Speaker 1 (00:58):
It's search warrant, UH breaking news. Do you guys believe
everything that Zorro's installed District Attorney Larry Krasner tells you?
Do you believe everything that the mainstream media tells you? Well,
let's find out they what they actually told you to
begin with, because it's not true.
Speaker 2 (01:21):
It begin with the police officer now charged with murder
in the shooting death of Eddie Edazari. Just hours ago,
the District Attorney's office released the officer's body camera video.
Thank you for joining us. I'm Jacquelin London and.
Speaker 3 (01:35):
I'm Johnny Archer.
Speaker 4 (01:35):
Former Philadelphia police officer Mark Dile surrendered to police today
before being formally charged in Irizari's murder. The DA's office
also released bodycam footage of the deadly shooting, showing the
crucial moments leading up to and after shots were fired
back on August fourteenth in Kensington.
Speaker 2 (01:53):
And we would like to warn you this video is disturbing.
Irizari's family viewed the videos in their entirety before they
were released to the public today, and due to their
(02:15):
graphic nature, NBC ten is choosing not to air video
showing in Azari after those shots were fired. We have
team coverage following the very latest developments. We begin with
NBC ten's friends Swag Live at the DA's office.
Speaker 5 (02:28):
Francis Well, Jackie Johnny. As you mentioned, Officer Mark Dahle
turned himself in this morning, and then DA Krasner announced
the charges, released the body camera footage, and shortly after that,
Officer Dile was arraigned in court where he heard the
charges he is now facing, the most serious one being
first agree.
Speaker 6 (02:47):
Murder, murder, voluntary manslaughter, aggravated assault, simple assault, reckless and
dangering of another person, and official oppression.
Speaker 5 (03:02):
A long list of charges for suspended Officer Mark Dile that.
Speaker 6 (03:06):
We are confident that there's probable cause for all of
these charges.
Speaker 5 (03:10):
DA Larry Krasner releasing a crucial piece of evidence today
in the criminal investigation, the footage from the two officers'
body cameras. He wouldn't answer many of our questions or
specifics about the footage or the charges.
Speaker 6 (03:24):
These videos speak for themselves, the law and the jury
instructions in Pennsylvania. The definitions of these offenses are supported
by this and other evidence, and that is why we
have charged ex officer dial with these charges.
Speaker 5 (03:44):
Officer Diles attorney said this morning when he turned himself
in quote, we intend to vigorously defend him against the charges.
Despite what has been portrayed to the media, the facts
will unmistakably show that Officer Mark Dile was legally justified
in discharging his weapon while fearing for his life. At
that time, they didn't know the specific charges and had
(04:05):
no comment. After Dial's arraignment, the police union adding that
Dial has their full support end quote. We ask the
public to reserve judgment until all the evidence is presented
during trial. Like any other individual facing allegations, Officer Dial
is presumed innocent and looks forward to helping his attorneys
prepare a vigorous defense against these serious criminal charges. The
(04:27):
most serious of these charges d'e Krasner saying wouldn't even
be a discussion if the person in question was not
a police officer.
Speaker 6 (04:35):
I don't think we're saying anything more than the obvious
when we say that firing six consecutive charges at close
range at a vital part of the body of a
person under the law is strongly supportive together with other
(04:56):
evidence of all of these charges.
Speaker 5 (05:01):
And Jackie Johnny I was actually in court when Officer
Dial was arraigned earlier today, just hours after he turned
himself in. Bail was set for him at five hundred
thousand dollars, which is highly unusual for someone facing first
degree murder.
Speaker 3 (05:16):
To put into perspective.
Speaker 5 (05:18):
The former Philadelphia officer who's also facing first agree murder
for shooting a twelve year old boy last year, did
not get bail in his case. Jackie, Johnny, back to.
Speaker 2 (05:27):
You, important inside Gyffeck Harrison Francis, thank you. Now let's
get to NBC ten's Brian Shan with the very latest
on that new body camera video.
Speaker 7 (05:38):
Ryan, Yeah, Jackie. The public has waited weeks to see
Mark Dill's body cam footage from his best of the
day of that shooting. In Today, District Attorney Larry Krassner
released that footage with the consent of Irrazari's family today,
who is also calling for no violent response to the video.
