

(04:44):
was ready. I was ready to go.

Speaker 6 (04:46):
I had I was ready.

Speaker 5 (04:51):
So I started. I started following a psychic and then
he led me to a team, and then that team
led me to.

Speaker 6 (05:00):
You guys, and here I am. I love every minute
of it.

Speaker 5 (05:06):
I'm a junkie.

Speaker 3 (05:08):
It's it's addicting, it really is.

Speaker 5 (05:11):
Mm hmm yep.

Speaker 6 (05:13):
You know, people say, why do you spend hours doing this?

Speaker 5 (05:19):
Well, I could spend hours in a boat fishing and
not catch a fish, right, I'll spend hours in a
basement and not catch a ghost.

Speaker 3 (05:27):
So right, exactly, And that's exactly how it goes too.
You just never know. Yep.

Speaker 6 (05:35):
Yeah, yeah, that's all started.

Speaker 3 (05:39):
Now do you have do you have as of right
now a favorite location? Wow?

Speaker 5 (05:47):
Some of the probably the best locations I've been to,
but in Minnesota and the one we recently just went
to in Indiana, the Indiana State of style of that one,
that one was pretty good too. Those probably been favorite.
So Indiana State, that nurses station. I mean, if you

(06:09):
watch YouTube videos and stuff and you see people talk
about the nurses station, it's real.

Speaker 3 (06:15):
Oh yeah for sure.

Speaker 5 (06:18):
So and just before warn there are snakes right camp.

Speaker 3 (06:26):
And I still haven't seen that video, so, oh I
need to see it. I've just heard about it. You
gotta tell our listeners what that's about.

Speaker 5 (06:38):
Well, Chad and so Kim and I are. I think
we're at the nurses station and my husband and my
youngest daughter, Kara, they're out one they like to walk
and hunt where I like to sit and hunt, and
you know, Allison, she's off wherever the hell.

Speaker 3 (06:55):
You never know.

Speaker 5 (07:00):
And they come up and they're like, we just saw
a snake and you know, I'm thinking there was one
on the ground. They said, no, it was up above us.
And I said, no, it's probably wires hanging, because you
know you're in a dilapidated old building.

Speaker 4 (07:16):
Right.

Speaker 5 (07:17):
Well, we went back to our home base that we
had set up there, and sure enough, it was a
snake squiggling down like it wanted to smell my husband's head.
So sitting there in the dark with Kim, and she says,

(07:38):
I'm not going back out that way.

Speaker 3 (07:42):
I'm not because I googled it. They told us at
the office it might be a rat snake.

Speaker 7 (07:49):
I googled, Indiana's good for rattlesnakes, rat snakes.

Speaker 3 (07:54):
You never know what kind of snake.

Speaker 6 (07:56):
It was, right, no problem. I said, we'll go out
the front door.

Speaker 5 (08:03):
She said, oh, no, I'm not going out the front
door either, because there's a groundhog.

Speaker 3 (08:08):
It's like pick your battle.

Speaker 5 (08:11):
I said, I'm like, I think we could take a
grown dog. She said, nope. I looked them up. They're
not friendly either. And then the rest of the night then.

Speaker 3 (08:22):
We then we had the bats. So we're we're fighting
them all the way around. Yeah, because there was the bats.

Speaker 5 (08:32):
And yeah, but at any end of the state we heard,
you know noises, you know. The one guy with us,
I mean he actually got up and had to go
look in the room because you thought someone was in
that room and the moans you can hear moaning footsteps,

(08:52):
you know, I thought it. We thought it was my
husband and my daughter coming down the hallway, but there
was nobody there that was and then my husband and
my daughter they caught the snake, but they also caught
a scream up there on the there's a mental psych
word part of the hospital asylum as well. Yeah, and
they caught a scream and at scream like disembodied. It was.

(09:17):
It was a really good location.

Speaker 4 (09:19):
It was because I was listening to the recorder from
when we were down. I don't remember which time it was.
We were in the nurses station, but it was at
that time, I think where we thought your husband and
daughter were coming down because one of us walks off
and then you hear a scream in the distance on
the recorder and not once but twice we got it right.

Speaker 3 (09:43):
And then I saw.

Speaker 4 (09:44):
That that shadow coming by the cafeteria.

Speaker 3 (09:47):
Where that window is.

Speaker 4 (09:49):
Yes, And when I said I saw a shadow, the
tripwire went off. And every time I mentioned the shadow,
that trip wire would go off right there.

Speaker 3 (09:57):
And that's also the area when I walked down there.
I had a guy say turn around. Mm hmm. You
literally it sounds like somebody was in there.

Speaker 4 (10:04):
And I'm like hello, because I literally thought somebody was
in there telling me to turn around.

Speaker 3 (10:09):
That's how. And of course I left my recorder up
by you guys, but well, just off the nurses station,
that room, just off the nurses Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 7 (10:19):
We thought we heard a groan, yeah, and then paper shuffling. Yeah,
and then the cat ball went off and I got
that shuffling noise on my recorder from that room. Yeah,
it sounds like.

Speaker 3 (10:32):
Paper is moving.

Speaker 5 (10:34):
Well, the place was, It's like everybody just quit and
walked out. It was like the Twilight Zone. Yeah, because
medical records are still there with people's names on it.
The linens were still there.

Speaker 3 (10:47):
A bunch of clothes, and some of the places.

