(01:46):
who do we have? We usually have an investigative reporter
of raps Ipriano from a big trial, and he has
experienced a medical problem that he's trying to resolve, so
you know, he's not going to be with us today,
but you know, hopefully we'll have him back shortly. He's
(02:11):
a previous, uh staff writer for the Los Angeles Times
and the now defund Philadelphia Choir, and he writes for
the New news Week and he also obviously writes for
Pig Trial. So you want to, you know, keep your
eyes open for that because I know there's a lot
of reporting on ras He does all the reporting on Krasner,
(02:33):
while the other media outlet's uh, let Krasner go, so,
which is horrible. So, anyway, who do we have. We've

Thank you. Sandy Hurricane Mgdano from Nashville, Tennise. She's a
former New York State Assembly candidate, soon to be one
in Tennessee. And it's heading that way right so, and
we'll talk about that later. But and I wanted to
mention that Detectiveanda Midlars from Buffalo PD retired. She's beyond
(03:33):
the scenes with us, getting everything together for us and
does a hell of a chat. So Anna, thank you.

Uh?
Speaker 1 (04:03):
Can you can you pronounce these two U two groups?
Speaker 3 (04:15):
Trend Roqua and trans The. So who's drinking the koolie?
Is that is water kool aid? I mean, which one
is it?
Speaker 1 (04:29):
I saw this we posted on our on our Twitter
feed at search warrant one. I mean you can. I
think it's a comedian, but he's making a point.
Speaker 2 (04:39):
Here, Fred the other I think trans The and Raley
gangs are friends.
Speaker 1 (04:50):
Yeah, I'm sure they I'm sure they're friends. But anyway,
if you go to our twitter feed, you'll see that.
And uh, there's a video that att had just do it.
The guy at the below the photographs identifying the different
groups indicates the difference between the ombres. So you might
(05:13):
want to, you know, check that out. Okay, So anyway, okay, so, uh,
and I wanted to mention this again. You know, justice
for Brad Lunsford. Uh, the frivolous prosecutorial motions are still going.
And uh, Raoul Torres, you know, well you.
Speaker 3 (05:36):
Have retired judges too busy hiding out trend Ragua.
Speaker 2 (05:43):
Yeah, yeah, you're way So.
Speaker 1 (05:48):
Well, is there a possibility that the trans the are
hanging out at the judges houses. That's the question. Maybe
they just got them confused, right you think?
Speaker 2 (06:06):
I think it's justin New Mexico in Wisconsin, right right?
Speaker 1 (06:11):
Hey, So do you guys, let's guess how old is
Bill Belichick? Twenty five, twenty five?
Speaker 4 (06:20):
Greg, I think he's probably late sixties.
Speaker 1 (06:24):
Sandy, I think he's early seventies.
Speaker 2 (06:27):
Yeah, I think he's in the seventies.
Speaker 1 (06:30):
Okay, So he's seventy three. His girlfriend is fifty years
younger than him, Yes, forty nine nine years old though,
excuse me, we.
Speaker 2 (06:42):
Like to report facts here.
Speaker 1 (06:44):
Yeah, right, Okay, he's seventy three, she's twenty four. She's
forty nine years younger than Bill Belichick. So Bill, can
you bring up the Bill Belichick website. I think it's
a it's number eight, Okay. Bill Belichick's girlfriend crashing interview
(07:11):
among notable moments from CBS News this morning. So, yike,
they think that that, Jake, Greg, Sandy, do you think
it's a hostage situation?
Speaker 5 (07:29):
See this girl's night after his money or anything?
Speaker 2 (07:31):
Is she hospice or hostage?
Speaker 1 (07:35):
It's as hospice situations situation. Do you have any thoughts
on that?
Speaker 4 (07:44):
What was he thinking?
Speaker 5 (07:45):
What was he thinking?
Speaker 2 (07:49):
I don't know.
Speaker 1 (07:49):
It's got the sports dude, you know, freaking out. She's
wearing high heels to practices too.
Speaker 5 (07:58):
And they're dressed in the same color.
Speaker 1 (08:00):
Please right, Yeah, So any other thoughts on that. I'm
just trying to the sports writers and commentators are saying
it's a hostage situation where Jake thinks it's a hospice situation.
Speaker 4 (08:22):
I like the way Jake's thincond Yeah.
Speaker 2 (08:26):
Oh got it.
Speaker 1 (08:27):
And he shows up. Bill Belichick shows up with a
ripped navy sweatshirt. Did you see that?
Speaker 4 (08:36):
I love his fashion? Hey, I love the cutting off
the sweat So you have a little I mean, I
think he's very fashionable. My wife hates it.
Speaker 1 (08:47):
But yeah, well I guess well, the girlfriend that's twenty
four doesn't work cut off sweat band shirts, but she
does ware heels. Two praxises apparently. So anyway, Hey, so
let's uh, okay, let's get into this epidemic of the missing.
(09:14):
Oh yeah, seventies. Somebody gets the seventies. Yeah it's correct, Bill,
you're correct. So okay, so let's get into this. There's
some real problems at Nashville, Tennessee. Okay, you're at Nashville.
You're in Nashville.
Speaker 2 (09:29):
Yeah, what did you do? Yeah?
Speaker 1 (09:31):
And Greg is in uh Am? I correct? I get
to screwed up. Are you in Western Tennessee or Eastern Tennessee.
Speaker 4 (09:40):
I'm in the northeast Tennessee. I'm in the Smoky Mountains.
Speaker 1 (09:43):
Oh okay, north East tennesseety How far away from Nashville
are you?
Speaker 4 (09:50):
It takes me about five hours to go to Nashville.
Speaker 1 (09:53):
Oh holy shit.
Speaker 4 (09:55):
I get down eighty one to I forty and then
cut forty across to Nashville.
Speaker 1 (10:02):
Okay, these are in no particular freaking order because I
didn't have time to make them. Oh wait, I want
to show this. This is This is downtown Rochester, which
could be mistaken for downtown Philadelphia. But this is Anny Corner.
Speaker 4 (10:21):
All right, guys, got an update on the Henny Corner.
Speaker 2 (10:26):
Got sip rackster that means.
Speaker 6 (10:29):
Stay in the prayer.
Speaker 4 (10:30):
I had to look that up on the old Urban Dictionary.
But all the bottles of Henny point the collection here
around the corner of Holland Beck.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
And Avenue B.
Speaker 4 (10:42):
So I'm gonna get the fuck out of here. You
have a good day to better tomorrow. Guys.
Speaker 1 (10:52):
For those of you familiar with downtown Rochester, the Avenue,
the Alphabet avenues are a disaster and like you said,
he's going to get the fuck out of there.
Speaker 2 (11:01):
Yeah, so, but.
Speaker 1 (11:03):
You know that's a pleasant tribute, you know, and titles right, Okay,
so sorry, okay, So some of these videos were made
just recently. But there's a follow up on it, and
(11:24):
we'll get into that, but you just want to listen
to this.
Speaker 6 (11:30):
There's another person that come up missing in downtown Nashville,
been out on Broadway. Taylor Boyling is thirty years old.
Played for the for a hockey team they're down here
in Nashville. Went out to Jason al Deanes and that's
where he was last seeing. At like one am, they
found his phone discorded over by Bridgestone Arena. Nobody knows
(11:51):
where he's at. As we know, in the past, people
have gotten intoxicated, walked down Broadway and ended up in
the river.
Speaker 2 (11:59):
They've done found three people this week in the river.
Speaker 6 (12:02):
There's a video surfacing of him dancing with a girl,
had a cowboy hat on at Jason Alden's. His brother's
supposed to be flying in tomorrow from Vancouver to come
help find him. They need to search the river. I
mean they've done found three people this week. They need
to search the river. I don't know what they didn't
do it with Riley Strain off the bat. They need
(12:25):
to have somebody in the river dragging it. Not saying
that's where he's at, but it wouldn't be a bad
place to start and then go from there.
Speaker 5 (12:39):
Okay, that's found in a field.
Speaker 1 (12:41):
Yeah no, no, no, there's an update on that and
we'll get to that. Thanks. And this is the second one.
I mean is there's a lot of them. Actually, I
just picked a couple of random ones that give you
an idea of what the hell is going on down there.
Speaker 7 (12:55):
Hey guys, I hope you're enjoying your Sunday morning here
in nash So we got another missing person here, Taylor Boiling.
I think his name is thirty years old. Last place
he was seen was Al Dean's. So, you know what,
I'm just gonna do this. I don't care they consume me.
(13:16):
I got a bone to pick with Al Dean's Bar.
Jason Alden's Bar has had some of the worst worst
things happen at their barn the girls that messaged me
saying they got their drink spiked they were at Al Dean's.
So Al Dean's I got a bone to pick with
you guys, and I don't care.
Speaker 2 (13:37):
You can have your lawyers call me.
Speaker 7 (13:39):
I'm not gonna stop and assume me what's half in nothing.
Al Deans has literally just I don't know what it is, man,
but they have had the worst reputation for people getting intoxicated,
getting thrown out in the street, girls getting their drink spiked.
I mean, it's fucking insane. I would stay the fuck
(14:01):
away from Alban's so, but unfortunately, thirty year old men
don't go missing. Thirty year old men become incapacitated and
then someone finds them.
Speaker 2 (14:15):
This has got to stop, man.
Speaker 7 (14:17):
You know these tourists come here and they just drink
their faces off, and I just I don't know why
it happens here so much. I hope he's found safe,
but we all know that's probably not what's going to happen.
So prayers for the family.
Speaker 1 (14:44):
Are they drinking their faces off down there?
Speaker 8 (14:47):
Yeah they are, Oh they are, and they start early
in the morning.
Speaker 1 (14:51):
Oh great, So what's the name of that Bar.
Speaker 2 (14:57):
Jason.
Speaker 5 (14:59):
It's kind of your kid Rocks Bar, but they're all
on that strip.
Speaker 4 (15:02):
Yeah, Jason el Deane's the country musician that did the song.
Try that in a small town.
Speaker 2 (15:10):
Oh really?
Speaker 4 (15:11):
Yeah?
Speaker 2 (15:12):
Wow?
Speaker 1 (15:14):
Okay, so there's an update to that. But there's a
lot of other missing people. I don't know what the
hell is going on, but this is an update because
that thing was Sunday that they were trying to find him.
