Speaker 1 (00:04):
Hey, everyone, and welcome to another Sasquatch Theory podcast. On
this episode, we have Tom he had a bigfoot encounter
in still Water, Oklahoma. Tom claims he was alone with
one of his friends one night when his parents were gone,
and he encountered a black panther. Moments later, a sasquatch
(00:24):
came out and he was face to face with this creature.
They ran into the house and moments later the creature
was looking through the window. Tom said, after the encounter,
he went outside and he witnessed the creature casually walking
back into the forest. Have you had a bigfoot sighting before?
(00:44):
If so, please get in touch with me sometime at
Sasquatch Theory at outlook dot com. And I appreciate everyone
for watching. With all that being said, let's dive into
Tom's bigfoot encounter from still Water, Oklahoma. All right, Tom,
(01:12):
welcome to Sasquatch Theory. How are you doing today?
Speaker 2 (01:15):
Oh?
Speaker 1 (01:15):
Good? Are you doing excellent? Thank you so much for
asking Tom if you would tell me a little bit
about yourself, where you're from, and your experiences from the
very beginning. Please.
Speaker 2 (01:26):
Well, I live out in western Oklahoma right now, but
all this took place back in Stillwater, that's where I
was raised at. It all happened back in oh ninety one,
I believe ninety ninety one around there, and my parents
(01:47):
they built a house out in the country outside of Stillwater.
It's nothing but wilderness out there, and they were going
on vacation for about two months and they called and
won'er know if I would keep an eye on the house.
So I went out there and they were going over
some things with me, and I noticed a bag of
(02:09):
cat food by the patio door. And they don't have animals,
they don't have pets, and they told me that there
was a panther, a black panther that would show up
every night and eat food. So they just started feeding
it and they took pictures of it and everything. And
somehow this panther has something to do with my experience.
(02:31):
I haven't filled it in yet, but I know it
has something to do with it. But anyway, they went
on vacation and I went and did my thing. And
at the time, I was starting a business in Stillwater,
and it was the week of Thanksgiving is in November,
(02:52):
and a friend and a friend of mine was helping
me do my sign. Well we needed a power saw,
so I thought I would just run out to my
parents' house and just drug their power saw real quick
and that'd be it. Well, we drove out there, and
it was late at night. It was somewhat probably one
(03:14):
or two o'clock in the morning, and we pulled up
in the driveway. Now you'll have to picture this. We
went through the back door because instead of going through
the front and running through the whole house, we could
go down the side of the house on the back
porch and then come in through the laundry room and
go into the garage. Well, their house is kind of
(03:36):
at an angle, so when you're walking on the side
of the house, you're going downhill a little bit, and
then when you get to the back of the house,
there's a three or four foot concrete back porch. You
have to flip your leg on and pull yourself up
and you're on the back porch. Well, we got up
on the porch and there's two steps that go up
(03:57):
even higher to the laundry room door to let you
in the house. Well, I go up on the second step,
put my key in, and we hear this noise of
something at the far end of the porch like a panther,
you know, the noise that the cats make. But that
(04:21):
got our attention. So we looked at the far end
of the porch and we didn't see anything. It was
really dark. You can't see your hand in front of
your face, it was so dark. But the only light
that we could see was just off the porch, the
moonlight coming through the top of the trees, and we
saw something waving at us, going back and forth. So
(04:44):
as we're looking at that, wondering what it was. And
you know, years later I figured out that was the
tell of the panther and that made the noise, But
at the time I didn't really know what that was.
It was just something getting our but to the right
of the panther or the tail that was going back
(05:04):
and forth. And keep in mind, I'm up on these steps,
and whatever is the tail couldn't have been on the porch.
It had to been off the porch, because if you're
on the porch and you looked straight down at the
other end, you're gonna run into a patio glass sliding
door that leads into the master bedroom. And then to
(05:25):
the right there's another patio door that leads into the
living room, so there's no light behind that. But the
like I said, the only lights just off the porch,
so that cat would have to be on the ground
with the world's longest tail, an eight foot tail for
us to be able to see it, or it's in
(05:46):
a tree, one of the two. But it was real
dark on the right side of that tail, and all
of a sudden, we saw the darkness move and when
it started moving, it was walking exactly like a person
someone taking an easy stroll someone you know, it sounds
(06:09):
like they're just casually walking. But whatever it was was heavy.
You can tell by the weight of I mean the
sound that made them, the leaves that were on the ground,
and it was heavy. Well, I unlocked the door and
I sent my friend in to go turn on the
(06:31):
patio lights because we didn't have a clue what this was.
So he's inside, he's trying to find the lights and
he's flipping every light there is, but not the back
patio lights that were wanting. Well, in the meantime, I'm
listening to saying walk on the outskirts of the backyard,
which their backyard goes from one corner of the house
(06:54):
to the other corner of the house as a half
moon shape, and then behind that's there's nothing but trees,
and I can hear it walking, and it's walking around
in the leaves, and it stops about halfway, you know,
just directly across from the middle of the porch, basically,
(07:16):
So I start walking down the steps because I'm not
thinking bigfoot. I'm not thinking, you know anything. I just
don't know what it is. But I'm curious. So I
start walking down the steps and I get in the
yard and I'm listening. I don't hear it walking, so
I know it's standing still somewhere in the tree row,
(07:39):
directly right in front of me, somewhere. So I start
walking in the yard. And as I'm walking in the yard,
I notice that I'm not making any noise because there's
no leaves in the yard, and so I stop and
I'm about in the middle of it, and I'm looking around.
