in the woods, red eyes glow from the tree line,
(00:26):
and above it all fighter jets pursue mysterious UFOs in
the night sky. Tonight, we speak with Derek, an arrowhead
hunter who has uncovered more than artifacts. His chilling encounters
reveal a world where bigfoot, haunted woods, and even mothmanlike
beings collide. This is Sasquatch theory, and the truth might
(00:50):
be closer than you think. If you guys enjoy the podcast,
like the video, subscribe to the channel and be sure
to comment down below. Of course, if you have your
own bigfoot or crypted encounter you would like to share
with me here on the channel, feel free to reach
out at Sasquatch Theory at oulook dot com. With all
that being said, let's dive straight into Derek's cryptid and
(01:10):
paranormal experiences from the state of Missouri. Derek, Welcome to
Sasquatch Theory. How are you doing today.
Speaker 2 (01:31):
I'm doing good, doing good, waiting for the weather.
Speaker 1 (01:33):
Of ar map absolutely and it's a pleasure to have
you on the show today, Derek. If you would tell
me a little bit about yourself, where you're from, and
your bigfoot encounters and experiences from the very beginning.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
Well, I'm from a place called Windsor, Missouri, and I'm
the narrow head hunter collector seller and have a spot
that on a regular basis I hit on my route
around where I go arrowhead hunting to stop app it
(02:10):
was smart. It was still really cold, just degree or
two above freezing, and there's a creek there, and there's
a plowed field next to the creek, and there's Indians
camped on the mound on that cloud field. So whenever
(02:35):
I walked the creek on my way back, I walked
the field for arrowheads. And it was real early in
the morning that day because I worked a second shift
jobs and I would arrowhead hunt every day before work
(02:58):
pretty much. And uh i walked, I heard something come
out of the woods when I first got into the creek,
and I didn't think nothing of it. I was just
and so I walked up the creek as far as
(03:20):
I normally do, to where I stop where I usually
don't find nothing anymore, and inside I'll walk the field
for arrowheads and the way back. Well, when I come
up out of the creek to walk the field on
that noun for arrowheads, I found footprints and they looked fresh.
(03:52):
They looked like they had just been there for maybe hours.
And I was wearing a size twelve gun boot and
my whole boot fit inside side it and another six inches.
The footprints for about eighteen inches long, and you could
(04:18):
clearly see all that, their toes and everything. And I
walked because I've seen the footprints, and I walked up
to them, and I followed the footprints, and they went
(04:41):
and walked right out to the middle of this man.
And the footprints disappeared. They weren't there, like something that
sucked it up, like it got into a ufo or
it just vanished into another the manson, I don't know what.
Speaker 1 (05:05):
So you followed the tracks to a mound and they
just disappeared.
Speaker 2 (05:09):
Correct, disappeared and vanished gone.
Speaker 1 (05:14):
Would this be an Indian burial mound?
Speaker 2 (05:18):
No, now, it was just a mound that they had
camped on.
Speaker 1 (05:22):
Okay, I see what you're saying, and do you think
that possibly there's a connection with the Arrowhead areas and
the sasquatch. My theory is where the Indians liked to
camp at is where the Sasquatch live at today due
to the waterways, and all life needs water to survive.
(05:43):
What do you think about this?
Speaker 2 (05:47):
Yes, yes, I mean in these footprints, it was really cold,
so the footprints didn't go real far down into the ground.
And this thing I buy the size of the prince.
It had to be over seven foot tall, but it
(06:07):
had to be really skinny because it didn't look that
far down into the mud. So I'm thinking maybe it
was a juvenile bigfoot because I had skinny feet.
Speaker 1 (06:23):
Yeah, it could have been. And what else happened after
you follow the tracks? What else have you noticed in the.
Speaker 2 (06:30):
Area that I had another experience there before where I
seen a timber wolf run through the woods and I
had a buddy with me and I said, look the
wolf and he says where where I don't see it?
(06:55):
I'm like, Mike, could there it goes? He never seen it.
Speaker 1 (07:04):
Yeah, that's incredible. Okay, So what other sasquatch experiences have
you had in the area?
Speaker 2 (07:11):
Well, after that, I have another place I airhead hunt
kind of the same situation. It's on core Ground conservation
area and basically the woods are haunted there in that
creek fund a lot of arrowheads in there. But then
(07:34):
woods are haunted. People get lost in the woods. I've
been lost in there a couple times, have been able
to find my way out. People elderly people have got
lost out there mushroom hunting several different times. People have
had to go out looking for them. And this was
(07:57):
over by close to Whiteman Air Force Base. We're in
Johnson County.
