Ma il suo punto di vista, le cose che conosce e che usa per decidere sono le uniche che valgono, tanto per lui ma sopratutto per voi: se lui non acquista, voi non fatturate.
Quando ci si approccia alla scrittura di contenuti o si preparano le argomentazioni per un primo appuntamento, situazioni che in qualche modo dovrebbero portarvi più vicino alla vendita, questo errato punto di vista è una zavorra, vi limita e vi complica le vendite.
Che fare quindi? Dovete essere in grado di smettere i vostri panni e indossare quelli del vostro mercato, del vostro potenziale cliente.