And when I look directly in front of me, where
(08:01):
I heard the whatever it was walking or it stopped,
I'm looking in that direction and I don't see anything.
Then I turned to the right just a little bit
and look up and his face is about two feet
from me, and he's looking down at me. I'm looking
up at him and I'm froze. I just can't move,
(08:25):
And it seems like I was looking at his face
for ten minutes, but realistically it was probably only seven
or eight seconds. And I just couldn't move, And all
of a sudden, I felt like I could move then,
and I guarantee you I was the fastest man on
(08:46):
Earth at that moment in time right there. I jumped
on the back porch, went in the house, and you know,
went to go get a gun. I was gonna be
the first person to shoot Bigfoot, I told my friend.
But I changed my mind on that one. So we
decided to go in the garage just to get the
saw and leave. When we got in the garage, there
(09:11):
were two cars in the garage. I was by one,
my friend was by the other, and we're looking for
the power saw. And at the same exact time, both
of us just started kneeling, ducking down and basically hiding
behind the cars. And I don't know why, it just
(09:31):
did it automatically. And there's a there's a window behind me,
and my back is towards the window. My friend was
by the other car, but he was facing me and
he could see the window, and I remember him telling
me that it's at the window looking at us. And
(09:52):
I knew exactly what window he was talking about because
I can feel it. I can feel exactly when he
looking at us and everything. And it's just hard to explain.
But when people say they have a feeling that someone's
watching them, they don't know what that feeling is. So
you are in a situation when you know being watched
(10:16):
by this thing, and it's almost like he's letting you
know he's there watching. So anyway, we both were able
to stand up. We felt like he was gone now,
but if we opened the garage door, we knew he'd
be right there. So we waited a few minutes and
(10:38):
then we opened the garage door. My friend jumped in
the truck, I shut the garage door, went to the
passenger side. When I was opening the passenger side door
to get in, I looked over as the bed of
the pickup and he was off walking in the front woods,
just walking casually, probably fifty feet in front of me,
(11:02):
just walking off. Wasn't scared, wasn't anything he just it
was like a casual walk. But you can definitely tell
if I had to estimate his weight, I would probably
say it had to be eight hundred pounds, maybe nine
hundred and approximately no eight foot tall somewhere around there.
(11:29):
But it's something I will never forget. And when I
was looking face to face with him, he had fangs,
So I'm not really sure. I've never heard of bigfoot
really having fangs, but I'm not an expert on but
he had four fangs and some big, brown, yellow, square teeth,
(11:52):
and his jaw was a square jaw, I mean a big,
square jaw. It was. It was huge. I can tell
you how big it was, but it was. It was
an experience that was that's for sure.
Speaker 1 (12:10):
Yeah, absolutely, And that sounds terrifying. I can't imagine how
you felt in that moment when you were just a
few feet away from this creature.
Speaker 2 (12:20):
Well, it was it was unusual. I didn't smell anything.
Of course, it was wintertime, so I'm not sure you
know how that went. It just I can't smell anything.
But he wasn't making any noise, He wasn't grown at me,
wasn't you know, doing anything. He was just looking staring
at me, just but didn't move.
Speaker 1 (12:43):
Did the creature seem aggressive, curious or indifferent towards you.
Speaker 2 (12:48):
If anything curious wasn't It wasn't aggressive or anything, but
it was just curious mostly, I would say, or it
kind of let me know that he uh, he was
I don't know how to say this. Really, it's like
(13:09):
a not just curious, but he let me know that that. Oh,
I don't know how to put it.
Speaker 1 (13:20):
You notice signs of intelligence, that's for sure.
Speaker 2 (13:24):
Well yeah, yeah, but he let me know. Ibody invest
it did it would definitely he wouldn't have a problem
taking current business. I'll tell you that he was. Uh,
he was big. But I just didn't know why it
couldn't smell them. People say smell they smell like a
(13:44):
skunk or whatever. Uh, he didn't. But I don't know
what the bobca or not the bobcat the panther had
to do with this. So that's the only thing I
really been trying to figure out.
Speaker 1 (14:00):
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing. People have mentioned
that these creatures saved them from a mountain lion attack
just kind of drove it off. Do you think possibly
the black panther was up to no good and this
creature scared it off and was kind of watching out
for you. Guys, or do you feel like they were
working hand in hand. I mean, it's hard to say.
Speaker 2 (14:19):
Right, yeah, yeah, I'm not sure. I'm still wondering how
them that cat didn't tear me apart when I got
on the back porch because I'm only ten twenty foot
from it. But I never heard that about you know,
them saving people from mountainline attacks. That very well could
be it. But after that, I didn't hear anything of
(14:43):
that cat. Afterwards, we just heard the the growl at
it's inented, you know, that was it.