(06:01):
For the first time, the public is getting to see
former Philadelphia police officer Mark Dial's body worn camera from
the day he shot and killed Eddie Irazari's Corey Jones
is a retired police sergeant with experience has both a
use of force and firearms instructor. He's not affiliated with
the case, but watch it with us and gave his
expert opinion about what a scene in the footage. Do
you think with the release of the video, we know
(06:22):
more now than we did yesterday.
Speaker 8 (06:24):
Yes, we did, definitely, no more now than we did yesterday.
Speaker 7 (06:27):
Let's start with the officers initial commands to Irazari. In
the roughly five seconds it takes from when they exit
their cruiser to win Dial fires into Irazari's car, one
officer was saying, I will exple it.
Speaker 9 (06:38):
Shoot you.
Speaker 7 (06:40):
There is question as to whether one of the officers
shouted that Irozari had a weapon. Did you hear either
officer state what type of weapon or that there was
a weapon?
Speaker 8 (06:52):
I did not hear exactly what the officer said.
Speaker 7 (06:55):
No, take another listen, assure you, Jones says. An officer
who use deadly force if they reasonably believe they are
an immediate fear of death or serious bodily injury to
themselves or a third party. Did you at any point
see either officer in immediate danger?
Speaker 1 (07:15):
No?
Speaker 8 (07:16):
There is nothing from my vantage point watching from the
one officer's body worn camera that showed a knife, a weapon,
or a deadly course threat that would have put anybody
that I could see on camera and immediate fear of
death or serious bodily of.
Speaker 7 (07:31):
The portion of the footage showing Dial in the other
officer removing I Rozari from his car is too graphic
to show. But this is footage of Dial driving a
severely injured Irasari in his back seat during the roughly
two minute drive to Temple Hospital. Once inside the hospital,
Dial a scene walking around and taking a few seconds
(07:52):
to wash his hands. On two occasions, it appears he
dissuades other officers from approaching him.
Speaker 9 (07:58):
Now stop.
Speaker 7 (08:01):
There's also this interaction with the hospital employee.
Speaker 3 (08:04):
Was it any signs alike?
Speaker 10 (08:05):
He was he doing anything talk and breathing anything?
Speaker 1 (08:07):
Right?
Speaker 7 (08:07):
Not fairly from what you saw, how did his demeanor
See from the time of the shooting to when he
arrived at Temple Hospital.
Speaker 3 (08:16):
His demeanor seemed.
Speaker 8 (08:20):
Normal based on what I would expect from an officer
who you've just been involved in what he was just
continually being involved in.
Speaker 3 (08:29):
Yeah, again, the video is extremely graphic.
Speaker 7 (08:32):
District Attorney Larry Krassner suggests that anyone who considers watching
it in its entirety keeps that in mind Live in
Center City this afternoon on Brian Shean, NBC.
Speaker 2 (08:41):
Technies Brian Thank You, and the bodycom of Officer Dell's
partner was also released today. The audio does not start
until after the shooting, so we can't hear from his
microphone what he said as he approached the car, but
we do hear what he told super advisors about how
the event's unfolded at the scene. This is what he
(09:03):
said six minutes after the shooting.
Speaker 9 (09:07):
As as we pull up, there.
Speaker 3 (09:09):
Starts freaking out.
Speaker 9 (09:09):
He pulls out a knife.
Speaker 3 (09:10):
I understand we're not on the I couldn't. I tried
to get this door open. I couldn't.
Speaker 11 (09:15):
Everyone else, No, No, we're good.
Speaker 9 (09:17):
This is it.
Speaker 3 (09:18):
Sorry, continued so I said. We as I pull up,
he starts freaking out. We get out. Mark comes on
the driver side. I'm over here. I try to get
the door but I can't.
Speaker 9 (09:26):
He pulls out knife.
Speaker 7 (09:27):
I tell my Mark, bok, he's gotten nice in life.
Speaker 3 (09:29):
As I guess he like. I couldn't really see because
I looked up in Martin you know where.