Speaker 6 (10:50):
Blood's still on the beds and some of them.

Speaker 5 (10:52):
It's just a really it's a really creepy place. And
it was worth it.

Speaker 3 (11:01):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (11:02):
Yeah. And then speaking of shadow, that's the second time
I've seen a shadow was at Bliska when we were
at Ballisco together not too long ago. Oh yeah, yeah,
I was done after that. Oh yeah, I stayed up
there because you know, I thought, you know, this is
what we do. We shadow. We don't run right and

(11:24):
say it's a demon. We just sit here and pretend
we're okay.

Speaker 3 (11:29):
God, I can't.

Speaker 4 (11:32):
I honestly, I can't believe the amount of footsteps and
movement we had when we tried to lay down to
go to sleep at Melliska.

Speaker 3 (11:40):
That was insane.

Speaker 5 (11:41):
Yeah, once everybody left and it was just three of
us left, Yeah, you could hear way more stuff. And
I mean I didn't feel threatened at all or like
I in harm's way, but right it it just kind
of it does brattle your cage a little bit. I

(12:04):
did get online and look up old videos of Aliska
from other and I kept seeing that that cat Church,
oh geez.

Speaker 3 (12:13):
The one that brought us a mouse in the morning.
I didn't that I got stepped on.

Speaker 5 (12:19):
He was a pretty It's worth it just to meet Church,
just to go and see meet the cat.

Speaker 4 (12:23):
Yeah, he was trying to come into the house and
had to try to shoot out of the house. And
we woke up and he's just sitting there at the
door like looking at it like this at you, and
it's like, oh my god, there's literally the cat from
pet Cemetery.

Speaker 5 (12:39):
They had, you know, they had the creepy doll in
the attic, because I guess all handed locations it's required
a creepy doll. I don't know, and that you said,
it looks like the doll just moved, and I turned
to look at the doll, and that's when the shadow
came right past me, like it was going behind me.

(12:59):
And that's that's when I saw it, and I just
froze and I didn't go back up there for the
rest of the night. I stayed downstairs.

Speaker 4 (13:11):
Ye no, w yeah, that at it got a little
weird closer like he was like about, we're up there
at like two o'clock till about.

Speaker 3 (13:23):
Two fifty one in the morning, and.

Speaker 4 (13:30):
Got a big whoosh of like it wasn't cold air.
It was like warm air that came between us, and
it was really weird. And you could hear a lot
of movement over by me, like a lot.

Speaker 8 (13:42):
And then you know, you had that doll sitting there,
and I get this like a little girl, and I'm like,
I'm down, I'm.

Speaker 3 (13:50):
Out going to bed to night.

Speaker 9 (13:52):
I went downstairs, like see you later, And of course
I didn't have the recorder because I forgot to bring
extra battery and it died like it was almost a
full battery and it just died.

Speaker 3 (14:04):
After we were in there. And then I had that
video of the doll, yes that I recorded it, and
you could see it.

Speaker 8 (14:15):
It was upright, but the numbers were upside down at
the top right, and then.

Speaker 4 (14:21):
At the bottom the numbers were flipped. But when you
breathe recording, everything looked normal, but when you go to
play it back, the doll is upside down. None of
my other videos are a lot, so I have no idea.

Speaker 3 (14:35):
What was going on there. But and then I was like, okay,
what's up with this?

Speaker 4 (14:40):
Because you know, we have a running history with dolls,
and of course the legs broke off the one.

Speaker 7 (14:48):
At Malvern, Edinburgh we had a doll flying broke a
finger off of it.

Speaker 4 (14:53):
Yeah, and then we go to the Liska and that
damn doll's legs are broke off, sitting there on the chain,
and it's like.

Speaker 3 (15:00):
What is up with this? Like we have a thing
with dolls.

Speaker 4 (15:06):
I was waiting for that thing to come up and
start walking at us or something, because it looked like
her nose was like flare in and out like I just.

Speaker 5 (15:12):
Kept watching it.

Speaker 3 (15:14):
Yeah, it looked like she was breathing. I'm like, what
the hell is going on with this doll? Like we
have a question in uh and chat oh Leslie. Cynthia
wants to know if you're coming to Bango.

Speaker 5 (15:30):
I planned on it?

Speaker 3 (15:32):
Do you get that, Cynthia?

Speaker 5 (15:37):
Is it going to be a dance party?

Speaker 3 (15:38):
Hell yeah, Cynthia, Yes, you know, Kim and I are
going to be there. Hell yeah, all right put that in.
Oh I didn't see ye, yeah, all right, put dance.
And then Darren has a question, Yeah.

Speaker 4 (15:49):
Oh, what is your favorite location to investigate?

Speaker 3 (15:56):
Up to this point of investigating? I think you joined
a little late, but yeah, I don't think you can.
You can refresh his memory.

Speaker 5 (16:03):
We just recently went to Indiana State Asylum, which you
know you were invited to, Darren and didn't go, Buddy.
And that place had the footsteps, the moans, the groans,
the bangs. It was and as we mentioned, the bats

(16:26):
and the snakes, but it was I think that was
it was. I got more out of that than I
did Waverley, even Waverley Hills, and I've been there twice
the second time at Waverley was more. That's where I
saw my first shadow person was at Waverley Hills on
the second floor.

Speaker 3 (16:48):
I have not been there yet. I want to go
back so bad because we only got through part of it.

