Speaker 1 (01:48):
What we're going to try to hit is missing, human trafficking,
sex trafficking, sex trafficking of a fourteen year old h
A snapchat, a secret cell phones, hot spots, a secret
social media accounts, bedroom windows, predators, Palmer p A, Lehigh Valley,

(02:15):
p A Allentown, p A Colorado. And then we're going
to talk about hopefully we'll get to a corruption and
the zero's installed his attorney and Larry in Philadelphia, Larry Krasner,
he hasn't been arrested yet, right, Jake, has he stole
a district attorney?

Speaker 2 (02:36):
Yes, this is his final year.

Speaker 1 (02:38):
Yeah, so okay, we can hope the hope for the best.
Uh Juicy smote, you know, the French actor.

Speaker 2 (02:47):
Yes, you got a system, yeah.

Speaker 1 (02:50):
Jasmine Crockett. Hopefully we'll be able to have time to
touch on at planned parenthood again, the rockful wrongful executions
in New Mexico and Boston, involving Officer Brad Lunford. We'll
have an update on him. Uh A Sergeant Dave Finnerty,

(03:13):
Hopefully we'll have a little update on him. Murder in
Alabama and update on that, and uh, Governor Hocheal off
the rails again in New York. So anyway, okay, so
who do we have so far? We've got Detective Jake
Jacobs from Philadelphia on the side, and the officer involves
HUNI unit. He has the Ulysses report and I'm sure

(03:37):
that you saw like two weeks ago, it was a
blistering Ulysses report. Uh, totally kicking ass.

Speaker 2 (03:48):
There's another one coming soon.

Speaker 1 (03:49):
Kicking totally kicking the ass. The cressler say again.

Speaker 2 (03:52):
Jake, there's another one coming soon.

Speaker 1 (03:55):
Yeah, oh great, within the next week. That's great, okay.
So well that's something to look forward to, right, Okay.
So I'm Johnsoniden, a veteran NCIS special agent, and we
normally have an investigative reporter, Ralph Cipriano of Roel Cipriana
dot com and Ralph cibrian substack. He's a former Los

(04:17):
Angeles Time staff writer and a former staff writer for
the now defunct Philadelphia Inquirer. But he is babysitting a
jury today and so the message we got was I'll
be babysitting the jury today in the perjury case of
three homicide detectives in Philadelphia. The judge is charging the

(04:42):
jury in the morning. Unless they come back with a
quick verdict, he won't be with us today. So I
just wanted to give you that head zone.

Speaker 3 (04:53):
Let me tell you the background of this real quick, John,
just get up dated on. These guys are are involved
in the baby in the boxing, the four year old
girl who was raped and murdered by Walter Olgrot, convicted
murderer Walter Rot. But these guys so crass can give
out the money. He actually these guys allegedly raped a

(05:14):
seventy seven year old woman killed her left the DNA.
Seven witnesses testified against him from the neighborhood, and Larry
Krastn is charging the cops for profit.

Speaker 1 (05:29):
Yeah yeah, yeah, Well hopefully that US attorney, that new
US attorney in Philadelphia we talked about last.

Speaker 3 (05:42):
Week, Well, either the US attorney that we talked about
last week or the Attorney general. Since he's the Republican,
it shouldn't make a difference political party Democratic Republican.

Speaker 2 (05:57):
That the most hanous crimes in history. To feel like
you just sac at the beginning of.

Speaker 1 (06:02):
The show, yeah, uh, okay, So.

Speaker 2 (06:09):
He's going to replaced.

Speaker 3 (06:10):
Irah Ironhorn as the most famous Philadelphia criminal, well one
of the.

Speaker 2 (06:14):
Most famous Philadelphia criminals.

Speaker 1 (06:17):
Beautiful famous criminal. So uh you know, not get off track,
but is it Johnny Merlino, Joey Joey Merlino. He's got
a new uh Philly steak.

Speaker 2 (06:34):
He's supposed.

Speaker 1 (06:36):
Saturday, Yes, christ Hey, so.

Speaker 3 (06:42):
You know that crowd is a bigger criminal than Joy
Molino was alleged to have been.

Speaker 1 (06:49):
Yes, I agree, agreed. Okay, So you know, if you're
with the New York State Bar Association, all you should
had attorneys. We have great attorneys that we've had on
on our show that are awesome, But a lot of
these attorneys are nothing about nothing but billing. They're for billing,

(07:10):
you know, except for the ones that we've had on
and are esteemed Jewish lawyer Jake Jacobs.

Speaker 2 (07:18):
So, but.

Speaker 1 (07:22):
You know, if you're part of the New York State
Bar Association, I just read a complaint one of your
miscrant attorneys and we'd be happy to talk to you
about what you're going to do about it. These are
just the highlights. Failure to file motions, neglecting discovery requests,

(07:42):
failure to answer discovery demands, failure for trial prep i'm
professional conduct, failure to communicate with investigators, failure to update
case developments, unjustified bill laying charges. You all know that
except for the attorneys that we've had on that have

(08:05):
their stuff together, but the rest of you justified charges, right,
coercive practices. So if you're with the hierarchy of the
alleged New York State Bar Association, give us a call,
because we'd love to hear your response to that complaint

(08:26):
and what the hell you're going to do about it. Okay,
So anyway, okay, so we've got guests coming out of
a two thirty. So, but I want to run through
a couple of these things that are happening now and

(08:46):
hopefully Ralfell, you know, get in touch with this in
some way if there's a verdict. Okay, So I don't
know what anybody's seeing that Tom Homan's most reason to comments.
But here we go.

Speaker 4 (09:02):
Looks who I just ran into at the airport America's
borders are You're doing a great job.

Speaker 2 (09:08):
Well, we got great people. We got great patriots at ICE,
great patriots at CVP.

Speaker 1 (09:13):
We're going to keep the President's promise and.

Speaker 2 (09:14):
Make this country safe again.

Speaker 4 (09:16):
Can we expect to see some more Jihata students rounded
up soon and deported?

Speaker 1 (09:20):
Just sit back and watch, all right, thank you, Just
sit back and watch. Yeah. Okay, So are you Jake
here familiar with the esteemed French actor Juicy Smote? Right
of course, Okay, we we we. So apparently he has

(09:46):
a sister and she works in Allentown. Yes, so let's
look at that.

Speaker 5 (09:53):
The purpose of this press conference is to provide an
update regarding the news investigation. I want to take a
moment to thank the following agencies who assisted in this case.
Lehigh County District Attorney's Office, the Pennsylvania State Police Crime Lab,
and the Federal.

Speaker 1 (10:08):
Bureau of Investigation.

Speaker 5 (10:11):
The Outtown Police Department conducted a thorough investigation, including interviews
of persons, analysis of evidence, and consultation with the District
Attorney's Office of lee High County. As a result of
the subsequent investigation, Latarsha Brown was charged with hampering with
or fabricating physical evidence, a misdemeanor of the second degree,

(10:31):
and false reports to law enforcement, a misdemeanor of the
third degree. As in every criminal case, the fact that
a warrant has been issued or a complaint has been
filed is merely an accusation. The defendant is presumed innocent
until and unless proven guilty in a court of law.
I am now going to ask Captain Milkovitz to provide

(10:52):
a summation of this investigation.

Speaker 6 (10:57):
Good afternoon, everybody, Captain milkovitz I Criminal Investigation's Division. On
January tenth, twenty twenty five, at approximately seven to eleven am,
Allentown City employee Latarsha Brown arrived at her office on
the third floor City Hall. At approximately seven thirty eight am,
Miss Brown notified the Allentown Police Department that she discovered

(11:20):
what she believed to be a newse on her desk
upon arriving at work. Officers assigned to the Community Outreach Unit,
crime Scene Identification Unit, and Criminal Investigations Unit responded initiating
a criminal investigation to identify the individual responsible for policing
the newse on Miss Brown's desk.

Speaker 7 (11:39):
During the investigation, video.

Speaker 6 (11:41):
Surveillance and building access control records were reviewed to identify
city employees present on the third floor of City Hall
between the time Miss Brown left for work on the
afternoon of January nine, twenty twenty five, and her arrival
in the morning of January tenth. Those employees were interviewed.
Each was asked if they would provide a buckle swab

(12:01):
for DNA testing if needed. Every employee agreed, except for
Miss Brown. Initially cooperative, Miss Brown later requested that the
investigation be discontinued. The news was submitted to the Pennsylvania
State Police Crime Lab for DNA testing on January fourteen,
twenty twenty five. On January twenty fourth, twenty twenty five,

(12:23):
a search warrant was approved by the Lei County District
Attorney's Office for miss Brown's DNA and a DNA sample
was obtained.

Speaker 1 (12:31):
That same day.

Speaker 6 (12:32):
On January twenty seven, twenty twenty five, Miss Brown's buckle
swab was submitted to the Bethleem Regional Crime Lab of
the Pennsylvania State Police for comparison with DNA profiles recovered
from the news. On March tenth, twenty twenty five, the
Forensic DNA Division of the Pennsylvania State Police issued a
written report indicating that Miss Brown's DNA matched the DNA

(12:53):
profile obtained from the swabs of both the outer surface
and inter nodded portion of the News after it was
taken apart, no other person's DNA profiles found on the
evidentiary items involved in this location in this investigation. As
a result of this investigation, earlier today, Detective Harold Bonds
of the Allentown Police Department filed charges against Latasha Brown

(13:17):
at District Court thirty one to two zero one for
the criminal offenses outlined earlier by Chief Roca.

Speaker 1 (13:25):
Thank you, Latarsha Brown.

Speaker 2 (13:31):
Jasmine Crockett.

Speaker 1 (13:33):
Yeah, hey, so I just wanted to that's Allentown and
I've been to almost every single course at the Allentown
Police Academy, and they are awesome. Those skytes are awesome
and equally they're also awesome at Burlington County, New Jersey

(13:53):
Police Academy, which is a bounce back and for training there.
So but Allentown, man, those guy's kick ass and they
have a hell of a population to handle. So she
told Latasha, Yeah, I know she she Uh, apparently she

(14:15):
missed the boat on that. Okay, So look the guy.
The guy, Uh, that's the Prime Minister of Canada. There
are photographs of him with gin, Gislaine Maxwell and Rebel News.
Who is the hell of a news agency account in Canada. Uh,

(14:40):
it's been driving around with a truck that shows him
with just Slaine Maxwell. So, uh, this is one of
the things that happened.

Speaker 8 (14:50):
Don't lying about Its all lies?

Speaker 2 (14:53):
What is lies on this that he was with Epstein
and Maxwell.

Speaker 9 (14:58):
But you have a picture of them together. That's why
even here it doesn't even look like him. It's him.
You don't find that on the picture.