So okay, so they found him yesterday. Today is the thirtieth, right,
so yesterday was the twenty ninth. They found him. That's
(15:36):
Taylor what's his name?
Speaker 4 (15:38):
What?
Speaker 1 (15:39):
The hockey guy? But he was thirty miles away and
it looked like he was drugged through a extensive briar
patch kind of situation because he had scrapes all over
his buddy. Be interesting to hear what the hell goes
(16:00):
going on with that thirty miles away? His phone is
near the river? Right, didn't he say his phone was
found near the river? And then he's thirty miles away
in a field somewhere with significant death abrasions. And then
(16:24):
this one in a post on Reddit from a woman
who says she works security at various bars, Downtown Naturville
also shared some tips for visitors, like taking photos with
your friends before you go out, so that's easier for
someone to help you find them. You can, keeping an
eye on your drink, and using drink covers. So I
(16:47):
just think I saw this morning where they were warning
people to specifically at that bar to you know, keep
your drink on you all at all times.
Speaker 9 (17:03):
I don't go on to Broadway often unless somebody comes
into town. But when you're down there, I absolutely if
I put my drink down on a bar, I'd never
pick it back up.
Speaker 5 (17:13):
And I watched them pour a glass of wine. I
don't just take it. You know, nothing happened.
Speaker 1 (17:19):
You have to be very was going on down there.
I mean it's are I mean, you know, Sandy, you're
right there at.
Speaker 5 (17:28):
Nashville US Targets down there thankfully.
Speaker 4 (17:32):
Weird culture in uh downtown Nashville. You have the clubs
that are all side by side and they're loud. I
mean you sit in one club and you hear the
music from another club. You have copious amounts of alcohol
in the clubs. And then on the street you have
these party buses are going up and down the street
(17:53):
and typically they're they're women with having bridle showers and
that kind of stuff, and they're off the hook. And
then you have this underculture down there of I don't want,
I don't you use. I'm just going to use the
names that I know. Please forgive me if I say
something I shouldn't. Street urchins who are you know, they're
(18:18):
they're running their own rackets, you know, the began and
things like that. A lot of them are not quite
the country music type musicians, but they're more the stuff
that I like. I like the bluegrass and things like that,
and and it's it's just kind of crazy. The whole
the whole vibe down there is is really just kind
(18:38):
of weird. When I go there, I only I try
not to go there. I'm sorry, Sandy, I agree with you.
I can't. I can't get comfortable when I'm down there.
I don't want to drink because I feel like I
have to protect all my people. And the only thing
I would say is I'm really kind of surprised they
don't teach the buddy system, even for dudes. You to
(19:00):
go out and drink yourself into oblivion by yourself. I mean,
those are kind of common sense things.
Speaker 1 (19:07):
So I get the I mean, correct me if I'm wrong.
I got the impression that, uh, Nashville is the East
version of Las Vegas.
Speaker 4 (19:19):
Maybe I was liking it more of the vibe because
Las Vegas has spread out. It's more the vibe of
New Orleans. You just you can walk everywhere. I don't
know how you walk everywhere because you're usually plastered after
the second or third place you're visited.
Speaker 3 (19:37):
Right, Yeah, New Orleans, San Diego and Nashville have being
tight strip club extored each other, like Greg was talking about,
with the music and the drinks, the whole thing, Like
Bourbon Street. I forgot the street in San Diego. I
forgot what that name of that street's called. And Broadway
seeing red light just something blue. Some district I forgot,
(20:01):
gas light district, gas light district.
Speaker 2 (20:03):
There you go.
Speaker 1 (20:04):
Well, so I have a really good friend. Let's a
legendary K nine handler. His name is Fred. If you're listening,
he's from Las Vegas. So we'll have to have him
on and we'll compare and contrast. How about that? So
maybe we can do that and then a couple of weeks. Anyway,
(20:27):
any other thoughts relative to the missing people in Nashville
and Spike getting your drink spiked.
Speaker 5 (20:37):
I don't think they're bringing enough attention to the problem because.
Speaker 1 (20:41):
I don't understand how the hell it's all over. You know, TikTok,
but you can't find a news article about it.
Speaker 2 (20:53):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (20:53):
I was gonna show one of the videos that I
didn't get a chance to have Bill kindly upload. But
they say that they're doing it, they're not reporting it
because it'll hurt tourism. Yes, yeah, So if you're in Nashville, man, uh,
(21:15):
you know, like Greg was sand you know, you should
have the buddy system. And two, you shouldn't drink a
face off. I mean, you can't see ship if you try,
if you if you drink a face off anyway, and
most people go for the atmosphere, right watch.
Speaker 4 (21:31):
You'll go for the atmosphere. You go to drink. That's
the only reason why you go downtown.
Speaker 3 (21:37):
You know.
Speaker 1 (21:37):
We talked to Sandy before she's hopefully she's still on
the hunt for the mcbees. I don't know, have you
heard about the mcbee's. I think Jake's familiar with when
we when we said that, Greg, I don't know, what
do you They're a huge conglomerate of agricultural guys that
(21:58):
are farmers and cowboys and their name is McBee. They
have a series on some channel. I don't know what
it is, but they have a hell of a lot
of land and it's beef, right, I think it's beef.
But they have a condominium in Nashville and they drive
(22:19):
from Missouri I think, to Nashville on the weekends and
gets it and they drink their faces off and they
drink the.
Speaker 4 (22:30):
Yeah, a couple of blocks off of Main Street, you
have the country and uh Country Music Hall of Fame,
and then you have the Predator where the hockey team
plays the Predators. Is that Firestone Bridgetone? Is it bridge
Stone Bridgestone? Yeah, So you do have stuff a couple off,
(22:52):
but then you don't want to go any further off
of those streets, and then you're you're kind of in
the neighborhoods uh So I can't imagine that.
Speaker 2 (23:02):
Okay, quiet and dark and lonely pretty quick.
Speaker 4 (23:07):
Exactly, very well put.
Speaker 1 (23:10):
So, what is the main attraction in Nashville? I mean,
I know it's a country music.
Speaker 4 (23:16):
Well, there's a lot of things to see you drinking.
Speaker 1 (23:19):
Your face off, but if the Is there anything else.
Speaker 4 (23:21):
You have lobby? Yeah, there's a lot of you know,
if you're going to go into country music, that's you
have to go to Nashville. I mean, that's that's where
it all begins. The problem though, is is that you know,
you know, every city wants to be that city, and
(23:42):
you know the alcohol and everything else, and I and
I like, I like to drink my beer as well,
but I don't. I'm to the age now that I
don't want to go anywhere because I want to take
a nap after I have it.
Speaker 1 (23:56):
Boy, So we're going to have to get a bottle
of Cypriano wine, right.
Speaker 2 (24:04):
With Bill Belichick?
Speaker 1 (24:06):
Yeah, drend.
Speaker 2 (24:12):
Right. You probably got them in the San Diego strip.
Speaker 4 (24:16):
I gotta ask you. I mean, I can't believe the
amount of amber alerts and silver alerts. I have never
lived in a state but had so many. I mean,
they're it just seems like they're always going off on
your phone.
Speaker 8 (24:29):
Yes, I'm host Daley, Greg, You're not wrong about that,
and it's it's crazy.
Speaker 5 (24:36):
I don't know people. You're right, people.
Speaker 1 (24:38):
What's what's the name of that bar again?
Speaker 2 (24:45):
Okay?
Speaker 1 (24:45):
Can you say it slowly?
Speaker 2 (24:47):
Al Dean's Jason al Dean, but.
Speaker 1 (24:51):
Des Jason hal Dean's.
Speaker 2 (24:54):
Yes, I think it's called out Deans. Is that the
right bar is called out Deans.
Speaker 1 (24:59):
I don't know.
Speaker 8 (25:00):
I'm not really sure. I've been in there once. Like
I try to avoid downtown Nashville. I mean, there's so.
Speaker 2 (25:07):
Much to do.
Speaker 1 (25:07):
Bill found the well, the art found the the Google
maps of the place that we can get an idea
of where it's at.
Speaker 2 (25:18):
And how far away from the river.
Speaker 1 (25:22):
It's not far away from the river. Where it is
far away?
Speaker 2 (25:24):
Well, the river is right there.
Speaker 3 (25:25):
And don't the spread right across the street, right right
above the right across the river.
Speaker 1 (25:31):
What the hell river is it?
Speaker 2 (25:34):
Oh?
Speaker 5 (25:34):
Is that it's the Cumberland River.
Speaker 1 (25:40):
Oh jesus. Yeah, So that's where you drink your face off.
So it looks like at least three stories to high.
Speaker 5 (25:55):
They all are.
Speaker 1 (25:55):
They have multiple They have some kind of rooftop situation
going uh yeah.
Speaker 2 (26:01):
I know recently.
Speaker 3 (26:02):
I'm not sure if it was Jason al Deane's place,
but it was somebody, and I think they were relatively
well known through a something off of a roof and
almost killed somebody because he was because he had drank
his face off I forgot the person who did it,
but Morgan, that's what it was.
Speaker 1 (26:20):
Yeah, I was just gonna ask how many people have
been flying off the roof? I mean, I've had cases
overseas where they throw girls off the tops of roofs
for ships and giggles. Anyway, Yeah, I'm surprised that hasn't happened.
(26:42):
Not that i'd want it to happen, you know what
i mean. So Okay, well, you know, we'll keep an
eye on what the hell's going on in Nashville, right, Sandy,
the hell's going on. I am shocked though that it
hasn't made the mainstream.
Speaker 5 (27:00):
Who's they don't want it to Yeah he's not.
Speaker 2 (27:04):
He wasn't a member of MS thirteen.
Speaker 1 (27:07):
Yeah, it's right, right, is that? Yeah? Exactly what. It's
a Republican or down there, isn't it.
Speaker 5 (27:15):
No, No, the mayor.
Speaker 9 (27:17):
Actually, there's a big protest tomorrow that I'll be at.
They're trying to raise property texts like forty six percent,
So down at the library downtown they're all going to
be protesting the mayor, who's a Democrat, his speech and
his ideas. The guy's got the personality of a snail
and not one good idea to his name, and a
(27:41):
lot of people are very upset.