Speaker 7 (16:57):
We didn't even get through at all, because there ain't
enough time to get through it in one day.

Speaker 3 (17:04):
That's kind of like it for a lot of locations,
except for the smaller ones. Some of them we get
done within a couple of hours. It's like, well, time
start over.

Speaker 5 (17:16):
The only place I've been to where I have not
gotten any evidence is for our I've never gotten any
evidence there.

Speaker 3 (17:22):
Oh yeah, I mean I mean we have. Yeah, Okay,
we gotta. We got your voice coming through? What the hell?
That's so weird of her end? Maybe it must be
on Leslie's end.

Speaker 5 (17:34):
There's a voice coming through Mine.

Speaker 3 (17:36):
Was all of a sudden, but now it's not so
I don't know. Not quit yeah quit now kIPS back
on the screen.

Speaker 5 (17:47):
She is.

Speaker 3 (17:48):
She looks like she's like two feet tall, and.

Speaker 5 (17:54):
It looks like you have a little lepre.

Speaker 3 (17:59):
Oh my lord, yeah, Cynthia, we definitely need to go back.

Speaker 5 (18:03):
Oh gosh, yeah, yeah. If you can handle me, Cynthia,
I'll come.

Speaker 3 (18:15):
Missouri State. We need to go again. Yep. Oh yeah,
that that was an interesting time too. My cousin wants
to go so bad with us when we go. Oh yeah,
and she's been begging me when you guys going back
to Missouri. I don't know that one. You need more

(18:40):
than just a few people.

Speaker 4 (18:42):
Yeah, you need an army full of people to go
to that one. Just still ford it no, yeah, no kidding, Yeah,
for sure.

Speaker 5 (18:50):
I think the last time we went, they had some
of it closed off. Hopefully that's all back open again,
but because is the part that was closed off was
the cells where they those solitary confinement cells down there.

Speaker 3 (19:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (19:11):
Yeah, people get a lot of evidence down there.

Speaker 3 (19:15):
Mm hmm. We got a lot.

Speaker 4 (19:16):
Well, we got some interesting stuff on those ones that
they just unburied.

Speaker 3 (19:20):
Those ones they just unburied there.

Speaker 4 (19:23):
Yeah, right with the music box and yeah, and other
things were going.

Speaker 3 (19:29):
Off while we were down there. K two was going on. Yeah. Uh.
Cynthia says, she's pretty sure she can handle you.

Speaker 5 (19:43):
She's got a voodoo doll of me.

Speaker 8 (19:48):
It's getting a little dark in here, but I think
my light blew out, so we might have to.

Speaker 3 (19:53):
Be in the dark. That's fine. So if you if
we disappear from the screen, it's fine.

Speaker 5 (19:58):
You in the dark, Yeah, because, like I said, this
room doesn't have a light in the ceiling.

Speaker 4 (20:04):
It just has a lamp and it's an old beer
lamp that my uncle made back in like junior.

Speaker 3 (20:10):
High and class, and the wiring is probably not.

Speaker 4 (20:15):
That great in it, and it's not working.

Speaker 3 (20:18):
I hit the switch and it's not doing anything. I
have another lamp back there.

Speaker 4 (20:22):
But I don't even know if there's a bold in it. Honestly,
I just have to work in the dark.

Speaker 3 (20:29):
But I do have the little ghosty going.

Speaker 5 (20:33):
Oh yeah, it's I bought that from Moon Spinners.

Speaker 3 (20:39):
Yes, I love it. Yeah, I've had people ask about
it on Instagram. So I'm like, I definitely want to
get to Randolph sometimes. Randolph. Yeah, we need to go there. Yeah,
I haven't got to go yet.

Speaker 1 (20:54):
No.

Speaker 3 (20:54):
Yeah, we got invited by your cousins, but we just
couldn't go because it was during the week. They were
leaving two early and we couldn't get off work. Yeah.

Speaker 5 (21:04):
Okay, do you know how far that is?

Speaker 6 (21:07):
How far of a drive Randolph is, Well.

Speaker 3 (21:09):
It's on the other side of Indianapolis. I think is it,
I think, so.

Speaker 5 (21:16):
Okay, and just for Darren if he's still listening. And
I did try to get into broadhead manner, but the
gentleman told me that he is going to have surgery
and I won't be having any hunts until probably late October.

Speaker 4 (21:32):
I just said, we need to come to the museum
and Darren missus Melbourne.

Speaker 3 (21:43):
Our home away from home. Yeah, our home away from home,
and go there a lot. But I do have time.
I know.

Speaker 7 (21:52):
I know, Sandy, you aren't going to be an Aims
because you've got that wedding.

Speaker 3 (21:57):
To go to you in April. Oh yeah, that's right. Yeah,
I forgot about the XPO and Eames, I forgot about it?

Speaker 6 (22:07):
Is that this week? Is that the weekend of the
twenty third?

Speaker 7 (22:11):
No, I don't remember, Cynthia says, Randolph is eleven hours away?

Speaker 5 (22:17):
Okay, what the hell?

Speaker 3 (22:20):
So that's that's the time you want to go the
night before hotel and then.

Speaker 5 (22:27):
And then yeah, you don't want to go on a
Wednesday night and be back Thursday. Not for that one though.

Speaker 3 (22:35):
That was a whirlwind of a trip.

Speaker 5 (22:37):
It yes, it was fun.

