attract your audience, all right. We covered that in the

be talking about how to keep them all right, as buyers,
as clients, and as engaged supporters who look forward to

Because real success it's not built on a one time hit. Okay,
it's not a one hit wonder that's gonna have people
thinking about you next week, next year, okay, next season,

all right. It's built on consistency, connection and customer loyalty.
So let's get into it boom all right. So retention overreach,
all right, that's the formula why repeat clients and lawyer
supporters matter the most. Out Let's kill the clout chase

real quick, okay, because too many entrepreneurs, creators, and even
seasoned CEOs are stuck in this mindset that is more
is more? Okay, More followers, more comments, more traffic. All right,
But let me break something down for you. One loyal

client who buys from you monthly is more valuable than
one hundred people who will like your posts every time
but never buy. Okay. One top fan who shares your
content every time is more powerful than a real that
has twenty thousand views and no clickthrough okay. And one

repeat customer who refers others to you is going to
be worth more than trying to convince strangers to care
every week. Okay. So don't focus on constantly attracting new people,
all right, focus on the people you have. Okay. So
instead of always asking how do I go viral? Start

asking how do I make this so fire they don't
want to leave? Okay, because that is where the game changes. Okay.
So here's seven ways to turn first time buyers into
forever customers and fans. Okay. Whether they're a first time customer,

a first time engager, a first time star center, okay,
you want them to be repeat fans, followers, customers, clients, engagers. Okay.
That's the name of the game, retention, all right. So
here's the elevation strategy to keep your audience close and

your revenue flowing. Okay. One, show up like a human, okay,
not just the brand. So let them connect to you,
your values, your voice, your vibes, right because that connection
is what builds trust. Number Two, deliver what you promised

and then some okay, over deliver whether it's content, service, packaging,
or support. Exceed expectations and people will return. Okay. Don't
be one of any people that over promise and under deliver, okay,
because we all know that there's so many creators, entrepreneurs, marketers,

salespeople whatever that they overpromise and underdliver. Okay. I'm not
going to get into bashing any brands right now, but
I can think of a few off the top of
my head that got my dollars because they promised so
much and what I got was pretty much disappointment. Okay,

So don't don't be one of those people under promise,
over deliver okay, or really just get the people what
you say you gonna give them, all right. Three. Create
rituals or recurring offers, all right. Give people something to

look forward to, all right. Is it a weekly live,
a monthly sale, a daily quote. Because humans love rhythm.
So even if you're just posting, all right, as a
monetized content creator, whether it's TikTok or Facebook, Instagram, whatever, Right,

give your audience a reason to check back in tomorrow. Okay,
Maybe cliffhang them some kind of way, all right, but
make sure that they're coming back. Give them a reason
to want to come back, all right. Four Personalize the experience,
so use their name, DM them back, all right, send

custom thank yous all right. Maybe mention a returning buyer publicly,
all right, shout them out. It makes people feel seen,
and people who feel seen come back, all right. Five
You can offer a next step every single time, all right.
So you don't want to leave them hanging after the

sale or engagement. But the cliffhangers are always good, right,
So maybe something like love this, here's what's next, or
did you book that, Here's how to upgrade or engage
today watch for tomorrow's post. Always give them a bridge
back to you, okay. Six Make loyalty feel exclusive. All right.

This is a big one, and honestly, most content creators
in the adult realm have mastered this, at least the
top ones have. Okay, make loyalty feel exclusive. Okay, So
sneak peaks, discount codes, early access, private groups okay. Little

(08:22):
perks go a long long way in creating rider die
customers and engagers all right. And last, but definitely not least,
on this tip list is to keep your energy consistent,
all right. People come back because you feel like a
safe place, all right. They know what vibe to expect

when they come to your page or come watch your videos, right,
So don't show up three different ways every three weeks. Okay.
Elevate your brand identity and hold it steady, all right. Now,
your digital space should feel like a vibe, right, not
a transaction. So let's shift this real quick, all right.

Do your people enjoy being in your space? Does your
content feel like a scroll break or does it feel
like a sales pitch? Okay? Does your customer journey feel
like an experience or does it feel like a chore?
Because here is the thing, all right. If people feel inspired, understood,

or empowered by you, then they're gonna come back even
before they're ready to buy, all right. And when they
are ready to buy, you're already in their head, right,
You're already in their heart, and they ain't even gotta
shop around. They know who they're gonna buy from. When that,
when that, you know, flip switch flips, and they're like, okay,

I'm ready to pull the trigger on this. Okay. So
the real question is what feeling does your content or
customer journey leave people with? All right? Fix that feeling
and you'll fix your retention. All right. So you got
a lot of nuggets that I just thrown in there.

of the week. Okay, So I want you to say
them with me out loud. I'm gonna say them. You're

to yourself each day when you have the time. Just
remember three times each time. That is the golden rule

of them every day. You could pick one a day,
just morning, noon, and night, three times each time. Okay. Now,

reflect on these and answer these in your own time

and implement them. Okay, that's the bigger goal here. Don't
just answer the questions, but implement the answers. Okay. So,
journal prompt number one, what do people say they love
most about buying from me or engaging with me? Question two?

Where can I improve the post purchase or post engagement experience?
And three what systems or habits can I set up
to encourage repeat interaction and loyalty? All right now, remember

don't just answer, though implement your answers. Okay, Now listen.