Speaker 1 (27:43):
Maybe you should ask him about that missing fricking people
down there, how about that? Yeah, you're going to get
an attack like Jack Pasobic did yesterday? Right, did you say
that Jach Pacobic got attacked at the Jamie Raskin Riley,
I didn't see that by all his rasking meisters.
Speaker 3 (28:07):
Yeah, we need to rank one day the worst Democratic
run placement because Maryland, I mean you got rasking Ivy,
what's the other guy?
Speaker 2 (28:20):
What's the senator from? Uh? For Maryland?
Speaker 3 (28:23):
Just got caught up, not caught up in something, just
as something. Raskal is the congressman, the senator. Oh, the
guy went down to meet the garden.
Speaker 1 (28:34):
Oh the he tried to rescue They.
Speaker 3 (28:38):
Tried to rescue the guy. Yeah, Senator, I forgot his
darn name. Oh god, what you got New York? You
got Maryland? You know the Republican state. I guess that's
jacked up. And maybe Kentucky. You know they got guys
bucking the plan, but.
Speaker 1 (28:53):
They show Uh, let me ask you this, what do
you know about ten of the locks? Or I guess
they call them gates at Kentucky they have a river
that's going through it or something where they control the water.
But all ten of the locks or gates were mistakenly opened,
(29:20):
oops like yesterday. Hopefully they have that under control anyway. Okay,
let's talk about it.
Speaker 3 (29:28):
Will You have about two to five million got aways
as possibly terrorists were enter the country, so it doesn't
take too many of them to unlock a few gates, right.
Speaker 1 (29:39):
Yeah, exactly, exactly. Okay, So I want to talk about
this Arizona thing. I want to get your thoughts on
this again. It's the same goddamn thing Nashville missing people,
spike drinks. You don't hear it on the mainstream media
(29:59):
at all. I couldn't find a single article about that.
Speaker 4 (30:03):
I was looking it up last night too, because you
brought it up, and I found very little about it.
Speaker 1 (30:08):
Yeah, so how about this Arizona thing. Got a couple
bunch of videos here, and there are no particular fucking order, sorry,
but you'll follow along here we go.
Speaker 10 (30:22):
Guys, have you seen Wiggins wild World TikTok account. These
two have come across some really crazy stuff in their
homestead that they just moved to in the desert about
fifteen miles away from the border, and they came across
a whole bunch of shoes and kids backpacks, kids' shoes
(30:44):
that were untied. It's intense. And here's a clip of
what I'm talking about.
Speaker 2 (30:51):
So here's the.
Speaker 11 (30:52):
Boots we found, the match to the green boot that
started it all yesterday, Like little girls, pink, glitterally glittery,
purple nikes. All the stuff that we're finding, except for
one pair of boxers, are women and children's. Like every
backpack we're seeing is little and pink or purple.
Speaker 10 (31:17):
Yeah, he even found a bone that was next to
a pair of kids' pants. He has mentioned that this
is about fifteen miles away from the border, but it's
in a place that does not have any roads. It's
off grid. They're trying to do a whole homestead and
(31:40):
they came across this stuff. He was also talking about
how he had a neighbor that was like, don't do
any social media stuff and was being a little sketchy.
So this is happening in real time, and I'm really
interested to see how this is going to play out.
(32:01):
Here is the TikTok account. It's Wiggans Wild World. I'll
be tagging him on this so you guys can follow
this in real time as well. I'm invested and I
want to see what the hell is going on there.
If you are a journalist, please please look into this story.
(32:22):
We need to figure out what the hell is going
on and hopefully we can expose this and get this
out there. All signs are leading to traffic.
Speaker 3 (32:34):
Ing.
Speaker 1 (32:41):
Parently, you can't say trafficking on TikTok. What. Yeah, there's
words that you can't say.
Speaker 2 (32:52):
Try so old that I imagine.
Speaker 1 (32:55):
Yeah, nope. Shit. So there's several more videos here again
or not in order, but it gives you a drift
of what the hell's going on. That first one gives
you an idea of what the hell's going on. This
is the actual couple that discovered these things. Hey, guys,
(33:18):
then get it to come up. Hey guys, we made
it back.
Speaker 11 (33:21):
We got an opportunity to talk to some neighbors, the
strapped ones, and we have a text chain going and
everybody's aware of the situation that needs to be that
we trust. Another update, We had an opportunity to talk
to like a forensic anthropologist who's like learning from some
of the best in the nation right now, and they
(33:44):
were pretty certain one of the bones that we found,
a lower tibia in one of our YouTube videos that
had been severed, is could most definitely be a lower
leg bone of a adolescent person.
Speaker 1 (33:58):
So yeah, that stuff in mind. We have more to
talk about.
Speaker 11 (34:04):
We're feeling safe at this time though, especially during the
day and stuff. But all you guys that have reached
out about gates and cameras and stuff, thank you. We
need to obviously do a bunch of that. But yeah,
we can't go live on TikTok right now.
Speaker 12 (34:18):
Yeah, they gave us a violation yesterday for our last
live and they've removed our live access at least for now.
We appealed it and we haven't heard back yet. But
we're going to go live on YouTube pretty soon. I
don't know when exactly, but just subscribe to us on
there and you'll get a notification. The link for it
is in our bio. But yeah, so we'll let you
(34:41):
know also on here when we get our access back
to go.
Speaker 1 (34:44):
Live on here, and when we'll go live on YouTube.
Speaker 12 (34:46):
And when we'll go live on youtubell put up a
video or post on our story or something. We're both
absolutely but yeah, that's really it. Thanks for tuning in
you guys.
Speaker 1 (34:56):
Thank you so much for all Thank you for all.
Speaker 12 (34:58):
Love and support.
Speaker 13 (34:58):
We appreciate it a lot.
Speaker 1 (35:00):
Yeah, well, okay, so here's some more of that.
Speaker 11 (35:11):
Well now I'm recording, like ready to TikTok because like
shit is getting real now. So we're off north of
our property a little bit, and we were looking for
places that naturally hold water and we found this like
little pond that's like north of an arroyo, and this
thing is filled with kids backpacks, like and there's like
(35:37):
a mound here and like and.
Speaker 12 (35:39):
There's like a bunch of wildlife activity.
Speaker 11 (35:43):
Like like if you dig down, it's like there's backpacks,
there's little kids backpacks here.
Speaker 2 (35:52):
It will be too loud, Like there are.
Speaker 1 (35:55):
Kids fucking backpacks here.
Speaker 11 (35:59):
I'm armed, Like, but like, we found a place out
in the middle of the desert north of our property that.
Speaker 1 (36:09):
Has bones and boots.
Speaker 11 (36:11):
And sorts of kids backpacks. Yeah, this is getting really
really weird. Do you smell that? What something smells like sweet? No,
(36:33):
Like it smells like laundry detergent.
Speaker 1 (36:36):
Do you smell that?
Speaker 2 (36:37):
And there's like, well you know.
Speaker 1 (36:38):
What smells that's like sweet?
Speaker 12 (36:40):
Like that in places like out here.
Speaker 11 (36:48):
So we just hit a point where we found like
our fifth backpack or bag after finding that boot, and uh, yeah,
we're done. We're gonna head back to the property. I'm
gonna have to contact somebody about this because one of
our neighbors was really really interested when we found bones
(37:09):
on our property, and that guy's been really really against
us having social media. So I think it's.
Speaker 2 (37:18):
Sorry. We're kind of in shock.
Speaker 11 (37:21):
Yeah, so we're gonna have to figure this out. But
we just found a bunch of backpacks and like personal belongings.
Speaker 1 (37:35):
Okay, so you know, the question is is the local
or state or federal law enforcement of pursuing it? And
the answer is no.
Speaker 5 (37:49):
Oh my god.
Speaker 1 (37:51):
So, I mean there's all kinds of bizarre allegations flying around.
Maybe some of these additional videos there's only a couple more,
but it gives you an idea of what theylls. I
think it mentions the allegations.
Speaker 5 (38:09):
Update update on the children's.
Speaker 14 (38:24):
Update on the children's clothes, shoes, and possible remains found
on the land in Arizona. If you're not sure what
I'm talking about, you can follow this comment back. But
from what I'm gathering, the items and possible remains were
not found on their property. They were found a little
bit north of their property. They said that law enforcement's
not returning any of their phone calls. In fact, when
(38:47):
they called the FBI, their number had been listed as
a false reporting number.
Speaker 5 (38:53):
Blocked basically by the FBI.
Speaker 14 (38:55):
I was able to catch them live a little while ago,
and this is what they had to say. They're now
in a hotel because they don't feel safe on their property.
Speaker 11 (39:03):
Listen to this, like, because we don't feel safe, we
don't want to go back there.
Speaker 1 (39:08):
We found something we were concerned.
Speaker 11 (39:11):
Everybody's like reported, We reported it, and now we've met
nothing but resistance and intimidation, and now we got to go.
When I called the FBI, my number had been flagged
by law enforcement as a false tip number. That was
two days ago, which was the first time we got
freaked out, which means we were in contact with a
law enforcement officer that's.
Speaker 1 (39:32):
Trying to keep me quiet.
Speaker 11 (39:33):
We've been accused of scamming and being scammers. We've turned
down every dollar that we have been sent. I'm just
trying to keep us safe.
Speaker 2 (39:40):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (39:41):
I love you guys, I appreciate you so much.
Speaker 5 (39:43):
I don't know what's going on, but I know this
is crazy.
Speaker 14 (39:46):
I will let you guys know if I find anything
else out, okay.
Speaker 1 (39:54):
So wow, and then uh okay, I'll just get all off.
These These were remaining ones to see, Hi, guys, that's.
Speaker 2 (40:04):
My true.
Speaker 13 (40:06):
Holy shit, guys, have y'all seen that freaking video. This
dude was walking around his new property in the Arizona
Desert and found kids boots buried there. Fans told him
to call the cops, right but then he dug up
more crazy shit like thirty kids backpacks and a bunch
more shoes. Straight up looks like children's bodies might have
been dumped there years ago. Fucking creepy as hell, So
(40:29):
he actually reported it, but now the video's gone. Cops
showed up and did the most suspicious shit, told him
to shut the fuck up, immediately threatened to confiscate his
stuff if he kept posting online, and straight up refused
to investigate. They pulled that private land bullshit as an excuse.
Speaker 5 (40:47):
Since when the.
Speaker 1 (40:47):
Cops tell property owners to stay.