Speaker 9 (09:33):
I saw his body come up like this and then
Mark fired. But he had the knife. He had the
good he does.
Speaker 3 (09:39):
Have one here.
Speaker 7 (09:40):
The one he had in fell in between somewhere, but
I don't want to touch on hi.
Speaker 2 (09:47):
We will continue to provide updates.
Speaker 1 (09:54):
Okay, Okay, So uh anyway, you know, we've got uh
Detective Jake Jacobs from Philadelphia Homicide and the Option involved
shooting unit with us. And we've got our correspondent from
Tennessee veteran NCI, a special agent at greg Highlands. So
do you believe Zoris installed District Attorney Larry Krasner? Do
(10:17):
you believe the mainstream media? Because let's look at this.
This is a Shaka Johnson, right, Jake, yes, and he is.
Speaker 12 (10:33):
The attorney for the family, for the family.
Speaker 1 (10:37):
Okay, well, let's take a look at this and you
tell me if you believe this.
Speaker 3 (10:48):
As.
Speaker 13 (10:51):
As your Assori sat inside that car. It is Tuesday afternoon.
Speaker 10 (10:56):
I'm Brian taf and I'm Sarah bloom Quist. The big
story on Action News is that surveillance video that shed's
new light of the moments leading up to last Monday's
deadly shooting on Willard Street. Hirazari's family attorney says it
raises even more questions and an already controversial investigation.
Speaker 13 (11:13):
Actually, news reporter Maggie Ken was there as that video
was released. Today, She's live and Place Headquarters now with
more on what that video show is Maggie.
Speaker 14 (11:22):
Well, Brian and Sarah. As you said, this video is
very graphic, but it was important for the Irazari family
to release it to the public. They say what it
shows is a vindication of what they've been saying all
along that Eddie Irosari was innocent in this case. He
did not deserve to be shot. All of this ahead
of them planning the funeral on Thursday.
Speaker 3 (11:43):
We have some business to straighten up.
Speaker 14 (11:45):
Shaka Johnson, the lawyer for Eddie Irosari's family, released this
ring video of his final moments as officer Mark Diele
opens fire after a traffic stop. In a news conference today,
the Irozari family says eight days have gone by and
(12:06):
now they're learning what really happened on the one hundred
block of East Willard Street.
Speaker 8 (12:10):
This officer really took someone every special to us, and
I just wanted to pay the way you did.
Speaker 14 (12:18):
Initially, police set Irozari got out of the car and
lunged at officers with a knife before Officer dial opened fire.
The video shows his car door and window was closed.
Speaker 7 (12:30):
What about what you just saw could never be confused
as he got out.
Speaker 9 (12:34):
Of the car and lunched at police officers.
Speaker 14 (12:36):
One day after the shooting, after watching body warn camera footage,
Commissioner Danielle Outlaw said Irozari was in his car when
he was killed and that two knives were recovered inside.
Johnson argues the damage to his client's loved ones reputation
is done.
Speaker 9 (12:52):
There was an intentional misleading of the public.
Speaker 14 (12:58):
Now the Digit Attorney's office has that body worn camera footage.
Shaka Johnson says that his clients will offered to see
the footage on last Friday, but then that office was
I'm sorry that offer was rescinded by the District Attorney's office.
They say they are keeping that body worn camera footage
under wraps until their investigation is complete. There's also that
(13:20):
internal affairs investigation going on to see if procedure was
broken in this case. A lot to follow here, this
new surveillance video giving us a clear view of exactly
what happened. We're live at police headquarters. Maggie Kent Channel
six Action News Criyan Okay, Maggie, thank.
Speaker 1 (13:36):
You Okay again, do you believe Zero's installed district attorney
Larry Karazna, do you believe the mainstream media? Do you
believe safety guy Corey Jones? And do you believe discredited
(13:58):
defense attorney Shaka Johnson has a very interesting background, right, Jake?
So do you believe any of them? Let's look at
the body camp did The bottom line is do you
believe what you're seeing?
Speaker 3 (14:14):
Well?
Speaker 12 (14:14):
John, have you noticed in both of those news accounts?
You know, when there's certain edits on both of those
news accounts a strategic points in the broadcast.
