I veicoli da combattimento della Fanteria

Il conflitto in Ucraina ha rappresentato il vero battesimo del fuoco per un numero consistente di piattaforme e sistemi d’arma progettati durante gli ultimi decenni del secolo scorso. Queste infatti, a causa della natura asimmetrica delle guerre combattute a partire dagli anni Novanta, non hanno potuto esprimere a pieno il loro potenziale poiché impiegati in missioni di contro-insorgenza. Tra i vari assetti che si sono distinti ci sono sicuramente i veicoli da combattimento per la fanteria (IFV-Infantry Fighting Vehicles), soprattutto quelli di produzione occidentale messi a disposizione alle Forze armate ucraine dai paesi della NATO. Alcuni hanno dimostrato capacità sorprendenti, mettendo in serie difficoltà i carri armati russi.