Speaker 1 (14:53):
That's really interesting to have a black panther experience and
a Sasquad experience at the same time. They're both crypti creatures,
so that's really fascinating to hear. And the fact that
its tail was wagging back and forth, that means it
was hungry. It was probably up to no good, and
it wasn't afraid of you guys.
Speaker 2 (15:13):
Well, yeah, I'm not a fishing on the cats and
the tails sticking straight up, I didn't know if it
goes down when they're going to attack or is it
stick straight up like that. But I've always heard the bigfoot,
you know, always breaks legs and deers and stuff like that,
but I don't know if that's true or not.
Speaker 1 (15:36):
Oh, yeah, it's definitely true.
Speaker 2 (15:38):
It is.
Speaker 1 (15:39):
Yeah, I've had a few deer on the property when
the sasquatch were around, and they'd walk around with the
front legs broken. I didn't think much of it at
the time, but when I interviewed a farmer in southern Missouri,
he was claiming he was having sasquatch activity and on
his trail cameras, he had them set on video and
you'd see these huge bucks walking around with their front
leg broken, and he'd find deer with their next twisted
(16:02):
so and he documented everything. But yeah, that made a
concrete for me and made me reflect on the experiences
that I had prior to that.
Speaker 2 (16:13):
Well, I was thinking that could be what was going
on here, But then I was thinking that if he
did break the legs and a come, I didn't hear
a bunch of screaming going on and things like that,
But it could be that the panther just ran off,
you know that that's after we showed up.
Speaker 1 (16:36):
Yeah, I could be. You mentioned hearing heavy footsteps, How
close were they and did they sound? How did they
sound like in the leaves.
Speaker 2 (16:47):
They were I would say, thirty feet from us walking
in when it was in the tree row, and you
just could tell it was it was a person walking.
You know. My friend thought that somebody would just happen
to pop up and was going to burglarize the place,
you know. I said, well, no one's gonna do that,
(17:09):
you know, and and try to make themselves known by
walking towards us. And I don't think there's any eight
foot tall, you know, burglars running around either. So we're
just trying to come up with any reason, possible reason
to explain what we saw. And we really couldn't come
up with anything till you know, we got face to
face with and saw it, and then he saw it
(17:31):
through the window. But it was definitely just curious. It
looked at us that window for probably about ten seconds
before it started walking off. Yeah, but it was you
can just tell. It was heavy, I mean.
Speaker 1 (17:49):
Really creepy, creepy as huck. And what did the creature
look like? I know you mentioned it had fangs, and yeah,
these things definitely do have fangs. I encountered a juvenile
and he had two canines that were sticking from the
top down and there his teeth were dental white though,
But yeah, what did this creature look like? Did you
notice any other features as far as like a conical
(18:09):
shaped head, was it round? What color was it? Do
you think it was?
Speaker 2 (18:15):
Well, he was black and the head was probably two
times the size of mine at least the the nose
was a little flat. When they say they look like humans,
their men and stuff like that, not this one. This
didn't look anything like a man. The only thing like
(18:37):
a man it walked like one. That was that was
it just walked like a man. And it didn't really
look like a gorilla. But it kind of in a
way looks like I saw a movie wall back called Kong.
I think it was the New I guess it was
a new King Kong movie. It kind of looked like
(18:59):
that face. But on the things, it had four fans,
though not two of them. They had two uppers and
two bottom ones like that panther or something and uh.
But and the eyes I was mostly glued to the
mouth mostly had the mouth opened, and from the bottom
(19:21):
teeth to the top teeth, I would say there's an
inch maybe two inch gap between the two. Like he
had his mouth open but not opened, as if he
was going to eat a hamburger, you know, something like that.
It's just like how a person might watch TV with
their mouth open. It was like that, but it was
(19:42):
probably about an inch to two inches apart and much bigger,
much bigger than human mouth. And the jaw was square.
That's what I really remember the most, that the bottom
part of the head, the jaw, and the eyes were
beating down right at me, and that's really all I
(20:04):
could see. I didn't see the body because it was
just I was just glued onto that face and he
was at the I was looking up if you're looking
at the clock, I'm looking at about the two o'clock position,
and I'm six foot tall and I had to look
up at it, so I would put him up round
(20:25):
eight foot and he was big. I can tell you
that for sure.
Speaker 1 (20:34):
Yeah, that's a big beast. What do the eyes look like?
Were they almond shaped or were they round?
Speaker 2 (20:41):
They were most they're mostly round or yeah, I would
say they're round, more round than anything. Not amend uh.
But I was, like I said, I was mostly glued
onto his mouth more than anything with I can see him,
you know, eye to eye looking down at me, though,
But the teeth square or like a rectangle except for
(21:10):
the things, and they were yellow and brown. He didn't
have a good set of teeth. But it was, I
don't know, just a look he was giving me. It
just like I knew. I wasn't scared. I was just
froze though I couldn't move for that ten seconds, and
(21:33):
he could have easily just popped me upside the head easily,
but he didn't move. He just looked down at me,
and I looked at him, and and when I could run,
I ran. I think that's when I became a little nervous,
but I just don't when I was just looking at him,
(21:53):
though I wasn't scared, I wasn't. It was almost like
a telepathic thing or whatever.