Speaker 13 (40:49):
Quiet about possible crimes on their own land land of
the free? My ass, This reeks of some government cover up.
What the hell are they gagging this guy instead of
making dead kids backpacks. Since when do we, like corrupt
bastards decide what we can talk about. This is some
nineteen eighty four level bullshit happening in our backyard. What
(41:10):
the actual fuck are they hiding?
Speaker 1 (41:14):
Okay, so do you have any thoughts on that?
Speaker 5 (41:21):
Terrible, it's disgusting.
Speaker 4 (41:25):
So they're in Arizona. They're down near the border.
Speaker 1 (41:29):
She said, fifteen miles from the border.
Speaker 4 (41:32):
So it's very common for border crossings that they bag
your stuff up. They do the crossing, and then they
get in near an area where they're gonna up in
you're a city or whatever, they change their clothes and
they ditch the bags and stuff. That's been going on
probably since I was a marine and camp Penalton and
(41:52):
we did our twenty mile ar out in the desert,
and we came across sites like that all over the
place out there. So I don't know about the bones
and stuff, but the shedded backpacks and shoes and clothes
and stuff. That's kind of normal. Have a border patrol
guy on he tell you all about it.
Speaker 1 (42:14):
Yeah, yeah, Well, the problem is one of the problems. Well,
there's several allegations that these people are making it up
to make more money on their channel one he says
he doesn't isn't accepting any money.
Speaker 2 (42:32):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (42:33):
The second thing is is that they have a homestead there,
but where they found it is on somebody else's property.
Speaker 4 (42:48):
So he said in the one video, we've turned down
every dollar that's been sent, right, So don't I don't
know what that's all about. I'm not gonna pooh pooh
what's going on here, because my understanding is there's a
great disparity and accountability of children who've been uh the
(43:08):
illegals across their locations currently. So there is you know,
it's out there. You know, people can do their own
research or whatever finding bones. I mean, you know this
is word of mouth throughout the law enforcement community that
people die and these crossings. Are not going to report
those crossings. I'm not going to report those desks because
(43:30):
they're in the middle of a legal activity as it is.
But it's definitely should be investigated. I mean, not take
anything away from I.
Speaker 1 (43:42):
Don't understand why. Well, again, this ship is not making
the mainstream media.
Speaker 4 (43:50):
You know a lot of people don't know that there's
vigilanti groups that patrol the borders as well. They're not
they're not law enforcement, they're private civilians. They're armed, they
they patrol border. So there's a lot of stuff going
on down there that I sure don't want to be
part of that stuff.
Speaker 2 (44:08):
Yeah, what happens.
Speaker 1 (44:10):
I know, we we talked off one. There's there's not
only stuff going on at the border, but there's stuff
going on with the people that are protecting us at
the border. Yes, it's insane, I mean their ecosystem, Yeah, yeah, exactly,
(44:33):
but it's.
Speaker 4 (44:33):
Good the citizens come across it. And if it wasn't
for TikTok or Instagram and give you a platform to say, hey,
wtf over what's going on here, nobody would ever know
about it.
Speaker 1 (44:50):
Oh yeah, okay, any more thoughts of any other thoughts
about that.
Speaker 3 (44:55):
I just wonder why they got banned. I mean, they
never said why they were banned off of TikTok.
Speaker 13 (45:00):
No.
Speaker 1 (45:01):
I think it's because they're referencing potentially unlived that's a TikTok.
We're unlived people, and they have TikTok has a problem
with that.
Speaker 3 (45:20):
Apparently, Well they're gonna do a lot better on YouTube.
Speaker 1 (45:25):
Yeah for sure, Yeah, for sure. Of course they're in
a hotel now, because well, the deal is is that
there's some guy flying over there property and making threats
in assessment. Yeah, yeah, TikTok is nuts with flagging words today,
(45:46):
thanks bull. Okay, here's a guy that is digging up
old ship to make money. You remember Robert Shapiro, right.
Speaker 15 (46:01):
The attorney And she said, what are you talking about.
He's on the freeway with AC.
Speaker 16 (46:07):
Robert Shapiro, Simpson's attorney, called a news conference and said
that Simpson was downstairs and he was ready to give
himself up to police officers.
Speaker 15 (46:18):
We finished the press conference. Bob reads this suicide note
and I am beyond exhausted. This has been one of
the longest days of my life. I was able to
get home without anyone following us, and I walk in
and my wife is in the kitchen watching television, and
(46:39):
she said, what's going on? I said, did they find
him yet? Because I had assumed wrongfully that he was
going to follow what he had in that suicide note
and kill himself. And she said, what are you talking about.
He's on the freeway with AC.
Speaker 16 (46:53):
Now what we figure now is that OJ Simpson is
sitting in the back seat and he has a gun
at his head. A. C.
Speaker 15 (47:03):
Collens and OJ are on the freeway and now I'm
starting to look at this firsthand with what became the
slow speed chase. My wife says, you know, it looks
like they're heading back to Rockingham. You better get over there.
I said, sure, I'm going to call the LAPD and say, hey,
(47:26):
I'm O. J. Simpson's lawyer. And by the way, you know,
maybe you could help me get to Rockingham because I
see everything is closed off and cordoned off. He says, no,
just call nine to one one and they said, hold
on one second. I get a watch commander, where are you?
I give him my address. I said, come to Whittier
in Sunset. There's two LAPD motorcycle guys there. They waved
(47:49):
me on, turn on the sirens, and in less than
ten minutes we are at Rockingham, just behind Simpson's car
that is pulling in the white Bronco with AC and
now there's signs all over the place free O J Run,
Run run, I mean incomprehensible things that are taking place.
(48:12):
Simpson is escorted into the house. He's brought back. I
still haven't seen him, and I waved to him as
he's in the police card being taken downtown for booking.
Speaker 12 (48:23):
M h.
Speaker 1 (48:28):
Speaking of making money, I think he's taking this up again.
I mean he's got new facts that he's presenting and
shorter videos that I can certainly show.
Speaker 2 (48:42):
But yeah, I.
Speaker 1 (48:44):
Mean the the Wakens Wild World said they're not accepting
any money, right, So.
Speaker 3 (48:57):
Anyway, uh, you know, I think that who's paying for
the anthropologists?
Speaker 1 (49:05):
Yeah? Well, didn't he mention some kind of forensic examination
or something that, Yeah, who was paying for that? It's
not the Arizona Department of Agriculture Archaeology, is it right?
Speaker 4 (49:27):
I think the way they made it sound, it was
like somebody who was studying to be and that what
I heard that. Yeah, yeah, it's probably a college student,
that's actually.
Speaker 3 (49:38):
Yeah, I just thought it all for all, it's okay,
the community college.
Speaker 1 (49:47):
Okay, So let me ask you, Greg, You've had your
run in with a snake this week?
Speaker 2 (49:54):
Right?
Speaker 1 (49:55):
So are they Are there a lot of snakes out
there in Arizona? The you would think they do?
Speaker 4 (50:02):
They got they got side wonders snakes. Yeah, they got
their fair share of scorpions. They got all kinds of critters.
Speaker 1 (50:09):
Just like we do.
Speaker 2 (50:10):
Hmm. What kind of sneak.
Speaker 4 (50:12):
Great, it was a it was a black snake got
in my bathroom. Oh yeah, so did did it?
Speaker 1 (50:21):
Did you uh evict the snake?
Speaker 10 (50:25):
Uh?
Speaker 4 (50:26):
Not currently? No, he's still residing in there. Oh god,
the wall.
Speaker 2 (50:33):
Well they got in the wall.
Speaker 1 (50:34):
Oh no, Oh they're they're good snakes.
Speaker 4 (50:41):
That's not a bad I just saw one.
Speaker 2 (50:43):
I just saw a small one. You know. They're good
to have around.
Speaker 3 (50:47):
They take care of some of the poisonous stakes with
like the copper heads and stuff like that.
Speaker 4 (50:51):
That's what they say.
Speaker 2 (50:53):
How did that?
Speaker 3 (50:55):
Well, they immune to the venom and they choke them out,
and they also eat rodents and stuff like that and
other little you know, ecosystem John.
Speaker 2 (51:06):
Just like the border.
Speaker 1 (51:08):
Yes, can. I was overseas once in a communications area
and we were doing something at a table and somebody
looked up and get holy shit, and there was a
freaking bow, you know, one of those thirty And I've
(51:29):
never seen anybody leave a building for us than that.
Speaker 2 (51:31):
Man.
Speaker 1 (51:32):
It was Scarya Shah. I don't know, I can't, I can't.
I think they called the indigenous people to get the
freaking giant snake out of the building. But well, so
Greg the We don't know if it's a male female snake,
(51:54):
but it's.
Speaker 4 (51:55):
Still I'm not that good now. All I know is
that when you pick them up, they release, whether it's
you're in or a muscle on your hands, and then
your handstick to high heaven for a while. Picking up
a frog.
Speaker 1 (52:11):
I love, Well, you know, handy. It would be very
handy if these corrupt prosecutors as soon as you picked
them up, they would piss all.
Speaker 2 (52:21):
Over identify, right, they admitted mill too.
Speaker 1 (52:28):
Yeah, yeah, but but you know it's not as obvious, right, Well,
maybe it is, but they have a big they have
a good story, right right. So anyway, so we're we're
assuming we're going to get a snake update at some junker.
Speaker 4 (52:48):
Yeah, it has to go, It has to be evicted.
Speaker 5 (52:51):
How does your wife feel about that?
Speaker 4 (52:53):
Yeah, he doesn't like snakes. I took her about two
years ago and I got her the tree stand with me,
and we were sitting there and a black snake started
to head up the tree that we were in, and uh,
you know that's how I didn't know that she didn't
she dislikes snakes that bad until that moment. So I
(53:14):
had I had to get rid of that snake.
Speaker 1 (53:17):
Yes, yeah, anything that doesn't have any legs or arms
or has too many legs and arms.
Speaker 4 (53:26):
I'm a big fan. I don't I don't like to
hurt hurt them, but they can't be in my house.
Speaker 2 (53:34):
Either. But sometimes some of them you need.
Speaker 1 (53:37):
So what's a plan? Like a shotgun, you know, to
the wall?
Speaker 4 (53:42):
What would do that?
Speaker 5 (53:46):
For sure?
