kicks off that we actually go tobecause we're not going to the icebreaker.
We yeah anyway, Uh so Jamesis here, he went and enjoyed uh
smart Tour modified racing, a lotof fucking controversy. There. We went
and enjoyed the Hehmortor Speedway Northeast Classic. I was gonna, well, yeah,
I brought my kid out to goto the Child's Museum with Cairo midday

of it. But Saturday was practiceday, Sunday was race day. So
there's that. But James, uh, what happened over at the Smart Tour
decent race through and through? Yeah, it was. It was a little
bit of a mess. It wasgood until like towards the end, and
then everybody didn't know what the fuckwas going on. So what happened,

dude? No, the old daywas like the whole race was a mess.
Oh okay, well maybe I wasjust skimming. Let's start, Yeah,
let's start off with the fucking pacelaps, dude, Oh my god,
we did so like the start ofthe race, they the normal flagman
broke his I think he broke hiswrist go karting, No he can't,

so he can't flag. So theyhad a different flagger and I don't know
if he just doesn't know how tolisten to the radio from the race control
or anything, but they ran likefifteen laps of pace laps before the green
storm. Guys, the guys,the guys, just the guys, just
waving the yellow flag constantly, lapafter lap. Next thing you know,
you see the lights are off,all the pace car, the pace cars

pulling in. This dude's just wavingthe yellow flag. Jesus. Oh dude.
It was like, what is goingon? So four laps later we
get going green and then just dude, every crash that fucking happened every caution.
It wasn't a quick six laps ofyellow with our three laps for the
pits and like three laps is tofigure it out, dude. It was

fifteen twenty laps of fucking caution lapsevery caution. Like it was almost to
the point we were gonna cue upJason and be like, hey man,
do we need more fuel because likethis is getting crazy. We did,
so it was just, man,it was just so much caution laps.
Like we made a joke. Itwas the Hickory undred greenwoll ninety nine green
flag laps and one hundred caution lapsbecause it was just it was so long.

I wonder if there was a communicationproblem with with the tower to the
guy. I think there was becauselike it was rough, dude, like,
and we'd be waiting like we didour pit stop and I swear to
god, we waited like seven morelaps where we went green, and like
it was just it was crazy.And then there was like one point we
were like listen to the spotter.They didn't even say anything to the spotters,

and it was all of a suddenlike, oh, choose gone one
to green, Like, holy shit, guys. It was just a mess.
In that aspect. There was realgood racing, a lot of hard
racing, you know, a lotof bumping and grinding, nerf bang nerf,
nerf bar banging. You know.It was a good, good race.
And then yeah, the the end, the ending, which was kind

of crazy when when they blew itand both Sadlit cars they all just got
it. They were into it allnight. They were they were just racing
hard. They were using the bumper, they were we were hitting the chrome
horns, you know what. Thereit was just it's modified, you know
how normal modifies would race. Andthey and at the end it caused a
caution. They said they were gonnago green. White checkered Bert was in

second, and then Carson dropped thewindow net already, So all of a
sudden, they were just like,race is over. So they changed it
and we only so we only ranninety nine laps? Isn't that what it
is? It was the Hickory hundred. It was supposed to be the Hickory
hundred. So yeah, they theythey called it off early, and then

the whole tech Where do you holdon? Sorry, stay where you are?
Are you running back and forth inthat house talking to the fucking podcast
right now? It's like you're runningby and you're saying ship and then leaving,

as you were saying back and forth, and you know, there was controversy,

well, no, hold on,don't skip over this. Who the
fuck was arguing because obviously in thevideo it was the crew. It was
just like the whole fucking both allthe crews because blewets so it was us,
yeah, two others. So itwas you know, Jason's car,
Burt's car, Slate's car, andhonestly, I think it was it was
the car blew it was driving,and then both Saddler cars were right after.