Speaker 7 (22:39):
It's it's bad enough driving the six hours, investigate all
night long and getting very little sleep and then driving
another six hours back.

Speaker 10 (22:47):
Shit.

Speaker 3 (22:47):
Yeah. And poor Cynthia, she even had farther to go
when we went to uh oh, that's right, Ashmore mm hmm.
October seventh and eighth is aims. Okay, I never know
when that is.

Speaker 6 (23:08):
October seventh is three weeks out.

Speaker 5 (23:11):
Yeah, yeah, just he should. I'm having a cookout on
the seventh.

Speaker 3 (23:21):
Yeah, so.

Speaker 6 (23:25):
Everybody's invited. That's listening, So.

Speaker 3 (23:31):
Our listeners from India will be coming.

Speaker 7 (23:37):
Yeah, Cynthia'll be in Vegas. That's a long race to
drive for.

Speaker 5 (23:44):
I plan on being there Vegas.

Speaker 10 (23:47):
Baby, I don't have Bobeque, Darren says, Melbourn's on the
list for him.

Speaker 3 (23:57):
For next year. Awesome, so I've already got it booked
for next year too.

Speaker 5 (24:05):
You got one for next year, Melvern, Okay, we.

Speaker 3 (24:11):
Have, just like Cynthia has one for Roland's birthday. I
have one every year for Christie's death. M Yeah, memorial
for her. Yeah, because she liked going there. It was
her favorite place. She liked going on investigations.

Speaker 7 (24:28):
But Melvern, it's hit her just like it has us,
pull them away from home.

Speaker 5 (24:35):
Ok.

Speaker 3 (24:36):
Yeah, for sure. And I think that was the last
investigation she went on with us was Melvern I think
so before she passed.

Speaker 5 (24:46):
Ye, I think to meet Christy or Roland. I've watched
many videos of Roland. I knew him through you know videos.
But yeah, both, I got to meet the chick with
the pink hair.

Speaker 3 (25:03):
Both people were great people. I'll tell you. Oh, she's
going to the museum, Zach's museum. Yeah, you'll have to
let us know.

Speaker 5 (25:16):
You better take your rosary because there's a lot of demons.

Speaker 11 (25:23):
Oh, yes, I know there's a village there.

Speaker 3 (25:27):
I think that's over by Indiana State. Is that the
same village Billy Billy Creeker or whatever or something like that.
I think that's the same one that we were going
to get access to. Yeah, they were going to give
us access, but they got busy and couldn't take us over.
I don't see if I can turn this light on. Kim,
you roll with it, Okay?

Speaker 6 (25:46):
Are you hunting there? Visiting there?

Speaker 5 (25:48):
Both?

Speaker 1 (25:50):
What?

Speaker 6 (25:52):
How did Vegas come up in her itenerary?

Speaker 3 (25:56):
Oh she's going she's got a wedding or something out there.
April were going out too. Oh fun, So they're they're
gonna hit some places too. While they're out there, which
I don't blame them.

Speaker 5 (26:10):
I can't enjoy yourself. Yeah, okay, you guys come back pregnant, mohawks, tattoos.
We get it.

Speaker 3 (26:22):
We'll understand. That's what it is.

Speaker 10 (26:26):
The bad.

Speaker 3 (26:27):
So we're just gonna sit in the dark. We could
sit in the dark. It's all good. We're used to it.
We like to do it. We like we like to
sit in the dark and talk to ourselves.

Speaker 7 (26:38):
Yeah, we're getting good at it.

Speaker 3 (26:42):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (26:43):
So how did you How did you guys feel about Ashmore?

Speaker 10 (26:46):
Then?

Speaker 5 (26:46):
When you went to Ashmore? Did you?

Speaker 3 (26:49):
I loved it. I want I didn't want to leave.
I wasn't ready to leave yet.

Speaker 5 (26:54):
Okay, oh yeah.

Speaker 3 (26:56):
I liked Ashmore too. You know, we got a lot
in the boiler room area, and then you and I
got a lot upstairs. Yeah.

Speaker 7 (27:09):
And then when we were sitting there talking to our
tour guy, show to our guide, we were getting stuff
just sitting there talking to her.

Speaker 3 (27:18):
There were stuff going on after everybody went to bed.
Oh yeah, we had we had a woman humming. She
did it twice.

Speaker 4 (27:26):
And then and then that time that it was just
you and me and we were sitting in the boiler room,
not in the very bottom, but like towards the top
where all this stuff was going on earlier in the day.

Speaker 3 (27:36):
And I thought, I said, I thought, I heard like
the music.

Speaker 4 (27:38):
Box get moved, and I have I have my I
have my camcorder going.

Speaker 3 (27:44):
You can hear it on my camcorder and you can
hear it on my recorder.

Speaker 4 (27:46):
It sounds like something's pushing the music box across the floor.

Speaker 6 (27:51):
Well, you, Philly, you kept seeing something too h over there.

Speaker 3 (27:55):
I love to do a two nighter there. Oh yeah,
that'd be good.

Speaker 5 (28:02):
Yeah. And those little bunk houses are perfect, Oh perfect there.

Speaker 3 (28:06):
I slept real good there.

Speaker 5 (28:10):
Yeah.

Speaker 6 (28:13):
Okay, so those are somethings we've got to return to
then Ashmore.

Speaker 5 (28:17):
Oh yeah, I still haven't been the MC and tier,
but that's on the bucket list, right.

