Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hi everybody. So I'm just relaunching this podcast. It's been
up for a while with no action because I'm using
a lot of music therapy. It's very difficult to create
a podcast where you're not allowed to play music. But
I'm going to explore some new treatments for balancing your
(00:25):
equilibrium basically and wellness and healing. Now, I do use
rife vibes and I've released a lot of tracks using
the rife vibes. So these are subconscious vibrations that you're
not really aware of, but they're there and you hear
them all orally. They vibrate on your ear drum and
they therefore vibrating your whole body in the result in healing.
(00:47):
That's so the theory goes. It's all very theoretical, neither
proven nor disproven. It's an alternative remedy. But what I'm
going to work with now, and I'm really excited about this,
is some spoken word therapy with background noise, so things
like beautiful poetry, but spoken. But what I'm going to
(01:08):
do is I'm going to put them through some processes
to make them superficially musical, shall I say superficially musical,
So I don't have my podcast closed down because I'm
doing actual music. But always bear in mind that I
have released the Tail tele Club has released a lot
of tracks that are based on just therapy within sort
(01:31):
of drum beats and that you know, the heartbeat is
care to our existence of course, and I've oh, hello
cats joined us. That's very nice, isn't it. So just
updating things, I'm going to go and do something now
in the recording studio. They've got some really nice plans
ahead actually, so it would be really interesting to see
(01:53):
how they go. Also, the sleep Genie podcasts, which are
podcasts to help you sleep, So I'm going to go
do one of those as well, and I'll be using
recorded books and such like with background sounds, with constant
background sounds, and they're really just they're not so much
for you to engage with. They're much more about getting
(02:14):
lost in sound because very often at night, you know,
it's very difficult to fall aleep, especially for a bit
over anxious. I don't know about you, but I've got anxiety.
I am riddled with anxieties. And you know, they've played
my existence, to be honest. So this podcast is from
now on going to be all about things like just resting, meditation,
(02:36):
getting off to sleep, perhaps exercising, perhaps doing some tai
chi to the audio and all audio will be released
as as professional singles as well and distributed on our label.
But you know you for those, you'd need to go
to YouTube, and you've got to put up with those
ghastly adverts, I know, awful, awful, So really just if
(03:02):
you want to listen free but without ads, you'll probably
prefer to go straight to our iTunes for example. So
we've got an itest club on iTunes and Spotify, et cetera,
et cetera, all over all over the internet, like a rash,
I always say, but a good rash, darling. It is
not a bad rash, not one of those awful ones,
if you know what I mean. So trying to stay
(03:24):
upbeat at all times, no judgment or anything like that.
We all struggle in our special unique ways with life,
and life is very hard, isn't it. And I think
coming into winter, this might be a really nice opportunity
for me to fuse some of the skills that I've
developed as a podcaster and a therapist. Of course, I'm
(03:48):
a retired therapist and you know, these things are important
to get right in your life. And as we get
into the dark nights and loneliness manifests like a ghost
at the foot of the bed, and you know, these
things are just ghastly for us. So I'm hoping that
(04:09):
this new improved podcast will enlightened, infuse the desire for
living well and living better, and generally pick you up
a bit all through these gold nights, cold night. So
much love from the Tell Telor Club and hear you
soon later on today