Speaker 2 (15:06):
Is not I used to be a journalist and I'm
not fineness.

Speaker 9 (15:10):
It's not him, You'm saying to me. It doesn't like
him at all.

Speaker 2 (15:13):
No, the face is shorter, the chin is longer.

Speaker 9 (15:17):
No, So what do you think it is?

Speaker 8 (15:19):
That picture some other guy.

Speaker 10 (15:21):
There's just some other guys.

Speaker 9 (15:23):
The relationship, which is just what we want to know.

Speaker 2 (15:26):
Oh, well, we need a truck driving around and flowced.

Speaker 9 (15:28):
Because nobody's talking about it, because there's nothing to talk
about but the fire that are here. Not only she
actually ran away and accused me to not do my
research about Mark Kearney, but his dog just make a

(15:49):
big poo on the ground and she didn't actually clean
it afterwards.

Speaker 1 (15:56):
Well, hopefully it's frozen.

Speaker 2 (15:58):
So her and a dog is full of it.

Speaker 1 (16:00):
Yeah, exactly. Boy, that's definitely him. That's definitely him. Okay,
so we don't have any gun porn today.

Speaker 3 (16:10):
But we do have all these people who scowt propaganda
always call themselves journalists.

Speaker 2 (16:17):
Well, go ahead, John Digress, right.

Speaker 1 (16:18):
Right, Okay, we don't have any gun porn today, so
don't worry about that, but.

Speaker 2 (16:23):
We do have.

Speaker 1 (16:25):
What's her name, Jasmine?

Speaker 2 (16:26):
Right? Oh my god, yeah, here we go.

Speaker 7 (16:30):
Oh. Congress Woman.

Speaker 11 (16:39):
Wait, congress Woman Crocket.

Speaker 12 (16:44):
Congress Woman Crockett, you're recently on a Tesla takedown call
call for violence on the twenty nine. Would you like
to clarify your comments Congressman, will you condone vice?

Speaker 7 (16:56):
Will you condone violence at the.

Speaker 1 (16:57):
Time, little assault happening there.

Speaker 2 (17:03):
I think they filed charge. I think you father he
did so.

Speaker 1 (17:08):
In addition to that, she called Greg Abbatt the governor
of Texas hot wheels.

Speaker 2 (17:16):
Yeah, disrespect of those song.

Speaker 1 (17:19):
Well that's for sure. Okay, So all right, so Bernie
Sanders and AOC we're out in Colorado.

Speaker 2 (17:33):
And this this, uh what they want to visit at Ragua.

Speaker 1 (17:39):
Oh, we're goet this touches on that, but uh it's
a wild ride. It's an eleven minute ride.

Speaker 2 (17:47):
We're not going to do that.

Speaker 1 (17:48):
Cut it down. But you get the gist of the
Colorado leftists from this video.

Speaker 13 (17:56):
Danielle has caused with her verbiage and her scenario about
saying that Vin and Sualen gang members have taken over
the city of Aurora and it's not safe.

Speaker 10 (18:08):
You don't think they're Venezuelan gangs in Aurora.

Speaker 13 (18:10):
There might be one or two, three or four members,
but they're hardworking people.

Speaker 14 (18:16):
About the video of those guys with the long guns
going about.

Speaker 2 (18:19):
It was hype?

Speaker 10 (18:20):
Was it a fake video?

Speaker 7 (18:22):
It was four or five bad?

Speaker 2 (18:23):
No, it ended up being a true and factual video.

Speaker 13 (18:27):
But there are.

Speaker 10 (18:27):
Gangs for hype.

Speaker 7 (18:29):
I think it was used for hype.

Speaker 15 (18:31):
Trump as a fucking idiot, okay, I think he's trying
to listen.

Speaker 10 (18:34):
No, free, don't you think fucking idiot?

Speaker 2 (18:36):
Okay?

Speaker 15 (18:37):
He's basically a second grader, all right, if you've listened
to what anything he said, okay, over his entire career,
he's literally a primary school mentality.

Speaker 16 (18:56):
I don't believe that racists should hold off this so
first and almost, if you have an opinion that your
race is better than, or for some reason has some
sort of spiritual or cosmic preference or elevation over another race,
that's wrong and I don't support or believe in you.
So right now, the person who's the president does believe

(19:18):
that their race is better than is supreme.

Speaker 10 (19:22):
Whatever Donald Trump say, white people are supreme.

Speaker 16 (19:25):
I have heard Donald Trump support many racist policies.

Speaker 10 (19:37):
Excuse me?

Speaker 14 (19:38):
Can I ask you about the stickers you're putting on
the police officers cars.

Speaker 10 (19:43):
It was a pig sticker. Do you believe police officers
or pigs? Yeah? Do you want to talk?

Speaker 2 (19:54):
Do you have no content?

Speaker 4 (19:55):
No?

Speaker 14 (19:56):
I saw you put stickers on the police cars about
calling him pigs. I saw you walk right by and
put it there. I saw you do it. Oh, so
you weren't doing it. You don't have stickers in your hands?

Speaker 1 (20:07):
Yeah, no, goofy right wing conspiratorial radio talk shows.

Speaker 10 (20:11):
Yeah yeah, seven ten, yeah, yeah. I mean, do you
believe that pig? Police officers?

Speaker 2 (20:19):
You all that bullshit? There's your sound bite, you little
weird internet troll. There goes your YouTube.

Speaker 10 (20:24):
Just coming back.

Speaker 2 (20:27):
Here to the police.

Speaker 10 (20:30):
I was just wondering what stickers you put on there?

Speaker 2 (20:32):
Do you believe? Do you talking to me?

Speaker 14 (20:35):
No, I'm just wondering do you believe police officers? Do
you believe police officers?

Speaker 2 (20:40):
Why you're here? Do you want to hear the speech.

Speaker 10 (20:42):
I'm hearing to talk with.

Speaker 16 (20:44):
Yeah, thank you for all of your questions today.

Speaker 10 (20:54):
Thank you, Thank you.

Speaker 14 (20:55):
Wrapping up my time at the Bernie Sanders AOC rally. Now, look,
I've been to a vent and all sorts of types
of events, political rallies, Trump Romney, I've been to Billy
Graham evangelistic events. This is almost like a religious event
for the political left. They adore Bernie Sanders and AOC,

(21:16):
and they believe that government can bring about a utopia
of healthcare for all people, living wages for all people.
They just need more power, they need more taxes.

Speaker 10 (21:29):
They need more government in order to achieve it.

Speaker 14 (21:31):
Their faith is absolutely in the power of government to
deliver this. So out of all the events I've attended,
and all the protests recently, the anti Trump protests, the
Teachers' union protests, this feels a lot more like a
religious experience.

Speaker 10 (21:47):
And there are a ton of people here.

Speaker 14 (21:50):
I mean a lot of people came out for this one.
So I think here's what you're going to see. You're
gonna see the Democrat Party shift to the left over
the next few years. You're gonna have like a teep
already like movement, but this time on the Democrat side,
where they drive the Democrat Party to be a lot
more combative. The days of Michael Bennett, John Hickeloop or
Chuck Schumer, those are wrapping up. They're gonna want real

(22:11):
fighters like Bernie Sanders and AOC. So get ready for
that to happen. Conservatives in Colorado need to take stock
that there was a massive turnout in Civic Center Park
for the progressive wing of the Democrat Party.

Speaker 10 (22:26):
That's the direction they're.

Speaker 14 (22:27):
Going to want to take the state. So you got
to buckle up and get ready for that rodeo. All right,
this is Jeff Hunt seven to ten k and us
signing off.

Speaker 1 (22:37):
Okay, so that one individual was a transgender person, right.

Speaker 3 (22:44):
I don't think there's such a word, but another word
that China has made up for.

Speaker 2 (22:49):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (22:50):
Yeah, Well it's an eleven minute video and if you
happen to see it, it's a wild ride. But that's
the end of it.

Speaker 3 (22:58):
So but I got the steak in his hand. Call
him the other guy a liar? Did he put him away?

Speaker 1 (23:05):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (23:09):
You know?

Speaker 2 (23:09):
Oh god?

Speaker 1 (23:10):
Okay, so, h Connor McGregor is going to run for
what are they prime minister in Irish Ireland?

Speaker 2 (23:19):
Ireland?

Speaker 1 (23:21):
Yeah? So I just want to run this because they
were asking people about Connor McGregor.

Speaker 2 (23:29):
Okay, would you support Connor McGregor if you've already become
the president of Ireland?

Speaker 17 (23:33):
Yes, I would definitely support Connor McGregor. What Connor McGregor
said in the White House last week was extremely accurate
and very very true of how the people of Ireland
north and South fail about illegal mass migration.

Speaker 2 (23:50):
No, I fully.

Speaker 17 (23:51):
Understand that we have all made mistakes and some people
might say Connor's made mistake in the past. Well guess what,
so by I've made a lot of them, it doesn't
mean that what I say today is not true and
he was speaking facts.

Speaker 14 (24:07):
You think Connor McGregor is the last chance for Ireland
before they go too far in the wrong direction.

Speaker 2 (24:14):
I'll tell you this.

Speaker 17 (24:16):
I'm frightened for the direction that we're going in and
we need a real big change and I think it
has to be something like the Donald Trump in America,
and Connor McGregor, from what I can see, is maybe
our best hope.

Speaker 1 (24:35):
Yeah, what do you think, Jake, I think he's the
best hope.

Speaker 2 (24:41):
I mean, I'm actually shocked at Ireland went in that direction,
but that there.

Speaker 1 (24:47):
There now very bad, very very very bad. Okay, So
have you heard anything from Ralph yet?

Speaker 2 (24:59):
No chat.

Speaker 3 (25:00):
But you know the funny thing when when you talk
about getting back to Milino and real quick, since she
brought up Ralph, Joey Molina was funny.

Speaker 2 (25:11):
He has a opening up a cheese steak place because
Skinny joe I was about.

Speaker 3 (25:17):
To say because because his nickname is Skinny Joey, and
that's about to do a cheese steaks plice. But here's
another little tip bit with Joey. Joey has has caused
the arrest of more people than Larr Krasher. I remember
it was a young lady. It was the older lady
brother who was who was rocking the thoughted in South Philadelphia,

(25:40):
and Joey told whoever the perpetrator was, I think you
need to deal with the police instead of the streets,
so to speak. And the next day that person turned
himself in. So Joey is a better prosecutor Krasner.

Speaker 1 (26:01):
Oh God, So okay. So I saw a video of
Skinny Joe's, Skinny Joey, Skinny Joey's and it's close.

Speaker 2 (26:13):
To the he's not skinny anymore, but right, but.