Speaker 1 (08:05):
Kay, so you found these tracks, and what are your
thoughts in the moment leading up to these NACT experiences
and encounters.
Speaker 2 (08:19):
It was two thousand and two, and I didn't have
a camera on my cellphone, and I didn't have time
to go try to find to go to a store
to buy a camera to go take pictures of these footprints.
Now I had a life. I had to go to work.
I had to be at work at three point thirty
(08:41):
was that's been Sedelia, thirty miles away. But after that
is when I had my next big foot experience.
Speaker 1 (08:54):
Okay, tell me about that.
Speaker 2 (08:55):
What were you doing that day and I was backed
up in this creek arrowhead hunting way up into this
stick thick wood kind of like down where you're from.
It's a conservation area called Turkey Curns. And I was
(09:20):
it was getting dark, and I was in a hurry
to get up out of there. I didn't want to
be in there in the dark because the place was creepy. Well,
i'm walking through there, something started grunting at me, like
a kind of like a buck snorts, you know, And
(09:47):
I thought, well, that's not that's just a buck. But
it started falling me. Every time I would stop, it
would stop. Then I heard that shit going on, and
the hair on my arms and my neck stood up.
(10:10):
And I was stomping through that creek trying to get
out of there for dark, and it would followed me
all the way out of there. Man, I was freaked out,
I tell you the truth, because I knew at first
I thought it was just a deer. But a deer
ain't going to stop me and follow me all the
(10:30):
way down the creek and stopped every time I stopped
and didn't start making them grunting noise.
Speaker 1 (10:39):
And what can you compare the grunting noises to did
it sound like a big bull or what do you
think it sounded like.
Speaker 2 (10:47):
It sounded like a fucking big, huge buck. Yeah, deer
runs from you, man, They don't stalk you doin the creek.
Speaker 1 (11:00):
Yeah, I know exactly what you're talking about. And that's
what it sounds like, like a big buck or a
bear or like a bull. But it's not because it's
following you. It's territorial and it's not running away.
Speaker 2 (11:14):
No, it's like wanting to run me out of there.
And I was too, I was getting it. I didn't
even get up out of that creek. I was going
through waste high water. Just didn't even climb up out
of the creek, just stayed demned to the creek to
b I got all the way to the bridge. Too
much truck.
Speaker 1 (11:36):
Yeah, so you feel like it was trying to drive
you out of the area.
Speaker 2 (11:40):
Yeah, yep, that's the same area. People get lost all
the time in there. I've been lost in there myself.
Speaker 1 (11:52):
Yeah. Are there missing person reports in there, like people
that have gone missing and never have been found again?
Or do they just get lost and eventually find their way?
Speaker 2 (12:04):
Oh, you eventually find your way. I think we ended up.
I ended that one day, like me and my friend
we six miles. We ended up walking six miles and
by the time we found civilization, we had to catch
a ride all the way back to my truck, and
(12:27):
they had to send out a search party with this
one older man that was mushroom hunting out there. He
got lost back in there.
Speaker 1 (12:41):
Yeah, that's terrifying, especially since there's sasquatch in the area.
Speaker 2 (12:46):
But back to the footprints right close to there. I
went to high school with a guy that used to
live in a house right close and he moved in
the late nineties, and I had a friend that was
real good friends with them, and I decided I would
(13:12):
tell him since he hung out out there before. And
he told me something was throwing rocks at him when
they were in the creek arrowhead hunting, because he lived
right there next to the creek, so he already thought
a bigfoot was throwing rocks at him while these arrowhead
(13:34):
hunting in the creek.
Speaker 1 (13:38):
Do you think possibly they're a territorial of people collecting
the arrowheads? Do you think there's something going on there?
Speaker 2 (13:50):
You know, I often wonder about that. You know, a
lot of your best arrowhead hunters are going to tell
you when they find these museums great pieces, that they
were praying to the Greek gods and the Indian spirits
when they find this stuff.
Speaker 1 (14:10):
Wow, yeah, that makes sense. Okay, So what else happened
after this last incident?
Speaker 2 (14:19):
Then that's pretty much the end of my big foot experiences.
Then it went from big Foot stuff of the UFO experiences.
Speaker 1 (14:31):
Okay, So what happened with the UFO experiences? Can you
kind of put me in your shoes and describe everything
that happened?