Speaker 3 (28:23):
Oh yeah, we've been there. I mean we got some
but not a lot. But I'd like, I really do
want to go back there. M h. We had that
doll talk to us and there was no spring. Oh yeah,
that's right. There was like a little Susie talks a
lot or something downstairs or whatever its name was.

Speaker 7 (28:43):
U tatdy Kathy Chatty Kathy Chatty Kathy, and if we
caught it on the recorder.

Speaker 3 (28:49):
I just haven't found it again. But you could hear
like her talking. I like to pick her up. There's
no string for her to be talking.

Speaker 4 (28:59):
And the cat ball was going off in her lap,
And every time we mentioned the doll, the cat ball
would go off in its lap, and you could hear
it sound like she was talking to.

Speaker 3 (29:10):
Us, and we're like, what the hell is going on?
And they can't pull up. She goes, there's not even
a damn string or anything on this doll. No battery
is nothing. I shook it to see if it would
talk or anything. It wouldn't make no noise, but it
was talking to us. Yeah, because I had one of
those dolls when I was a kid, so I know
what it sounded like. Darren's wanting to know if we

(29:34):
have any new equipment.

Speaker 7 (29:36):
Uh, it won't be here for Melverne, but we do
have any pump.

Speaker 5 (29:41):
Yeap, Oh that's right, you ordered that. Yeah, I don't
have anything since I bought my rope light. Yeah.

Speaker 3 (29:48):
Yeah, the one that I called says it looks like
a tampon.

Speaker 5 (29:53):
Yeah, that thing went off quite a bit at Melliska.

Speaker 3 (29:57):
Oh yes, it did. On the stairs.

Speaker 5 (29:59):
Yes. Yeah, when we first got there, somebody who has
abilities said that there was a little girl on the stairs.

Speaker 6 (30:10):
So that's where I put it, and that sucker went
off all night.

Speaker 4 (30:14):
So it did, it really did, and it lit up
all the colors.

Speaker 5 (30:22):
I don't know about new equipment, but I was wondering
if anybody's downloaded any new apps.

Speaker 6 (30:30):
You know, my necrophonics is boring me.

Speaker 3 (30:35):
I'm pretty much getting out of the apps.

Speaker 7 (30:39):
I'm going to go back to old school I think androphonics,
Like if we did the S this method with the
blindfold I have.

Speaker 4 (30:48):
I mean, I have a spirit box, but it's the
S box and I'm not as thrilled with that one
as the old SB seven. I would like to get
my hands on the original SB seven because we have
a lot with that.

Speaker 3 (31:00):
Night Cynthia, Good night, Cynthia, thank you for joining us.
I have a dog looking at me through the window.
She's gone. It was it was my little tweeny. It
was just yeah, I looked up and there's this little
face just staring saying, let me in, Let me in. Yeah.

Speaker 4 (31:19):
But I would like to get my hands on one
of those, because we did get a lot with that.
Until we got something really creepy come over it in
the cafeteria at Ferrar.

Speaker 3 (31:31):
Wasn't it for no Edinburgh? Edinburgh? And I showed that
some bench across the table and it broke. The wires
broke in it.

Speaker 5 (31:40):
Wow.

Speaker 4 (31:41):
Yeah, but I mean it was I can't even explain
the sound that came out of that thing.

Speaker 3 (31:46):
And it was like, oh no, that was that was
probably our second investigation or something like that. So you
just let it go. Now it's like, oh, okay, now
you can't find when that works as well, at least
I haven't.

Speaker 4 (32:03):
I know there's a newer one coming at or that
just came out that a lot of people are using.

Speaker 3 (32:09):
Yeah, I've got two three spirit boxes, but I just
don't like that. See I can handle that, I can.
But ghost hunters just got a thing to hook to it.
So you're not getting a lot of that.

Speaker 7 (32:28):
Oh yeah, but now I'm pretty much going back to
old school.

Speaker 12 (32:37):
Yeah, because with a lot of your apps, after you've
used it for so long, you know, it's got a
microphone in your phone, so it and if you don't
turn off your location and stuff like that, it's gonna
bring up stuff that you've already talked about your names

(32:57):
are gonna come up a lot more, right, because it's
already in that microphone memory.

Speaker 5 (33:06):
Yeah, and a lot of it just doesn't pertain to
what's going on.

Speaker 3 (33:11):
No, but we did. We did have a good, uh
necrophonics thing at your grandpa's. Oh yeah, that's right. That's
the first time without halving the headphones on. It came
out so clear that you could understand it, real clear,

(33:33):
like me and you were talking. Yeah, that's how clear
it was. Yeah, because it said like I said something
about Bill Airy.

Speaker 4 (33:39):
Here and he said I'm here, and then I said
something else and then he said here.

Speaker 3 (33:44):
I said, okay, if you're here, how many fingers am
I holding up? And I was holding up one? And
the necrophonics goes one like it was a guy and
he's just like one.

Speaker 4 (33:53):
Like it was clear as day. And of course I
have my recorder upstairs because I was hoping to catch
the footsteps that we get. But you should be able
to hear on our show that was on what two
nights ago.

Speaker 3 (34:07):
Yeah, I haven't went back. I'm trying to find on there,
but it should be on the show necro Meter.

Speaker 13 (34:17):
He's talking about that in the Chatter Guy spirit Talker.

Speaker 3 (34:21):
I don't like Spirit Talker.