Speaker 1 (22:00):
And yeah, you mentioned you couldn't move for several seconds.
Do you think this was fear or something the creature
was doing to you?
Speaker 2 (22:12):
That's a good question. I wouldn't say it was fear,
because I'm really not afraid of much at all. But
when I just couldn't move and I was just staring
at him, maybe it was more of a shock thing
because I wasn't expecting to see something like that before
this happened. I never believed in Bigfoot. I never believed
(22:35):
in any of that stuff, and I'm the type of
person that you got to show. I got to see
it with my eyes to believe it. But when you
see something like this and aren't expecting it, it just
pops up right in front of you basically, or I
guess I ran into it more than anything, just looking
around and just saw it all of a sudden. It
(22:57):
could be shock. I don't know. I just but in
a way I think told pathic too, because I don't
think one will ever be shot because it's not gonna
let you shoot it. That's what I kind of believe
because when we're in the garage and both of us
at the same time knew that he was looking at us,
(23:17):
and exactly when he was looking at us, and we
both tuk down at the same time, that I think
that is more of a total pathic thing. It letting
us know that it's looking at us.
Speaker 1 (23:31):
Yeah. Absolutely, It sounds like a creature producing for sound,
which can cause fear and shock.
Speaker 2 (23:39):
Yeah, and I have a heat. My friend won't talk
about it to this day though I've even brought it
up once to him and he just doesn't want to
talk about it. It kind of scared him.
Speaker 1 (23:56):
Oh yeah, I'm sure after you ran into the house.
What was the atmosphere like between you and your friend?
Speaker 2 (24:03):
Well, he didn't know what it was. He just when
I came in the house, he said, well what was it?
And I just remember going past them to get the gun,
and I said, I'm gonna be the first one to
shoot Bigfoot. And then I kind of thought twice about that,
because you know, they didn't try to hurt me. So
I just put the gun back up and decided we're
(24:25):
just gonna get the song and go. Because if it
didn't kill me out there, and it could have very easily,
you know, I shouldn't kill it.
Speaker 1 (24:34):
Yeah. Absolutely, And I find it interesting that the creature
just casually walked off into the woods. This show's confidence intelligence,
and it's self aware of the situation that it's in.
Speaker 2 (24:47):
Oh yeah, exactly, it's And that's another thing. You always
see these Bigfoot videos and big foods are just running
in the woods and you know, getting away and scared
and now this not this, This one just like a
Sunday walk, a casual, slow, hard walk. And uh, you know,
(25:10):
after seeing all these Bigfoot videos, I'd say ninety nine
percent of them are fake, but there are a few
that I believe is real. But I just I can't
explain how big that head was though. If it took
a bite out of my head, it could probably three
bites and my head would be gone. He had a
(25:33):
big mouth, and I was yeah, twice the size of
my head.
Speaker 1 (25:43):
Yeah. And I've taken numerous reports of people seeing sasquatch
looking through the window. How did your friend describe seeing
the creature at the window.
Speaker 2 (25:54):
Well, he didn't say that he saw it. At that point.
He was facing the window, and I remember him saying,
it's looking at us through the window. And I just
assumed that he had the same feeling that I was
going through, since we both dug at the same time,
and I had a feeling at that time that he
was looking at us through the window, and I knew
(26:15):
which garage window he was at, so I just assumed he,
you know, felt the same thing. And it wasn't until
just a few days ago I was thinking about it
and when he made that com man, he might have
been just looking right at him through the window, and
I need to talk to him and see if he
saw it through that window. But I just assumed it
(26:37):
was the feeling he got because we both dug down
at the same time for no reason. We talked about
that because we don't know why we dug down, just
all of a sudden.
Speaker 1 (26:49):
Yeah, And then they mentioned having a feeling of being
watched before your friend said anything, can you explain the sensation.
Speaker 2 (27:00):
That's gonna be a hard one to explain.
Speaker 1 (27:03):
Just like the hair standing up on the back of
your neck and on your arms something like that.
Speaker 2 (27:08):
No, not really the hair standing up. It's just that
you know something is looking at you. Before all these feelings,
people will say they have a feeling somebody's that they're
being watched. Well, this is more than a feeling. It's
more of a you know, somebody's watching it that kind
of feeling. It's like it wants us to know that
(27:32):
it's looking at us. It's really it's hard to experience.
You can't experience that feeling unless it happens. You know,
I've always had the feeling, but somebody's watching us, it's
a big deal. But now this is a step beyond that.
(27:53):
And I did notice. See, my parents built that house
back in the nineteen eighty and when you would stay
there alone, you just felt weird. You felt like somebody's
always watching it, it seemed like. And I talked to
my mom earlier in the year about the house the feelings,
(28:16):
and she even agreed that when she stayed there alone
then she had the feeling that somebody's watching. It's just
a creepy little feeling being there by yourself. But it definitely,
definitely was something unusual. And I'm not usually a type
(28:40):
of person that gets scared of everything, you know, not
at all, but I wouldn't say I was scared over
this deal. But it got your attention.
Speaker 1 (28:50):
Yeah, yeah, it certainly left an impact on your life.
Did the creature make any noise or gestures while looking
in the window.