Speaker 3 (14:31):
So I'll just put that out there.
Speaker 1 (14:33):
Yeah, exactly, and we'll we'll explain to you what edits
took place. Let's look at this uh dials Officer dials
partners body camp.
Speaker 15 (15:00):
M hmm.
Speaker 9 (15:09):
What you don't wait up already?
Speaker 3 (15:14):
Now you want to twitter the sorry?
Speaker 9 (15:17):
I want to Swiller, fun boy, hold up, boy stop.
Speaker 5 (15:24):
Fuck move the car, Mark more the car.
Speaker 9 (15:30):
Marte and get us cars please one hundred willards.
Speaker 3 (15:37):
Alright, first time? Keep looking at this ship than.
Speaker 9 (15:46):
He does. He needs a free ride. Mark, you'll not.
Speaker 3 (15:52):
But I saw my kids winner, all right, little wit Swiller.
Speaker 9 (15:57):
West would West Wilder right? But I got I got there.
Speaker 7 (16:10):
Where's the fucking I just see it?
Speaker 11 (16:18):
Rad have to get a mail?
Speaker 9 (16:19):
I know anyone approaches.
Speaker 1 (16:27):
Okay, so that's one of the body cancering. But uh,
apparently there was clearly some editing going on.
Speaker 12 (16:36):
Well you see it. It doesn't come out until after
the shooting. And you know, Jess a new example of
how stressful it was for this officer. He actually gave
the wrong location. They were actually at one hundred East Woollard.
You hear him come over the radio clearly saying one
hundred West Willard, which is you know, every minute counts,
(16:59):
as we very well know, and is it to every
second counts?
Speaker 1 (17:01):
So right, okay, So again, do you believe installed district attorney?
Do you believe what uh installed district Attorney Krasner tells you?
Do you believe the mainstream media? Do you believe that
Corey Jones security guy? And do you believe Shaka Johnson?
Speaker 3 (17:27):
Do you?
Speaker 1 (17:28):
Okay, well, let's let's look at this clip and uh
you want to you know, we'll play it a couple
of times and you can hear what the what officer
dials partner says.
Speaker 3 (17:46):
Yah.
Speaker 9 (18:00):
H yeah, okay, wait, show that.
Speaker 1 (18:13):
He's got a fucking gun, isn't it? Did you hear that?
Speaker 3 (18:17):
But says Mark, you got a gun? He gotta gun?
Speaker 15 (18:19):
Yeah, okay wa show.
Speaker 12 (18:30):
That fuck.
Speaker 3 (18:33):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (18:34):
So one more time so.
Speaker 3 (18:38):
You can understand it.
Speaker 9 (18:55):
Okay, wait, show that fucking.
Speaker 1 (19:00):
Fucking gun clear his day at the end, fucking gun,
which is edited out of the U zeros installed Larry
Krasner UH version of the video, and it's edited out
of the UH mainstream media's video on two occasions, which
(19:24):
is appalling. Can you can you trust? You can't trust
as Zero's installed district Attorney Larry Krasner, and you start,
sure as hell, can't trust them. The mainstream media they
didn't have that on their reporting, which makes a huge difference, right.
Speaker 11 (19:44):
It does?
Speaker 3 (19:45):
Oh my god? Uh.
Speaker 1 (19:48):
And it's a it's important to note that the sentence,
you know he was Mark Dahl was found guilty of what.
Speaker 12 (19:57):
Jake I believe he was found guilty of invol on
Terry Manscott that it's interesting. When kras held his press conference,
he stated that probable cars supported what he charged and
which was murdered generally and sometimes murder in first degree,
But he also stated that if it wasn't that Mark
(20:18):
Dawe was a cop, you know, but it is important
to note that Mark Dowe is a sworn law enforcement officer,
and in Pennsylvania there's a little code that Larry Krast
has already publicly voiced his disdain for this eighteen PSCs
sub section five oh eight, which is, you know, when
(20:41):
the law officers have to use of force. So he
actually says, well, Dow fired six charges, Well, what the
hell's charges? I mean, so that lets you know people
who don't know what they're talking about. The Cory guy,
I don't know what he did.