Speaker 5 (34:23):
I've got Spirit Talker too.

Speaker 7 (34:25):
And it's never been right on I haven't I haven't gotten.

Speaker 3 (34:30):
Yeah, we've gotten a lot of random stuff. I ain't
gonna delete it or anything. But I got dead Wave
on my phone, I got the Necrophonics, and then I
got Spirit Talker on my phone. But the bad thing

(34:52):
is it's on my phone and we go live with
my phone and I can't use them.

Speaker 5 (35:00):
Huh too.

Speaker 3 (35:03):
They necrophonics? Was it cheap?

Speaker 5 (35:05):
So?

Speaker 3 (35:07):
And now I Verizon won't let you pay through your
bill anymore. You have to pay for it up front.

Speaker 7 (35:16):
Oh yeah, where I could just push on it and
say take it off on my next bill.

Speaker 3 (35:23):
Yeah, and now you can't do that with Verizon anymore.
Oh wow, so interesting? Which sucks? Yeah, it does for sure.

Speaker 5 (35:35):
Now do you feel that if if you have someone
with abilities on a hunt with you that you get
more stuff?

Speaker 3 (35:45):
Not always? Not always? Okay, yeah, not always.

Speaker 13 (35:50):
I don't think that everybody that everybody that has abilities
always picks up on everything. You know, they don't always
because sometimes they may have abilities, but sometimes the spirits
may not want to go connect with that person.

Speaker 7 (36:02):
Okay, So a lot of times you've got people they
can hear them, but they don't want to ruin our investigation,
and then they let us through the investigation. Then when
we go to another room, we correspond what they might
have heard and what we got to see if interacts.

Speaker 3 (36:25):
That's the way I rather have it.

Speaker 7 (36:27):
I wouldn't want them telling me this spirit's saying this,
but we don't have no proof on anything else.

Speaker 3 (36:33):
Right, Yes, you know.

Speaker 7 (36:37):
That way we have it, two different ways of communicating.

Speaker 5 (36:43):
I do like when we're if there is something there
with abilities and they say, you know, I sense a
woman in here. I do like that, yeah, because then
I'm I'm not grabbing for straws for who the hell
is in there? I guess, but no, but I just
and of course our friend who wears the kilt, he says,

(37:06):
we all have abilities, but mine I don't know, or
just not plugged in. I don't know what the problem is.
But my.

Speaker 2 (37:23):
Well and some people work on on that, on learning
how to use those and focus, and they do a
lot of training and different meditations and things to hone
into that.

Speaker 3 (37:34):
Where some of us.

Speaker 4 (37:36):
Shut it down to the point where we just kind
of block it out and we don't maybe sense that
kind of stuff. I mean, there's times where I can
shut it down and I won't feel a damn thing
that other times you breaks loose and I'm two seconds
away from my head spinning. So it's like I have

(38:00):
no in between. But you know, it's so funny, like
I'm changing colors from your little ghosty that you gave
me because it's the only.

Speaker 3 (38:10):
Light we have in here, so it's like perfect time.
My face is red and blue and then green like.

Speaker 7 (38:22):
But yeah, when I first started, I was a skeptic
all the way through. There's no ghosts, yeah, even though
I kind of believed in them, but I'm going nope, nope, nope, nope,
And then I got scratched.

Speaker 3 (38:38):
Well maybe there is. I don't know where.

Speaker 5 (38:42):
Did you just crash that.

Speaker 3 (38:43):
Felicica in the attic my very first investigation, Yeah, that
was our very first investigation. Yeah. But the more and
more I go, I don't know if I I don't
hear the ghosts. I still haven't really.

Speaker 7 (39:02):
Seen a real good shadow yet to really believe that
part of it.

Speaker 3 (39:08):
But I do.

Speaker 7 (39:09):
When I walk in a certain room, I a headache
and I walk out the headache's gone. So I know
there's something in there, but I'm not for sure what.
But other than that, that's basically all I got with
my abilities right now because I don't work with them.

Speaker 3 (39:30):
I don't either I should do more. I'm more of
the type of going in and going Nope. I got
to find that, debunk, find that de bank. Yeah.

Speaker 6 (39:43):
Well, I did go to Kelly McCarville had a workshop.

Speaker 5 (39:47):
She was she was doing little workshops at Granger at
one time, and I went and she was, you know,
trying to teach you to meditate, and you know that
was impossible. I just don't understand how people meditate.

Speaker 6 (40:04):
And because you know, I have just too many things
going through my head.

Speaker 3 (40:07):
That's my problem too.

Speaker 6 (40:09):
And you know, things I thought of while she was talking.

Speaker 5 (40:16):
She's like, well, tell me what what images came to
your head?

Speaker 6 (40:19):
And I would tell her and she's like okay.

Speaker 5 (40:22):
I'm like, well, no, that can't be it. She's like,
see how you fight it. She's like, you fight so hard.
And then someone told me that I was a witch
in my past life. I was. I was tortured or
I was persecuted for it in my past life. That's

(40:47):
why I don't want to use my abilities in this life,
which you know, I don't know could be true, but.

Speaker 3 (40:56):
Yeah, it's.

Speaker 5 (40:59):
I don't know. Maybe I heard it's all about energy
work and and.

Speaker 6 (41:05):
All that, and there's so many different types of abilities.

Speaker 3 (41:08):
Yeah.

