you're living in. Okay, So today we're getting into how

Now, before we fully get into today's episode, I do
want to acknowledge that it's been a little while since
my last drop, all right, because life has required me
to pause, all right, and to do literally what this
episode is about, to recalibrate and to show up for
things that mattered beyond this microphone, all right, and instead

of forcing content or rushing through. I chose to honor
that season, all right. So if you've ever found yourself
needing to slow down, reset, or step back to protect
your energy, then this episode is for you. Now, let's
get into it. Your body is your first bank account, okay,

So like before you have money, houses, assets, or investments,
your body is the first thing that you quote unquote
spend all right, your energy, your focus, your strength, your clarity. Okay,
that's your real currency, because when your body is drained,

your mind collapses. And when your mind collapses, your business
for sure is going to be slowing down.

Wealth begins with capacity, and capacity comes from treating your body.

We live in a culture that worships hustle and disrespects

rest is not lazy, all right, rest is maintenance.

And real CEOs, real leaders, real visionaries don't grind twenty
four to seven.

Okay. They might come close. They might go harder than.

The average Joe Schmo okay, but they recover, they recharge,
and they show up sharper, all right. Because when you
sleep better, your decisions improve, your cravings decrease, your mood stabilizes,
and your brain becomes more creative. All right, So let

us set a nightly boundary.

Choose a cutoff time for social scrolling, business task or
just anything that's overstimulating. Okay, because sleep is a strategy,
all right. Sleep is a weapon, and sleep is most
definitely wealth.

So reset This is where we're gonna be detoxing our minds,
our bodies, and our spaces. A reset is about clearing
out whi's draining you so you can move with clarity again,
all right. A physical reset is like things like hydrating, stretching,

eating nutrient rich foods reduce inflammation.

Mental resets are journaling, taking quiet time, releasing emotional clutter,
and stepping.

An environmental reset that can look like cleaning your room
or your workspace or just your house in general, opening
up windows, getting fresh air, taking a walk through the
grass barefoot, letting your letting your energy feel the energy

When you detox your life, your energy rises, and you
really you cannot build wealth within like a stressed, blocked,
or chaotic internal state, because it's really acting as a repellent. Okay,
So we're gonna change all of that. So what would

be next? Routines?

Routines are gonna be the systems that protect your energy,
all right, because routines aren't boring, or at least they
don't gotta be. Okay, they are energy and insurance. They
help you stay consistent even when motivation dips, all right.
So create your three non negotiables, all right. So like

one for your body movement, hydration vitamins, one for your
mind maybe reading, meditating, or journaling, all right, and one
for your business. So one task that moves the needle,
all right. And when your routine is strong, you save energy,
time and mental bandwidth, all right. Routines actually help you

stay aligned with your goals. Instead of winging it every day,
all right. And super important, a super super important factor
is fuel, all right, because what you put in is
going to determine what you get out, all right. Your
body cannot run on fumes and low quality fuel, okay, food, water, supplements, movement,

all of this affects your grind, all right. So reduce
the things that drain you, okay, So sugar overloads, skipping meals,
not getting enough water okay, or living off caffeine like
I know a lot of people do, okay, And increase

what supports you all right, clean proteins, whole foods, healthy fats,
plenty of water okay, stretching and sunlight all right.

Your glow, your.

Productivity, your strength, and your stamina are all directly linked
to what you feed your body, okay.

And when your fuel is right, your grind becomes effortless. Okay.

So here are some journal prompts that I'm gonna leave
you with. Journal prompt number one, what daily habits are
draining my energy physically or mentally?

What does my ideal rest, reset and routine cycle look

make this week to support my body and my mind better.