Speaker 1 (53:51):
It's a very nice bathroom, so you know, oh yeah,
do they make snack snake traps? No?
Speaker 4 (53:59):
They down Unfortunately down here, a lot of us shoes
sticky traps for like in our RVs and stuff, and
they get caught up in those things. You know, you
want mice to get caught in them, or spiders or whatever,
but unfortunately, the snakes get caught in them. And that's
exactly what happened to this guy, is that half of
them got caught into the the sticky trap. And I
(54:23):
was able to get get him out of it, but
he wouldn't cooperate with me to get him out of
the area. So and I didn't want to pull him
so hard that I like pulled him apart, and then
i'd have a Then I have to pull off wall
and all kinds of other things.
Speaker 1 (54:40):
Yes, Jake's are really good at, you know, cornering snakes.
He's got them all cornered at the District Attorney's office.
Speaker 2 (54:52):
You just.
Speaker 3 (54:55):
I can't say it on the air that, you know,
I find the hand of a snake, you know, if
it comes to it.
Speaker 1 (55:00):
Yeah, you wouldn't mind pulling them apart, though, would you?
Speaker 2 (55:04):
Oh? No, I don't have a problem with that.
Speaker 1 (55:09):
Oh my god. Any other We only have a couple
of minutes you have to break, so can we start
something else? But any other weird creatures at your residence
in Tennessee.
Speaker 4 (55:26):
Well, the bears are out, and we have a lot
of bobcats. As anybody will tell you, you don't leave
anything outside because something will make a home in it.
We have brown recluse and black widows and all kinds
of hornets. I've gotten stung more down here than I've
gotten stung anywhere else I've lived, So I'm.
Speaker 3 (55:49):
Having a problem with them. Also right now, it seems
like there's a lot more of them this year for
some reason.
Speaker 4 (56:00):
Some stuff they the population. That's why a lot of
folks are you know, they're talking about the bee population
dying off and the importance of the mon ecosystem, right,
and that expect me the overpopulation of hornets and loss.
Speaker 3 (56:18):
Yeah, I've been I've seen them a lot, and I've
talked to a few other people and it's been a
bunch of them.
Speaker 17 (56:24):
Since we're sharing stories, he mentioned bears, I'm going to
share on my screen what's going on right in my neighborhood,
right next door. I'm going to show you, guys. It's
it's it's crazy. We have the three little Brothery're not
so little. We have the three little bears. Check this out.
(56:47):
This was yesterday or the day before. Look great, let
me play the video.
Speaker 1 (56:52):
What's this? Look at this? Uh? Three of them?
Speaker 2 (57:01):
Oh my god?
Speaker 1 (57:01):
Yeah under the tree.
Speaker 17 (57:03):
Yeah, so I don't want to hear it from any
of you. And I'm like, oh my gosh, this is
kind of scary.
Speaker 1 (57:16):
Did they know they're right?
Speaker 4 (57:18):
They're right here in the neighborhood.
Speaker 17 (57:20):
I got the best Right now, I'm like freaking paranoid.
Speaker 4 (57:26):
I'm like, I don't know what's going to happen next?
Speaker 1 (57:28):
What what the hell are they? Black bears?
Speaker 2 (57:30):
Black Bear? You know that you're in New York.
Speaker 3 (57:34):
You don't have to call Wayfair for your next world show.
Speaker 1 (57:42):
Yeah, exactly, Okay, Bill, are we up to the break
because I want to start this other thing when we
get back. Okay, we're back, And let me just tell you.
We've got We've got Detective Jake Jacobs from Philadelphia Homicide
Now Unit. We've got Sandy Hurricane Magnano from Tennessee. She's
(58:04):
a former in New York State Assembly candidate, seemed to
be a candidate in Tennessee. And we've got a veteran NCI,
especially Agent Greg Highlands, also from Tennessee, but not from
Nashville where the people are missing and the media is
not talking about it, right, Okay, And I'm Josian, a
(58:25):
veteran n CI especially, so any comments on this natural thing,
any additional comments on the national thing.
Speaker 18 (58:33):
You know, I was at the chiropractor earlier today and
he was telling me this was two years ago that
he and his wife on a condo down in downtown Nashville,
and somebody that they know this guy was out at
a bar and somebody said he met a girl, right,
and the girl said, oh, I'm.
Speaker 5 (58:53):
Going to give you this address. Meet up there.
Speaker 8 (58:56):
Well, to make a long story short, they dragged this
guy back to this.
Speaker 9 (59:02):
Condo and rob him molest him, urinate on him, drug him.
Speaker 8 (59:09):
I mean, yeah, that was a bad damn day for
that guy.
Speaker 1 (59:14):
Yeah. Not as bad as the Dubai Porta party parties, though.
Have you heard about them?
Speaker 5 (59:22):
No?
Speaker 1 (59:23):
No, no, oh my god, I don't even know if
I should mention that.
Speaker 2 (59:31):
I mean, you brought it up to.
Speaker 1 (59:34):
Okay, the Dubai porta potty parties. Google it. What they
do is they entice young attractive females from a round
the planet to go to a Dubai where the men
(59:58):
there seem to enjoy defecating on women.
Speaker 2 (01:00:04):
That so.
Speaker 1 (01:00:08):
You can google it if you want to know more.
But that's the deal. One hundred thousand dollars. You spend
six months over there in a greig here your year
from amen. I mean the luxury you know, hotels, and
(01:00:29):
I mean each room has its own swimming pool. It's amazing,
it's very nice. But they get sucked into that and
then they and one of the girls declined to participate
and she was found dismembered along the road. You know,
(01:00:51):
to put it bluntly, you know, if you refuse to
be shipped on, you're going to find yourself dead.
Speaker 5 (01:00:58):
What you would think that that was a good solution
into making some money.
Speaker 1 (01:01:06):
Well, they don't know that that's what's happening until they
get there. You know, they should research it a little
bit more.
Speaker 2 (01:01:18):
So they don't know what until the ship hits the fan.
Speaker 1 (01:01:20):
Literally, yes exactly. I mean, if you see the pictures,
you'll be upholled. Oh my god, it's aptly named the
Porter Potty Parties.
Speaker 4 (01:01:38):
No, you brought up Dubai. I was more interested in
the Dubai dessert that they have with the chocolate and
the pistachio, and then they also have the ice cream.
That sounds a lot more appealing.
Speaker 1 (01:01:53):
Uh yeah, Well, well if you if you offer somebody,
you know, three hundred thousand dollars to spend a couple
of months in Dubai, and I think they tell the
girls that you're going to fulfill an entertainment role, but
(01:02:13):
they don't get it until they get it, you know
what I mean?
Speaker 2 (01:02:19):
Bad news? Okay, So.
Speaker 1 (01:02:24):
Bill, can you bring up website number two? It's entitled
Buffalo Bill were able to find it?
Speaker 5 (01:02:46):
Saw this?
Speaker 1 (01:02:48):
Yeah? Okay, so Buffalo A Special Victims Unit detective whistleblower
says that the schools are refusing to report sexual assaults
child abuse and attempted kidnapping, and that they have under duress.
(01:03:14):
I guess they have. They allegedly have the school resource
officers under duress for some reason and they can't ah,
you know, investigated or report it. And I've also heard
that that's bullshit. So Sandy, any any can you comment
(01:03:39):
on that at all because your son is with Buffalo PD, Yes.
Speaker 5 (01:03:43):
He is Buffalo PD. I didn't send that to him.
I need to.
Speaker 8 (01:03:47):
I watched the whole thing and it was it was horrible,
just absolutely horrible. The detective is crying on the tape
because I mean he's you know, seen children that I
mean that we're going to be taken away from a school.
Apparently this school there's a door to the street and
(01:04:08):
the door's not locked. Like, who's freaking thinking about the
kids in that school? Apparently not any of the people
in church. It's disgusting.
Speaker 1 (01:04:20):
Well on the yeah, exactly.
Speaker 11 (01:04:24):
So.
Speaker 1 (01:04:24):
A statement from the Buffalo Public Schools. The Buffalo Public
School District is aware of unfortunate and recent allegations circulating
in an online video. The district is prepared to vigorously
address these untruths. The district has prioritized the safety and
(01:04:44):
security of its students and staff every day. BPS is
the second largest school district in New York State, with
some sixty schools, thirty thousand students and seven thousand staff,
and any transgressions that may happen are handled swiftly with seriousness, integrity, fairness,
(01:05:07):
and empathy. The Buffalo Public Schools maintains a close and
professional relationship with the Buffalo Police Department as it means
to ensure the safety is a priority. But I've heard
from other entities at the Buffalo Police Department that the
(01:05:31):
guy's full of shit.
Speaker 5 (01:05:33):
He is full of shit.
Speaker 1 (01:05:34):
Yeah, so if you listen to us, you make the call.
I mean, you know, you know, I google it and
you know, come to your own conclusion. But those are
the two things that that have come up with us.
Speaker 3 (01:05:51):
It's amazing how fishers always come with this word now
untruths and misinformation and you dispose okay, nothing to see here, guys, you.
Speaker 1 (01:06:00):
Know, yeah, exactly, Okay.
Speaker 2 (01:06:04):
Maybe I lack empathy. I don't know.
Speaker 1 (01:06:06):
Bill, Can you do me?
Speaker 2 (01:06:07):
Bill?
Speaker 1 (01:06:08):
Can you do me? If you can access the internet there,
I want to bring up Bockner law. I will text it,
but it's Bagner law and it's uh attorney Ed Paul Sick.
If you can just google that Bagner Law and I
(01:06:36):
have a it's it's not dot com, it's dot p
p L or something like that. Can you can you
see that? Yeah?
Speaker 2 (01:06:50):
That one?
Speaker 1 (01:06:51):
Bill good? Very good? Yes, that one. Okay. We've had
add on several times. And if if at least Jake
and Sandy, I think you recall when he was on
Different I mean, he's a hell of an attorney.
Speaker 2 (01:07:05):
The guy is.
Speaker 1 (01:07:07):
Awesome. And when I said we were gonna cover a
local corrupt government gets crushed. Uh, I want to read
this to this is Head's case. It's very interesting, particularly
for local governments that want to overstep or a little
(01:07:32):
bit corrupt or a lot of bit a lot of corrupt.
So and we're going to have head on in the
in the future because he's got a lot of First
Amendment and for the Amendment cases.