Speaker 5 (41:10):
Yeah, I looked in last night and they said there's
like seventy three different type of mediums. I'm like, holy shit,
I know that's insane.

Speaker 3 (41:25):
I have no idea either. What was I? Oh? I was?
I was a doctor in a past life.

Speaker 4 (41:30):
We had a a guest on and he started kind
of just pulling things.

Speaker 3 (41:36):
And I can't remember my name, but I think I
was like from like Pennsylvania or something. My name start
did it start with an R? I'm not and my
wife is still with me, but I can't.

Speaker 5 (41:48):
Oh, you were a man.

Speaker 4 (41:50):
I was a man, and my wife still stays with me.

Speaker 3 (41:54):
She's she's kind of one of my protectors. But I
can't remember her name. I have to go back and
listen to the I think it was Jim Hunt. I'm
not for sure. I think it was Jim Hunt was
a Native Americano.

Speaker 10 (42:06):
Wow.

Speaker 5 (42:07):
Yeah, yeah, I was from Scotland, so I don't want
to mean that Scotland, which I don't know, what the hell.

Speaker 3 (42:18):
I was a doctor? Why couldn't I be a doctor
in this life?

Speaker 5 (42:24):
Were ripped walking around scratching your balls?

Speaker 3 (42:31):
Probably? Gosh, I know it's gonna bug me because I
want to remember what my I thought he gave me
my name. I don't remember.

Speaker 4 (42:44):
Long, like, I want to google it to see if
there was any doctors during that time, because I think
he gave me a time frame too.

Speaker 3 (42:49):
But I don't remember. You were from the East Coast, Yeah,
I remember that part. You were from the East Coast.

Speaker 6 (42:54):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (42:56):
Yeah. He was just sitting here talking to us, and
he's like, I have to tell you that. I'm like, okay, okay,
and he just did it.

Speaker 5 (43:04):
Yeah, but that's as far as they went. But I
love when people do that.

Speaker 3 (43:09):
You know.

Speaker 5 (43:09):
At Bango, Holly approached Chad and Chad had just had
a friend die of lung cancer, you know, so he
was only fifty fifty one years old, and we were
at Bengo and everybody's drinking, having a good time, and
Holly just walks up to Chad and she's like, I've
got to tell you that there's there's an ann here
with you that you know, just recently died, and he's

(43:33):
proud of you and because you were in the service
and blah blah blah died of cancer and Chad's like, wow,
you know, and then she just went back to the
table searcher. I think, you know, it's kind of a
Teresa Computera moment where she just had to stop say
it and then I, you know, I love that. I

(43:56):
do have a hard time at the paranormal conventions to
figure out who I feel comfortable with. If I was,
I do struggle with that.

Speaker 3 (44:10):
Yeah, I would contet too, I don't. I don't know.
I you know. There was one time where Kim and
I had actually.

Speaker 4 (44:19):
We were doing okay, so we did the zombie prop
at Farur.

Speaker 3 (44:24):
And I walk in and I'm like, okay, this lady.
I'm like, I know, something's up with her.

Speaker 4 (44:29):
She kept watching me and everything, and I could tell
she was trying to read me, and like, okay, she's
got to be the psychic because I didn't know who
she was.

Speaker 3 (44:34):
I had no idea who she was at the time.

Speaker 5 (44:37):
And oh yeah, that was cool.

Speaker 14 (44:45):
Okay, I have no idea. But it was like almost
like a red light that flash, wasn't it. Okay light?

Speaker 5 (44:58):
Yeah, and shit.

Speaker 4 (45:02):
Yeah, and anyways, she was trying to she was trying
to read me.

Speaker 3 (45:07):
I could tell.

Speaker 15 (45:08):
And she came up to me on the dance floor
was like hold in my hand, you know, and stuff,
and I'm like okay, and she was just taking She
took like a lot of pictures of me, and the
guy that was with her was taking like a lot
of pictures of me.

Speaker 3 (45:21):
And he comes up later and he told me because
I kept feeling huh, night Darren, night Darren, thank you
for joining hi. He kept tell I kept feeling something
in the boiler room, and then later he told.

Speaker 4 (45:36):
Me that there there was a guy with me in
the boiler room who kept touching me.

Speaker 3 (45:40):
But then he then they also told me that she
was trying to read me.

Speaker 4 (45:45):
But she's like I don't know how, but she's like
I was not able to read you.

Speaker 3 (45:49):
And I'm like, probably because I knew you were trying to.
And I shut that ship down, like.

Speaker 6 (45:53):
Like it reminds me of Twilight where Edward couldn't read.

Speaker 3 (46:00):
Oh yeah, yeah, yeah, turn this light off. That was
so bizarre. I have no idea did you win first
fights in the dance content or the zombie contest.

Speaker 4 (46:10):
I was zombie queen, and I still have my sash upsnare.

Speaker 1 (46:17):
You know?

Speaker 5 (46:18):
I thought about doing that at the Women's center, having
a zombie prom or a masquerade for Halloween.

Speaker 3 (46:26):
Okay, so plug so if anything else flashes we okay
why it was red, I don't know. Oh my gosh, okay,
I'm coming back.

Speaker 5 (46:40):
But yeah, I thought of I thought of renting out
the Women's Center here and maybe doing a masquerade, a
Halloween masquerade ball or sometimee a zombie prom or something
like that. I think that would be fun.

Speaker 3 (46:56):
Oh my gosh, that would be so cool to do.