Speaker 1 (26:18):
I mean it's close to what. It's close to the
it's close to the where that ve used to be, right,
I mean, because there's a it looks like ninety five
is right next to it.

Speaker 2 (26:35):
Anyway, I'm sure here, I'm sure he'll get a lot
of business.

Speaker 1 (26:38):
Yeah, we got to get you need.

Speaker 2 (26:41):
To bring Sidney Joey.

Speaker 3 (26:42):
But I think he had I don't know if he
has his own podcast or someone associated with him have
their own podcast.

Speaker 1 (26:48):
Yes, they do, okay, So, Chanel, I know you're listening.
So I just got word from our second hour guests
that they're ready to rock. They're going to be ready
to work, So thank you for calling them. Anyway, Uh
let's say, uh we're gonna we're waiting for Lacey Lunsford

(27:13):
after Brad Lunsford's wife and uh Matthew Overstreet. So but
I wanted to bring everybody good, Okay, So hang on
a second, I just want to can you shot out?
Can you show Lunsford number one? The number one? Okay?

(27:40):
Check this headline out. Judge admits error and Brad Lunsford
trial grant's release as motion for new trial remains. So
I'm glad to see, uh that at least has enough

(28:02):
to admit that he made an error. But we'll see
if he h grants a new trial or what the
hell the deal is? You know what I mean? So
a Chanel, thank you very much.

Speaker 2 (28:18):
I mean he he committed more than one era it was.

Speaker 1 (28:21):
It was yeah, well he picked one of them anyway, right,
So Chew, can you bring Lacey up? Police? Lacy? How
you doing not too bad?

Speaker 8 (28:34):
How are you good?

Speaker 7 (28:36):
Hey?

Speaker 1 (28:36):
So what's happening with the pecan trees.

Speaker 4 (28:40):
We are getting ready to work the ground and then
start watering. So it's almost that time.

Speaker 1 (28:46):
Wow, so you know this has this doesn't involve legal
mumbo jumpo. But how long does it take a pecan
too mature?

Speaker 8 (28:58):
So we start watering the the cheese will start blooming.

Speaker 4 (29:01):
In about May, and then by about December they're they're
ready to harvest.

Speaker 1 (29:06):
Whoa awesome, awesome, awesome. So you don't have a figure
as to how much how many of those pecans find
their way into pecan pies.

Speaker 8 (29:19):
Quite a few, quite a few, I would think.

Speaker 1 (29:23):
Oh yeah, I can imagine. Anyway, Hey, listen, great news,
Brad has been released, right.

Speaker 8 (29:31):
Yes, sir, he's home.

Speaker 1 (29:32):
Okay, So did they have any restrictions on him?

Speaker 4 (29:35):
Yes, So we're still trying to figure out exactly what
the restrictions are because the judge he put all these
restrictions on him, but then he didn't specify. So I
think we're actually going to talk to him today and
specify everything so we know what exactly is in place.

Speaker 3 (29:51):
Well, Lacy, before he was working, so now that the
judge admitted his era, even though I think there should
be pl with a whole bunch of messes at the end,
is Brad allowed to go back to work?

Speaker 2 (30:04):
Is going to be some sort of work release or
does he have to.

Speaker 4 (30:09):
So he uh, you know, he's kind of on home
home arrest. Oh, matt said, he's on So he's kind
of on on home arrest right now, or house arrest,
I should say. But he can still look for employment
and you know, go to medical appointments. So it's it's
kind of we don't know exactly what is going on.

Speaker 3 (30:29):
We need to you said, he looking. So he did
the conviction. I thought he was working, that's my understanding.

Speaker 4 (30:35):
Yes, so prior to the conviction, yes, he had been
employed the entire time.

Speaker 3 (30:39):
Right, so now that we got all these errors and
the conviction has been overturned, Yeah, why is he not
allowed to go back to work?

Speaker 8 (30:47):
I'm not I'm not sure about that.

Speaker 3 (30:49):
I mean, we got we need a good officer because
evidently you got mass shuttings going on and lost.

Speaker 1 (30:55):
Exact exactly they need Brad back there.

Speaker 3 (31:00):
I mean I might be missing something, but maybe you
can explain a little better. Or Matthew when he comes on.

Speaker 1 (31:04):
Hey, can you Matthew is with us?

Speaker 2 (31:07):
Now?

Speaker 1 (31:07):
Can we get Matthew, how you doing.

Speaker 2 (31:10):
Hello?

Speaker 1 (31:11):
Does cows look very healthy?

Speaker 2 (31:13):
Man? Thank you?

Speaker 11 (31:17):
Grass fed and everything grass finished.

Speaker 1 (31:20):
Yeah, there we go. Hey, Matthew, thanks very much for
joining us along with Lacey. So great, great news that
Brad is back home. Absolutely Yeah. This whole thing should
be you know, dusted off and thrown away, you know,

(31:41):
and he should be uh. You know, the town out
there has had, as Jake mentioned, serious problems in the
past couple of days.

Speaker 11 (31:50):
Right, national news problems.

Speaker 18 (31:52):
And it speaks to the the intricacies and the lackadaisical
nature of the Attorney General and really handcuffing his officers
across the state from being enabling them to do their job.
And it's a detriment to the community, the culture down
there when kids can't even go play in a park

(32:15):
and feel safe.

Speaker 2 (32:16):
Uh.

Speaker 18 (32:16):
And it's it's a very sad save affairs. And unfortunately,
you know, this incident with Brad. Lacy and I have
spoken several times about this. You know, it's going to
cause officers to hesitate in their duties and it's going
to cost officers lives.

Speaker 2 (32:32):
Does that rocket side.

Speaker 3 (32:34):
I don't mean to cut you off after you real quick, sure,
but that's what these urals to start district attorneys happened.

Speaker 2 (32:39):
I mean, it's funny. You're a civilian and a layment
in this matter.

Speaker 3 (32:45):
And that's what they don't People don't really understand we
are cops are pro action, we're not reaction.

Speaker 2 (32:53):
There.

Speaker 3 (32:54):
So when you do something like these urals and start
dicktion attorneys, you have the shootings like you just had
this week, and you have people who literally don't take
their stun gun or their firearm. They go to the
scene with they shovel. We're going to pick up the
mess after it's already been Yeah, so that's what's happening

(33:14):
now because of and you don't have to say it.
I'm sure Lazy knows. I'm sure Brad can't speak. But
it's well known within the law enforcement communities is that's
the result of these sources district attorneys throughout the country.
You have more crime because you're going to have people reacting.

Speaker 1 (33:34):
Well, yeah, they're creating a I mean just there as
well as for a lot.

Speaker 11 (33:42):
Right, it's across it's across the nation. If you really stop.

Speaker 18 (33:47):
And if you are not only the hesitation of the
law enforcement, but perhaps you know in their line of
duty throughout the day, you know, they might have notice
some behavior that might have needed further questioning. They're just
walking through the park even, you know, putting themselves at

(34:09):
that risk, you know, law enforcement.

Speaker 11 (34:11):
In my perspective, if I was in law enforcement, that's
what I would do.

Speaker 18 (34:14):
I would avoid direct contact, I would avoid engaging. I
would instead of being proactive in my community, instead of
engaging with my community to help.

Speaker 11 (34:29):
Just the presence alone will deter some individuals. But yeah,
with this, this is the activity.

Speaker 1 (34:37):
Your your loss in an environment like that. As a
law enforcement answer, I don't care whether you're a local,
state or federal. Your loss exposure increases the second you
leave the door.

Speaker 3 (34:52):
Because you understand is how come the district attorneys in
the attorney generals don't understand it?

Speaker 1 (34:57):
Right?

Speaker 11 (34:57):
I think they very I think they do understand it now.

Speaker 18 (35:00):
Honestly, these district attorneys and attorney generals across the nature country,
I intentionally think they turn the blind eye to it.
They don't care because they're pandering to a constituent. They're
pandering to a voting crowd. This puts political dollars into
their pocket. They're not in their positions to better their community,

(35:25):
their state, their nation.

Speaker 11 (35:27):
They're there for their own selfish goals and desires.

Speaker 18 (35:32):
I mean we can see that just among our own
senators and congressmen and watch their portfolios grow the moment
they take office.

Speaker 11 (35:41):
It's a money making scheme.

Speaker 3 (35:44):
That would you consider them committing murder because if you
know that your actions is going to cause the reaction.

Speaker 2 (35:53):
Of the community, which is to kill each other.

Speaker 3 (35:55):
And they all say they're protecting the lower income and
lower the less fortunate communities, and those are the communities
is getting slaughtered.

Speaker 2 (36:07):
Are they complicit in the slaughter?

Speaker 18 (36:10):
I would say yes they are. And as we spoke
before the last podcast, unfortunately Lacy wasn't able to join.

Speaker 1 (36:16):
Us that day.

Speaker 11 (36:18):
It's a win win for a politician.

Speaker 18 (36:20):
It's a win win for these individuals, and sadly we're
the losers.

Speaker 1 (36:28):
Well, you know, we just showed a clip of the
you know, you discussed their audience, those particular district attorneys
and attorney general's audience that they're pandering to, and we
had a we showed a clip of that audience in
Colorado and what a wild wild ride. I mean, you know,

(36:52):
they think that trendia is uh, you know, for hard working.

Speaker 2 (36:57):
Guys long guns in a hotel in the apartment building. Lazy.

Speaker 3 (37:03):
But before I forget the point, and I don't know
if you could talk about it or not. Is reinstatement
not an option with Brad because of the conviction, or
is it possible or and you just can't speak on
that at this point.

Speaker 4 (37:16):
Right now, we just need to get through the next
hearing and see if we get a new trial, and
then you know, later on down the road it.

Speaker 8 (37:23):
Might be a possibility. I we don't know.

Speaker 2 (37:25):
At this point.

Speaker 1 (37:26):
I don't even understand how they could even retry that thing,
because there it's blatantly justified.

Speaker 3 (37:38):
Well, if Raoul realizes the loss, now, maybe he'll do
like they do with all the convicted murderers, and Philadelphia
decide not to pursue us any further. But when we're
dealing with people like this, they can't take the l
as we say on the streets. So you know, when
you punch them in the jar, they go get the gun.

(37:59):
So we don't no, you know, they don't know how
to hold their hands as we say. As I used
to say, I'm a little older now, so.

Speaker 18 (38:09):
Well he's got egg on his face now, soaking he's
invested uh so much resources and time and money from
his office into this that all hands on deck any
means possible to. They're doing damage control right now and

(38:32):
it's they're not going to stop. Uh, They're gonna keep
digging themselves a whole. As I told Lacey, I said,
if they're digging with a bacco, just don't hand them
a shovel.

Speaker 11 (38:41):
We want them to keep digging that hole.