Speaker 2 (14:41):
All right? It was two thousand and ten. I worked
the fabrication department at a place called Swisher Mower. They
built Swisser Mowa riding mowers from mowing grass, and I
(15:06):
run a machine that made the decks. I worked from
four pm, a ten hour shift, until two thirty in
the morning, and on my way home from work at
two thirty in the morning, a black object with the
(15:32):
blue light on it followed me thirty miles all the
way home through fields. As I was going down the highway.
When I got into town, I lost it because of
(15:55):
the street all the lights in town and street lights
at the time, I lived right at the edge of
the town and behind my house was a forty acre
field and there was nothing but a field out there.
So I walked out my backyard to look for that
blue light that followed me thirty miles home. And that's
(16:20):
when I looked to my right, I seen four Air
Force jets in fighting formation, flying real real low. I
looked to my left and there was four more Air
Force jets and therefore in fighting formation. They have live
(16:42):
missiles on them. And I looked out at the area
they were flying towards, and there it was. It was
a big black blunt thing. It had one blue light
on them and it was shining down on the ground.
This thing was big as Arrowhead Stadium. It was blacker
(17:08):
than the sky, and when the jets got close to it,
the top of it lit up and glue like a
volcano and took off and vanished in an instant, with
(17:28):
a weird looking flame behind it when it took off.
So not been since then. I started watching the Air
Force follow UFOs around all night. They like to do
that around here by the Air Force base. They do
(17:49):
that all night long, follow UFOs around.
Speaker 1 (17:59):
Yeah, that's terrify, and I've seen similar around here. Do
you think there's a connection.
Speaker 2 (18:04):
The Waam orbs. The orbs had been messing with me
for years.
Speaker 1 (18:09):
Yeah. Do you think there's a connection with the craft
that you've seen in the military base that's near the area.
Speaker 2 (18:15):
Oh yeah, they watch and yeah, they like play cat
and mouse with the air Force all the time. They
like die bomb at them and stuff and didn't steer
away real quick.
Speaker 1 (18:31):
Yeah, I believe that.
Speaker 2 (18:32):
So nothing the Air Force can do that just fly
around the circles and watch them.
Speaker 1 (18:40):
Yeah, okay, so what else happened you mentioned the orbs.
Speaker 2 (18:48):
I see them all the time, these orbs. Sometimes they're
as small as a baseball. Sometimes they're as big as
a basketball. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (19:06):
And what color are they?
Speaker 2 (19:09):
They're usually blue, orange, or yellow.
Speaker 1 (19:19):
Yeah, that's the same that I've seen here.
Speaker 2 (19:21):
And then I see the ones that are like a gyro,
that are like a disco ball. I see them a
lot too. But in two thousand and six, I was
standing out in my backyard. It was about twelve thirty
at night, and I was talking to my body and
(19:45):
I looked up in the sky and I seen a
deformation of like white dots. I thought, well, that's flock
of geese, And then it got closer and I I've
noticed it wasn't geese. It was a huge V shaped
(20:06):
ufo that looked like a jellyfish. It was translucent and
could see purple veins or into it. It was about
twice the size of the stealth bomber that it turned
(20:28):
and it looked like a stingray swim into the ocean
and just Blue Lawn couldn't believe it.
Speaker 1 (20:42):
Yeah, that's terrifying. And do you think there's a connection
with these crafts and the cryptid creatures? What are your
theories or thoughts about that.
Speaker 2 (20:55):
Well, there was a guy named Lloyd Pie. He was
a genealogist or whatever he was famous name, and that
they give him cancer and killed him because he'd done
the DNA stuff on the Star Child's school. He basically says,
(21:15):
we didn't we evolve from Bigfoots, that we were all
big foots until the aliens came and genetically altered to this.
Speaker 1 (21:29):
Yeah. I like Lloyd Pie, and he had that skull
of the star Child and he had a lot of
good theories about aliens and cryptid creatures.
Speaker 2 (21:40):
Yeah, yep, we were all bigfoots. They didn't like that.
He just suddenly got cancer and died.
Speaker 1 (21:55):
Yeah, that is strange because he really challenged science and
all of a sudden he got cancer and just died,
and his work kind of just was buried with him.
Speaker 2 (22:07):
Yep.
Speaker 1 (22:09):
Yeah, Okay, after the UFO encounters, did you notice anything
strange taking place around you, like any paranormal phenomenon, anything
that you can think of.