We're like they were all in alot like we were right next to
each other all day, so youknow, and they they were the cause
of the last caution. Blew Itkind of he just drove it in deep
and Ashman kind of came down andthey bumped and pushed him up and after
I couldn't see it after I sawthe contact. So I don't know what
actually like caused them from the actuallycaused a caution, but I saw it

was them. Well, I wasjust walking back with Jason. We were
we were all just going back bringingthe toolbox back from our pit stall,
and we just hear them screaming,and I just pulled the phone out and
was like, oh, hell yeah. So to put into clarification, oh
yeah, I said it was Ohit was. We didn't say it was
the right people, I did.I just we just said it was the
blewet in Baldwin because it was theteams, not because it was them.

It was just the teams. Andthat's how I said it to to Randy.
So don't yell at him, yellat me for just saying, hey,
blew It and fucking Baldwin are goingat it. Because after that whole
little little fight bullshit happened, blewIt and Baldwin were standing on the front
stretch literally talking at each other,like just saying like, oh you ran

were And they just kept going inthe same circle for twenty minutes. But
I couldn't that was we were.We were trying to load cars and load
toolboxes and ship and get all Burt'stools out because he had to go figure
out what if he was pulling amotor or not. You know. So
there's just a lot going on.But yeah, no Blue, it was
Bluet's and the Saddler Stanley team.But I just I just when I told

you it was the Blue I justmeant it was their camps, you know
what I mean. I like,yeah, And then I watched the video
after I posted it, and Iwas already half in the bag. I
was like, I'm going to bed, I'll get so then, yeah,
we obviously figured it out in themorning. But like I said, we
owned up to it and all thatship. But it was the same It
was the same ship. If it'snot the drivers, it's the pit crews.

And I was at Jason in thebackground saying, all those guys are
the people that are not even thereto work on the fucking car. Yep.
Yeah, usually how it is.But hey, but then I looked
at Jason when I turned the videooff and I was like, hey,
Jason, if someone ever came upto you, I don't go to the
shop and I'll fock someone up.Yeah. Well, yeah, no,
you can go to the shop,you just choose not. So there's that.

Uh, and you can't use mypodcast as an excuse because we only
do this on Mondays when we havefucking time to do it. But at
the same time, it was thesame fucking thing. Like either it's their
camps or or the drivers themselves,it was still the same thing. And
people are like, oh, well, I don't know why. I don't

is is a controversy. And they'relike that, yeah, we fucked up
on the on the thing and wefixed it. I totally understand that,
and hopefully it fixed throughout fucking Facebook, because we're still people like telling Bald
when he was trouble and ship likethat, and I was like, I
was like, no, that's notwhat I meant, guys. It was

I mean he's good for being aseventeen year old kid, you know

I don't know if I don't thinkSadler and Stanley even goes to Bowman

their motor. They didn't they refusing, causing a little ruckus and a lot
of controversy, a lot of talks, a lot of people not really just
doing anything. I'm standing around theircars. I mean, there was a
lot of that, and then theyfinally just brought Hirshman, Burton Lofton and

the texta. They shut the doorand they said, look it's top three
or that's it, and so allthree motors are are going to the NASCAR
Technical Institute to be checked out.Yeah so I mean but like, yeah,
they arguing for it, like likeyou gotta look at the circumstances Lofton

pulls off for victories, which Itotally get other than Baldwin four out of
the six, and they're gonna lookat it to argue about it is just
like I get the point. Butat the same time, it's like just
do what they say and just getit over with because the thing is like

said in his interview, he kindof he kind of used him up,
kind of used Burt up a littlebit on the restart as well. But

they had one guy just kind oflate, late dive under a guy spun
him out and I don't and itwas a car I haven't seen before from
going there, so I didn't knowif he was a new driver or not.
But later in the race they gotbehind him and he absolutely decimated him

I mean it was a pretty goodday. I don't even remember who won
the races, to be honest withyou, because County was kind of a
blur, which was me and Parkerwho me and Parker. I raced for
Parker in that wonderbread car that Wake. Yeah, Well, he didn't bring
his car because week one was theship show and he was like, well,