Speaker 18 (38:43):
And that's what they're doing by attacking her, by attacking Ye, we.

Speaker 1 (38:48):
Didn't We kind of didn't touch on that last time,
Matthew and the last time you were on can you
talk about that at all? I mean, that's a Paul.
You're fighting for a law enforcement professional that was wrongfully
prosecuted for justified shooting, and they're coming after you for

(39:12):
supporting him.

Speaker 4 (39:14):
And it was funny, you know, during the hearing, John
Duran stood up in court and he started saying, you
know that I'm calling for violence and I am just
in the actual motion Career Day put that I was
inciting a mob. I was whipping up a mob. So
it's they're attacking me for speaking out and there's it's

(39:36):
just it's ridiculous.

Speaker 18 (39:38):
Oh, we touched on the hypocrisy of the last episode.
You know, here they are trying to restrict Lacey's free speech,
her First Amendment right, and at the same time they're
demanding that dur number eight free speeches detected. At the

(40:00):
same time that that individual can set on a.

Speaker 11 (40:06):
Jury with a known bias. The hypocrisy is ridiculous and
just laughable.

Speaker 1 (40:15):
What is okay? So Lacy, I know when when we
last texted, there's a I mean that there's a subpoena
for the for the juror.

Speaker 4 (40:30):
Right, So she was subpoened and they quashed it for now.
So the hearing on Friday. This Friday, it's a virtual hearing.
They're going to be dealing with all the state's emergency
motions pertaining to the four person mh.

Speaker 3 (40:45):
They have we got to the bottom of how the
leap frauds took place?

Speaker 2 (40:50):
Is that one of the errors?

Speaker 3 (40:52):
I mean, because one thing to talk to the full person,
but the full person is not appointing the jurors. So
have we figured out how the leap frog in the
shell game took place?

Speaker 2 (41:04):
As that part of the eras.

Speaker 8 (41:06):
We we don't know yet.

Speaker 1 (41:10):
Wow, Martin, do you know I'm dumbfounded that there isn't
a news media entity, preferably independent, that is asking what
the hell is going on with us? I mean, the
whole thing is appalling. It stinks to high heaven.

Speaker 18 (41:31):
So the local k Fox down there actually did put
out a really good objective after the motion where Brad
was released. She put out a really good itemized, kind
of bulleted style article on exactly what took place. And

(41:53):
you know, her title of her article was, judge admits
area yes in the Brad Lunsford trial.

Speaker 1 (42:00):
Bring that back up, will you please? So she has
pull with points in here.

Speaker 18 (42:06):
Oh wait, that's a different art. This was Selena's. Uh,
selenus wrote this one. Uh, and she goes through there
judge admits fault. How it occurred? You know, I guess
he In that article he cited as giving some justification
as oopsie, this could have happened.

Speaker 11 (42:30):
Uh.

Speaker 18 (42:31):
Their honorable Foy acknowledged he failed to verify the names
or roles of jurors after recovering key documents mid trial.
He said, and I quote, he delegated the task to
a lower clerk, but did not provide specific instructions. He
also admitted he did not consult either legal team to

(42:51):
confirm the seating chart or dock it. Uh, and boy said,
I'm taking full responsibility for the error, and how that
doesn't grant a mistrial?

Speaker 11 (43:03):
Right there?

Speaker 1 (43:05):
Exactly?

Speaker 11 (43:06):
I mean, good for him.

Speaker 18 (43:07):
I mean he stood up as an honorable man and
took responsibility for his actions and acknowledged that he made
an egregious error. We do have to give him the
credibility for that, because, as we know, most folks these
days in society wouldn't take responsibility for their actions. But
the next step is admitting your error and then also

(43:32):
following through with it, and that's granted a mistrial.

Speaker 2 (43:35):
Yeah, how hard is he being to judge? Yeah?

Speaker 11 (43:39):
If we know, I don't know off the top of
my head.

Speaker 3 (43:43):
I mean, did he just take the bench, because I
mean it's one thing. I know you've been a little
bit more generous than that. Maybe it's one thing to
say all these errors just happened to take place perfectly,
like the dominos, but.

Speaker 11 (43:58):
There are no coincidences.

Speaker 1 (44:00):
Yeah, that's not somebody had to wear raine sat and
there's a lot of moving pieces and you have to
have more than one person. So I mean, Jake, how
would that how would you even accomplish that.

Speaker 3 (44:20):
I mean, I know Matthew just mentioned mistrial and that
that lends to going to having another trial. I mean, honestly,
and I think I spoke about this last week. I
don't know how double Jeopardy is not in effected. You
should everything should get tossed, and there should be no
option for this because from start to finish just started

(44:41):
out as a justified shooting. Months later you come out
when Raoul decides no, for let me go pick this file,
you know, to get Brad. And then after that, you know,
you go through all these other nonsenses and you have
this trial. When the trial happens, you have all these

(45:03):
things that never happen in a trial.

Speaker 2 (45:07):
You know. So how many times did he lose the
seating chart? Did he leap frog jurors?

Speaker 3 (45:14):
Did he get rid of the only person who was
talking about possibly claiming Brad was innocent? There's too many coincidences.

Speaker 2 (45:23):
I don't like her. See.

Speaker 3 (45:25):
I look at these as being criminal actions. And I
don't care whether you're a judge or a cast or
somebody on the street robbing a liquor store. A criminal
is a criminal. That's just the way I look at it.
And when you're complicit in putting this young lady's husband
and the father of her children in jail for political gain,
I don't care why you do it, because it's for

(45:45):
some sort of benefit. Political gain is game. So when
you're sitting back doing those kinds of things, you need
to be held accountable. You know, this lady got peek
hands that she got a warter in May, in harvest
and December, yeah, and she would have had to do
it with her young son's Luckily, Brad's home and hopefully

(46:07):
he'll be home with December, so you don't got to
do all that by yourself. And then the police department,
and I'm not saying they didn't stand behind them, but
the day later they should. Somebody should stood up and said, okay,
till y'all figure this out. These are legal actions that
you committed against Brad. He's coming back and earning a
living and and and it shouldn't be so it shouldn't

(46:31):
have so much ambiguity to it. So so I.

Speaker 1 (46:39):
Listened to the chiefs uh press conference relative to the
mass shooting there, but that the chief is behind Brad, right,
I mean, isn't the police department support right? So I
don't understand why.

Speaker 3 (46:59):
I mean, well, he may be getting political pressure now, John,
I mean that's that's the problem. He was behind them,
but now you can't. He can't put himself out there.
And you know, people got families, people, you know, so
he may not can't put himself out there. You know,
he may want to help Brad, but he might have

(47:20):
gotten the phone. Okay, okayby's phone calls between the judge
and Raoul.

Speaker 1 (47:24):
Okay, who is the sheriff out there?

Speaker 4 (47:29):
So the sheriff for the Donyana sheriff Department, Her name
is Kim Stewart.

Speaker 1 (47:35):
Okay, So what county is it.

Speaker 8 (47:39):
Again, Doniana?

Speaker 4 (47:41):
So our r police chief is Jeremy's story and he
is the most amazing chief, Like we love him to
death and he is. They really have been so supportive
and he's been amazing and with all this other crap
that the city's going through, he has it's been a
nightmare for him.

Speaker 1 (48:00):
Yeah, so let me ask you this, Okay. The sheriff,
I mean you know, in some states the sheriff is
a is not a law enforcement person. There they deliver
papers and work at the jail. Basically they don't have
they don't have significant law enforcement powers. But in New

(48:22):
Mexico do they?

Speaker 8 (48:24):
Yes?

Speaker 1 (48:25):
So they and they are elected, the sheriff is elected, yes, okay.
So and the sheriff out there in your county is
a female sheriff. Okay, So has she spoken on this
at all?

Speaker 8 (48:41):
No, we haven't heard anything.

Speaker 4 (48:42):
And I know they have a couple of shootings that
one of them is kind of similar to Brad's, where
you know, this guy ended up getting the deputy's taser
pointed it like behind him, towards him, and the deputy
shot him. And so we haven't heard anything on that either.

Speaker 1 (48:58):
So are they prosecuting him or are they We don't know.

Speaker 8 (49:04):
We haven't heard anything.

Speaker 4 (49:05):
I think they're they're tabling in to see what's gonna
happen with Brad's.

Speaker 8 (49:08):
I have no idea.

Speaker 2 (49:12):
Yes, the incident is it's an individual incident.

Speaker 3 (49:17):
You know Brad wasn't You don't wait for Brad because
Brad wasn't getting charged before until Robuld decided to get involved.
And now you're waiting to see what happens to Brad,
whether this was a justified shooting or not. I mean,
it makes no sense to where we don't you don't
do stuff. It's an investigation, is an investigation. I'm sorry,
I don't want you know, this just kind of stuff
pissed me off because I watched the video and if

(49:40):
anything was justified, you know, you get different types of
justifiable shootings, and Brad's shooting was justifiable. You had his
partner knocked out on the damn ground. The guy went
forced firearm, didn't want for the taser. You know, we
just had a shooting recently in Philadelphia where about three

(50:01):
four days ago maybe a little where people transporting the
crazy guy someone craze. They gets the hold of an
officer's gun and luckily they shot the officer in the
in the bulletproof vests, and his partner ed up returning
fire and killing they were you know, but here's the problem.

(50:21):
If the cops shoots and kills them, or the cops
get killed, then everybody's talking all this other nonsense. We
got split second decisions to make. Brad had a split
second decision to make. You know, if he gets tased
and this crazy person gets a hold of his gun
and kills him and his partner, then everybody's at this

(50:42):
funeral acting all somber like they died doing what they love,
which is one of the I can't stand that Brad crazed.

Speaker 18 (50:50):
But you're talking about a drug fueled individual, right, I
didn't have a choice.

Speaker 1 (50:55):
Brad didn't choice.

Speaker 18 (50:57):
I mean high on meth and mehan the means and
had alcohol I assume in his system.

Speaker 11 (51:03):
I mean, we're talking about.

Speaker 19 (51:05):
Someone that is essentially invincible and has dull pain sensor sensories,
drug fueled rage.

Speaker 2 (51:17):
What's up? Method is pretty prevalent in New Mexico, isn't it?

Speaker 11 (51:21):
Everything is present prevalent in New Mexico.

Speaker 1 (51:25):
Yeah, that's evidenced by the recent defense.

Speaker 2 (51:30):
Right, So.

Speaker 1 (51:32):
We have five minutes left, but I want to get Okay,
you have a hearing on Friday. But is it is virtual?

Speaker 2 (51:43):
Shit?

Speaker 1 (51:44):
So I mean people, well, people still show up at
the courthouse or not? Do we want to ask them
to do that or not? It's a virtual thing.

