Er wurde wegen der Verbreitung kinderpornografischer Inhalte verurteilt und musste eine Geldstrafe von 70 Tagen zahlen
Die Geldstrafe beträgt 3500 Euro, da jeder Tagessatz 50 Euro beträgt
Hoyer war bekannt als radikale Führungsperson im Leipziger Pegida-Ableger Legida
Er versammelte sich im Januar 2015 in Leipzig mit knapp 5000 Demonstranten und 30.000 Gegendemonstranten
Hoyer bezeichnete sich selbst als Sachverständiger für Militärhistorik und Zeitgeschichte
Er soll früher regen Handel mit NS-Devotionalien betrieben haben, darunter Gegenstände mit Hakenkreuz- und SS-Symbolen
Das Verfahren wegen der Verbreitung kinderpornografischer Inhalte war ursprünglich gegen eine Geldauflage von 1500 Euro vorläufig eingestellt worden
Hoyer zahlte nur 250 Euro und das Verfahren wurde wieder aufgenommen
Er stand bereits 2017 wegen eines kuriosen Videos vor Gericht, in dem er einen illegalen Elektroschocker zum Kauf anbot
Die Verhandlung fand am Donnerstag im Amtsgericht Pirna statt, der Platz auf der Anklagebank blieb leer, da Hoyer unentschuldigt fehlte