Speaker 2 (22:28):
I grew up in the Haunted house, so it's kind
of always had a thing, some kind of connection with
the supernatural. I grew up in the house. It was
over one hundred years old, it was haunted, So I
don't know if that's what caused the connection.
Speaker 1 (22:55):
Yeah, very well. Could be perhaps you are more sensitive
to this type of phenomenon and possibly it's attracted to you.
Speaker 2 (23:06):
That's what I've pretty much has come to the conclusion
to think myself. I mean, so just between me and you,
where this live. I live in the county, Okay.
Speaker 1 (23:26):
So you saw the interview that I had the other
day with the guy that saw the red eyes and
the sasquatch creature that was about nine feet plus.
Speaker 2 (23:33):
Oh dude, I've seen the red eyes and the tree
line at dark four outside at night.
Speaker 1 (23:39):
Tell me about that.
Speaker 2 (23:41):
I've God damn the rope the glowing red eyes. Yeah,
that you can see, you can. They never come down
the wood line, but they come close enough to where
you can see the eyes.
Speaker 1 (23:59):
Yeah, well we're are you doing that night when you
encountered the red eyes?
Speaker 2 (24:05):
I was just hanging out in the backyard, ran fire pit,
burning a little breash and death. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (24:18):
Then did the creature ever step out of the woods
or did you just see the red eyes.
Speaker 2 (24:23):
In my backyard? My backyard, I was basically on the
My backyard basically was the very edge of ten and
I had a big field behind my house that was empty,
just a big field, so it was all dark back there,
and you could see all the stars, real good and stuff.
We like to hang out out there at night.
Speaker 1 (24:47):
Yeah, and this creature was just watching you. Huh.
Speaker 2 (24:53):
One of them yellow orbs I seen take off one
night and it looked like a tadpost when the water
when it took off. You ever witnessed anything like that?
Speaker 1 (25:08):
No, I haven't. I like how you're describing these crafts
and yeah, like when you mentioned the jellyfish or the
sting ray, or it taken off like a like a
tadpole or something that is very interesting. Does it seem
to be alive or can you describe that a little
bit more?
Speaker 2 (25:29):
It seems like they're live. I don't know. I call
them space birds. I don't know. NASA's seas them all
the time. They got them on their recordings. You can
see them coming into now the atmosphere. I just call
them spacebirds.
Speaker 1 (25:49):
Yeah, that's interesting.
Speaker 2 (25:53):
NASA's got all kinds of footage of them.
Speaker 1 (25:59):
Yeah, yeah, I have no doubt about that. And what
other sasquatch experiences have you had out in the woods
that you can think of?
Speaker 2 (26:11):
That's it. But my girlfriend were split up. Now she's
been gone for almost a year, but she told me
she had a big foot encounter.
Speaker 1 (26:25):
What did she tell you about?
Speaker 2 (26:28):
She said that she was sitting out for tent it
was getting close to dark and basically seen him being
some big, hairy, big tall creature and scared the shit
out of her and they packed up and last Yeah,
that was down at the lake at a by a
(26:51):
town called Osceola.
Speaker 1 (26:53):
Mhmm is that Truman Lake?
Speaker 2 (26:56):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (26:57):
Okay, yep, wow, Yeah, so there has been encounters there.
Somebody commented on that video from Henry County the other
day and said that one of her friends had a
big foot encounter at Truman Lake.
Speaker 2 (27:14):
I'm sure of it. Yeah, yea, you probably had better
off let hunting up here for bigfoot than down there
at the park.
Speaker 1 (27:26):
Yeah, it seems like they're funneled in that area because
of all the farmland and the strips of woods. When
you get into deep forests, it's kind of hard to
run into these creatures unless they just reveal themselves to you.
But yeah, I do like areas like that because they're
they're funneled.
Speaker 2 (27:44):
I would think, yeah, you had you ever had any?
But he tell you they've witnessed one of the pterodactyl things.
Speaker 1 (27:58):
Like a thunderbird. What you're talking about? Yeah, yeah, I've
heard reports of that. I've taken a few. I think
I took one from Pennsylvania. Have you seen.
Speaker 2 (28:13):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (28:14):
Okay, can you tell me about that? Can you describe
the encounter, what you were doing that day, and what
the creature looked like?