Speaker 18 (52:00):
Right, Yes, it's a virtual virtual hearing, and I think there.

Speaker 11 (52:11):
Is available.

Speaker 1 (52:12):
Lacy, did you send me a link for the it's public?
I think Lacey is frozen. Yeah, she sent me a list.

Speaker 3 (52:23):
Do you know if it's a status listing or is
it something that what type of decisions?

Speaker 11 (52:29):
I don't think.

Speaker 18 (52:30):
I just think there I've been notified. Lacy notified us
in the family that there is a public link where
we can actually watch the hearing.

Speaker 1 (52:40):
Yeah, I'll tell you what I.

Speaker 11 (52:41):
Will, and that's something we can zip over to you.

Speaker 1 (52:44):
Yeah. She was kind enough to do that, and I
didn't have enough time to get it up, but we can.

Speaker 4 (52:51):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (52:52):
Boy, I feel bad that she's frozen.

Speaker 2 (52:55):
Yeah, I would love to get that link on the screen.

Speaker 1 (52:57):
So yeah, so you know, I'm gonna send you the
link so if we can put it up. We only
have a couple of minutes left, so I'm going to
try to try to get that.

Speaker 2 (53:12):
Mm hmmm.

Speaker 11 (53:14):
Oh there she is, she's back.

Speaker 1 (53:17):
Okay, let me say the It's a virtual hearing, right, yes, sir,
So you sent me the link, right.

Speaker 8 (53:24):
I did it.

Speaker 7 (53:25):
It's a Google you can you can.

Speaker 1 (53:27):
Join more through the phone, right, I think.

Speaker 8 (53:30):
So, I've never done it before, so I'm not sure.

Speaker 18 (53:35):
Okay, So you should be able to download the Google
Meets app and just plug in the associated code and
password and instead of open it right.

Speaker 1 (53:44):
Up right, Anna know, I'm gonna send that to you
right now, so, uh, we can get that up. Okay,
but it's important to be to watch what happens.

Speaker 3 (53:59):
You know you see, I know I don't have to
tell you because I've seen you on Twitter. But keep fighting,
see it?

Speaker 2 (54:06):
Will? I know you keep I know you go to
keep fighting.

Speaker 8 (54:09):
Yeah, I told them I will not tower to those bullies.

Speaker 1 (54:12):
So well, I think the whole thing is appalling from
what have you heard from the entities that rule that justified?
I mean they must be Yeah, everybody.

Speaker 4 (54:28):
By this, everyone and their mom they know this is
it's it's all as.

Speaker 8 (54:35):
I can't even.

Speaker 1 (54:39):
Yeah, So how are your boys doing? Anyway?

Speaker 8 (54:43):
They're good as you can hear. We we got them
some parakeets and I forgot they were here. But know
that the boys there, they're over the moon that daddy's home.

Speaker 4 (54:51):
It's it's been it was the best weekend and they're
just we're so happy.

Speaker 1 (54:56):
That's outstanding. Hey, so'm I sent this thing to Chanel,
but we only have one minute left. Uh, if you're
listening to this, this is a travesty of justice. A
Brad officer, Brad Lunceford, was wrongfully prosecuted for a justified shooting.

(55:19):
So if you can, you know, you can certainly follow
Lacy on social media issues. On x at at Desert
Desert Moon right, Desert Moon Lace, So to keep up
with that, and we're going to publicize this Google meet

(55:40):
for Friday. I wonder if people can comment, that would
be great, you.

Speaker 2 (55:47):
Know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (55:48):
So all right, well let's let us know what is happening,
and uh, you know, we're praying for a terrific outcome
on Friday. Okay, thank you guys, thank you, thank you
very much to keep us a thank you. Thank you, Matthew,
thank you Lacey.

Speaker 18 (56:03):
And the continued help and contributions are going to help
keep the family in the fight. And you appreciate all
the help so far from everyone.

Speaker 4 (56:11):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (56:11):
Yes, sir, we'll show that again. Okay, okay, Edward back,
let me just tell you we've got again. We've got
Detective Jake Jacobs from Philadelphia Homicide in the Answer In
Shooting Unit. And I'm Johnson and a veteran NCIS special
agent and I just wanted Channell, do you have that
thing you do? Okay, So this is you know, we

(56:33):
just finished up with Lacey Lunsford and Matthew over Street
relative to the wrongful prosecution of Officer Brad Lunsford for
justified shooting, and Lacy was kind enough to send us
the link for the to listen to the hearing on Friday.

(56:55):
So I just wanted to show that you can join
with the Google meet if you want to take a
screenshot of that or something, and you can joined by phone. Okay.
And Brad needs all the support he can get for
you know, again, have a wrongful prosecution for a justified shooting. Jake,

(57:20):
that's appalling. So Chanel, can you show that Gibson go
again for a lanswort please? Okay? And uh, you know
Lacy and they have two young sons and they have
a pecan farm and you know, I'm sure this is

(57:43):
wrecked there their life for a justified shooting. Incredible, Okay, Chanell,
thank you very much. So we want to delve into this.
There's a this is horrific. This is also a it's
a missing person and she's a fourteen year old Arby

(58:06):
Will and we have her parents with us. But I
wanted to just give you an idea of what we're
what we're looking at here Hang on a second, just
hang on, get this here we go. This is this
is the parents and I just want to have it
you have an idea of how long this has been
going on.

Speaker 17 (58:27):
It's been nine weeks since Aubrey war has been missing.

Speaker 7 (58:31):
But please, we still need your help. Click the link
in our biome to word how you.

Speaker 2 (58:36):
Can help me.

Speaker 12 (58:37):
We will not be silenced and we will continue to
tell a story every day.

Speaker 7 (58:42):
Thank you, thank you.

Speaker 1 (58:48):
Okay, and you do you have the channel? Can you
show the LinkedIn the link? There we go. Can you
go bring that up a little bit please? Okay and okay,
and then back down for the address. This is on TikTok.
So you also want to take a screenshot of that? Okay,

(59:15):
thanks channel, Thank you very much. So if Chanel, can
you bring up the parents please? John Jade are you there?

Speaker 2 (59:27):
Hey?

Speaker 7 (59:28):
How are you doing?

Speaker 2 (59:28):
John?

Speaker 7 (59:29):
Is that on all?

Speaker 1 (59:31):
I'm sorry, you have to unmute yourself, John, if you
could unmute yourself?

Speaker 2 (59:42):
Yeah?

Speaker 7 (59:42):
Can you hear us now?

Speaker 2 (59:43):
John?

Speaker 1 (59:43):
Oh yeah?

Speaker 2 (59:44):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (59:45):
Yeah.

Speaker 7 (59:45):
So that's that's weird. Is that camera? Is that on
our end? That's not working?

Speaker 1 (59:50):
Yeah? I don't know, Chanel. Is that probably on their end? Yeah?
I'm not sure. We have a picture of Aubrey there, but.

Speaker 7 (01:00:04):
It says right now, it says stop cam. So on
my side. It looks like the cam is working, but
I will say, the light on my camera is not
lit up. Let me just change the port hold on
one second. Okay, I'll have him leave and come back.

Speaker 1 (01:00:18):
But yeah, I'm going to run a couple of these
things so you have an idea of what this case
is about. In addition to that, so you just saw
the parents, Uh this is there. I think it's their gibson. Go, yeah, okay,

(01:00:45):
that's from that's a you can scan that if you
happen to see her. She was attending the the high
school there, and I'm sure I think it's a Easton.

(01:01:10):
The problem is is that, if I understand this correctly,
while he's getting connected, the police department didn't respond immediately
to a variety of different requests for assistance, but they
do now apparently, let's look at the uh let's bring

(01:01:36):
up some of these websites, uh Chanel. While we're waiting
for John to to fix his camera, John and Jay
to fix our camera? Can you can you bring up
WU number two? Please? Okay? So they were on uh
Nancy Grace, but they were also uh featured on NBC News.

(01:02:00):
The family shares a message for Pennsylvania teen and see
Aubrey wou who left home in January and obviously their
parents just want to know that she's safe. So that's
the last the picture far to to the far right

(01:02:23):
with the red sleeves is the last picture I think
that they have of her. Excuse me when she's leaving
a wah wah. And then we have let me see,
can you bring that down? Or is that can you

(01:02:44):
can you bring that down? That's her again? Okay, let
me see if I can we have a photograph of
the of the area see here, Yeah, okay, so this

(01:03:09):
kind of gives you an idea of you know, geography wise.
Aubrey's residence is in the far right. And then Aubrey
on on camera at nine thirty pm. Our witnesses speak
with Aubrey at nine forty and then Aubrey spotted hitchhiking

(01:03:33):
at nine fifteen. I mean, you've got to you have
a fourteen year old girl hitch hiking at nine to
fifteen pm.

Speaker 3 (01:03:44):
Do we have any idea? I know, we don't have
a scale on there. How far dot us away from
a home?

Speaker 1 (01:03:53):
You know, it looks like a significant different, a significant stance.
I mean you know you can see presumably that outcropping
at buildings to the middle upper middle could be Palmer.
I think we'll have to ask them when we get

(01:04:14):
them back, once he's done connecting. But this is a
this is a blow up of a picture from wah
wah okay. And then this is the this is the
parents and she was on this is the tip line

(01:04:39):
for Palmer Township Police Department. But our other law enforcement
entities involved now at this point, Plus they have a
I think they have a pro bono private investigators work
on this as well. This is a this is her
again and they were both on Nacy and Nancy Grace prior. Uh,

(01:05:06):
this is a good parents of that's in the Lei
Valley teen for your daughter. Let's see, have you seen
this child? So you know you want to if you
google her, I'm sure you're gonna come up with something.
This is their TikTok, which is pretty active. Aubrey's Aubrey's

(01:05:30):
not found, Okay, So as soon as as soon as
we get them back, I don't want to be you know,
presumptive in any any any way where they're going to
go through it chronologically with us. Uh, what happened with
her and what is currently taking place. But again, this

(01:05:57):
is the want a poster. It says there's a seven
thousand dollars reward and see Wu also known as Aubrey,
left her home in Palmer Township, Pennsylvania, during the evening
hours of January tenth of this year. What's last seen
in Whitehall, PA on January eleventh, wearing a jacket with

(01:06:26):
red sleeves, black yoga pants, and white Nike Billy Hottleish sneakers.
But there's another dimension to this that that parents really
need to pay attention to and hopefully they'll we can
get them back to explain what they discovered. Okay, so

(01:06:48):
it's Whitehall Township. Are you, Jake, are you familiar.

Speaker 2 (01:06:51):
With that at all? Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:06:54):
Okay, so a Palmer must be in Whitehall Township.

Speaker 2 (01:06:58):
Right, it must be a little community. Any I'm not
familiar with Palmer, but I'm familiar with Whitehall.