Speaker 3 (01:07:47):
We have the update on who's this who's his client
on the show? John, we need to update on that.
Speaker 1 (01:07:53):
Yeah, they're they're still uh in discovery allegedly. Okay, so
he's going to give us. I talked to him yesterday.
He was at the NRA convention. Because he's a Duke.
He's connected to Duke the Firearms Law School. But anyway,
(01:08:18):
this is a very good English composition, so it says.
It says. I am pleased to announce the latest major
win for our Constitutional Practice Group in the matter of
Stephen Weber versus the town of Leroy, which is in
(01:08:39):
Western New York, Western District of New York before Honorable
John L. Probably not related to Frank but anyway, For
almost five years prior to oral involvement, Town Zony officials
carried out a malicious campaign of harassment meant against mister
(01:09:01):
Webber over the purported unsightly condition of his sprawling, heavily
wooded industrial zoned property located in a blighted area nowhere
near any residences. The focus of their corrupt anti capitalist
(01:09:23):
aire was mister Webber's prized collection of one hundred and
ninety vintage automobiles, including such classics as sixty nine Chevy Chevelle,
sixty eight Chevy and PAULA sixty six Mercury Monterey, which
he intended to put on display as part of his
(01:09:44):
vintage auto museum. According to the town, mister Webber's cars
were an eyesore to passing motorists, even though the property
directly across the street was a car dealership doing the
exact send. Even after mister Weber moved his automobiles deeper
(01:10:05):
into the property, deranged town officials were still dissatisfied and
slapped him with more pretextual zoning violations. Eventually, they seized
all one and ninety automobiles and moved them to auctioneer
(01:10:30):
Harris Wilcox's lot, all without any court order, intending to
sell the cars and pocket the illicit. Proceeds to line
the town's coffers. And here's the kicker. They want mister
Webber to pay Wilcox's storage fees. Jesus Christ. Town officials
(01:10:57):
expected mister Webber to be a sitting duck. They were wrong.
He sued the town in federal court for this naked
violation of his constant. Town officials expected mister Webber to
be a sitting However, when the town and its brazen
(01:11:20):
officials still refused to back down, mister Webber had no
choice but to summon reinforcements. He called it and last
week when the town and Wilcox up the ante and
followed through on their plan to put mister Weber's automobiles
up for auction. We were ready with a cease and
(01:11:43):
desist letter and motion for a temporary restaining order restraining order,
but in hours of receiving AD's letter, in which he
warned that every town official involved in the auction would
be sued individually and put on the hook for punitive damages,
will Cox posted a notification on their website that the
(01:12:06):
auction was postponed per court order, even though the restraining
order had not yet been granted. The next morning, following
a conference with the court, the town finally read the
room back down, agreeing to a temporary restanding order, which
will remain in place for the next month while the
(01:12:28):
court considers our application for a preliminary here in junction.
Although the Feds grab more headlines, corruption at the local
level remains an even more impactful problem across America because
it has a far greater impact on citizens' daily lives.
I've been stamping out this nonsense for two decades, and
(01:12:50):
it's sure as hell isn't going to happen now on
my watch. The key takeaway is this, the only thing
corrupt officials respect is superior force. We apply that force
surgically without hesitation. So I think Lee Roy learned their lesson.
Speaker 5 (01:13:14):
I don't think so.
Speaker 1 (01:13:16):
You know, it's appalling. I mean, you know, in a way,
Jake is doing the same thing for corruption in Philadelphia.
Speaker 3 (01:13:27):
But that's just amazing that, you know, the officiers just
think they can just walk.
Speaker 2 (01:13:33):
I mean it's crazy. How many other times.
Speaker 3 (01:13:34):
Did they do this, that think that they can disclose
only take one hundred and ninety vehicles?
Speaker 1 (01:13:38):
Yeah, how many have we not heard of?
Speaker 3 (01:13:41):
You know, just because mister Webber fought back and un
Let's ed for him, we might not have heard about
this one either, right, Yeah. And the Star as a
guy for the Storas sellers, he wasn't going to get
it down from the auction. And I had a six,
a six eight or sixty Nasterville sixty seven Mustang, I
(01:14:03):
mean some nice cars.
Speaker 2 (01:14:05):
I mean even though.
Speaker 3 (01:14:08):
I had the orange Mustang with the white top, you know, yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:14:13):
Nice damn man, that's that's nice anyway. So the town
will get there, you know, money, right, So okay, So uh,
I want to talk about something else that we've visited previously,
and it's getting close to the alleged trial date, the
(01:14:40):
wrongful prosecution of Dave Finnerty in Boston, and uh, Jennifer
Finnerty was supposed to join us, but was well by
(01:15:01):
the legal process because apparently the US the assistant US
Attorney that's prosecuting in this case listens to us. So
I just want to This is Dave Fennery and two
kids with Jennifer and he goes to a trial for
(01:15:25):
a bullshit by bullshit charge on May nineteenth.
Speaker 3 (01:15:33):
So far, you know, John, if these people have nothing
to hide, you know, if these government officials have nothing
to hide, if everything is only up and up with
their prosecution of Misterfinity, then why not have.
Speaker 2 (01:15:47):
His wife talk? Why don't we always want.
Speaker 3 (01:15:49):
Something under seal and it's not been part of a
lot of those legal proceedings, and we know we don't
just divulge information we don't want. It's a case going
on right now to Rousac and you haven't heard me
speak of worried about it because of me being a
potential witness, and I know all the bad stuff that
went on. But so a wife coming on to talk
(01:16:10):
about her life, Why does the US attorney.
Speaker 2 (01:16:14):
Or whoever want to stop that unless they have something
to hide?
Speaker 3 (01:16:19):
Because back look in this case. This case is so
much bs. It's unbelievable that they just didn't back down
by now. But go ahead, John, I'm sorry, No, you.
Speaker 1 (01:16:30):
Hit the nail on the head. Uh you know, And
and Greg has been I kind of have to take
a look at the text messages that I received, and
it's bullshit. The same thing applies to uh Lacy Lunsford
with Brad Lunford.
Speaker 3 (01:16:52):
It is throughout this whole process. I mean, the law
bear has to stop in this kind. Thus we don't
have a country. I feel your legal immigrants have to go.
So we need voted equality, not equity, and we need
this law fair to stop. I mean, you got the
judge in Wisconsin. We touched on it a bit earlier.
(01:17:16):
You know, if I was to let someone out, we've
all been in the courthouses.
Speaker 2 (01:17:20):
We know what she did.
Speaker 3 (01:17:21):
She let them out to judge this way that you know,
their little exit while ice people were in the hard
way waiting.
Speaker 2 (01:17:29):
Is. You can't keep doing this kind of stuff.
Speaker 3 (01:17:31):
You can't keep locking up costs because you feel like
it because it's the.
Speaker 2 (01:17:36):
Woke or whatever hell thing it is to do.
Speaker 3 (01:17:38):
I mean, enough is enough with this, and I'm tired
of people not sitting on their hands, you know. And
I'm really a part with the J six stuff. I
don't think enough stuff has happened fast enough for me.
All these people worried about the Damns thirteen member, but
they let these people sit in jail for four years,
but now they want due process. I'm tired of this nonsense.
But go ahead, John, Now we got finerity in Lunxford.
Speaker 2 (01:18:00):
Sorry, I'll know.
Speaker 1 (01:18:03):
No, that's good because you're probably going to be getting
out your soapbox.
Speaker 2 (01:18:06):
Get so.
Speaker 1 (01:18:09):
Hey, the Year's Attorney's office in Boston is watching us.
Speaker 2 (01:18:12):
So well, hold on, can I say something? You know,
I don't curse that much, but oh no.
Speaker 1 (01:18:18):
You know I don't have any probably carry your ass
off because I'll be swearing, so I think it uh uh,
I mean I want to use ad words because he's
very uh succinct. You know. The key takeaway is this
(01:18:38):
with the local corruption and then you've got you know,
us attorney corruption. This the key takeaway is the only
thing corrupt officials respect is superior force.
Speaker 4 (01:18:54):
So well in this case, I mean it's you know, uh,
from what I read and I'm not going to repeat
it forbatim, but I will tell you that it's a
clear violation of the sixth Amendment. You know, there's no
there shouldn't be a protective order on charges of being
levied against you, and in the facts of the case.
(01:19:15):
And you know her her job is pretty clear. She's
been she's been pretty forthright all the way through making
awareness that this case exists. For one, and also the
fact she's raising kids and she has the limited income
to raise these kids. So uh, the fact that they
would say something like that, and you know, there's just
(01:19:38):
so many questions I have. I can't tell you how
many times I've been involved with some kind of judicial
proceeding and that I've had to go through and provide
all the emails I've ever written concerning a topic, and
I had to provide it so that they could read it.
Not that you know, I don't know why they Why
(01:19:59):
why be a afraid if you're part of of of
a prosecution or even defense, why be afraid of your emails? Well,
because you have something to be afraid of. You probably
said something in your emails you shouldn't do. What a
great bit of document, you know, how a case is developing.
You know, in our case, John we I may supervise
(01:20:21):
a guy that's in a different country. You know, the
emails that we have are very important. I wouldn't know
all the details of that guy's case to help him
out what kind of support he needs. So for this case,
I would think that that would be I'm bringing it
up for this reason that for this kind of a case.
This this was what we call a significant activity report
(01:20:42):
for the day that he was the active was in it.
He was recording the significant activities of the day. And
and now he's being you know, he's the only one
out of this whole scenario. That's that's uh, that's you know,
going to a trial for even I don't even get
my head around it.
Speaker 1 (01:21:00):
So there's there's a Okay, let me just set the
stage for you. The Okay, the there's an interim US
attorney appointed by Trump and at the Boston U. S.
Attorney's office, and her name is Leah Foley. Okay, she's
(01:21:20):
an interim US attorney in Boston. But the two that
are prosecuting the Infinity case, and there's Leah Leah Foley,
interim US attorney. Uh, the likelihood is she has no
idea what this case is about. And she needs to
(01:21:42):
take a look at it because the prosecutor, Assistant US
Attorney Christina Barkley, and second chair of Julian Mundell have
their own problems. They're in the public corruption section, but
(01:22:07):
they've been the subject of public corruption. We've got that article, Bill,
can you bring that up? Okay? So I'm just gonna
read this part. Okay, you can see it says a
federal prosecutor's high profile loss in Massachusetts seems to be
(01:22:31):
trend of misconduct at the US Attorney's office. This says
the problem was that assistant US Attorneys Christina Barclay, Christina Barclay,
who happens to be the lead prosecutor on the Findleafinnerity case.