Speaker 3 (20:58):
I don't know him.
Speaker 12 (20:58):
I mean maybe I don't know him. But what I
do know is looking at what he was saying and
what actually occurred. I don't know what video he was watching.
I don't know what video he listened to. I don't
know how he calls himself a safety officer, even when
he talks about dows demeanor at the hospital. Well, I
watched Doles demean at the hospital, and mister Jones was
(21:21):
very careful with his what his wordings, saying, well, it's
after someone's been no dial was visibly I mean, it's
visibly shaken about what it occurred.
Speaker 3 (21:33):
You know, he wants to put it in.
Speaker 12 (21:34):
He wants to downplay it, like, oh, like we just
shoot people all the time. Man, You know, while he
was just normal after somebody, after he shoot somebody, this
was a crop by the news media.
Speaker 3 (21:45):
This was a crop.
Speaker 12 (21:46):
You know, both of those news outlets intentionally. Jacqueline London tried.
Speaker 7 (21:52):
To cover it up.
Speaker 3 (21:52):
That's the girl on NBC ten.
Speaker 12 (21:54):
They say, oh, we don't hear the the Morris which
is dows partner's body one camera audio. You know why
because Trashman and the DA's office took it out, just
like when they heard it through dows camera whiles why
else is they mutant gun part on dows body one camera?
(22:15):
What what is it about that it's so egregious or
so outlandis of a statement? It's not It's not any swearing.
It's the word gun.
Speaker 3 (22:24):
Why did you have to bleep out or silence the
word gun?
Speaker 12 (22:27):
That's because you wanted the public to be against Mark
Dial And that's what happened here.
Speaker 1 (22:35):
Right exactly all right, a giant miscarriage of justice of
epic proportion with video to proven. I mean, you know
this is uh, it's absolutely appalling.
Speaker 12 (22:49):
Well you know what John let me brun up another
point on the shock of Johnson video on on a
on A channel six one. That's a veillance video. Now,
depending on who you spoke to, either was overlooked or
the police department attempted to obtain it and they didn't
get it. Now, let me tell you something. The person
(23:11):
who did it and I listen, I'm not knocking him.
I believe he's a good investigator, but I'm not gonna
mention his name. But we know we've been in this
business of higher authorities, so you know, maybe he was
directed some type of way.
Speaker 3 (23:29):
But I can tell you.
Speaker 12 (23:31):
There is no way where that video was situated what
you just saw that it would not have been collected
as evidence that day, that minute, that hour, ye would
have been And if someone would have said since they
said what they were turned away, then that house would
have been secured.
Speaker 3 (23:49):
Everyone would have been brought loo.
Speaker 12 (23:51):
I would have got a search for and I would
have took the whole system everything, because that's what happens
when people are uncooperative when you need thee Why that wasn't.
Speaker 3 (24:01):
Done, I have no clue.
Speaker 12 (24:03):
But they gave it to the defense attorney who used
it and it was evidently used in this trial with
no chain of custody, no testimony about was.
Speaker 3 (24:12):
It edited, tampered with, or whatever the case may be.
None of that occurred. But I'll let you get back
to some other things we need to discuss because I'm
about to get on a soap box.
Speaker 1 (24:21):
No, that's fine, it's a perfect soapbox. Actually. I mean
if you can't see that those videos were edited or
talked over to eliminate the opportunity to for you to
hear what was said.
Speaker 12 (24:42):
Uh, you know, well, John, listen and Greg, I'll let
you talk in one second. I just want to bring
on one more point. You heard the partner when he
got into the car, he says, where the fucking I
just seen it.
Speaker 3 (24:54):
He's not talking about a darn knight. He's looking for
gun right now.
Speaker 12 (24:59):
The story chain just when the supervisors get there, and
whatever the case, maybe after you perused the car and
maybe saw whatever, but you're not backing up. You're not
retreating from a person on the driver's side with a knife.
You thought it was a gun, you yelled at dolland
was a gun, You retreat it, and then after it
was there was shot, you went there to try to
(25:19):
recover a gun, because that's what you're saying.
Speaker 3 (25:22):
That's why you say it.