Speaker 1 (01:07:04):
Yeah. Okay, let's see here. This is.

Speaker 2 (01:07:13):
Okay.

Speaker 1 (01:07:13):
You can also join our Facebook group for Aubrey's story.
Aubrey's not found and that's they're go fundmate. Okay, let
me see here. So this is, uh, this must must

(01:07:37):
show Whitehall Township because she's on camera at nine point
thirty at the wah wah, right, But there's a lot
of things prior to that and subsequent to that that
they want to make us aware of. So hopefully they

(01:07:58):
can any any luck with that. By the way, See, okay,
they're they're booting back up there their computer, so it
may take a few more minutes for them to do that.
In the meantime, you know, it's like in the meantime.

Speaker 18 (01:08:24):
Mm hmmm.

Speaker 2 (01:08:26):
Yeah, I would much rather them tell that story.

Speaker 1 (01:08:28):
Yeah, I don't want to. I don't want to put
words in their in their mouth, and I don't know
the whole story. And it's very uh significant and some
degree tragic obviously for her not to be there as
extremely and there. They don't know where she is, and

(01:08:51):
she was in the presence of someone that I want
them to you know, band, Let me let me just
hang on a second. I think we have another okay, no, okay,

(01:09:14):
so let me try to let me see if this
one is okay, So hang on a second, let me see. Yeah,

(01:09:54):
they could do that, Chanel, can we at least try
to get them? Can you give them a call and
see if we can at least get their audio. Maybe
we could do that, so I mean we can get
the story if yeah, I mean, you know it involves

(01:10:14):
let me tell you what it involves and they'll uh,
they will go ahead and you know, fill us in.
But basically it's human trafficking. They believe based on some
of the messages that it may be sex trafficking. It
involves a secret, secret snapchat and a secret cell phone

(01:10:46):
and the unusual, uh unusual use of a hotspot from
the residents, which is really concerning for all parents of
you know, teenage and younger children because if they can

(01:11:08):
figure out, you know, uh, if if they've already figured
out how to get a hotspot on your on your
Wi Fi network from your residence and then you don't
know that, you can't you can't monitor what they're doing
unless you know that, you know, uh, it involves secret

(01:11:33):
social media and her leaving via her bedroom window, all
of which is concerning. You know, Okay, they're they're loading there,

(01:11:53):
they booted up their computer and the other now it's loading,
so we'll just have a have to take a few
minut But.

Speaker 3 (01:12:03):
Yeah, in that wild wide didn't look like she was lost,
like she was going somewhere.

Speaker 1 (01:12:11):
Medieah, it doesn't look like she's but I.

Speaker 2 (01:12:14):
Wanted them to, you know, give it to them, start
to finish that way.

Speaker 1 (01:12:18):
I know, we'll have to ask more about this with
the They had a meeting this morning with the attorneys
and with the investigative entities that are looking at this.
So hopefully they have they have good news. But I mean,

(01:12:38):
you know, January eleventh was the last time she they
saw her. She in talking to them, she's you know,
on social media twenty four seven, three sixty five, and
suddenly there's nothing, you know, and maybe it may be

(01:13:02):
a result of this, uh a secret cell phone and
you know, our secret social media. But that's all got
to be concerning to parents that are children are of
that age.

Speaker 2 (01:13:19):
You know.

Speaker 1 (01:13:21):
I can't imagine having to go through that, you know,
and and to have help significantly delayed by some of
the law enforcement. I supposedly, but we'll get a a

(01:13:42):
clearer read on that. But obviously she was able to
I mean, you've got a couple of things going on there.
You've you're circumventing the residence of Wi Fi with a

(01:14:04):
with a hotspot that you can you know, I tell
you how to be in in the area for a hotspot.

Speaker 2 (01:14:11):
I got a bunch of questions.

Speaker 3 (01:14:12):
Like I said, I don't try to ask them twice,
but you know, a lot one of the things with
law enforcement when you get these there's there's a lot
of variables with a missing person's report, you know, especially
if you got you know, frequent you know, out of
We got to get the backstory because I know we
talked about law law enforcement in their response, but we

(01:14:35):
need to know. And I would even love to have
to investigate. He probably can't because it's no one going
investigation and we don't know where it's at. But there's
a lot and it seems like there's more here that
the parents explain there.

Speaker 1 (01:14:49):
Yeah, there's a lot more and uh, hang on seck here.
So I'll run this enter in the inner on mother.
Her computer is fluiding.

Speaker 7 (01:15:01):
Up to faith Fence, the mocker, a list of Woods,
Benjamin Woods, anybody that has had a hand in our
daughter's disappearance. And I will reiterate, our daughter has not
been seen again since the night of Saturday, January eleven. Okay,
she's not been seen. She has not been seen on
the internet. None of her girlfriends have heard from her.

(01:15:23):
Jade and I haven't heard from her, so until we do,
these are the most suspicious people in her disappearance as
far as I'm concerned.

Speaker 2 (01:15:31):
I hope you guys agree.

Speaker 7 (01:15:32):
I hope you can see through the bullshit. You have
a Facebook group Aubrey's not Found, Please join us, Guys.
We're out of ten thousand people in our group already
where we put so much information out there because Aubrey's
story is complicated, it's tragedy. She's a victim, Okay, She's
a victim of many institutional failures. She is a victim

(01:15:52):
of many adult male predators and female predators.

Speaker 2 (01:15:56):
Okay. I want to be very clear about that.

Speaker 1 (01:15:58):
People have been trying.

Speaker 7 (01:16:00):
Years to traffic this beautiful young girl. They're trying to
take advantage of her mental health.

Speaker 1 (01:16:07):
Yeah, I think if you you know, when we hear
the story, you're gonna go Jesus, you know, because there's
a much more to it than just a missing fourteen
year old. I mean, they have information relative to what
happened subsequent to that, and it's a it's appalling. So, Chanelle,

(01:16:31):
have you been able to call them and see what
their status is, see see if the producer can Okay,
they're still working on. Okay, So in the interim, we
have not heard from Ralph relative to the jury verdict

(01:16:52):
in the three Philadelphia detectives. That I mean, that's a
that's also iron well it's.

Speaker 3 (01:17:02):
Uh yeah what see, this is Krastner's whole agenda is
just to get these officers, no matter how old they are.
You talking about officers who are seventy five to eighty
years old that he's prosecuting. But all he cares about
is getting police officers in front of that Philadelphia jewelry.
As I stated to you guys before, he has better
than a fifty to fifty chance based on all the

(01:17:25):
rhetoric and all the vitrio, all the spewed against law
enforcement in these certain Zoro's towns.

Speaker 1 (01:17:35):
Jeez man, Okay, so we had John how do you
sell his last name? Baby John? Yeah, we had him
on and you were okay, so we got the parents.

Speaker 2 (01:17:55):
These are the same detectives before the Wu family come
back home blessed. Oh my god.

Speaker 1 (01:18:00):
Yeah, okay, So look, okay, what okay, So they're connected,
they're just uh, we're just waiting for the video.

Speaker 2 (01:18:23):
To come up.

Speaker 1 (01:18:24):
Oh ay one okay, So I just say you know,
we were the producers are working to Oh their camera
is dead. Okay, well you do we have audio from them?

Speaker 7 (01:18:41):
Can you hear us?

Speaker 2 (01:18:42):
Yes, yes, yes, absolutely, uh.

Speaker 1 (01:18:46):
Yeah, that's I'm sorry to hear your camera is not working.

Speaker 7 (01:18:51):
Yeah, that's our lifeline right now. So I think we
have here. We're probably gonna have to head out to
the store. So earlier today we were actually over at
our lawyer's office meeting with her and our PI team.
So I thought maybe it was just like a settings
thing because I brought my laptop there. But so my
laptop hasn't integrated camera, but that doesn't work anymore. So

(01:19:14):
we use a Logitech plugin camera, which has been actually
until right now has worked perfectly. But the appears the
audio is working. So maybe it's like a video driver
or something. I've got to redownload.

Speaker 1 (01:19:27):
But well you already know more than I know.

Speaker 7 (01:19:32):
Technical, so we know what it was like. A year
and a half ago, I was doing a lot of
online interviews using this same I've had this laptop now
for a couple of years, and I was noticing if
I was doing zoom interviews it would always crash. But
if it was like a Microsoft teams interview They were

(01:19:52):
always fine or a Google video was fine. Yes, I
don't know. I'm not trust me John, I'm not techy
at all.

Speaker 1 (01:20:02):
Well, you're more techy than myself and probably Jake, so yes,
although you know, Jake has done some amazing things too,
so including learning that is.

Speaker 2 (01:20:17):
You know.

Speaker 1 (01:20:18):
Yeah, yeah, there you go. So John, is Jade with you?

Speaker 2 (01:20:22):
She is?

Speaker 4 (01:20:23):
Yes?

Speaker 7 (01:20:23):
Okay, great John and Jay.

Speaker 1 (01:20:26):
Jade great to uh I meet you and John great
to meet you. Could you give us a chronology of
what happened, what is happening or when when it first started?

Speaker 7 (01:20:40):
Sure? So everything started the night of Friday, January tenth.
We well, all three of us. We were taking a nap.
Mom was making some soup. It's a bit of a
slow cook thing we had. The night before I had
a pretty difficult converse station with Aubrey. There was a

(01:21:02):
CYS referral that involved a compromising photo with an older
boy in the high school on the varsity wrestling team.
We only learned of it that day. She had actually
already been interviewed by her principal several weeks earlier, who
never followed up and let us know. And also the

(01:21:25):
referral went to the Eastern City Police Department. However, they
put a phone number that was not been in service
for over two years connected to Jade in California. So
we you know, the incident has already basically been put
to bed from the school side, the police just haven't

(01:21:47):
made contact with us. And we have just a completely
different topic phone call with CYS that day because Aubrey
has been under care and we're looking for like long
term answers and so there's a lot of steps you
had to go through as part of that process, and
we were having a call about that. There was some

(01:22:09):
paperwork that we needed to do. I had some questions
around how it would affect like my job and stuff
if these were going to be like public documents, and
so it's a twenty seven minute phone call, and in
the twenty fifth minute of that call, they asked me
what my thoughts were on the latest referral and I

(01:22:30):
was a little called off guard. I said, are you
referring to the incident from May that we reported Because
there was a situation where there was a twenty five
year old man picked her up from her grammar school.
We do believe she was assaulted in a parking lot
about a quarter mile away from her school, and of

(01:22:52):
course we brought that to the police her school because
she met this individual on a day and chat website
that she was accessing at the school on the school's
device in the schools network. And part of that because
we really didn't know what we were dealing with, because

(01:23:14):
we had a case with CYS previously that was already closed,
and it was closed on the grounds that you know,
Aubrey met the criteria from the Child and Youth Services
Jade and I did, and it was kind of closed,
I would say, with some fanfare, like everybody kind of

(01:23:35):
celebrated that. As a family, we pulled through it, and
that includes our partners from Child and Youth Services. So
when this incident happens in May, Jade and I reached
out to them that very same day and said, I
think we need more help. The matters are probably mental
health related, you know, really a lot of the success

(01:23:59):
that we were celebrating when they closed the case. You know,
one of the things I said, in my opinion was
they had really instructed us to set our home in
a style that I don't want to be too extreme
and say prison, but you know, for a thirteen year
old social butterfly being told, you know, no access to

(01:24:21):
the internet, no devices, no going outside, no access to money,
right like, it doesn't feel good. And there was no
further incidents, but you know, from that, we did put
her back into in person school, so that was the
other thing. We homeschooled her during this period where CYS

(01:24:44):
was really monitoring all of us to make sure that
it was a stable home life. And so as soon
as she goes back to school, we were seeing several
troubling things and then it culminated with this matter, and
so we reached out to CYS. So I'm sorry, that's
like a bit of a long winded answer there.