Speaker 2 (28:22):
It was dark. Me and my girlfriend walked out back
with kept hearing a weird noise. We kept hearing like
what you hear on TV on a dinosaur show when
they show a pterodactyl, how it makes that noise. Well,
we kept hearing that noise like a pterodactyl sound. And
(28:48):
we walked out to the very back of the yard
to the fence line, and there's a row of oak
trees that were small oak trees. They were only about
twelve foot tall, and something jumped out of the tree
and flew off and it shook the whole tree. Like
(29:09):
my girlfriend all she said, did you see the calls?
Did you see the calls? And I said, yeah, Basically
it looked like, uh, I don't know, kind of looked
(29:34):
like the batman jumping flew out of the tree.
Speaker 1 (29:37):
So do you think it was a moth man or
do you think it was a thunderbird?
Speaker 2 (29:49):
And it was that like it had the wings like
like a huge band, and it looked like six foot
men jumped out of the tree and flew away.
Speaker 1 (30:11):
So that's terrifying. That does sound like a moth man
to me, but I could be mistaken.
Speaker 2 (30:22):
Good being.
Speaker 1 (30:25):
Okay, can you think of any other experiences or encounters
that you had?
Speaker 2 (30:33):
M m, that's a this was the only big foot encounters.
Speaker 1 (30:43):
Okay. I have a personal question. Do you think possibly
when you're collecting arrowheads and you take them home, do
you think that could cause paranormal activity because I noticed
when I took some arrowheads home off of the river
and a feel just like what you mentioned. I started
having strange activity in the house as far as paranormal stuff,
(31:06):
and there was cryptid stuff going on outside every now
and then, and there was these strange lights up in
the sky, like orange balls of light floating around the house,
and like you mentioned earlier, like this disco ball that
was like radiating.
Speaker 2 (31:19):
Every Yeah, yep, yeah, I know exactly what you're talking about.
And everybody told me that I shouldn't be selling narrow
heads I'm finding because I've been finding, you know, going
out finding museum in great arrowheads and they say you're
(31:41):
not supposed to sell the arrowheads. Well I did. Yeah,
that's when kind of the paranormal stuff started happening.
Speaker 1 (32:00):
Yeah. I interviewed a guy not too far away from you,
a little bit southeast of you, but he was collecting
arrowheads and he started having hardcore paranormal activity. He was
seeing like like shamans, strange Native American creatures and like
(32:20):
Native Americans just walking through his fields. And yeah, I
mean there was a lot of paranormal activity happening there.
He ended up putting some of the arrowheads back in
the cave at the gravesite that he found, and he
ended up passing away. He hit somebody head on recently
and that was it. I never heard anything else from him,
and that was the end.
Speaker 2 (32:42):
And I've seen on some of your other episodes there's
been other people that have come in and that the
big foot was skinny Scarney.
Speaker 1 (32:55):
Yeah. Yeah, I've had that report before where people mention
that they're like talll inky basketball players kind of like that.
I don't know, I mean, that's just the description that
people give.
Speaker 2 (33:06):
That's that's pretty mean. You nailed it right there.
Speaker 1 (33:14):
Yeah, so I believe you will continue having bigfoot experiences
out in the woods. I mean, and you claim that
you still look for arrowheads still this day, and I
mean where you find the arrowheads, that's where the Native
Americans wanted to set up camps. So those are probably
the best areas for sasquatch to be at because that's
(33:36):
where the food is, that's where all the plants grow,
next to the springs, the waterways, the caves, and it's
just an optimal area for these things to be in.
Speaker 2 (33:47):
Yeah, yep, they say there's a black bear and the
nod Noster State Park. You have to see one.
Speaker 1 (34:04):
Yeah, they're around. They're elusive, that's for sure. And they're
around here as well. And I just I've never seen
a BlackBerry around here. But people have shown me photos
in the area. There's been reports where they're running through
town and it's like, man, they were running through town
going through trash cans. But I've never seen one with
all my time being out in the woods.
Speaker 2 (34:25):
Well, like I was telling me that one day I
seen that timber wolf run through the woods and everybody
told me I was crazy. There ain't no timber wolves here.
And it wasn't a month or two later they're talking
about wolves being here in eastern Kansas. In western Missouri,
(34:48):
there's wolves running around.
Speaker 1 (34:51):
Yeah, well that validates the encounter that you had.
Speaker 2 (34:57):
And yeah, we do have mountain lions up around here.
I have seen a mountain lion. It was following a
trail next to a washed it runs into a creek.
(35:23):
It was stalking a deer. It went across the road.
The deer went across the road, and then as I
got closer, the mountain line across the road right after it.
There's the main thing I remember the most how its
tail was, well, it's just a twitch in that tail.