Speaker 4 (46:58):
Yeah, that is fine, totally doable.

Speaker 3 (47:04):
I don't know why it took three hours to put
my makeup on. It did.

Speaker 4 (47:12):
Yeah, it was insane. It took us forever. I think
our pictures I might have them on our Instagram. I'm
not sure they were on our old alls.

Speaker 3 (47:21):
I know is I could hardly see out of those. Yeah.

Speaker 15 (47:25):
She had little screens that we like put over her eyes,
so it looked like she had no eyes.

Speaker 5 (47:29):
Yeah.

Speaker 3 (47:30):
Yeah, they were black.

Speaker 7 (47:32):
And it was hard to see out of them. But
it took glue to glue them on. Yeah, forever for
that glue to dry. Yeah, it was insane.

Speaker 3 (47:44):
And then all the scar I had to get that
fake skin and put all the scars on, painted paint
my face and it only took three hours just to
do the face. That wasn't anything else.

Speaker 5 (48:01):
Damn, I want to see pictures of that.

Speaker 4 (48:04):
I can't remember if they're on my They're on my page, Okay,
I don't know if I have I know my guss,
I'm pretty sure yours is. I used to have it
on my old Twitter account, but I don't have that anymore,
and I don't think they're on our Twitter account. But yeah,
there was pictures of us and I got I literally
went out.

Speaker 3 (48:23):
And bought a dress at Goodwill.

Speaker 4 (48:26):
And it was yeah, I like put some I don't know,
I made myself look really filthy and like I think
I had like leaves stuck in.

Speaker 3 (48:36):
My hair and shit like. But yeah, I had a
good old time. It was a good Will to get
her dress. Yeah, yeah it was. It was a fun
time and that was the only one we did. But
it was quite the turnout. I mean, there was quite
a few people there. It was fun. I would do
it again totally.

Speaker 5 (48:56):
Do you know the girls's old prom dresses? You know,
shoved and closets and guess what.

Speaker 3 (49:01):
I have my old promtresses too. My mother sent them
home and I have my fair queen one. I doubt
they fit, but I found mine. Oh yeah, Kim's got hers.
I don't know if you can see that.

Speaker 5 (49:16):
Yeah, we should do it.

Speaker 3 (49:19):
I can't. I can't held it up to show you.
I don't want to send it to you. But yeah,
it was, it was good. It was, it was fun
and totally do that again. That would be fun to do.
We should do something like that. That would be awesome.
I'm up for it. I'm up for it, all right,

(49:40):
anybody else? Is there anybody else in chat? Left? Ellie?
Are you still there? Did you leave us? Does anybody
have any questions or anything? Lessie? Is there anything else
you want to touch on?

Speaker 5 (49:55):
No signs Johnny Depp? No, I don't want to touch
on anybody.

Speaker 3 (49:59):
Hey, i' Johnny tupshirt?

Speaker 5 (50:02):
Is that what that is? Okay?

Speaker 4 (50:03):
Yeah, it's got four different faces from different characters he's played.

Speaker 5 (50:08):
I thought it was a snowman.

Speaker 3 (50:10):
No, mm hm, no, it's Johnny Depp. Hello. Who wouldn't
want to touch that? Yes, okay, let's see.

Speaker 5 (50:23):
Yeah, I mean even if, even if we didn't have
a masquerade or zombie prom we could just have a
costume a Halloween you know.

Speaker 3 (50:32):
Oh yeah, for sure that that would be fun. I
would totally be down for that.

Speaker 4 (50:39):
I don't know if I have any old costumes left though,
Like I don't know where all line have gone.

Speaker 6 (50:44):
I don't have any friends so I still have.

Speaker 3 (50:48):
I don't have mine on here. I don't have any
of the pictures. I just looked. That stanks. Damn it.
Oh well, it is what it is.

Speaker 10 (50:57):
But my check care make sure nobody else has anything
before we start wrapping things.

Speaker 3 (51:02):
Up next week. We do have. So this is the
third time we've tried to have him on. Stephen Chung.
He's gonna be talking to us about his book, The
Journey Across Forever.

Speaker 4 (51:18):
This is the third time. Hopefully third time is the
charm that we can get him on. Every time we
try to get him on. There's a connection issue. He
is from Australia, so so you know, it'll be like
ten o'clock in the morning on Friday for him when
we're talking to him on Thursday night.

Speaker 5 (51:34):
So, huh, isn't that crazy? Don't you wish he could
text you? The lottery numbers that won.

Speaker 9 (51:42):
Oh yeah, yeah, right, so then yeah, exactly, that'd be
so great.

Speaker 11 (51:47):
But yeah, he'll be on and then let's see here
we do have there are some other upcoming shows. Let's
see here, Caitlin Russell on The Healing Light. We'll have
her returning guest Amber the Psychic Medium on on September nineteenth,
which is Tuesday. And then I believe Darren has a

(52:09):
show on Monday. They're going to talk about their favorite locations.

Speaker 3 (52:16):
So tune into those. I'd like to thank Leslie for
being on the show tonight. It's always a pleasure. And hey,
we didn't really get down the rabbit hole. We didn't
get too naughty and nasty.

Speaker 4 (52:26):
We do so everybody should be I know, really we
did great.

Speaker 3 (52:31):
What's wrong? I know, right, what's wrong with us? What's wrong?
All right? Everybody? Thank you to everybody who was in chat.