Speaker 1 (01:25:04):
No, no, no, no, no, John, That's fine.

Speaker 7 (01:25:07):
Yeah, trying to give a little perspective. So when they
asked me about the latest incident, that's what I thought
they were referring to, and they said, no, we're talking
about the incident from December. And I said, well, you're
going to have to bring me up to speed. I
don't know what you're talking about. And they mentioned that
a student at the high school had submitted a referral

(01:25:29):
to Child Youth Eastern Police and the school advising that
there was a compromising photo of Aubrey, who was a
freshman at the high school and upper class boy member
of the varsity wrestling team, and that it was already
circulating amongst the upper classmen at the high school. And
so this young lady who was in a class with

(01:25:51):
our daughter, approached her, I guess first maybe to inform
her and confirm is this actually in the photo. What
we since have actually spoken with this young girl, and
what she kind of described to us was her call
to action was the fact that when she talked to Aubrey,

(01:26:15):
she felt that Aubrey was almost emotionless about this. And
you know, from her perspective, she's like, I'm coming to
you saying there's a compromising photo and it's circulating, and
most people would be very you know, concerned. And so
what she described was that Aubrey was emotionless about it,

(01:26:38):
maybe even made a comment about it not being real.
You know, you shouldn't be bothered by it. Back to
the girl, but the girl was very bothered by it,
and she was mostly bothered by Aubrey's reaction or lack
of reaction.

Speaker 1 (01:26:54):
Is there any indication that it was an AI or something.

Speaker 7 (01:26:57):
No, Unfortunately, Jade. After Aubrey left, We've discovered a number
of things that were going on secretly in our home,
and amongst those things was an iCloud account and in
the hidden area where you would put your photos, Jade
actually saw the photo in question. But going back to

(01:27:21):
Aubrey's conversation with her, principle, that principle, for I think,
maybe just a lapse of judgment. I mean, we have
a pretty good relationship with him, very open communication, He's
very responsive, So I want to be clear. I don't
want to to come across like I'm bashing him, because

(01:27:42):
he did tell us and he cooperated what Aubrey told
us on the night at January ninth. But apparently he
interviewed her alone in his office and Aubrey told him
that it was probably an AI faked photo, that her
and he should just drop the mat and he did.
And after she was gone for about maybe five or

(01:28:06):
six days, you know, we reached out to him because
we were trying to get the school to push out
some information to the parents we wanted because they weren't
announcing that she was missing and we were a little frustrated.
So we were talking with him, and that's where he
shared he wanted us to know that he had spoke

(01:28:26):
to Aubrey back in December, December nineteenth, on or about
December nineteenth, he told us. And we were stunned because
Thursday night, when we're having a private conversation with Aubrey,
it is about, you know, there was a little drop
in her school grades. We had a little feedback from
her counselor. And then we were talking about this CYS

(01:28:48):
referral and the way we approach those because we've had
other referrals in the past with Aubrey, so we've got
some experience. But I will tell you our position is
always she's a victim. We you know, try to listen,
try to where maybe the truth isn't a parent right away.
We do try to give her space to get to

(01:29:10):
the truth. And we could tell from her tone and
her reluctance that there was more to the story that
Thursday night as we were talking with her. But one
of the things she said to try to get us
to maybe get off the topic was she mentioned specifically, hey,

(01:29:32):
I already talked to my principle, and she used his name.
I don't want to throw his name out there. I
talked to him, and even he knows it's a no issue.
You guys should just let it go. It's not the truth.
And I, honestly, and now in hindsight, I feel very
guilty about this. But I had said to her when

(01:29:52):
she said that, I said, you know, Aubrey, I'm very
disappointed that you would lie about your principle. You know
that your mom and I we've got a very good
relationship with him. I believe he's very invested in your success.
He communicates with mom and I probably over communicates. And
as an example, a week before he questioned her about

(01:30:16):
the photo, he gives us a call in the middle
of the school day and says, a boy came to
the principal's office reported that there's some senior girls outside
my classroom, the classroom he shares with our daughter, and
that there were these girls were there to fight Aubrey,
and that when he said to Aubrey, hey, there's girls

(01:30:36):
in the hallway who are going to jump you, he
was bothered that Aubrey's reaction was basically, well, let them,
and so he went to the principal to get help.
And so as an example about this principle, so he
calls Jade and I, both of us individually because we
work from home. But I'm in the basement. Jade's in
upstairs on the second floor. He couldn't reach me, so

(01:30:59):
he calls j to tell us what's going on and
to let us know his next steps. I'm gonna grab Aubrey.
I'm gonna talk to her, and then I'll close loop
and let you know if it's something or nothing. And
he does exactly that. I have a text message on
my phone where he says, Hey, just want to let
you know I talked to Aubrey, I had a female

(01:31:20):
staff member or security member present, and then just outlines
the conversation, right, but I want to talk about that,
that idea that for a bullying situation. This this guy,
you know, in my opinion, he went an extra step.
He got a female you know, security member, had them

(01:31:40):
join him for that conversation. What I can understand, aside
from the lack of follow through to Jade and I,
is why one week later would he interview a fourteen
year old female freshman student about a compromising photo that
he has seen. Right, it's circulating, so he has seen it,

(01:32:01):
and he has that conversation with her alone and then
doesn't think to follow up with us because you know,
in the home there were a couple of little I
wouldn't say red flags. I think that term gets thrown
around too much. But you know, we were noticing she
was a little more withdrawn when it came to eating.
She was eating less like we eat a lot of

(01:32:23):
traditional Asian style meals. In other words, we have a
bowl of rice, we have a protein, we have veggies,
and you kind of community eat. And I had noticed
and made a few comments to Aubrey during the month
of December, like, hey, are you trying to not eat?
Is the lunch unpacking you? Is it too much food?

Speaker 4 (01:32:41):
Right?

Speaker 7 (01:32:41):
Because I'm giving her a bunch of different snacks along.

Speaker 1 (01:32:43):
With her saying yeah.

Speaker 7 (01:32:45):
And I was really, you know again like it wasn't
anything dramatic, but it was little things, right, And I
think if we had a bigger picture, so like, for instance,
that story about the bullying, we knew that was definitely
not nothing. And we spent some time talking with her,
talking with her therapists. We had asked her therapist to

(01:33:07):
you know, spend some time talking with the bullying issue
with Aubrey, to really help us understand was there's something
we needed to know, because you know, if you have children,
you know your kid, and Aubrey is headstrong, right. Her
reaction even at home to us was, Oh, it don't matter,
I'll punch him in the face. And I said, well, Aubrey,

(01:33:29):
you know they're telling us that they're upper class girls, right,
there's three of them, there's one of you, And yeah,
you know, maybe this isn't the situation where you want
to stop and pick the battle. Maybe you should tell
us if there's something going on, we can help you.
But she never did. But I'm telling you, if we
have the knowledge about that compromising photo with an upper class,

(01:33:51):
upper class boy, right, popular varsity athlete, and we're looking
at a situation where the week prior, there's upper class
girls outside the classroom wanted to beat her up. And
then there was also another incident a week before that
that Aubrey had come home and she was very upset
and it was actually asking us to take her to

(01:34:12):
the police, which is very out of character for Aubrey
because she wanted to make a assault charge against a
male student. And she described this scenario where she was
walking in the hallway she heard some boys snickering behind her.
So she kind of did that tactic where she just
like abruptly bent over to tire shoe. I guess thinking

(01:34:34):
that the boys would walk around her, and instead one
of them fell to the ground and like kinda she described,
he kind of ran his arm up like under her sweatshirt,
and she felt he was trying to grab her breasts.
And we didn't know what to do because we're so
not accustomed to Aubrey wanting to deal with the police.

(01:34:58):
Right She's reluctant, So we were concerned. We did call
the same principle I'm talking about. We called him, uh.
He told us that he was already on it. Aubrey
had spoken to him at school and he called us
the very next day. He said, I sat down with
our school resource officer. If you're not familiar out here,
we have police in our schools and in Easton. So

(01:35:22):
he had sat down with that that officer. They reviewed
two different camera angles. He said, we've got crystal clear
view of the matter. And the boy never touches her.
He said, everything else is there. She bends over, there's
they would say, yeah, probably boys teasing her. But the
boy walks around her and doesn't actually even fall, and

(01:35:44):
so we didn't know what to do right. But how
we worked it out was we we listened to Aubrey,
made sure that we expressed to her that she's our priority,
and we have at that time in home therapy from
Child and Youth Services. So we all sat down four
of a so the three of us and her therapist,
and we talked about it. And you know, one of

(01:36:05):
the things I'll say to to Jake and John is,
you know, I'm a new father. Aubrey is my first
experience with a young person. I don't even have exposure
to young people since I was younger. I'm in my
mid forties now, so I know the world is different
and I'm always very open to help and guidance from people.