Speaker 2 (28:59):
Ah, it just looked I didn't see it. I just
felt it. My friend, he didn't say anything about doing anything.
But the feeling that we had, or that I had,
I should say, is that it's just looking at us, curious,
you know. And it walked off the It never once
(29:23):
did it walk fast, run or anything. It just a
real slow, casual walk. And the steps you just tell
that it was big. The steps that it took were
(29:44):
they sounded long and heavy. We went out there the
next day to see if we could find footprints and everything,
and we did not find a single footprint. But we
didn't look too long. The grounds hard and all that,
but uh, I didn't find anything.
Speaker 1 (30:08):
Yeah, that's just terrifying. How old were you when you
had this encounter?
Speaker 2 (30:15):
Oh? I was in my twenties, late twenties.
Speaker 1 (30:22):
I'd say, what time of year do you think this happened?
Was it summer or winter?
Speaker 2 (30:27):
Twen No, it was a week before Thanksgiving?
Speaker 1 (30:32):
Okay, yeah, you mentioned that. And do you believe possibly
this creature got a little brave since it knew that
your parents weren't home.
Speaker 2 (30:46):
Well, uh, not not really. I think it's it's brave
to beg to begin with. I don't think it's nothing's
gonna scare this thing. If if we didn't spook it
showing up, I don't think anything would. I think it
(31:07):
was curious. It was probably real curious of why I'm
walking to it. Also, you know, it probably is not
used to that, and he probably hadn't seen much, you know,
many people. But uh, I don't think it was I
don't think he popped up because he knew they were gone. Now,
(31:27):
the mountain lion or whatever it was, the panther it.
It was showing up every single day. So I don't
know if this bigfoot followed the panther to the house,
you know, or chasing it for some reason, you know,
no idea.
Speaker 1 (31:49):
But I just do you think or female?
Speaker 2 (31:54):
I think it was a male. I mean just guessing
because I don't this female are that big. Also, I
can't imagine it being a I mean, it was wide,
you could tell the whole it was. What was weird
is it was his head, you know, was a couple
foot higher than mine, but it was hunched over. It
(32:16):
was bent down. I mean, it might have been seventh
His head might have been seven foot maybe a foot
or a little bit more higher up the mine, but
it was bent down. So if it stood up straight,
it might have been nine foot tall, but I'm guessing
(32:37):
around eight.
Speaker 1 (32:41):
And what direction was the creature hading too when it
left the property? Like, was it going towards Carwell Lake
or you No, it.
Speaker 2 (32:51):
Was see I lived on the east side. It's still
water the house that I was on the east side,
and when it started walking off, it was walking to
the it'd be the southeast. So I guess if he
kept on walking, it might have ended up in Ripley
(33:13):
something like that. But it was walking towards the southeast,
towards Sixth Street, you know that.
Speaker 1 (33:20):
That That direction makes me wonder if it was going
towards I'm not sure how to say it. The Cameron River. Oh, Cimarron,
Cimarron River. That's it.
Speaker 2 (33:31):
Well, that's kind of a little far. When he started
walking off, really there's nothing over there except wilderness, just
trees for it be one for about three miles before
he hits Highway fifty one, so there'll be about three
(33:55):
miles of wilderness and going to the south east. Don't
know what's over there except eventually all them little little towns.
Speaker 1 (34:06):
Is there a creek nearby?
Speaker 2 (34:09):
Uh? Yeah, yeah, there was. There's one about a quarter
mile to the west, little creek, and that's about the
only one I can think of. I'm sure there's others
over there, but but when he's just started walking off
there there's no houses. I think that when my parents
(34:34):
built their house, they had the closest neighbor is probably
half a mile away, maybe a mile. And then this
is when stillwater was, you know, before it started expanding
out in the country. Uh, there weren't there, weren't people
there's houses about every mile or so, and then just
(34:57):
wilderness between the houses.
Speaker 1 (35:01):
Did this change how you feel about being outside alone
at night?
Speaker 2 (35:08):
No, not at all. No, I don't have a problem
at night just walking around still Now. Where I'm at now,
there's not too me trees, So I doubt if I'll
ever run into that situation again. But as a kid
growing up there, I used to go in those in
the woods all the time when it was dark and
(35:31):
never thought about, you know, animals or anything like that.
But I don't know if I'll go back now and
can go the same the same woods. But but it
pay hadn't changing much.
Speaker 1 (35:50):
Yeah, And it makes me feel like this creature had
been around in the area for a while before the
encounter and there was something that he wanted.
Speaker 2 (36:02):
Yeah, yeah, probably. So. I've seen some videos online about
a lady who saw some bigfoot and stuff back around
the Stillwater area, and she said it was in I
think she said it back in the seventies when she
(36:24):
saw it. So, and then I've I've had some friends
have seen some around around still Water and around mcmurchury mostly,
and so from what I understand, they've been around there
for quite a while.
Speaker 1 (36:40):
Yeah, it sounds like it. And what did your friends
share with you? What did they see?
Speaker 2 (36:46):
Well, the ones that they saw, Yeah, I had one
of them see one cross the road over at McMurtry.
He was crawling and like he got hit by a
car or something, but he said he was just crawling
across the road. And then I had another one seen one.