(01:22:52):
Assistant US Attorney Christina E. Barclay and Laura Caplan never
introduced such evidence, but they told that Jerry they would.
Barclay and Kaplan also introduced testimony of other violent confrontations
associated with the union doing for using their labor, something
(01:23:15):
not even relevant to this case, as neither defendant was
accused of violence. I mean, I mean that article goes
on and on about assistant US Attorney Christina Barclay.
Speaker 2 (01:23:29):
Yoh, that is what I said about with Snake with Lovefort.
Speaker 3 (01:23:34):
You know, it's the same story throughout this country with
these prosecutors. And that's why Congress got to act. You know,
you got to get rid of all these special immunities
because these people have ran them up all doing corrupt actions.
And I know you said, this is a trumpet pointed
interim US attorney, but we got to stop giving people passes.
(01:23:58):
You know, she if this going on her office, she
should know about it, and she should review it, and
she should see where it goes from here, because, like
Greg just said, he doesn't even know what the hell
he's being charged with because he did nothing. He's sitting inside.
Everybody knows when you're inside.
Speaker 2 (01:24:18):
He's just going out in the form for the day.
Speaker 3 (01:24:21):
And they give everybody else immunity, and the one person
who didn't do anything is getting indicted. And and you
mean to tell me you're a US attorney in Boston,
you haven't heard about none of this, but your lawyers
underneath you have enough to request a seal of protective
order so that the wife can't go out and advocate
(01:24:42):
on her husband's behalf.
Speaker 2 (01:24:43):
Are you kidding me? This is all yes?
Speaker 1 (01:24:46):
Well, yeah, I know so this, Uh, my understanding is
that Christina Barclay, the assistant US attorney that I just
read about it is uh, yes, it is a raving
(01:25:07):
liberal and uh does uh does Leah Foley, the uh yeah,
interim US attorney know that that that this case has
no merit, that this.
Speaker 3 (01:25:25):
Is activity John, this is criminal exactly. You know, we
call her liberal and all that kind of stuff. This
is criminal activity. She has criminal activity taking place in office.
This guy should have never been locked up.
Speaker 1 (01:25:37):
Well yeah, okay, so this is the problem. This is
a this is an additional problem. Rachel Rawlins, Bill, can
you bring that up? Rachel Rawlins who was the previous
US attorney and Boston got her Uh, there'll be some swearing.
She got her ass in the sling for corruption. Okay,
(01:25:58):
So she was the head of the US Attorney's office
when Christina Barkley apparently was has been there and Rachel
Rawlings now is teaching at some college somewhere.
Speaker 2 (01:26:13):
Yeah.
Speaker 4 (01:26:14):
So originally she was the Boston District attorney, She was
the DA for Boston, and she was going to prosecute
this case. But it was unfounded and he was actually
cleared and he was getting his backpack they were getting
ready to give him his backpay. She then transferred to
the US Attorney's office and she took that case with her,
(01:26:37):
even though it was you know, it's a pretty shitty
case of.
Speaker 1 (01:26:39):
My book, right, Okay.
Speaker 4 (01:26:42):
Doesn't have a lot of legs to stand on. And
then she got in trouble, and then this whole thing
ends up in limbo for the infinities, and it's been
limbo for a while, and now we have a new
US attorney. I kind of know a little bit how
I used to go to the meetings with the US
Attorney's office. They they have their prize cases, and they
go around and talk about all the people in their
(01:27:04):
their jurisdiction, what cases you're working. But then they have
their the people that underneath of them are working these
cases up as they come up to the top or whatever.
So I'm sure she's probably been briefed on it by now,
but she probably you know, it's probably not a high priority.
Speaker 1 (01:27:19):
Well, there's two things that Ah, at the very least
a concerned citizen would be focusing on and suggest and
recommend that interim US Attorney uh Leah fully do. One
(01:27:42):
is to review thisfinity case, which is bullshit. Okay, Two,
to call Kevin Hayden, who is the current Suffolk County
District Attorney who Clearedfinity and the and uh you know
(01:28:03):
he's going to explain to you what exnically happened. And
then uh, Leah, you also want to know why immunity
was given to Officer Bartlett who beat the homeless guy,
and Sergeant or See who wrote the report. Okay, so
(01:28:34):
uh Leah, I know somebody in Boston is listening to this.
So uh if you want to become the US attorney
as opposed to the interim u S Attorney, UH, you
might want to get ahold of Kevin Hayden, the uh
the Suffolk County District Attorney and find out what the
(01:28:58):
hell really goes on? Really, what really what happened because
Kevin Hayden cleared uh A Sergeant Infinity in this case.
Speaker 3 (01:29:11):
And why is it so important to miss Rollins? Why
does she take it from the DA's office to whatever
she needs? All these people need political understand they need
to go to jail.
Speaker 2 (01:29:21):
Enough of this.
Speaker 3 (01:29:22):
We know you got misconduct. You know they use all
these special words. That's one thing I've learned about playing
my own lawyer lack Canada misconduct, No, A lot of
stuff is simple.
Speaker 2 (01:29:33):
It's not lacking charad.
Speaker 3 (01:29:34):
It's called line. It's not misconduct. It's called criminal activity.
You know, if you got probable cause, which I believe
she violated mister Finity's rights to such a degree that she.
Speaker 2 (01:29:44):
Should be incarcerated herself, you just can't snap. You know,
they're using this word for all.
Speaker 3 (01:29:49):
These aren't illegal immigrants, they did they not a new
word of flavor of the day, like Greg with the
ice cream disappear. Well, mister Unity was disappeared from his
family and no one's arguing about that, and it seems
as though it's not important enough for the interim US attorney. Well,
maybe it needs to become important enough for so that
(01:30:09):
Misterfinity can get back to his family, put the stuff
behind him, get his pack pay, and then we can
start the criminal investigation into Well, we can't do it
to the community, guys. They you know, they probably claims
for the jeopardy or they've already a great community. But
miss Rillins and what's the other person?
Speaker 2 (01:30:24):
Greg? What we saw on the street us A.
Speaker 1 (01:30:32):
Yes, yeah, And Julian Mundeli, if I'm saying that right.
I also would Well, I'd like to know why. And
I'm sure other people are wondering the same thing. I'm
sure Jake, Greg Sandy, you're also I'm wondering. Uh, Searge
(01:30:57):
Infinity is the only Caucasian man involved in this entire thing.
There are two African American officer the officer that allegedly
beat the homeless man, Officer Bartlett, and Sergeant or Sell
who provided the report. We're African Americans, so I you know,
(01:31:23):
and the homeless male that was reportedly beaten by Bartlett
was an African American. But why would Bartlett, who reportedly
beat the homeless man receive immunity?
Speaker 2 (01:31:46):
Correct?
Speaker 1 (01:31:47):
And why would the sergeant who took the helped him
with the report receive immunity?
Speaker 2 (01:31:58):
Yeah? Because can he tell.
Speaker 1 (01:32:00):
What is happening there?
Speaker 2 (01:32:02):
What do they offer?
Speaker 1 (01:32:03):
Tell us what's happening? Leah Foley, Uh, interim us attorney,
please tell us what is happening with that case? Because
it's all hosed up.
Speaker 3 (01:32:13):
What did they have to offer that they have some
testimony to offer against Sergean Infinity? They had nothing, And
you're admitting to them that they probably committed a crime.
When you granted an immunity that you know, what was
that testimony that off Serge Infinity wrote the only honest report.
Speaker 2 (01:32:31):
John, we got case.
Speaker 3 (01:32:32):
I keep saying that I got a cop right now
in Philadelphia. He's been going through this now. I forgot
how many years I haven't talked him a while, the
exact same stuff. Whereas the black form A sergeant who
falsified the report is now got promoted and keeps getting voted,
and he's in internal affairs, you know what I mean?
(01:32:55):
Whereas the white couple did nothing wrong is a right
in the honest report? What they got this playbook here,
this this crazy right.
Speaker 1 (01:33:09):
We showed uh as if you'll recall, we showed photographs
of the a the Massachusetts Transit Authority right mm hmm okay, uh,
individuals in the massive mass Massachusetts Tush Transportation Authority police
(01:33:31):
Department that were pictured with Rachel Rawlins uh. And it
makes you wonder what the hell is going on with
this whole thing. I mean, you're given immunity to the
two guys that fuck this up. Excuse my French. You're
giving immunity to the two guys that fucked this up,
(01:33:58):
and you're charging the only occasion police officer involved. It
looks to me, and so like everybody else that knows
this case, that it's an exercise in political points for
Assistant US Attorney Christine at Barclay, it appears that way.
(01:34:27):
I mean, it does not appear that way to you guys.
Speaker 4 (01:34:33):
Definitely looked like a political case for sure when it
was ted up, That's for sure.
Speaker 2 (01:34:40):
Yeah.
Speaker 3 (01:34:40):
That's another thing I noticed with these people. They always
strategically pledged their pawns throughout the chessboard. They always got
someone as a roadblock to you. You know, Greg just
told us about ms Rollins. You know, they always put
them in a position, you know, whether we had comings here,
Rolin's there, it's you know.
Speaker 1 (01:35:01):
Yeah, Okay, So this all stems from disgraced former US
Attorney Rachel Rawlins and Greg, you're kind enough to say.
As of March twenty twenty four, Rachel Rawlins, the former
disgraced the US Attorney at Boston, works as the Special
(01:35:22):
Project's administrator Roxbury Community College. Why am I not surprised?
Reportedly tasked with leading a program of formerly incarcerated people,
equally not surprised. Presumably she's on the Krasner exoneration trade.
Speaker 3 (01:35:43):
I was about to say those, yeah, exactly, incarcerated people
who to get a payday.
Speaker 1 (01:35:48):
And then let's see. This's the Gates first reported the
case involving officer Jarston Bartlett and two Transit police supervisors
earlier this month, and now have learned Bartlett is already
collecting fifty thousand, six hundred and thirty five dollars a
(01:36:10):
year pension. Bartlett is the officer that reportedly beat the
helmless guy, and he reportedly received immunity in this case.