Speaker 12 (25:22):
Where's the fucking and and you know what you was
talking about, you want to saying, where's the fucking Knights?
Speaker 1 (25:28):
Because yeah, yeah.
Speaker 3 (25:33):
Well sorry, Greg, I know you wanted to touch base
or something.
Speaker 11 (25:37):
No, no, I was just going to agree with you.
Speaker 16 (25:39):
And and kind of just add that by the fact
that they're beeping out the body the body cam videos
and their their narrative, they're poisoning the well of potential
jurors for a trial and and and that's pretty fucked
up for any any any legitimate you know, uh news
agency had do and and being a former Pennsylvania and
(26:02):
we all have our favorite news stations.
Speaker 11 (26:04):
I'm sure Philadelphia ten Is is.
Speaker 16 (26:07):
You know, one of the favorite news stations for that area.
The beeping out, I mean they you the first video though,
I mean we could go back. I know we can't
go back and cut the videos up, but there were
there were at least three beeps in that video. And
then the same the same video that they're showing to
(26:29):
Corey Jones or subject matter expert on Deadly Force, there
are the same spots. So we know that the video
they used for the initial part of the news story.
It's the same video that they showed their subject matter expert.
What I was doing was I was watching Corey Jones.
The way he answered it is the way that I
would answer on the stand. And and it wasn't that
(26:51):
his his his answers were incorrect.
Speaker 11 (26:53):
It was the fact that they're being placed in such
a way.
Speaker 16 (26:58):
That that it takes it takes any type of doubt
out for where he stands on it. And I don't
believe that's where he stands. I believe that he was
probably a paid subject with or expert and he's just
answering like he would.
Speaker 11 (27:13):
On on on on the stand. It was either negative.
It was either negative or positive.
Speaker 16 (27:22):
It was the fact that the way that they were
telling the story, it has that impact.
Speaker 1 (27:27):
Right. Plus uh, he wasn't shown at the video that
the actual video, No, he was shown the news video.
Speaker 16 (27:38):
And then one of the last thing that I would
say is is that leading up to that, you you
heard the one officer say that, and I can't please
telp me with the wording there's something going inside the
car that we can't see. He said that he's he
was acting irrational or there was you know, there was
activity going on the.
Speaker 11 (27:57):
Car you can't see.
Speaker 16 (27:58):
Do you know the word the wording he use from
the the.
Speaker 3 (28:02):
Video, A.
Speaker 16 (28:07):
I think what's part So when they're they're talking about
when he's explaining to the the white shirt guy's a
lieutenant probably and uh, he's explaining to his lieutenant what's
going on. He said that we we pulled him over
and and then he just started acting crazy or something
like that.
Speaker 11 (28:28):
Yeah, so that's a very important thing to see.
Speaker 16 (28:31):
So you're playing the body cam video, you can't see
any of that.
Speaker 11 (28:35):
That's what the officers seeing.
Speaker 16 (28:36):
There's all this activity going on inside the car, and
due to the tent and the reflection, that's pretty important.
Speaker 12 (28:45):
And at one point something second reaction every time that
you have.
Speaker 3 (28:51):
Yeah, that's why Corey needs to.
Speaker 12 (28:53):
Uh, he's going to play by the news people and
the new people was the one with the big checkbook.
Speaker 3 (29:01):
Then he's answering exactly the way that he needs.
Speaker 1 (29:03):
To answer for his for his benefit of having seen
the real that hasn't been manipulated and by evidence by
Krasner presenting that video, presumably it was manipulated by the
District Attorney's office.
Speaker 12 (29:23):
Well, at least progressive district attorneys talk about, you know,
fairness and everything. You have a bias towards law enforcement.
It was clearly overcharged. Now, as I stated in my letter,
you can you can try to bring you you're the
top cop. You can, I mean, you're the top prosecutor.
You can bring a case, you know, if you believe
(29:46):
there's probable cause. But can you prove the case? You know,
it's not what you believe is what you can prove.
And if you don't alter or doctor that evidence, do
you even get to that point if you don't take
out all them guns and bleep out all the guns
and all the other stuff.