One was looking at through the windows at their place,
(37:09):
and they saw it looking through the window. And I
think that's all that I can remember, except for the
one of course my friend I saw.
Speaker 1 (37:23):
Yeah. And did you have any experiences after this encounter
or see anything that looked out of place.
Speaker 2 (37:32):
At the house there.
Speaker 1 (37:34):
Just all throughout your life, like any tree structures. Did
you ever run into them again in the woods?
Speaker 2 (37:40):
No, No, I really haven't been in the woods since then.
Like I said, I moved out west here, but I
never seen anything unusual, you know, since then, no structures
or anything.
Speaker 1 (37:59):
Yeah, And I've noticed states that had a heavy presence
of Native Americans have bigfoot activity. Do you think possibly
there's a connection with the Natives and the Sasquatch?
Speaker 2 (38:15):
Possibly? Possibly. I think they're everywhere personally, But I live
in an area now that was heavily into the you know,
the Battle Washtaw and stuff like that. The customer in
the Indians that I live in that area, and there's
(38:37):
all kinds of stuff that goes on out here, but
it's not really Bigfoot. It's more of the other things,
supernatural deals.
Speaker 1 (38:47):
Oh yeah, there's a lot of that taking place in
that area.
Speaker 2 (38:51):
Oh yeah, this whole town's on it, you know pretty much.
But yeah, so you know, I can firmly say, look,
you have like I have to see it to believe it.
And I can firmly say there's Bigfoot now, and there's
UFOs now, and there's supernatural things. So those are things
(39:12):
I experienced and I'm a believer.
Speaker 1 (39:14):
Now, did you believe in Bigfoot prior to the encounter, No,
I thought.
Speaker 2 (39:21):
People were crazy, you know, seeing them, because I always
had the you know, hacken ones never been shot, you know,
that was the big thing. But now I think I
know why the one's never been shot, because I don't
think he'll let you shoot it. Personally, I think it.
I think it's a little telepathic deal, because that's I believe.
(39:45):
That's why I couldn't move, you know, it's just staring
at me, just staring, and uh, I believe that's why
I couldn't move for that ten seconds or whatever.
Speaker 1 (40:00):
Yeah, and do you believe the bigfoot is somehow tied
into the supernatural?
Speaker 2 (40:09):
That's a good question. Kind of I kind of do
in a way. I've always heard that things between the
government and or UFOs and bigfoots and all that stuff,
and I don't know, I kind of think that, but
(40:30):
I'm not sure it could be a government experiment for
all I know. Yeah, but I really don't do what I.
Speaker 1 (40:41):
Was gonna ask, what supernatural encounters did you have in
the area that you're at now?
Speaker 2 (40:47):
Oh man, there's all there's a whole long list. I
could tell you what happened to her, and you know,
just at my house even.
Speaker 1 (40:57):
Well, if you want to touch on the most signific
things that have happened, I'd be happy to listen to
your experiences.
Speaker 2 (41:04):
Okay, Well, being alone in my garage and my shop
with the air and arrows blowing it down and getting
hit on the back of the leg with gasoline that
I don't know where it came from. And I had
video cameras back there, so I decided to watch the
video camera and see, you know how and how I
(41:27):
got hitting with gasoline. So when I was playing it
right before it happened, the screen went black and said
no video. And then when it came back on, all
you could see is me touching the back of my
leg and then smelling my hand, so it didn't show up.
It wasn't recorded. And then I have one where a
(41:52):
mother and a son was walking up into my shop
and they got up to the shop stopped, and I
was in my office that was in the shop right
by the door, looking at my video cameras, my monitor,
so I saw them walking up here and then they
turned around and they started walking off. They stopped, looked
(42:13):
in the pickup truck window, and when they did that,
I just got up picture around the corner and no
one was there. And then same thing. I went to
go look at the video and it said it went
black and said no video on the two cameras that
should have picked it up. And then the picture came back,
(42:34):
but it never did get them. And then the oh,
and then I had a friend with me and we
were in the backyard and looking at my new night
vision that I got, and I was scanning around and
there was a huge orb and I never believed in
the orb stuff. But this thing was a big, old
(42:54):
looking bubble and it would change shape and you can
only see it through the night vision. And it wasn't
a lens problem or anything like that, because you had
to follow it, you had to go find it. It
wasn't it didn't move with the camera, and it was
about two feet in front of us where you could
reach out and touch it if you wanted. And just
(43:20):
we had a CD on my desk that flew up
in the air and landed on my other desk, but
no one touching it. And there was probably five witnesses
to that. I had the electric company here because everything
would happen to the electricity, it seemed like. And so
(43:40):
the electric company came out, put meters up and was
testing it. And while he was here, the bedroom light
just flipped on and the light came on and nobody
was in there. And I asked that guy, have you
ever seen anything like that before? And he said that
he's been working here for twenty five years and never
seen anything like that, and uh, oh, what else? There's
(44:07):
oh yeah, voices, you know, you could hear voices, and
the oh, I forgot what else? Oh, my son waking
up in the middle of the night. He was sleeping
with my wife at the time, and uh, and he
was I think three or four years old, five somewhere
(44:30):
around there. But uh, he woke up in the middle
of night and he's talking to someone. And my wife
wakes up and ask him what he's talking about or
who he's talking to, and he said, he's talking to
that man in the corner. He was wide awake. Well,
at the same time, I'm I'm in the office and
I'm looking at my cameras wondering why is it recording
(44:53):
video or audio on that camera because it never has
done that before. And that was there was a camera
that was right there by the bedroom window and it's
never ever recorded audio. It doesn't even record audio on
that camera, but it was showing it was And then
of course there's lots of lights coming on by themselves.
