Setting Boundaries

On this week's episode, SJ helps you become fluent in the word, "No." Setting boundaries when you are a people pleaser can incredibly difficult. And for her, it took years to understand the importance of attracting the right people and how to do it by ridding herself of the ones who didn't respect those boundaries. Sometimes to find out why we do the things we do, we have to take a trip back to our childhood and really get to the root of why we feel as if we don't belong.