Speaker 3 (30:02):
You know, because he said, among other evidence, what is
the other evidence? Larry? You know, what is it?
Speaker 12 (30:09):
So because what we saw there, we saw officers approach down.
Maybe not the greatest tactic in the world for the
driver to pull up alongside of that car and reduce
his reaction time. But I'm not going to Monday morning
quarterback on that. But who knows that too. If you
want to talk about totality of the circumstances.
Speaker 3 (30:28):
You know that reduces your time, your.
Speaker 12 (30:30):
Reaction time and Dall's reaction time because That's why you
believed you saw the gun so quickly, and that's why
Dal had to rush over there and try to, you know,
get the situation calm also.
Speaker 3 (30:44):
But it was you already were retreating and yelling he
got a gun.
Speaker 12 (30:49):
Meanwhile, that shiny object is coming up with the curved handle,
and I don't have time in one point something seconds,
you know, which is since he always had to use
criminalists and all these type of experts. Well, let's look
at the experts and tell Larry how much time you
actually have to do something like.
Speaker 1 (31:07):
This, right, So you know, I mean, you know, I
don't know whether or now. You've seen, uh, the doctored
video from the news, You've seen the doctored video from
Shaka Johnson, you've heard you've seen a security expert look
(31:32):
at look at a doctor doctored video, and you've seen
the real video that says gone anyway.
Speaker 12 (31:44):
So no, john Here's another big point that I neglected
to mention. You heard them say that, you know, the
reason Shaka had that that that's availlance video was to
show that the police department lied about it. Was there's
actions that he got out the car and lunched at
the officers.
Speaker 3 (32:04):
With a knife, which obviously never happened, but.
Speaker 12 (32:08):
There was there was a big investigation that was supposed
to happen relating to how that misinformation from that scene
got out there. Well, we're two years in that information
and that investigation has went nowhere. You know why, because
all this stuff was staged. This was a big conspiracy
to extract moneies from the citizens of the city, the
(32:30):
tax pans citizens. Because Shaka Johnson said in the news
foot this we were intentionally missed. The public was intentionally misled. Well,
if you intentionally, if you got criminal intent and it's
related to a crime because you charged down so it
was a crime, and someone intentionally misled you or participated
and attempted to corrupt that crime, then internally and criminally
(32:54):
something should have been done. Why hasn't it been Because
all this stuff and we know how Krazer loved to
charge ops, why has he charged the cop who intentionally
misled the public or why was that? Where's the investigation
of why the public was intentionally misled? Because these people
are criminals and they all work in hand in hand.
Because if Crash, he just locked up a homicide guy
(33:17):
for perjury with the witness was the convicted murderer James
burs So if people are lying, we know, Crash don't
have a lot of problem with locking them up.
Speaker 3 (33:27):
Where's the investigation into who misled the public? Larry and Shaka?
Speaker 1 (33:31):
Yes, yeah, exactly. Okay. So he was found marked. I
was found guilty again of involuntary manslaughter.
Speaker 3 (33:42):
Is that what it is? Yes?
Speaker 15 (33:43):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (33:45):
And the exigence in this, in this whole situation is
that Mark dao will Be is reportedly being sentenced on Thursday.
Speaker 3 (33:57):
Yes, but.
Speaker 1 (34:00):
The trial was his trial was out without benefit of
the real video.
Speaker 3 (34:09):
Well, we don't know.
Speaker 12 (34:10):
Now we know the umpire, which is the judge this matter.
All he can deal with is the evidence that the
defense and the prosecution puts in front of him.
Speaker 3 (34:19):
Right.
Speaker 12 (34:20):
I know, Judge, I've testified in front of Judge Bronston.
I think he's a good judge and I'm hoping that
he sees students nonsense, which he's also an intelligent person,
so let's hope that he.
Speaker 3 (34:34):
Sees through this nonsense.
Speaker 12 (34:36):
I know he knows the law as far as sub
section five a week and we'll and we'll see.
Speaker 1 (34:44):
And uh, Jake, you were kind enough to apprise the
judge via letter.