(45:17):
My wife was a non believer in that stuff, and
she goes to shred a check with this other girl
who was a non believer, and they heard it click
and the lights come on and they click. Was her
desk lamp, the kid that you have to turn and
it clicks. Well, it just did it on its own,
(45:39):
and that's happened to me a few times. The lights
come on just but no one touching it, you know, clicking.
I think everyone that's been over here had an experience
they could not explain, even if it was just getting
tapped on the shoulder by a finger and no one's
behind you. But it all just they left, you know.
(46:05):
It had it started one day and lasted for about
two or three months, and then it just it stopped,
and then it started up again recently. Uh. You know,
I have I have two chester drawers, a tall one
and a and a regular short one. I'm between them
both and the drawer is pulled out, you know, uh,
(46:27):
and it's stuffed with clothes. Well, I'm between them both
and the door one of the drawers just slammed shut
on its own, and that that got my attention when
that happened, you know, And that's done that twice. In
the house next door, they were experienced stuff before I was,
(46:47):
and they had to call a priest out and they
blessed that house. And I think they ran them over
here or something. I don't know, it seems like it,
but it was uh oh, and another one my guest
bathroom back there has a tub that had the sliding doors. Well,
(47:09):
we come, my dog and I come back over here,
and and uh, the tub door slid open, and then
it slammed shut with a lot of force. And I
went back there and there were two red and white
washcloth that was between the door and the wall. And
I've never seen these washcloths before, but somebody was definitely
(47:33):
back there slammed it shut. It sounded like that nobody
was here. But that was has about it. Just a
whole bunch of weird stuff that can't be explained. And
I have video on some of it. And you know,
I've probably four or five videos that I've saved the
(47:55):
stuff I caught, you know, like in the backyard hiding
behind the air conditioner, and I can see him out
there when we walked out there. But on video you
can see something ducking down and you know, hiding behind it.
I don't know what it was, but it was something.
Speaker 1 (48:17):
Yeah, that's frightening. Why do you think the area is
so haunted.
Speaker 2 (48:23):
Because of the Battle of Washita where all the Indians
got slaughtered out here when Custer came in the middle
of the night and slaughtered hundreds, if not thousands, of Indians.
I think that's why.
Speaker 1 (48:38):
Yeah, that could be a possible explanation, and I think
I think that's the reason.
Speaker 2 (48:44):
Yeah, it definitely is. And there is not a person
in town. If you talk to them, they will probably
tell you that they have experienced stuff too. It's one
guy even told me, he said, don't you know this
whole town is haunted. And I believe it. So I've
(49:07):
had my experience with those and UFOs and everything. It's
a and I've never had any experience before, you know,
except for the Bigfoot, that one bigfoot one, But everything
else happened just in the last since two thousand and fifteen.
Speaker 1 (49:29):
What's your most significant UFO encounter and what happened? Oh?
Speaker 2 (49:35):
Mine was just I just saw this really bright round
deal up in the in the over by the horizon.
It was just covering there for oh boy, I would
say thirty minutes. It just didn't move, It just stayed
in one spot. But it was so metallic that the
(49:56):
sun hit it. It was right before when the sun was
going down, but the sun hid it and it just
got your attention even if you weren't looking up in
the sky. It was so bright, you know, I had
people coming over here, and I was on the phone
and they're pointing up in the sky. They saw it
too while driving, and I was talking to guy on
(50:17):
the phone and he was watching it too, so and
it just stayed there till the sun went down and
then you couldn't see it, but it wasn't It was
just hovering the same spot, and it was a big ground.
It was just like a round silver ball up in
the sky. Now. The back in the seventies, though, we
(50:42):
had some land out here and had racehorses on it,
and I remember the sheriff's coming out and to look
at one of these racehorses because it was dead and
it had a surgical square cut out of its side
and someone cut eyes out and just kind of mutilated
(51:02):
it like that. But it wasn't shot, and they didn't know.
I remember the sheriff saying, well, it could have been
devil worshipers, or it could have been some drunks at
the lake which was right next door. But I don't
think so, because how are you going to try to
kill a racehorse even get close enough to it to
hurt it, you know, much less there's no bullet holes
(51:26):
in it or anything. Well, that same summer. My friend
who just lived about a mile away from there, he
was with two other guys and he said they were
face to face with the UFO about fifty yards away
and it was hovering right in front of him and
then shot off. And that was the same summer. So
(51:49):
that's kind of a coincidence, you know, all that happened.