(35:44):
It was up and air, just twitching its tail around.
Speaker 1 (35:50):
Yeah, I believe you. And I mean there was a
report recently, it was on the news where a giant
mountain lion, it was a mail it got hit up
there by six flags going towards Saint Louis on the interstate.
So if they're up there, they're certainly around you.
Speaker 2 (36:05):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (36:09):
Yeah, I don't know that. The way I look at
the forest now is a lot different after I ran
to these creatures, and I don't just see that it
is like the ozarks and that's separated from the Rockies.
I see the woods as just one giant forest from
southern Texas going all the way up to Alaska. I
see that as just one giant piece of woods.
Speaker 2 (36:29):
You've never been the certain places in certain woods were
just don't feel right to you. It's creepy to you.
Speaker 1 (36:40):
Oh yeah, for sure. I've went to areas where it
just feels creepy and these things followed me out, or
I see the orbs, or they would knock violently and
you just know you're not welcome there.
Speaker 2 (36:53):
Yeah, like that one spot, I still go there Aaron
head hunting once in a while, and it's open fields
around me. And even though there's open fields around, I
feel like I should be able to see somebody watching me.
I still feel like somebody's watching me.
Speaker 1 (37:13):
Yeah. You get this feeling like the barometric pressure just
changed and all the hairs on your arms and neck
just stand up and you just feel like you're being watched.
Speaker 2 (37:24):
Yeah. Yeah, And it really scared me that one day.
I said, I didn't even get out of the creek,
just went through the water waist deep ever to get
out of there. Yeah, it didn't want me in there. Now,
Deer don't stalk you down the creek.
Speaker 1 (37:44):
No, No, they don't. And it's wild how they can
just stay right out of sight but just parallel you
all the way out. That's it's freaky. It feels like
something's just getting ready to grab you.
Speaker 2 (37:55):
Yeah, but I can't see it. Yeah, that's what. It
was really fast, right, and I couldn't see it. I
could hear it, but I couldn't see it.
Speaker 1 (38:06):
M Yeah, that's definitely sasquatch. And when you've been out
there looking for arrowheads, have you ever noticed have you
ever heard rock clacking where they're hitting rocks together.
Speaker 2 (38:21):
Yeah, yeah, I have heard that before.
Speaker 1 (38:24):
Yeah, and what did you think of that?
Speaker 2 (38:29):
I thought it was just most of the time, I'm
thinking it's probably somebody trying to get my attention. I
just thought it was someone trying to get my attention
and get me out of the creek because a lot
of people don't like you getting in their creek's arrowhead hunting.
(38:50):
Sometimes you got drespass to get in where the arrowheads are.
So yeah, I'm as quiet as a church mouse, and
I make sure I never get caught.
Speaker 1 (39:00):
Yeah. Typically when a person is in the woods, they'll
rock clack and you'll hear him down by the creek
bottoms clacking rocks away. To me, it almost sounds like
they're flint napping, like they're making arrowheads. I'm not saying
they are, but that's what it sounds like, like they're
down I see.
Speaker 2 (39:16):
When I did see red glowing eyes, I was hearing
noises kind of like an owl makes.
Speaker 1 (39:28):
Yeah, that's interesting. Do you think it was mimicking it
now or it just sounded so.
Speaker 2 (39:37):
Standing like someone was mimicking an owl.
Speaker 1 (39:44):
Yeah, that's freaky. What time of year did you see
the red eye shine? Do you remember, was it the
summer wintertime?
Speaker 2 (39:52):
Summer time?
Speaker 1 (39:54):
Okay? And I can't give away the guy's location, but
was it close to Clinton?
Speaker 2 (40:03):
Huh?
Speaker 1 (40:04):
I can't give away the guy's location that I interviewed
that saw the red Eyes, but wasn't close to Clinton, Missouri?
Where where where the red eyes were seen? Where you
guys seen him out?
Speaker 2 (40:17):
Oh? That was in Windsor.
Speaker 1 (40:19):
Okay, I guess I don't know where that is. It's
got to be somewhere close to Sedalia, right, Yeah, you've
just heard Derek's story, A tale of bigfoot tracks, glowing eyes, UFOs,
and the unexplained mysteries of Missouri's haunted woods. Unfortunately, the
call dropped and I was not able to sustain a
(40:40):
proper connection to finish out the podcast. But I believe
he finished most of his encounters, and he said multiple
times that's all that happened. Encounters like these remind us
that reality maybe far stranger than we imagine. If you