Speaker 12 (34:50):
Yes, the letterature just had on the screen was something
that I didn't know because I didn't attend. Now Rob
Cipriano attended the trial. I did, so I didn't want
to get beyond my skis, so I figured what we
all witness just now. If this was placed in front
of Judge Bronson and he didn't know about it, he should.
Speaker 1 (35:13):
Right absolutely. I mean, you've got a situation where you've
got video of the event that apparently wasn't shown to
the jury or shown to the judge. So, Judge Bronson,
you know it would be a im sure it would
(35:35):
be good to see if you read Jake's letter detailing
what you didn't at your disposal before.
Speaker 12 (35:46):
Well, the intentionally tamped there's one thing for NBC ten
or Channel six to do what they did there.
Speaker 3 (35:53):
You know, if you want to call.
Speaker 12 (35:54):
Them a news outlet at this point, you know they
in form an apartment the way they see fit with
Corey and everyone else. But it's another thing where you
intentionally tamper with evidence in a criminal trial in order
to convict the law enforcement officer who you have disdain for. Right,
that's the whole different. That's not every intend doing it.
(36:15):
That's not Shaka Johnson doing it, because Shaka Johnson's not
in this case. Now, if Shaka Johnson's stuff goes to
a trial and he decides to mislead the court, then
wearing a whole nother ball of wax.
Speaker 1 (36:28):
Dia, right right. So yeah, and you know the my
producer has been kind of enough to highlight number five
in the Philadelphia Police Department directive body worn cameras to
reserve visual and audio information for use in current and
(36:48):
future investigations.
Speaker 12 (36:51):
Until if you go down a little bit to the policy,
I want to just point something else out there, all
r right there, you see their body war cameras was activity.
That's the policy whenever initiating any vehicle or foot pursuit.
They were with this guy for a while and you
(37:11):
saw their body war cameras activity. How is it that
is convenient that the person who was yelling there was
a gun audio is not working until after the shooting,
until after that because you didn't want to because you
clearly heard it and then you clearly deleted it.
Speaker 15 (37:31):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (37:33):
Well, the bottom line is, you know, a reasonable person
would tend not to believe Zero's installed. District Attorney Larry
Kreisner or the mainstream media that reported on this case.
Speaker 12 (37:50):
I wish I could say that's true, John, But you
had twelve jurors, you know, unfortnately.
Speaker 1 (37:55):
They didn't have benefit of this eleven seconds of video.
Speaker 3 (37:58):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (38:01):
So anyway, you're happy to comment, You're welcome to comment,
but I think you should, uh, you know, see this
one more time, this eleven second video. Gun, he says, gun. Okay,
(38:38):
uh again, you know, Jake take uh whatever Zoros installed,
the district Attorney Krasner and the mainstream media whatever they
say with a grain of salt.
Speaker 12 (38:56):
You know, it's it's it's crazy because you're ruining the
people for whatever reason.
Speaker 3 (39:02):
You know, in the panel matter.
Speaker 12 (39:04):
You know, I was getting all kinds of information about
his wife and in this family. You know, it's all
kinds of stuff. You know, you're waning people lives for
whatever bullshit you got going on in your born right.
You know, it's crazy, It's great.
Speaker 1 (39:20):
Greg, Okay, yeah, Greg, you have something.
Speaker 11 (39:24):
No, No, I'm just not in my head in agreement.
Speaker 3 (39:27):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (39:28):
So, uh, you know Jake sent this letter to uh
honorable Judge Bronson. Bronson, right, yes, okay, so Judge, you
got to look at this, look at this letter and understand.
H Obviously you know you're a smart you're an intelligent guy,
(39:53):
and decision was made without benefit of all the facts.
So you know, uh, Officer dial is supposed to be
sentenced on Thursday, and we'll update you as that goes on.
But now you know that not all the all the
(40:13):
information was presented and decision was made with the lack
of information. Okay, so tell us what you think. We'd
be happy to hear it. Okay, guys, I appreciate you
taking the time to tell us what you see, yeah,
(40:37):
and comparing uh, you know, Krasner's and the MSM's statements
and videos against the real video. Okay, thanks guys, appreciate it.
Speaker 3 (40:53):
Thanks guys, Thanks guys.
Speaker 1 (40:54):
Thanks now, take care.