But I just don't know how they could kill a
racehorse and you know, cut out a perfect square. It's
like it was lasered off, you know. And if it was,
(52:11):
if it was somebody from the lake, I would sure
like to know how they did that, and how they
got close enough to hurt a horse without getting knocked
upside the head. You know. I think it's impossible to
do that. But I don't know. Whatever, nothing ever came
of it. You know, they just did a little report
(52:34):
and that was it.
Speaker 1 (52:38):
Yeah, it really makes you wonder. I used to think,
or I used to believe, that the UFO activity was
from beans way deep in space on another planet. But
now I reflect to the Bible when Ezekiel's talking about
what he observed, like where the heavens just kind of
(52:58):
ripped open and he got to see the other side.
I feel like it's just another dimension in front of us,
and every now and then we catch a glimpse of it.
Speaker 2 (53:08):
Well, it could be our government is I think thirty
years ahead of us on technologies. I think they aren't releasing,
you know, anything, a lot of the stuff they know about,
and it could be a government deal too, who knows.
Speaker 1 (53:29):
Yeah, I would agree.
Speaker 2 (53:31):
We do have a lot of the army helicopters flying
right over this town a lot, and then when they
fly back, they fly right over the town again. That
happens quite a bit, So I don't know where they're going,
but there are some bases, you know, there's pantekes out
here and some bases like that, so they might be
(53:53):
going there.
Speaker 1 (53:57):
Yeah, that's a possible explanation. If you had a chance
to see another sasquatch, would you want to.
Speaker 2 (54:05):
Oh yeah, yeah, definitely, I really would. I don't know
if I want to see one up close again like that,
and the next one might not be as friendly, but yeah,
I definitely would love to. You know, It's it's something
you don't forget.
Speaker 1 (54:27):
Yeah, absolutely, And I can only imagine how you felt
being this close to a sasquatch and the reality of
these creatures exist in striking you right there in that moment.
I mean, that's too close for comfort, but you handled
it well. I do have to say that.
Speaker 2 (54:45):
And usually if something gets your attention when you're it
startles you like that, usually people jump back real quick
because they're startled. They're not expecting you know that. But
when I when I saw it, I didn't jump. I
just I did a froze. It just froze me. So
(55:08):
I would love to see it again. Really yeah, uh,
maybe a smaller one this thought next time.
Speaker 1 (55:21):
Yeah, I'm sure they're still in the area somewhere.
Speaker 2 (55:24):
Oh yeah, yeah, I'm sure. I'm definitely sure. There's probably
a whole bunch of them. Oh yeah, yeah, probably nothing
out here because there's no trees. But not really. But
I just don't I don't know. It seems like more
people should see them, But there's that if you think
(55:46):
about it, there's not a lot of people that go
off in the woods and at nighttime and heavily wooded areas,
so yeah, it's probably not a common thing. There's a
lot of people don't see him because I don't think
Bigfoot's gonna walk in the middle of still water and
go shopping or nothing. It was. So I think they're
(56:07):
secluded and I think they see us one we see them.
That could be why we always had that feeling that
they're alone, that constantly somebody's watching.
Speaker 1 (56:21):
You know, mm hmmm. Yeah. I hear that a lot
from people that they get a feeling that they're being
watched out in the forest or out on their forested property.
So that's possibly what it could be.
Speaker 2 (56:33):
Yeah, yeah, you definitely know, and that's for sure.
Speaker 1 (56:37):
Oh yeah, for sure. All right, Tom, you did an
excellent job at describing your encounter with this sasquatch being.
And yeah, it was absolutely amazing to hear about this encounter.
And I'm glad you reached out to me. And if
you experience anything else in the future, definitely let me know.
And yeah, keep in touch with my friend.
Speaker 2 (57:00):
Alrighty, all right, well you have a good day.
Speaker 1 (57:02):
Yeah you too, and I will post this up on
the channel in the future. Okay, okay, all right, alrighty
bye bye, yep, you take care, bye bye. All right, Tom,
thank you very much for sharing your bigfoot encounter with me.
And again, I just can't imagine how you felt being
(57:26):
face to face with this creature and I would have
been terrified. I've seen them before and they, just, like
you said, casually walk off in the woods or take
off and go in the opposite direction. But this thing
looked very confident, or seemed very confident. It seemed like
he wasn't afraid of you. And the fact that it
(57:46):
came back to the window and was staring at you guys,
that's just creepy. It tells me that this thing I've
been watching you guys for a long time, and it
was very curious. It's hard to say if there was
a connection with the sasquatch and the black panther. Maybe
it was trying to scare it off. Maybe they run together.
They both are classified as cryptid creatures, but who knows
(58:10):
exactly what was going on. And I do I feel
like you handled the situation well. It didn't scare you
out of the woods, and you want to see another one,
so that's good. You can't let an encounter like this
take your life over and just scare you out of
the woods completely because it's just not healthy for you.
(58:31):
And yeah, Oklahoma has a lot of supernatural things taking place,
and there was a big Native American presence there, and
I do believe your theory regarding the area being haunted.
If you have a bigfoot encounter that you would like
to share with me here on Sasquatch Theory, please get
in touch some time at Sasquatch Theory at outlook dot com.
(58:53):
And I wanted to tell you guys, thank you very
much for watching these videos and until the next one
you be safe out in the forest.