Interim US Attorney Leah Fully, this case stinks. You need
(01:36:34):
to get in touch with the current Suffolk County District Attorney,
Kevin Hayden, who already cleared Sergeant Infinity, and find out
what Assistant US Attorney Christina Barclay's point is in prosecuting
(01:36:59):
this shackcase.
Speaker 4 (01:37:04):
I don't know. You guys tell me, I mean you
you guys see it or you guys recurrent. I'm not
I'm not working anymore. But I've read some of the
stuff that John has sent me, and this is across
the board with all cases that the elements of a
crime aren't clearly articulated in these court documents that were
We've graduated away from you know, probable cause being connecting
(01:37:29):
the dots on the criminal activity to more or less
you know, it's just it's not palatable to my taste
that the activity is just not palatable. We're going to
take this person to trial, but when you actually read
the substance of what's being accused, there's nothing there.
Speaker 1 (01:37:47):
Well, I think I think the point I understood. I
think the point to get this across to enter a
US attorney Leah Foley, is to say that it's very
likely that if this case goes forward, it'll be the
(01:38:11):
subject of the DJ's Weaponization Committee, which let's keep going to.
You know, I hope anybody.
Speaker 3 (01:38:26):
I mean, I'm not naive, and like Greg was just saying,
you know, you you just bypass attempt, solicitation, conspiracy, you know,
none of those things exist there.
Speaker 2 (01:38:37):
And you know we say, oh, it's.
Speaker 3 (01:38:40):
It's you want the political feather by doing the right thing.
How about just doing the right thing, you might still
be interimal, you might not get the job. You know,
how about we just I mean, like I said, I'm
not naive, but how about saying this is bus because
it's clearly be clearly yeah, and the fact that's been
(01:39:03):
going on this long as a travesty.
Speaker 1 (01:39:08):
I mean, I so don't. I mean, you know, I'm
sure your average human being is wondering why the perpetrator
of this circumstance receives immunity. Yeah, reportedly received immunity and
(01:39:28):
is getting a fifty dollars a year pension.
Speaker 2 (01:39:33):
Let me ask this, John.
Speaker 3 (01:39:35):
If the officer was white and the sergeant was white,
and the white officer beat the crap out.
Speaker 2 (01:39:44):
For a black guy.
Speaker 3 (01:39:47):
And the sergeant faster, the white sergeant falsified the report
of the white cop beating the black guy, and then
Sergeant Findy make him black, and.
Speaker 2 (01:40:00):
He writes the correct report.
Speaker 3 (01:40:04):
Does the sargees the white sergeant the white cop good
immunity the serge infinity, who is now black?
Speaker 2 (01:40:11):
Does he gets charged? That's a good?
Speaker 3 (01:40:14):
Isn't Al Sharpton in Boston right now with all his
other cronies right?
Speaker 1 (01:40:22):
Oh my god? So, I mean you know.
Speaker 2 (01:40:28):
What that interim us attorney do the right thing?
Speaker 12 (01:40:30):
Man?
Speaker 2 (01:40:31):
Is so?
Speaker 1 (01:40:36):
I mean, you know a canmpaig an't clear. This case
is bullshit and it stinks to how I haven't so
interim yours attorney, uh LEA Foley you know, look into this.
What is the motivation by Christina Barclay based on the
(01:40:57):
fact that this this case.
Speaker 2 (01:40:59):
Does it's amazing. We talked about.
Speaker 1 (01:41:02):
Office by a former US attorney that was involved in misconduct.
Speaker 3 (01:41:10):
And when you look, do you hear all the talking
heads on TV, all the Democrats, you know, saying due process,
due process, you know for the invest thirty it's all
you've heard due process. It disappears you don't get Sergi finity.
Due process just laid it out to you. He said,
he's not doing anymore. But we all know you take
steps in an investigation. In the criminal complaint, it's steps.
(01:41:34):
How the hell do we get to him being arrested
any of old steps?
Speaker 1 (01:41:41):
Yeah, it's just unbelievable. I mean, you know, it's just
like the Oh boy. I mean, there are so many
similarities in the Lunsford case, Brad Lunsford, to the Dave
Finnerty case. And there are a lot of victims of
(01:42:04):
UH corrupt prosecutions, corrupt prosecutions.
Speaker 3 (01:42:10):
And John look here, you got Nicolette, you got Bloona,
you got Panel.
Speaker 2 (01:42:14):
It's the same stuff. The longer didn't do anything wrong.
Speaker 3 (01:42:19):
He pronouncement time in jail, Nicoletti did everything right tactically sound.
Speaker 1 (01:42:26):
Those are the and Jake's referencing Philadelphia police officers that
they tried to, yeah, prosecute for doing their jobs.
Speaker 3 (01:42:39):
Holding exculpatory evidence, hampering with evidence, solictening purgery from witnesses.
What do you think they did with that sergeant and
that cop to give them immunity? They made them commit
perjury because the report is false, and they gave them
community because they know they're lying. Yes, just get you
(01:43:01):
another plug Liz Liz Colin.
Speaker 1 (01:43:03):
Because yeah, right, they're lying. It's a book by Liz Colin. Uh,
multi m I Award winning CPS reporter that was subsequently
fired for reporting corruption during the blm uh situation. And
(01:43:24):
she's now with Uh we've had her on before and
she's also and she's now with Alpha News, which is
if you're not if you're not following Alpha News, you
should be because they're not lying. Yeah exactly, so uh
(01:43:47):
uh incidentally that they're they're lying. Her book, Lara Lying,
became the documentary The Fall of Minneapolis. Right but got
the name right right, follow Minneapolis.
Speaker 3 (01:44:03):
Follow Minneapolis and tampon tim Yes, exactly.
Speaker 1 (01:44:09):
Exactly, and we ran a clip of Tampa on Tim's
daughter having a liberal meltdown like last week if you
remember again, now, yeah it you know it was a disaster.
(01:44:34):
Oh it was. Uh she was commenting on Easter Jesus
Christ and uh, Donald Trump. You have to come back
and watching that. It's hideous as you'd expect it to be.
Speaker 3 (01:44:55):
I'm hearing the conclave was going to consider Donald Trump
for pope.
Speaker 1 (01:45:00):
There you go, whatever happened to.
Speaker 2 (01:45:02):
That, let's start. Let's started here.
Speaker 4 (01:45:05):
Greg, who was your who is your suggestion for I
actually forget I was sending you memes like that whole week.
Oh I know, it's like Katy Perry president Trump. And
there was another one, but I forget who. It was.
Speaker 1 (01:45:25):
Not Mick Jagger. It was another Richards. Yeah, that's it,
Keith Richards Pope. Uh. Well, at least hang on a second,
at least neither one of these guys will be the Pope, right.
Speaker 5 (01:45:45):
Nope?
Speaker 2 (01:45:48):
Well, what's his name? I saying his phony name?
Speaker 15 (01:45:55):
You know?
Speaker 1 (01:45:56):
Do you mean the fake woman, the water guy, the
water guy in.
Speaker 4 (01:46:02):
The University of Pennsylvania.
Speaker 1 (01:46:05):
Oh my god, yeah, really bad?
Speaker 2 (01:46:08):
Uh?
Speaker 1 (01:46:08):
And the presenter of that video. If you look on
our Twitter points out that every the what did he say,
the trans the pick you're there? Uh came in last
(01:46:31):
and all the men's races.
Speaker 2 (01:46:34):
There you he came in worse than last.
Speaker 3 (01:46:36):
I mean he was terrible as his rink in the country.
Speaker 1 (01:46:43):
Yeah. Uh Well, anyway, we only have a few minutes left,
but I think it's important to be able to send
this message to uh interim US Attorney UH Leah fully
in Boston, that the Fennery case is.
Speaker 2 (01:47:08):
Not right.
Speaker 1 (01:47:11):
There's a lot of problems. The individuals involved on the
prosecution side of that is that work for you have problems.
It appears that it's a politically motivated prosecution to anybody
that's seen it, and it's shocking that two of the
(01:47:41):
individuals probably responsible for it, presumably responsible it, received immunity
and enterim us Attorney Leah Foley. If you make a
call to the Suffolk County District Attorney Kevin Hayden, he
(01:48:07):
will tell you what the story is with this case.
It stinks. You don't need it on your record. Look
into this infinity thing and see.
Speaker 2 (01:48:20):
Why else Greg want to send you his blacksnake.
Speaker 4 (01:48:24):
Yeah, if I can actually get it a lot with that,
we're trying to do your favor.
Speaker 1 (01:48:32):
Okay, save yourself some problems.
Speaker 4 (01:48:36):
I guess I need to st Patrick right, he's the
one that the snakes out.
Speaker 1 (01:48:41):
Oh yeah, that's right.
Speaker 5 (01:48:43):
There you go, monthy.
Speaker 1 (01:48:48):
So did you guys have any other comments and everything
that we talked about today? We've got a couple of
minutes yet.
Speaker 9 (01:48:55):
Well, a good thing about Tennessee is they got rid
of the DEI higher official.
Speaker 2 (01:49:04):
That's good.
Speaker 1 (01:49:06):
Who would that have been?
Speaker 5 (01:49:11):
Lee signed that out? I think didn't he Greg?
Speaker 4 (01:49:15):
I'm not sure. I do know that it's it's supposed
to be done.
Speaker 5 (01:49:18):
It's I believe it's tie.
Speaker 4 (01:49:20):
And the other thing is I mean it's you know,
it's not like it was like affirmative Affirmative action was
what voted through Congress. Dee I was never never voted on.
I hope I said that right. I'm sure somebody will
tell me if I'm wrong. But I think thee I
was that was like a presidential directive.
Speaker 1 (01:49:38):
I believe, yes.
Speaker 5 (01:49:40):
So yeah, so.
Speaker 1 (01:49:43):
Yeah, okay, look, bottom line, UH US Interim US Attorney
Leah Foley look into this difinity case because it stinks
to how I haven't call Kevin Hayden the UH Suffolk
County District attorney who will tell you that it's uh
stinks to I have it. You don't need a politically
(01:50:07):
motivated prosecution on your on your resume. I get rid
of this, Christina bory Clay if I were you anyway, Okay, guys,
thank you very much. I appreciate it. Jake, thanks Greg,
thanks Andy, Thanks thank you Nia. We want to hear
from you. Thank you,