(01:36:27):
And so we sat down that day and I said,
right in front of Aubrey and Jade, I said to
Aubrey's therapist, I said, I can see that Aubrey is
very upset, and I want to make sure she knows
that I'm here to protect her. But I don't know
what to do because I'm calling the school, and you know,
I'm trying to get information from them, and they are

(01:36:49):
saying that what they saw in the whole way. Isn't
even going to result in a detention, right, Like, so
I basically asked the therapist like, Hey, how do we
how do we talk this through? And I think what
I'm trying to accomplish is number one, are we being truthful?
Because that's what I need to understand. Like I've got
Aubrey is asking me to take her to the police,

(01:37:12):
and what the school is saying is well, be careful
because it doesn't match what our footage says. But knowing
Aubrey and her reluctance to usually go to the police,
as aggressive as she was asserting that she was assaulted,
I felt that there was something going on. I just
couldn't put my thumb on it. And I share all

(01:37:35):
of that because you know, last night we went to
the Board of Education meeting for the first time since
Aubrey's been gone. I shared all of this with that
board of education and our community here and I'm not
trying to point fingers, but there is and should be
accountability on the part of that school. That's a big
missing part. If we knew about the compromising photo. First

(01:37:59):
of all, I think we have a lot more of
a sense of urgency when we're talking with Aubrey to
get the device from her. What we did Thursday night
was we talked till about midnight, which was painstaking enough. Right,
we picked her up at eight o'clock, We went to Popeyes.
We're sitting in a car in a parking lot in
a very difficult conversation that does turn to us looking

(01:38:23):
at the phone bill. We know Aubrey has a secret
device in our house, and we're just really want her
to admit it, and we want her to bring it
downstairs and give it to us. But I think now
what I can say very humbly here is if I
had any idea how much she was probably scared of

(01:38:47):
what her mom and I were going to find out.
You know, the embarrassment for her, like staring at my
kitchen wall, and one of the things we have right
above our table because our table's pressed against a wall.
Our family standards and our family goals, and our number
one goal is improved trust. And you know, Aubrey, one

(01:39:08):
of the things that she is quite proud of and
holds Mom and I quite accountable for is you know,
from time to time she will say, like, you guys
are not meeting my expectations. And I know that may
be bizarre, but I'll just say I'm comfortable with it.
You know, Jake, I think I don't want to speak

(01:39:28):
for you right here, like you're comfortable with it. And
at Aubrey, I think it it's like a buy in thing,
right like we're all we created these goals together. But
now I understand for Aubrey what she's going through in
that conversation with us, and I am using words like
I'm disappointed. I definitely said to her, you know, I

(01:39:52):
don't know why you're lying about somebody as good as
your principle for all he does for you and all
he does to work with your mom and I and
I realize now, guys, And the thing I you know,
it's pushing me to keep doing everything I'm trying to
do to bring this girl home safely because I know
she's running. It's a combination of things, but part of

(01:40:14):
it is the embarrassment of you know.

Speaker 1 (01:40:19):
Yeah, so she has a secret cell phone and then
she was using it on a hotspot for you guys.

Speaker 7 (01:40:29):
Yeah, so the phone. So I had bought her a
phone for her birthday, let's call it. It was a
gift that came with a number of conditions, right, because
we have this guidance from the State of Pennsylvania doctors
that Aubrey should not have access to Wi Fi, should

(01:40:51):
not have access to social media. But she was going
to be entering high school. I can't stress enough what
a good kid she is, all the hard, hard work
she did in therapy and school and at home, and
I wanted to reward her and show my trust in her.
And so I got Jay to agree to let me
give her this gift for her birthday. And the condition

(01:41:15):
was I had to get like parental controls that would
limit what Aubrey can do, what times a day she
could use it, how much time per day. Basically, I
got her a really nice Apple phone, but it functionally
it was like a flip phone from nineteen ninety nine. Right.
She takes my phone calls and a couple of texts,

(01:41:36):
but it had a hotspot, and I was not really
in tune with that, nor did I have this idea
that she would think to use the hotspot for another device.
So every night at ten o'clock is Aubrey's not necessarily bedtime,
but it's go to your room time. And what she

(01:41:57):
does is she brings her school iPad and her cell
phone and she puts it down on the banister on
the first floor. And that's done so visually, Jade and
I know that she's in her room and she's left
the phone right What she started doing on December second
was activating the hotspot on the phone, so the phone itself,

(01:42:18):
Mom and I would see it every night, Aubrey, would
you know, give us a hug, say I love you.
Call the night, go upstairs and leave her phone on
the banister. But it was casting a hotspot that she
was connecting to in her room, and so it wasn't
just a burner phone. We our understanding from our pis

(01:42:40):
is she had also had a B to BN masking
device or app on that phone as well. So when
I first saw the hotspot data on my AT and
T bill, the first thing that confused me was every
single IP address was differ it and I couldn't understand why,

(01:43:02):
because you know, I know enough to know that, like
my iPhone has an IP address, so wherever I go
and use it, it's still the same general tag if
you will, to my device. And so as I'm questioning
Aubrey as to is she using the hotspot, what is
she using it for? You know? Of course, like any kid,

(01:43:23):
she's no, no, it's not me. I'm not doing anything.
Then eventually she says, well, at school, I turn on
my hotspot because I have some friends with strict parents
like you guys, who don't let them use their phone
service during the school day. So when I back that
out of the bill, it's still a substantial amount of usage.

(01:43:43):
I start looking at the details. I see four in
the morning, three in the morning, two in the morning,
five in the morning. Basically it's all day, every day,
and I'm stunned, and I ask for her phone. I
go to the settings. I see that she has a
hotspot enable at that moment in our car, and it's
password protected in the name of her favorite artist. So

(01:44:07):
we know, as parents there's no doubt there is Shenanikin's afoot.
And how do we get to the truth without it
being you know, really difficult and drawn out. So I'm
sharing all that because we don't insist on the on
her giving us the phone. Thursday night, we took her

(01:44:27):
real phone. We disabled the hotspot, so our thought was
that disables whatever device she's using. We don't even know
if it's a tablet of phone, you know, whatever it
could be, but we know it's something. And she had
an in home school day the next day, so we
knew we were gonna have ample time with her. We

(01:44:48):
insisted that she do her school work at the kitchen
table versus in her bedroom where we have a nice
desk for her to work at, and that was just
to keep an eye on her and make sure that
the device, you know, there wasn't still some other way
you could use it. And I've got to say, I mean,
it was aside from just being tense, right because we're

(01:45:09):
sitting there and there is this conversation we got to
get back to when we're when mom and I are
finished work Friday and Aubrey's finished with school. Other than that,
it was actually pretty normal. We had breakfast together, we
ate lunch, we chit chated.

Speaker 2 (01:45:22):
You know.

Speaker 7 (01:45:22):
One of the things Aubrey asked me, because I was
at the kitchen table, I normally work in my basement,
but I was at the kitchen table to keep an
eye on Aubrey. And one of the things she asked
me was she said, well, John, how long am I
going to be grounded for for all this, And I
actually heard myself on our camera saying to her, I said, well, Aubrey,

(01:45:44):
I don't know that we're at the punitive phase of
this conversation because I'm concerned the crime is still in progress,
like where is the device? And you know, as far
as our approach with Aubrey, you know, many people have
said to us, all, if this was my kid, I
would just go tear their room apart, or I checked

(01:46:05):
them and check their pockets. And I still don't know
that I would do that, guys, to be honest, we
try to do something a little different, and it's in
the spirit of building on trust, focusing on love and
living right like this is like how we live. And
I just felt like if we gave her enough space

(01:46:26):
and gave her time to think about the right and
the wrong, that she would she would come clean and
give us the phone. And in fact, the very last
conversation we had with Aubrey, and it's difficult for Jade
and I to kind of revisit it. But we're all
at the table. I'm in the middle seat because our

(01:46:47):
table's up against the wall and has three seats. Aubrey
and Jade are facing each other. They're talking about the
CYS steps that we have upcoming. We're at a decision
point of out patient continuing it on that path or inpatient,
and of course Aubrey has a lot of questions about that.

(01:47:08):
And while they're having that conversation, I'm in between them
on my computer literally looking at the hotspot log and
I'm just scratching my head trying to understand what am
I looking at because it makes no sense to me.
But the conversation is very just matter of fact and routine,
Like Aubrey asks a few questions about well, what if

(01:47:29):
I don't want to go to the facility or what
if I go and they say there's something wrong with me?
Like from a mental health perspective, do you guys are
do you still want to be with me? Am I
going to be adopted? And you know you hear the
whole thing and we've shared it with law enforcement and
are you know our people here so they understand like
our home dynamic. All you hear is a very loving

(01:47:52):
mother in Jade who is saying, you know, of course
I love you. You're my baby, You're always going to
be my baby. I just want you to know that
what Plan B looks like. You know, the state is involved,
and you know.

Speaker 1 (01:48:06):
We have John. We have four minutes left or three
minutes left. But it was that night that she left,
was that right?

Speaker 7 (01:48:13):
That is the night she left. So after we all
talked at the table a little bit, we then decided
to all take a nap. We were going to regroup
at eight thirty for dinner, and then the idea was
going to be we would continue the conversation after dinner,
the conversation being focused on Aubrey turning in the device
for us. So we go lay down at six point

(01:48:37):
forty one, Aubrey sneaks out her bedroom window and where
Jade and I are woking up at about five to
eight by the Palmer Police who are responding to a
called in welfare check looking for Aubrey at our house,
which is just opens up a whole nother Pandora's box
of questions, concerns and theories here about Aubrey's disappearance because

(01:49:03):
that family that made that call, so the mother called
in there. They live about thirty five minutes away from
our community by car, and she claims that her son
was Aubrey's boyfriend and he hadn't heard from Aubrey in
twenty four hours, so he was very concerned that something
had happened to Aubrey, and we let the police know

(01:49:26):
that that was not the case. But we did discover
a hotspot. We took away her real phone. So it
sounds like there's some truth to the story that the
boy wouldn't have had contact, but we have no idea
who he is. We hadn't even heard of the community
that he lived in. Like that's how little we know
about the boy's involvement with Aubrey.

Speaker 1 (01:49:46):
Yeah, John, unfortunately we only have one miss I.

Speaker 7 (01:49:48):
See, I see, but we'd be happy to come back. John,
I'm so sorry.

Speaker 1 (01:49:52):
Yeah exactly, and you know the producer will be happy
to help you as much as we can with a camera. Right,
can you just give me we have that map up,
so that's your residence and then she was last seen.

Speaker 7 (01:50:09):
In Whitehall, Pennsylvania. She was okay, so by I will
witness I'm sorry ahead.

Speaker 1 (01:50:16):
How far is the distance from the residence to the
last time.

Speaker 2 (01:50:19):
She was saw?

Speaker 7 (01:50:20):
Saty five minutes by car.

Speaker 1 (01:50:22):
Okay, so all right, we'll have to have you guys back.
We really appreciate you.

Speaker 7 (01:50:28):
Taking that Yeah, and John, we actually have an update
to that slide that we we are still kind of
pitting down with our pis, but I'll bring that updated
slide to you because there may be a flip flop
on the Panero lua Wa timings.

Speaker 1 (01:50:42):
Yes, sir, can we uh a preliminary make a range.
Must have you back next week and hopefully we'll gave
time we can do it. Okay, John, thank you very much,
Thank you very much. Take care all right bye
