stuff, smart toward pounds the pavementthroughout March and April before Bowman Gray starts,
which starts in a couple of weekson four twenty. That'll be opening
day for Bowman Gray. So yeah, it's been fucking crazy I've done.
I went to Richmond and worked onthe NASCAR Mean Modified Tour. I thought

I was going as a tire changerand I ended up being a crew chief
for Gary McDonald because I was theonly one that had any sort of experience
in a pit rain. So yeah, we did that fresh meat what fresh
meat? Bro Oh dude, likeI'm talking fresh fresh? Yeah, pat

like they made And that's no offenseto that guy. They made you fucking
crew chief. I know. Ain'tnobody hey man, hey man, ain't
taking a guy hot dogs? CanWe gained six tenths throughout the day.

car adjustments. I did like Idid all the spring changes, that did

all the fucking wedge adjustments. Idid everything like I did literally everything.
It was nuts, no doubt.Yeah, it was pretty cool. But
yeah, we had two guys.We had this one guy who he was
an intern for RCR, so likehe built, but he's never set foot
in the racetrack before. A kidwas like nineteen years old, just you
know, trying to make a youngkid with the dream. What did you

he was an intern. He didn'treally tell me much. We didn't really
because he was trying to learn likewhat what like racial procedures were, and
like he was trying to only howto put a put the modified wheel on

asses off trying to figure out howto do it. I'm standing there like,

nope, I'm just gonna go sithere and stagger room over and over again.

was an eventful race. I meanit was fun. Yeah, it was

laughing. Everyone else is like prettyserious. We're like adjusting the car and
like joking around at each other.Like it was the coolest fucking experience ever.

there's a lot more than I everanticipated. I was gonna have to do

would be a bigger push from theSouth to come up or the ASA in

but what if in like a weeklater they got to go like a cross

during the summertime, you have enoughheads up to where you know it's coming.

a tour and your tour races thatday, you had a year beforehand to

if you wanted to do that raceand you had a circle down your calendar,

But then when you when you wentand looked at the calendar, when
your schedule came out for the tourthat you normally run, and you go,
oh damn, well, we're fuckingwe're states away on the same day
or the next day. You knowwhat I mean, Some of these guys
aren't gonna do that. Do youwant my political fucking answer? You want

reason they wouldn't show up for thatis because sponsors want them on that tour
race. That's what they're sponsoring for. That's where they're going, but at
the same time they could get thosesponsors out to the New England region.

tour or you gotta go race formoney. They had a year in advance.
They had a fucking year in advanceabout this race. Everybody knows it.

He announced it the NASCAR weekend upat Bentley's. Everybody knew it.
Race in America covered it. Imean, what else, what more?
What more heads up do you need? I get that the tour is there.
My political answer would be sponsors wantyou on that tour to be down
where you're supposed to be running,which is ASA or SRL or whatever the

I would bring my ass up toNew England and see what I have for
that. Because these guys, butbecause what is the difference between May and
August? What is the difference betweenMay and August? We had people come
up, We had Bubba come up, We had Steven Nassy come up for

they put up the same amount ofmoney and are close to it. And

pro stock race up here, prolate model down there. Because I have

that's been at the World Series knowsthe difference, you know what I mean.
So I get it. But atthe same time, they had the
prolate models. They have they theythey went and did the ship and all
that stuff. Why I don't,I cannot tell you. But the same
time, the only thing that youcan do is put up either more money

or more of a or more ofas no a rules packet. Well,
yeah, there is enough incentive.There's a lot money that we just we
paid for three laps, so weput one hundred and fifty dollars in that
pot. Plus they had the fortygrand and then all the other sponsors for
two hundred laps at fifty dollars apop. So James, let's do the

it, because this is a bigevent other than the Oxford two to fifty
that needs to come around. Weneed more big events up here. If
we want to be on the map, we need to put on big more.