I don't really want to destroy myship just yet. So me and
him sat in the stands and drankbeer, so it's kind of it's kind
of a little bit of a blur. Yeah, figures. So yeah,
Sunday we went up to New HetroMortor Speedway for the Northeast Classic, and
boy, it was warm when yougot there, and then when he sat

on the hill it was cold,like there was a lot of wind.
I was like, Cairo was like, I'm gonna blow away, all right,
just laying feet first, that's allyou can. You just had to
put some fishing weights on her onher shoes. Yeah, we hooked some
propane tanks to her so she didn'tfly away. But Boone had a good

time. We had a great timedown on the back stretch for Jimmy Dee
and the whole gang that did showup for that. I mean, it
was windy, but it was good. It was good racing throughout the thing,
throughout the whole program and stuff passwas uh pretty decent. Eddie Mack

picked up the win in that.Trevor Sanborne, Uh, Dennis Spencer got
like loose underneath uh Trevor Sanborne andwashed up and fucking Trevor went for a
hell of a ride out of twoand New Hampson Mortar speedway. It's a
mile track, so that they gotsome speed underneath them when they're doing when
they're doing rowndy rounds out there.So feel bad for Trevor glad he's all

right, obviously, I'm glad wehave soft walls and not concrete anymore,
like straight concrete. Uh. Butthe point of that was like, fucking

Kates picked up the win for thoseguys, and then the act race was
Switcher towards the end, overcoming DerekLuchalki to to pick up the win his
second win at the Northeast Classic.But the six H four guys they only

had like six cards, but theyput on a hell of a show.
Street Stocks, Ryan Waterman, theApplebee's Assassin, Applebee's Appetizer Assassin. Ryan
Waterman picked up the win. CharlieBaldwin was fucking in his own area code

the race before, like I feelbad for him because he had a fast
piece that whole day and like Ithink it was like eight laps, nine
laps into the feature. The motorssaid take it easy, but some motherfucker
was running thirty two point seven's ina street stock. A motors meyway,

he used to, but that thingwas fucking rolling, you know what I

down the track a mile track,got ran down the back like the NASCAR
ship where they just run you allthe way to the fucking bottom. Yeah,

down the back stretch and got randown to like almost the line, but

the same thing. Like there's abunch of people going to the chassis shops

a lot of speed through that corner. You don't slow down that much.

have been happened, or it wasjust a lot of zero respect being put

at the same time, I'm gonnaI'm gonna like throw this out to like
old school. Back in the eighties, they were throwing late models on Darlington
for special events Darlington in the eightieswhen safety didn't fucking matter. And now

you guys are scared because you guysare building these light ass cages to go
on short tracks and then you go, oh, let's go alow, you
gotta build a safer car. Idon't think it's that, It's not I

all to the promoter and be like, for these bigger tracks, we need
this or that or this or that. Like at the end of the day,

all knew what the fuck you're gettinginto. If you guys can't police your
own drivers to not run like totalfuck balls, and I don't know what
to tell you there. You can'tput it on the promoter for bringing on
and bringing you to a track that'sa that's a prestigious track for NASCAR to

be in New Hampshire, A loan. I mean, we're lucky to even
have it with how fucking the shittyracing has been ever since before the next
gen car. But you get mypoint, Well, we've always this is
the fourth running of it. Imean, the showdown was was was the

a hell of a show, fromstreet stocks to late models to modified all

But at the same time, youcan just go to the promoter and
say, like, like, itused to be an imitation and you used

doubt because they're still spending almost thesame amount of money as the other guys
to get a car out there atthe like it's still a base cost to
get out there, and obviously you'regonna have your highly funded teams and then

So to a point, I mean, I don't I don't know how to
put it nicely. You gotta yougotta, you gotta sit down all together
